    I’m only on the beginning of my second week and can already tell a difference! Food noise is a lot less, and find myself full a lot faster with no nausea! I was skeptical at first, but it really is helping, and I’m already down about 4 pounds!

    Medvi is a deceptive company when it comes to pricing. They send your confirmation receipt of purchase differently from their other emails and that one goes to junk email. I sign up for the 3 month semaglutide bundle and they charge me for the 6 months tirzepatide bundle which was $2514 and I there’s nothing I can do because I already received it. They semaglutide bundle for 3 months is about $700 plus… yes I spent an hour on the phone and they can only refund me less than half my money… Never again, very deceptive business practices.

    Great customer service and better price than most. One of the few that offers a military discount. They’re pretty open to a customized dosage schedule based on prior experience and what you want to do. So far so good.

    Initially I tried the oral supplements and did not work and cancelled the subscription. A few months later I thought I would try the tirzepetide in injection form and was told that the injections would be $279 monthly for the 50ml once per week (2.5mg) dosage. The next month came around and I received the text asking for an update on my situation regarding how I was feeling in order to continue. When I finished the consult I was immediately charged $499 (not the $249 that I was initially told that I would be paying monthly) and was not ready to pay that amount monthly. I was not given the option to say yes or no to me being ready to receive the next shipment and to verify the cost of the $499 upcoming charge to my account.

    I immediately sent an email and text message back to them to cancel the shipment and refund the charge to the card since I was unaware of this upcoming charge and unaware of the $499. I was told that they could put that money as a hold in case I decided to come back later.. No, if I didn't want the $499 charge to happen then, I wouldn't want it later either. Now, I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund on a purchase that I didn't approve of.

    I inquired about using their GLP1 products, as I am looking to change companies. They advertise low pricing, but that is only for month 1. Then the price goes up quite a bit. They make you put in your CC number, promising you will not be charged, before you are approved. I cancelled my order. I have been receiving robo calls from them multiple times at 2:30 a.m., 2:50 a.m., 4:00 a.m., 4:30 a.m., 6 a.m. I have asked them to stop. I received an email from them apologizing, then this morning it happened again. They are SO AGGRESSIVE and INTRUSIVE. I emailed them again and told them I am reporting them if this happenes one more time. Being this aggressive makes me wonder what the real deal is. SO unprofessional, I would never trust them with my health or money.

    Communication was great, enrollment was simple. Product arrives quickly and as scheduled weight loss results were consistent and effective. I started my weight loss journey at 190 and was on the product for about six months and ended at my goal weight of 145. No complaints!

    I told them that I needed a specific amount 90mg. They said they could if I provided a prescription. I told them I would get it to them.... They of course wanted my credit card. I asked them not to charge it until I got the prescription from the other provider. They approved me in minuets, charged my card and sent me the wrong prescription. I called them and they basically said that I could not return it. So I tried to stop the transaction from going thru. They LIED to me and now I am out 1347.00.

    This company removed $299. from my account on 11/20/25 for my purchase of GLP-1 medication. It is now 12/1/25 and I have not received my medication or a reply to my questions and concerns. I’m wondering if I need to notify my Credit Card Company and report fraud? Has anyone else had this problem?

    I emailed to cancel a subscription on 10/15 after a large price increase & received confirmation of cancellation that day. Four days later (10/19) an invoice for the upcoming month was issue which I disputed again & was told the subscription was cancelled. I did not receive a shipment, but found the charge had been made to my credit card. Medvi now says they cannot issue a refund as the cycle started 10/18 - 3 days after I received the initial acknowledgement of cancellation.

    Everything goes very smoothly until you actually get your “Rx” in the mail, they take the whole amount. Mine was $1,300 then they say they will send half the meds then after 3 month supply you will get the other 3 month supply. I only received 1 - 2ml vile that was supposed to be for weeks 9-12 and that was only half of 1 months worth. After you get your package you do not get anymore response from anyone anymore!!!

    MEDVi has been an amazing experience. The staff are amazing, especially Farrah who always goes above and beyond to help me, answer questions, connect me with a NP or nurse, has helped me fill out the refill form in a pinch. All of the nurses and NP's have been so kind. Everyone is on time for calls or video calls, they keep the portal up to date, send reminders to email and text and always send notification about charges and shipping. Farrah has also been GREAT about reminding me about ways to save to help me financially. MEDVI is well priced and share experiences, advice and help always. They are engaged and care on top of good prices and care about my health. I'd choose them again if I did it and have referenced several friends to them.

    I've used a different company in the past and had no complaints. Before placing my order they called me to talk through everything, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. I ordered through MEDVi yesterday because they offer monthly orders and I can cancel anytime instead of being forced to buy several months at once. I apparently accidentally answered wrong the survey question asking if I've been on weight loss meds before, and must have somehow accidentally picked no, so they automatically prescribed me the starter kit without contacting me first.

    This starter kit won't help me as it's too low of a dose. BUT, marking that I've never been on meds in the survey SHOULD'VE flagged the company to make contact to explain to me how it works BEFORE placing an order to the pharmacy. This would have given me the chance to clear up that mistake (that I didn't even know I'd made) and let them know that I need to remain on my current dose and that I don't want the starter kit BEFORE a prescription was finalized.

    Today I received a text that my ordered was confirmed. I called them immediately and told them that it's the wrong dosage and I was told that there was nothing they could do to cancel it or change it for the current month because it was already sent to the pharmacy, but it could be changed for preceding orders. I don't want preceding orders, I want this one fixed! Not happy with my experience so far. Feel I've wasted my money. Supposedly they have a money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your service, but there was no mention of that either. Though I'm reading that the company is bad at actually giving refunds even when promised.

    Purchased online. Advertised as .25 starting dose. They immediately charged my credit card. When it came time for my initial consultation the NP tells me the dose is .12 NOT the .25 that was advertised!! I tell her I needed a refund then. She says I will have to contact MedVi. I do so. They put you on hold and pass you back and forth until you tell the person you're not hanging up. Finally 30 minutes and several people later they connect me to a patient advocate who tried to place the blame on me. I said No it's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! I asked who this could be addressed with and she said she would pass that on. I doubt she does. I'm supposed to receive a refund in 5-10 business days. We shall see as she had no confirmation # to give me and stumbled over a supposed "ticket number". I would not refer anyone to this company if they're trying to play bait and switch from the beginning!!!

    So far, NOT IMPRESSED! Had an appt scheduled for a virtual doc consultation. I was on camera, and my sound via microphone was on, and the screen said 76 providers available. I waited 20 minutes, and no one came to the call, while the screen said, "someone will come to the call soon.". MEDVi already charged my credit card $199, but I have not been able to meet with anyone to answer my questions. Hopefully, they'll just mail the injections to me and I can lose some weight without the consultation. Again, NOT IMPRESSED with how this is starting out, DO BETTER!! I will update this review if i don't see the injections, ship date, tracking info, etc.

    I signed up today and communication has already been terrible. I signed up for a Black Friday deal and went through the process, accepted and paid, then received initial emails and text saying respond and I would get a phone call to set up my prescription, this did not happen and now I can’t get a hold of anyone. I have received an email receipt though, so they billed me without proving any follow up or service. Wry confusing and I’m worried. I will be cancelling my credit card and sending an email to better bureau of business. This is scary.

    SCAM ALERT! After my payment had been made, I was required to meet in a telehealth meeting with the vendor’s medical representative. In that electronic meeting I was informed that as a condition of my purchase of their product I would now be required to provide my primary physician’s monitoring and concurrence with my use of their treatment. I set an appointment with my physician. In that office visit my physician recommended that I not take the MEDVi drug. He declined to monitor my use of the MEDVi product.

    I advised MEDVi of my physician’s decision, asked MEDVi for a full refund as no product had been shipped or received. I was now out the expense of a doctor’s visit plus the $1,914.01 paid to get to this point. MEDVi then contacted me and wanted to discuss my physician’s decision. I declined to discuss my private medical conditions in detail with the vendor exercising my rights under HIPAA.

    Terrible service. Medication never shipped but was told that I couldn’t cancel and give them another 48 hours for an update. Then 4 days later, after hearing nothing, I demanded a refund and informed them that their actions were fraudulent. They claim that they’ve issued a refund but it may take up to 10 days to process.

    Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Constant bot emails with incorrect information even AFTER I canceled the membership! Compound Semaglutide tablets arrived disintegrated, had to wait two days constantly for basic information.. I could go on and on. The doctors actually were good but definitely not worth having to go through the constant frustration with customer services. I’ve reps who just read from the same scripts! Customer service is sourced overseas so language barrier can be a problem.

    I am having a wonderful experience using MedVi. I am an older gal, 50+ but healthy. I don’t have a lot to lose but I’ve been stuck at a certain weight for many years, after having children. I am taking the compounded ** injections. Everything is going well. I believe I lost 3-4 pounds the first month. I’m getting ready to start my second month. MedVi has been communicating with me often and regularly, and answers any questions I have very quickly and thoroughly. I am pleased thus far with the service.

    I joined MedVi because their website and staff advertised a money-back guarantee: at least 20% body-weight loss within 4 months, or a full refund. Their own representative also confirmed this to me in writing before I continued the program. When I later requested a refund based on that guarantee, MedVi changed the requirements and claimed the guarantee was now 5 months with different conditions (claiming my 1lb of weight lost disqualified me). I provided their earlier written

    confirmation, but they still refused to honor it. Their replies repeated new terms instead of addressing the discrepancy.

    I also experienced an issue with the medication dosing. Their website showed a starting tirzepatide dose of 2.5 mg, and the practitioner verbally confirmed that dose. However, I was sent a lower dose of 2.125 mg instead. This was not what was represented to me when I enrolled. I contacted MedVi multiple times, tried to resolve the inconsistencies, and provided screenshots and documentation, but the issue remained unresolved. My experience did not match what was advertised or communicated.

    I used the oral tirzepatide and it never worked. They said sometimes it tooks about 3 weeks or even more when you start feeling the effects, so you're going to be paying for nothing but hope. If you're looking for something that works from the beginning, like other tirzepatide products, this is not for you.

    Medvi I cancelled subscriptions thru Medvi, they stopped sending meds and continued taking $299 out of my bank account. I noticed this after my bank account was minus for a few months. They refused to reimburse me saying I had two accounts. I cannot get through to a supervisor. I can only talk to Africa. They repeat over and over about billing cycle and not able to refund. This place is unethical! There is no supervisor to help with unauthorized payments. They want to send me the meds now even though I have reaction to it. There is no Hippocratic Oath here. They push reimbursement by wanting to send meds to me that will harm me! What can I do? I will not give up. Have no money in my bank account. Explained to them over and over I cancelled back in July!

    I used for one month. Before being shipped another month I was told that you needed to fill out a new medical form and from there they would figure out dosage. I did NOT fill out the form but was still charged $300 for no medication delivery. I have emailed repeatedly requesting a refund with no response. Do NOT use this company, it is not legit!

    The medication never arrived and the company said a refund was "being escalated" and "under review." I had to file a claim through my credit card in order to be reimbursed for a product that I never received.

    MEDVi made accessing care much easier than I expected. The consultation was smooth, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained.     I was charged for multiple months and never received a single product. This is a fraudulent company. They would never return a call or email regarding this issue. I was told my account was canceled but it was not and therefore the payment continued but a product was never shipped.

    Starting was easy. Cancelling when the drug didn’t work was an effort. I was contacted 5 times despite calling and sending an email to confirm the cancellation. When the final telephone call in I had to use harsh language to get them to finally send the cancellation notice.

    I started my first injection on October 10, 2025 & I have now lots 9 lbs in a month & an half already! I had tried everything else before this & nothing worked. I’d lose a pound or two & gain it back. With Medvi the weight is still coming off & I have not gained anything back. My cravings have decreased, I feel full & content faster with my meals. I’m also wanting to eat healthier foods now instead of junk foods.

    Stay away. The cost they convey is not the actual cost you end up paying, which is way more. It takes quite a bit of time from ordering to actually getting the medicine while you're being charged extra fees, & the medicine is not at the normal strength level it should be for any real results. Lastly, canceling is a huge hassle too.

    Non transparent, will send emails every minute, calls, etc. Will not allow you to cancel before they charge your card. They are, in my opinion, less than honest. I would look for another provider. Buyer beware.

    Complete Scam and after reading other reviews all within this month I am realizing that mine is not an isolated issue. I ordered ** which I was charged for immediately on Oct 26, 2005. After 2 1/2 weeks I was not contacted or sent anything even though I was charged. I decided that this was not a company that I was willing to provide injectable medicine to me, so I called the company and cancelled my account and requested a refund. I was told on the phone that a refund would be issued and that my account was cancelled. Again, this was approx 16 days after my charge. 11/23/2025 I was charged for another month. I never received anything from this company, and now they charged me two times for nothing sent.

    I called again to see what was happening. They told me they didn't know why my account was not cancelled and that it was now past the 28-day window to get a refund for the first charge. They also explained that they could see that I was not sent anything and yet still say they can not refund the money. So I now have 2 charges totalling 678.50 and am not getting a refund or the medicine. Not sure how that is appropriate. I saved our conversation and I downloaded all correspondence and am going to my credit card company to dispute the charge and also going to see where else I can go to deal with what I see as a straight up fraud. They are stealing your money... Do not use this company.... Look up the reviews for yourself. I would bet that this will become a criminal investigation very soon if they continue to do this to people.

The MEDVi website (as well as numerous other websites) state their program's first month cost is 179.00, yet they put through a charge for 299.02 on my credit card. After multiple emails, they did process a refund for 50.02...Still 70.00 more than advertised. Be wary of bad information!

    DO NOT use Medvi products. I contacted them as I was interested in the tablet form of medication to use whilst I was travelling overseas. Against their advice, saying the tablet form does not work as well, they sent me the medication. I informed them that I would be in contact upon my return from overseas. At no time did they disclose this was a membership with continuing subscriptions. Whilst overseas I was charged twice for medication that my roommate said NEVER arrived. Now Medvi refuses to refund my monies, saying the request falls out of there billing cycle. Additionally, they dispensed without any further medical contact.

    Any positive reviews of these crooks is suspect. They take your money, don’t ship the product, and then ignore attempts to get refunded. Read the real reviews on Facebook: “I’ve said it before but I’m going to continue to put these fools on blast. MEDVi 🚨SCAM 🚨 Do NOT use these people. The WORST thing you can do for your mental health is try to use these people. They will lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear just to get your money.     My provider is patient and explains dosage adjustments every month. I had mild nausea at first and they gave me simple fixes that worked.     Medvi starts out at $279 then jumps to $499 a month. FurturHealth is $399.Lots of competitors in market now. Some are fake with fake products, so be careful. Chose from list of top 10 from reviews. Some offer come on's to you for starting (like Medvi) then increase pricing following month. Going back to FuturHealth pricing up front no nonsense. Heard that some of these companies have auto billing that continues after you leave. So keep track of things. Refunds always a hassle.

    They take money with no product. Due to liver complications, I wasn't able to make initial appt with NP - by the time I did she stated my oral meds weren't working & to switch to injections. BUT what she didn't say is those injections were charged for $1800 for 6 months up front.... Not the monthly for the oral. They charged me $399 for no meds & won't/haven't refunded yet.

    There is so much wrong with this company. I filled in the MEDVi intake form to get more information. Soon after a gentleman calls me and offer an introductory rate. In my case it was $50 off per month. This was on top of the $120 first time customer discount. I was on the fence as I wasn't sure if tablet or injectable was going to be better for me. I was told the price is the same. I told them I had questions on the dosage. Was told my questions would be resolved once I was talking to one of their doctors. I requested the tablets with the understanding I could switch after talking to the doctor. Ok seems legit. I pay them. Next I get a slew of texts and emails from various folks at MEDVi. I follow up with questions and decided to switch from the tablets and was told no problem. I asked about my discount and was told it would apply.

    A few hours later I notice I was charged an extra $50 on my credit card. I called back and someone investigated and said I was not supposed to get the discount and that they could offer me a one time $50 off. That was ridiculous - we went back and forth and then she made it $100. I am pretty annoyed at this bait and switch at this point. The initial $120 seems pretty good though -so I told them they would need to get me the discount they promised or I would not stick around with them. Then I get more emails and texts - I needed to do a interview with the doctor regarding the dosage. So I set that up. I keep getting emails and texts saying they don't have all the right information yet everytime I spoke with them I was told it was ok.

    I called a few times trying to get my $50 refunded. They claim they are processing it and it takes 10 days. Hmm. Instant charges and 10 days to refund. I have already lost trust in this company. So I asked them to email me that they are refunding the $50. I want some type of confirmation. That is where it went bad. They would not do that. They screwed up and overcharged me and now won't make it right. In fact one person I spoke to said she wasn't sure I was going to get refunded. So now I am really annoyed. I don't want to take any more chances with this company - they are SO disorganized. Mind you by this time they are still calling me saying they need info on my prior prescriptions to finalize my dosage. I texted them back to not fill the prescription as there were problems with billing. I was cancelling. I called and tried to cancel. They had to connect me to special people to cancel.

    I was told a manager was going to call me - which they never did. I requested all my money back and they said they can't refund my money as they fulfilled my prescription - which they DID NOT do. After this there was no communication from the company. I called my credit card company and reported them for fraud. At least now my account says they won't try to bill me! MEDVi is a bad company. I am waiting to have my funds restored. There are so many companies who are better than MEDVi. Choose better.

    I’ve had a really good experience with Medvi so far.     I signed up today and am so angry after being mislead about pricing then trying to cancel within the same day and being refused because "the order for my prescription was already sent out". I went from seeing a promotional sign up price on the check out screen of $179 to then looking at my receipt to see they actually billed me $299. Then after talking to a customer support person, I also learned the price I thought I would be paying monthly of $249 would only be for one month and then it would increase by more than $100 the next month. Then after being passed to another person I asked if I could at least get the correct price of $249 that the other person told me since I wasn't allowed to cancel, but no, the price is now $299 because they can't do price changes after an "order has been sent". This all happened within 4 hours of me purchasing. I'm so angry and feel like this site is scamming people left and right with this type of behavior.

    Medvi starts you off on the lowest dosage that they are legally required. The products either don't work or the dosage is too low. It never work, I was always hungry and never lost weight. Then after 3 months I canceled but they tried to run my credit card anyway.

    This company is very disorganized and hard to work with. On my third month, they sent me the wrong dosage of tirzepatide, shipping me level 1 when I was supposed to receive level 3. This is after they told me my online portal was glitching and they didn’t receive my refill requests. I immediately contacted them to report that the wrong medication was sent. They told me I had to schedule an appointment with a nurse practitioner who agreed that yes, the wrong dose was sent. A provider was supposed to contact me within 48 hours. Never happened.

    Then I get a notification that a new dose of medication is being sent to me, but it’s still the wrong dose - level 2. It also never arrived and then the time for my next dose of medication has arrived and I don’t have the proper medication. So now I have to start all over at the initial dose and have wasted hundreds of dollars and months of my time just to be back where I started. Do yourself a huge service and find another company to work with because this one does not prioritize your health or wellness.

    MEDVi has been a very hard company to work with. They do not allow you to switch your credit card without further permissions from higher up the chain which you cannot reach and cannot speak to. They don't return calls when they promise they will. They make you see a nutritionist and a counselor which they have never provided to me and held my medication over my head because they told me there was no providers in my state to do my appointments with after I had already been on my medication for 2 months. I have waited 14 business days for them to refill my medication leaving me with nothing for over 2 weeks.

    There is no hope with this company. None of their help produces any kind of results, they send fake emails apologizing, and they are very expensive. There are much better sites to get your GLP-1 medication from. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, SCAM COMPANY FROM START TO FINISH, I switched companies and I'm much happier.

    I started the order process online, received a text confirming my order. I then asked for the pharmacy information. I was told Empower Pharmacy was the pharmacy fulfilling my prescription. After researching, I found Empower has multiple violations and received multiple FDA warning labels. Medvi then told me Casa Pharmacy was their next choice and is 503B compliant. After research on this one that was not true. This company is not to be trusted. Please DO NOT get GLP1 meds from here.

    Do not purchase anything from MEDVi. I signed up one night but changed my mind the next day. I called and asked for a refund less than 12 hours later. I called and cancelled my order, and asked for them to remove me from communications. They sent me a confirmation cancellation and refund email. However three days later I received a text that MedVi was "about" to send me my medication. I reminded them that I cancelled. Days later the medication arrived at my door. When I called back they changed their tune claiming that because they had sent the medicine, I could not get a refund. They sent me the medicine knowing I had canceled and that they could hide behind their claims that "it was ordered".

    From the very beginning, the approval process was simple and easy to understand.     I am very disappointed in the customer service I've received at MEDVi, as well as with the quality of the second round of my GLP-1. There was a huge lag time between me filling out my refill form and the prescription being processed, which led to a gap in my dosing and a return of side effects. In addition, my prescription sat in the "label created" status for over two days before it shipped. This means it arrived warm and is proving to be ineffective. I paid almost $300 for a medication that is not working.

    I've emailed customer service multiple times about multiple topics and I never get an email response. When I call, I get lip service, but no solution. It's clear that CS is offshored and reading from macros, the pre-curated scripts the brand feeds the CS team for specific topics. After this round, I'll order from a different provider.

    I ordered this product at a vulnerable moment, like many women do, and felt immediate regret. I called the company right away to confirm that this was only a one-month purchase. The representative on the phone clearly assured me that it was a single month and that the call was recorded. Two months later, when reviewing my bank account, I saw that I had been charged for two additional months. I fully expect to pay the original $299 for the one month of medication I received. However, I do not expect to pay two more charges of $299 for a subscription I did not agree to.

    I have called the company multiple times, and each time I’m told there is “nothing they can do,” despite the fact that there is a recorded call of me confirming it was one month only. I work incredibly hard for my money, and it is extremely disheartening that this company does not seem to care. To reiterate: I never received any medication beyond the initial shipment. I am requesting a refund for the two unauthorized $299 charges.

    Medvi customer service is the absolute worst!!! You can not understand anyone you try and contact via phone and emails seem to be responded to by AI bots. There is no place on the patient portal to stop your subscription so had to put a stop payment through my credit card but they just keep trying to run a charge.     I am having issues with water retention on the Medvi product so am only gaining weight. My sodium intake is low. I have tried to get an MD to respond to me about this issue, but all my attempts at communication have failed over the last two weeks. If you can make it past the first month of feeling nauseous, just know it will pass and they prescribe you medication to take if needed.     I am so grateful that I found MEDVi and have tolerated the product so well. I started taking the Tirzepatide injections in June and am down almost 30 lbs. The weight came off a bit slower than I expected, and it’s not magic. You definitely eat less. Thus the weight comes off. I also have noticed an increase in energy and desire to exercise which of course compounds the effects. I truly believe this company is above board in the way it handles everything. The medication arrives as promised. There has been no misleading information or erroneous charges. They do start you on a low dose and then increase the dosage over time to make sure that you tolerate the product. I believe this would be the protocol for any legit company.     I stared Medvi 3 weeks ago. So far I've had very minimal side effects. Headaches were one but I've seemed to have adjusted to it and don't have a many. Constipation is another one and I'm on 2 other meds that cause it so I'm taking steps to relieve that. I have noticed my appetite decreased and I have lost 4 pounds so far.     I started my medication on September 1st. Both September and October everything went well. November 4th, they charged my account and told me it was time to renew my order. So, I did immediately and my 3rd dosage was approved and sent to the pharmacy and was confirmed on November 4th. I was told I would receive a shipping date as soon as it shipped. It has yet to be shipped as of November 17th. So now I've missed my next dose. They have used a different pharmacy with every order. That alone should tell you that they have an issue. I've requested a refund, but they are afraid the medication will still be shipped. They should give me that medication for the endless time and hassles they have put me through. How can you charge $299.00 for something you didn't or couldn't provide by the needed date.

    I've received several standard emails asking me to reply with the reason for cancelling my subscription. I replied to the first, but obviously they don't pay any intention. After reading some of the reviews here, I realize many have had the same issue as me. On the bright side there are many companies that do exactly the same thing. I can't imagine a company being more difficult than Medvi.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was given untrue and misleading information repeatedly, and I still have not received the medication I paid for. I called customer service six or seven times, and every single time I was told something completely different. None of those answers were accurate. On one call, a representative put me on hold and never returned, leaving me with no resolution. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was given a ticket number, but the manager never called me back. Instead, I received a vague and condescending email, which only added to my frustration. To make things worse, that email offered me a $100 credit, as if more purchases and more aggravation were an acceptable solution to the problem they created. This company has shown me that they are unethical and do not care about their customers. I strongly advise others to beware and think twice before doing business with them.

    DO NOT GET SCAMMED! I have now been on their "medication" for 2 weeks. My 3rd dose is due today. I have not changed my eating habits or exercise during this period of time. The same routine I did when using another company's medication. With their program, I lost 1+ pounds a week. With MEDVI, I not only DID NOT LOSE AN OUNCE!!! I weigh EXACTLY the same now as I did then. Therefore, I am 100% sure they are supplying customers with a B12 placebo to achieve the pink color so that people think there is actual medication in the bottle.

    While I found the service and product excellent, I am very disappointed in the misleading amount quoted for the cost. I am a pretty sophisticated person and I can't help but feel mislead.     Do not under any circumstances order from this company. They slammed my card for $900 in total and I only received one month of GLP one medication which was supposed to be $179 however they charge me $299 and continue to do it for two more months without sending me product.     Today I am scheduled to begin my second month of GLP-1. When I didn't receive the med, I called the support team (obviously nothing more than Customer Service). After a lot of apology language and process dates I was finally told they were experiencing "a little shipping mess". After more useless back and forth, I was told this was a common problem. Since this was a common problem and the solution was to put a note in my account, I asked to speak with the person responsible for finding a solution to late delivery.

    A supervisor (Customer Service) went through the same routine. When I asked for a name or email address of someone on MEDVi's "management team", he refused and offered a discount on my next prescription. He explained that I had to address questions to his department and he decided if management would be informed. So if your meds aren't received on time just call Support and tell them to put a note in your account. Shipping problem solved.. One complaint at a time. I wonder if I'm injecting Semaglutide??

    So far my experience has been great. The approval process was smooth. My initial medication took a little longer to arrive than expected but nothing concerning. I am about 3 months in and down 11lbs. To be honest, all I’ve changed is how much I eat. The injections started curbing my appetite immediately.     After this month, I will not be moving forward with Medvi. My experience over the past week has been unsatisfactory. The staff has been unhelpful, and their tone has often felt dismissive. Additionally, there were several occasions when they failed to follow up with me as promised. The customer portal provided incorrect information, and an attempt was made to collect funds despite my having made a payment just the week before. As a result of the lack of due diligence from two patient advocates and poor customer service, I will go a second week without medication. Bottom line: your business practices have been unprofessional and unacceptable. I have no complaints about the medication.

    This organization is completely unsupportive when a customer has a need. They are ONLY concerned with selling you more products, not your reason for using meds. Customer service provide inaccurate information, and DON’T TRY TO GET THEIR promised MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Totally bogus. They schedule doc/nurse meetings, then call days earlier to push you to refill sooner. Then the scheduled meeting is not needed, but their records reflect you missed all these meetings!

    And, they use that against you when asking for money back. THE responses from doctors and nurses are SCRIPTED, no personalization or address your concern. Learn from me, don’t lose your money on a company who doesn’t even confirm misuse of customers who can sign up for multiple programs, Iike MEDVI, and put them in danger of misuse. I lost over $1000 because one uneducated agent told me I could get refund with “just one more purchased refill”, completely WRONG.

    Updated on 11/12/2025: "Good morning Suzi, Unfortunately, I am unable to locate an account under that information. Is there another email address or last name the account would be listed under? -MEDVi Team". I can not respond in private to this. But no. All the info I have was correct. Order number **. This was dated 11/14. Now it's radio silence since. How convenient.

    I have ordered oral Tirzepatide and immediately regretted the decision. It was 279$ for 1 month. This was about 530 pm. Later that night around 1030 pm I sent an email saying wanted to cancel the order. Got a confirmation email back that the request was received. The next day I got messages that the med was approved and it's processing to be shipped. I called them and requested verbally to cancel the order. They told me they would refund less a doctor's fee of 80 dollars because I got approved right away. Like what? When? I didn't even talk to a doctor and elapsed time between order and cancelation request was approx 4 hours. What a scam! Don't do business with them. They are expensive and tricky.

    In October, I transitioned from my previous provider to Medvi for my GLP1 prescription and was billed in both October and November; however, I have yet to receive any product. Upon contacting the service line for assistance, I was met with an overseas call center where communication was challenging, compounded by background noise that made the experience quite frustrating. Consequently, I initially suspected that Medvi might be a scam and began taking steps to report the matter to various state and federal agencies, as well as disputing charges with my bank.

    However, after conducting some research this morning, it appears that Medvi may not be a scam but rather experiencing significant customer service issues. Following my call, I received an email indicating that my account had been canceled and that my November payment was refunded (though I have not yet verified this financially). However, they stated that a refund for October would not be processed because I did not request it during the billing month. I want to emphasize that my original intent was not to request refunds or cancellations; rather, I simply wanted to receive the products for which I had already paid. It raises questions about how any organization can justify charging for products and services that are not delivered.

    Before joining MEDVi, I was using another company called Health Rx. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and needed a switch. Since joining MEDVi, I have had nurses available at any time for any questions or inquiries I have had. I can get a video visit within a day. The prices are fair, speaking as someone whose insurance does not cover these medications. They offer me other medications as well to help with any nausea side effects each refill. I have not had a single bad experience since joining MEDVi!

    AWFUL!!! I registered with them and when I called them to find out where my Rx was, they couldn't find me in the system. They typed the last number of my phone number wrong. Customer service is a nightmare. I DID have a fantastic conversation with Mack. If you get Mack, he is clear, sympathetic, and listens... So he is top notch. I had one lady who literally hung up on me when I asked her if she was a nurse. WHAT? Another lady who no clue how to find me and after several attempts of giving her my information, I told her I had to hang up.

    I finally got my Rx, ...with NO instructions. I worked in Healthcare and never seen an Rx with NO instructions. So once again, I had to call them. They keep transferring you once you get connected the first time...then the nightmare begins. The Rx itself did not work for me. I was on Zepbound for 1 year... the last 2 months on 15mg. This tirzepatide at 15mg... does NOT make me feel full like Zepbound does. I eat way more than I should at 15mg. Overall, I personally, had a bad experience with this.     I paid prior to my visit with a provider. I was told I will receive my medication around 5 business days. This timing worked perfectly because it gave me a month to deal with side effects prior to a big event. I have received countless emails and text slow walking me with the exact same questions. I respond, call to answer and they still go nowhere. An example: "You need to meet with a provider before we can proceed," AFTER I have met with a provider. Several emails and calls that I need to fill out an intake form. Well, I've filled out 4. It goes on and on. Every call is "escalated" with promises and apologies. I have lost all faith that I'll ever receive my prescription. If I do, will my refills come one time? I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Zero stars.

    I opted for the pills as I wasn’t certain of giving myself injections. After the first two weeks I gained two pounds, going from 170 to 172) even with my usual eating and daily 3-4 mile walks. After speaking to friends who said the injection may be more effective I emailed MEDVI and they acknowledged receipt of my request and said it would be reviewed. A week later I wrote again having not heard back and they responded saying I need to make a note when I do my one month follow up form. When I received the form there was no place on it to note my request. So I submitted it and made a note in the email. Again my request was acknowledged.

    So now it’s the day before my pills run out, I have received no confirmation that I am approved to switch to injections or a shipping notification. I call customer service and the representative is very well versed in reading scripted responses but could offer no explanation as to why three different requests staring 12 days prior were “missed” and they died not make the change. At this point I asked if all the email respondents were real or just a computer AI program. She claimed they were real people. So three people failed to do anything with my request and now she wants to expedite my request. I asked her to cancel as MEDVI is clearly not as promised.

    I purchased the GLP-1 injections for $179. I had a family emergency pop up and needed to cancel and have this refunded. I sent them numerous emails canceling and requesting refund to the company. I got an email saying they received it and would process it and contact me in a day or 2. But even though they received my request they still went and sent the script to the pharmacy and then today I got the email the medication was shipped to me. I spoke to them and they told once the medication is sent to the pharmacy they are unable to cancel or return it because it's tailored to my needs. I don't care because I have the evidence I requested this canceled and refunded BEFORE they sent the script. They had the knowledge that I wanted this canceled and ignored me and sent it anyways. I reported them to the BBB and I filed a charge back and if they keep refusing to refund me I'm taking them to small claims.

    Beware of this company-- They are not medically-aware of the product they are selling. I began the program on Oct 20. At the time, before my first prescription was approved, I had a telehealth consultation with a healthcare provider. All seemed legit. I read reviews saying to stay on top of the refill/renewal form -- or MEDvi would just refill automatically for you without it, charging you regardless. I attempted to fill out the refill form on my 3rd week in the program on Nov 7, but was immediately emailed a message that it was too early to do so.

    On Nov. 9 I received a series of three emails -- one welcoming to the program, another sending me to the portal to review a Nov. 9 approval of my initial prescription and a health review assessment from a nurse practitioner that I had never had contact with. And-- the most concerning part-- this was for a new compounded drug at a dosage rate 5X that of the first one. When I saw the emails at around 9am EST, I click on my portal, saw this alarming dosage increase and immediately called -- and spoke to someone who told me there was no way to cancel or change the medication. So no matter what, I just had to trust that this was right?

    I requested to see the medical review that had happened with my account and why this drastic of an increase with new compounded med was made. Crickets. I was told that if I canceled my account, I could not speak to a healthcare rep. If I didn't cancel, I'm sure I risked getting charged again -- so I canceled and plan to follow up with BBB and legal action if needed. It was clear the customer service agent was only concerned with money... and couldn't seem to understand the medical implications of changing medication without consulting a patient. As far as I can tell, they only had my initial information to review and the documentation I provided initially. I spoke to my physician who definitely said this was not best practices and really is dangerous.

    I started tirzeptide lowest dose June 4.. Process was very straightforward. Cost is $ 179 first month and $399 after dosage increased.. I experienced a thorough medical review before starting and then a monthly check in with a clinician.. I am now at 35 dosage (7 in equivalent). I have lost 41 lbs.. The first two months were quite unpleasant..like morning sickness all the time so I did use the anti nausea medication they prescribed.. Labs required are paid by MEDVI… I am going very slowly with dosage deliberately.. Sometimes you don’t lose anything one week then it starts again.     I had complied with med V’s request for a doctor's clearance and the blood work. I called a week and a half ago to inform them that I had uploaded my medical clearance and was ready for the medication. The ship the med the support person assured me that I would have my medication by or around Monday, November 3 third. I followed it up on November 5 since I had not received my medication. This representative confirmed that all my information was in, but said I had to have another doctor appointment before the medication be shipped.

    I said I had already done that doctor appointment. I then requested my full refund because it had a been a total of 3 1/2 weeks elapsed which two weeks were waiting on my doctor's approval, but the medicine should then have been mailed out on 10/27. My phone call on Wednesday, November 5, confirmed all my paperwork was in yet. The medicine still was not mailed out. It was a complete waste of time and a great amount of frustration dealing with them. I am just hoping I get my refund in 10 days, as mentioned.

    I am reviewing Medvi's service and administration - not the product at this time. Bottom line, the company charged me (so far) $179 for a product/service that is not being delivered. After initial consultations the decision was made to move in another direction at this time, so I called and canceled the account and any further transactions. Nonetheless, Medvi refuses to refund me because, as Pammy Andrews, Medvi Patient Support Team Representative, has informed me they are " unable to issue a refund for the recent charge, as it falls outside of our billing cycle policy." Yes, that is verbatim the reply I received - what insolence, gall and disrespect!! I think that society's policy dictates that proper and legitimate businesses refund customers' money when necessary and required, and especially if, in the end, NO TRANSACTION TAKES PLACE. This lack of professionalism and inability to conduct honorable e-business is inexcusable.

    STAY AWAY!!! Read the reviews first! Notice how they all have the same responses! They are just out to get your money. No contract but they will charge you before you even get to speak with a "doctor". You don't have time to review the order or dosage before the say it's already shipped. If you cancel they still charge you the next month and say that the order is processed and they cannot stop it. Lies, lies, lies!!! DO NOT go with this company.     Horrible company, Beware! I joined in September and advised them I was on this GLP prior and lost 44 pounds in six months with another company. I stopped using it for two months and joined Medvi in September when I decided to restart. They gave me a prescription and I told them it would not work as I was on a higher dose with more units prior but they insisted it would work and for me to use it. I gained seven pounds in the first month and was charged for this.

    In October I disputed the new prescription and asked them to credit my account for the October medicine since I gained seven pounds and did not lose any weight. They did and sent me a new prescription which again I stated was not correct. They insisted in both months it takes time and it will work and for me to use it. After using the first dose I gained an additional two pounds and called them again asking for a corrected prescription.

    The doctor I spoke with confirmed that the previous two prescriptions were not correct based on my prior history using this GLP and sent a replacement prescription to be filled on October 27th and also advised I should not pay for it and that she was sending CS her notes to refill it as a replacement. A few days later a nurse called me from the company confirming both previous prescriptions were not properly issued and that she was sending a detailed email to CS to refill the prescription at the expense of MEDVI.

    Yesterday I spoke with CS (Russell) and the patient advocacy group (Lucy) and Lucy confirmed three times on the call that she was sending out the new prescription and that I would not be charged for it. She stated she would email me and her manager approved this. Today I received an email from Nomi at Medvi stating that they cancelled my subscription and would not be sending me the new prescription as confirmed by Lucy. In addition the September payment I asked to be refunded only if they did not honor the prescription would not be refunded. So they charged me in September to have my health regress and for me to gain nine pounds in less then two months with their improper prescriptions which the doctors and nurses all agreed was the issue. Everything is documented in emails to them.

    Had a subscription with MEDVi for weight loss medication. First two months went fine, no problems. In September was charged $399.50 for the upcoming month medication, medication was shipped on 10/9/25. Was not delivered until 10/16/25. Was told by MEDVi not to pickup the medicine because it had not been refrigerated for seven days and would not be good. Was told medication would be reshipped but never received. Have been trying since 10/16/26 to get issue resolved but only told it would be escalated and manager would call. I have not received any call backs as of 11/5/25. Account still charges $399.50 and no I have received no medicine. This company is horrible to deal with if there is an issue with your account or shipping. Looks like they just made $399.50 for nothing!!!’ Would not recommend this company.

    This has been a nightmare company to work with. I had originally decided on oral medication. I picked this and scheduled with a consultant. First, it's important to note, I got an immediate notification stating order would be processed in 2-5 days. I had a consultation with one of their practitioners within less than 24 hours. The practitioner tells me, "the pills are not effective. Injections are better and have less side affects." Within seconds of that consultation I get notice that my prescription has been sent, What? Also beware the big front page notice "Money back guarantee" is only once you've paid them for 5 months. I contacted the company immediately and shared what the practitioner said. I also shared that I didn't think it would process until after I met with the consultant.

    The customer service rep said, "this is not the experience we want you to have. We will process a reimbursement immediately." Then she/her/them/they contacts me and requests proof of purchase.... weird. I send screenshots of the receipt, my credit card statement and email confirmation. Radio silence. I've since contacted them 12 times via email & phone. The response, "someone will get back to me." It gets worse, thinking I'm being reimbursed for the pills, I order injections. I'm notified within minutes that the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, but it's not the injection I chose. Good Lord! It's my fault for not reading the fine print about the money back guarantee, which is embedded in small print in the details.

    However, my issue is not that the product did not work. It's that their process is deceitful and their own practitioner told me the pill would not be effective.... I imagine I am out close to $500.00 and will likely have to report fraud to my credit card company, which will come with a whole bunch of other inconveniences. In summary, Forbes may say they are the top company to work with, but given the day, you'll also see Noom at the top of the list or Remedy. Go with any other company, stay away from MEDVi. They are deceitful and have terrible customer service.

    Here’s my story: My card was charged by MedVi on 7/14/25 so I received my order shortly after. There was no vial of medicine in the bag with my order so I thought the syringes were loaded. My husband had to have a total ankle replacement in July with short notice and could not put weight on his foot for three months. I communicated with someone at MedVi and explained I needed to delay the start of the med in case it may make me feel sick because I had to take care of my husband. Now that he’s back on his feet, I was going to start. That's when I realized the syringes were all empty.

    I was told by the first customer service representative that there was no way to escalate my complaint and he was as high as I could go. That was not true. I called back and spoke to another representative who did escalate my complaint; however, she told that the syringes would be heavy (very small insulin syringes) and I should have known they were empty. I am very surprised and disappointed to learn MedVi was not going to make the reasonable correction for their mistake.

    I signed up for Semaglutide injections with MEDVi on 10/4/2025 for a price of $179 per month. I stated reading some comments online about this company doing a bait and switch and charging their customers a higher price when dosage changed or when they re-ordered so I emailed their customer support team and let them know about my concerns. They quickly responded and said I should not worry, that my price was fixed and that my fixed amount would never changed even when my dosage increased. Then on 10/30/25 I put in my order for my second month of medication and nowhere did it disclose a price, I just thought I was re-ordering at my fixed price they had guaranteed. Then I saw the receipt come via email and the charge was for $299.

    I immediately called their customer support line and when I read them the email their own team had sent me guaranteeing my fixed $179 price they said I had been misinformed, that the $179 price was just a promotion for the first month. I asked to cancel my service right away and demanded a refund. They passed me to the cancellations department who notified me that since the medication had already been ordered, I could not receive a refund due to medical regulations. I asked multiple times to talk to a supervisor and both people I spoke to would not allow it. They said there was nothing they could do and that I had been misinformed by THEIR OWN TEAM.

    I emailed support with the email backup they had sent me guaranteeing my fixed price and they responded 2 days later with the same scripted response I received over the phone. They cancelled my subscription but would not refund the $120 difference or even acknowledge the fact that they had lied to me about the price. This company does this often, they bait and switch customers and are not transparent about their pricing structure. It’s a scam and they do not run their business ethically, at all.

    I had an extremely disturbing experience with Medvi. I was sent someone else’s prescription medication, and the medication that was supposed to be for me was completely wrong. After taking what I believed to be my medication, I became very sick. This is not a minor shipping mistake — it’s a serious medication safety violation and a breach of patient privacy (HIPAA). Receiving another person’s prescription and being given the wrong drug poses a major health risk and shows a complete lack of quality control and oversight. I contacted the company immediately, requested a full refund, and asked for an internal investigation. I strongly urge anyone considering Medvi to proceed with caution and verify all medication thoroughly. Mistakes like this can have dangerous consequences.

    I warn you to run away and run away from this company, this is scam. I never approved a charge for any product and they charged me $179.00 to my credit card, I called them immediately, literally 5 minutes later they took me in charge and told me they wouldn't return the money because the order had already been processed and they had sent the product and created a tracking number. I sent them 6 emails rejecting any business with them, and they keep sending me emails, texts and calls as if nothing had happened. I already called my bank to cancel that charge and make sure they didn't charge anything in the future. When you call, you were only indue in an office in India.

    Do Not order this. I have been on this for at least 5 months and have not lost ANY weight. Each time they would increase by small increments but never worked. Last time they said they would put me on a different medication! One time I received the medication and the ice was melted and warm. I called about this and they said it was still good. So why do they even ship it with ice packs? I have cancelled and hope others are able to see this before they get on this merry-go-round.

    Went through the process and they hit my card for $299. I set a phone appointment, as they requested, for 10:00 am but no one called. Checked the status throughout the day and it was “to be reviewed”. I responded that if this was the case, why did they hit my credit card in the morning?     MEDVI is a no-go. Their communication is horrid. They only go to 11 mg, didn't tell me that anywhere, and then shipped me half the dose I am already on, which is 12. The provider said this morning she couldn't remember what she had told me, but they only go up to 11 mg. I am now having to work with their customer service to get a refund. And they are not budging on rectifying their error.

    They are refusing to refund my money, even though they acted in bad faith by failing to disclose their maximum dosage and then shipping the product before I had an opportunity to review the script. Using the medication that they sent me will result in my gaining weight, not continuing to lose weight, which is my whole purpose for being on Tirzepatide. Their responses are likely AI generated and say the same thing.

    I received one month in September. I gained weight. I got an appointment with "the physician". Agreed to up to **. I waited a week, never got the drug. Called, spoke to customer service in Philippines. Was told my account was on hold. They could not tell why. I was told the hold would be released. I okayed to charge my card. Waited another week, no drugs. Called again, thus time the CS person would not tell me what country I was talking to. Again gave the okay to send the drug. I was told I would get it in 3 to 5 days. Another week. Called CS today. Spoke to someone in South Africa. I was told my account was suspended until Nov. 14th This is not good medicine. US has HIPAA laws. How many countries are getting my health records. I told them to cancel my account. This company is bad business. Do not start!

    WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I completed an order with this company the first week of August, received my product, and began my journey shortly after. I started to feel very bad side effects and no positive effects, so I did not sign to receive any other orders. So, on August 30, I was charged $ 399, and again on September 28, not only did I never receive my orders, but they refused to give me my money back on 2 separate orders in August and September 2025. They said that, according to their policy, it was too late for them to issue a refund as it was beyond the 28-day billing cycle, and they were only able to provide me with a store credit for more products that did not work at all.

    I let them know that since I never received my orders from them, I never received the 2 orders I paid for from them, but they still chose to adhere to their policy, and they doubled down on not providing me with a refund of just under $800.00. This company is both manipulative and shady in its business practices, and rather than put the needs of their consumers at the forefront of their business ethics, they adhere to a policy that inevitably puts their consumers at a disadvantage due to the billing cycles of our credit cards being monthly cycles.

    They are not stupid and have figured out how to rip people off. I will be taking them to small claims court here in the state of Texas, and once booked and registered, I will provide all court case numbers here so everyone can reference the case files. I will update this review for all those customers who have dealt with exactly what I have had to. It’s illegal, unethical, and just plain wrong. Also, I am taking their product to an independent 3rd party lab for testing and will post these results as well once received.

    The customer service was amazing! The people that I spoke to on the phone were kind and respectful. Absolutely five star. However, the overall company is not to be trusted with your money. They take your credit card, they offer you a certain price and then they charge you $100 more. You call them, they give you $100 coupon but that's not until your next time. So then I get the product and I'm supposed to get a .07ml and I get 025! Now I was with another company, that's why I was up so high. I am on social security, I can't be playing with my budget like this. They cause me a serious hardship! I trusted them and they burned me twice. I canceled!

    My experience with MedVi has been consistently frustrating and disappointing.

    1. Poor handling of side effects: When I first called to report extreme nausea, I was told I’d be prescribed Zofran. I explained multiple times that I cannot take Zofran. They said someone would call me back, which they did, promising an email update within 24 hours. No email came. I called again, was told to wait another 24 hours, and sent a follow-up email. The next day, I received an email saying they would order Zofran, again, the medication I had repeatedly said I couldn’t take. When I called yet again, I was finally told Zofran was the only option they could prescribe and that I should contact my primary care provider instead. If someone had told me that at the start, I could have resolved this days earlier instead of waiting four days for no reason.

    2. Refill issues and lack of transparency: The final straw was my refill. Previously, refills were reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours. This time, four days went by with no update. I called and emailed, was told “it will be reviewed soon.” Four more days passed with no response. I contacted them again because I was leaving for vacation and needed to ensure the medication wouldn’t be shipped while I was away (since it requires refrigeration). I was assured they’d note this and hold shipping if approved. I then received an email stating to call after confirmation to delay shipping. I did so immediately upon receiving confirmation, and was told shipping would be delayed until the end of the week.

    The next morning, I got an email saying shipping could not be delayed once confirmed. This directly contradicted their own instructions. When I pointed this out, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund since the medication would arrive while I was gone and become unusable, and they refused, suggesting I “ask a neighbor” to retrieve it instead (as if I hadn't already tried to do that). The package arrived mid-vacation; when I got home, the bottle was warm and had to be discarded.

    3. Lack of follow-through and accountability: Even after this, when I requested to cancel my service, I was told the cancellation was “under review” and that someone would get back to me with next steps. I’m still waiting. I’ve documented every email and call and am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

    MedVi’s communication is inconsistent and incomplete. Staff give conflicting information, make promises that aren’t followed up on, and fail to take responsibility for their errors. After repeated delays, misinformation, and lost money on unusable medication, I cannot recommend their service to anyone.

    Could not recommend them any less. After signing up and having a quick online interview with a doctor, which they were 30 minutes late for I proceeded to get 3-5 robo calls from a realistic sounding AI named "Alex" who opens the conversation with "hello, hello can you hear me?" to try and make you think you are actually talking to a human. These robo/spam calls then proceeded to happen every single day following signing up until I blocked the number. I called back to try and talk to a human, went through the call chart and pressed 5 to talk to a person. My phone connected and then was silent for 5 minutes and then I was prompted to complete a survey about how great my customer service was today before being hung up on.

    They say when joining that it's just a monthly thing and canceling is easy but there's no info about how to cancel once you're logged into their patient portal. They also want 30 days notice so plan to be billed again. I haven't even received the meds yet but I've already canceled because why would I trust anyone with such bad customer service.

They stopped sending the medication, but were charging me $399+ each month after that—I didn’t discover it until 3 months in.     Having used GLP meds in the past and had good luck, and figured I would give this service a try since my insurance would not cover Munjuro anymore. Tried the oral meds first and had no results. After talking to the doctor online, I switched to the shot. Not only did I not see any weight loss, I actually started gaining more weight, even though I had continued to eat healthy and exercise. I then chose to discontinue my service and canceled my membership over the phone.

    Little did I know they did not cancel my service and kept billing my credit card, I caught the transaction on the second month and reached out again via email to cancel and request a refund since I had not received any meds. Emails went ignored, phone calls were unanswered and I ended up putting a hold on the card to keep from getting billed a 3rd month. After weeks of emails, they finally replied and verified they had now canceled my account and would no longer be billed. The kicker was when they said they could not refund me for the 2 months since it was now outside of their billing period. But they would be happy to send me the meds instead. My next move will be filing fraud charges with my credit card company. My advice is to use extreme caution with them unless you have money to burn.

    Omg don’t do it from them. I received the medication and when I went to draw it up it was RED color. Obviously the med is supposed to clear and when I contacted them they were like, “We’re so sorry. It’s not supposed to like that blah blah.” I asked for a refund and they said NO so save your money.     This company is a fraud. They charged me for an order I never made and refused to give me a refund. They will steal your money. The signup process was easy enough however, after the first month they tried to double the price and hoped I wouldn’t notice.     My wife signed up a couple of weeks ago and her experience has been simple and easy. I waited to sign up as I wanted to see what her experience was like. Seemingly OK, I just signed up and paid my $179. Immediately, I am bombarded by emails and text messages. I'm being bugged by txt message to choose a pharmacy. My emails say the medicine is on its way. So being completely confused, and this experience not mirroring my wife's at all, I call up for help. I get somebody who was EXTREMELY difficult to work with who just wanted to read a book to me. That wasn't why I called in. My questions were simple, but I was never able to get my questions answered because this support person was simply reading scripts, talking over me, not listening to me whatsoever. Absolutely angering to say the least.

    Once he was done reading his book to me, I had to ask my questions again, but right way, again, back to nonstop talking over me. Again, not answering any of my questions. He tells me I need to speak with a provider. Why? I asked why this experience was so radically different than my wife's experience, who answered the questions the same as I, and requesting the same medication. He then went to some other script to read to me, again, talking over me, and he wouldn't stop until I became aggressive with my tone with him because by this time I was completely out of patience and was moments from cursing like a drunk sailor. After that exhaustive support call I have ZERO answers, and I'm thinking I may need to put this effort to rest and try somewhere else.

    I NEVER want to deal with MEDVI support again. It felt very sketchy. Why can't this person just listen to my very basic questions and offer very basic answers??? I do not know why I had to receive 10 emails and 10 text messages when my wife did not. She was not asked to buy this supplemental medication, never asked to speak with somebody, never needed to call up, nothing. So why is my experience for the same answers and same medication so radically different? I'm still worked up after that bs support call. Medvi, listen to your patients and customers! It is 100% rude to read scripts, talking over your patients when they are bonified confused af and have simple questions that should be simple to answer!

    Not sure what to write as I have never done this before, but I will just give it to you from my perspective. I am in my 40's and have been battling weight for the last 5-7 years. I try to eat right and stay active and yet my weight just continued to increase. When I say active, I mean competitive volleyball a couple times a week, baseball (hardball) weekly and sometimes 2-3 times a week, hiking, biking and really anything outdoors, yet the weight would increase. I decided I needed to try something.

    I have now been working with MEDVi for about 6 months and have gone from 245ish to 220ish. It is not a fast solution, but it does work. You have to be patient and consistent with it and you will get results. I will say that their support is great too. Always responsive and easy to get a hold of. The hard part for me was loading up a needle and then having to put it into myself. After about three months though, I no longer thought about that. The only surprise to me was after the first month when the price adjusted. I had not followed that at the start. Would I recommend it trying this as a solution, I would. I am not a doctor though, so definitely talk to one and family first.

    This company will make false claims and steal your money. They say $179 a month which is only for the 1st month if you only do semaglutide. If you order tirzepitide compound it's $400 and I utilized the product for 5 months and lost 3 lbs and they told me that I successfully lost weight, and would not have me even a partial refund.     Prescribed oral **, followed strict regime of diet, exercise and pill. No weight loss 5 weeks. Opted to change to injectable after 6 weeks.     I placed an order via a recommendation from a friend. They charged my card immediately. 72 hours later no shipping information. 1 week later, they send an email after inquiring about shipping again, that order was canceled for wrong meds. I advised I never received any meds so how could it be the wrong one. Now they claim I have to talk to someone. I agreed but IF the meds aren't sent within 24 hours of the virtual appt then I will be canceling and getting a refund.     I had great success on the program and hit my goal in 5 months. I switched to a maintenance program through my physician and when I tried to cancel it was a nightmare. First, there is no way to cancel online so I sent an email. They wrote back and suggested I speak with a nurse first so they made an appointment for a call, the call never came nor did anyone appear on the video program. When I called they said they were now having “system issues” which I found suspicious. I sent another cancellation email and got an automatic response saying they would look at it in a day or two, so not sure what “system issues” they were having. No reported issues when researched either. Looks like I am going to need to go through my credit card company to stop the next charge. It’s a shame because everything went so well up to the cancel process.

    I joined for 1 month - did not think the compound was very effective but my sole complaint is continuing to be charged 399 monthly. I was shocked becuase I intentionally did not fill out the refill form and they still charged me! I called immediately and spent alot of time on the phone with customer service to ensure my account was closed and I would not be charged again. And like clockwork 30 days later it happens again. I called back and asked for a supervisor so I could hopefully ensure this would be resolved for good. The first customer service rep was so rude and disrespectful that I had to hang up and call back. The second rep understood my frustration and said I would get a call from a supervisor in a day or 2. I did not get a call but did get an email denoting I was credited and the account was closed. We will see in 30 days....

    I had a horrible experience with the company and the pharmacy. My first month went ok! I was told I had the option of undergoing bloodwork; however, after three weeks, I received an email stating that I needed to have bloodwork done. I ordered the second month's dosage, which increased from 8.5 units to 17 units. However, the pharmacy sent me only 20 units. I called customer service, and they stated it was the correct amount. The amount would not last four weeks. I requested a refund and asked to return the medication, but they refused. I canceled the subscription with them.     Let’s just start with assessment, that’s the easy part!!! Getting them to respond after you pay for the medication you're asking for, they go silent. I had to call them for my telehealth. Mind you, was scheduled a week out!!!! It says 24-48 hr turn around... That’s clearly not the case.. two weeks later!!!! I got my meds. I had called two times asking for nausea medication due to being on it already. Nope, never received them...

    I waited two weeks to do an injection because I didn’t feel anything from the 1st shot of this medication they sent to me... so after taking the shot at 25 units NOTHING!!!! Absolutely NOTHING!!!! I went out to eat with my husband and ate more than him... that NEVER happens. He was shocked and disappointed himself due to him doing the same as me getting our meds through this company!!!! Beware!!! This cost a lot of money $$$$, pay attention as who you get your medication from. I will stick with my amazing company!!!! Not this site!!!!!

    This company is a scam designed to steal your hard earned money. Unfortunately most of us found out the hard way because they would not stand by their advertisement stating clearly a money back guarantee and no hidden fees. I tried to cancel my subscription within 1/2 hr after talking with nurse practitioner. MEDVi lie to me and said the medication was already sent to me when the pharmacy was already closed for the day. I emailed pharmacy directly and canceled my prescription and they sent me a confirmation email the next day. I also called pharmacy directly and they confirmed again meds had not shipped. Then Medvi again lied and said meds were already in the mail so they can’t refund my money. I hope you are one of the lucky ones who did your research beforehand and will not fall for their deception. This company needs to be shut down… It is scamming 1000’s of people.

    August 13th, 2025 I was charged 399.50 for a monthly does of Tirzepatide. They bill and charge weeks before you are due for a new shipment.

    August 22nd, 2025, I canceled my account with MedVi. I decided the cost was not worth it, as the meds did not work for me. After two months, I gained weight instead of losing it. I decided that this medication was not for me. This was well before the shipment was released. Cancelling it was not a problem.

    On Sunday, August 31st, 2025 at 8:50 pm, (I checked my call log), I called to ask when I would see a refund. I was told that it was the weekend, and she was able to see my account and the cancellation, but was unable to see the billing. She said to give it about 30 days for the refund to process. After that, it kind of slipped my mind, as I assumed an ethical company would continue to process the refund. That was not the case, I had been bamboozled.

    October 17th, 2025, I called to check on the refund, as it was still not refunded. I was told that I was not eligible for a refund because it was past 28 days. I told them, I did call about a week after cancelling and she told me there was no record of me calling. She told me their process when someone cancels it to keep their money and the meds, unless they specifically call to ask for a refund. They do not refund you your money automatically, even though they do not send the product. She said customers need to be more proactive and call for a refund, or MedVi will just keep your money. I said I did call, and she said there was no record of me calling.

    This sounds so shady. She did say she could send me the meds I never received. I said I do not want the meds, as they do not work. That is a lot of money for something that does not work, and that is why I canceled in the first place. When dealing with this company, I recommend only communicating through email, so there is a written record. Calling, does not work, as they will deny contact. They kept my product and my $!

    Criminals. Was charged a monthly charge of $399.00 even after I tried to cancel my membership and regardless of medication not being received or authorized. They never sent medication and refused to refund my money even though 4 days prior to me contacting them they drafted money from my account. I lost my job and explained to them the reason for requesting a refund and they still refused. Please do not use this company. They are crooks. Stay away!

    This company is a scam, don't believe their "money back guarantee" bull crap. Their meds don't work and it causes major side effects. It takes days to speak with one of their "medical providers", they also will charge your card without authorization.

    I’ve been with MedVi now for five months and have no complaints actually, I feel the program is very good. They start you off slow so that you and your body can acclimate accordingly and then overtime and as by individual preference medication is adjusted accordingly. There is a one on one dialogue on a regular basis. They are 24 seven support is always available, and I appreciate the expediency and timeliness and receiving my medication. To date it’s been a great experience and I appreciate it.
