I am approaching my 3rd month with Medvi and have had an overall positive experience. I love that there are no hidden fees. Product has been easy to refill and ships incredibly quick. Prices are competitive to other similar companies. The patient portal makes access to everything you need very simple. I love that there is a place to track my progress!

I started tirzeptide lowest dose June 4.. Process was very straightforward. Cost is $ 179 first month and $399 after dosage increased.. I experienced a thorough medical review before starting and then a monthly check in with a clinician.. I am now at 35 dosage (7 in equivalent). I have lost 41 lbs.. The first two months were quite unpleasant..like morning sickness all the time so I did use the anti nausea medication they prescribed.. Labs required are paid by MEDVI… I am going very slowly with dosage deliberately.. Sometimes you don’t lose anything one week then it starts again. I am VERY happy with MEDVI and their compound tirzeptide..and the results so far!

I had complied with med V’s request for a doctor's clearance and the blood work. I called a week and a half ago to inform them that I had uploaded my medical clearance and was ready for the medication. The ship the med the support person assured me that I would have my medication by or around Monday, November 3 third. I followed it up on November 5 since I had not received my medication. This representative confirmed that all my information was in, but said I had to have another doctor appointment before the medication be shipped.

I am reviewing Medvi's service and administration - not the product at this time. Bottom line, the company charged me (so far) $179 for a product/service that is not being delivered. After initial consultations the decision was made to move in another direction at this time, so I called and canceled the account and any further transactions. Nonetheless, Medvi refuses to refund me because, as Pammy Andrews, Medvi Patient Support Team Representative, has informed me they are " unable to issue a refund for the recent charge, as it falls outside of our billing cycle policy." Yes, that is verbatim the reply I received - what insolence, gall and disrespect!! I think that society's policy dictates that proper and legitimate businesses refund customers' money when necessary and required, and especially if, in the end, NO TRANSACTION TAKES PLACE. This lack of professionalism and inability to conduct honorable e-business is inexcusable.

STAY AWAY!!! Read the reviews first! Notice how they all have the same responses! They are just out to get your money. No contract but they will charge you before you even get to speak with a "doctor". You don't have time to review the order or dosage before the say it's already shipped. If you cancel they still charge you the next month and say that the order is processed and they cannot stop it. Lies, lies, lies!!! DO NOT go with this company. I wish I had read reviews before contacting them!!

Horrible company, Beware! I joined in September and advised them I was on this GLP prior and lost 44 pounds in six months with another company. I stopped using it for two months and joined Medvi in September when I decided to restart. They gave me a prescription and I told them it would not work as I was on a higher dose with more units prior but they insisted it would work and for me to use it. I gained seven pounds in the first month and was charged for this.

Had a subscription with MEDVi for weight loss medication. First two months went fine, no problems. In September was charged $399.50 for the upcoming month medication, medication was shipped on 10/9/25. Was not delivered until 10/16/25. Was told by MEDVi not to pickup the medicine because it had not been refrigerated for seven days and would not be good. Was told medication would be reshipped but never received. Have been trying since 10/16/26 to get issue resolved but only told it would be escalated and manager would call. I have not received any call backs as of 11/5/25. Account still charges $399.50 and no I have received no medicine. This company is horrible to deal with if there is an issue with your account or shipping. Looks like they just made $399.50 for nothing!!!’ Would not recommend this company.

I've been on MEDVi for a few months and I'm happy with the product. I've made the necessary lifestyle changes and I'm edging towards my goal weight. The customer service is solid. The price is high but it's an investment in my overall health so I'm willing to sacrifice for a few months for long term success.

This has been a nightmare company to work with. I had originally decided on oral medication. I picked this and scheduled with a consultant. First, it's important to note, I got an immediate notification stating order would be processed in 2-5 days. I had a consultation with one of their practitioners within less than 24 hours. The practitioner tells me, "the pills are not effective. Injections are better and have less side affects." Within seconds of that consultation I get notice that my prescription has been sent, What? Also beware the big front page notice "Money back guarantee" is only once you've paid them for 5 months. I contacted the company immediately and shared what the practitioner said. I also shared that I didn't think it would process until after I met with the consultant.

I was nervous at first being an athlete my whole life, I felt I could just hit the gym. But then work piled up, family took over my free time and I really couldn't find gym time. But then I looked into MEDVi and it was EXACTLY what I needed to get things back on track. Meeting with my counselor and being walked through each step. Shelby has been AMAZING 😍. Her follow up and genuine compassion and friendly nature has made my journey worth every second.

I’m pleased with my progress with using Medvi’s weight loss medication. Since using the injections, I lost 14 pounds. I’ve tried another medication before and didn’t see the results and experienced gastrointestinal issues.

Here’s my story: My card was charged by MedVi on 7/14/25 so I received my order shortly after. There was no vial of medicine in the bag with my order so I thought the syringes were loaded. My husband had to have a total ankle replacement in July with short notice and could not put weight on his foot for three months. I communicated with someone at MedVi and explained I needed to delay the start of the med in case it may make me feel sick because I had to take care of my husband. Now that he’s back on his feet, I was going to start. That's when I realized the syringes were all empty.

I signed up for Semaglutide injections with MEDVi on 10/4/2025 for a price of $179 per month. I stated reading some comments online about this company doing a bait and switch and charging their customers a higher price when dosage changed or when they re-ordered so I emailed their customer support team and let them know about my concerns. They quickly responded and said I should not worry, that my price was fixed and that my fixed amount would never changed even when my dosage increased. Then on 10/30/25 I put in my order for my second month of medication and nowhere did it disclose a price, I just thought I was re-ordering at my fixed price they had guaranteed. Then I saw the receipt come via email and the charge was for $299.

The program was thoughtful from start to finish. My doses were adjusted based on how I felt, and every step was tracked with care. The MEDVi team paid close attention to my progress and checked in regularly. I’ve lost 17 lbs so far and truly appreciate their dedication to patient care.

I never felt left in the dark during my time with Medvi. Every question I had got answered quickly, and every change was explained clearly. That kind of communication gave me real confidence in the process. I’m down 13 lbs and feeling completely in control of my health journey.

I had an extremely disturbing experience with Medvi. I was sent someone else’s prescription medication, and the medication that was supposed to be for me was completely wrong. After taking what I believed to be my medication, I became very sick. This is not a minor shipping mistake — it’s a serious medication safety violation and a breach of patient privacy (HIPAA). Receiving another person’s prescription and being given the wrong drug poses a major health risk and shows a complete lack of quality control and oversight. I contacted the company immediately, requested a full refund, and asked for an internal investigation. I strongly urge anyone considering Medvi to proceed with caution and verify all medication thoroughly. Mistakes like this can have dangerous consequences.

I'm just ending my third week on ** tablets. It was fairly fast and painless to get everything in motion. The visits are easy and the doctors and staff are quite helpful. My medication came within a few days of ordering with instructions and answers to almost any questions that I might have had. The pills easily dissolved under my tongue and seem to work right off the bat. I'm down about 8 lbs. Prior to COVID and a major injury I weighed about 190lbs. I was over 215 when I started this journey. My goal is to get down to about 180lbs.

I warn you to run away and run away from this company, this is scam. I never approved a charge for any product and they charged me $179.00 to my credit card, I called them immediately, literally 5 minutes later they took me in charge and told me they wouldn't return the money because the order had already been processed and they had sent the product and created a tracking number. I sent them 6 emails rejecting any business with them, and they keep sending me emails, texts and calls as if nothing had happened. I already called my bank to cancel that charge and make sure they didn't charge anything in the future. When you call, you were only indue in an office in India.

Do Not order this. I have been on this for at least 5 months and have not lost ANY weight. Each time they would increase by small increments but never worked. Last time they said they would put me on a different medication! One time I received the medication and the ice was melted and warm. I called about this and they said it was still good. So why do they even ship it with ice packs? I have cancelled and hope others are able to see this before they get on this merry-go-round.

Do not order from this company!! If you want to wait weeks for whatever product you think you’re getting. Do not order from them. I believe they are complete scammers! I never received meds! I called every day for updates! One week later I’m still being told my order has been escalated to the “MD”. I finally cancelled after but still being charged for a prescription I never received

Went through the process and they hit my card for $299. I set a phone appointment, as they requested, for 10:00 am but no one called. Checked the status throughout the day and it was “to be reviewed”. In the evening, got a report saying nothing new but advising I talk to my doctor and that they hoped they would be part of my health plan. I responded that if this was the case, why did they hit my credit card in the morning? They responded with an email saying I was approved and required me to complete the payment authorization a second time. Immediately smelled of scam. Contacted the credit card company to report fraud and stop payment. Will go see a real doctor instead. To me, this company is an AI-generated scam. Beware.

MEDVI is a no-go. Their communication is horrid. They only go to 11 mg, didn't tell me that anywhere, and then shipped me half the dose I am already on, which is 12. The provider said this morning she couldn't remember what she had told me, but they only go up to 11 mg. I am now having to work with their customer service to get a refund. And they are not budging on rectifying their error.

I received one month in September. I gained weight. I got an appointment with "the physician". Agreed to up to **. I waited a week, never got the drug. Called, spoke to customer service in Philippines. Was told my account was on hold. They could not tell why. I was told the hold would be released. I okayed to charge my card. Waited another week, no drugs. Called again, thus time the CS person would not tell me what country I was talking to. Again gave the okay to send the drug. I was told I would get it in 3 to 5 days. Another week. Called CS today. Spoke to someone in South Africa. I was told my account was suspended until Nov. 14th This is not good medicine. US has HIPAA laws. How many countries are getting my health records. I told them to cancel my account. This company is bad business. Do not start!

Updated on 10/30/2025: This is a scam. They will not stop contacting me, even though I have practically begged them not to. Buyer beware. Not a trustworthy place. I have tried to block them. This is a helpful warning. DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THEM. YOU'LL NEVER GET RID OF THEM.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I completed an order with this company the first week of August, received my product, and began my journey shortly after. I started to feel very bad side effects and no positive effects, so I did not sign to receive any other orders. So, on August 30, I was charged $ 399, and again on September 28, not only did I never receive my orders, but they refused to give me my money back on 2 separate orders in August and September 2025. They said that, according to their policy, it was too late for them to issue a refund as it was beyond the 28-day billing cycle, and they were only able to provide me with a store credit for more products that did not work at all.

The customer service was amazing! The people that I spoke to on the phone were kind and respectful. Absolutely five star. However, the overall company is not to be trusted with your money. They take your credit card, they offer you a certain price and then they charge you $100 more. You call them, they give you $100 coupon but that's not until your next time. So then I get the product and I'm supposed to get a .07ml and I get 025! Now I was with another company, that's why I was up so high. I am on social security, I can't be playing with my budget like this. They cause me a serious hardship! I trusted them and they burned me twice. I canceled!

Every step of the way, MEDVi has set me up for success. From my initial consult with a nurse practitioner to dedicated staff available to answer questions and provide answers to any questions I might have. The medication has helped me lose weight with an ease that I have never experienced before. And I am speaking as a person who has fought weight gain my whole life. I have focus, energy, and no food noise constantly distracting me from achieving my dietary goals. There have been no side effects of gastric upset or headaches. Of all the sources I reviewed, MEDVi offered the most affordable plans. They made it easy to make a lifestyle change towards a healthier me!

My experience with MedVi has been consistently frustrating and disappointing.

Signing up was easy. No problems with communication, was able to get question answered through phone call, e-mail and text. All supplies included with thorough instructions. They check in with you before refilling RX. Lost 10 pounds first month, cravings reduced, hunger minimal! Highly recommend!

I started the program in mid-June. I have been impressed with the initial processing, interviews, lab work etc. as well as the on-going communication with my account manager, required info for refills and the patient support line. My goal has been to lose the weight slow and steady. I've lost 18 lbs and feel great. My required 90 day follow up labs show a decrease in total cholesterol, A1C among other things. The best part is I'm learning different eating habits for the long term.

I have been using MEDVi for about three months now and am learning that you have to trust the process. My weight loss has not been exactly what I thought up to this point but I am sure after a few adjustments in either what I eat or how often I eat it will get better. The company seems genuinely concerned for my welfare and well being. They are very good at communicating and getting back to you when you have concerns. Just a phone call or text message away. You can even chat online with them if needed. I recommend you try it out as it does reduce the food urges.

Horrible. After signing up, I felt like I was in a timeshare selling seminar. I tried cancelling, and it was like dealing with the worst cable company ever, "escalating" from one person to another, offering me different discounts to stay, saying they need to "investigate", all while their website says "cancel anytime". After repeated emails, phone calls, and transfers, they finally cancelled my subscription. Avoid these people like the plague.

Could not recommend them any less. After signing up and having a quick online interview with a doctor, which they were 30 minutes late for I proceeded to get 3-5 robo calls from a realistic sounding AI named "Alex" who opens the conversation with "hello, hello can you hear me?" to try and make you think you are actually talking to a human. These robo/spam calls then proceeded to happen every single day following signing up until I blocked the number. I called back to try and talk to a human, went through the call chart and pressed 5 to talk to a person. My phone connected and then was silent for 5 minutes and then I was prompted to complete a survey about how great my customer service was today before being hung up on.

I have been so happy with my journey so far! I’m 3.5 months in and I’m down 20 pounds and 4 pant sizes. The communication, shipping time, and care that I have received so far has exceeded my expectations. I cannot believe how easy it is to use MEDVi and I can’t wait to continue my journey.

Beware! I requested cancellation after the first payment and product in writing and on the phone. They stopped sending the medication, but were charging me $399+ each month after that—I didn’t discover it until 3 months in. I called—they actually have a policy that they will only refund money from the 30 days of request—apparently, this is a frequent ploy they use! Stay away, or watch your account a lot better than I did.

I cannot express my deep gratitude for this company (specifically, Martinette). I’ve lost 24 pounds in less than three months and am within two pounds of my goal weight (120 at 5’6”). I’m back into my skinny jeans and am deliriously happy. My friends have asked how I’ve done it and…girl power…I always tell them Medvi “skinny shots!” Medvi!, you are an amazing company! Always forthright in pricing and easy to reach with any questions. I’m humbled at the new me thanks to you.

I am really please with MEDVi. I was given a lot of support and appreciated the regular checking in with a medical professional. I lost weight but really just felt healthy and energized and back in control of my relationship with food. Great experience from every aspect.

Having used GLP meds in the past and had good luck, and figured I would give this service a try since my insurance would not cover Munjuro anymore. Tried the oral meds first and had no results. After talking to the doctor online, I switched to the shot. Not only did I not see any weight loss, I actually started gaining more weight, even though I had continued to eat healthy and exercise. I then chose to discontinue my service and canceled my membership over the phone.

Omg don’t do it from them. I received the medication and when I went to draw it up it was RED color. Obviously the med is supposed to clear and when I contacted them they were like, “We’re so sorry. It’s not supposed to like that blah blah.” I asked for a refund and they said NO so save your money. Don’t do it.

I ordered it the 4th of Oct, when I saw the total I immediately canceled. It's now the end of October, and they still haven't canceled it. They said I would get a call but never did. Now they're saying again, I will get a call for the cancellation. We will see!

This company is a fraud. They charged me for an order I never made and refused to give me a refund. They will steal your money. They continue to email me to fill out form for more scripts and continue to charge me. This happened twice and I told them ten times through emails that I wanted to cancel. They said they cancelled it and then email me continuously to fill out more forms and charge me. It is a huge scam.

I appreciate the follow up and Support that is available with Medvi. Every month I fill out a form that updates my progress and any concerns I may have. So far I have been able to lose 12 pounds in six weeks. I haven’t been able to lose 6 pounds in 12 years. I’m looking forward to continuing my weight loss on this program.

I switched to MEDVi because I thought they were an affordable option for Tirzepatide. The signup process was easy enough however, after the first month they tried to double the price and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I had to reach out multiple times to ask why and all they did was apologize and lie about the first month being a promotional Price. This was never advertised as such and was very misleading. I reviewed all my emails from them from the signup and it never states it was a discounted promo price for the first month. I will be going back to the company I used previously.

My wife signed up a couple of weeks ago and her experience has been simple and easy. I waited to sign up as I wanted to see what her experience was like. Seemingly OK, I just signed up and paid my $179. Immediately, I am bombarded by emails and text messages. I'm being bugged by txt message to choose a pharmacy. My emails say the medicine is on its way. So being completely confused, and this experience not mirroring my wife's at all, I call up for help. I get somebody who was EXTREMELY difficult to work with who just wanted to read a book to me. That wasn't why I called in. My questions were simple, but I was never able to get my questions answered because this support person was simply reading scripts, talking over me, not listening to me whatsoever. Absolutely angering to say the least.

Not sure what to write as I have never done this before, but I will just give it to you from my perspective. I am in my 40's and have been battling weight for the last 5-7 years. I try to eat right and stay active and yet my weight just continued to increase. When I say active, I mean competitive volleyball a couple times a week, baseball (hardball) weekly and sometimes 2-3 times a week, hiking, biking and really anything outdoors, yet the weight would increase. This company will make false claims and steal your money. They say $179 a month which is only for the 1st month if you only do semaglutide. If you order tirzepitide compound it's $400 and I utilized the product for 5 months and lost 3 lbs and they told me that I successfully lost weight, and would not have me even a partial refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! I have used GLP-1 compounds a few years back and was successful and weight loss. This is a crock company!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!+

I have really enjoyed using MV because I feel like they are always there for consultations, the process has been seamless when it comes to delivery. I am feeling real results, five months in and I’m 27 pounds down! I’m only 10 more pounds away from my goal weight and couldn’t be happier.

I was very skeptical about trying weight loss drugs but I was desperate. My clothes didn’t fit anymore, I woke up with my joints hurting and I was always fatigued. MEDVi has made my weight loss journey easy. I have been taking Semaglutide for 3 months and have lost 15 lbs. I feel so much better overall and have more energy. It was easy to start and there are specialists to help along the way.

MEDVi has been a great success in my life. Since subscribing 5 months ago I’ve lost 25lbs and I feel amazing. Their helpful staff and informative directions allowed me to feel confident injecting the medication myself.

Prescribed oral **, followed strict regime of diet, exercise and pill. No weight loss 5 weeks. Opted to change to injectable after 6 weeks. Thought it would be a seamless transition but a communication issue between MedVi and pharmacy created a delay if 2 weeks. Finally received the bottle of injectable semaglutide but with no syringes or alcohol wipes. Called customer service who stated "they will be mailed"...given the last issue, I insisted they refund me for purchasing them myself and after a discussion with MedVi management, customer service agreed. Not so happy with MedVi-after a huge investment of money, time and commitment and still no progress, lots of frustration over their inability to ensure seamless delivery.

Scam totally. I signed up and paid $399 and never got Dr. call and no medicine ever delivered. They charged another $399 and I didn’t get time to contact. Then another $399 and still no medicine. Contacted & complained and no refunds. They said coaching was available. Never sent the products. Thieves!!!!

I placed an order via a recommendation from a friend. They charged my card immediately. 72 hours later no shipping information. 1 week later, they send an email after inquiring about shipping again, that order was canceled for wrong meds. I advised I never received any meds so how could it be the wrong one. Now they claim I have to talk to someone. I agreed but IF the meds aren't sent within 24 hours of the virtual appt then I will be canceling and getting a refund. I am half on the fence with continuing but they claim the error was on their end. I'd beware with them. I'll update after tomorrow chat.

I've lost 35 lbs. with MEDVi since May 2025. Every staff member I've interacted with has been professional and easy to work with. The reordering process is simple to do, and I'm very happy with the instructions, care provided, and results. I experienced very minor side effects when I started the medication, which were countered by the anti-nausea medication also included in my subscription. I've struggled with my weight for several years now, and MEDVi also discussed lifestyle changes with me to for aftercare.

Medvi staff have been so helpful and attentive. They are so easy to contact from either calling, texting or emailing. If I have any questions or concerns they are quick to respond. Also, the shipping for the medication was very fast. I highly recommend Medvi!

This has been a very easy process even when I needed to meet with a provider. They have answered any questions I have had and always respond in a timely manner. I am down 12lbs so far and it’s been a little over 1 month.

MEDVi has been a smooth program to follow. Staff has been responsive and very helpful in my weight loss journey. I am a slow responder with multi factors and staff has always been willing to aid and encourage me throughout this process.

I had great success on the program and hit my goal in 5 months. I switched to a maintenance program through my physician and when I tried to cancel it was a nightmare. First, there is no way to cancel online so I sent an email. They wrote back and suggested I speak with a nurse first so they made an appointment for a call, the call never came nor did anyone appear on the video program. When I called they said they were now having “system issues” which I found suspicious. I sent another cancellation email and got an automatic response saying they would look at it in a day or two, so not sure what “system issues” they were having. No reported issues when researched either. Looks like I am going to need to go through my credit card company to stop the next charge. It’s a shame because everything went so well up to the cancel process.

I joined for 1 month - did not think the compound was very effective but my sole complaint is continuing to be charged 399 monthly. I was shocked becuase I intentionally did not fill out the refill form and they still charged me! I called immediately and spent alot of time on the phone with customer service to ensure my account was closed and I would not be charged again. And like clockwork 30 days later it happens again. I called back and asked for a supervisor so I could hopefully ensure this would be resolved for good. The first customer service rep was so rude and disrespectful that I had to hang up and call back. The second rep understood my frustration and said I would get a call from a supervisor in a day or 2. I did not get a call but did get an email denoting I was credited and the account was closed. We will see in 30 days....

I was on my 3rd order and did not receive the package. They keep telling me I have to deal directly with UPS. I’ve made two claims with UPS in the last two weeks and still nothing. Medvi refuses to re-ship it or refund the $499.

I have been using Medvi for four months now. I’ve lost 13 pounds. The only negative I have to say is I have had major stomach issues. They did prescribe a prescription which definitely helped. They then adjusted my prescription which is now working much better for the stomach issues. I thought that I would have lost more weight by now.

Everything was going well until I was traveling for 6 weeks. I asked for an extra vial to take with me. I was told that I can't order an extra vial and if I am not taking it for more then 2 weeks I will probably have to start with a lower dose.

I signed up, because I thought this was a very good plan. They took my money, and I could never get on to make an appointment. They billed me again this month, and I have received absolutely help making an appointment or no product. I am definitely telling my credit card. This is fraud. I am not happy and would not recommend this to anybody.

Medvi’s team actually checks in, which is rare these days. I reached out about a mild side effect and got a same-day response from my provider. They adjusted my dose and followed up a few days later. I started feeling better within a week, and I’m already down 14 lbs. Their attention and care make the whole process feel personal and safe.

I had a horrible experience with the company and the pharmacy. My first month went ok! I was told I had the option of undergoing bloodwork; however, after three weeks, I received an email stating that I needed to have bloodwork done. I ordered the second month's dosage, which increased from 8.5 units to 17 units. However, the pharmacy sent me only 20 units. I called customer service, and they stated it was the correct amount. The amount would not last four weeks. I requested a refund and asked to return the medication, but they refused. I canceled the subscription with them. Additionally, it's not Semaglutide, but rather a compound.

Let’s just start with assessment, that’s the easy part!!! Getting them to respond after you pay for the medication you're asking for, they go silent. I had to call them for my telehealth. Mind you, was scheduled a week out!!!! It says 24-48 hr turn around... That’s clearly not the case.. two weeks later!!!! I got my meds. I had called two times asking for nausea medication due to being on it already. Nope, never received them...

This company is a scam designed to steal your hard earned money. Unfortunately most of us found out the hard way because they would not stand by their advertisement stating clearly a money back guarantee and no hidden fees. I tried to cancel my subscription within 1/2 hr after talking with nurse practitioner. MEDVi lie to me and said the medication was already sent to me when the pharmacy was already closed for the day. I emailed pharmacy directly and canceled my prescription and they sent me a confirmation email the next day. I also called pharmacy directly and they confirmed again meds had not shipped. Then Medvi again lied and said meds were already in the mail so they can’t refund my money. I hope you are one of the lucky ones who did your research beforehand and will not fall for their deception. This company needs to be shut down… It is scamming 1000’s of people.

August 13th, 2025 I was charged 399.50 for a monthly does of Tirzepatide. They bill and charge weeks before you are due for a new shipment.

Criminals. Was charged a monthly charge of $399.00 even after I tried to cancel my membership and regardless of medication not being received or authorized. They never sent medication and refused to refund my money even though 4 days prior to me contacting them they drafted money from my account. I lost my job and explained to them the reason for requesting a refund and they still refused. Please do not use this company. They are crooks. Stay away!

This company is a scam, don't believe their "money back guarantee" bull crap. Their meds don't work and it causes major side effects. It takes days to speak with one of their "medical providers", they also will charge your card without authorization.

I was nervous and a bit overwhelmed by the amount of alternatives online when I discovered my health insurance wouldn't cover weight loss medication. MedVi made the process painless, affordable and has excellent customer support. As a plus, I've had extremely minimal side effects to my medication and am making good progress on my weight loss journey.

I had been using semaglutide for weight loss for over a year when because of new regulations I was unable to get it from my provider and pharmacy. My transfer to MEDVi was so smooth. Everyone is very helpful and great to deal with.

I have been using Medvi for 6 months now. I started with the sublingual tirzepitide tablets and eventually moved up to the injectable version. My medication is mailed quickly after a visit with the nurse to ensure everything is going well. They are very responsive to emails whenever I have a question.

I started using MedVi for Semaglutide about 3 months ago and they have been great. I find them to be communicative and friendly with a good price for the medication. I have enjoyed using them and have had no issues!

I’ve been with MedVi now for five months and have no complaints actually, I feel the program is very good. They start you off slow so that you and your body can acclimate accordingly and then overtime and as by individual preference medication is adjusted accordingly. There is a one on one dialogue on a regular basis. They are 24 seven support is always available, and I appreciate the expediency and timeliness and receiving my medication. To date it’s been a great experience and I appreciate it. My weight loss has been gradual, but I am down 15 pounds and considering that I wanted to lose weight slowly so that my body could adjust and keep it off. I’m happy with my results.

I was interested in losing 20 lbs after no success with other products. Stubborn belly fat. After 5 months, I had lost 5 lbs. Pretty expensive for no more results. I followed all instructions. I filled out the follow up monthly care plan with great detail and description. It appeared the most important part reviewed was the one box asking if you wanted to go up in dosage. Also, there was no additional information asked about any symptoms. It would have been important to share the degree of issue with each symptom. Again, I used great detail in my general description, but I'm not sure that it made any difference.

Would love to give them no stars horrible crooks!!! I started my account with them 2 months ago. First month ok, when you talk with nurse they seem like they're too busy and rush you. 1st red light. They mislead you and when told I want to cancel because it was too expensive they offered me a $100.00 discount on next order, that didn’t happen and then tried to cancel and they wouldn’t and ask them not to take any funds from my account and they told me basically I owed them. Also cancelled a order on the very same day and they put it through. I went back and forth with them and stressed to the limit what a nightmare. Please do not do business with this company. Crooks. No compassion whatsoever. Walked in excited for a new journey and stilling trying for confirmation. I’m canceled and sick over it.

I was hesitant about starting compounded tirzepatide. I began on the pill for the first 2 months, stepping up dosage every month until the injection was the only next step. The slow transition in dosage prevented any side effects for me, even though they ship medication for the side effects, I didn't have to use any and stopped asking for refills. I definitely felt the effect of the appetite suppression once I switched to the injection and I have experienced more consistent weight loss since.

I love Medvi! They have been wonderful to work with. Almost instant e-mail responses and lots of communication! The coaching support is a great benefit, too! I started out at level one. I noticed an instant reduction in appetite. I have since moved to level 2 with no side effects! Try it!

I have been using this company for a few months now and I am loving the results I am getting. I am finally able to fit in some jeans and looking forward to seeing more progress over the next few months!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I submitted an order with this company, and not only did I never receive my order, but they refused to give me my money back. They said that, according to their policy, it was too late for them to issue a refund, and they were only able to provide me with a store credit. I let them know that since I never received my order from them, I decided to go through a different company and would rather not do business with them, but they still refused to give me a refund. Remember, I never received the order I paid for from them, but they still chose to adhere to their policy, and they doubled down on not providing me with a refund. This company is both manipulative and shady in its business practices, and rather than put the needs of their consumer at the forefront of their business ethos, they adhere to a policy that inevitably puts their consumers at a disadvantage.

These people are dangerous to your health! DO NOT do business with them, they're scammers. Who knows what's in the medication vials??? And why should you need nausea medication to accompany this medication?? Plus they charge a lot, and you play hell trying to get your money back from them! This company should NOT be in business whatsoever! Don't fall for this dangerous scam, it could cost you your life, or make you feel like you're dying! There are a lot of other safer, more concerned places that do sell weight loss drugs. Please do your homework.

MEDVi is a crooked company. I initially was looking at their site and even called to speak with someone when I mistakenly went through the process of actually signing up on a six month plan of Tirzepatide. The customer service rep said you put in your billing prior to consulting with a Practitioner. I was actually charged right away. When I realized I had been charged - I called back. This was no more than three minutes after initially purchasing this plan. I called their customer service reps and asked to cancel immediately. The service reps indicated they would and refund in the next day. I then received a e-mail the following day indicating they were cancelling my membership less $100 for a practitioner review. I called them and was not happy. They insisted it's in the rules and this was not reimbursable. Crooked company. I called my credit card company and am in the process of refusing payment for this as it's unfair actions.

I paid for a 3 month subscription from Medvi which was $747. The day I subscribed I was sent an email stating I was approved and meds would be sent within 3-5 days. I received notification from Medvi the day after and said my prescription was sent to Link Pharmacy to be compounded and then sent out along with a tracking #. 7 days later I still have not received any correspondence from the pharmacy and still no medication delivered. Medvi states no refunds will be given although they did cancel any future subscription payments. Do not do business with Medvi. This is a scam. I cannot say this enough. They took my $747 and never sent any medication and no communication from the pharmacy.

MEDVI has been amazing. Their support has been kind and prompt to respond. In five months I have gone from 172lbs to 130lbs! I have had little to no side effects on ** injections. My dosage was gradually increased as my body adjusted. I highly recommend that the patients be provided a diet and that they remember to eat and drink plenty of water. Make sure that they get adequate Protein to avoid muscle wasting.

Everything seemed legitimate until things started… The medication never worked and after three months they continue to say oh you need to change everything in order for it to work… And I have friends that have been taking this medication from their doctors' prescription and it works for them who have much more weight than I have to lose… And I have to tell you it was very disappointing. I hope to goodness that people are skeptical because this company is quite shady. They don’t stand by in their product. They should’ve refunded me all of the months because it never worked.

I started a Medvi GLP-1 oral medication in July of this year. I have not lost a single pound nor received any feedback as to the guaranteed money back policy that the company displays on its website. I'm very disappointed with the results, the customer service and company policies.

Do NOT use Medvi. I paid $279 14 days ago. And still do not have my tirzepatide. I am being told that the pharmacy has the order so I cannot get a refund. Why is it my problem that the pharmacy is not well run? Guess what. It's not. Send me my refund!

I went ahead and I ordered a three month supply of Semaglutide, which was which was $747 within 12 hours. I canceled my order because I realize you have to read the fine print and it isn’t Semaglutide that they were prescribing me. It was a compound Semaglutide that is not FDA approved so I decided not to put it in my body because you don’t know what would happen. Anyway this company MEDVi refuses to refund all of my money. They want to keep over $300 for services that were not rendered. Do not fall for their fraudulent claims of being FDA approved. I am going to be posting on BBB and I am going to be posting all over social media and this company is just stealing people's money.

I was skeptical because of internet scams, but MEDVi has been professional the whole way. I’m 4’11 and started at 134 lbs — not huge but the weight was affecting my joints. Three months on compounded semaglutide injections and I’m down to 121 lbs. The needles are so small they don’t hurt, and the provider always checks in before each refill. Customer support has been responsive and kind.

My experience has been great! Customer service was wonderful both by email and by phone. I’m down 13 pounds in 2 months. GLP1 has definitely helped me get out of the pre-diabetic range. I feel the price is fair, and they don’t send an overabundance of emails and text when you join.

I called and canceled my account 2 hours after scheduling appointment... Had to talk to 3 people... and they finally said it was canceled and I would receive a refund, then 24 hours, I get an email from a pharmacy that it was sent. I called and said I already canceled and they said it was processed before I called... but I canceled 2 hours after I contacted them, and the prescription was sent 24 HOURS after I canceled. This COMPANY is a SHAM. I am now handling it as a FRAUD DISPUTE with my CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

MEDVi has a ton of support and their outreach is nonstop. They will call, text, email you endlessly. I feel supported, but borderline harassed. I still don’t understand the dosages and I feel like they keep you at a low dose purposely.

Using Medvi going on 4 months now. I have lost 16 lbs so far. I had 2 setbacks (severe food poisoning and chosen delay with dosage increase) or I’m sure I would have lost more. Medication delivery has been 2 days or less. Everything needed for injections is included with each shipment. Communication with the company has ranged from complicated to easy. The App is awkward, but works well for ordering refills. I’m more than satisfied with the service and results so far. Glad I selected this company.

Fast shipping, affordable prices, good customer service, AI needs to be excluded so that provider and professionals can stay on one accord for patient notation. The first month was $249 then $299 from here out. I think I will check out the bundle pre-paid packaging to save more money.

I have been very pleased with my Medvi experience. Haven’t been ‘hangry’ since I started it. I have had an average of 1-2 pounds weight loss per week, which is what I prefer. I would recommend Medvi to help with weight loss.

Everything was great... at first. Then if you actually have an issue, you get RNs and customer reps who lie to you. I started with Medvi in August. Everything was good - fast shipments, good customer service response. Then when I submitted for a higher dose because the one I was on was ineffective, they denied it. Why? Because they said I lost 5% in 4 weeks which was NOT true. I submitted the form at 6 week and had lost 8 pounds. The dumb nurses just kept saying I lost 8 pounds in a month even though I repeatedly told them that was at 6 weeks, NOT FOUR! Then the dumb nurse LIES to me and says she has no problem upping me to the 7.5mg and that she would have to escalate it and someone would call me. You can guess -- no one called me.

Overall easy process to get started and receive medication. I did my intake form and then had a video call with a nurse practitioner. Very easy to talk to and I was approved within 15 minutes. Medication ships directly to your house with instructions on how to administer. I have had no issues with receiving the meds and giving them to myself. Customer service was easy to reach out to and I was able to get a refund when I decided to take a month off but they had already charged me. I would recommend Medvi if you are needing a GLP1.

I have always eaten a healthy diet and had a regular schedule of working out but that did not stop me from putting on over 30lbs in less than one year at the age of 47. I tried everything over the last two years to lose the weight and spent thousands of dollars on personal trainers, nutritionists, weight loss supplements, probiotics, lab testing etc with the hope that something would help. Nothing made a dent. I was always told that this is just something that can happen at my age. That frustrated me to no end when I had never struggled with my weight before.

Scam. Will charge you monthly regardless of medication being received or authorized. I was charged for 5 months without authorizing a charge or medication refill. They never sent medication and refuse to refund my money. Please do not use this company!

I have had a wonderful experience, medication is delivered timely and professionally package. All questions are answered when asked. Medication works well with no side effects. They follow up often to see if you need anything. I would highly recommend!

MEDVi was super easy to set up and start the process of receiving your medication. One fault I find is actually signing into an “account” to update weight loss like they ask. Once your payment is approved and the doctor signs off on it the pharmacy ships quickly.

My wife is having a severe allergic reaction to the crap she bought from this company. She got violently ill the first night she took it, hives starting showing up on her body. It was only a few. Then 7 days after the shot she starts breaking out in hives all over her body. Literally from her forehead to her toes. The bottom of her feet hurt so bad she can barely walk. When we woke up on day 7 her face was so swollen, you couldn’t recognize her. We’ve had to go to Urgent Care, then the ER the next morning because her throat started to swell. Tomorrow we have to go to a dermatologist to get tests done on the vial of crap we bought to see what it is contaminated with and what is making my wife sick. We will be getting our attorney involved.

My experience with MEDVi has been mostly positive. I have lost 21 lbs since starting the program 4 months ago. This may be a little slower than expected but I had back surgery during that period and activity was decreased. The company has been responsive to calls and questions and the website is fairly easy to use for refill requests. I have been satisfied with the progress and expect to continue for a period of time until my goal is reached. In the absence of any side effects, I have been a little frustrated with the slow titration schedule.

I have been on injectable Semaglutide from MedVi for 3 months now (A total of 13 injections so far). I was started on lower doses to get my body adjusted to the medication, and it has gradually increased. I have had very little side effects - minor diarrhea, fatigue. I am blown away by the results as I have lost nearly 30 pounds! The monthly care coaching has been really helpful to keep me focused on eating right and exercising. The ease of reordering medication is definitely a bonus. Any question I have presented was answered quickly and timely. As others have mentioned, it is not covered by insurance, so can be a little pricey. My opinion is that if I can lose the weight and keep it off with injections, then the cost is well worth it in the long run. I would absolutely recommend MedVi to anyone looking to lose weight!

I am getting ready for my third injection and have lost eight pounds so far. I was very nauseated the first two days but after that there has been no side effects. I am shocked how easy this is. I would recommend this step to anyone.

I started Medvi 4 weeks ago on the lowest dose via injection of Tirzepatide. From the very beginning everyone has been nice, responsive and professional. So far 3 weeks I’ve lost 5 pounds. My starting weight was 160.4 and I’m 5’2”. What I like is the doing labs which is included in the price to see where I’m at. My cholesterol was high. I’ve never had a negative lab ever. I’m super motivated to stay on this journey until I reach my goal weight of 130. The pharmacy adds B-12 and it’s AMAZING! I would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight.

This group was listed as #2 in the ratings on Consumer Affairs and wow is all I can if this is rated #2 in the ratings. I paid $1047.01 for three months and never got anything for it. I tried to make an appointment with them and it got cancelled somehow. I then contacted them and they said it was my fault because I did not put my weight or height in on my Dashboard on the website. I told them I was looking at the Dashboard on their website and it had my height and weight listed and I could see it, according to them they could not. I then explained well that sounds like a company issue because I did everything I needed to. They claim they will be sending me my money back but they have to escalate it and get approval. Ridiculous. Why would anyone go with a company that doesn't have a decent web platform for scheduling, etc. but people can't find that out until after they take your payment. Horrible company, absolutely horrible!

I've used them for a while now and I've dropped so much weight. It's a little pricey at 299 a month but well worth it if you struggle to lose weight. They were helpful when I stopped my subscription and only charged for what I needed and used.

I’ve tried a couple of different weight loss injections and companies and so far, Medvi has been the best! I really love how communicative they are. I appreciate the guidance they give and I’ve also lost quite a bit of weight in the little over a month that I’ve been using their medication! I highly recommend medvi for weight loss assistance.

Beware, company will blend your medication with other meds without consent or notifying you. They refused to cancel or return my money even though meds hadn't shipped. Several calls later they agreed to resend me what I had asked for, only to find out it was another blended medication.

I recently started the 3rd dose within my first 4 doses of tirzepatide (injection), and the result was beyond my expectations. More valuable to me than losing four pounds week, I think, has been the help it gives me in heavily blunting persistent hunger cravings and sensations. This has helped me make sense of what my body actually needs versus a constant push to eat whenever I'm bored, lonely, and exhausted, rather than truly in need of nourishment.

At first I was highly skeptical, but after giving the Medvi website and GLP-1 a try for a few months. I’ve been seeing good steady results. I consulted with my physician and we discussed use of the medication but because I was borderline, he knew that there would be no way for insurance to cover the cost. If it wasn’t for the ease of website and the reduced cost, I’d never try GLP-1. It has improved my health and wellbeing. I give it 4 star because of the cost. I wish it could come down even more to make the weight low during even more affordable.

Despite telling them that I do not need to titrate up (because I have been taking a GLP-1 compound since February), the initial prescription was for 1/3 of the amount I am currently taking. Communication is confusing, they keep talking about a "provider" and I'm never sure if I'm talking to a help agent or a doctor. They still have not responded with an updated prescription, and it's taking WAY TOO LONG to get my medication. I should have gone with a different provider.

I started the program 5 months ago. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed with all the info and emails they sent. They definitely wanted to make sure that if I had any issues or questions, they were addressed. Super friendly support staff. The only issues I had in the beginning, were setting up the online doctor check-ins via my phone. Several times I logged into the waiting room, but no one came online to assist me. They were quick to follow up with me when I reached out about the issue.

I absolutely love Medvi, they make sure you are the #1 priority and the support you get is amazing. They have helped me every step of the way. If you can't lose weight the regular way like me, I say give them a try. I have lost 18lbs since I've started. Big love Medvi!!

My weight has been a constantly increasing problem until I found Medvi. My cholesterol and blood pressure were too high. My A1C was still in the prediabetic range. All this after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery a few years ago. I plateaued in my weight loss and was gaining my weight back. I searched and researched online for tools to help me get back on the weight loss wagon. I first tried my doctor and she tried to get me approved for name brand Wegovy. My insurance said “Nope” not paying. In fact my insurance plan doesn’t even cover a nutritionist to help someone who was at 260 pounds and 5 ft 2 in lose weight to improve their comorbidities. Weight loss surgery was an investment at cash price. Such a huge investment in me and I couldn’t get past the plateau without help.

Been on Shots for 3 weeks. No weight loss. Eating one meal a day. Now time to renew and price is $299. Why would I renew when 0 weight loss??? Called to cancel. They asked if I wanted to speak to someone. It’s over a week to even get a person to ask questions. Bad customer service

I have been with Medvi for 4 months now. I am down 52 pounds using the semaglutide injection. It's been a good experience having someone to check in with regularly. My support coach has been great. One thing that needs improvement though is customer service. I have had two issues with delivery concerns and some agents have been super helpful but others have no clue of what to do or say and it can be a little frustrating. Other than that, my experience has been great and I am thankful.

I had a very poor experience with MEDVi and cannot recommend them. I placed a 3-month order for GLP-1 medication, providing my current prescription so I would receive the correct dose. Instead, MEDVi prescribed me a much lower dose than I’ve been on for over six months — without ever confirming or consulting me on the change. I had no chance to ask questions or decline the plan before the prescription was sent out.

Really VAGUE instructions on the meds themselves. They charged my account without warning that it would be almost DOUBLE what I signed up for. The best part? I haven’t lost a single pound - instead I gained 3 pounds. I’ve gone on as many social media sites as I can to state this is a scam. I've contacted my bank and blocked them from accessing my account. There is NOWHERE you can cancel. If anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit I know a GREAT lawyer! Contact me at &&. If I can get 10 of us together we can get these guys to stop ripping people off.

If I could give negative stars I would. I started communicating with MEDVi on 09/22. They have done nothing but give me the runaround. They asked for a letter from my doc, which I provided. Next day they asked for another letter, which I got. Here we are two weeks later, and no medication and they are asking for yet another letter. What a joke and a scam. Trying to get someone to communicate with that you can understand, yeah that’s a joke too. If you go with this company, good luck!

I do NOT recommend MEDVI to anyone. My experience has been subjectively (anyone would come to the same conclusion) negative. I’d like to state that, there’s nothing I like better, than to hype up good businesses, but, also, if they’re not, warn my fellow consumer. I researched this co. and found good reviews, so, I went online to sign up. I filled out the questionnaire, in full, and signed up. Right away; I was charged $120+ more than the online advertisement offered. That should have deterred me, but I proceeded. I received welcome emails, and was told that my intake would be reviewed by a physician with whom I’d speak to about my plan (Semaglutide, they determined).

Medvi has been wonderful- communication with them has been fantastic. They respond immediately with any question you have. I started out at 220lbs I am down 40 lbs. it’s been hard losing weight as a 53 year old women going through menopause. Very happy with results. Slow & steady… nothing crazy.

Excellent instructions and very happy with the service of MEDVi. Very responsive. Convenient to use text or talk to a live person when necessary. I've lost almost 10 pounds and they've been responsive to any complaint along the way.

I was charged $399 by MedVi for a prescription that was never delivered. On top of that, they billed me another $399 for a shipment I never authorized. While MEDVi’s website now describes their program as a “Subscription Service,” their Terms and Conditions (effective January 1, 2024) explicitly state that no refill will be processed without both (1) a refill form completed by the patient and (2) a consultation with a physician. I did not complete a refill form, nor did I speak with a MEDVi representative/physician to authorize any subsequent billing. Accordingly, these charges were made without my consent and are in violation of MEDVi’s own stated policies.

Updated on 04/22/2026: If I could give less than I star, I would. They are all promises and pushing their product, with little to no actual nursing follow up. In the course of 6 months I requested 3 nurse appointments, and was put off by 2 days each time. One of these requests I had been ill for 3 solid days. When I did finally speak with someone, there was no mention of watching electro lights when on this medication. I have since had 3 doctors tell me how crucial it is, Because they failed to advise after the first bout, it happened again and I ended up in the hospital with heart threatening potassium levels. I asked to close my account after such bad medical lack of advise, and they hung up on me twice. They keep deducting money even though I am not taking the medication any longer and they refuse to give me a refund. STAY AWAY FRO MEDVI.

I have had an excellent experience so far with MedVi! They have been extremely timely and have always made sure to support me in every step of the process with their wonderful customer service and care coaching. I appreciate how they send me a reminder of when it is time to refill my prescription to ensure I am able to get another vial in time for my next dose.

Customer service has been great. Shipments are timely. Their staff works with you for the right prescription and managing any side effects. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I recommend this company.

I Cancelled my account. They said they could not refund 179.00 from early September for meds I never received. Don't waste your time with this. If you want pills instead of injections. You will still need to go to your dr. Well then why did I see your and answer a lot of questions/not happy!!

They charged me 400. I told them I didn't want a refill. They told me, "Too late." I said, "Fine. After this refill cancel the service. I no longer am interested in it." It helped a little but not much. That was September 2nd. I still never received the refill. After they confirmed I wanted to cancel they charged me again today September 30th. I emailed again and was basically told, "Oops we forgot you canceled." Never again will I do business with this company!

Only 4 stars because I’m only in the 4th week of my journey. 5lbs down. Good start. The next order will be my first experience with the re-ordering process. I’ll let you know how it goes. So far the process has been smooth and I’m very optimistic about this weight loss method and the provider MEDvi. Communication has been very responsive which is a big plus for me.

When I started menopause I noticed extra weight around my midsection. Dieting was hard and felt like torture so my beautiful friend told me to do Tirzepatide. I didn’t know where to go for the medicine as I was 5’3” and 130 lbs. I looked online and found 2 sites that would work with me even though my BMI wasn’t crazy high. I picked Medvi because it had good reviews.

I've been very happy with my progress thus far! I've lost a reasonable amount of weight in my first month and can't wait to keep going. Customer service has also been excellent and attentive to my needs. Very pleased.

I have been with MEDVI for 3 months and have only lost 4 pounds and this is due to my exercising and diet control. I truly believe that their pharmacy does not send True Tirzepatide. Maybe watered down. Does not work.

Bought a 6 month subscription without reading these reviews. Quickly realized it wasn't as it seemed so I canceled and got a partial refund. Don't buy from them!! Even getting a hold of customer service was a hassle.

I do not recommend this service. I used it for 2 months after moving to a new state to continue my prescriptions prior to establishing care with a new doctor. 2/2 months I had issues. The first time I joined a care meeting the telehealth person on the other side asked what state I was in and then told me he could not provide Healthcare there and then hung up. The second month of using the service I was bombarded with emails and calls to fill out the intake form. The intake form was broken, and clicking next step would not proceed at all. The customer service solution was to fill out a manual pdf form with 60+ entries that would need to be completed every month. This service charges a premium (180$ a month) and then in my experience has been very inconvenient. I have reached out to their support again and will update if they can provide a resolution.

After you pay, there is not monthly shipping until you’ve had a “consultation” monthly. Medvi expects customers to chase them down for this, and they become difficult to reach. If you delay, you still get billed without delivery. If you quit the service, they don’t reimburse for previous months AND they won’t deliver. Legal action needed, spread the word.

I am writing my first review of any company due to my experience. It works I have already lost 15 lbs in my first month. The support staff have been so helpful from communicating any updated information on my program to just checking in on me. They are committed to my success with their program. They are equally committed to helping me achieve my personal goals. I was pleasantly surprised when I weighted in and saw my weight loss. I continue to keep a journal weekly and am looking forward to meeting my goal of 45lbs. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. Give them a try and start your weight loss journey.

Started GLP-1 with Medvi four months ago. Down 44 lbs with steady exercise too. I sleep much better, blood pressure is back to normal, and I feel lighter every day. Only side effect was one vial with added B12 that didn’t suit me, but they adjusted quickly. Great experience overall.

I have been with MEDVi for a little over three months, though my weight loss has not been significant. I know that everyone is different and anytime that I have shared my concerns with them they have been super supportive, encouraging, and responsive. I have felt times where I wanted to stop using the program just because my results have taken a bit longer than others that I’ve heard use semaglutide. But my slow journey is not a reflection of how good this company is.

Don’t do it, paid $747 order never shipped finally got a refund and they charged me $100 for a doctors appointment that I never had. They also were quick to reply when they were trying to keep my money but slow once I wanted it back.

She's been amazing to deal with. Always a step ahead of me. Ive been on this for about 4 months, I've lost 17 lbs, I have a few more to go. MEDVI is a good fit for me.

Great customer support and follow-up. I was skeptical at first but you get evaluated by actual medical personnel, doctors, physician, assistants, registered nurses. I recommend this program for weight loss. Any questions are answered by their staff promptly. I have seen results. Definitely worth it.

I like that they have a customer portal that I can access. I also like it when the Dr.s call me to discuss my progress. They will also pause your subscription if asked. I did this and it has helped me.

The first 2 months were great. Then I messaged my MEDVi Care Manager “Roxanne” and told her I’d like to stop for a couple months and she responded via email that they would NOT process my next payment and to just let them know when I’d like to start back up. Then, a week later, they proceeded to charge my debit card another $299. When I tried to contact the company to demand a refund because we had already discussed this, they won’t reply and I’m getting nowhere. I’ve filed a fraud alert against them with my bank but even my bank says I probably won’t see resolution. Buyer beware, it sounds great and all but it’s a SCAM!! Protect yourself and your bank account and go ANYWHERE else!

I was skeptical at first, but after signing up I was contacted by a member who was extremely knowledgeable and eased my concerns. The team has been with me every step of the way with calls periodically checking on my progress, which to this point have been consistently great. This company is a complete scam disguised as a pharmacy. I experienced multiple issues from start to finish — from inaccurate billing to delayed shipments — and their customer service is a total joke. They offer zero accountability and make it nearly impossible to get real help. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

I'm 68 years old, and have just had my 6th injection of Semaglutide. I've lost 7.5 lbs so far. I like that I can speak with coaches or nurse, at no extra charge. They also have a discounts for seniors over 65, and other discounts, but you need to ask for it. Also, if you want to increase your dose, request it in your order refill. So far, no side effects.
