When I had concerns about my hair falling out I was able to talk to a Dr about it and they explained what was happening.     Formal Complaint – Failure to Provide Services & Refund Refusal. On February 26, 2026, I subscribed to MEDVI services and paid $249.00. On the same day, I scheduled a telehealth appointment for 7:40–7:50 PM. I joined the video appointment early at 7:35PM and remained connected through 7:40 PM. No provider joined the call. No notification, explanation, or follow-up was provided. I rescheduled for the following day, February 27, 2026, for 2:30–2:40 PM. I again joined early at 2:27 PM and waited through the scheduled time. Once again, no provider joined the appointment. After two failed appointments, I contacted customer service to request a refund due to services not being rendered. I was instructed to call by phone. During multiple calls:

    I was placed on hold for extended periods (15+ minutes).
    I was told a nurse attempted to call me, but no specific callback number could be provided.
    I received callbacks from a number labeled as spam, which led back to MEDVI customer service.
    I was repeatedly asked to provide my account information despite prior transfers.

    I was offered rescheduling instead of resolution.

    I was told I could cancel my subscription but was not clearly informed whether I would receive a refund.

    I was ultimately informed that I would not receive a refund unless a prescription was approved by a provider — despite the fact that no provider ever joined either scheduled appointment.

    At no point did I receive the telehealth consultation I paid for. No provider appeared. No medical service was rendered. No prescription was issued. Yet MEDVI refused to process a refund for services that were never delivered. It is unreasonable and unfair to require “provider approval” for a refund when the provider failed to attend the scheduled appointments. I paid $249.00 for a service that was not provided. Refusing a refund under these circumstances is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about business practices.

    Medvi seems like a scam. I signed up in November, video conferenced with a nurse for 5 minutes and was prescribed tirzepatide. I paid the initial fee for my first month's medication. It never arrived. I filed a complaint and Medvi sent me on a run around with the shipping company. I filed a complaint with the shipping company. Their response was to point me back to Medvi. I asked repeatedly for a refund and got nowhere. I forgot about it. I never had any other interaction with a Medvi clinician. 3 months later in February I got a notification from my HSA that Medvi was attempting to charge me $400.

    At that time my HSA was depleted so there wasn’t $400 in it. I immediately contacted Medvi again and asked them to stop, I wasn’t authorizing any charges to my HSA. I asked for the account to be closed. Medvi did not close the account and over a week later when payroll deduction brought my HSA balance up, successfully charged $400. I immediately reached out to complain. I got a royal runaround again. I fought with them for 3 weeks. They never shipped a package but again were taking $400. I never once received anything from them but paid $550! After weeks of fighting they finally refunded the $400 but said too bad to the first charge. Refused to refund it. Complete jerks! Stay far away!

    I paused my membership with MEDVi and did not complete the required refill form, yet I was still charged $600 in January and another $600 in February. At no point did I authorize those charges, and no product was requested or approved by me during that time. Being charged $1,200 after pausing a membership is unacceptable. The lack of safeguards around billing and authorization is deeply concerning. Customers should not have to monitor their accounts aggressively to prevent unauthorized charges. I have requested a full refund and expect this issue to be resolved promptly. Proceed with caution if you are considering doing business here — review the billing policies carefully and document everything.

    So far, the communication has been over and above for trying to help me. I do think that they charge you for lower doses for a while, and then increase your payment and slower than they should to increase your dosage. So basically, they are charging you a lot. There is other places that charge less, you just have to do the legwork. They also said they offer full refunds if weight is not lost, but they don’t really back that up. For the length I was on and paying 500 a month, I was not losing for the dosage. And they just email you, they are here for you, and sorry but that’s it. Feeling frustrated with the whole situation.

    It started out fine. The oral medication helped me lose 10 lbs. the first month. But the second month was nothing. They changed the medication, charged me more.... and no effect. So then I asked for help. Didn't get any at first. A month later, I told them I was planning on writing a review. Suddenly, I got help. They suggested changing to the injectable. Only $2k more after I had already paid the original $1500 for six months of oral meds, and then an upcharge for the new and improved version. So I still hadn't even gotten what I paid for, and the $250 per month was now $900+ per month. The strange thing is that the new and improved oral was supposed to include an appetite suppressant. It actually made my appetite stronger. My advice: skip Medvi, wait for your health insurance plan to cover the real thing, and then get that. Nice idea, doesn't work.

    Absolutely horrible company. Been using the product for eight months. Weight fluctuated about 6 pounds in that time. Told me I had to stay on the medication for five months to receive possible compensation, after reaching the highest dose and still nothing, I went to submit for a partial refund. I was denied. Due to me, reporting a potential 6 pound weight loss in eight months! The fact that a woman’s weight can fluctuate 5 pounds depending on the time of month or the size of their bowel movement that day I find that to be a pretty thin argument on Medvi’s part.

    Absolute waste of money. No results at all. I was on noom and seeing results but they bill quarterly and that was unfeasible to keep up but was seeing results. I found Medvi and tried to keep up the pace with this bull they are selling. I have not had any appetite suppression like I did at noom, no results after 2 months and noom in 3 months I had lost over 11 lbs and in 2 months with Medvi I am back where I started weight wise before I lost the 11 lbs. I'm back up to 189 again and am disgusted with this program bull they push. Money back guarantee only applies after 5 months so spending 1500. I could not fathom spending that much and not seeing results. Do not even bother with this program, the semaglutide is bright pink in color and was not with noom. What are they adding to it? Whatever it is it's nothing but acts as a filler.

    MEDVI is a membership service. You are not charged for the medication, you join a service and get charged whether you receive the medication or not. They will not refund anything over 30 days old. So if you are like me and stopped refilling a medication only to find out they had continued to charge me you are out of luck.     Dr missed appointment after I held for 30 minutes. Customer service helped zero. Website has serious issues. No ability to reach company just off shore call center. Charged prior to Dr Approval. Cancelled because incompetent system. Based on this I determined they cannot be trusted. They want 48 hours to speak to call center supervisor. In general they show signs of being a scam company not worthy of being in business. If you use this company, my opinion is they can’t be trusted, and their poor customer service speaks to the quality and authenticity of medication. Use them at your own risk financial and medically. I have now spent 50 minutes on this.

    Absolutely terrible. They falsely advertised money back guarantee if you lose weight and then when you spend months taking the medication and it doesn’t work so you bring up their money back policy they hit you with, "You have to stay with us for 5 months and then you’ll be deducted 25%" like what? Why isn’t this advertised and posted before? Why is it only said when you want a refund!!!! Medication never worked. Didn’t lose a single pound despite following a good healthy diet and exercise. Their “compounded” medication must be more vitamin b 12 than anything!!! They are basically charging $400 for a B12 injection not to mention it was this deep dark red!!!! They refused to help me get a refund and refused to actually explain the full process. Please do not try it out. It’s a waste of money. They are scammers!!

    The product has worked quite well for me, but the customer service aspect has not. I have been using the product since last July. I have lost weight with no side effects. So wonderful! However, I just found out that there is a senior discount that should’ve been applied to my payments (It will be applied on the go forward). I asked for that $100 a month discount to be refunded or to be put on my account as a future credit. Customer Service said no. I have to imagine that if I was a double billed there would’ve been a refund so why would an $800 overcharge be refused?

    Additionally, I have had better luck Emailing than talking on the phone to customer service. I have spoken to people in two different countries who, while nice, were ineffective and/or didn’t follow through. Lastly, when you put in the request for prescription renewal, you must type in each time what your current prescription is. It seems to me that the system should know that. It’s a small detail, but perhaps indicative of poor computer systems?

    I was very happy in the beginning. When I first started I did have nausea to the point that I cancelled my membership with no issues but I finished the last two weeks of medication and my nausea actually went away so I decided to continue with the program. I couldn't afford $300 a month so I asked one of the doctors to help me find something more affordable. She got me a different prescription and said someone would reach out to me so I waited for the email and what I got was an email for an update for my debit card so I called to find out what I would be getting charged.

    The new medication was what I wanted but not the price. It was $100 more than what I was pay before so that would now be $400 a month so I said I can't afford that. So instead of trying to help me find something that I can afford they just said, "I'm sorry we couldn't help you. I hope you find what your looking for." So now I'm back at square one. I'm not happy with the prices and the semaglutide I was just paying to starve myself and lose muscle. It was definitely a waste of money.

    I ordered the first month then cancelled twice on the phone with an agent. I was charged $299.00 in December 2025 and again $299.00 in January 2026. I called and apparently there is no record of me cancelling. However, I was promised a refund on both charges. I never received the refund and never received any RX for any of the charges. I have called multiple times and been passed around from one representative to another with no assistance. The policy seems to be to keep passing to one department to the other until folks give up.     I started my Medvi journey very hopeful and pretty excited. Little did I know that it would turn into a train wreck very quickly with my new journey becoming a nearly full-time job trying to get Medvi to cancel my subscription and refund my money. The "journey" first began with trying to get Medvi to send the right prescription. When that didn't happen and when I could not get any response from the company, I canceled my subscription. Instead of cancellation however, I received email after email informing me that my prescription was under review, being sent to me, had been sent to me, etc. All the while, I was trying to get confirmation of cancellation, confirmation that my account would not be charged and, trying to get a refund for the nearly $300 I had already paid -- without have received any medication.

    At first, Medvi was somewhat responsive to my inquiries; taking up to three days to respond. That quickly stopped and I've heard nothing from Medvi since February 7, 2026-- a month after I notified them of my subscription cancellation. I've now had to take up the matter with my financial institution and am considering whether or not I should contact my State's attorney general to see if there are others who have been treated similarly. DO NOT fall for the scam.

    I did not receive a prescription or medication from MEDVi. Medvi will hold your information hostage and keep a portal open with your profile information even though you do not have a subcription with them. This is potentionally allowing your information to be sold third party because you are no longer with them. You will continue to get unwanted emails with no link to unsubscibe. Sure, you can block the emails through your email account, but know that it doesn't do away with you being subscribed to Medvi. The patient portal does not give access to policies, terms and condition to opt out of your personal information being sold. I have called and chatted with so many people it is ridiculous. All they do is repeat is that they're sorry and they understand your frustration. "Scripted". The intent is to exhaust you, filibustering techniques so that you give up.

    I have asked for a supervisor, or higher chain of command to speak with. Nothing but excuses, and will waste your time by asking for your information to check your account, contradicting that they have no access and they can't see what you see on a existing patient portal to manipulate the conversation, so that your back at square on for the reason for the phone call. They will say they can't get ahold of a supervisor or management or put you on hold for about 3-5 mins and pretend that they tried to get ahold of a supervisor with no availabity. Then start the gaslighting and filibustering the conversation again. Please take a closer look at the website available to you. It is very generic, is low cost. More of a GoDaddy, Spotify homebreed. You might asked how did I miss all that I am claiming.

    I did not go through Medvi.org website initally. I went through a different site that, my guess that Medvi is in partnership with as allowing their link to be in partnership with. I say this because the initial starting price was different on different site. All I want is access to get rid of the patient portal and unsubscriibe for their emails with my private information, so it don't be just hanging in their possession for possible identity breaches or otherwise selling my information to third parties for ad, or promotion solicitations. I have been denied answers to what Medvi is doing with my information and my rights to have this resolution. This company is using 585 area code for New York and 323 for Californina and you are actually call overseas.

    I should have do better research with Medvi. Do your home work with these companies that are offering these GLP weight loss medication opportunities. When you see offers and promotions too good to be true. Look at why factor like what happens with your information if you don't stay with them, that you are forced to give, before deciding to become a customer client with them. Especially the ones that you do not have to have medical insurance with. More of these companies are just popping up.

    BUYER BEWARE! After getting scammed $1314.00, I wish I would've read the reviews first. I will be reporting them to the FTC and will contact my Attorney General in my state. I canceled after I received an email of them prescribing the incorrect medicine even after they had my uploaded prescription. I spoke with a person on the phone that said they were sending it to me anyway and I said I didn't want it and that I am canceling. She continued to disregard and told me twice she was sending it anyway. Also, I was choosing a program for six months but wasn't expecting my card to be charged the entire 6 months as they misrepresented that too.

    After I got off the phone I sent an email that I am canceling the 6 months and didn't want the prescription that was just emailed to me and that was being insisted that they were sending it anyway. I received an email back telling me I would receive an email back about my cancellation within 48 to 72 hours. I have called repeatedly and cannot get any help whatsoever. I received a UPS Notification of a delivery for Friday that never delivered and was advised to deliver the next day by 12 PM, never delivered. I read where others received the same fake UPS notification and never received their medication. If you have been scammed by MEDVi, please report them to the FTC and your state Attorney General. Don't bother with BBB, they don't do anything but take your complaint and nothing gets done if the Company isn't a BBB Member.

    I am very satisfied with the support I have received on Medvi when things were unclear. Good and rapid response from the customer service staff. The shipping is timely. There is room for improvement, however. Here are the areas I believe could stand a little upgrade: 1/ the price. As weight loss medication is now common, this drug should be much more affordable. I know personally, my journey has seen me plateau several times and I spent about $3k to see no improvement. As a retired person, it is a huge chunk of my income. 2/ Please, please find something biodegradable to send the medication in. As a person concerned about our environment, having to dispose of a styrofoam cooler every month is intolerable. If it MUST be styrofoam, reduce the size. That minuscule bottle doesn’t need a giant cooler. 3/ Ask us IF we need more syringes before sending them. I have a ton of extras that I don’t want to throw in the landfill but will NEVER use.

    On January 4th, 2026, I placed an order for a six month supply of MEDVi's GLP-1 medication, for a total of $1310. After thinking about the cost, I called LESS THAN 12 HOURS LATER, to cancel the order. I was informed that my order had been cancelled and I would receive a full refund. This was on Jan. 5th, 2026. On Jan. 6th, 2026 I received a text message stating, "Congratulations! Your medicine is on its way." I immediately called the company and was told that the first person I'd spoken to hadn't actually cancelled my order. Now, because medicine (that I didn't want) was on its way, I would be on the hook for that first month - around $250. I was upset because I'd been assured my order had been cancelled and yet I was now out $250-ish.

    I was then assured that my remaining order would be canceled and I'd receive a refund for the remaining portion of my payment - over $1000. As of today, February 19, I have received no refund. I have spoken to Medvi customer service MULTIPLE times. I was told no one in their billing customer service could give me a refund - that it had to be escalated "to management." I was told to expect a call from management within 24 hours. Days later no call. At this point I consider what Medvi has done to be theft. They've stolen my money without even bothering to send me products, even if I don't want them. There are dozens and dozens of other reports like mine on Facebook and other social media sites. This company is committing fraud, robbing hardworking Americans of their money.

    After reading all the great reviews I decided to go with MEDVi. It was a huge mistake. I was scheduled for an initial appointment and I didn't have access to the camera and mic on my phone so I was told that my appointment would be rescheduled that day to a phone appointment. I never received any followup and after 3 phone calls and 5 emails still no appointment. I cancelled my account and did get a refund but was very surprised at the terrible customer service.

    MEDVi has you answer a standard health screening and then charges you $179 upfront. It's been 10 days and my prescription is still pending. They take your money and hold on it and charge your card a $1 every few days to make sure your card is still active. The amount of phone calls, texts, and promotional emails you will get is relentless. You will also need to speak with a "Dr" before they ship the medication. MEDVi doesn't tell you this when you first sign up, or at all. I had to figure it out by asking the chat. If you cancel, they ask why you're cancelling and it's a long process. Long hold times. BTW YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A REFUND. They will not automatically give you one.

    Please do your research. I have spent months on the compounded Version. First starting, I felt like they did a fair job checking blood work and speaking with a doctor to monitor you before starting and assuming they check everything including your thyroid thoroughly. As I started they start you out on a very low dose to get into your system. I get that, but months later, still on the same very low dosage, and the communication was a downfall after expressing numerous times that nothing is happening other than sulfuric burping and gastro upset constantly. I had to call them again and request someone to call me in order to get my dose raised. I felt like they kept me on this very low dosage for money reasons instead of the quality of care.

    Finally got a higher dose, but still considered a low dose that won't be effective enough to really see any change other than the side effects. I called again and a nurse called me back and told me that you having the side effects means the med is working. Okay so after 8 months of being on a low dose you would think I would see some kind of results other than the side effects. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong rather than find a solution. I spent money really for a very low dosage and side effects, and told that I need to exercise more, and cut more calories assuming that I haven't. That was enough for me to just stop and go somewhere else. Should of raised my dosage a long time ago. Poor communication!!! Do your research.. Low dosage to keep you on and paying.

    I signed up for the 3 month plan and was charged $749. I was told I needed to do an intake interview with a physician. I had my consultation with a NP which was fine. She told me because I had gone through cancer treatment in the past, I needed to provide a letter from my oncologist stating I’ve been cancer free for at least 5 years. I did that. I was also told to upload recent lads. I did that, too. I asked about the status of my RX and was told it was being compounded and should be sent soon.

    Next day I inquired again about my RX status and was told I needed a health clearance letter from my primary doctor! I showed them the email stating I had turned in all necessary documents and my RX was in the process of being compounded. They apologized again and said they have sent to “the dedicated team” (whatever that means). After a lot of time emailing back and forth I just asked for a refund. I told them if this is how they handle their customers then I want nothing more to do with them. Sincerely a waste of my time. Ironically the only thing I felt they did right was issue my refund right away.

    I was so nervous to start an injectable weight loss medication, but I’m so glad I did. I’m 43 and my body has just been different; three months ago, I was the heaviest I’ve ever been (including pregnancy almost 5 years ago), and it was really affecting my mental health. I didn’t really notice a difference until a pair of pants I hadn’t worn in years actually fit. My side effects have been minimal.     I read about a product that Medvi sells, and decided to buy a product. During the application process, I made an error and was, consequently denied. I was advised to use its chat feature. I offered to correct the issue in any way or to speak with one of its providers. I was told that there was no way to correct the error.     Overall, I am very disappointed with MEDVi. When I first signed up, I filled out a questionnaire for them to determine if I was a good candidate. They told me I was and had a 95% chance of successfully achieving my goal of losing 40lbs in 3 months. They also stated they guaranteed I would lose weight or they would refund my money. I believe the dosages they gave me were very low and did nothing to help me lose weight. After 3 months I had lost 6 pounds. I have done this well in the past on my own.

    When I tried to make contact the service was not very good either. I tried calling the help number a few times, I was put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes at a time before I gave up. When I emailed them most of the time they answered within a day or two but the answer made me believe English was their second language and they hadn’t understood my question. Overall my experience was poor and I would not buy from them again. If you must try GLP1 find another place. There are plenty that cost half as much.

    I signed up for Medvi thinking I was getting the tirzepatide which is what I selected that I wanted to get. I didn't realize they send it out right away without talking to a provider like other places do. The next thing I know I got Receipt in the middle of the night showing my prescription is on its way and I paid 149$. That they ordered me the semaglutide which I cannot take because it causes me severe stomach problems, I even put that on the intake form. So I called them as soon as I realized to change it and they said it was too late because it was already shipped and they could issue me my 149$ refund or change it for a medication I can't even take. I highly would not recommend.

    Be careful with this company. Sign up was easy and got the drug quickly. However, I scheduled an intro visit and no one showed up. When I messaged the company about it I never heard back from anyone. So, I just followed the dosing instructions and hoped for the best. 48 hrs after injection, I had a severe allergic reaction (lip swollen, hives all over body). I went to my dr urgently and she told me to stop taking the drug. When I called to report this to the company, they would not issue me a refund for the drug that I can no longer use nor did they give me any other options. I was "transferred" to another department but the line went dead. I emailed them and still haven't heard back. There are plenty of other options out there and I advise going through a medical professional. If I don't hear back from them I'm reporting them to the board of pharmacy.

    Like the others below, I was told one price and then was told that was only for the first Month/treatment. I called and spoke with Medvi and explained what I was told upon signing up. I received a $100.00 credit and was told that I would be paying $100.00 every month going forward. Well that did not happen, so I called again and they said it was too late to reverse the charge. I was told that it would be reduced in the next payment, well, the next payment came and it was not reduced as I was told.

    Also, there is very little follow-up. I had blood work and I have no knowledge if there is any improvements. I was able to obtain my results from the local lab, but im sure no one has looked at it at Medvi. After 3 months, I have barely lost any weight. I question whether it really had the Trizepatide in the vials. I was prescribed this from my Dr., but unfortunately, Blue Cross will not cover it, so I went for the alternative. I will look for another company.

I filled out everything over one week in advance (per their instructions), they billed me, got their money, then there was a delay with the medication which ended up being 2 weeks. When I called the patient "help" number 5853124226 (twice) I was speaking with someone in South Africa. On my initial phone call, I was told it had a tracking number. Two days later when I called, I was told my dose was "still being formulated". So, since I'm going on vacation, I have no medication. There was no compensation offered, just lots of "I'm sorry's". Needless to say, I will not be requesting any further refills and am in search of a reliable provider. I did not cancel my order as I have read other reviews saying that getting a refund is next to impossible.

    Was given Zofran with the first month supply of Semiglutide, then all of a sudden, after they got their money for the second month, they said that Zofran was a contraindication for a drug that I stopped taking 2 months ago. So ultimately, my second month, I cannot take without the Zofran for the first couple days. But they got their money.     Absolutely awful company! Buyer beware! They charged me for 4 doses, but only sent 1. It takes days for customer service to respond to an email, then they talk in circles. They're currently telling me that the 1 dose that I received is actually 4 doses, which it's not. And if it was, that would mean that their pharmacist wrote the script wrong. Per pharmacist instructions, 1 vial was 1 dose. They refuse to give me a refund and ask for the same pictures over and over, then say they didn't get them. I have never dealt with a worse company!

    The “100% money‑back guarantee” is completely misleading. Their definition of success is absurd — they claim that losing even a single pound means you’re not eligible for a refund.     Signed up for 3 months of GLP-1 medication in pill form for $857. Problems began at my first month refill. Followed all the steps they provided in their email and was denied a refill. This began a 10 day back and forth of multiple emails and 7 live phone calls, all with false promises of getting problem solved. Each day call again and it was like starting over. Requested refund on call 5 which they would look into. Then right after get notified by email that they sent my refill order to pharmacy, for INJECTIONS which I did not sign up for nor want. Call 6 to complain about that refill and why given I requested refund. Rep on phone seemed to want to make it right and keep me as customer. I told him if they could get pills and they pay to overnight them to me (at was two days without meds at this point) I would continue. Otherwise refund. He said he would send to upper management.

    Next day they call (call 7) and rep says he will set up phone appt for me to talk to provider to see if I can get my script changed to pills. Told him at this point it's clear they have not addressed the issue and best case I wouldn't see pills until next week which was unacceptable and I want refund. Literally seconds after I get off phone, I get an email for my refund. They kept just under half even though only got one of three shipments. Came with a sincere apology for how it was handled SMH. Overall was a terrible customer service experience and a costly learning moment for me. I advise if you do with them keep good notes in case you have similar experience.

    I was approved for this program and the medication has been working great. I have received shipments for two months. I expressed concern over a change in ingredients on my 2nd shipment. Soon after, in response, I was sent an email that they did not believe I was qualified for the medication and need to go to a provider to obtain a written letter of approval - “medical clearance” from a “specialist” before they can further “proceed with prescribing the medication.”

    However, I have no medical issues or history of anything that would disqualify me. And, this was after two of their own providers confirmed that I was a good candidate for the program. I have not heard of this happening to anyone else. I have already paid over $700 for the medication. This is really unacceptable. I would be happy to change this review if someone could reach out with some transparency on the reasons they are suddenly questioning my qualification. And why this is very different from what has been communicated to me before.

    The RN confirmed what I needed during the call. I used ChatGPT to find the answers I was looking for. The call while good and answered my questions, took way too long for a response. It was 3 days. I hate to think if it was something serious. I have just started so I will wait before answering recommendations.

    The coach was wonderful. However, the video cut out, first for me and then for her. Also, my care coaching reminder said my appointment was for Friday at 1 pm, not the Wednesday 11 am slot I had scheduled. It turned out that I was correct about the meeting, but the reminder was incorrect. The video going out was a big hassle. I hope that is rectified soon.

    My problem was I was traveling and it was night time here so I couldn’t speak freely. Was worried I’d wake up the people. Hopefully next time I’ll talk more freely and clearer. The issue was me not the coach. I think the long distance may have also contributed to not hearing each other clearly.

    The worst company ever. I was charged the 199 and never got anything. Then they tried charging me the 399.01. They tried several times even after I emailed them saying how unhappy I was with their customer service as well as their email response team where I also cancelled my subscription and membership and said to cease and desist all charges. They keep trying to take from me.

    The doctors, nurses and customer support representatives I spoke with were all very kind, supportive, honest and professional. Unfortunately I was not able to order tirzepatide compound from them because the vials only go up to 11.1mg and I am on 15mg, but they did grant me a refund.

    This medication did not work for me. In the last three years I have been working out and eating well and lost 30lbs. I hit a plateau and was hoping this medication would help me get over it. It did not. I only lost a couple of lbs in 2 months. Certainly not worth the 480.00 I paid. I will go back to losing weight the right way.
