Horrible customer service!!! I did not want to continue with this medication being that it made me sick and I did not lose any weight on it. I tried calling the company to cancel my subscription and was left on hold for a very long time. My credit card was charged again for $774 (3month supply). When I finally got through to somebody she said she would cancel my subscription but will not refund my money. I don't know what else to do in this case other than get an attorney for my reimbursement!!! Horrible company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First off the initial setup and approval was very fast. $179 no problem. Pills arrived and I noticed they were all sticky and stuck to each other and the cotton balls in the bottle. I reached out to Medvi and they could not provide an answer or seemed concerned. I chalked it up to being a new compound. I was getting low on pills and logged on to the portal to verify refill. I submitted the form and was charged $399. Now I had lost 10lbs so accepted this new charge even though I never read anything about the increase. I ran out of pills and contacted Medvi again they stated the refill was being compounded and would ship soon. 2 weeks later still no pills and no communication from Medvi.
I spoke with Medvi 3 times and have requested a refund. The state per policy I have to request a cancellation up 72 hours before the charge. Well since I did not plan to cancel I was well outside of that 72hour limit. Medvi states they can ship me the pills but would not refund the charge. I declined stating I have already found a new provider and all I wanted was a refund. Nothing.. Disputed it with my bank, let them work it out. Overall I feel Medvi is a cash grab company and have no interest in customer support. They are riding the weight loss medication wave and raking in the money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

They send vials that aren't sealed properly then refuse to replace them unless at cost stating a 7-day window. After paying monthly for 3 months they sent damaged product. At cost only replacement despite them sending damaged product.

I placed an order for a 3-month medication supply totaling $1,000. Within 20–30 minutes, I canceled the order after realizing the cost was too high. When I contacted customer service, I was explicitly told I would receive a partial refund of $697 within 5–10 business days. However, I later received an email stating that I would not be receiving any refund at all. This is extremely concerning. I made my cancellation promptly, well within a reasonable timeframe, and was given clear information by a customer service representative that turned out to be completely inaccurate. At this point, it feels like I’ve been misled and unfairly charged $1,000. I would strongly caution others to be careful when ordering from this company, as the refund policies and customer service communication appear to be unreliable.

I met with a virtual doctor for Semaglutide injections. Upon my first shot, I felt shaky and dizzy. I reported it to them and discontinued use, describing these symptoms on the portal with a doctor. They so charges me for 2 months after that, even though I called and left messages. They said they would but refund me. I am out 600 dollars and seeking solutions before litigation.

One of the first things they tell you is a full money back guarantee. Not true. They bill ahead of your use, but you can’t order your refill until a few weeks later. The medication in not consistent. I could tell when it was working and when it wasn’t. They have the worst customer service ever. Every is had to be escalated and a promised call back & follow up email that never happens. I cancelled my account in writing and alerted my credit card company. Two weeks later I was charged again. I’ve had two charges with no opportunity to order meds, which I wouldn’t, and no refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with my credit card company for two unauthorized charges. I’ve been promised so many call backs from a “manager” it’s a joke . This company is a major scammer, relentless and cruel.

I originally purchased a 3-month bundle, so I was locked in on the price total being $1047. When I refilled my first month, I was charged again the $1047 and when I inquired several times was told I was not due the credit. I continued to get them to look into it further, sent statements showing the charges and dates and finally an associate was able to see that I was correct and due the refund/credit of $1047. I'm still waiting, then received an email stating I wasn't due because the meds were already shipped. Well, this was my first refill, and I was due 2 refills in addition to my 1st due to purchasing a 3-month bundle, and I'm still trying to get my $1047 back. BEWARE!! They are not the easiest to work with, and $1047 is a lot of money to lose. Still waiting for my credit/refund!!

Don’t do business with this company. They lure you in with a low upfront cost then they charge you early and early every month and don’t deliver the product that they say are charging you for. I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund for the two months that they took founds from my account and did not receive the medication. Then they told me that’s not company policy and that they would not be giving me my money back so I’m out $598.22 for the two months that they took money from my account.

However, I checked my bank account 3 days later to see that I was charged $299. I emailed them and told them that I had cancelled and to refund me the money but they straight-up refused my refund. I was charged $399 by MedVi for services that were never provided, and my experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. First, I was charged without completing a proper refill request. When I contacted customer support, I was told that a refund was not possible because the medication had already been sent to the pharmacy, and that I would need to speak with a medical provider. However, when I spoke with the provider, I was informed that the medication had NOT been sent. Despite this contradiction, I continued with the appointment because it seemed easier than continuing to dispute the charge.
Now, I am being told that the medication cannot be sent at all because my account is no longer active—after I have already paid $399. At this point, I have paid for a service that was never delivered. I have received inconsistent information from multiple representatives and no resolution. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company.

I did not realize how inconsistent my eating patterns were until I began my program with MEDVi. The process of getting started was straightforward and the consultation helped me understand what to expect from the very beginning. I felt supported rather than left to figure things out on my own. Over the course of my program I lost 27 lbs. What stood out to me was that it never felt like I was restricting myself. My meals started feeling balanced and intentional rather than reactive to whatever I was feeling in the moment.
The support MEDVi provided throughout the process made a genuine difference. I always knew what the next step was and that removed a lot of the stress I had been carrying around the whole process. Nothing felt uncertain or overwhelming. I would recommend MEDVi to anyone who has struggled with inconsistent habits and wants a structured approach that actually feels manageable. The results were real but the consistency I gained was what changed things most for me.

Rip off!!! $299. Taken out of my account from the small print I thought I looked over but apparently not. The script wasn't even filled or shipped so I don't understand the problem with refunding me for something I don't even have yet. $149. Was a little steep for my income but decided to try it. Then bam $299. Withdrawn sending me $-271. In my account. Ouch I had to steal out of my small savings account to get out of the hole. $450 total for 2 months is insane to me. Customer service is a joke as well. Absolutely no help, and a cancellation fee?? I said take that out of my refund, (ya right..). Couldn't even tell me how much the fee is.
No managers on site? I was very polite up until there was no help besides trying to sell me ANOTHER month for $199 on top of it lol. The only thing they could do for me is wrap up my requests and escalate it to a manager VIA email and wait for a response between 24 to 48 hours later. I have a bad feeling I won't be getting responded to or helped. Also, I didn't see any weight loss yet, so that made it hurt just a little bit more. I understand it's just 1 month, plus I've been exercising. But come on man! Pictures are both from today, as you can see there isn't even a second script yet on my MEDVi account.

The very next day I received an email stating an error was made and I needed to pay $399 to receive my medication. I promptly requested a refund. I called MEDVi and was told they do issue refunds. I sense a common theme here with other reviews. This company is operating by billing customers for services they did not ask. I purposely chose the month trial pills at higher price vs. 3-month or 6-month (cheaper price) in order to test product. First of all, I was excited to try the product and hopeful it would curb appetite. I found it did nothing. I did feel any different and just figured I would continue counting calories and exercising. I got an email from them "Stay on Track - Complete Your Refill Form Today - It's time to refill your medication!.." With instruction to click a link to complete. As I mentioned, I tried it and didn't think it did anything so chose not to continue and DID NOT hit the link.
A few days later, I get a notice from my credit card billing me another month. I figure it was a mistake and immediately called MEDVi and to me honest to save them from shipping anything and letting them know that I did not opt in for a refill. They have a two tier customer service center, first one can't do anything so she sent me to next level for Cancellation and Refunds, second tier lady after hearing my complaint states they don't do refunds. I ask to escalated the call and ask how do they have a "Cancellation and Refund Department" when they don't do refunds.
I also mentioned how I just received the noticed of their billing my card, so before you ship (to save you money and time) just don't ship it because either way I am sending you back anything you send. She didn't like the conversation and send me back to music where I ended up with an automatic survey and once completed it hung up. I immediately called back again, first tier transfer me to second tier. This rep was a bit more professional but basically said that email I got was stating I would need to "cancel" at the time. I read her the email to demonstrate it didn't mention to call to cancel rather to refill. She stated she would send my dispute up. Waiting for response.

Then I received an email stating that my provider disqualified me therefore I was not eligible for a refund. My provider never mentioned disqualification, in fact , I received several emails stating that the pharmacy was “working on it”. I had tried everything before finding MEDVi — different diets, cutting out snacks, willpower alone. Nothing stuck. What made MEDVi different was how straightforward the whole process felt from the very beginning. The consultation was thorough and I felt heard, not rushed. Getting started was easier than I expected. The biggest change I noticed was at night. I used to battle cravings constantly after dinner, and that mental tug of war was exhausting. That urge has faded significantly since starting my program with MEDVi.
I've lost 34 lbs, but honestly the mental shift has meant just as much to me. I'm not constantly negotiating with myself about food anymore. My eating feels controlled and predictable now in a way it never has before. It feels sustainable — not like a temporary fix. I genuinely didn't expect to feel this calm about food. I'd recommend MEDVi to anyone who has tried other options without success. The support and structure they provide makes a real difference.

While their customer service responds quickly by email, the responses were not helpful in resolving the issue. I was told that because I had “access” to their support team (useless), the charge would stand—even though I had already canceled. I made multiple attempts to resolve this matter but did not receive a satisfactory outcome. Consider yourself warned.

Buyer beware. Make absolutely sure you read the fine print. The price is not fixed, it will go up significantly after the first month. When I realized this I cancelled my order and subscription less than 12 hours after signing up and paying the first month. MEDVi charge me anyway and refuses to give me a refund. My first two attempts to cancel my order was answered with “we cannot find your account”. Followed by a few day later, “we have declined you request for a refund." I felt like I have been scammed. The program may in fact work. I don’t know, this is not to discourage anyone that is sure this is what you want to do. Simply be aware once you paid any money you will not get it back. Rather they provide any service or product or not.

I am beyond infuriated with MEDVi. To be clear, I DO NOT recommend them at all. I enrolled to continue Tirzepatide treatment after eight months of successful use with another provider and clearly stated that I was not a new patient. Despite that, MedVi prescribed and shipped a 2.5 mg dose — a starter dose. That is basic, widely known, and completely inappropriate for someone already established on the medication. No one verified my prior dosage. No one asked a single meaningful follow-up question. No physician ever spoke with me. My entire “care” experience consisted of a so-called "care buddy" and a customer service rep. That is not medical oversight — that is a glorified order-processing system pretending to be healthcare.
After a full month with zero results, I reported no weight loss and no satisfaction with my progress. MedVi’s response? Send another vial at the exact same ineffective dose — no adjustment, no review, no accountability. Just more of the same useless treatment! And here’s the part that really crosses the line: at no point in any order, shipping, or delivery communication was the dosage clearly stated. It was buried in tiny print on the vial. I had every reason to believe I was receiving an appropriate continuation dose based on the information I provided. Instead, I was quietly kept on a starter dose that had no chance of working for me.
When I tried to fix the situation, they refused and hid behind return policies, completely sidestepping the real issue: they failed to evaluate, failed to prescribe appropriately, and failed to provide even the most basic level of medical care. I paid $678 for absolutely nothing — no results, no physician involvement, no meaningful support. Just a system that takes your money and pushes product with minimal effort or oversight. MedVi even admitted they would use my feedback to improve the way they do business, which makes it clear they knew their handling of my case was indefensible. If you expect real medical oversight, appropriate dosing, and a provider that acts in your best interest, look elsewhere. MedVi is overjoyed to take your money, their greed and self-centered priorities are obvious, but when it comes to accountability or fixing a clear problem, the door gets slammed in your face.

I don't take the time to write reviews very often, however it is justified when a organization shows a level of incompetence that is so extreme and a process that is so completely broken that I find the need to alert other potential consumers in the hopes of preventing a similar experience. I signed up for their service based on a social media post suggesting 179 monthly advertised subscription. The bait and switch change to 349 dollars a month is not even part of this specific complaint. Expect that they will absolutely charge you more than what you saw advertised - my first month's charge was 249 dollars, the second month charge was 349.
As expected with this sort of subscription, it's required that you check-in with a doctor about progress and any questions. I was happy to make an appointment for this and showed up on time for my scheduled appointment.. and waited around for 30 minutes for a doctor that never showed up. I then complained to their support team, who found me a new doctor to have the appointment. Appointment was fine, doctor said to expect my next shipment soon. Time passes. No shipment. Instead, I get a charge for 349 dollars on my card, and another email stating that in order for me to receive my shipment, I would need to... set up an appointment for a monthly check-in with a doctor. (What?)
So my tolerance for shady business practices only goes so far. Sure, they changed their prices with bait and switch, and I don't like that at all. But then they ask me to make an appointment and take time out of my own day to meet with a doctor, who never shows up and never gives a reason on communication on why, to finally charge me for a product that they didn't ship because I didn't meet with a doctor when I actually did?
I called 2 weeks later to complain and request a refund. They had already changed my card, not shipped medication, and refused to try to fix the problem. In talking to their support team, I was informed that they would not issue a refund because that is their "company policy". I immediately reached out to my bank and requested to get a refund on this transaction, filed a complained with the BBB, and am sharing my experiences here for others to read. Something is broken here. If this is an example of how they are running their company, if these three items are any indication of the sort of organization MEDVi is running, I highly suggest that people look elsewhere for their solutions. TLDR: Based on this customers experience, run away from MEDVi.

Total scam. If you do order from them make sure you are not signed up for recurring orders and payment, which I thought I did. I wanted to try it out first to see if it actually worked, it didn't. Since I thought I was getting a one time order I could contact them later and let them know it didn't work out for me. Today I received a notice that my next order had been shipped and billed. I contacted customer service to cancel everything and tell them that I wanted my money back. They told me that I couldn't do that because I needed to do that 72 hours before the order was to be shipped (the order i didn't know was coming) and I had to wait to receive the order and send it back to receive my refund. They say it's been shipped but when you go to tracking it says it's waiting for pickup and most likely you won't see it for a week.
Hi Christopher,
During the sign-up process, it is clearly indicated that by providing your card information, you authorize MEDVi to charge your card for future payments in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that medication is not sent out automatically; refills are only processed once a refill form is submitted. In your case, no second month of medication was sent out.

Signed up for $199/month and specifically asked if the price would increase and was told as long as I call in for refills NO, the price would remain 199/month. I said great, I would call in and that my bank account recently was attacked, so I prefer to call in for refills as not to have my banking info on file. 2 weeks later Medvi, without my permission, attempted 6 times to remove 399 from my account. I called them immediately, this was Monday. For over an hour I discussed this with 3 different people, the last one stating that I should take the discount he offered me of 299 and that he would have a supervisor return my call. I refused saying I wanted to talk to a supervisor. He was so aggressive and forceful and so insistent on my accepting his offer that it scared me. He asked what day my last dose would be and I replied Wednesday. He said he would escalate the request for fear I would run out of time to get the next rx shipped.
Instead of a 24-72 hour window the time frame would be 24-48 hours. That was Monday. Never get a call, and the attempts to withdraw 399 from my account continue. Fast forward to Wednesday evening. With still no return call. I again call them, talk to a girl that tells me that should she request a supervisor call, it will cancel the first request and I will be back at start.
Fast forward to Friday. No call from a supervisor, they continue attempting to take money from my account, I call again. Now, this man I talk to says the 299 offer is no good and I need to pay 399. Now, I'm frustrated and ask how it increased 100 dollars in 2 days. He doesn't know and transfers me to Stella. I start again at the beginning, she looks into and says the billing cycle is incorrect and that I need to talk to billing and transfers me to them. A guy named Cody answers and immediately says I UNDERSTAND YOU WANT TO CANCEL? I REPLY SAYING WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT.
Mind you, I've been on hold for 11 minutes while Stella supposedly explained to Cody the situation. I start at the beginning, he apologizes and applies 100 so my total is 299 and says he will send me an email with a link to pay. I keep him on the phone until I receive the email. After 5 minutes and no email, he tells me his system is slow and that it may take half an hour AND that he will call me back in an hour to confirm I received the email. I'm watching for the email and it never comes. But what does come is an email saying my account has been cancelled. Honestly, I couldn't believe it. Again I call back and talk to Tessa who assures me loudly and arrogantly that she and the other Medvi employees are well trained.
I demand to talk to a supervisor and she told me one would return call in 24- 72 hours. I told her that I'd been waiting for 160 hours and she hung up. Now I reply to the cancellation email, with a detailed explanation as to all that has transpired. Within just a few minutes I get another email apologizing for the confusion and craziness and they now are offering again the rx for 299. The email says she will send another email immediately with a link to pay. That was about 7 last night, Friday. It's Saturday morning at 8 am and still no link to pay and still no call from the supervisor.
I call them again and this time the person that answers the call tell me it takes 25 to 48 hours to reactivate my account and once it is reactivated a link will be sent so I can pay. So I ask why the person emailing me said it would be sent immediately but she didn't have an answer. Oh and they are still attempting to take 399 out of my account.

Medvi is not a reputable company in my experience. They are not transparent in their pricing. I registered through their site offering a spring discounted price for first month. However, I was charged the full price and when contacting them, I had to prove the advertisement by sending a screen shot. They then agreed to honor the $149 spring price. I had requested Tirzepetide for my weight loss medication. With no communication from the provider I was assigned, I was informed I had been approved and Semiglutide, B12 was ordered. I called and questioned this and was informed it was the only medication approved for the spring discount of $149 (never was this communicated). I called and cancelled this as I had had no information about this medication and did not request it. It was shipped anyway. I sent a detailed email to the provider via my account with no reply. It was evident he had not really reviewed my application.
I called and it was 9 days to schedule a consult. I requested to speak with a manager. I was informed would receive a call within 24 hrs. Call was never made to me. They advertise 24/7 support, this is not true. It is days to received a reply to any of my correspondence. Often, the response was an automated reply. I never received any response from any of "the team" and my account was cancelled by them, again with no notification. At that time, I was open to discuss this and agree on a plan going forward, However, now I would not recommend this company!

BEWARE; Shady renewal methods and billing practices; I signed up for a 6 month supply of Tirzepatide at a cost of $1914; I contacted them during the 6th month to ask for an appointment to change medications, told I had an "appointment" but nobody called me; the only communication was an email asking me to fill out a medication refill (for the medication I no longer wanted and no ability to change it); then, they billed me for 6 additional months of tirzepatide without my knowledge or authorization (another $1914), even though I had no medication prescriptions pending; when I asked for a refund, I was denied because their policy requires that I cancel three days before the charge. I never received notice that I would be charged a second time.
When I asked for a copy of the policy, was told it was available on my patient account (I checked, it isn't there) and they haven't provided me the copy I asked for. So now they are keeping my $1914, though they provided me with no goods for that amount, and now nobody will call me because I canceled my account (which I did to ensure no future unauthorized charges were made). Talked to several different representatives who all gave me a different explanation. Unacceptable business practice.

Genevieve told me to get a letter from my doctor indicating I should stop taking the medicine. I presently use Terzepatide, and wanted to switch to MEDVi to save money. Most of these companies that sell terzepatide or semiglutide make you pay a monthly fee for their medication, and always start you on the lowest dose of the medication and slowly increase it over time depending on your response. I was already on terzepatide however, and had been through the titration process. The dose I was on was the dose I had been on for 6 weeks without side effects and it was working well (I was buying it direct from Lily and hoping to get it cheaper from MEDVi). I carefully explained this to the representatives at MEDVi and told them I did not want to go through the titration process because the lower doses did not work for me. I was assured that they could supply me the dose I needed, all I needed to do was send them a prescription from my doctor. I sent them the prescription from my doctor, and paid my initial fee.
The shipment they sent me was the lowest (introductory) dose they make! It was not the the dose on my prescription. Despite having a prescription from my doctor, they sent me an incorrect dose! I called and spoke with one of their medical consultants and was told that MEDVi could not supply me with the dose that my doctor prescribed because they were a compounding pharmacy and could only make the medication in a lower dose then Lily did. He apologized for all the confusion and refunded my money. Two weeks later MEDVi charged me $399.01 for my next dose of the medication they could not supply me, and had not sent! I called and was given the complete run around by multiple representatives and their managers. They refused to refund my money for medication they did not send and could not supply! Over the course of about a week, I have received inconsistent information. I have been told that the medication was “ordered,” but at the same time there has been no clear confirmation that it was properly prescribed or shipped. I have not received a valid tracking number, and I still do not have the medication.
- I have been charged (including an unexpected additional charge)
- I have not received the medication
- I have not received clear shipment confirmation
- My refund request has not been honored
Communication has been unclear and difficult, with repeated back-and-forth and no definitive resolution. After reading other reviews, it appears that similar issues with billing, delays, lack of transparency, and difficulty obtaining refunds have been reported by others as well. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. Make sure you fully understand their billing practices and confirm shipment details before proceeding, as it has been very difficult to obtain clear answers or resolution once payment has been processed.

However, Medco has charged me $399 for the months of January, February and March 2026, but I never received any medication.

I also see that a lawsuit was filed regarding oral tirzepatide prescribed through MEDVI is a placebo ineffective pill. It makes you wonder if the injectable compound version is truly legitimate. Additionally, since I send some patients directly to LillyDirect for zepbound, the cost of $399 for medication through MedVI is almost as expensive as getting it from LillyDirect for the real medication. My experience with Medvi has been far from Wonderful. First let's start off with their expensive price tag of 399..00 is not covered ny insurance and they are not FDA approved. The pills themselves worked very good so no argument with product. However when i went to get refill it was an act of god requiring multiple escalations to get a dr online to approve the refill. Additionally, when they prescribed nausea pills they consistently sent it to the wrong place .The customer service is not that good. For the expensive ticket you would think you would get better service. Not here. Choose is different supplier if going this route.

They claim to support you along the journey. I have been asking for anti-nausea medication for over a week. I was initially told it would be filled within 24 hours. Almost daily I've checked in and provided the same generic response "we will send you a notification when it's ready". When you are in discomfort you need a provider that can assist you as they claim they will, and with appropriate response times. I think the most frustrating part is it's a very generic unauthentic response as if it's just a transaction. I am so frustrated and will be switching providers due to this. Get it together MedVi.

Medvi Weight Loss – Avoid at All Costs. Rating: 1/5 Stars. Title: A $299 Scam – Refused to Refund Before Shipment. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Medvi. This company operates like a complete scam. I attempted to cancel my order well before it was even processed for shipment, yet they flat-out refused to refund my $299.00. Instead of providing actual customer service, they hide behind rigid "no refund" policies to keep your money, even when no product has been sent out. It’s a predatory way to do business. I have already canceled my account and will never look back. Warning to others: Do not give this company your credit card information. Once they have your money, they will not let it go, regardless of the circumstances. Save your $300 and go with a reputable company that actually values its customers.

I did not request a refill form, yet was automatically charged almost $400 without my permission. I was not even finished with my first prescription round. When I called to request a refund, they refused. So, I have to go through my bank to block the charge. I am not impressed at all. I WILL continue using Tirzepatide, but not through Medvi. I should have known from my first telehealth visit when the “doctor” literally kept his eyes closed the entire time he robotically told me what to expect. What you can expect is terrible customer service, the likes of which I have never seen, in addition to a questionable product that caused every side effect in the book. I was on it for a few months, and pretty much had to plead my case to get them to stop my subscription. I was under the impression that I would be charged for each vial - not per month. To date I have received 4 vials and have been charged for 7+ months. The billing for this company is very complicated and will charge more than it should. Then makes it impossible to cancel and get refunded. It said my first dose would be $179 but then was charged $299 for my first dose. There is no way to cancel this order. The Patient Portal is scant on options and information on billing. I have been trying for 2 days to cancel and get a refund but just keep being told it’s been “escalated” and will be contacted but no luck after multiple tries. This is a big difference in price to be told then charged then not make it right and impossible to contact someone to make it right. There are sites with much cheaper options and will not trust MedVi billing again. My wife also signed up in the past. I had a horrible experience with the company. Before I even spoke to anyone about the dose of medication I had already been charged on my credit card. They canceled my first appointment, but went ahead and mailed the prescription. Then without my authorization, they build my credit card $399 which was a significant increase from the first bill. I was not informed of this increase nor had I spoken to anyone about continuing with the medication nor did I authorize my credit card being charged. I spoke to two people through a chat box. The first person hung up and disconnected from me. The second person gave me a telephone number to call. When I called the telephone number they refuse to reimburse my payment, even though I had not authorized another prescription to be sent to me. They then connected me to another person who would not authorize the cancellation of the payment. Then I called back and spoke to a fifth person.
Needless to say I had to get my credit card company involved. They reported the company as a fraudulent charge. I had to have my credit card account closed and reopened in a new number so that the company would stop charging my credit card. Legitimate companies do not continue to bill you for a product or service that you do not want. I spoke to five people whom I believe to all be located in India. Not one person was located here in the United States. I do not believe this is a legitimate company. The customer service was horrible, and they blatantly lie about being a guaranteed or money back guaranteed. I was extremely upset to find the significant increase and cost in addition to the fact that I had not authorized a refill and most importantly them refusing to refund the payment when I did not order nor receive a product. Who pays for something they don’t receive? This is simply not OK. I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

They have an F with the BBB because of lack of response. I went to this company and paid a little more than others because they were rated highly on WebMD.
So far I haven't lost a pound, and I had lost 15 lbs on Zepbound but it was cost prohibitive. I have been told this being my third month on Tirzepatide and an increased dosage starting today, that I will see better results. The clinicians are very nice, but finally called the pharmacy directly to make sure that the L-Carnitine was not fish derived. I have a lot of health anxiety, and want this to work, so answers are something I require in a timely manner.

I increased the dose to 4.3 and when they asked 399 dollars I wanted to cancel because initial they asked 279. To convince me to stay they gave me 100 dollars deal, but I still was charged 399. When I called, they said it was applicable for the next month so I was fooled to stay 1 more month.
Also, the second dose with the increased concentration didn't worked at all, no side effects, nausea or lost appetite ...only the nasty constipation. I need to use all lax to survive from Dulcolax to prune juice etc. I can lose this weight in my own, especially I'm drastically reducing the amount of calories. They told me that they will replace the second dose as wrong medication as per their policy. But only if I don't cancel. So ridiculously wrong. I'm not saying they are a scam, but definitely money grab. At least if they replace the medication without forcing me to stay in subscription. Doses are not coming with the legit Medvi labels. Or initial medication brand name. Be careful, read the terms before subscribing.

I had a very concerning experience with this company involving poor customer service, billing issues, changing requirements, and a serious privacy breach. On March 4, 2025, I contacted the company to resolve ongoing problems with my account, including conflicting information provided through phone calls and online chat. I was especially concerned that customer service representatives were giving medical-related instructions even though they are not licensed medical professionals. I was told only doctors could make medical decisions, yet representatives were still directing my care.
After my initial consultation with a doctor, I was instructed only to complete and submit a required form for my medication. I was never told that I would need to see a provider every 30 days. Later, I was informed that my medication refills were dependent on scheduling additional provider appointments, which conflicted with the original instructions I was given.
Representatives were also unable to properly review laboratory results they had requested, incorrectly claimed my recent labs were six years old, and could not explain why I was being asked to complete testing that appeared medically unnecessary for my condition. I also encountered staff who could not pronounce or recognize important medical terms listed on my medication refill form and required me to spell out the names of my medications. Additionally, I was repeatedly asked about birth control despite having a documented hysterectomy in my medical records.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor or qualified medical staff member, I was told none were available. Due to these issues, I canceled my account and requested a refund, which was denied even after completing multiple identity verification steps. Later that same morning, my ex-husband received a text message from the company regarding an appointment tied to my account — despite me canceling both the account and the appointment. When I logged in to investigate, I discovered my personal information had been changed without my authorization. My profile had been altered to show my former name and my ex-husband’s phone number. This unauthorized change resulted in my private information being sent to someone who should not have received it. The company could not explain how this occurred and showed little concern regarding the privacy breach.
Further evidence of this privacy failure occurred when a medication package was delivered to my home addressed to a person who is not me, though it listed my home address. I was never notified that any medication had shipped or that an overnight delivery had been scheduled. Due to a house fire, we were not home to receive packages, and the medication spoiled before it could be retrieved. The package was addressed to someone with my first name but a different last name, further indicating that my personal information had been improperly altered or mishandled within the company’s system.

They tell you that you will do a medical followup following 15 days on the meds, so I was waiting for the follow up to let me know that it is not working, and I want to discontinue my medication. However, on 3-11-26, I receive an email telling me that they have charged by card $399. I call them immediately on that day and tell them that I haven't even talked to the doctor, how can they refill it without the followup. I was told "Oh it's in the contract that we re-bill you every 28 days from the date of your contract" which was Feb 11. At which point, I tell them that I want to cancel and ask for a refund for the $399 that was just billed.
They told me that they have a new limited refund policy and they only give refunds if you are disqualified medically for the meds. So I ask, when was this new policy implemented, and I was told on Feb 15. I began my unfortunate communication with Medvi 2/9/2026. After communicating with their patient support team via email, I got onto the website to sign up. After completing the initial intake form the next step showed I was approved and I had to pick what type of prescription I wanted. The next step was payment information, which I provided and read that billing would be done when shipment was processed and ready to ship. On 3/4/2026, they billed me and payment was posted. However, I continued to receive notification via email, chat, and phone that my account could not be completed due to an intake form not being completed (which I did 4 times).
On 3/7/2026 I contacted the company regarding another intake incomplete email and also due to my credit card being charged on 3/4/2026. The lady said that they needed a complete assessment form and she could help me. I spent 45 minutes on phone answering questions and when done she said an appointment would be set up with a fraction error and gave me a day and time. About an hour later, I received an email stating I needed to complete an intake form as without one they couldn't move forward. Due to the major run around, I called on 3/8/2026 to cancel and get a refund. After being transferred 3 times, I was told the account was canceled and I would get notification within 72 hours regarding my refund.
On 3/9/2026, I received a call I missed and the voicemail said I needed to contact them. I called about 6:30 (same day) and no one knew why I was called but transferred me twice which ended with a customer service person informing me that I would not get a refund as once it posts on their side no refunds can be made.
When I asked why not as it appears I didn't have a complete account set up due to the missing intake or assessment form, never had a consultation to be sure I qualified, and there was no prescription ever fulfilled or shipped - I was told she was sorry for any frustration but that was all she could do. After explaining again the situation and my frustration, I was told she will expedite to another department regarding a refund and I should hear back in 24-48 hours. I explained to her I'll be calling my attorney in about 18 hours and contacting my credit card company - which I will follow through with both in the morning. Upon looking deeper into it - it appears many have been charged and not received the medicine or received the wrong medicine. Their recourse has been a dispute.
Save your money and run from Medvi!! Do your best research because they do not run a very good company when billing before you are even approved for this medicine or have a complete account set up. You can't go further on the website page without entering your payment information so that screws you - but they should not scamming people out of their money with a proper consult or receipt of the product. I look forward to getting my attorney and credit card company involved. I hope my review helps others who are trying to improve their weight/health - it's not right what Medvi has been doing. I'm glad some seem to get everything and are happy, but according to the FB page and reviews here and the BBB, there are many more being ripped off.

Well, it never came. The nurse told me these meds expire in 30 days. I have been calling over and over. They billed me again in January, I called and they cancelled my account and gave me a refund. I chalked up December to my poor judgment and not properly vetting MEDVI. February came and they charged me again, so they never cancelled and now not wanting to give a refund. I spoke with Maxwell ** today, ticket # **, he said no refund will be given, just get more meds.

I am currently trying to get my money back of 399.00 that they billed me before they even approved my refill order. On March 5th I went on, did my refill order then it wanted me to schedule a visit. The visit would not let me pick a time. Tried several times to go back in and out of that refill form. Finally it let me submit the form and I never received anything about an assessment.
My medication ends March 13th. I called and was told by the representative at Medvi that I did not do the assessment with MD so my scripts are not being signed. She said I can make an appt and get my medications in 5 business days. This would put me almost a week behind. I said I would like a refund. Then I was transferred to another rep. who tried to tell me he would cancel my script but not give a refund. As I explained this is fraud. He then proceeded to tell me this will go to his finance department. Either they are going to refund me or I am going to file fraud on my credit card. This is ridiculous poor customer service and the prefilled form is ridiculous. I can only sign it a week from when my medications are due is poor business ethics.

This company is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!! They make you pay immediately... ok. Then... you wait... and wait... and wait... and wait... for a "provider review". Ok. So I wait. Nothing is happening. I keep getting emails to schedule an appointment with a "care coach" to "improve results" but it is not required. Ok... I'll wait... still nothing. Finally get on chat. "oh, you need to schedule the appointment with the provider for the review". Nowhere on my patient portal or profile (whatever it is called) does it say I need to do this, or have a place where I can do so. It has optional appointments for care coach and dietician, but no provider review appointment. So I get on with customer service..... again... this time to get a cancellation and a refund... I just want nothing to do with this company at this point.
I am told the "new refund policy" states that once you are charged, you can no longer get a refund. Ummm... so they are refunding money that wasn't charged to people? I don't understand. When asking for clarification, and saying exactly what I typed here, she says "Yes. Since you have been charged, we can no longer refund your money". I probably had her say it ten times because it just made no sense. So they can cancel it for me, and not send meds, but I can't get a refund.
So to sum it up... you pay for medicine, you wait for a provider review that never comes and you are never told you need in the first place, you try to make, said provider review, and there is nowhere to do so, so you try to get a refund and cancel, but because you already paid, you can no longer get a refund. If this sounds like what you want and tons of fun, go for it!! Me? I actually want to know what steps I need to take, have access to actually do them, and get the medicine I paid for. But I guess this company thinks that is unreasonable. Oh... and I forgot to mention... they bill you ever 28 days, so whether or not you get everything taken care of or get meds... you are paying again in 4 weeks. Convenient that you don't find out how to get those meds. Time is ticking until they get more money that can't be refunded!!

It is the reason I waited for the pills to hit the market. The customer service personnel was not helpful, simply reiterating that they could not change my order since it was on its way. That I had to repay for the pills and would not be refunded for their error. My recommendation is that you stay as far from Medvi as you can and consider other options. It is obviously an organization without integrity and are not willing to even try to remedy an error, made within the Medvi system.

I have had an extremely difficult time with customer service as I was charged $400 in December and never received the prescription. I called in January, they told me I was ineligible for a refund but they would ship it. I was charged January and received the January medication, still no December medication. Come February, still no December medication, called again and was told I would receive the prescription and my account would be on hold with no further charges. Shocker, I was charged $400 AGAIN and they told me the refund policy has been updated, (where’s my email on that??) the policy is only for when the medication is revoked by the provider so I’m ineligible for a refund. They purposely do this to screw customers into making the payments and not allowing refunds when they are at fault.
I was told I would get the medication, I didn’t, I was told I would get a refund and I didn’t. Now I’m told I don’t qualify for a refund? Make it make sense. The most aggravating phone calls I have ever had. I do not recommend a company with that kind of policy. Never again. I’m a nurse, I know the system. My father is a lawyer, he knows that system. They aren’t providing services rendered and taking money. Something will be done.

Proceed with caution. The process was fairly simple to get started and I liked that FSA was able to be used, however: Once my payment was submitted, I received a notice that my medical provider had approved a script for prescription of tirzepatide as my preferred medication. Good right? No. Medvi proceeded to process my "prescription" of semaglutide. I immediately brought my concerns to medvi that I was receiving a medication I was not prescribed. Their response was to inform me that they recognized their error but would need to charge me double the price, even more than the advertised price of the medication I requested.
A resolution was requested for the price difference as it was far more than they quoted originally and was told they quoted me the wrong medication. They did not. I was given the pricing of all options before choosing which version and it was in fact double the cost of that price. I requested a refund and cancellation effective immediately as I was barely more than 12 hours into the process. My request was ignored for almost 8 hours (mind you all previous communications has been 30-45 minute response time up to this point). Finally a response! But only to inform me that would cancel and future enrollment but would not refund my membership cost or order and I would continue to receive the medication as ordered despite it not being prescribed.

I have felt very supported throughout my journey and appreciate the responsive and detailed messages from my doctor and the support staff at every level. Whether answering questions I’ve presented or providing insight and clear review, Dr. ** and the frontline support team have been encouraging and positive. I also appreciate the thoroughness with which my case is handled. Follow-up communication is shared all along the way (check-in form received, sent to review and approval, sent to pharmacy, shipped) which is not only great customer service, but also reassuring to me that my order is tracking. I’m always aware of every facet of my care. And, I always receive a personal note from Dr. ** that reminds me I’m an individual and her patient.
The mechanics of delivery, boring as they may seem, are quite efficient. Medication is delivered in a styrofoam cooler with an ice pack, received within 2-3 days. Tracking information is provided so that I can plan my availability. I’ve experienced no issues with receiving my package in a timely manner. Again, very much appreciated that no mental gymnastics are required. I was told there are no refunds, and I should “do a better job of reading the contracts I sign in the future". I am still currently awaiting the 2 months of medication for the $600 I was charged. I have spoken to customer service several times, and it’s just talking in circles. Do not sign up with this company. They will do their best to take as much money from you as they can.

I appreciate the advice and coaching. She answered my questions and helped me to set goals to help me reach my goals. I was actually taking the meds incorrectly and she helped me to understand the dosing.
