Previously, I was paying nearly double the price for my GLP1 medication, and this didn’t even include the cost of monthly office visits. The ordering process is straightforward and easy to navigate. It wasn't until I noticed myself grinning at my reflection that I realized how frequently I avoided mirrors. Should have read the reviews. Same as many other clients. Noooooo weight loss nothing. They everybody is unique. The heel with the you mean every medication is unique. I’ve sent a sample to a lab to get tested and then I will be taking legal action. I have these meds before and lost 12 pounds quick. These people are just talking advantage of those of us that can’t afford the real thing from our insurance. Unethical company. Will let everybody know. Spread the words. The reason it’s a possible affordable injection is because it’s watered down so much. How about a class action suit for all who received the tainted injection meds

Medvi started me on Semiglutide at 2mg per week. No real changes. The beginning cost was $179.00 with following monthly cost of $149.00 per month. I asked repeatedly if the price would go up & was told repeatedly no, it would stay at 149.00 per month. On their billing, it shows my second monthly charge at $149.00. Then I got an email telling me they had tried to charge me $299.11. That is called bait & switch. In my mind, it is stealing. I cancelled immediately. Nowhere is there any billing for $299.11. The beginning month shows $179.00 & the following month (this month) show $149.00. But they tried to take 299.11.

My experience has been super easy and straightforward. I have gotten the feedback I need and so far medicine has came back to me on time and any issues I had were resolved super quick. Every agent I have spoken with is professional and kind.

Before I ordered I read previous reviews from different sources and Medvi was always rated in the top ten. I am 61 years old and very active: gym, hiking, walking. I've tried high protein, low carbs and everything In-between. I just wanted to lose ten pounds. I wanted to lean out. I ordered Medvi, easy to order and great support system. It took about 10 days to receive and on day 3 my appetite, my food noise dropped tremendously. I kept on a low dose, I wanted to lose the weight without losing muscle. I increased my protein and amino intake. Every week in the last 3 months I lost a pound a week. I always felt great! I have a few more pounds to go. My Medvi support Anna has been helpful on my journey. I am almost at my goal and love how I can fit into my clothes in the bottom drawer. I feel safe and confident in using the Tirzepatide from Medvi.

Don’t get caught up with this company! I ordered the 4 part ED meds for $200 a month. Their “doctor” did not approve it for me but instead of telling me first, she automatically ordered me a two part medication for the same price. I was not interested in taking this med. I had to spend almost an hour with their ** customer service rep who could do nothing for me and told me he could neither refund my charge or stop the shipment even though I spoke to him only an hour after hearing from the “doctor”. Don't waste your time or money! If you do, remember I told you so!

I made an order and got the medication. I had Cleary stated that it was a one time order and not a monthly subscription. I tried the medication and it turned out to be another Online ED medication scam. It never worked. This is just a concatenation out there for the company to make money..The company has continued to get money from my account. When I called them and spoke to a Mr. ALVAN, he told me that they can't refund my money and I should be careful next time and read their conditions word by word. Right now they have accessed my account and chopped of $114.00 receipt no.26406877 dated April 28th 2026. The company is based in Des Moines, Iowa, USA. Please I urge you all and Sundry to think twice when giving out your bank details to this company with a very elaborate mode of scamming desperate ED patients. Through.

I began using MedVi over a year ago after my insurance company stopped covering semaglutide and I had quick weight gain. Customer service has always been kind and helpful, but I had some difficulty getting back on the right track with the medication. After conversations with the doctor and nurse practitioner, my medication was adjusted. At the same time, I was assigned to an Account Manager, Angela, who could not have been a better fit for me. She has accompanied me for the past six months with care and expertise. I am happy with my success, the process of receiving treatment and the efficacy of the medications and care I have received.

I am really pleased with the initial dose prescribed. I am losing weight and a healthy way. Maintaining protein and fiber intake. The side effects are minimal and easily managed. Very pleased with the dosage and plan on keeping it at the same dosage. Thanks for checking on me.

I cancelled my subscription in the beginning of March and have been charged twice since then. When I call customer service, they say they cannot reimburse me for the $800 because it is against their policy. They also state that there are no supervisors or managers available to speak to and no corporate number that I can call. According to the women I spoke with, it's just a free-for-all frat house and no one reports up through anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. For those of you looking for a great company that offers the same prescriptions, RO. is where to go. I regret leaving them to try MEDVi. The "free" subscription is what sucked me in. You definitely get what you pay for.

I have had good success have been doing this program since January. Started photo was 250 and second photo is 4 months later in Paris 225. My husband decided to spring for a new wardrobe because my old size was loosy goosy

Medvi reached out and worked with me in correcting my situation which is why they went up 2 stars for being so prompt in helping me resolve this issue. I also received an apology which was greatly appreciated.

I have been on compounded semaglutide for about 6 weeks now, however I have not seen any results even with my dosage being increased. I am exactly the same weight as when I started so I am starting to feel very discouraged. The medvi team has been great however, and very quick to respond. Shipping was incredibly fast. I’m just not sure about the actual medication itself and it’s effectiveness. I’ll probably give it one more month before I end up switching over to a different company.

Worst possible company. It is a total scam. They just take your money and give you nothing in return. Took me threatening to file a claim with my state's attorney office for them to refund my money. Stay far far away from this so-called company.

If I could give no stars I would. I signed up for a 6 month prescription. The cost for 6 months was $199.99 a month. The first charge on my card was $199. I figured that because I used a FSA card they would just charge monthly. In all of the information I was told that I had to fill out an update and it was reviewed by a doctor before my next months prescription. This was to be done on the 15th. On the 12th they charged my card $399. When I contacted Medvi to ask why was I already charged and why was I charged $399 instead of $199.

I signed up for Medvi subscription, I never received any product, I reviewed my statement's and I had been charged twice for $114 each. I reached out to Medvi and ended up exchanging emails with 7 different people! Turns out I needed to do an interview with a "Doctor" before my product was sent. I was never notified of this. Medvi charged my card twice even though no product was ever sent. I requested to cancel my subscription and a refund on 4/8/26. I never received a refund and in the patient portal, it showed me as still active. I called them today, 4/28/26 and was told no refunds were possible, but they could cancel the subscription. Now I have to reach out to my bank and dispute charges. Never received the product and yet they won't refund my money.

Complaint Details: I am filing a complaint against MEDVI regarding deceptive billing practices and failure to properly cancel a subscription service. MEDVI advertises a weight loss medication program for $299.11 per month. As part of the program, customers are required to complete a monthly form providing the same medical information already on file with the prescribing doctor. This requirement was not clearly disclosed as an ongoing obligation tied to billing. You will be billed whether you fill out the feedback papers or not. More importantly, MEDVI does not clearly disclose that they will continue charging customers even if they no longer wish to participate in the program. They also do not provide a functional or accessible way to cancel the subscription online.

This product does not work. Do not waste your money. I cancelled their services and was still charged 2 months for medication I never received or requested. When I asked for a refund, they would not reimburse my money back. Their reasoning was that they never received my first request to cancel and that they needed a 30 day notice for cancellation per policy (which was not found). That is not good business. Their concoction of Semaglutide was not effective for me. Do not order from this company. I repeat. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Just started using product, hope results are great. I'm on a goal to lose 40 lbs & can't wait for the results to show. Not a fan of needles but what the heck. Using this product to see how much weight I can lose before my trip to Jamaica.

I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy do business with this horrible company! The customer service is rude, and it’s almost impossible to cancel! They called to cancel the subscription I never agreed to, and the car straight up said their policy is that memberships can’t be cancelled, so when you sign up for one month they take it upon themselves to enroll you into a recurring plan! If you’ve done business with them I strongly suggest that you cancel your credit card, and have it reissued with a new number! Then their administration doses are strange, they’re saying 37.7 units on an insulin syringe that jumps from 30 to 40! If you’ve done business can’t see well or calculate dosing this isn’t the company to do business with. Syringes should’ve had .5 increments on them! I’m not sure how this is even legal! Seems like a class action lawsuit should be filed!!

If I could give a zero score, I would. After signing up for this product with a $179 offer, my bank account was automatically charged $399.01 without my authorization. I have not placed a second order. I have not received an additional order. I requested a refund only to be told that the upcharge is listed in the Q and A section of the advertisement. I have been denied a refund as I would have never agreed to pay $150 more than what I can pay for the same product locally. They took money out of my account without me knowing and refuse to give it back. Each month, it will go higher. Do not be drawn into the fraudulent practices of this unknown company!

Medvi has made starting my weight loss journey easy! From signing up to my first injection was only 2 days and I understand results vary from patient to patient but I have already lost 5 lbs in less than 2 weeks!

Have been on a glp1 for a month and a half now, have not had any side affects. Have seen a difference in my pants size even only being on it for a month. I have lost 10 pounds so far. What was nice is having them me a prescription for nausea, in case I felt sick.

I had an absolutely horrible experience! The first week I did the shot I violently threw up for over 4 hours. It was painful and very unexpected. I spoke to “patient care” and thought it might be food poisoning. They told me to contact them immediately if it happened again. It did. Same exact experience the second week. I immediate contacted “customer care”. They sent me an email response to go see my GP or emergency room if I felt it necessary. I wanted to talk to a real person so I continued to reach out for 5 day. Each response from the (some taking 48+ hours) were all in email form. Comparing the emails they appear to written with Ai and offered no real help and absolutely no concern for what was happening to me after doing the shot. It took 8 days from the second violent vomiting episode for them to finally call me.

Updated on 04/29/2026: Current Status: The company has acknowledged the issue but has refused to issue a full refund. They offered a partial refund only on the condition that I amend or remove my review first.

Went out on a limb and tried the medicine. I was terrified of giving myself injections but it has been a breeze. First month in and I’m down 5 pounds. I receive emails weekly with informative information. I’ve spoken to a coach that has provided additional questions/concerns I have which makes this experience that much easier.

This company is a sham, I started a 3-month in November 2025, they charged me over $700 then I had surgery and couldn’t continue but paid for the medication so I wanted it, they would not refill my prescription kept charging me every month another $700 plus dollars and started to refuse refunds. It is now almost May and I still haven’t received the 3 original medications I paid for.

I used Medvi for about 8 months. The main issue that I had was that even when I requested nausea medication with my injection meds, the prescription almost NEVER got sent in like I requested. I did lose a good amount of weight on the meds and almost reached my goal weight but because of the indigestion and nausea combined with the amount of hair loss that I have experienced from the medication, I decided to not complete my refill request assuming that I would no longer be charged if I wasn't ordering the medication. Boy was I wrong! I have not received a refill in 5 months and was still charged $299 each month.

Service works super fast. Great customer service. Handy when needed. I also like how they have nurses 24 seven to help you with any questions that you might have they also offer dietitian help. Just started my prescription last week. Excited to start seeing result.

Everything about this process has been wrong. I got prescribed the wrong medication, no doctor or PA ever called me, reviewed blood work or even asked me actual questions. They sent the wrong medicine and when I complained they automatically billed me for the correct medicine at 2x the price of what they charge several friends of mine on it. I reached out, requested a refund, and NOW, I still 2 weeks later do not have the correct medicine and I am 800 in the hole. Taking this to social media, the Florida Dept of Health.

I researched the "best" GLP providers, and this company showed up on several lists. When the customer service agent reached out to me following my website inquiry, she told me I qualified for a special discount for the first month of tirzepatide, so rather than pay $179 I'd pay $149 for the first month. Great! Sign me up. We ONLY talked about tirzepatide. A day later I received a notification that my semaglutide was on its way. She changed my order without telling me, and the company will not correct the mistake, telling me the $149 is the correct price for semaglutide. I could have gotten my first dose of semaglutide cheaper at almost any other company. I feel like the victim of a "bait and switch." I won't be using this provider for any future GLP needs.

Very impressed with the professionalism, care and support MEDVi provides. I can honestly say taking Tirzepatide self inject truly works! I love how I feel with my continued weight loss! I highly recommend. The food noise goes away, the cravings are gone! I have never experienced any nausea. I have not experienced any side-effects. I am so happy with the results and I know you will be too - it works!

MEDVi charged me for a program renewal of $747.01 before I was finished with my first program. I contacted MEDVI immediately to take the charge off and issue me full credit. They said I did not notify them per the terms and I argued the new program wasn't set until the end of the month. They made it very difficult to cancel and I let them know I couldn't cancel on the patient portal since it wasn't an option. They offered me a partial refund but still charged me for a pharmacy charge of $250.00 since they started the renewal. This is a total rip-off!

Platform is hard to get to and use. The price tripled after the first month. If you have a problem do not use the chat. They do not understand what you need and just tell you to use the platform which was the problem. Cancelled and they continued to charge me without sending me the drugs.

They force everyone into a "subscription" for $349/mo without clear warning and when called on it refuse to reimburse and will not provide the product as you canceled your "subscription". Their "med" failed to do anything and provided no benefit whatsoever.

MEDVi charges you a month ahead of time for a service you won’t receive till 30 days later. I got very, very sick of my medication and spoke to a nurse practitioner that says I should not be taking it and I should be. MEDVi refuses to refund my money that they charged me a month prior to getting any services. This is stealing my money. They are ridiculous. Do not trust them.

I tried to talk to a staff person and all I got was a run around and told there is nothing they could do. Great example of fraud. I would run as fast as you can from this company. They are bad news!

I was honestly excited to start my GLP-1 journey with MEDVi, I paid the initial consultation fee of $199 and spoke to an online doctor. I am currently on a medication that the online doctor said I needed to get a letter from my current physician to ensure the two medications didn’t interact. Well my appointment wasn’t for another month. During this time, $399 was again charged to my bank account, no medication. BTW they say it is $199 a month when you sign up, so beware of that up charge in the fine print. ( SUPER SHADY) I finally got in and saw my physician and received the letter stating it was ok to start GLP-1 meds.

I have been so impressed with MEDVi and with my prescribed GLP1! I received my meds quickly, they have reached out to see how I’m doing, it has been an amazing experience! They have given me ways to connect if I have any questions or concerns, and my first phone call covered everything I wanted to discuss. I highly recommend Medvi!

I’ve had a great experience with Medvi and would confidently recommend their program to others exploring medically guided weight management. From the start, the process was straightforward and user-friendly. The intake was simple but thorough, and I appreciated how quickly I was connected with a licensed provider who actually took the time to review my health history and answer questions.

Honestly I had tried a lot of things before this. Different diets, calorie tracking, a couple of apps that I used for about three weeks each. Nothing really stuck. I kept telling myself I just needed to be more consistent but looking back consistency was not really the problem. I came across MEDVi and what actually made me try it was that they had tablet options. I had seen semaglutide mentioned before but always in the context of injections and I was not really comfortable with that. Finding out tablets were available removed the excuse I had been using.

These people just lie and cheat. I had severe allergic reaction my Dr. told me to stop it immediately after performing my blood work test. I didn’t lose any weight on contrary I have been hungry like crazy. Everyone associated with this place is dishonest and they just give you run around. Unauthorized charges just appear on your credit card no refund is given. I never subscribed to anything nor did I authorize any charges. But that doesn’t stop them from changing your card. I didn’t order anything nor received anything! I was told if their medical provider deemed you ineligible then you will get the refund.

Absolutely the worse company. I tried the first month and decided it was not for me. I spoke to someone who called me for a check in and they said they'd cancel it. I got charged and called immediately however they refused to refund me even though I'm not using their product. Terrible service. They are great to get the sale but want your money.

I’ve been on GLP-1 medications for years, so I know what works for me. This company started me on very low doses that had absolutely no effect, and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars for nothing. After my second prescription, I told them I wanted to cancel. I was assured that my prescription would be placed on hold until I could speak with one of their doctors. When I finally spoke with the doctor, I was told they could not increase my dosage and that I should look for another provider.

If I could give them a 0, I would. They pretend to care. They don't. They are a business. They just want your money. I have lots of cravings. Unfortunately, their injections never got rid of them. I doubled my time spent walking and added 30 minutes of biking daily. I just didn't lose weight. I want to eat! It's a lot of money to spend every month without results. When I tried to cancel, I got a message from a nurse with a video showing me how to properly inject the compound. It was actually insulting. Then I was offered $50 off and then $100 off and no one ever wanted to listen to my concerns. It has honestly been like being stuck in a timeshare. I was just charged another $299 when I thought I was already done with them. Frustrated, angry, disillusioned, disheartened. If you want to waste money and add unneeded stress to your life, choose Medvi.

I’ve been on the product for a couple weeks. First things I’ve had no real side effects. I’ve seen the benefit of my appetite being less, but I’m still taking vitamins and protein to supplement the lack of food or reduction of it. It’s been a positive experience. I think I’m on my third week next week so no side effects. Haven’t gotten on a scale. See if I’ve lost weight yet but have positive feedback.

I was apprehensive about signing up for Medvi. I have been receiving my Tirzepatide from my PCP. However, the pharmacy that was filling my script was very pricey and I had to pickup my meds at their location. So, I'm excited about the price of the Tirzepatide and the fact that they deliver to my door. The way they ship it is nice. It is cold and the container is reusable. I think that is very responsible.

What convinced me MEDVi was working wasn’t the scale, it was hearing my doctor say, “Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it.” I’ve lost 32 lbs so far and my blood pressure, energy, and mobility have all improved. I feel stronger and safer in my body. The support helped more than I expected. It kept me accountable without feeling judged, and that made all the difference.

I have been extremely impressed with the outpouring of support from this company to make sure that I felt confident and how to use the product. I do feel the introductory rate was misleading, and it could’ve been more upfront that the price would double the following month. But the company itself does seem extremely helpful.

Dropping a quick note to share my experience with MEDVi. Customer service is fantastic with correspondence via phone, and email. I started my journey in September last year and have dropped 20 pounds. I feel amazing. I had really no side effects and overall my blood work has improved, energy and well-being. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a similar journey.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a weight loss program through my job and chose MEDVi, where I was given the option between injections or pills. I initially selected the injection, but when the medication arrived along with the instructions, I quickly realized how intimidating the process was. I was not comfortable administering the shot myself. Since I had not opened the package, I contacted their customer service to ask if I could return the injections and switch to the pills instead. Unfortunately, I was told that because the medication had already been shipped, they could not accept a return or issue a refund. The only option offered was to wait until the following month and purchase the pills separately. That didn’t sit right with me, so I decided at that point that I no longer wanted to do business with them.

A moment that hit me hard was walking up a hill without stopping to "tie my shoe" for a fake break. I'm down 28 lbs with MEDVi, and my stamina is night-and-day different. Even my dog seems impressed that I can keep up now.

Severe bait and switch practices, misleading advertising, faked AI-generated physician personas, misbranding and a scam that keeps will cost you a minimum of $149.00 that they will refuse to refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am in the process of contacting every agency or format available to get this shut down.

MEDVi is great to work with from the initial enquiry to the ease of reordering, the great portal (app) that gives you access to how to inject etc, to the easy menu, the access to free sessions with experts in different area such as diets, etc. After 14 days, I have dropped 9 lbs, and my appetite has decreased. Thoroughly recommend MEDVi.

I order the first month with their discount. I still had medication at the end of the month but completed the refill form thinking I'd be talking with their MD again. They charged my credit card then sent the new medication. When I called they said because I completed the refill was why the renewal went through, so the following month I was going to delay to complete the refill form because I still had medication from the first and now second month. They still charged my credit card and said if I canceled my subscription without completing the refill form I wouldn't get a refund nor would I get anything for the money. They hide your credit card/billing information so you can't change it and then keep charging and blame the small writing in the contract. They will not give any refund with or without a refill!

I am very impressed with this program so far. I had researched other companies and felt MedVi had the best options that I was looking for. From day one, the support has been amazing. I have had follow up calls and the customer care team is very helpful. I feel cared about and I like having a phone number where I can call or text anytime if I have questions or concerns. The injection is very easy and painless. I have not been on the program very long, but I’m excited because I feel like it’s going to work well for me. Ordering and re-orders is very easy and straightforward.

Updated on 04/24/2026: Today I received a delivery of Tirzepatide 21 tablets, 9 short of the correct amount of 30. They insisted in fraud, phone calls, e-mails, etc, they don't assume responsibility and resolve the situation.

My experience is going great so far, cravings have stopped, appetite has changed, and you definitely start to notice the difference after the first week. It’s only been a month for me and I will continue.

Buyer Beware- These guys make it so easy to buy GLP online which is what I did. For $199 I ordered my GLP1. I received some emails regarding my charge for $199 and a patient portal which I did not want to create a login for. I received my shipment for $199 and did not need anything else. Little did I know they were going to charge me $399 month for nothing. They charged me 3 times for a total of $1200, I received nothing; no shipments, no calls and just marketing emails. I called and the customer service guy was very seasoned in this scenario and said, no refunds but we will cancel your subscription. Their website is very misleading, home page says nothing about a subscription.

I signed up for a subscription for oral/pill semaglutide. The company kept sending me injections and upcharging me for pills, but never actually sending me pills. The customer service agents, and there were several, repeatedly told me that they would send pills, but I only ever received injections. They never fixed the issue, and I was stuck with months of injections that I never ordered or wanted. They happily took all my money and only refunded the pill upcharges, but gladly kept the injection money for the injections I never ordered. Worst company ever. Stay away from them.

Do not use this company. I cancelled my subscription in January and still getting billed. They haven’t been supplying me my medication since December! But still collecting money from me! Insisting that they can't refund my money because it’s against their policy! They have now 1200.00 and supplied me no services. DO NoT use MEDVi. Customer service is a joke. Still trying to get my money back - any lawyers here that can help???

I always thought I’d have to “get serious” and overhaul my life to lose weight, but MEDVi showed me the power of small, steady changes. I’m down 29 lbs, and the progress has stuck because it never felt extreme. My clothes fit, my mood is steadier, and even my skin looks clearer. The best part is the confidence I’ve gained along the way. It’s like rediscovering a part of myself I misplaced.

Scam!! I ordered it and without any further notice or anyone speaking to me about what I would get in the mail. I was given a dose with red substance inside when I reached out to ask why they said it was B12. This does not even look like what they have on the picture in the website. I did not ask for B12 and was not told I would be getting that added in. I lost (0) lbs. Paid $145.00 for it. A month later was charged $299.00 “subscription” and no new medication was mailed. They said because I needed a consult first so they collected $299.00 as a tip? SCAM, do not buy.

Be very careful of this company. They start off ok then charge you for the full prescription and send you 1/3 less.

I signed up for MedVi in early February, 2026. I changed my mind within the week and decided I would rather go through my regular in person physician for this service and canceled my subscription. I had never met with any of their physicians, sent in any medical history or lab work. They refunded the $149 that I paid, and by 2/14/26 it was over and done. On April 18th, I was notified by my credit card that I had been charged $299 from MedVi. When I called them, I was told my account had been reactivated, and I was charged a month's subscription. I told them I had not reactivated it and thought my account had been canceled in February, but they refused to refund the $299. I also will not get the medication since I never met with their doctors or had lab work done for them, so they basically reactivated my account and stole $300 from my credit card.

I’m currently on my second week using Medvi and so far, my experience has been really positive. The process was straightforward from the start, and I received my medication quickly with clear instructions. I was honestly a little nervous before my first injection, but it ended up being easy and completely manageable. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, which was one of my biggest concerns. Even though I’m still early in the program, I can already tell it’s helping me become more mindful of my eating habits.

The Medvi team has been very easy to work with. Medication came quickly and easily with clear instructions. The patient portal has everything you would need from refilling your medication to dietitian support to quick meals to… etc., etc, etc. Amazing program with amazing people.

Medication was totally ineffective! I did reach out and was instructed to increase the dose and still ineffective. I had recent lab work done and there was no issue and did regular workouts at the gym as I had always done. I would not recommend this medication and be aware only a PARTIAL REFUND will be given even if you don't use the full prescription.

The moment that made me emotional was fitting into a jacket. I’d tucked away years ago. MEDVi helped me lose 20 lbs, but it also helped me regain a sense of hope. I am not obsessing over food or punishing myself for slip-ups anymore. I am learning balance. Emotionally, I feel more grounded, than I have in years. I have patience with myself now, and I am seeing progress that actually feels sustainable.

MEDVi charges you before all the paperwork is finished, and will not send the medication or refund. You have to check a box saying you consent to automatic monthly renewals. I do not consent so I can't proceed with the paperwork, they refuse to send a refund. Still an ongoing battle. Do not use this company, you will regret it.

I had a good experience with MEDVi up until I canceled my membership. At the time of cancellation, I still had three prepaid months remaining. Shortly after canceling, my dosage was reduced without any explanation. Prior to this, my experience had been positive, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. I even recommended the service to two other people. I chose to cancel because of concerns about how far in advance they attempted to renew my membership. However, when I reached out to ask about the unexplained dosage change after canceling, communication stopped entirely. This was a noticeable shift from the level of service I had received before. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend their service.

Be aware of the cancellation policy. I decided I was done taking the medication due to it not being effective. I also noticed that they kept increasing my original weight, I assume to make the weight loss look more impressive than it actually was. Every month, they send an email/text saying it's time to renew your prescription. At that point, you fill out a questionnaire, and it is reviewed by a member of their staff. Within a few days, they approve it and get it processed. I assumed that I could wait for that email and then not refill the prescription, thus cancelling my subscription. Instead, I received an email saying my payment was processed for the next month on Friday. On Sunday, I received the email saying it's time to refill. I responded that I wanted to cancel, which I had to do online. I then asked for a refund since I never refilled my prescription, and they refused.

Working with Medvi was very user friendly. The best part was being assigned an Account Manager, Ally, who was responsive and provided extra support with questions and concerns. It was nice to have a "human" to actually communicate with.

The funniest part of this journey was realizing my "just in case" snack drawer stopped calling my name. After losing 26 lbs with MEDVi, my cravings chilled out big time. I feel more in control, less chaotic around food, and a whole lot lighter in my own skin.

If I could give it a zero, I would. First, I set up an appointment to meet with a care specialist and every time I tried to log in with my correct name that was visible on my account, it said incorrect name and would not let me access my appointment. When I called customer service to have them issue me a refund on a product I never received, they would not issue me a refund, but said I could have my product (no kidding, I paid for it!). Now that are trying to say I need to fill out an intake refill form to get my product that I never received, so why should I have to fill out a Refill Form??? Horrible customer service and bad business practices! So disappointed, I just want my refund!!

Believe the negative reviews and avoid this scam. I was charged full price not even the advertised discount and sent medication by Medvi without a prescription request form submitted by me. This directly contradicts their website promise of never charging customers without a their written request form. Calls to customer service were unhelpful and relied on scripted responses and led to misunderstandings because their call staff English was weak and promises of callbacks by managers did not come. So much stress and wasted time trying to connect with these people. My doctor was concerned about how the tirzepatide injections might interact with my new medication, requests to not to ship were ignored and $400 charged on my card and delivery of medication. This experience raises serious concerns about billing practices and transparency. Try a different company. Others have experienced this, I should have believed the bad reviews.

This company is crooked. Run as fast as you can. I contacted this company and they charged me before even reviewing if I could receive it. It took two weeks before they even sent out my prescription. The dose was so low that I gained weight the first month. Second month they charged me double so before my prescription was up 2 weeks before renewal I canceled and they charged my card anyway. Told me they would not refund my money after I canceled and then sent me an email saying that they would not charge me after the 5th of May and I canceled 2 weeks before my April dose was even to be refilled. I put in a dispute with my bank because they argued with me over the phone and customer service said that I would not be refunded any money .I have not received any medication after the first month. They are Crooks.

Do not under any circumstance purchase anything from MEDVi. They are big time scammers. Awful customer service. Will charge a monthly subscription of $399.00 even if you don't order the medication. Had to dispute through credit card company to stop payment.

Be wary of this website. When I signed up with them, they advertised charging $149, but when I signed up, I was charged $200. After a difficult call, a nurse informed me that the current monthly fee is $300 and will remain the same for the following month. After a month, they charged me $400, which I considered a rip-off. They then charged me another $400 last week. I changed the card to avoid dealing with this service. Pricing changes that customers are unaware of is not acceptable. Stay away.

The process has been easy and quick, with a lot of support provided. Another great thing is that you can use your FSA funds to pay for the medication. Huge plus.

This company is a total scam. I ordered on March 22 and they have given me nothing but the runaround. They tell me the medicine is shipping after talking to their doctor. I never get the medicine. They escalated then they say the medicine is shipping. Again I never get it and then they sent me an email saying I need to talk to a doctor which I’ve done three separate times at this point and then they say it shipping again and here we are April 19. Still have not received the medicine or a refund and they say they cannot refund me because it’s past the time limit which is because they keep taking a week between responses and emails. I called them. They escalate. It is the biggest scam company ever. They have no intention of sending the medicine or refunding.

I have been very pleased with the service. My communication with staff members have been professional and detailed. Edward was exceptional. I enjoyed my contact with him. He was prompt with the call, he answered my questions and was very professional.

I’ve been taking glp1 now for about a week and a half. I’ve experienced a 3lb drop from 196lbs to 193lbs. I’ve had very few side effects if any. After shoulder surgery, I had a mild set back and I haven’t been able to get in the gym. I’ve been putting on weight and it was causing some struggles in my life. I’m so excited for the next few weeks. I can’t imagine how much closer I will be to 170lbs - 175lbs.

I had a really frustrating experience with MedVi and would not recommend them. When I received my medication, the vial was clearly defective. The cap would not properly reattach, and the medication was leaking from the puncture site. This is an injectable medication, so sterility and proper sealing are extremely important. It did not feel safe to use at all. I contacted MedVi and sent photos showing the issue. After reviewing it, they told me the vial may have been “over-pressurized,” which could cause leaking—but still refused to give me a refund or replacement.

I was interested in the Medvi, then after consulting with my doctor he advised against it, I then sent an email stating that I was no longer interested in the program, well upon receiving my credit card statement I have been still getting charged for 2 medications a month, and I had never received any medication at all. I called and pass around to so many people, I was told they acknowledged me getting billed and also acknowledged that I never received any medication! I was then told they could not refund me my money for medication that I had not received, wait what??? How crazy is that!

It’s only been 2 weeks since starting and although I haven’t seen any change to my weight, I can definitely notice changes in food noise, interestingly I didn’t think I had much of it but now I realize I did. Those thoughts are almost gone, not hungry at all and at times I have to remind myself to eat. I haven’t had any side effects as I expected some nausea but happy to say I haven’t had any. The one things I have noticed is I’m thirstier which I wasn’t drink enough water before so this is a good side effect. As for customer service it’s been amazing, did everything online then had a initial call then a second call after my first week as a follow up and next week a call with a nutritionist so they had really been amazing. Never feel like I’m alone and can get answers to questions quickly. Overall amazing experience and looking forward to seeing results and sharing those as things progress.

Starting Tirzepatide a week ago. I am 6 pounds down. It curbs your appetite and I have not been snacking like before. I was surprised to see this was actually working. I’m excited to start my second dose to see how much more my weight goes down.

If I could give 0 I would! I wanted to share my experience with MEDVI for anyone considering using them for weight loss medications. This was my first time trying MEDVI for GLP-1 medication, and although I did research beforehand, I clearly didn’t see anything that prepared me for what actually happened. During the signup process, it mentioned that in some cases labs may be required, but it also stated that you would receive your first round of medication and then go from there. I was given the option to speak with a clinician, and I selected no. I proceeded to pay using my FSA/HSA card.

BEWARE. This company charged my account for 450 dollars without ever providing me with a prescription. When I called to ask for my money back they told me that they only thing they could do was send the product and then cancel my account. They will not issue a refund. This company is shady!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company and my experience has been unacceptable. They charged my credit card for several months after cancelation for medications that I never received. I recently contacted Medvi about getting Tirzepatide. They didn't tell me that they offer a compounded GLP-1, that isn't approved by the FDA. I read that the FDA had actually warned them of selling these dangerous compounded drugs for weight loss. I wish that I had been aware of this, and Stefanie Barr, FNP-C. DIDN'T tell me that during my intake. Please, Beware, these compounded drugs are not safe.

My subscription double only after a month of service, trying to cancel my membership twice, both times I got a customer service member who didn't understand English or could actually cancelled my account, it was a nightmare to cancel, several different phone numbers and long hold times, trying again when I have hours to waste, wish me luck!

I think a better description of the process of this program before a person signs up would be helpful. The process for getting the correct dosage was frustrating. I had been on other GLP 1 medication and relayed that to MEDVi but was started out on a minimal dose for an entire month. I have had no side effects from the medicine but I have gained several pounds. I am hopeful to increase dosage on the next refill to see if this medicine is effective, but the process for doing this was also unclear on the website. I was getting texts to fill out a refill only to go to website and see that the refill portion said refill due in 8 days but I couldn’t access the link. The AI help text feature was useful and explained the due date was actually the date the link was open. I am hopeful this medicine works as I signed up for three months. We’ll see.

Extremely easy process. Medication was shipped and delivered within 2 days of registering. MD available for consults. They have an incentive the first month to get started for $179. They use a verified compounding pharmacy in Texas (not using foreign product). The instructions come with very detailed directions and it is very easy to follow. They offer dietician consult as well.

Stay away. This company is a scam. They charged me $400.00 when my subscription was on hold. They said that once they charge me they cannot issue a refund, even though they did not send me any meds. The customer service rep was very rude and just kept on repeating that she could not transfer me to a supervisor. I am now fighting it through my bank. Do not use this company. MEDVi is a rip off, they continue to take your money then they don't send you medication. I tried to cancel and they wouldn't refund my money. It gave me severe stomach pains and migraines. They could care less and took more money without my consent.

The biggest difference for me was how the medication helped regulate my hunger throughout the day. After losing 32 lbs with MEDVi, I’m not constantly thinking about my next meal. It’s freeing to have that mental space back, and it’s made sticking to healthier habits so much easier.

Medvi has been amazing. The process is so fast and efficient. From registering on the site, to receiving my medication was less than a week. Their monthly medication re-ordering process is very simple, and your medication will arrive within a few days. Their prices are great, their customer service is amazing and I have been provided all the tools necessary for a successful weight loss journey. My sleep has improved greatly, as well as my energy levels. I give Medvi a 10 out of 10.

This is nearly the same thing with me. As soon as I got my first prescription I contacted them about falsely representing the tirzepatide. They don’t give you the actual medication, but a combo that has less than 30% of actual tirzepatide. I canceled my subscription at that time. The following month they charged my card even after I canceled and without a refill request on my end. I contacted them promptly and they refused to credit the money back to my account despite their unauthorized charge. They offered to send the medication instead. After 4-5 exchanges with no resolution I had to reach out to my bank for help with their unauthorized charge and also had to get a new bank card to prevent them from doing this again. They are an absolute fraud. Stay away.

I just started my 3rd week with MedVi and my GLP1. I have lost approximately 5 pounds already. The website is simple and easy to use. I have received the support I need and when I have questions it’s been easy to reach out. MedVi has given me the base I need to begin my weight loss journey and hopefully maintain the weight loss long term.

They are horrible from their customer service that you can't understand. YOU DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. They make do you pay for seeing the doctor or nurse. I signed up for 3 months and they say I have to be for 5 months to get my refund that is only 75 percent back. Make sure to ask lots of questions. The meds didn't work at all.

I ordered the semaglutide glp1 dissolvable pills to lose 15 lbs. I am in my 3rd month and have lost nothing. I eat right and exercise to help lose weight and stay healthy. The right portion of foods as well. I had a coach appt and she wanted to get off the phone so fast there was no info or help just to say she met with me. I have been emailing customer service back and forth to get a refund or up the dose or switch to the injections. Well that will cost me more. Not paying for something else that has not worked for me. I got my labs done and I am healthy so there is no reason for me not to lose the weight. This product has not worked for me nor will they give me a refund. Not a happy customer. I was told after the fact that the injectables work better than the pills. So be aware people. It's a lot of money for nothing.

Don't go with this company for weight loss. They are a scam. I ordered this product at the end of March and still did not received anything by first week of April. So I contacted them and apparently you have to speak to a nutritionist and a doctor first before getting started or them shipping the product. I was a little hesitant at first but then decided to move forward with the order. First week of April I get a notice that the product shipped. So when I logged into the patient portal, it shows that the product in fact has not shipped and it also showed they were getting to ship the second the following week. How can they ship a product that takes a month to use and send and second before you will receive the first one?

SCAMMERS!! Do not use this company. It is a complete scam. They charged my card $399 and never even gave me a prescription. I never signed signed up for a revolving account and then they will not give you a refund. A day after I was charged I called them immediately and they denied it. I had to deny the charges on my credit card. I don’t know how this company is still able to operate. They are completely frauds.!

So far, I haven’t lost any weight. I’ve been on the program for almost 5 weeks now. I’ve been working with a nurse practitioners and have decided to switch from the pill to the injection. That is supposed to be arriving any day now. I’m hopeful that the injection will have some results as I’ve been told. The pill is a lot less potent.

I’ve been using this company for 4 months now. Their customer service is HORRIBLE to say the least. They don’t get back to you when you need help. They give suggestions that are never followed through with. The only reason I stayed this long with them is because I didn’t want to start over with another company. One of the suggestions about changing titration they told me to make an appointment with the nurse. The next available one was a MONTH away.

If you do not fill out the required form each month requesting more medication, MEDVI will not send the medication but they will charge you full price of the medication, month after month until you call and cancel the subscription.
