    After 4+ months taking Medvi equivalent of Zepbound and losing NO weight, I called for a refund because I saw on the website they boasted a money back guarantee. It was hard to understand them and they claimed I had to use it for 6 months to get any money back? $400 per month for 4.5 months and no charges indicates I don’t need to be doing 6 more weeks of injections.

    - Pricing: Advertised $179 but charged me $299 automatically.

    If I could give this company a 0, I would. Horrible customer service. Did not follow through with giving me a discount this month after speaking to a csr in December about price. Instead they charged me more money without me filling out the intake form. Spoke with the csr and instead of following through with what they said they would do last month they decided to give me a total refund and cancel my subscription with them.. Terrible service. If this is how you treat the people paying money to you for service you deliver then your company should be shut down. Medvi!!!!! You are a terrible company and shouldn't have any good customer ratings.

    This business is unethical and disorganized. I ordered a 3 month prescription service. When I received the compound (which was NOT FDA approved) I had a bad allergic reaction within the first few days of taking the medication, so I stopped taking it and immediately alerted the company I would need a refund. They only gave me two thirds of my money back. When I inquired why I should pay for an entire month's worth of meds I could not consume due to my reaction, I got crickets.

    I continued to follow up as it was a sizable amount of money. Not only did they give me the run around for nearly a month as I asked why I only received a partial refund, there was no manager or supervisor I could talk to, no phone number except for a line with a basic rep who gave me the same info over and over. It was a nightmare. They just want to keep your money and for you to give up basically. Also keep in mind they are NOT even listed with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away. Shady customer service. Shady medication compounds.

    I was a new customer, I was supposed to receive a call to review my account. Within 15-30 minutes I decided to cancel when I found this site with complaints. The charge on my credit card was pending, never in a million years did I think that they didn’t cancel my account while the charge was still pending. Their email to me: "We’ve received your request and will go ahead and cancel your subscription to prevent any further charges moving forward. Your order has been canceled as requested." I called as soon as I saw the pending was now an actual charge. The lady asked me if I want to cancel. This is a fraudulent company that should be investigated immediately.

    I urge all the people who know this is a scam and unethical company to contact Attorney General of your state. I will be filling out the form for PA. Also I am going to board of pharmacy. And I put review into Better Business Bureau. On FB I tell all the companies advertising in comments to stay away from Medvi. They do not follow up w a call to get details and make things right. Let's shut this company down. If heard enough complaints. It can be shut down and maybe some legal action. My neighbor around the corner is Gov Josh Shapiro.     I was originally billed 179. I asked if this is a standing price. I was told yes. Then I received a bill for 399. I emailed and the person told me 299 is my price. When asked them why I was billed 399. I had no reply. Since then NO ONE answers my emails. Look out for the old bait and switch! The only positive is Angie, she is wonderful care coach and representative to your company! She walks you through everything and helps set realistic goals. She personalizes your session, goes over your goals and where you’ve had success and let you know that you’re doing a great job and she was also helpful with a problem I’ve been having with billing. She was very understanding and professional and thorough. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this company is because of the bait and switch pricing.

    I’m giving a one-star rating, I’ve been on the dissolvable tablets for four months. First, I’ll comment on the refill process. Each month, I was charged and assumed my medication would be refilled automatically, it wasn’t until at least a week later I called to see the status of my order and was told I had to have an appointment with the doctor or nurse. I had issues each month and would go days without my medication. After three months, I complained about only losing a few pounds, was informed I should have been on the injections. I agreed and was under the assumption that order was done. Days later, I didn’t get a confirmation of the order and called. They said I need to email a confirmation, at that point, I called and canceled my subscription. Very disappointed in the customer service!

    I want to share my experience with MEDvi because the lack of communication and billing transparency is extremely concerning. I originally paid for a 3-month oral tirzepatide plan. Before my third refill and after speaking with a provider, we agreed that switching to injectable medication would be more appropriate. From that point forward, the process became confusing and disorganized.

    I was passed between multiple support agents, had calls that were never returned, and repeatedly asked for clarification regarding:
    • how my already-paid third month would be applied to new medication
    • what future payments would look like and what were my option

    • what medication was actually being shipped

    Despite MEDvi advertising transparent pricing, I was never able to get clear answers once I was in the system. Because of the ongoing confusion, I formally requested cancellation before any third medication was shipped. Shortly after, another agent contacted me and it seemed like my situation was finally being addressed. However, the original agent I had requested cancellation from then canceled everything without coordination. That same day, I was told the medication had been shipped and that no refund would apply for that 3rd month.

    At that point:
    • I had already canceled
    • I had not authorized shipment
    • There was no valid tracking information

    • I was never told what medication was actually being sent

    I do not know what medication was supposedly shipped to me — or if anything was shipped at all. Also how could you ship a new medication without future care plans? What made this even more concerning is that I was in the middle of a treatment plan. Because of the delays and lack of communication, I went without medication and had to wean off unexpectedly, which resulted in significant migraines. This is not something anyone should have to experience due to administrative issues. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor internal coordination ultimately made me uncomfortable continuing care, and I had to stop treatment entirely. I strongly recommend that anyone considering MEDvi get everything in writing, ask very direct billing questions up front, and proceed with caution. My experience was marked by inconsistent communication, unclear billing, and a complete lack of transparency.

    I saw their advertisement and decided to try them for their advertised price of $179.00. There was never a mention of an increase in price. Received a email for a refill and filled it out. There wasn’t any pricing attached. Right away my credit card was charged $299.00. I called MEDVi and talked to a representative. I told him I could not afford $299 a refill and to cancel the order. He said he would check and put me on hold. He came back on the phone and told me the order was already processed and it could not be cancelled. I told him the refill was submitted just minutes ago and that it should be able to be cancelled. While on the phone with him I received 2 emails. One said the refilled was now reviewed and then received another one saying the refill is in process. I told the rep this while on the phone. He told me it was their policy.

    I ask why there was an increase from $179 to $299 without any notification. He could only tell me the $179 was a special offer to get started. I told him that this looks like a bait and switch when you do not notify a customer of the new cost when placing a refill. He had no comment. I am in the process of disputing the charge and told them they need to be upfront with customers concerning actual cost when getting a refill. There was no verbiage anywhere stating a increase in price. Then the kicker was that 3 days later I received a email stating that the order was being processed. Total BS! I would not do business with this company. Buyer Beware!

I was excite to join - took literally 30 seconds - got a call right away from a provider - based on my history, she was kind enough to admit it probably wouldn't work for me - she said I should call to cancel.     The issues with MEDVI are not whether the medication works or not. The medication and comparable costs are available from different companies. Go past MEDVI when you see it listed as a top provider and FIND SOMEONE ELSE, regardless of how reputable you believe the endorser/endorsement/magazine to be. The issue is attempting to resolve errors and mistakes the company makes to include sending the wrong prescription, refusing to fix it, the inability to speak to just one Care team, conflicting texts and emails. They will thank you for your feedback, offer you their sincerest apologies, and profess to care about your health loss journey. Their responses have just the right tone of sincerity to keep you hopeful but it is a scam.

    I switched to MEDVI because the previous company I had went out of business. I was with my former company for nearly a year. I was on 2.5 mg of semaglutide. I have written documentation from MEDVI that they would keep me on the SAME level of semaglutide – 2.5. The first month supply arrived and there were no issues. I expressed interest early on for the 12-month bundle package so that I could keep the monthly payments at $179.00.

    When it was time for the second month prescription, MEDVI charged me $299. I notified them with my supporting documentation that I had expressed interest in the 12-month bundle package so the credit card should have been charged $179. This was ignored. I was then charged $1849 (in addition to the $299) on my credit card so that I could get the yearly bundle to keep the cost at $179 a month for a period of a year. That’s when the issues started. MEDVI RESTARTED my prescription at the lowest dosage of 0.25. I immediately contacted them and sent a picture of their agreement to keep me at 2.5. The response I received was that they would attempt to contact their pharmacy to stop the order and resend me the correct one. I then received a text from them that said, essentially, oops, they weren’t in time to correct it. The lower dosage is coming to you anyway. Just use it.

    I spent nearly three weeks attempting to correct the issue. Two more times I received correspondence from MEDVI apologizing for their oversight saying they were working on it. Yesterday, I received correspondence from MEDVI saying that if it was past 30 days, or up to a year, it was medically safer to begin again at the lower dosage at 0.25. Please note: it had not been 30 days and there was still time for MEDVI to send the right dosage. MEDVI is essentially running out the clock in their on again off again ‘we are working to resolve it’ rhetoric to back subscribers into a corner. It was like being in an endless loop and to date, I have still been unable to get any resolution. This is my first social media post about how poorly MEDVI’s service is. It will not be my last so that I can save other consumers from having to go through the same thing.

    MEDVi website fails to show the final price of your subscription plan unless you are on a computer. My husband and tested it from several devices. I was debited $1914.01 for a 6-month subscription when I thoight I was paying $349/month as a single payment. They essentially false advertised for the Tirzepatide. I called literally after the transaction went through when my bank notified me of unusually activity.

    MedVi told me assured me that they would refund me and help me sign up for the correct subscription plan. That was eight days ago that they wiped out my entire pay check. I've been calling everyday to get an update on when I would receive my refund. They told me they are backlogged but that the refund was sent out. Then I got a txt message: "Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, we have not received a valid prior proof of medications. We will start you on the highest appropriate dose available." Essentially they are prescribing medication with ever having had an appointment with me and without my consent. I still haven't received my money. Basically MedVi stole $2000 from me!

    I just canceled my MedVi subscription. It's been an ordeal. The first month was great. I was upbeat and hopeful and ready for a real change. I didn't lose much but they said that's because I was on a "starter dose" for month 1 to let my body acclimate to the meds. Fair enough. I was excited when they doubled my dosage for month 2. Then the meds arrived. They sent me the same dosage as month 1, even though the new dosage was printed on the med containers. I had to call customer service, speak to someone, get transferred to someone else, move the conversation to email, take and submit numerous photos to prove that they'd sent half as much as they should have, that I wasn't lying and trying to scam for extra meds, and that I'm capable of doing 1st-grade level math and do, in fact, know the difference between 20 and 40.

    Then I had to wait while it was all processed, then I had to submit to another phone interview with one of their pharmacists just to make absolutely sure I'm not utterly, cataclysmically stupid and do, in fact, STILL know the difference between 20 and 40. Even though the mistake was THEIRS, not mine. Then I had to wait for the additional meds to be sent, delaying my second two doses for the month. I was very annoyed, but happy to put it behind me.

    Then my third monthly shipment arrived. They sent me THE STARTER DOSE AGAIN. I contacted them immediately to cancel my subscription. I refuse to go through all of that even one more time, let alone on a monthly basis. This was a full week before my next automatic withdrawal was scheduled. I contacted them every day for a week demanding that my subscription be cancelled and instructing them not to charge my card again. Guess what? Those scam artists charged my card again. I just got the refund, but I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. STEER CLEAR.

    This was honestly a really scary experience. The medication instructions were confusing, and when I thought I took too much, I called freaking out. A nurse told me they’d make sure I was covered for the rest of the month and that someone would call me back—but nobody ever did. I kept calling and leaving messages, and customer service basically told me I was out of luck unless I paid another $350 for more medication. On top of that, it wasn’t made clear that the $279 price would go up after the first order. I kept reaching out for help with clear details of what had happened, but only got generic AI responses asking me what they could do to make it better. When it’s your health, you need clear instructions and real support. I wouldn’t recommend this company—there are a lot of other places that treat patients better.

    I made the mistake of attempting to purchase zepbound from this site 2 weeks ago. I "clicked" on the 1 month option, but was immediately charged 3 months, $1047. I have never received my order. Their customer phone line is never answered, but does "give" you the option of receiving a call back due to the extended waiting time (21, 36, 8 minutes), not once was I called back. Attempting to email cust service is just as frustrating! They continue to give me a patented answer, saying that I need to first complete an "intake form ", but never given the form or option where to fill it out. After numerous emails back and forth, with their emails the SAME EXACT VERBIAGE every time. After 2 days, the emails have changed to "we can not locate your account". What lies and pure thievery!     I have been using Medvi for just over two months now and it’s been going great… until now. When I signed up I started on a month to month plan to make sure that it worked and I could stand the side effects. Things were going great, I was losing weight and the bad effects had subsided so I wrote to customer service to pay for a 12 month subscription. I got bounced around to different email addresses until I seem to have gotten sent to the correct address and… success! I wrote back right away to approve of the quoted price and… nothing.

    I’ve sent 6 follow up messages begging to get things sorted before I got charged another single month charge… nothing. I can’t buy a response from this company (literally, I’m trying to give you all money!). Now I’m stuck, they have proof from me that I agreed to pay for 12 months upfront so they could take that money at any time so I can’t just switch to another company that actually wants my money. I’m at a total loss as to why I’ve been ghosted and/or what to do next.

    Terrible business. They charged me right away for the medication which I never received. A month later I was scheduled for a 5 min phone call that stated I needed a letter waiver from my PCP because I am on an anti depressant (mind you I’m in psychiatry). I am due to be charged again in a day with still no product. I asked how to cancel and was told I could call and they would take care of it right away. When I did I was clearly connected to an outside call center who tried to bully me into staying however finally said he would try to connect me to a concern rep to cancel. After some bogus hold music he stated that they were not available and would “get back to me”.

    I asked if my membership was fully canceled to which he stated no - it was not and I had to wait. He stated there was no supervisor to speak to and that there was no way of fully canceling. I wrote an email stating this was my formal notice quoting their terms of service and the law (I’m a hospital admin as well as in psychiatry thankfully and know the law) and sent it. As it stands there is no guarantee that it is canceled and I won’t be charged.

    I have had an absolutely horrific experience with MEDVi - start to finish. I completed a questionnaire and asked that a doctor contact me. The next thing I know is that my credit card was charged and a prescription was "approved" before I could speak with my primary care physician (PCP). When I asked for a consult with a DOCTOR, I was given the opportunity to speak with a nurse practitioner for 15 minutes between the hours of 5:45 an - 6:45 am my time. Are you kidding me. When my PCP highly recommended that I deal directly with Novo Nordisk (NovoCare Pharmacy) for my formulation, I tried to cancel everything. What a freaking nightmare.

    I have literally spent weeks in circuitous chats with what I believe is an AI chat bot. I get one message saying they understand I do not want to proceed under the care of a nurse and that I am working directly with my PCP. Then I get another message saying they are ready to fulfill my prescription and arrange my consult with a medical professional. This has gone on for weeks.

    When I originally asked for further info because I was interested, I was told to expect 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. After I was charged $179, I was told that I may not see any weight loss at all for up to 3 months and that the medication I would receive is "off label," meaning it is not FDA approved. WTF? I have since worked with my PCF to work directly with NovoCare Pharmacy (operated and owned by Novo Nordisk the maker of Wegovy). Their formulations are approved by the FDA and known to be effective. And - if you can believe this - they are actually CHEAPER than MEDVi.

    I have spent weeks trying to get a refund and get my account - and and personal information -- deleted. I'm not sure I will ever be successful as the AI chatbots keep sending me contradictory messages, but don't seem to be taking any action. Be very wary of this company. I guess if you are unable to obtain a prescription from a physician and are desperate for GLP-1 medication, this may be a good alternative for you. But, if you have any alternatives at all, I would steer clear of MEDVi. Their business practices seem suspicious at best.

    Product seems fine so far. Customer service is beyond frustrating. I've been trying to deal with billing for a month now. I was billed then received a notice that said I was cancelled. With that being said, it meant I would have to start over with another 3-month order. They charged me $747 twice with a refund of 450 one, needless to say, the figures do not add up and they wanted me to cave and pay for 4 months instead of the original 3 agreed upon due to their mistake. Customer service absolutely could not grasp the math part of it and refused to admit it. I have already spoken to a supervisor who clearly understood. He gave me a ticket number and said, "Call back and use the ticket number so as not to have to repeat for the 10th time." YEAH RIGHT, that didn't work either. Still waiting on a call from management. This has been ongoing for a month now!

    Very good coaching which keep me in check of my progress and goals. This is my third month. I received good guidelines. The coaching focusing on food choices, activities and setting goals. This is the best part of the program. My weight loss progress is very slow and probably the dosage I am taking is too low. My only complaint is that I cannot get all the answers at once.

    After coaching, I am asked to fill out the intake form if I want to talk to the doctor or submit request for refill. I paid in advance for 3 months supply. There is no way to know how much I will be charged for next month refill after 3 month. I keep getting reminders that it is time for refill, but no one providing the cost. Definitely, the upfront communication needs improvement. I do not want to be charged without knowing the cost. It seems like there is a separate department for doctor, coaching, intake form, and processing refill. It should be streamlined so dealing with this won't be my full-time job.

    I would give Medvi a zero if that were an option. You tell the interviewer exactly what you want, and they say they got it and they will get it shipped right out. I was specifically ordering Semaglutide/GLP-1 in pill form, and they sent me Semaglutide with some other compound in injectable form. I travel seven days a week from hotel to hotel. I have no way to keep the injectable medication cold while traveling. I spoke with customer service, who insisted they had sent me the right medication and just told me that I must be mistaken. After twenty minutes on the phone with this moron, he finally told me that if I wanted the medication that I actually ordered, he would have to bill me a second time, then send it out.

    I was very specific with the person who interviewed me, and she said she understood that I would only be able to use GLP-1 in pill form because of what I do for a living. She then proceeded to place an order for the wrong medication and send me a receipt for a weekly injection, knowing full well that she ordered the wrong medication! Do yourself a huge favor and do not order anything from these people. Take a look at how many people actually gave them one star, and in most cases, it was all about the customer service and getting ripped off when they intentionally sent the wrong order.

    I'm shocked that there are any reviews higher than a 1. If you are looking for customer service or expect to actually receive the product you paid for on time....keep looking. If you ever need true customer service all you get will be off-shored copy and paste and scripted messages. Nothing helpful.     I went through the HSA store to be sure I was buying from a good company. I was overcharged by $800. So after they did not make things right, I’ve been asking for all of my money back and they keep giving me the run around and telling me no one is available to do refunds. When I signed in using my business info the app had completely changed and they were no longer affecting bundle prices, this was just within 3 days of purchase. However whenever was emailing me from the company stated they do offer bundles. Yet the amounts were off for the bundles I was quoted. Then I tried the chat. The chat told me they were no longer offering bundles, the company decided to do monthly payments only for customers' convenience.

    I then called again and the customer care agent said they do still do bundles and whomever was answering in the chat was wrong. I was told another ticket would be created to refund my HSA payment on my Visa health card. They took $2140.01. It should not take more than 4-5 days for a refund. I think this company is a fraud.

    **Extremely misleading pricing, hidden charges, and poor customer service — proceed with caution.** My experience with Medvi has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. I initially signed up because they advertised the medication I needed for a reasonable introductory price of $199 for the first month. However, when I asked about continuing, I was told the price would suddenly jump to $399.

    When I called to cancel due to the drastic price increase, they pressured me to stay by offering to extend the $199 price for another month. They also claimed that speaking with a dietitian was included at no additional cost. Based on that assurance, I agreed. An appointment was scheduled for the next day, which I reasonably assumed would be a full session. Instead, it lasted only about **10 minutes**. During that call, the dietitian told me it was merely an introduction and that I would need to schedule a separate **paid** one-hour session using a link she sent.

    I later booked that one-hour session and was charged **$139.99**. When I realized I could not attend, I canceled the appointment **in advance** and requested a refund. Medvi refused, claiming I had already seen the dietitian the previous month. This is misleading and inaccurate — the prior call was only a 10-minute introduction, not the paid hour-long session. Despite explaining this multiple times, they still denied the refund.

    To make matters worse, I have contacted customer service **several times** regarding this issue and am **still waiting for a response**. The lack of follow-up and accountability only adds to the frustration. Overall, this company relies on confusing pricing, vague service descriptions, and rigid refund policies that leave customers feeling misled. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious and getting everything in writing before agreeing to any “special offers” or add-on services.

The first time I called them about the program the guy on the phone would not explain anything, wouldn’t let me talk because he was talking over me and ended up hanging up on me when I said something. They told me I didn’t order tirzepatide but semaglutide. I know exactly what I ordered. They already charge me more than the sale price the first time and I had to call for them to give me the sale price. That’s what the doc wrote the script for and it said it was sent to the pharmacy and I didn’t have to do anything else. Not true. They don’t even instruct you what to do or tell you anything. I thought it was on its way and they are saying I had to answer a email to get meds. A email I never got. The whole process has been a mess. Now they are saying that I ordered semaglutide so they are escalating it to try to get the tirzepatide and I will receive a call back. By the time I get anything it will be time to pay for another month. It’s basically bs yall. Be careful.

    Please keep in mind that once you schedule an initial visit you are signed up for a subscription plan whether you visit with the provider or not. I did not meet with the provider due to a death in the family and was billed for the next 2 months despite emailing to cancel. I was then told that even though I NEVER received any products from them my initial fee was non-refundable because a month had passed before I realized I had been charged a second $400 fee and NEVER received any products. I understand the 28 day refund policy once a product is received, but to repeat I never received anything, I attempted to cancel and was billed another subscription fee the following month because I had not met with the provider. If receipt of the product is contingent on speaking with the provider, then the money should not be billed until after this meeting has occurred!!!!!

    There are many other places offering the same service that do not make you jump through hoops to cancel a subscription that was not clear you were registering for in the first place. So please just read the fine print before choosing this company. Again I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT, but was told I was ineligible for a cancellation until I met with the provider and received the product. So, I would have kept getting billed even after telling them I no longer wanted the service, so in the end I had to forfeit the original $199 fee.

    I signed up for Medvi believing it was a trustworthy telehealth provider and that I would receive a live consultation with a physician to review my provided details. While waiting for approval, I did additional research and became concerned to learn that the medication being provided is not FDA approved. I spoke with my physician the following morning to strongly encouraged me against this company.

    I attempted to cancel my order within hours of placing it. At that point, I had not had any virtual visit, consultation, or direct interaction with a licensed provider, and I had not selected a pharmacy. Customer support repeatedly sent mixed messages that I was being refunded and the order was cancelled and others that said they'd look into and even more "welcoming me to Medvi". It was all very chaotic and concerning. The FOLLOWING day, they then told me the order could not be canceled because it had already been sent to a pharmacy or was being compounded, but they were unable to explain how that was possible if I had not chosen a pharmacy or spoken with a clinician. This question was asked multiple times and never answered.

    Given the seriousness of the situation, I formally requested documentation related to my prescription, including:

    The prescribing clinician’s name and license number

    My medical chart notes and clinical justification

    Pharmacy verification and licensing information

    Instead of providing any of the requested information, Medvi responded only by notifying me that my subscription was canceled. None of my questions were addressed, and no medical documentation was provided. That lack of transparency is extremely concerning, especially when a prescription medication is involved.

    I did not receive informed consent, a medical consultation, or any explanation of medical appropriateness before a prescription was issued and shipped. The refusal to answer basic questions and provide records — followed by abruptly canceling my subscription — raises serious concerns about patient safety, ethical prescribing, and customer protection. I would not recommend Medvi. Consumers should proceed with extreme caution.

They’re giving medication out that could hurt someone without ever talking to a doctor without blood work without anything so dangerous and then they don’t mail the product. If you have this problem just do a chargeback. They seem to be a scam company.

    This is the most frustrating consumer experience I have ever had. I have been trying to get my medication from MEDVi for a month now, and I've never experienced such a disorganized company. The customer service has no idea what the pharmacy is up to, and vice versa, and when my prescription got lost by UPS in December, they kept reassuring me I'd receive my medication the next day... In reality, UPS had lost the package! I called Medvi and emailed them for three days straight, told them there was no updated delivery date for the medication, and yet everyone spun me the same line, which is that there was a delay but the medication was on its way. Then, when I called UPS directly, UPS immediately told me the package was lost! Have no idea why Medvi didn't call UPS to find this out.

    When I let Medvi know, they put the responsibility on me to open an inquiry with UPS and ask for proof that the package was indeed lost... Which I did, even though I believe they should have looked into this themselves. I then asked for a refund, since I was about to leave town for the holidays, and wouldn't be around for the next three weeks. And surprise surprise: Medvi said they don't issue refunds (which is absurd). They guaranteed I'd receive my medication upon my return, and yet I've been back for almost a week, have been trying to get them to send my medication, but again, no one knows anything. It takes them at least 24 hours to return my emails, and although I was told yesterday by email that a message was sent to a provider to reissue my prescription, I've had no update on when I'd get my medication.

    I then called customer service, and after an hour of waiting to speak with a representative, was told that my account was deactivated!! They said I will therefore not receive anything! I explained the situation for the fortieth time, and was then told my account would be reactivated, and I would receive the two remaining shipments I already paid for. Whether this will really happen or not remains to be seen. I am not holding my breath, and am already prepared for several more emails and phone calls in the next few days. Buyer beware!!!

    Tried to order through Medvi which was a really bad idea. Nothing was ever explained to me and when I got a text message stating I would be getting a medication that was not discussed, I called to cancel. When I called the phone number that was given to me by live support to call and cancel to get a refund the customer service representative who barely spoke english was extremely ignorant and told me I could not get a refund because my medication was already sent. It was less than 24 hours after I had ordered it and the medication was never discussed.

    This company is an absolute joke. They have texted me from four different phone numbers from different states and they give you the absolute runaround without refund. I will be contacting the attorney general, the Better Business Bureau and I did a charge back through my bank. If I could give them less than one star, I absolutely would.

    At first MedVi was great. I paid in advance for 3 months for terzepitide compound for weekly injections. The first month was great. During the beginning of the second month, I made an appointment and it went well. The first 3 weeks were normal. I got a notice to fill out a refill request for my next month. Ghosted, no response or notice that they are processing it. It should be going up to a higher dose as well. And to top it off, there was not enough medication in the vial to get my complete prescribed dose in the 4th shot of the month. I am a medical professional myself, and I should have known better than to trust a company like this. Buyer beware. It's better to go with a local pharmacy that you can hold accountable.

    I have spent that last 6 days in a cycle of frustration with Medvi. The sign up process was quick and easy and promised quick and fast follow-up from the care team at Medvi, and that is where it goes downhill. The next day I received a message with a link to sign up for a provider appointment for weight loss meds, when I attempted to select an "available" appointment day and time (many different ones) they all said they were "not available". So I emailed them and explain the frustrating experience with the process and asked for support and the response not only did not acknowledge the issue but then it asked me to provide a bunch of days and time for them to then manually go back and forth between me and the providers to align our schedules.

    I attempted to call 6 times and was either hung up on (never even talked to a human) several times while no hold and ultimately just decided to cancel since the process was so complicated and frankly a little frustrating. So I emailed asking them to cancel and then they ignored me for 4 days until I called back and finally spoke with someone who I explained my frustration and asked that I not be placed on hold and have the call simply be dropped or ignored and he assured me that he would make sure I got to a person and then left me on hold for > 30 minutes before I had to disconnect the call so I could go back to work.

    I will continue to work at cancelling my membership with them (and they make that very very hard) and get a refund since no services were ever rendered as promise. I also have documentation to support all of this so if there is a response from Medvi on this denying poor communication and avoiding customers who want to cancel/refund, I will provide said receipts. I do believe this place to be a scam and highly suggest using any other platform like HIMS/HERS or RO.

    Not satisfied with the way things are flowing. I was told my medication was shipped, then told I needed a sync appt, so when I called to schedule that appt they said I didn't need a sync appt, then when I asked when the medication would be shipped they told me I needed a sync appt, then I had the sync appt and she said the medication was already shipped, then I messaged support 2 days later to ask when it would be shipped and they told me I missed my sync appt and needed another one. So I just had that one and she promised she put it in, but she can't guarantee it will ship as it gets sent out through the pharmacy. So it was ordered on the 7th but never shipped. It's the 15th and I still don't have the medication and I have to renew in 15 days?? Not a satisfied customer.

    I tried to cancel my subscription and medication. I emailed twice, called twice and texted with their stupid AI bot trying to ensure my credit card wasn't charged for another month. I was told that they would place a cancel request on my file and the cancellation team would contact within 24-48 hours. Didn't happen so I had to call again only for them to tell me that they are having "technical difficulties" in the cancellation group. They wanted me to give them another 48 hours, but by that time, my credit card would be 2 days away from being charged over 300. After arguing with the call center, I asked to speak to a supervisor and their policy is that they have to send a request for escalation and the supervisor will call me back within 24-48 hours, so either way it was going to take me several more days to cancel my subscription.

    After about 45 minutes of requesting an email confirmation that my account would not be charged and requesting a supervisor and the cancellation department, miraculously, the cancellation department no longer had a technical difficulty and I finally got to speak to someone who sent me an email agreeing to cancel my account. Warning to all, this is very similar to Amazon and the difficulty many had when trying to cancel. Amazon lost in court, med-Vi should take notice and make it easier for us to cancel our subscription. The FTC should look into this company and the multitude of complaints.

    I started out filing a form out to see the cost of this. At the end it had me start all over again. So I did. Then I started getting emails how I qualify! Great. Now I look at my cc and I have two separate charges on it. I call to find out why. They told me it’s the new company that they have also. So I began to cancel and they said, "Oh that actually was not charged" however it’s is on my account. I sent it to them showing. They transferred me to someone else. I told that person under no circumstances do I wish to continue with a company that charges additional amounts before I decide whether I want to continue. So I tell them to cancel everything! I want a refund for both of my charges!!

    Then next email I have is, "Oh we shipped you Rx." Now I have another email the next day stating the same thing! So I haven’t received the first one and they are now sending me two and yes have charged me for both!!!! I am not getting any response from them so at this point will deal with my cc. Beware. They are not what they say!!!!

    I want to give a zero. I signed up for the program and scheduled an appt. Nobody showed up to the appointment and it was a hot mess trying to get someone to call me. Also, they charged me 399.01 instead of the $179 they offer. I told them to cancel and give me a refund. Instead, they charged me $399.01 TWICE and then added a charge for $279. Customer service keeps saying they don't see any charges via email. There should be an immediate refund for all charges because I didn't even meet with them and I certainly had no medications prescribed or sent to me. I am going to file fraud charges against them if they don't refund my money immediately. This place is a SCAM. Just don't do it!!

    I ordered the weight loss medication. I opted to pay through Klarna for the payment plan. For some reason the took the entire $1900 out of my checking account. I called to let them know and I have been given the run around for the past week. They are not refunding my money even though they made the mistake. Do not give them permission to charge you.     I previously submitted a review that has since disappeared. I placed an order with MEDVi and provided explicit delivery instructions due to residing in a multi-family home. However, the package was delivered to the incorrect door. UPS provided a delivery confirmation image stating it was delivered as instructed. Following a dispute with MEDVi, they claimed to have sent a replacement. I received a UPS notification with a new delivery date, prompting me to stay home and await delivery. Shortly thereafter, I received another UPS notification rescheduling delivery until they received the package from MEDVi. The next day, I contacted UPS and was informed that MEDVi had only created a shipping label, and I would be notified once they received the package. After multiple attempts to contact MEDVi, I proceeded with my Christmas shopping.

    Later that day, I received an email stating that my package had been delivered to my door. Relieved, I completed my shopping and returned home, only to find no package at my door. Upon reviewing the email, I noticed the delivery image was clearly not of my door. I contacted UPS, who advised me to contact the sender. I then reached out to Medvi, who implied that I resided in a single-family home and that delivery had been made. I provided images of my door versus the delivery door, as well as proof of my multi-family residence. I contacted my landlord and attempted to reach out to my neighbors. MEDVi became increasingly uncooperative and ceased responding to my inquiries. I requested their assistance in holding UPS accountable, but they refused to respond. As a result, I have lost both my money and the product through no fault of my own. MEDVi advertised door delivery.

    I’ve had a great experience with MEDVi. I wanted to try a GPL-1 for a long time but definitely couldn’t afford it until these options are available from a compounding pharmacy. The process was very easy and so nice that I didn’t have to schedule an appointment in a doctor’s office just to get this med. Everyone that I have been in contact has been extremely kind and helpful! Answering any questions that I had. I was amazed at how convenient and quickly I received my meds.

    When I called in for the first time to get started. I spoke to the woman. I told her I wanted semiglutide because that was the one for 179 to start. She said no that’s some more expensive one at 279 and trizepitide was the one for 179. I said then change it and she said no problem and she would refund $100. So a few days later, I checked my credit card and no refund had been done. I called back to them and explained the situation.

    The person I spoke to said no semiglutide where’s the cheaper one for 179. Trizepitide was the one for 279. I said that’s not what I was told in the beginning and she goes well. That’s the way it is. I said then change it back and refund me my money. And she refused. I said then cancel my subscription because this is too much trouble. She said she wasn’t able to do that either. And she refused to listen to me she would try and talk over me. Which I thought was weird on a recorded line where her boss and supervisor could hear that it wasn’t very good customer service. So being on the phone for 20 minutes I finally just hung up because she just kept arguing with me.

    Prior to that she did tell me wait till you get your medication then you could call us back and cancel it. Prior to receiving my medication I did get an email from I think her name was Laura stating that my subscription was canceled, but they were not able to refund me the difference because the order had already gone to the pharmacy. None of it made any sense whatsoever.

    So I received my medication last week took my first shot could be water for all I know. Do I trust this company billing department? No, we share and get names of who you talk to in the beginning write down everything they said. Because you will be overcharged. Then they did say, they saw no record of me calling initially and speaking to anybody regarding changing the medication and getting a refund. I’ll give it the medication another three weeks. See what happens and if I don’t lose any weight, then I will write another review. I’m not one to write a review usually I just let it blow over, but this one’s really bothered me. I really felt like I’ve been lied to. And the customer service was just horrendous.

    To start off my first prescription was stolen by someone within shipping. My first and second medicine bottles of medicine were the exact same even though the dosage was supposed to increase. I lost no weight. Canceling your membership subscription is a hassle. You can not cancel through the app or by chatting with someone. When I called the person you speak with can not cancel the membership either. It can only be done by someone in the cancelation department. This is unfair business practices. You should be able to cancel the same way you signed up. I would gladly join a lawsuit to change the way this company does business.

    I am not writing a review regarding the product but yet the customer service. I called in to cancel my prescription and I was held online for about 15 minutes while the representative Nathan ** decided to give me a life lesson and tell me how I need to try harder and I shouldn't be canceling and pretty much telling me that I need to let it go on and try more instead of doing what I wanted to do which is exercising. I will admit that I made the mistake of getting this product and jumping to quick to thinking that a shot will help me lose weight when I know all I need to do is exercise and eat better. I have now made that choice and again I was talked to as if I was a child. He continued to over talk me and deliberately took his time on processing my cancellation. Again, this is not about the product but purely about the unprofessional customer service.

    Horrible, not sure why they have not been shut down yet for criminal activity. They charge you for medications but don't send it. When you call them they say that it's because you never met with the dr and they schedule you a week out. It's a week, I am on the phone waiting for a dr. I have thus far paid for two months of medications with nothing ever shipped by them, they aren't even denying it. Last week, I asked for a supervisor so they said that they will call me back within 48 hours, (sure) no call back.

    At best, MEDVi’s intake website is grossly misleading and I could NEVER recommend MEDVi to anyone. I believed that I would see at least some results in 4 months. During the first month, with an initial prescription from Epiq Scripts there was a slight result and had that continued, it would have been plausible that my weight loss would differ from the stated goal. However the next 3 month prescription from Foothills Pharmacy, with gradual increases in Semaglutide amounts each month produced NO EFFECTS whatsoever. I contacted the care team and informed them of this and even said it seemed like I was taking a placebo. The care team responded with vague reasons for a lack of results but no real changes were made or suggestions given.

    Nothing in my life or my actions were unusual enough to result in such lack of progress. When people I know are losing weight successfully through other programs and MEDVi’s programs is a complete bust, I can only concur this is a scam. And there is NOT a money back guarantee although advertised. I am out over $1400 and haven’t lost a pound.

    I received my medicine from Beaker Pharmacy through Medvi for the first time and did not understand the seriousness of the compound needing to be cold and in refrigerated packing. The material had dissolved and the liquid was room temperature. I wasted $279 for an ineffective compound, wasted my time and energy trying them out and have not been refunded. It was a bad experience with no resolve.

    I signed up with the thought that this company was trustworthy. While waiting to be confirmed that I was approved I did more research and found that to not be the case. I learned that this company’s product isn’t FDA approved which is very alarming. I wanted to speak with my primary doctor before proceeding. When talking to support about canceling my order that has not shipped out (as well as getting email/texts that I need to pick a pharmacy) I was told they can’t cancel this first order because it was sent to the pharmacy. How is that possible if I haven’t picked one? I asked this countless times and support could never answer it. Just saying it was already being compounded. But it’s not sent to me, so it should be able to be cancelled. The customer service is disgusting. I was thinking of coming back after speaking with my primary, but not now.

    I wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible experience and still trying to get a refund. Completed the intake virtually. Was told I should receive meds in 3-5 days only to be told my prescription was cancelled because the nurse practitioner wasn't licensed in my state. I had to call to get this information. Was told a ticket was escalated 3 times to be sent to a doctor licensed in my state. I scheduled another appointment with a doctor licensed in my state only for it to be cancelled again. Called back and was told I could talk to a doctor immediately and held on for 30 minutes to be told I would receive a call in 10 minutes which never happened. I was also told because my prescription was sent to the pharmacy I could not receive a refund. Mind you that was the prescription that was approved by someone not licensed in my state so how can that be??? LIARS SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS!!!! Fighting this with my CC company now!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

    I paid them for 3 months up front on 12/31/25 and have yet to have a consult appointment. The providers have no-showed to my telephone/Telehealth appointment 3x. You can’t reschedule online because when you click on an appointment time, it says appointment not available anymore. You call in and they schedule an appointment, only you can’t see it on your end and it doesn’t come up as an appointment. You can’t get a hold of anyone to actually take care of you and get an actual appointment where the provider will show up. I highly do not recommend them. I’ve never seen anything such a mess in my life. All they care about is their money and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

    When I first started with the company I was very happy. I was able to draw four weekly injections from the first vial of medicine. When I went to draw the fourth weekly injection from the second vial I could only draw out 10 units instead of the intended 50 units. When I reached to MEDVi for resolution their first response was that the medication was the correct strength regardless of the amount and that I could schedule an appointment with a nurse to discuss.

    When I pointed out that this response was nonsensical because talking to a nurse could not cure a shortage of medication and that I wanted the shortage (of medication) corrected I was told that I would have to send in a picture of the syringe showing the incomplete dosage. Again, this is nonsensical. IF I wanted to claim a shortage that did not exist what would prevent me from simply partially filling a syringe and taking a picture and then carry on to take the rest of the dosage?

    The truth is that the first vial sold to me was correctly filled, the second was not and MEDVi refused to take corrective action. I have taken one shot from the third vial and can only hope that there are three other doses left in the vial. And, it is safe to say that I am DONE with MEDVi. Fortunately there are several other companies peddling the same merchandise ... and the price of WEGOVY is only $50 a month more than MEDVi's formulary GLP-1. With WEGOVY I can count on my local pharmacist working with me in the event there is a problem ...

    I have been on a Trace appetite since January and have lost 65 pounds so I agree the medicine works. In October, I switched to an easier system where they mailed the medication to me and that was Medvi. I received the first medication on time, but then in November and December, and now January each month they have pushed back my shipment for a glitch in their system, and I am at the point where I’m going to miss a dose.

    Customer service says they’ll help me and then when they put the medication in for refill, I get declined stating that I haven’t waited enough time for a refill, even though their glitches are in the system. I ended up canceling from lack of customer service or communication between those who helped submit the refill form and those who review it. If they would look at the dates, they would understand that their errors have pushed back my medication now almost 2 weeks. I canceled and was issued a refund and just FYI I went to another provider saving $125 a month and better customer service in patient support!

    I chose Medvi because it was highly rated on Forbes.com. The first month was reasonable, but the second month went up to $399. They charged my credit card before I had a chance to even think about whether I wanted to continue or not. When I communicated with one of the representatives regarding bundling prices, I was told that for $399 it would be a 2-month supply, not a 1-month supply. I agreed and told them to continue to process my order. I received only one vial in the mail. When I inquired when the second vial would be arriving, I was told it was for one month only. I have been communicating with them back and forth trying to get them to honor the commitment that their representative made, even sending them screenshots from both text messages exchanged, as well as my online account, where it clearly states that the $399 is for a 2-month supply, and they are refusing to honor that price.

    Stay far far away from this company. It took them 2 weeks to get my order to me, I had been taking phentermine before this program. So after I signed up for it my appetite went through the roof. I had 2 refills left on my phentermine, so I got it filled and took it while I waited for this company to drag their feet. It costed 250 dollars more than what they said, and because I filled my phentermine, they disqualified me from the program. Switched over to a local pharmacy who compounded it and I can immediately tell the difference. The Medvi version is ineffective.     I was set up for my initial appointment on January 6th, I was on the portal on time but no one came on for my appointment. I called customer service and told them they said I would get a call from the doctor and I never received the call. Online I got a message that I was a no show for my appointment and told reschedule, I checked the calendar and I would have to wait another week, this is very disappointing since I was at my appointment and their representative was not.     If I could give them 0 stars I would. Although I lost 40 pounds on the medication (Thank you MedVi), their customer service is not good and their billing is just so shady. I paid for 6 month "bundle" up front, which I was not aware of during sign-up (it is broadcast as $179/month with very fine print one time letting you know it's bundled up front). After I called and got that sorted, I went on the medication for 6 months. I am currently on month 6 and have dropped to my maintenance dosing.

    HOWEVER, even though the app says that I wont be billed for another 18 days, wouldn't you know that this morning ANOTHER 1300 charge posted to my account. I am currently on the phone with MedVi now about this. I have it confirmed from Monica in their billing department that they were not supposed to bill again and they "do not know why they did". I was then transferred to "Wendy" in refunds who let me know that because I "bundled" my subscription that she cannot refund me. (So surprising!) I explained that I had already paid for my "bundle" once and asked how long I was in my bundle. She said 6 months. Interesting!

    I've already paid for my 6 months BACK IN AUGUST! That would mean, February is my last month on this bundle that is ALREADY paid for. Apparently, that didn't matter, she still could not refund me. I had to be sent to another department, who "doesn't have any inbound phone lines" and only has "outbound phone lines" which, come on, who believes that in 2026, and was told I would receive a call back (yea right, like the next billing cycle was in 18 days) HAH!

    Anyway, I'm still on hold because I have told them I don't trust them to call me back since they charged me for another 6 months without my consent or even without following ANY of their own guidelines/calendars, and that I will be staying on the phone with them until they provide me with a refund. If I have to speak to the owner of the damn company I will. Save yourself the trouble and lose weight through a company that has integrity.

    This company is good with customer inquiry and responses. However, their responses are poor quality with all canned responses may or may not address your concern. I lost ZERO pounds in 3 months. You would think if they were truly interested in your weight loss, they would at least respond to my concern. All they did was tell me to increase the dose but that did not help. So I would write them, which took days to get an unhelpful response. I am VERY knowledgeable about diets and foods. So that was not the problem. I spent $900 with ZERO RESULTS. They just DID NOT care. Their canned responses are caring and considerate BUT they never helped me. I feel completely ripped off.

    I don't often review and would rate less if I could. I was very excited to try this service/product. My original oral compound turned wet due to the ingredients, and I actually gained weight during the first two weeks (I am postpartum, working full-time and having issues with daycare) so I decided to speak with a provider to switch to the injection. After numerous chats, calls, and emails, no one has been able to help me. I finally had a call scheduled for this morning to speak with a provider but did not receive a link, the appointment did not show on my dashboard and was unable to reach anyone on the appointment line. I finally reached someone on the general line and have asked that he cancel my prescription as no one has been able to help me and there is no way to cancel on my own. He said someone will contact me within the next 24 hours before they cancel. The hours I have put into these efforts on top of having a new baby who has been sick, and a full-time job is extremely frustrating and the "customer service" of this company is non-existent.

    I signed up for Medvi last month when they advertised their program at $199 a month. I had been taking tirzepatide for the past year and that was less expensive than what I had been paying. What I was not told about was that this was for only one month. When I renewed for the second month, they charged me $399! I called them immediately and told them to cancel my subscription. They cancelled but charged me $80, saying the prescription had already been sent to the pharmacist. I explained that it had been less than 30 minutes since I had first contacted them to renew my prescription. They said they would investigate. That was three days ago. Today I received a text and email that said, "An $80 telehealth fee will be deducted from your refund per our policy for provider review/consult." What a scam! And on top of that, I did not lose any weight, I gained 5 pounds!

    Their website isn’t very clear on how to sign up and get a telehealth appointment. As long as they have your money they don’t care. It’s up to you to figure it out. Trial-by-error. Also they charged my credit card almost two weeks before my refill was due. I didn’t even have access to a refill form yet. They don’t want to give you a chance to cancel and definitely don’t make it easy to do so. They say it’s month to month, it’s not. When you buy your first order you then are under a subscription, like it or not. Also the refill was $100 more than they initially told me it would be. I’ve requested a cancellation and refund. But I have to follow up on that since it was after hours. I have no complaints with the medication, shipping or the compound pharmacy that they used.

    I’ve been with MEDVi for a while now and am deep into my treatment, so I feel comfortable sharing my experience. The only part that took some adjustment at first was understanding the billing timeline, since charges start at enrollment rather than when the medication arrives. Once that was explained, everything else went smoothly. The intake process was easy, followed by a virtual visit with a provider who took the time to review my information before approving treatment. After approval, the prescription and supplies were handled quickly, and my medication arrived within a few days with tracking provided. Any supportive meds were included, which I appreciated. A follow-up appointment was scheduled after a few doses to check my progress, and lab work was ordered through a major lab provider at no extra cost.

    There’s also optional access to a health coach, which is a nice perk. Pricing was lower at the beginning, then moved to a regular monthly rate, with better value if you choose a longer plan. What really stood out to me was the patient support team. One representative stayed in touch and helped guide me through each step, which made the process much easier.     Medvi did respond and is reportedly working on responding the issue regarding the last vial being only 1/4 filled. As to the credit card issue, my recommendation is not rely on an email inquiry. I was able to speak with a customer representative who sent a link for the credit card update. Please note that the medication has been very helpful and that I have responded well with little side effects.

    I can say that the lack access to your credit card information is far most my biggest complaint. I initially requested information regarding access to my credit card information to make a change for 2026 due to changes in my HSA. My email requests (x2) was answered only with a standard response that someone would review my inquiry. My 3rd email, a request for cancelation, was also answered with a scripted response.

    The first order I can say was uneventful The second order was charged without my ability to review the invoice to approve a charge to my credit card. After they charged my credit card I received a copy of the invoice and the charge to my credit card. The charge was double the amount. I placed an order after they charged my credit card as I was not able to cancel due to MEDVI lack of response. The vial was received but was filled only 1/4. Needless to say MedVi's business practices are deceptive.

    I chose this company thinking that it was something that would help me. It took a lot for me to decide to take GLP-1 semaglutide. I live on a fixed income. I received an order that was late. Was no longer cold. A medical assistant claims that it was safe to take. Later talk to the pharmacy and they said there should have been no reason that I was taking that and they don't know why they would say that because they are not doctors, are pharmacists.

    When I called Medvi about it again someone will contact you 24 to 48 hours which never happens so the first month I didn't even get to take anything because they refused to reissue new medicine then I kept seeing online on multiple websites that they offered 6 months of that Bound for 179. I wanted that deal. When I called they insisted that they had no control over the internet and what is put out there but that's how they get their customers is through the internet. I have asked for a location, a legal department and I have been told that someone would reach out to me and again nothing but a lot of excuses and runaround...

    Please, please do not use this company!! They are scammers and liars!!! I initially signed up after asking the representative if they prescribed brand name or a compound. She said they prescribed Zepbound. Believing her, I began the process. I later in the same day found out it was a lie and began to read the reviews. I promptly called and requested cancellation and a refund. After being transferred 4 times, someone named Yolanda Williamson stated it was a compound stating she would be sending me a cancellation email within 30 minutes and someone else would contact me regarding the refund within 24 hours. None of this has happened nearly 24 hours later. They emailed me today stating my prescription has been processed and cancellation and refund cannot be processed at this point.

    I have not received any confirmation of prescription fulfillment or shipment, which is again another lie! Please save yourself the headache and choose another provider. Please beware!! MEDVi is a scam!!! Stay away!

    I have had a great experience with Medvi. Anytime I have a question or need an appointment I always get an answer right away. My medication is shipped right away and arrives in a timely manner in a cooler with ice. I feel like it's a good value for the money since everything is included in the one price including medication any doctor visits or coaching visits and shipping for your medication. I like that I don't have to worry about hidden costs. And even if my medication dosage goes up my price stays the same. I spent a good deal looking on the internet for the best possible deal and I chose Medvi and I have been losing weight steadily since beginning the program.

    The overall company itself is great. I dont think the pharmacy or pharmaceutical companies they use have a quality product. I was on the program for 6 months and only lost 2 pounds and decided to discontinued with this company, I couldn't continue to waste a significant amount of money for a crappy product.

    I actually learned about MedVi from my stepfather and after watching his incredible results, I knew I needed to give it a try. The proof is in my lab work. My triglycerides (fat in your blood) went from 178 down to 76 in ONE MONTH! I am also no longer prediabetic! And I also lost about 10 pounds my first month! I am on week 5/6 and I have lost 14ish pounds. I mainly chose to start a GLP not for weight loss but to improve my overall health. This medicine (semi-glutide) and Medvi have changed my life. I am able to text and communicate easily with my account manager if I ever have any questions. I get a tracking number and I am able to track my medicine, so I know exactly when it is coming. There is no weird charges or increase in charges even when your dose goes up. I have searched up and down to find a provider for semi-glutide, and I can assure you that if you choose Medvi, you will be making the right choice.

    Saw special 2026 deals and promotions. Finally decided to go for it. Paid for 12 months up front of $2150. Then they turned around when it was time to send out medication and wanted to charge me an additional $1438. What an absolute scam. I showed them screenshots of the tirzepitide I was ordering With the price listed and they told me I misunderstood. It said compounded tirzepitide with the price. How was I mistaken? I told them they could honor the price they advertised or get lost. They said no. So I asked for a full refund so I can go with a more reputable company. Crickets. They have not responded to my demand for a refund. I’ve included a picture. “Terzepitide Reset Deal $179” and when I got to check out, the reset deal was if I paid 12 months up front. So I did. And they will not honor their own advertised deal.

    The company is a SHAM! I have used their products for 2 months and all I have done is gain weight. I have not lost a single pound. I gained 12 pounds on their product. You can't get ahold of a doctor for any appointments. Every time you call them the call gets dropped. You try to book online and you keep getting errors. You call customer service and ask about their "money back guarantee" and they start to stutter and say you have to submit something in writing. I spent $800 on nothing! Don't use them. They just sell sugar pills.
