    I order the first month with their discount. I still had medication at the end of the month but completed the refill form thinking I'd be talking with their MD again. They charged my credit card then sent the new medication. When I called they said because I completed the refill was why the renewal went through, so the following month I was going to delay to complete the refill form because I still had medication from the first and now second month. They still charged my credit card and said if I canceled my subscription without completing the refill form I wouldn't get a refund nor would I get anything for the money. They hide your credit card/billing information so you can't change it and then keep charging and blame the small writing in the contract. They will not give any refund with or without a refill!

    Updated on 04/24/2026: Today I received a delivery of Tirzepatide 21 tablets, 9 short of the correct amount of 30. They insisted in fraud, phone calls, e-mails, etc, they don't assume responsibility and resolve the situation.

Customer Service and Support Team don't resolve the situation they created. They are a bunch of thieves.     Buyer Beware- These guys make it so easy to buy GLP online which is what I did. For $199 I ordered my GLP1. I received some emails regarding my charge for $199 and a patient portal which I did not want to create a login for. I received my shipment for $199 and did not need anything else. Little did I know they were going to charge me $399 month for nothing. They charged me 3 times for a total of $1200, I received nothing; no shipments, no calls and just marketing emails. I called and the customer service guy was very seasoned in this scenario and said, no refunds but we will cancel your subscription. Their website is very misleading, home page says nothing about a subscription.

    I signed up for a subscription for oral/pill semaglutide. The company kept sending me injections and upcharging me for pills, but never actually sending me pills. The customer service agents, and there were several, repeatedly told me that they would send pills, but I only ever received injections. They never fixed the issue, and I was stuck with months of injections that I never ordered or wanted. They happily took all my money and only refunded the pill upcharges, but gladly kept the injection money for the injections I never ordered. Worst company ever. Stay away from them.

    Do not use this company. I cancelled my subscription in January and still getting billed. They haven’t been supplying me my medication since December! But still collecting money from me! Insisting that they can't refund my money because it’s against their policy! They have now 1200.00 and supplied me no services. DO NoT use MEDVi. Customer service is a joke. Still trying to get my money back - any lawyers here that can help???

    Scam!! I ordered it and without any further notice or anyone speaking to me about what I would get in the mail. I was given a dose with red substance inside when I reached out to ask why they said it was B12. This does not even look like what they have on the picture in the website. I did not ask for B12 and was not told I would be getting that added in. I lost (0) lbs. Paid $145.00 for it. A month later was charged $299.00 “subscription” and no new medication was mailed. They said because I needed a consult first so they collected $299.00 as a tip? SCAM, do not buy.

    I signed up for MedVi in early February, 2026. I changed my mind within the week and decided I would rather go through my regular in person physician for this service and canceled my subscription. I had never met with any of their physicians, sent in any medical history or lab work. They refunded the $149 that I paid, and by 2/14/26 it was over and done. On April 18th, I was notified by my credit card that I had been charged $299 from MedVi. When I called them, I was told my account had been reactivated, and I was charged a month's subscription. I told them I had not reactivated it and thought my account had been canceled in February, but they refused to refund the $299. I also will not get the medication since I never met with their doctors or had lab work done for them, so they basically reactivated my account and stole $300 from my credit card.

    Medication was totally ineffective! I did reach out and was instructed to increase the dose and still ineffective. I had recent lab work done and there was no issue and did regular workouts at the gym as I had always done. I would not recommend this medication and be aware only a PARTIAL REFUND will be given even if you don't use the full prescription.

    MEDVi charges you before all the paperwork is finished, and will not send the medication or refund. You have to check a box saying you consent to automatic monthly renewals. I do not consent so I can't proceed with the paperwork, they refuse to send a refund. Still an ongoing battle. Do not use this company, you will regret it.

    I had a good experience with MEDVi up until I canceled my membership. At the time of cancellation, I still had three prepaid months remaining. Shortly after canceling, my dosage was reduced without any explanation. Prior to this, my experience had been positive, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. I even recommended the service to two other people. I chose to cancel because of concerns about how far in advance they attempted to renew my membership. However, when I reached out to ask about the unexplained dosage change after canceling, communication stopped entirely. This was a noticeable shift from the level of service I had received before. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend their service.

    Be aware of the cancellation policy. I decided I was done taking the medication due to it not being effective. I also noticed that they kept increasing my original weight, I assume to make the weight loss look more impressive than it actually was. Every month, they send an email/text saying it's time to renew your prescription. At that point, you fill out a questionnaire, and it is reviewed by a member of their staff. Within a few days, they approve it and get it processed. I assumed that I could wait for that email and then not refill the prescription, thus cancelling my subscription. Instead, I received an email saying my payment was processed for the next month on Friday. On Sunday, I received the email saying it's time to refill. I responded that I wanted to cancel, which I had to do online. I then asked for a refund since I never refilled my prescription, and they refused.

    Quoted from Medvi: "To clarify how the MEDVi Subscription Service works, the monthly fee covers continuous access to our providers, care support, and the patient portal. This subscription is billed automatically each month to ensure there is no lapse in your access to care. Because your subscription was active at the time of the April 10th billing, and per our policy which states that all sales are final once processed (except in cases of medical disqualification), we are unable to issue a refund for this cycle." Two days of access to care support I never used the entire time (let alone those two days) cost me $399.01. Terrible, just terrible.

    If I could give it a zero, I would. First, I set up an appointment to meet with a care specialist and every time I tried to log in with my correct name that was visible on my account, it said incorrect name and would not let me access my appointment. When I called customer service to have them issue me a refund on a product I never received, they would not issue me a refund, but said I could have my product (no kidding, I paid for it!). Now that are trying to say I need to fill out an intake refill form to get my product that I never received, so why should I have to fill out a Refill Form??? Horrible customer service and bad business practices! So disappointed, I just want my refund!!

    Believe the negative reviews and avoid this scam. I was charged full price not even the advertised discount and sent medication by Medvi without a prescription request form submitted by me. This directly contradicts their website promise of never charging customers without a their written request form. Calls to customer service were unhelpful and relied on scripted responses and led to misunderstandings because their call staff English was weak and promises of callbacks by managers did not come. So much stress and wasted time trying to connect with these people. My doctor was concerned about how the tirzepatide injections might interact with my new medication, requests to not to ship were ignored and $400 charged on my card and delivery of medication. This experience raises serious concerns about billing practices and transparency. Try a different company. Others have experienced this, I should have believed the bad reviews.

    This company is crooked. Run as fast as you can. I contacted this company and they charged me before even reviewing if I could receive it. It took two weeks before they even sent out my prescription. The dose was so low that I gained weight the first month. Second month they charged me double so before my prescription was up 2 weeks before renewal I canceled and they charged my card anyway. Told me they would not refund my money after I canceled and then sent me an email saying that they would not charge me after the 5th of May and I canceled 2 weeks before my April dose was even to be refilled. I put in a dispute with my bank because they argued with me over the phone and customer service said that I would not be refunded any money .I have not received any medication after the first month. They are Crooks.

    Be wary of this website. When I signed up with them, they advertised charging $149, but when I signed up, I was charged $200. After a difficult call, a nurse informed me that the current monthly fee is $300 and will remain the same for the following month. After a month, they charged me $400, which I considered a rip-off. They then charged me another $400 last week. I changed the card to avoid dealing with this service. Pricing changes that customers are unaware of is not acceptable. Stay away.

    This company is a total scam. I ordered on March 22 and they have given me nothing but the runaround. They tell me the medicine is shipping after talking to their doctor. I never get the medicine. They escalated then they say the medicine is shipping. Again I never get it and then they sent me an email saying I need to talk to a doctor which I’ve done three separate times at this point and then they say it shipping again and here we are April 19. Still have not received the medicine or a refund and they say they cannot refund me because it’s past the time limit which is because they keep taking a week between responses and emails. I called them. They escalate. It is the biggest scam company ever. They have no intention of sending the medicine or refunding.

    I never thought that I would be on a weight loss drug in my 50s MEDVi is changing my life for the better. I have lost 11 pounds in three weeks. I now find myself looking in the mirror more anxious each week to do my shot. I feel better about myself. I’m a believer now. I didn’t believe that something that simple could help you lose weight and it does and it will. I’ve changed my eating habits, my diet. I feel better about myself now.     I had a really frustrating experience with MedVi and would not recommend them. When I received my medication, the vial was clearly defective. The cap would not properly reattach, and the medication was leaking from the puncture site. This is an injectable medication, so sterility and proper sealing are extremely important. It did not feel safe to use at all. I contacted MedVi and sent photos showing the issue. After reviewing it, they told me the vial may have been “over-pressurized,” which could cause leaking—but still refused to give me a refund or replacement.

    That response honestly made no sense to me. If the product is compromised, especially something injectable, it should not be considered acceptable or safe. The fact that they acknowledged a possible issue but still wouldn’t take responsibility is really concerning. I’ve been dealing with this for over a month, going back and forth with them, and it has been exhausting. At this point I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank. Overall, I’m really disappointed.     I was interested in the Medvi, then after consulting with my doctor he advised against it, I then sent an email stating that I was no longer interested in the program, well upon receiving my credit card statement I have been still getting charged for 2 medications a month, and I had never received any medication at all.     It’s only been 2 weeks since starting and although I haven’t seen any change to my weight, I can definitely notice changes in food noise, interestingly I didn’t think I had much of it but now I realize I did.     I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my order for which I paid $179.00. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this via chat, email, and phone, I have still not received the medication. Initially, I was told a refund was impossible due to legal regulations. So I explained that I never received the med. I was told I needed to complete a intake, which I did. I was assured (it's also in the provider's notes) the medication was on its way. When it failed to arrive after a week, I was told the shipment was blocked because I had previously canceled my account. I reactivated my account as requested, Now, I am being told I must schedule yet another intake appointment (which i already did 2 weeks ago). I told them to check the notes in my portal but they are saying I need to do it again, which contradicts all previous instructions. I feel like I'm going in circles.

    I have lost confidence in their service and have decided to cancel my account again. However, the cancellation form requires me to agree to waive my refund before I can submit it. Furthermore, I am unable to remove my credit card information from the patient portal. At this stage, I hope they didn't charge me 299.00 on reactivation. I hope they fix this. It's not right.

    If I could give 0 I would! I wanted to share my experience with MEDVI for anyone considering using them for weight loss medications. This was my first time trying MEDVI for GLP-1 medication, and although I did research beforehand, I clearly didn’t see anything that prepared me for what actually happened. During the signup process, it mentioned that in some cases labs may be required, but it also stated that you would receive your first round of medication and then go from there. I was given the option to speak with a clinician, and I selected no. I proceeded to pay using my FSA/HSA card.

    After payment, I was told I would hear back from a provider within 24 hours to confirm details. Shortly after, I even received an email stating that my prescription was on the way. However, about 40 minutes later, I received another message directing me to the portal, where I was informed that the provider did NOT approve my prescription and that I now need clearance from my doctor before anything can be prescribed. This was never clearly stated upfront.

    I have used IVIM Health for years and have never experienced anything like this. While they may be more expensive, the process is transparent, smooth, and does not put you in a position where you are charged and then denied without clear expectations. MEDVI charged my FSA/HSA card, denied the prescription, and is now stating that I am not eligible for a refund. That is completely unacceptable.

    Sending a “your prescription is on the way” email before final approval is extremely misleading and creates false expectations for customers. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using MEDVI. The lack of transparency, the conflicting communication, and the refusal to issue a refund after denying service make this a frustrating and disappointing process. If you are considering this company, I strongly encourage you to proceed with caution or consider a more reputable and transparent provider—even if it costs more for peace of mind. Save yourself the headache.

    I am extremely disappointed with this company and my experience has been unacceptable. They charged my credit card for several months after cancelation for medications that I never received. Not only did they fail to deliver what I paid for, but they continued charging my card without providing any product.     I recently contacted Medvi about getting Tirzepatide. They didn't tell me that they offer a compounded GLP-1, that isn't approved by the FDA. I read that the FDA had actually warned them of selling these dangerous compounded drugs for weight loss. I wish that I had been aware of this, and Stefanie Barr, FNP-C.     I think a better description of the process of this program before a person signs up would be helpful. The process for getting the correct dosage was frustrating. I had been on other GLP 1 medication and relayed that to MEDVi but was started out on a minimal dose for an entire month. I have had no side effects from the medicine but I have gained several pounds. I am hopeful to increase dosage on the next refill to see if this medicine is effective, but the process for doing this was also unclear on the website. I was getting texts to fill out a refill only to go to website and see that the refill portion said refill due in 8 days but I couldn’t access the link. The AI help text feature was useful and explained the due date was actually the date the link was open. I am hopeful this medicine works as I signed up for three months. We’ll see.

    This is nearly the same thing with me. As soon as I got my first prescription I contacted them about falsely representing the tirzepatide. They don’t give you the actual medication, but a combo that has less than 30% of actual tirzepatide. I canceled my subscription at that time. The following month they charged my card even after I canceled and without a refill request on my end. I contacted them promptly and they refused to credit the money back to my account despite their unauthorized charge. They offered to send the medication instead. After 4-5 exchanges with no resolution I had to reach out to my bank for help with their unauthorized charge and also had to get a new bank card to prevent them from doing this again.     I ordered the semaglutide glp1 dissolvable pills to lose 15 lbs. I am in my 3rd month and have lost nothing. I eat right and exercise to help lose weight and stay healthy.     Don't go with this company for weight loss. They are a scam. I ordered this product at the end of March and still did not received anything by first week of April. So I contacted them and apparently you have to speak to a nutritionist and a doctor first before getting started or them shipping the product.     I’ve been using this company for 4 months now. Their customer service is HORRIBLE to say the least. They don’t get back to you when you need help. They give suggestions that are never followed through with. The only reason I stayed this long with them is because I didn’t want to start over with another company. I have reached my goal weight now and will go elsewhere. I had problems with them emailing me, calling me and just plain answering any questions or concerns. One of the suggestions about changing titration they told me to make an appointment with the nurse. The next available one was a MONTH away.

    I needed help before my next injection (which was in a week's time). I wrote emails, texted and called. Because of all the mix up they did provide me with a month's supply free. However, nothing changed customer service wise thereafter. I still had to contact them numerous times before they would even answer. The typical response was “we are sorry for …”. Sorry is just a word they used to placate me. I don’t know how many times one can be sorry without ever changing behavior. I would seriously look for another company besides MEDVi. Atrocious!

    If you do not fill out the required form each month requesting more medication, MEDVI will not send the medication but they will charge you full price of the medication, month after month until you call and cancel the subscription. MEDVI refers to your medication as a subscription and not a prescription so they can continue to charge you even though they do not send you anything.

    This is a subscription. They charge the monthly payment and don’t process the order until weeks later. I waited for weeks for the medication. I took the medication for a month and didn’t lose any weight. It was the opposite. I started gaining weight. When I called to cancel they refused to reimburse the amount for that month but they also refused to provide the medication. They stole my money because they didn’t provide the medication but refused to reimburse my money.

    They asked me to reinstate the account to provide the medicine so they could charge another the monthly payment. They were coercing me into reinstating the account for them to provide the product. I refused. They didn’t reimburse the amount neither provided the medication. They kept the money. If they do this to others they would be getting lots of money for a service not provided. Their customer service representatives are not helpful and they put you on hold for hours. This is the worse business I dealt with.

    This review is on MEDVi. This company is a rip-off. They advertise that you can cancel at any time and receive a refund. After attempting to cancel in the same day, 5 minutes after I submitted my request, they rushed a Rx order to my email.     This company is so incompetent, I kept trying to get my meds that I was approved for on their site. I heard nothing after that. I emailed them, they said it was because I didn't fill out a refill form. I let them know it wasn't a refill. I got the same exact AI automated response a bunch of times. Finally, I just filled out the form, but still nothing. Then an agent said it was because I needed an appt, I asked for what, he then said, " Actually, the order was cancelled." I will get a refund. Then asked me to confirm my account info, then logged out before I could. The next agent asked me why I wanted to cancel my order. This company shouldn't be trusted with medication, that's for sure!     I would leave a zero if I could. I have screenshots of emails attached with time stamps to support the poor communication and lack of attention being given. This seems kinda scary when your health is at stake (and this is not a cheap mistake to make). Go elsewhere! Just beware before using this platform…. I asked for pill (you can see the screenshot of the link that brought me to signing up). My 1st meeting with provider before my prescriptions were approved, it was shared that they plan to send injection. In the next 24 hrs, They send me a refill form? I reply that I don’t have a prescription. I don’t see how it’s already “time to refill”? They send me an appointment cancellation email to reschedule appointment. I reply I don’t have an apportionment. (All these are attached so you can see how backwards they operate.) So I call and ask for support in getting a refund. Instead they tell me that my “prescription is on its way.” Wtf what prescription …

    I want a refund. I made it clear that I didn’t want to move forward. To which she tells me that refunds are never an option unless I was denied a prescription based on my health. At which point I ask how they would know of my health, they didn’t ask for labs. Basically I could go on and on about how bad my experience had been in just 3 days of poor communication and horrible customer service….I just want everyone to be aware that they just want your money.     I have just started and I can say that the people with MedVi care about you. The first week I had so many questions and they were prompt and kind in their responses.     It took multiple calls and complaints to get meds which took over 10 days from the time they took payment which they would not refund. They, not me asking, put Niacinamide in my Tirzepatide.     I had been on a GLP 1 for a year before I contacted Medvi with 0 side effect. I contacted them because they were significantly cheaper than my previous provider. Mistake. I signed up for their 3 month plan at around 700 dollars for a three month supply. Seemed like a good deal. The quality of the GLP 1 was low quality - provided by a compounding pharmacy in Texas. Was sick as a dog. I contacted them for a refund for the remaining 2 month supply (which I have not received) and they "reminded me" of their "no refund" policy - Which is not obvious at all on their website.     I ordered via an online ad (first mistake). Ad stated first shipment was $199 and subsequent shipments $249. First came with no issues - second was charged at $399. I contacted Medvi the same day the payment posted to my bank and expressed my concern the charge was more than expected and my desire to cancel. This concern and cancellation request was made via online chat, email, AND a call to customer service. The order had not yet shipped yet they refused to refund or cancel - two days later they shipped the order anyway. I disputed the charge with my bank but when I went to my account with Medvi to print the communication off for support - somehow my chat history with them is now gone....

    If I had the option I will put zero (0) star. This is a SCAM. Do not fall for it. They say $149 per month, no membership, no hidden fees.... LIES LIES LIES. They will charge you $149 for the first month and when it's time for your next payment they will charge you $299 without sending any invoices or notes of the sum.

    This is what happened with me. I told them to cancel my subscription and refund my money and I will send back the package without opening it. They refused saying that this is against the law for returning medication and that they have NO REFUND POLICY AFTER DELIVERING THE MEDICINE. If you don't check your card statement, you don't know what they charged you. Do not fall for this SCAM. As you see in the screen shots I uploaded, they don't tell you what's the sum charging you next. AND THEY WILL REPLY IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND THAT PER THEIR POLICY THERE WILL BE NO REFUND!

    Do yourself a favor and find another online service. I have used them for several months and every month I have to make several calls to customer support to make sure the medicine is delivered. The last straw is charging my credit card twice and refusing to back the extra charge out. I was told they will be using it as a credit for the following month. If this was a company that was competent up to this point that would acceptable, but there is nothing for me to believe It won't be a hassle next month too. I obviously will be moving on to a more reputable company.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone, please do your research. First I received my medicine in a container that was burning hot. I call and they say that is OK go ahead start using your medicine then I go fill a needle and the medication is reddish. I call and say what is going on, they say oh it is mixed with B12 which I did not ask for. So I go see my doctor, he immediately says do not take that as it will make my fatty liver even worst, also my kidney as I only have one as I am a donor which I disclosed to this company and they said it was OK. Now they will not refund me knowing it was Their error. Obviously they do not have real doctors looking at any of these medical questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

For everyone else, stay as far away as possible from this predatory operation. The "Empty Promises" Products. Let’s start with the basics: the products don't work. After consistent use, it’s clear that their offerings have zero efficacy. You aren’t paying for results; you’re paying for expensive packaging and a heavy dose of placebo that never kicks in. It’s a total scientific and consumer sham.

    Financial Malpractice. Medvi doesn’t just overcharge; they actively violate your finances without permission. I’ve witnessed unauthorized charges that border on theft. They treat your credit card like an open tab for their own benefit, disregarding any agreed-upon pricing or ethical billing standards. The Cancellation Trap. Their "72-hour cancellation policy" is a complete fabrication. I provided notice one full month in advance, and they ignored it entirely. They have no intention of honoring legitimate requests; they simply keep the billing cycle running against your will, trapping you in a loop of unwanted charges.

    Sadistic Customer Service. When you try to resolve these issues, you are met with a customer service team that can only be described as sadistic. They don't just fail to help; they seem to take active pleasure in being dismissive, rude, and obstructive. It is a culture of "evil" service where the goal is to gaslight the customer until they give up. Bottom Line: Medvi is a predatory entity disguised as a wellness brand.     Do not, do not trust your health or money with Medvi! Buyer Beware applies heavily with this sketchy company. This untrustworthy company cost me $1000. I placed an order for the first time but then requested within an hour of welcome email to cancel the order. The provider had not even approved the order at that time. The welcome email said the provider would take 2-3 business to review for approval. Nope. Four hours later (early hours after midnight), I received an email from a nurse practitioner with the approval.

    The provider approved graduated doses for the order when I had asked for the lowest dose during the entire treatment, if approved. Meanwhile, I had been charged before the NP's approval. Eight hours later from my initial order, I received their email confirming cancellation of "subscription". I had understood that the order was canceled since that was my explicit request, and you cannot obtain medication without a subscription. Nope. Wrong again. Those two things are different according to Medvi.

    Less than 24 hours, I received a UPS notification that a shipment from a pharmacy was scheduled for next-day delivery. I called Medvi and spoke to several representatives, I called UPS, and I called the pharmacy. There was no way to stop the shipment in progress or get a refund. Medvi regurgitated their policies that do not allow for a refund once there is an order placed with an number and the request changed hands to a provider or NP in this case and then to the pharmacy automatically.

    The provider did not even schedule to meet with me virtually to discuss the program or any concerns. The approval was rushed and doses ordered without discussing with patient. These are major, major red flags if you value your health. They rush to charge you and hide behind their refund policy and that medication cannot be returned or refunded once it's shipped.

    Medvi ripped me off, but I still will file a formal complaint to the FTC and FDA and BBB so this does not happen to someone else. My advice - go see your doctor and avoid these online weight loss medication facilitators. It will cost you the same, but you avoid going through a facilitator whose main purpose is making money out of you. In researching further this company, founded by a Matthew **, it is a startup that outsource its customer service, uses third-party provider network, and uses AI extensively in its operations with minimum workforce.     MEDVi charged me 21 days after I called and canceled my subscription. If you decided to try it, then cancel, call your bank and block charges from Medvi. Don't trust simply canceling your subscription. I tried the first dose and did not like it. My doctor clarified this was a compound medication, not Tirzepatide. She said the compound available through Medvi is wildly unregulated, possibly dangerous, and while she "legally couldn't advise me not to take it" she was going to order labs "just to make sure your liver and kidney are functioning okay".

    All things considered, I decided this wasn't a good fit for me, called Medvi, cancelled my subscription and was assured I wouldn't be charged going forward. I thought all was well. 21 days later $399 was charged to my credit card and even though I can show proof of the cancellation call (which Medvi will not speak to), there is nothing I can do about the $399 they stole, without an attorney. Watch out for these guys and Good Luck out there!!

    I canceled the service the day after I paid $199.00 for the product. They allowed me to cancel the subscription but apparently there are no refunds. They state it is on their website but unable to locate. I have written over 20 emails trying to get this resolved. They said that they would send the product but have not as of yet.     I generally don’t write negative reviews about companies, but in this case, I feel it’s important to share my experience to help protect others from what I believe are unfair and misleading practices.     I had a very disappointing experience with Medvi and would not recommend their service. My appointment started over 30 minutes late, which was frustrating on its own. When the provider finally joined, they seemed completely unprepared and had little understanding of what I was actually looking for. Despite clearly explaining that semaglutide does not work for me, they continued to push it instead of offering alternative options. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

    What made the situation worse was what happened afterward. I requested to cancel and receive a refund, especially since the medication had not even been prepared yet and wouldn’t be for several more days. Instead of working with me, they refused to issue a refund. Even more concerning, I was told that I was “trying to take advantage of the system,” which was incredibly insulting and completely untrue.     Of all of the sites that offered these weight loss drugs, I opted with Medvi because it came across a bit more professional. My initial experience was pretty good. Luckily, I did not experience any side-effects from the drugs. It took about the first three weeks before I began to see weight loss, but it did slowly begin to show results. I did hit a plateau though once I got into month 3. I had a consult with their team, and they said it wasn't unusual. I had given this new approach 5 months max, so between the extra long plateau of not losing weight and the upcoming deadline, I decided not to continue.

    Though I not requested a refill, nor had I filled out the typical refill request for a refill, Medvi charged my card for another refill. Though I did not get it or request it - they were not willing to refund the $400 charge which is just wrong. They have a new refund policy that doesn't allow it, supposedly. Again, this is just an easy good business approach to refund my money but they have refused to do so. This has not set well with me because it is a pretty good chunk of money. Poor business practice.

    This all has left me with a very mixed review both of the company, obviously, but about the product. I did lose some weight, and I do think it did help me jumpstart my weightloss journey, so that is the best part of it. They do have professionals that you can set up an appointment to ask question - another good thing. I am one of those people who do not want to be on a drug long-term, and many people will move from weightloss to a maintenance dose for long periods of time. I am not in that boat. I quit cold turkey and time will tell what my body will do with that.

Then I received an email that said "fill out the form and we will send your medication."     I have been using Medvi for 2 months out of the three-month Tirzepatide drug, and I have mixed reviews. The acquisition of the new customer was excellent; the follow-up and the online doctor visit were excellent, and they sent the drugs within 48 hours. The Tirzepatide, though, is a joke. They first sent you the lowest dosage possible, then next month they ramped it up a bit, and I've lost maybe 5 Ibs in two months. I did Wegovy for 2 months and lost 30 lbs. I thought I could switch to a generic, keep up the pace, and I was wrong. The Tirzepatide is like taking a vitamin. I even increased my walking to twice a day, but there was no change. I wanted to post because I too read people's posts before I made the move, and it's not worth the money in my opinion.

Going on a month now of multiple video calls, emails, and phone calls with no medication and being charged $150 to sign up. They send misleading emails, do not have keeps notes from previous contacts, and of course have people who are hard to understand on the phone. I've been hung up on and every time I call I simply as for a call or email back that the process is moving along and never hear back. I will then call in and have to restart from square one. This last time I was finally told that my medication would be here yesterday and it didn't show so I called in this morning and the lady said it was because I cancelled my account.     I canceled my subscription due to their product making me ill. I received the cancellation and an email apologizing for the inconvenience and stated I would no longer be billed. I was still billed $300 for the next prescription, although I canceled and never received the product. When I caught the error, I reached out to the company who stated I canceled my subscription, therefore I couldn’t receive the medication. I explained that was accurate as I no longer wanted the prescription because it made me sick.

    They told me to reinstate my subscription so I could get the medication. I explained again that I was made to be sick by the medication, hence why I canceled it. They refused to refund the charge, even though I never received the medication because I canceled the subscription. The charge they charged me isn’t even in my billing history. Called within 24 hours to get this cleared up and customer service gives me the runaround and has not been helpful at all.     I’m beyond frustrated with my experience. Medvi took my $300 payment on March 19, and my prescription was sent to a compounding pharmacy. An email I received the morning of March 20 clearly stated that shipping would take 3–5 business days. By March 26, I still had not received any shipment confirmation, so I called customer support. I was then told it could take 5–7 business days and that the order was still being processed at the pharmacy. I was advised to check back the next day.

    The following day, I used the chat feature for an update and was suddenly told I needed to complete labs before the process could continue. This directly contradicted the original email, which clearly stated that labs were optional. When I pointed this out, the chat representative disconnected the conversation beyond paint pewter. I called support again and spoke with the same representative from the night before. She claimed she had already told me it would take 5–7 business days starting from that point, which makes no sense given the original 3–5 day timeframe. The conversation became argumentative and unprofessional.

    At that point, I requested to be transferred to billing for a refund. After being placed on hold, billing initially struggled to locate my payment, then stated the order was “processing” and refused to issue a refund. I was instead told they would try to expedite it, and that it could now take 5–10 business days. So the timeline has now shifted from 3–5 days, to 5–7 days, to 5–10 days with no clear answers and no shipment confirmation as of the night of March 30. At this point, it feels like there is no urgency to fulfill the order, despite taking my payment, and no willingness to provide a refund.

The medications that I had previously received were of good quality and I lost 28lbs in the first three months of taking the medication. I never had an issue with the medication or the providers, who consistently provided good care.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and would strongly cautions others before signing up for this scam. I cancelled my subscription well before the stated timeframe, yet was still charged $749.00. When I reached out to customer service, responses were slow, unhelpful, and no real effort to have my money returned was made. They refused to return the money they had taken from my account saying they could not find where I had cancelled!

    I tried to explain that I had cancelled and had not received any medications from them for the charges they had taken from my account. They explained that the money is not for the medication, it is for their services whether I use them or not. It is concerning that a healthcare related company operates with such poor billing transparency and accountability. Patients trust these services not only with their money, but with their health, and this type of practice undermines that trust completely. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable company to purchase GLP1 medications.

    I started with MEDVi with high hopes for losing weight. The 1st month was good, the next few months weight barely coming off, along with multiple side effects (throwing up, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue). I stuck with it for a few more months, now I'm tired of it and not really losing weight. So I contacted them as I had prepaid for a year, asking for a refund of the remaining 8 months. Basically they are refusing to refund my money stating "Due to this structure, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription has been initiated. Additionally, in accordance with our billing policies, we are unable to issue refunds for payments made after the billing date". I consider this stealing!! If anyone has any suggestions to help me get my refund, please let me.

    I wish that I could give zero stars. I made the mistake of choosing this company to purchase a vial of Tirzepatide for $199. Several weeks later, a charge in the amount of $399.01 was CB argued to my checking account that did not authorize. I immediately called MEDVi to demand a refund. I was told that the refund had been processed. Three days later the charge had not been refunded so I called again. I was told that the matter had been escalated and I would receive a call within 24-48 hours. One week later, despite several phone calls and numerous emails, I have never been contacted and have not been refunded. I was never told that the prescription would continue without my authorization and would have never agreed to pay $399. They bait then switch. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is crooked and are thieves.

    Give them an account that you can spare or prepaid. Once they charge you they do not want to give you any refunds. I signed on for a special Trizepatide offer just to see if it would work faster than the Semiglutide I already took. Not really. They charged me the second batch without my completing a refill meeting so when the NP changed the prescription she thought I would get a refund. When I chatted with customer service they could not comprehend that my subscription changed. Over & over I told them I am not getting Trizepatide. Then they finally said the remainder will be credited to the next month. But they do not give you transcripts of the chat. The website is very basic and doesn't show balances or allow you to change accounts for billing. They ask you to submit photos of previous medications but it doesn't even save it so they can start you at a base amount. I went over this with the NP.

    I would not let them start me on a low dose. They also do not have a cancellation area. I looked because if they charge me a full amount without my credit I was going to cancel. I suggest getting written confirmation through email because phone call & chat do not get relayed. It's also very funny that I have a missed medication refill meeting but I have the after visit summary. They need better web technology.

    Do not work with this company. I found this ad and website last month. Read everything. I was excited that the price for me was doable at 149.99. I put it in my budget and was confident I could make it work. I'm a single mom of 5 and wanted to do something for myself and it was to focus on my weight. First month 149.99. Today I see a charge for 299.99. Call the company within 5 minute of the transaction and ask for a refund and a cancelation. I'm hit with per our new policy's we don't do refunds but I can cancel your subscription. I'm told since the payment already went through I can't get my money back.

    When I subscribed it never said 299 for the 2nd month. It said price would stay the same. Now I'm out money and a subscription and will have to research a different company and make sure I apply and only buy once. I have spoken to a person and read the fine print.. They rush you to buy then change prices and you're just out the money.. If what I pay for actually shows up let see..

    Horrible!! Buyer Beware!! Tried to contact the company via the SAME email and phone number they had been communicating with me on and was informed that it was not a valid account!! They DOUBLED the price and charged my credit card without sending me any medication. My credit card company would not honor the complaint since I had accepted a charge from MEDVi previously. Also, this medication did not do anything for me. No suppression of appetite, no weight loss! That is why I wanted to discontinue services.

    If I could give this company a zero star, I would. When I filled out the start up docs, the website claimed no hidden fee. I paid a bit under $200. My understanding was that that was a permanent fee each time I was given a refill. When I filled out the form for the 2nd time for a refill, there was no disclosure of a change of cost. Yet, when I checked my bank account, $399 was withdrawn. I called same day to cancel and ask for a refund but was told 'no refund based on policy'. This is called fraudulent. If they are on the up and up, why wasn't this fee disclosed during the documentation process? They deliberately did not disclose this.

    I will be fighting this tooth and nail. I need the info for the 'doctor' that I had the initial interview with, title and license number. I was told I'd lost a minimum of 2 or 2 1/2 lbs per week. After 4 weeks, I have only lost Abt 3lbs which is most likely due to exercise and diet., not the fake medication. I will need all copies of documentation that I was privy to online. I will need the letter sent to this company by the FDA challenging their so called ' compounding of medication ' and Medvi's response.

    I will be sending the remainder of the Rx to the FDA for testing, possibly its content is causing me terrible stomach and muscle cramps and blurry vision. I will be joining a class action lawsuit plus filing a separate lawsuit locally. I will write letters and reviews on every social media page until the right thing is done and I'm given back my money. It will be most interesting to know what the FDA finds when I turn over the socalled medication. Very disappointed with this 'company'.

    Like many people in these reviews, I did not receive product but was charged $399.00 and then was told I would get refund. Then later was told that they don't refund. When you don't send the product, then you should refund the money... plain and simple. I have saved all emails and have solid proof that this company has questionable practices.

    This company is corrupt. They are fraud and they steal your money.. I signed up for the trial and the medication increased my heart rate and caused me to have chest pain so I stopped taking it. Then before I knew it they charged me $299 the next month for a medication that I can’t even take and I did not receive any medication nor do I want any. I asked for a refund because I did not realize I was getting charged $299 a month. I did not realize I signed up for a subscription and they will not give me my refund as far as I’m concerned, that’s the same thing as stealing.. I would not deal with this company for one.     I'm at a loss. First, my first month on the Tirzepatide I was charged $179 for the medication. My second month, it sky rocketed to $399.50! I contacted customer service and was told that's what they do. Okay I guess. I decided after month 2, I unfortunately, will have to cancel my prescription. Month 3, I received the intake form to fill out. I didn't fill it out expecting that they cancel my prescription. No form, no medication. Instead, they went again and charged my account the $400. When I saw that they went ahead and did that, I contacted customer service and let them know that I cannot afford the medication and that I would like to cancel my prescription. They responded that is against company policy to provide refunds. WHAT!!! Okay, I get that kind of. I responded that I then want the medication I had paid for and after that, they can cancel my account.

    However, they respond by telling me that I have to talk to a NP in order to get my medication. Why would I have to speak to a NP if prior to my requesting my money back, it didn't seem to be an issue when they took $400 out my account without me completing the intake form. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for a NP to contact me in order to receive my medication. When I once again called customer service yesterday 3/27/26, I was told that they're having technical problems and that someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and frustrated with their customer service and lack of just doing the right thing. Why is it against their policy not to refund a customer's account when they want to cancel, and then not send them the medication they've already paid for?

    This is a very dishonest company. I was diagnosed diabetic and was told by my doctor that I could not continue to take their medication due to its counteractivity with my newly prescribed meds. They did not send my medication for 2 months and charged me for it and refused to refund my money. Go elsewhere for your weight loss meds or they will end up ripping you off as well.

    Be careful when ordering GLP-1 From a company called MEDVi! They will take multiple payments out of your account. They swiped my card 3 times and never received the product. When I called the company they said they would refund but again still haven't received my refund! Don't order products from this company. I've reported them to the Federal government for wire fraud!     Updated on 04/08/2026: This is now my 2nd review of this company and it has gotten worse. I developed an allergic reaction to the injections and had TWO scheduled video consultations (9am & noon) to which no one showed up for. In the middle of my work day I am sitting logged in to this video chat and wait for 20 minutes (both times), and no provider ever showed up. I now have zero faith in this company or their "providers." Are they even legit? How does a medical person just not show up to a scheduled appointment? They have $750 of my hard earned money and it has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. Who owns this company? I'd like to speak to them.

I had a virtual appointment yesterday with a NP (for which I moved my schedule around to be available) and my account dashboard says I missed my appointment. The provider did not have any of the documentation I emailed to their support address the day prior. He said he would approve my Rx and get things moving, yet my status still says "under review." I feel like I am being scammed. How many times do I need to email or call to get this resolved?

    I was going to order the Semaglutide as I had been on it before and did well at .1 mg. It just got to expensive with the other provider. They needed confirmation of previous higher than beginning dose of .25mg. While waiting I suffered a cerebral event and was informed I COULD NOT take that med right now. No prob as I wasn't approved because my Dr never ok'd higher dosage. Invoiced for full amt of 399.01. After 4x on hold and speaking to 2 separate people, I now have to be disqualified by their MD in a video appt. Then MAYBE I'll get a refund for a product I have never received.

    They advised that the vial will be coming refrigerated on cold ice. Mine came in a Styrofoam box, but was warm. The ice had already melted. I live in Florida, so it was sitting out in the heat for a little bit. I advised the company of this and they wanted to tell me that it was still safe to use. If you advertise something that’s supposed to be coming refrigerated and it comes warm. That’s just not acceptable. They would not send me another vile. They wanted to charge me for another vile. I told them to cancel my subscription that this was not acceptable and to this date over a week later still have not gotten my refund and now they’re questioning why I want my money back the company seems very shady to me. Was not happy with the customer service. I got at all.

    We started Medvi Tirzepatide in Jan. 2026 and their communication is terrible using a 3rd party online medical professional. When requesting my 1st refill the rep. did not understand dosages and sent the wrong dose medication. After both my wife and I were finished/frustrated with Medvi, I cancelled my subscription, got a confirmation and within 1 hour they charged me for another refill just to get another 399.00 out of me. When I called to dispute they refused to refund money. So they are sending me the wrong dose again. Also, they did the same thing to my wife and we are out 798.00.

    MEDVi disqualified me from their program before I received all of the meds which I paid for. They then charged me for another three months of meds after being disqualified. Now they are refusing to refund my money. I may have to explore my legal options if they continue to refuse a refund. In my opinion, this is fraud.

    Money grab. Don't waste your time or energy on this company. Completely dissatisfied with my experience and result. When I tried to share my experience they continued to charge me without consult and acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction of their "service". This is not a health care company. There is no patient care present. Just make sure the credit card clears. Run away from this place.
