    I was interested in losing 20 lbs after no success with other products. Stubborn belly fat. After 5 months, I had lost 5 lbs. Pretty expensive for no more results. I followed all instructions. I filled out the follow up monthly care plan with great detail and description. It appeared the most important part reviewed was the one box asking if you wanted to go up in dosage. Also, there was no additional information asked about any symptoms. It would have been important to share the degree of issue with each symptom. Again, I used great detail in my general description, but I'm not sure that it made any difference.

    I appreciate having an advocate, Alli. She was supportive and followed up on my questions and concerns. After 5 months of a very gradual increase in dosages, I experienced severe symptoms of stomach cramps and diarrhea for 6 days after taking shot #4 of the dosage for month 5. I know others have had great results, but this product was not working for me. I followed instructions meticulously!! I had an exercise plan and healthy diet plan in place before starting this product. I am disappointed with the results versus the money I spent. I believe the company policy states full refund after 4 months with less than 20% weight loss. I definitely meet that policy after 5 months.

    Would love to give them no stars horrible crooks!!! I started my account with them 2 months ago. First month ok, when you talk with nurse they seem like they're too busy and rush you. 1st red light. They mislead you and when told I want to cancel because it was too expensive they offered me a $100.00 discount on next order, that didn’t happen and then tried to cancel and they wouldn’t and ask them not to take any funds from my account and they told me basically I owed them. Also cancelled a order on the very same day and they put it through. I went back and forth with them and stressed to the limit what a nightmare. Please do not do business with this company. Crooks. No compassion whatsoever. Walked in excited for a new journey and stilling trying for confirmation. I’m canceled and sick over it.

    I was hesitant about starting compounded tirzepatide. I began on the pill for the first 2 months, stepping up dosage every month until the injection was the only next step. The slow transition in dosage prevented any side effects for me, even though they ship medication for the side effects, I didn't have to use any and stopped asking for refills. I definitely felt the effect of the appetite suppression once I switched to the injection and I have experienced more consistent weight loss since.

    If you want faster results, just go straight for the injection, as the tablet is slower and less effective. I've been on for about 4 months now and have dropped from a size 38 to size 34, I've started running again, and everyone around me have all noticed my improved physique and I have gone down in one shirt size. When you first start, you get an appointment with a care provider and they determine if you're eligible and check your background, afterwards you don't usually need to meet with your care provider to refill unless you want a stronger dose. Medication arrived promptly and you get often reminders about re-ordering.

    WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I submitted an order with this company, and not only did I never receive my order, but they refused to give me my money back. They said that, according to their policy, it was too late for them to issue a refund, and they were only able to provide me with a store credit. I let them know that since I never received my order from them, I decided to go through a different company and would rather not do business with them, but they still refused to give me a refund. Remember, I never received the order I paid for from them, but they still chose to adhere to their policy, and they doubled down on not providing me with a refund. This company is both manipulative and shady in its business practices, and rather than put the needs of their consumer at the forefront of their business ethos, they adhere to a policy that inevitably puts their consumers at a disadvantage.

    These people are dangerous to your health! DO NOT do business with them, they're scammers. Who knows what's in the medication vials??? And why should you need nausea medication to accompany this medication?? Plus they charge a lot, and you play hell trying to get your money back from them! This company should NOT be in business whatsoever! Don't fall for this dangerous scam, it could cost you your life, or make you feel like you're dying! There are a lot of other safer, more concerned places that do sell weight loss drugs. Please do your homework.

    MEDVi is a crooked company. I initially was looking at their site and even called to speak with someone when I mistakenly went through the process of actually signing up on a six month plan of Tirzepatide. The customer service rep said you put in your billing prior to consulting with a Practitioner. I was actually charged right away. When I realized I had been charged - I called back. This was no more than three minutes after initially purchasing this plan. I called their customer service reps and asked to cancel immediately. The service reps indicated they would and refund in the next day. I then received a e-mail the following day indicating they were cancelling my membership less $100 for a practitioner review. I called them and was not happy. They insisted it's in the rules and this was not reimbursable. Crooked company. I called my credit card company and am in the process of refusing payment for this as it's unfair actions.

    I paid for a 3 month subscription from Medvi which was $747. The day I subscribed I was sent an email stating I was approved and meds would be sent within 3-5 days. I received notification from Medvi the day after and said my prescription was sent to Link Pharmacy to be compounded and then sent out along with a tracking #. 7 days later I still have not received any correspondence from the pharmacy and still no medication delivered. Medvi states no refunds will be given although they did cancel any future subscription payments. Do not do business with Medvi. This is a scam. I cannot say this enough. They took my $747 and never sent any medication and no communication from the pharmacy.

    MEDVI has been amazing. Their support has been kind and prompt to respond. In five months I have gone from 172lbs to 130lbs! I have had little to no side effects on ** injections. My dosage was gradually increased as my body adjusted. I highly recommend that the patients be provided a diet and that they remember to eat and drink plenty of water. Make sure that they get adequate Protein to avoid muscle wasting.

    Everything seemed legitimate until things started… The medication never worked and after three months they continue to say oh you need to change everything in order for it to work… And I have friends that have been taking this medication from their doctors' prescription and it works for them who have much more weight than I have to lose… And I have to tell you it was very disappointing. I hope to goodness that people are skeptical because this company is quite shady. They don’t stand by in their product. They should’ve refunded me all of the months because it never worked.

    I have struggled with my weight all my life. From one diet trend to another always able to lose weight but never able to keep it off. Then came my 50’s and a full hysterectomy later I can’t seem to lose anything no matter how hard I tried. Then a friend told me to try Glp1 injections.     I went ahead and I ordered a three month supply of Semaglutide, which was which was $747 within 12 hours. I canceled my order because I realize you have to read the fine print and it isn’t Semaglutide that they were prescribing me. It was a compound Semaglutide that is not FDA approved so I decided not to put it in my body because you don’t know what would happen. Anyway this company MEDVi refuses to refund all of my money. They want to keep over $300 for services that were not rendered. Do not fall for their fraudulent claims of being FDA approved. I am going to be posting on BBB and I am going to be posting all over social media and this company is just stealing people's money.

    I was skeptical because of internet scams, but MEDVi has been professional the whole way. I’m 4’11 and started at 134 lbs — not huge but the weight was affecting my joints. Three months on compounded semaglutide injections and I’m down to 121 lbs. The needles are so small they don’t hurt, and the provider always checks in before each refill. Customer support has been responsive and kind.

    I called and canceled my account 2 hours after scheduling appointment... Had to talk to 3 people... and they finally said it was canceled and I would receive a refund, then 24 hours, I get an email from a pharmacy that it was sent. I called and said I already canceled and they said it was processed before I called... but I canceled 2 hours after I contacted them, and the prescription was sent 24 HOURS after I canceled. This COMPANY is a SHAM. I am now handling it as a FRAUD DISPUTE with my CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

    Using Medvi going on 4 months now. I have lost 16 lbs so far. I had 2 setbacks (severe food poisoning and chosen delay with dosage increase) or I’m sure I would have lost more. Medication delivery has been 2 days or less. Everything needed for injections is included with each shipment. Communication with the company has ranged from complicated to easy. The App is awkward, but works well for ordering refills. I’m more than satisfied with the service and results so far. Glad I selected this company.

    Fast shipping, affordable prices, good customer service, AI needs to be excluded so that provider and professionals can stay on one accord for patient notation. The first month was $249 then $299 from here out. I think I will check out the bundle pre-paid packaging to save more money.

    Everything was great... at first. Then if you actually have an issue, you get RNs and customer reps who lie to you. I started with Medvi in August. Everything was good - fast shipments, good customer service response. Then when I submitted for a higher dose because the one I was on was ineffective, they denied it. Why? Because they said I lost 5% in 4 weeks which was NOT true. I submitted the form at 6 week and had lost 8 pounds. The dumb nurses just kept saying I lost 8 pounds in a month even though I repeatedly told them that was at 6 weeks, NOT FOUR! Then the dumb nurse LIES to me and says she has no problem upping me to the 7.5mg and that she would have to escalate it and someone would call me. You can guess -- no one called me.

    So when I called, they told me the nurse never submitted anything and said I was on a "therapeutic dose" and didn't need to increase. Even though I told them the does I had was ineffective and I gained wait, they would not increase it and had the nerve to charge me for it. Uh uh. When I said I'm canceling, all of a sudden they said they would send the new dosage to the pharmacy, I wouldn't be charged for it and they'd give me $100 off my next refill. Four days goes by and I hear nothing. I called back today and got the same bullshit: that I had lost 5% in the first month -- even though I HAD NOT -- and they weren't increasing it. I LOST IT!

    First of all, your nurses can't do math, so that should be a huge red flag. Second, don't LIE to people. If the nurse I had talked to had said she can't increase my dose, fine, let me be pissed and cancel. But the fact that you all LIED to me not once, but TWICE, I hope you all rot. Those morons will never forget me because I was full Tourette's Karen -- and rightfully so. DON'T LIE TO PEOPLE! And don't respond with "oh we're so sorry about your experience - give us a call to make it right" bullshit. I'm going to blast you on every channel I can -- DON'T USE MEDVI!!!!

    Overall easy process to get started and receive medication. I did my intake form and then had a video call with a nurse practitioner. Very easy to talk to and I was approved within 15 minutes. Medication ships directly to your house with instructions on how to administer. I have had no issues with receiving the meds and giving them to myself. Customer service was easy to reach out to and I was able to get a refund when I decided to take a month off but they had already charged me. I would recommend Medvi if you are needing a GLP1.

    I have always eaten a healthy diet and had a regular schedule of working out but that did not stop me from putting on over 30lbs in less than one year at the age of 47.     My wife is having a severe allergic reaction to the crap she bought from this company. She got violently ill the first night she took it, hives starting showing up on her body. It was only a few. Then 7 days after the shot she starts breaking out in hives all over her body. Literally from her forehead to her toes. The bottom of her feet hurt so bad she can barely walk. When we woke up on day 7 her face was so swollen, you couldn’t recognize her. We’ve had to go to Urgent Care, then the ER the next morning because her throat started to swell. Tomorrow we have to go to a dermatologist to get tests done on the vial of crap we bought to see what it is contaminated with and what is making my wife sick. We will be getting our attorney involved.

    My experience with MEDVi has been mostly positive. I have lost 21 lbs since starting the program 4 months ago. This may be a little slower than expected but I had back surgery during that period and activity was decreased. The company has been responsive to calls and questions and the website is fairly easy to use for refill requests. I have been satisfied with the progress and expect to continue for a period of time until my goal is reached. In the absence of any side effects, I have been a little frustrated with the slow titration schedule.

    Once when I requested an increase in dosage, I was told that no increase could be allowed until my blood work was completed. (That would have been nice to know sooner, but I had never been told.) As a result, I received the same dose for another month which I felt was not very effective. Overall, I have been pleased with the results and would recommend this company to others. A little more explanation by the company of the "rules of the road" by the company at the outset of treatment would be helpful.

    I have been on injectable Semaglutide from MedVi for 3 months now (A total of 13 injections so far). I was started on lower doses to get my body adjusted to the medication, and it has gradually increased. I have had very little side effects - minor diarrhea, fatigue. I am blown away by the results as I have lost nearly 30 pounds! The monthly care coaching has been really helpful to keep me focused on eating right and exercising. The ease of reordering medication is definitely a bonus. Any question I have presented was answered quickly and timely. As others have mentioned, it is not covered by insurance, so can be a little pricey.     I started Medvi 4 weeks ago on the lowest dose via injection of Tirzepatide. From the very beginning everyone has been nice, responsive and professional. So far 3 weeks I’ve lost 5 pounds. My starting weight was 160.4 and I’m 5’2”. What I like is the doing labs which is included in the price to see where I’m at. My cholesterol was high. I’ve never had a negative lab ever.     This group was listed as #2 in the ratings on Consumer Affairs and wow is all I can if this is rated #2 in the ratings. I paid $1047.01 for three months and never got anything for it. I tried to make an appointment with them and it got cancelled somehow. I then contacted them and they said it was my fault because I did not put my weight or height in on my Dashboard on the website. I told them I was looking at the Dashboard on their website and it had my height and weight listed and I could see it, according to them they could not. I then explained well that sounds like a company issue because I did everything I needed to. They claim they will be sending me my money back but they have to escalate it and get approval. Ridiculous. Why would anyone go with a company that doesn't have a decent web platform for scheduling, etc. but people can't find that out until after they take your payment.     I recently started the 3rd dose within my first 4 doses of tirzepatide (injection), and the result was beyond my expectations. More valuable to me than losing four pounds week, I think, has been the help it gives me in heavily blunting persistent hunger cravings and sensations. This has helped me make sense of what my body actually needs versus a constant push to eat whenever I'm bored, lonely, and exhausted, rather than truly in need of nourishment.

    I think anyone who considers weight loss surgery, like I had 8 years ago, should go through a round of this type of medication just for the potential mental benefits as it becomes so much easier to redefine and reframe our relationship with food and why we eat as often as we do.     At first I was highly skeptical, but after giving the Medvi website and GLP-1 a try for a few months. I’ve been seeing good steady results. I consulted with my physician and we discussed use of the medication but because I was borderline, he knew that there would be no way for insurance to cover the cost. If it wasn’t for the ease of website and the reduced cost, I’d never try GLP-1. It has improved my health and wellbeing. I give it 4 star because of the cost. I wish it could come down even more to make the weight low during even more affordable.

    Despite telling them that I do not need to titrate up (because I have been taking a GLP-1 compound since February), the initial prescription was for 1/3 of the amount I am currently taking. Communication is confusing, they keep talking about a "provider" and I'm never sure if I'm talking to a help agent or a doctor. They still have not responded with an updated prescription, and it's taking WAY TOO LONG to get my medication. I should have gone with a different provider.

    I started the program 5 months ago. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed with all the info and emails they sent. They definitely wanted to make sure that if I had any issues or questions, they were addressed. Super friendly support staff. The only issues I had in the beginning, were setting up the online doctor check-ins via my phone. Several times I logged into the waiting room, but no one came online to assist me. They were quick to follow up with me when I reached out about the issue.

    As far as the program, I have had an amazing experience. Very little, if any, side effects and I am now beginning the maintenance stage. I've never really understood the "food noise" comment - but now I do. I don't think about food, crave food and when I do feel like grabbing something to eat, most times I just pass because I'm truly not that hungry. I started taking a daily Superfood Greens Gummies and I do think that helped with constipation and nutritional needs. If you're post-menopausal and just can't get the scale to move no matter what you do, this is something to consider.

    My weight has been a constantly increasing problem until I found Medvi. My cholesterol and blood pressure were too high. My A1C was still in the prediabetic range. All this after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery a few years ago. I plateaued in my weight loss and was gaining my weight back. I searched and researched online for tools to help me get back on the weight loss wagon. I first tried my doctor and she tried to get me approved for name brand Wegovy. My insurance said “Nope” not paying. In fact my insurance plan doesn’t even cover a nutritionist to help someone who was at 260 pounds and 5 ft 2 in lose weight to improve their comorbidities. Weight loss surgery was an investment at cash price. Such a huge investment in me and I couldn’t get past the plateau without help.

    I felt beaten down trying to find a solution. I searched the internet for options and read so many reviews on weight loss programs and companies. Medvi was not my first choice but is my last. The first two programs I tried turned me down for one reason or another and their pricing was just too steep. Medvi accepted me into the program for semaglutide and I got on board with the program approximately 31 pounds ago. I have steadily lost 5 to 6 pounds a month. I will not say everything has been roses. I have had some pretty uncomfortable side effects.. constipation being the worst. I did my research and found solutions to help combat that.

    Now I am 31 pounds down since starting the Medvi journey and a size 12/14 for the first time in over 15 years. Family and friends have noticed and comment on my more youthful appearance and tease me about needing to go shopping. My confidence is restored and I will continue with Medvi and compounded semaglutide as long as is necessary to reach my goal weight. I am excited to see my next round of lab results and if my A1C, cholesterol and glucose numbers are improving. If you are on the fence.. I recommend Medvi.

    I have been with Medvi for 4 months now. I am down 52 pounds using the semaglutide injection. It's been a good experience having someone to check in with regularly. My support coach has been great. One thing that needs improvement though is customer service. I have had two issues with delivery concerns and some agents have been super helpful but others have no clue of what to do or say and it can be a little frustrating. Other than that, my experience has been great and I am thankful.

    I had a very poor experience with MEDVi and cannot recommend them. I placed a 3-month order for GLP-1 medication, providing my current prescription so I would receive the correct dose. Instead, MEDVi prescribed me a much lower dose than I’ve been on for over six months — without ever confirming or consulting me on the change. I had no chance to ask questions or decline the plan before the prescription was sent out.

    When I raised this issue, I received vague responses and no explanation for why the dosage was changed. I requested to cancel and refund my order, but was told they “cannot issue refunds once a prescription has been sent,” even though the prescription was wrong and not aligned with my established treatment. This lack of transparency, informed consent, and patient communication is unacceptable for any medical service. If labs or additional steps were needed, they should have been handled before issuing a prescription. Patients rely on telehealth providers to act responsibly, and my experience with MEDVi shows they do not. Proceed with caution if you are considering using them.

    Really VAGUE instructions on the meds themselves. They charged my account without warning that it would be almost DOUBLE what I signed up for. The best part?     If I could give negative stars I would. I started communicating with MEDVi on 09/22. They have done nothing but give me the runaround. They asked for a letter from my doc, which I provided.     I do NOT recommend MEDVI to anyone. My experience has been subjectively (anyone would come to the same conclusion) negative. I’d like to state that, there’s nothing I like better, than to hype up good businesses, but, also, if they’re not, warn my fellow consumer. I researched this co. and found good reviews, so, I went online to sign up. I filled out the questionnaire, in full, and signed up. Right away; I was charged $120+ more than the online advertisement offered. That should have deterred me, but I proceeded. I received welcome emails, and was told that my intake would be reviewed by a physician with whom I’d speak to about my plan (Semaglutide, they determined).

    I waited several days. Finally, I ended up contacting the company. Well, they’d taken my, almost, $300 and had NO information on me. What? The customer service rep. was efficient and patient, and finally, after much searching, found me, but, my info. was all gone. I’d spent a good amount of time filling out that intake, but she was obliged to do it all over again over the phone, which took even longer. So much has happened with this company, and I’m trying to be brief (which is already not the case), so I’ll try to nutshell this, now: I had the consult, but it was not with an MD, as stated, but an NP. She rushed the consult, and, interrupted me when I was saying something, informing me that she had to finish me up in fifteen minutes. It was unpleasant.

    I called MEDVI, again, as, again, I’d had no further instructions. Unbelievably, they had no record of me, again! I was astounded. I had emails from them, but every time I tried to call them, there was never a trace of me. I was exhausted but decided to give it the last try, as my meds were on the way. They arrived and, before taking them, I had some questions, so, I called MEDVI up… with trepidation, of course.

    Sure enough, NO RECORD of me! That was enough. I called back the next day and said that I had zero trust in their company and wanted to cancel and receive a refund. I had not opened the med package. The rep. calmly informed me that they didn’t give refunds once the meds had shipped and been received. I could not believe that after all that, I’d get that response, but, really, not that surprised, given the way they conduct business.

    I recommend you look elsewhere for a less traumatizing experience, because, as I told the reps, using meds for weight loss is not a light decision; it’s a decision, for many of us, made after years or a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, and even desperation; we worry about our health and how the meds will affect us, and their product is a substance injected into our bodies, and this company seems to have zero understanding of that, and treats it as if they’re selling (ie) make-up.

    The rep. I spoke to right after I received the meds said he didn’t recognize the pharmacy, address or phone number of the pharmacy! I asked him if HE would inject himself with that substance in such a situation! And, this last rep. was unfazed by my recount. The one email which I received from the company about all of this did not explain, did not apologize and phrased it so as to take zero responsibility for their irresponsibility. I feel it’s MY responsibility to report.

    I was charged $399 by MedVi for a prescription that was never delivered. On top of that, they billed me another $399 for a shipment I never authorized. While MEDVi’s website now describes their program as a “Subscription Service,” their Terms and Conditions (effective January 1, 2024) explicitly state that no refill will be processed without both (1) a refill form completed by the patient and (2) a consultation with a physician. I did not complete a refill form, nor did I speak with a MEDVi representative/physician to authorize any subsequent billing. Accordingly, these charges were made without my consent and are in violation of MEDVi’s own stated policies.

    Furthermore, nowhere in MEDVi’s terms is it disclosed that enrollment would result in automatic recurring charges without explicit authorization for each cycle. Even if MEDVi argues a “subscription” exists, their own Terms and Conditions still require affirmative patient action for renewal/refill, which I never provided. That’s $798 taken from my account without receiving what I paid for.

    I contacted the company and demanded a refund, but they refused to resolve the issue. I have since disputed the charges with my credit card company and filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and am about to report them to the State Attorney General’s Office. If necessary, I will also pursue this in small claims court. This company engages in unauthorized billing, non-delivery of services, and deceptive practices. I've reviewed all of their A quick search shows I’m not alone—many other customers report similar scams. Warning to others: Do not give this company your payment information. If you’ve been charged, dispute it with your bank immediately and report them to consumer protection agencies.

    Updated on 04/22/2026: If I could give less than I star, I would. They are all promises and pushing their product, with little to no actual nursing follow up. In the course of 6 months I requested 3 nurse appointments, and was put off by 2 days each time. One of these requests I had been ill for 3 solid days. When I did finally speak with someone, there was no mention of watching electro lights when on this medication. I have since had 3 doctors tell me how crucial it is, Because they failed to advise after the first bout, it happened again and I ended up in the hospital with heart threatening potassium levels. I asked to close my account after such bad medical lack of advise, and they hung up on me twice. They keep deducting money even though I am not taking the medication any longer and they refuse to give me a refund. STAY AWAY FRO MEDVI.

    Original Review: With 35 lbs gone in just over 4 months, I feel and look great. My aches and pains are easing, I am sleeping better, and my inflammation is down. I was hesitant when they said 6 months to your goal, but I am well on track to lose another 25. It helped with my hormonal plateaus that have messed me up in other attempts.     They charged me 400. I told them I didn't want a refill. They told me, "Too late." I said, "Fine. After this refill cancel the service. I no longer am interested in it." It helped a little but not much. That was September 2nd. I still never received the refill. After they confirmed I wanted to cancel they charged me again today September 30th. I emailed again and was basically told, "Oops we forgot you canceled." Never again will I do business with this company!

    When I started menopause I noticed extra weight around my midsection. Dieting was hard and felt like torture so my beautiful friend told me to do Tirzepatide. I didn’t know where to go for the medicine as I was 5’3” and 130 lbs. I looked online and found 2 sites that would work with me even though my BMI wasn’t crazy high. I picked Medvi because it had good reviews.

    It took about 10 days from when I entered all my info to the medicine being at my door. I ok my lost 0.5 lbs the first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they checked in and decided I could increase my dosage. Now I am losing 2 lbs a week and it is EASY! I don’t crave food (although I am hypoglycemic so I make sure to take a bite out of fruit every few hours). When we would go out, I use to eat half my plate. Now I eat 1/4 of my plate. I’m rarely hungry. All the late night snacking has stopped. I have no side effects. It’s great!

    I do not recommend this service. I used it for 2 months after moving to a new state to continue my prescriptions prior to establishing care with a new doctor. 2/2 months I had issues. The first time I joined a care meeting the telehealth person on the other side asked what state I was in and then told me he could not provide Healthcare there and then hung up. The second month of using the service I was bombarded with emails and calls to fill out the intake form. The intake form was broken, and clicking next step would not proceed at all. The customer service solution was to fill out a manual pdf form with 60+ entries that would need to be completed every month. This service charges a premium (180$ a month) and then in my experience has been very inconvenient. I have reached out to their support again and will update if they can provide a resolution.

    The first 2 months were great. Then I messaged my MEDVi Care Manager “Roxanne” and told her I’d like to stop for a couple months and she responded via email that they would NOT process my next payment and to just let them know when I’d like to start back up. Then, a week later, they proceeded to charge my debit card another $299. When I tried to contact the company to demand a refund because we had already discussed this, they won’t reply and I’m getting nowhere.     I'm 68 years old, and have just had my 6th injection of Semaglutide. I've lost 7.5 lbs so far. I like that I can speak with coaches or nurse, at no extra charge. They also have a discounts for seniors over 65, and other discounts, but you need to ask for it. Also, if you want to increase your dose, request it in your order refill. So far, no side effects.     I had been using a local pharmacy compounded weight loss shot that was not helping me lose weight. Then in Ohio it became a law that it was no longer legal for pharmacies to compound this medication. I found MEDVI through a google search and was able to switch to a generic Zepbound shot which contains two medications instead of just one to aid in weight loss and it has been working! I am finally losing the middle body weight that was not coming off despite a year of 6 days a week of Pilates classes and a very healthy diet. Medvi makes it easy to refill the prescription each month and was the most economical, even less expensive than my doctor was able to get through Ro. Since my health insurance does not cover weight loss medication, Medvi is a great way for me to access weight loss medication that is working for me.

    I have been on the compounded medication for 3 months and have lost 21 pounds with no side effects or nausea. I am certainly enjoying the peace and quiet of no food obsessions while taking the medication. That by far has been the most liberating aspect. Progress is slow and steady which took some getting used to compared to my life long practice of extreme dieting.

    I chose the compounded version and the added NAD and vitamin B help my mental clarity and energy, so highly recommend. There are 2 portals, I have had one appointment no show from my nurse and the billing cycle is not triggered by your medication refill request but instead scheduled for the same time each month which means things can get out of sync.     I absolutely have had the worst experience. I received a vial that was delivered to me punctured and 3/4 used. The delivery FedEx package was fine and unopened. It appeared I was sent a used vial and almost injected this without realizing. I contacted MEDVi back and forth several times regarding this and provided photos and they refused to refund any of the 399 for that vial. I said I felt unsafe receiving a replacement and they proceeded to charge another month after that which they did refund that 399. They told me on the phone the money is charged on different days each month.

    They told me because the tampered vial was delivered it didn’t qualify for any form of refund even without getting replacement medication. This was extremely concerning to me and the worst customer service and safety issues with medicine I have ever experienced. I have also tried name brand GLP1 before them and it seems to me the compounded is nowhere near as effective. It’s sad I’m out 399 for something that could’ve caused me significant harm/disease etc.

    The check out section is misleading. Instead of them taking out $179 out of my account they took $2000. I cancel before having the consultation with the doctor and they are still refusing to refund me the whole amount they took out my account. I was excited at first but now I'm glad that this has happened because it lets me know I made the right decision to cancel.

    Absolutely terrible. I paid almost $300 for the product to not work at all. I need to find a way to get a refund or at least be given the shots that may work. Because the pills didn’t work at all... I would definitely not recommend this product to anybody. It was basically just like taking a placebo pill.

    I decided to try Medvi because I need to lose weight and have been unsuccessful on my own. I’m so glad I chose to go with Medvi because they have kept open lines of communication with me every step of the way! They also provided me with a customer service telephone number and I needed to ask a few questions and it was always easy to get in touch with them.     Started with tirzepatide pills because I’m afraid of needles. Had issues with delay in sending refills in a timely manner. Lost only an average of 1 lb per week on starting dose which was supposed to get increased by month 2 but never did. At month four decided to take the leap to shots and it was just a slight twinge. I wanted to start the shots at an increased dose but still only got the starting dose and still only about a 1 lb a week. Now 2 months later am up two dose levels and now losing over 2 lbs a week. Don’t want to lose too much too fast in effort to avoid ‘ozempic face’.

    I do have to remind myself to eat during the day or else I feel like I’m starving by late afternoon, which thereafter my body try’s to tell me I’m hungry every two hours (even though I can’t eat much) and I wake up hungry all night. I have a small stomach due to prior gastric bypass, which didn’t help with food or sugar cravings so I gained the weight back despite the smaller stomach, but this tirzepitide does that very well. Food cravings are way down, and sugar cravings also way down, but not yet totally gone.

    At the higher dose I felt first real bad nausea and stomach cramps, but ondansetron got me felling better pretty quickly. Just got notice of lowered bundled pricing that I’m able to pay with my HSA. Yay! Unfortunate that the shots have to be sent in throwaway styrofoam. Ought to be a more environmentally way to mail, or at least be able to return the foam to the pharmacy to be reused. We don’t have styrofoam recycling option where I live. Bottom line: it works and I’m getting back into my smaller clothes!

    I was considering MEDVi. I took online assessment. A doctors appointment was scheduled. I cancelled. I did not realize my credit card was being billed $399 a month. I thought since I cancelled I was good. I never received any medication. I was charged over $1100.00 before I realized. They will not refund me saying it’s a “subscription” when it very clearly says in fine print that the online assessment is just to see if you qualify but that to get prescription you must meet with doctor. I never met with a doctor. I was never sent medicine and my card was charged for 3 months. Please do not go to this company! Someone please help me and help others.

    Wrong dose prescribed. I called several times and asked that someone confirm what dose the doctor had prescribed BEFORE the medication shipped. I was assured someone would contact me. I received multiple "Welcome to Medvi" calls; however, no one was able to address my only concern of receiving the correct dose. Needless to say, I was prescribed the wrong dose. I immediately called when I opened my shipment. I was denied a refund and told once the medication is shipped, they do not issue refunds. I requested to remove my card on file until this issue can be resolved but I was told this is an auto renew subscription, and my card could not be removed. So, I basically paid $300 for a medication that is useless to me, and it will continue to auto renew (unless I cancel my card with the issuer).

    There is definitely a break down in their process. Prior to medications being shipped (especially if the sale is final) there should be a verification process that allows the consumer to confirm that what is being shipped is correct. I provided a photo of my current prescription, and they still started me on the wrong dose. I would not recommend this company and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. It's one thing to make a mistake but to offer no resolution and refuse to remove my card on file is unacceptable.

My husband has not even experienced any decline on his appetite and he is on week 4 of the medicine.     They responded to me quickly and the Initial progress was quick and simple. I was approved and the product was shipped to me all in a few days. The medication has been effective thus far. I have only had 3 shots so far but have lost 9 lbs.     I was prescribed a custom compounded tirzepatide at 2.125 mg/mL with instructions to inject 12.5 units weekly. After doing the math, this comes out to about 0.27 mg per week, which is only about one-tenth of the lowest FDA-approved tirzepatide dose (2.5 mg). I contacted customer service to ask why such a low dosage would be ordered. They were polite and understanding but unable to answer my questions, and it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a nurse or prescriber for clarification. I’m sharing this so others know to double-check their dosing and ask questions before starting treatment. The conversion between “units” and actual milligrams can be confusing, and in my case, the prescribed dose was far below what is typically used. I will update this post once my issue is resolved.

    I was skeptic about this at first but figured it was worth a try. I wasn’t extremely overweight but being in my early 60’s have had a difficult time losing weight. I’ve been doing the weekly injections for 9 weeks now. Being 5’10” my weight has gone from 204lbs to 172lbs, losing 16% of my weight. My knees and back feel much better. I feel much better. I’ve got about 10 more lbs I want to lose and quite sure it’ll happen in the next 4-6 weeks. The product and customer service has been outstanding for me.

    Updated on 10/02/2025: This is my follow-up review, I've already uploaded all my receipts. Okay, after seeing my initial review on here, Medvi claimed they would look into my situation. Now today, I have been told that I would have needed to spend another $600/2 months of ineffective "medication" (water), and then they would have considered giving me money back.....huh??? So after spending $777 in 3 months with no results AT ALL, I should have spent another $600 to make it 5 months of no results? So that you can then say what?....That I should have gone on paying indefinitely while seeing no results? THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. And like I initially said....Was I Injecting Water?

    Original Review: I was with MEDVi for 3 billing cycles for compounded semiglutide, and within that period of time I did not lose a single pound. I lowered my caloric intake and I walks at least 20 to 30 minutes daily on a regular. Not one pound did I lose. All I lost was $777! A full refund would have been nice. Times are too hard to be getting ripped off like this.

    To start with the GLP they sent me was no good. I have taken it from other sources and it worked, but there's had no effect on my appetite. After using it for one month I definitely was not going to use it anymore and because I did not complete the medical requirements that they said they needed before sending me a second month supply I assumed they would no longer Bill me. However, they sent me three more charges for $299 per month, two of the charges were on the same bill, that I did not notice until the third bill, and never sent the product. When I finally did notice the charges and asked for a refund they would not give it to me even though they never sent me any product. This company is a total scam and if a class action lawsuit is ever filed against them I am going to be the first in line.

    I looked at MEDVi's website and saw that the highest dosage for Tirzepatide was 15 mg. The previous company I was using only went up to 11.25 mg so I decided to switch. I was a bit surprised to find out that my credit card was charged for the first month of medication before I met via video appointment with a physician. However, I scheduled the video appointment immediately, probably within 30 to 45 minutes of them asking for my credit card information for payment. In speaking with the physician, I found that Medvi does not offer a 15 mg dosage of Tirzepatide, which is is direct contradiction with their website advertising. At that point of the appointment, I instructed the physician to cancel my payment and subscription, since I wasn’t really losing weight on the lower dosage and wanted the maximum dosage. She said it wasn’t a problem.

    I then got an email from Daniel from the patient support team who said that my subscription was canceled but they could not give me a refund since my order was already in fulfillment. How can my order be in fulfillment when the physician and I never agreed on a dosage, and it was at most 45 minutes after I submitted my credit card information. I emailed back the patient support team explaining these details, to no avail. I’ve emailed back one more time and I’m waiting for a reply. If they still refuse to refund my initial payment, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have instructed them to not send me any medication.

    This company is a scam. They charged me for 3 months (2 of which at a higher rate than originally agreed to without any notification), never provided any service or product and refused to refund me claiming their policy is to only refund transactions for 30-days regardless that they have confirmation they never provided anything. Additionally, they offered to "send medication" for what they won't refund, but how can you trust a company so blatantly fraudulent with a medication you're supposed to ingest. I said no, I wanted the refund - they have still refused.

    I tried very hard to not share my experience after a few back-and-forth calls. I'm highly disappointed with how I was handled. I was diagnosed with blot clots on 8/21. Per their policy, they requested blood work, so I already had an appointment scheduled for the week that my GLP-1 prescription was going to be delivered. I was proactive and thought, "Wow, the timing worked well." My prescription got delivered 8/24 while I was hospitalized for the blood clot they found after blood work on 8/21.

    I thought contacting Medvi and explaining my blood work results and providing proof (which I did) would warrant me a refund for unused/unopened medication. IT DID NOT! Instead, I just got rep after rep telling me someone would escalate my matter and get back to me. NO ONE EVER got back to me! So $180 down the drain. So beware, upon doing your blood work (which they require), if you happen to find a shock of your life that prevents you from doing the GLP, then you won’t be refunded. I’ll be contacting the BBB as well and any other options to make sure everyone’s aware that they do not have good integrity. I also made sure the person who referred me to Medvi has cancelled their subscription as well. Very disappointed.

    I went to MEDVI to explore some options for treatment and check total cost over 3 months. Within the check page there was a button that said "Continue" I was assuming that this meant it would bring me to a final checkout page to review the plan and total cost. No, it finalized the order without providing any of that info. I immediately, within the first minute of realizing a mistake was made I contacted support. They were fairly prompt, within 3 minutes, with a response. And I was told that they would cancel the account and refund the order. I then get an email the next day telling me that they can cancel my account but not refund me the $399. This is unacceptable on so many levels that are so very obvious.

    First off, canceling my account doesn't resolve anything, my cancellation request to was stop the charge of $399 from happening because of a poorly designed check out process. But since they charged it and will not be delivering any products or services, how on earth is it legal for them to not refund me???? This is the unacceptable and will be disputed with my credit card company if the company doesn't take ownership of this blatantly obvious issue.

    I went through the process of qualifying and ordering this product for a weight loss program weeks and weeks ago. They communicate via text and email diligently with promises that your approval has occurred and that the shipment is ready, etc. etc. They supposedly shipped my order to Texas when I live in Florida and I provided them with the details of my address and then they had to start all over again to re-qualify me and then re-approve our shipment so it's been almost a month and I still have not received the product. I told them if I do not have the product by this coming Monday, I am contacting my bank to cancel it. They do great communication, but I think the company is full of crap, very, very, very disappointed. Don't go to this company.

    The process from the 1st day I submitted my request to receiving my 1st vial of semaglutide was exactly 7 days (Tues to Tues). I received multiple texts & emails confirming each step. My prescription from Belmar Pharmacy was delivered well packaged containing all items promised. I tolerated the meds well. I had a couple of questions after my 1st week and set up a video appt with a nurse practitioner. She had technical difficulty and wasn't able to log in. Frustrated, I phoned the main number and the CS rep quickly resolved that by having the NP phone me. Both were very helpful.

    I had previously sent an email to the help email address which went unanswered. I think the takeaway is to call the help number. CS reps are friendly, patient and determined to resolve an issue. I submitted for my first refill yesterday too since I'd need it before going out of town. It was quickly approved. In my first week I lost one lb. Everyone's weight loss journey will be different. I can say the medication suppressed my appetite and stifled my thoughts of snacking between meals.

    I tried Medvi after someone on social media that I follow suggested it. I've had nothing but problems. 1st video conference with doctor was hurried (she said they have to hurry because they have many more people to conference with so I felt rushed). She prescribed a middle level dose for me (6.375 mg) since I had been on a high dose of semaglutide and it stopped working. A week later an order for my meds was shipped out and it was 2.125 mg. WRONG. I couldn't even tell I took a shot with that amount. I was also told to fill out the form on my 3rd shot for my refill so I would have it in time (by the doctor) which I did. I received an email telling me it was too soon. But believe me they charge your card on time!! So when they refilled my meds again, it was 4.25 mg. ???? Still NOT what the doctor had prescribed me.

    Now I've been charged for 2 months and have just now received the TOTAL dose that was supposed to have been ONE DOSE. So they charged me $679 for was advertised to cost me $279. I called again and again and made another appointment. I was told at first that initial medicine amount was probably lowered because I didn't have my labs done yet. OH YES I DID. I had that done 3 days after my fist call and BEFORE my first dose had been mailed. Then she somehow found my lab results on her end and said, "Oh I see you did have that done." It was a supposedly a nurse this time. She said she would check on all the mistakes. Then AGAIN the next day a "nurse' called me and asked what I was needing. So I had to retell the entire story AGAIN. She said she would also ask that they might refund me some of the money to help with the mistakes being made on my medicine amounts not being right, etc.

    Then this morning I get an email saying my account had been canceled. I called to reinstate it, because that's not at all what I decided, BUT then I read all of theses reviews that say the same thing, so I told them to leave it canceled. I've printed all of my emails and have all of my calls documented in case I have to turn this over so a lawyer, etc. This is ludicrous. Now I'm about to tell that social media influencer that I took the advice from about this mess.

    I have been on the tirzepatide tablets for 60 days now and have lost maybe 3 pounds. Whether that is from tablets or from myself I am not sure. However I did learn that the tablets are NOT FDA approved. I also had significant side effects involving my eye sight. I had to go to urgent care and get fluids and they sent me to an emergency eye exam for concern of retina detachment. I don’t recommend. I don’t recommend MEDVI either because they wouldn’t refund me even though I just spent $500 on a new prescription that hasn’t even been touched or used. $500 sitting in my cabinet.

    I signed up with Medvi approximately 5.5 months ago because of cost. In that time, out of five shipments, every single time except once my medication was wrong, and even then, four of the five shipments arrived, with the packing ice completely melted and my medication was room temperature or even warmer. I have made MANY calls to Medvi to try to get it right. They have sent the wrong dosage, their "escalated" requests to supervisors have gone unanswered, and one of the key reasons I went with Medvi was because I signed up being assured that the B-12 would be infused with my medication. That only happened with one shipment.

    Here's the reality. Medvi is likely just a front organization for a medical call center that they outsource to. (They refer to it as the "provider.") They lack the ability to make anything "right", and they are at the mercy of a pharmacy that calls the shots. All you will likely get with them is lip service with literally no willingness to make ANYTHING right.

    Oh- and by the way- in all this time- paying now, $1500 total over five months for GLP-1, I have only lost four lbs. It really hasn't even moved the needle. I am going back to FuturHealth- who I was with previously (I lost 80 lbs on their program last year). Yes, they are more expensive, but when the medication you are paying for is never right and likely the meds you are injecting are tainted or wrong it's not worth the lower price. This is a HORRIBLE company to work with.

    Prescribed the wrong dose because they didn’t give me an actual consultation first when I stated during sign-up that I was already taking the medication and would need a higher dose. I got emails saying “review your visit” when there was no visit, then I got notice that a prescription had been issued that was the wrong dose! Tried to cancel and get a refund less than 24 hrs later and was told they wouldn’t refund because they had already sent the prescription to pharmacy. Then someone else told me the script was on hold. Finally got them to cancel my membership after multiple calls but then they shipped out the wrong prescription anyway! So now I’m out almost $300 for something I can’t even use. This has been the worst experience EVER and I regret even having heard of this company.

    This company does not seem to have enough Doctors or Nurse Practitioners to communicate with clients, or they just don't care to. I requested an oral med as we travel frequently and refrigeration isn't always an option. They sent me the injectable instead. I then told them I needed to change to oral before I left the country and that I needed to maintain the same dosage as I immediately lost my appetite and experienced severe side effects (bloating, headache, constipation, heartburn, fatigue).

    Customer Service reps assured me that my concerns would be escalated to a doctor, but clearly they were not as they INCREASED my dosage, did not respond to any of my concerns over side effects and clearly did NOT review my chart. There are no appointments available to talk to Doctors and the Nurse Practitioners never call when they are supposed to. I find it to be a very dodgy and dangerous business to prescribe without reviewing patient charts at all nor answering any of the patients concerns.

I then called to cancel and noticed I had been charged twice for July and August even though I hadn’t received my August tablets.     Wish there was a ZERO star option Absolutely terrible!!! Don’t recommend them at all. Customer service is almost non-existent and they use cookie cutter response templates. Their app flat out sucks and always has erroneous information on it to include missed appointments when you actually had the appointment and scheduled the next. The last straw was an order that arrived to my door in over 100 degrees heat with no cold pack. The meds were extremely hot and when I called to tell them this they wrote back saying it’s safe. I refuse to inject my body with this garbage. I called for a replacement or a refund and was told that there are no refunds. Account is now closed. STAY AWAY. Trust the reviews on Medvi as they are terrible.

    Updated on 09/22/2025: Would give 0 stars. Update to my review. Their "resolution in progress" is bogus. Response is cookie cutter. No one has reached out to me. They have refused to refund me. Absolute worst customer service. Am considering small claims court and possible class action suit. I know that I am not alone in this and they need to be held accountable.     Original Review: Be sure to read the entire ad. The initial cost is discounted but the following ones are not. The second charge was $299.00. I cancelled my account when I received the email stating the cost. Was told my account was cancelled and no funds would be withdrawn. My card was charged. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails (never once corresponding with the same representative). The shipment was sent anyway. It was refused at point of delivery and sent back. I have filed a dispute with my card and have reported them to the BBB. For those that choose to continue their journey, please look into Amble as your provider. They offer payment plans on top of being more affordable. MEDVi customer service is lacking and are not patient advocates. Will post results of dispute once it is resolved.

    The worst. Sorry. I paid for 4 months. The medication worked the first month, then the subsequent months it did not. The last month, it came red for the first time. It was not kept cold. They assured me it was fine. I became so sick. I had diarrhea for 6 days. They didn't care. I gained 7 pounds on their compounded, but lost 25 in 3 months with Wegovy, then my insurance decided not to cover that anymore. Then the appointments, the billing was all messed up for months. I cancelled. Then a month later, decided I should try Tripeptide. The " who is on first" ridiculousness took control. They had no idea what was who, or how... I had to prove they took my money. Then they cancelled, like that is what I wanted. 2 strikes, a third is not a charm in this case. Also, not one person spoke clear English. So all the advertised "Providers" in their ad, a total lie.

    Horrible. I started using Medvi after several months on **. I was prescribed a dosage and after one month informed them that I need a higher dosage, as my hunger was increasing and I was gaining weight. Instead, they lowered my dosage. When I called to rectify the situation I was told I'd be given a call back. Instead, they prescribed me again, but for the same dosage I received month 1, which I had already informed them wasn't working. I've spoke to customer service and emailed them dozens of times. They refunded me one month which is totally unacceptable being that I paid $1K for 3 months and couldn't even utilize two of the bottles. They refuse to help me any further. IMO this place is a scam. Take your money elsewhere.

    I was on Trizatide through another company & instantly started to lose 2-3 pounds a week. I decided to go through Medvi because it was $100 cheaper.     I haven't had much issue at first. My video calls are never on time and sometimes I would wait 20 minutes, then I get marked as I missed the appointment, even though a doc never came! Also had issues with the video call working. My main issue came through last month when my meds arrived warm. I live in the SW and it's very hot here. Over 110 regularly. I used the first month that arrived warm, but my injection sites got hard and extremely itchy. When the next shipment arrived late and outright HOT, I contacted customer service about getting replacement meds.

    I was told there's no reason, the meds have to be over a certain temp to be an issue. When I replied, it was OVER the temp they listed, I was again told no. I spoke to the nurse in a video call and they told me there was likely an issue with the meds since I had a strange reaction and they said they would escalate the issue as well. I am waiting DAYS to get responses. They sent me hot meds and want me to just deal at $399...I gained weight with the last bottle. No way. Do better. This is my first step in trying to rectify this situation. I will continue to escalate this until it becomes a legal matter since they don't want to respond.

    I am on my 5th dose of compound ** and here's my experience. At first understanding how their billing cycle works was a little confusing as they start their billing cycle from the first day of sign up not when you receive your meds so definitely talk with them on when the next billing date will be and if it takes some time from when you sign up versus your first injection. Typically fill out a form, then schedule a time to meet with a provider. If approved the provider will submit a rx and supply order and if need a nausea med order as well which is all included in the price. Then the pharmacy gets it and within 5 days you receive your medication via FedEx or Ups. You'll get tracking but I didn't have to sign for it.

    After my 4th dose I got another appt to check in on how I'm doing and also labs were sent to quest and that's included in the price. You can also have a health coach appt if you want but it's not mandatory, free as well. Introductory cost was 279.00 and after that it's 399.50 each month or you can choose a multi month plan for cheaper rate. Also I was reached out to by a wonderful patient experience team member who has been there for me every step of the way and my basic lifeline if I didn't know what to do next, etc. They use legitimate providers and pharmacies as I work for a pharmacy as well but they just don't dispense these meds. I gave this review 4 stars as the site could be better and more user friendly.

    BBB Complaint Draft – Ready to Submit. Complaint Summary: Misleading medication substitution, unauthorized charge, and refusal to provide timely refund. Complaint Description: On August 25, 2025, I submitted my information through Medvi’s website for Tirzepatide, a medication I specifically requested and am professionally familiar with as a licensed medical provider. I paid $1,314.01, expecting to receive Tirzepatide. Without my knowledge or consent, Medvi substituted the medication with a cheaper and incorrect alternative. I contacted the company immediately upon noticing the error and was informed Tirzepatide was “more expensive” — a fact that was not stated anywhere clearly on their website at the time of purchase.

    I promptly requested a cancellation and full refund. Over the next 10+ days, I sent multiple emails and made repeated phone calls. I was continually told that someone would follow up with me — no one did. Eventually, I was informed that a full refund was not possible due to a “subscription” I had supposedly signed up for — a term or condition I was never clearly made aware of during the ordering process. After more than 15 days, I received an email stating that $100 would be deducted from my refund for an “assessment,” despite having contacted the company to cancel within five minutes of submitting my payment.

    This experience reflects a lack of transparency, misleading advertising, and poor customer service. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card provider and am filing this formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Desired Outcome: I am requesting a full refund of $1,314.01, without deductions, as the product was substituted without consent, and cancellation was requested immediately after payment.

    Do Not go through this company. They start off with decent prices however it doubles the second month. I tried to schedule a care appointment and no times were available. They say they offer 24 hour support but that is just to get you the injections not for other stuff. I would go with Hers or Found. They also sell your number and information to telemarketers.

    I was sent this product for 1 month and never told that I would be entered into a monthly subscription where I would be charged $399 per month. When I saw the charge on my credit card, I called the billing department and each time was told that "the system was down" and I would have to call again. I never received any products or services after the initial month but continued to be charged monthly. When I finally spoke to someone, they refused to issue a refund. They claim to have a customer satisfaction guarantee, but this is untrue. The one month of product that I did receive was in an improperly labeled bottle and seemed to be some type of chewable vitamin. I highly question the legitimacy of this company.

    I canceled my order within one hour after making it. Requested a refund. Was sent an email the next day stating that my cancellation and refund was granted. Two days later I received an email stating that a shipment label with tracking was created.     I was advertised that Rx would be sent within 48 hours in most cases. Nothing has been sent yet, but “most cases” covers Medvi on that end. My frustration is that I have been charged nearly $300 for nothing. I was asked to complete labs but told I did not have to submit them for Rx to be sent. I have an upcoming PCP appt at the end of the month and planned to complete labs there. Now I get an email stating nothing can move forward until labs are completed and I meet with my provider. This is false advertising. It’s one thing to be deceptive about how easy it will be to get meds (meds I have been on through my PCP for a year until insurance decided not to cover them). But it’s another to charge me hundreds for a few emails, lie about whether labs are needed, and to continue moving the goal posts for when I’ll receive the meds I am paying for.

    I've been with Medvi for about 2 months now and have lost around 30 pounds so far. I am naturally skeptical of offers on the internet as there are so many scams around. After some research, I settled on Medvi. My experience has been nothing but positive so far. The initial set up easy and the medication ships directly to your door. Medvi is in constant communication tracking your shipment. The box arrives neatly packaged in a styrofoam cooler with ice pack. Easy to follow instructions for the injections. It's nice to have an assistant when you first start to draw the medication but certainly isn't necessary. Delivering the medication is painless as the needle is so small. Within 12 hours my appetite was much less than prior. I almost had to force myself to eat protein. I basically eat half of what I was eating before, some by choice as I want to give myself the best chance at losing the weight.

    I try to drink as much water as I can during the day- up to a gallon. Staying hydrated is also key. Re-ordering the medication is quite simple as well. Once inside your patient portal you fill out a refill request where they ask simple medical review questions to make sure you are doing okay with the medication. Once complete, the medical staff reviews and the new prescription is mailed out to your door. It's pretty seamless. Overall, I couldn't be happier with results. The medication alone definitely curbs your appetite but you can help yourself by drinking the water, avoiding alcohol and eating whole foods with good protein intake.

    A word of caution...once the product has shipped, they will refuse to provide a refund. I requested to talk with a provider prior to the medication being sent to the pharmacy without any success. An online appointment that was scheduled was a no-show by the nurse practitioner so I rescheduled through the customer engagement department. Before I was able to connect on the second scheduled appt, the medication was processed at the pharmacy and shipped. They have refused to provide a refund because the medication was mailed, not acknowledging that I wanted to talk with a licensed provider first. The customer service is far below what is should be for a 'concierge' style of medicine and there are far better choices out there.

    Let me begin by saying: This is the one time in my life I wish I was a Quadriplegic! This way I could give these guys ZERO THUMBS UP! They tout their 30 Day MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY yet when I asked for a refund BEFORE even receiving my meds I'm told It's against their policy. After ordering, I contacted my personal physician who STRONGLY advised me to stay away from companies like this who are NOT FDA APPROVED.     Worst customer service, they are consistently late filling prescriptions. I'm almost a week behind on my delivery and they will charge your card without fail on time but send your orders out late month after month.     After signing up for a consultation, I’m now receiving countless calls and emails for employees. I spoke with a “nurse” who insisted compound Oral ** was safe. According to the FDA, they state otherwise. Second, I have received countless calls and emails from this company today when I already have an appointment to speak with a DOCTOR on Saturday about my concerns after the nurse tried to spin out 10 min conversation as to why the FDA was not as smart as she was and compound Oral ** was safe.

    Third, my original medication is NOT an injection, they were ordered as tablets and yet all my countless emails read injection this… and injection that. Fourth, your harassing attempts to hide behind medications you deem as “safe” are not safe according to the FDA, which trumps any and all the nurses you have claiming to be subject matter experts in compound drugs. Fifth, each incident noted above confirms even more the lack of transparency, professionalism and safety of MedVI for patients care.

    MEDVI sent the wrong medication subscription options from the beginning. I have been working on a daily basis to correct this via phone calls and emails. MEDVI refuses to change to the correct medication and provide me with a full credit of what I have already paid even though I have not had any of their medication. MEDVI finally sent an invoice to change the subscription on which I was charged for the two weeks that I have spent trying to straighten out the situation during which I have not received services or medication.

    They were okay until I canceled my account once the last dose was paid for. Unfortunately that's when things went bad. I had asked them to hold the last dose 3 days while I went away, just in case they sent it early. They immediately billed my credit card but didn't place my order in time. I had to receive my last dose which was a higher dose late. Getting customer service to expedite the order wasn't successful. They tried to tell me they didn't have the phone number for the pharmacy and would have to wait for an update from the pharmacy. Why does the patient have to have a delay in care. There was certainly no delay in billing my credit card.

    I've had a very Good experience With Medvi.. No Complaints. They Check in with me every month. Mrs ** is very helpful. Been on the program Tirzepatide now 4 months. So far as of today I lost 44lbs. I do eat less due to medication not making me hungry. I do exercise 4 days a week, Mainly Treadmill and bicycle. I feel great.. I feel Lighter, I sleep so much better.. No more high blood pressure, I was borderline Diabetic. Not no more.. One thing I didn't care for was one month they sent an injection bottle with B12 in it..     Updated on 09/10/2025: These responses are just polite ways to deal with a rating. I have written and responded to many emails from Medvi Support Team from hello@medvi.org, the Medvi Support team, even one after this review which have all stuck to the 30 day only refund policy in spite of receiving no medication or medical consultation.

    Original Review: Being billed for medicine never received. They are refusing to refund. Contacted Medvi regarded online weight loss med beginning of 2025. I am a nurse with 40-plus years experience. The physician was supposed to call me. I constantly got appts that were canceled. I never talked to a physician. I know they cannot prescribe without medical eval. However they billed me $179 and 2 months at $299. In March, I called, explained had not received any medication. They verified this & said had my email wrong. However, they managed to send invoices to my email. They agreed no meds ever sent. There were just 1000 excuses, I told them I had no trust in them as a med facility & to cancel my subscription. Person kept encouraging not to cancel, just to pause to give them another chance. I said, NO, and told them to please cancel.

    In March of 2025, I received refund for $179 consult fee & $598 2 months billed. Then, noticed on Am Express that I was billed by Medvi $299 in September 2025. Then, looking further, I noticed was also billed in July & August 2025. Again, no meds or consult and no contact. I immediately called customer service. They agreed not received any meds. However, said, my subscription was paused instead of cancelled, & without any authorization, they just started billing again.

    They refunded September 2025 payment of $299 and assured me they cancelled my subscription. However, have a new policy that states they only refund last 30 days. Advocate did not have authority to refund other 2 months but would send up to another level, but since never received any meds, & did try to cancel in March, he didn't see any problem in getting a refund it. However, just received email from review team that staring because outside of 30 days, they were not refunding July & August 2025. Represent themselves as legitimate medical facility & pharmacy. When is it okay to bill for a product never sent & refuse to refund. That is absolute & complete fraud under anyone's definition.

    I just signed up today, September 4th, 2025 and now my doctor is telling me, she does not want me to take this medicine. She wants me to go through her and her practice.     The customer service at Medvi is not good at all. My product was not delivered, and I waited for one month for Medvi to take seriously my case. But to charge your card for $400 dollars every month they are up to it, but to give you the support needed, they just tell you be patience. I had to stop my medication for 4 weeks because Medvi blamed the pharmacy and the pharmacy never reached out to you... Therefore, save your time, money, and dignity and do not use MEDVI. I do not recommend it. There are other companies that offer the same product and even cheaper.

    This was a terrible experience, and I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. They promised to send the tablets, but instead sent injections—without confirming whether I’d even be home to receive them. Even if I had wanted them (at $179.00!), they were unusable since I was away for four days when they arrived. To make matters worse, these injections need to be refrigerated, which made them completely spoiled and unsafe by the time I returned. I’ve now been stuck in an endless loop of emails for six days. Each reply took up to 48 hours, and every time it was the same generic, copy-and-paste response from a different representative. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer care is unacceptable.

    They have now told me they will not refund my money, but they have canceled my subscription. While that may be “great” going forward, I should absolutely receive my $179.00 back since it was their own customer service representative who promised I would be sent tablets and not injections. Refusing a refund in this case amounts to false representation and a breach of agreement. At minimum, they owe me reimbursement for the unusable product, and I intend to pursue this matter further if it is not resolved promptly.

    I have been using Trizepatide for about 4 months, I started around 250 lbs and am now weighing 209lbs. More importantly my A1c was at 6.3 and has dropped down to 5.7 and trending down. I will be honest about some of the side effects which are not ideal. Constipation set in right away, I had a few stomach palpitations initially, but that chilled out after about 3 weeks. The irregular BM's have remained a constant throughout but, still very doable. Overall the product worked for me as described. And I would recommend it to anyone who is prediabetic, and needs to shed some pounds.

    I really should have researched this company. Buyer beware. Do not order from this company. The ad was very misleading. I was charged over $100 more than I was supposed to. They would not give me a refund. Even though I had just completed the forms. They said that the prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy, which is ridiculous. So that is when I got online to look at the reviews and now I see that many many people are saying that the drug arrives warm and is not the actual drug. It is supposed to be, people not only did not lose weight, but gained weight on it. So I have no confidence that I want to inject this drug into my body. I feel like a fool. Hopefully I can keep someone else from making the same mistake.

    1. Inconsistent and Premature Billing - It is unacceptable that I am being charged for medications well before they are prescribed or received. This lack of continuity between payment and product delivery is not only confusing but feels misleading and lacks transparency. Charging customers before fulfilling orders, particularly for prescription medications, is a serious concern and needs immediate attention. Photo attached showing I was billed on July 31st, August 13th and you are now billing me again in 7 days according to the app.

    2. Medication Volume Inconsistency - The last vial I received was insufficient to obtain the full prescribed dose. The fourth injection could not be drawn naturally, even with the assistance of a seasoned medical professional. I was forced to remove the rubber stopper and metal ring to access the remaining medication — and even then, it fell short of the prescribed 21.5 mg dose. This is not acceptable. In standard medical practice, a minimal excess volume should remain after the final dose is drawn to ensure complete administration. That has not been the case. This points to a serious inconsistency either in compounding or packaging that needs to be addressed immediately.

    3. Negative Health Outcomes Despite Adherence - Since beginning this regimen, my weight initially decreased from 236 lbs to 220 lbs. However, I am now gaining weight again — currently at 223 lbs — despite an increase in physical activity, a stricter nutritional approach, and a higher dosage. My lifestyle includes: Daily pickleball (2 hours, M–F) at my local YMCA. Karate on Wednesday evenings. Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays (30–60 mins). Active weekends (hiking, kayaking, or additional exercise). Whole-food, sugar-free, non-processed diet. This weight gain is not only counterproductive, it is frustrating — particularly given the increased financial and physical effort I’ve invested. I’ve also noticed persistent fatigue, which further reduces the perceived value and effectiveness of the treatment.

    4. Lack of Operational Efficiency and Clarity - Although MEDVi appears organized externally, my experience has been the opposite. The platform makes it extremely difficult to schedule appointments, often forcing me to call in. The app also bombards users with excessive and confusing notifications. For example: My app is currently requesting that I fill out a medication refill request — even though I already completed this and had a phone consultation with a provider on August 28. I have already been charged for medication I have not received, and no new shipment has been initiated to my knowledge.

    5. Request for Refund. Given all of the above, I am requesting the following: A full refund for the most recent charge, as no medication has been ordered or sent at this time. A refund for the last vial received, due to it being unusable in full and falling short of the prescribed dose. A review and explanation of the ongoing issues with medication compounding, fulfillment timing, and internal organization.

    Unless MEVDI can provide consistent, timely, and reliable service using compounding pharmacies that meet expected standards — and unless the platform improves its communication, scheduling, and customer support — I am not interested in continuing with the program. I request a written response confirming receipt of this message, along with a timeline for resolution and refund processing.

By the they had already taken 179 from my credit card. I am in 90 day dispute with my credit card company. After that they attempted to charge 299.00. They refused to refund and I question if people giving them a 5 stars are being compensated or employees.

    I went through the questionnaire and was not eligible and then charged my card two minutes later. I can’t tell if this is a fraudulent company or not, so will need to contact my card company. Thank goodness Chase is a great bank.
