    I did not renew or request medication. They charged me anyway. Over 799 for 2 months and no medication. They refused to refund me the amount they charged. They are cheaters and scam artist. DO NOT USE OR TRUST.

    WARNING - Once you give them your bank/card information there is not way to stop them from charging you. I was charged for 2 months after cancelling with them. The only way to cancel is to send an email. No confirmation or response was ever received in response to multiple cancellation requests. I ended up having to report this item as fraudulent and dispute the charges with my HSA vendor. Saddest thing was I had zero results using their products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    This company is horrible. They more than double the price for the increase in dose. Went from 149.00 to 399.00. Then when you try to cancel they repeatedly charge try to charge your card until they take 400$ even after multiple calls with customer service assuring you your membership has been cancelled! Go somewhere else. This company is the worst!

    Should be zero stars. Do your homework. Wish I would have. Horrible product. If there was actually anything very, very diluted product, canceled after second refill per their policy they charged my card for 2 months before I caught it. They refused to make right. 2 emails saying they would so I will file a complaint every week to Mastercard and FDA. I am not the only one they have done this to. Look it up. They are scanless. They are pulling the same shit as Mochi in Kirkland Washington. Look it up

    I just got off the phone with their customer service. They suck this is the worst customer service place that I have talked to they hang up on you. I told the guy I want my subscription canceled immediately. He's going to try to put it in for next month. Told me, "You got the email." I said, "Wait a minute. I don't trust you guys. Let me read it before you hang up." I read it and I said, "How come it's saying for next month? Do not go in my account and get any money this month. I want it done immediately" and he said, "Oh immediately" and then he hangs up the phone.

    I had to call back and go through it all again and they seen who did it so they apologize but this place is the worst and the price they told me I will be locked in for life of 199 a month. They tried to go in my account today and take out 250 and he said, "Oh they didn't put that Lifetime on here right so I can do it." I don't trust y'all. Now it's supposed to been done last month so cancel it and of course he hung up so I had to call back. I would never get nothing else from this place again. It's the worst and the price isn't worth it either.

    I used MEDVi for about 4 months. After discovering how overpriced they are. I decided to switch providers. When I contacted them to cancel I was told they will schedule the cancellation and refused to refund my payment that had been taken out same day even though I never submitted the required monthly refill form. I was told that regardless of not submitting the required monthly refill form. The payment is a subscription and non refundable. So I asked if I could speak to anyone else about the matter and was told they will just tell you the same thing. My options were to accept receipt of the medication that I couldn’t use since switching, or refuse it. Either way they would not refund the money.

    I started with medvi over six months ago. My medication has been late, the automated refill request form arrives before it is due. When you fill it they respond it’s too early and you need to refill it. They used the bait and switch so I paid twice my initial dosage for months. Upon request to cancel they offered me a lower price. So if I’d have canceled earlier I’d have saved hundreds of dollars. Then they refused to cancel unless I excepted that I’ll be billed one more month, at the high rate. I’m sure this is planned as I got a form letter explaining that I need to pay one more month. This is unethical and I won’t be surprised if we see a class action in the future. Medvi is not reliable when you’re taking it and certainly unreliable about billing and canceling.

    On 5/10/2026, I contacted MEDVi customer service at 585-312-4226 and spoke with a representative who identified himself as Tyler **. I asked for MEDVi’s physical mailing address because I am disputing a charge from MEDVi on my credit card. The representative told me that MEDVi has “no physical address.” I am concerned that the company would not provide a physical address or mailing address for written communication, billing disputes, or formal correspondence. I am requesting that Consumer Affairs review this issue and require MEDVi to provide a valid physical mailing address and appropriate contact information for consumer complaints and billing disputes.

    Steer clear from this company and its greedy money-making scam. They only have compounded GLP, which is not approved by the FDA, and the facility they use has been cited multiple times for violations regards to its methodologies. I was taking the pill form at 400 a month. On the 3rd month, I got an rash on face and neck from taking the pills. I was told to stop taking them. Even though there is data to show these adverse reactions to their compounded versions, they still continue to push them to customers. They know that their version of pill has low bioavailability absorption rates, which requires you to be on it for a long time to see any results. This means more money for them and higher risk to you. Be very careful about doing business with them. They say a money-back guarantee. This is a lie, as they did not refund my money after several requests.

    At first I was impressed with the patient portal, check in virtual apts., and just knowing if I had any side effects I could contact Medvi to discuss. I took for 2 months and then my sister had a stroke so I got off track. Fast forward two months and I was going to start back up. I realized Medvi had charged me 399 x 2 months and never sent my script. When you need to contact them in relation to an issue with meds no problem. I had a very difficult time getting anyone to speak to me about the 800 charges and no pills. I ended up just canceling my account out of frustration but no one would discuss the fact that they charged me two months and never shipped anything. This is not a reputable business.

    Horrendous customer service. They take you money and don't ship out medications. They send vague emails we are so sorry but it's just empty words. They are a scam and should be shut down. Over 280 complaints made against them with BBB. Buyer beware. They are scam artists. When you try to cancel they will give you some bs that it was done timely and keep your money.     Overall I am very satisfied with the program and my progress. The reorder process is simple and the support is very helpful. I did have to pause my subscription back in March due to having a colonoscopy and trying to get my account reactivated was not that simple, however, after several tele-visits, it was straightforward out. Now, due to the delay, I have a full prescription that I haven’t started yet and I am supposed to reorder a new prescription. I’m not sure what the shelf-life of the medication is and I don’t want to get too far ahead with my prescriptions. My progress has been slow, losing roughly 4 lbs per month in the past 6 months. I am ok with this pace as side effects have been very minimal with no nausea, vomiting or constipation. My acid reflux has increased somewhat but has been manageable.     They are very fraudulent, they take money without you receiving the product. If you ask for a cancellation, they give it to where it’s cancelled the next month and they receive another unauthorized payment. On the cancellation, they make you check that you do not want a refund, before you can even cancel. Who doesn’t want a refund of $300, especially when no product was received?

    I recently used MEDVi and overall I would say my experience was okay.     This operation is a scam. Period. MEDVi providers do not participate in scheduled appointments and then when you attempt to cancel, they waste your time lowering the price of the pharmaceuticals to try and get you to stay.     The phone conversation and wait times were ridiculous for what I was trying to accomplish, which was to simply pay.     This company has multiple problems. Onboarding is easy but I guess it should be when they want money. After the first month the price increased. I had an idea it was going to happen but just out of curiosity I went to the chat in the portal and asked why. Now I was taking the oral Semiglutide. (SP?) It was more expensive from the start. But the CS rep didn't check my file and told me from the start that I was supposed to be paying $100 less than I was both the 1st and second month. So I explained to her the confusion she was causing and since customer service was causing it how about a discount. Of course they said no and argued, so I asked to cancel the account and when I did there was a discount offer to not cancel. Hmmm, makes you wonder right.

    Next taking the oral med I actually gained 10 lbs over six weeks. Upon stopping the med I lost 5 of those lbs within 3 days. I talked to my Dr. and he assumed that they weren't even giving meds with the actual dose or a placebo all together but there's no way to tell except no side effects and weight gain. Don't trust or use this company.

    Very disappointing experience with Medvi. I signed up for only 3 months of medication and canceled my subscription on January 12, 2026. Even though I was charged for the 3rd shipment, the medication was never sent, and I had to make 10–15 follow-up calls over several months just to receive the order I had already paid for. After finally receiving the medication in April for the shipment charged in January, Medvi charged me again on May 4 and is now refusing to issue a refund. The entire process was frustrating, misleading, and poorly handled. Customers should be very careful with their subscription and billing practices.

    I ordered and received my shipment without issue. My problems started when I called to make sure that I was not auto-charged in 3 months. The customer service rep said that I was too early to cancel (?) and to call back closer to renewal time. I called back a month later, and the rep said that I had already been moved to "non-renewal status" due to my previous call. I asked for assurances, and they said not to worry about it. Well, sure enough, I look at my bank statement, and they charged me AGAIN! I called and called to try to make sure that they did not send another 3 month supply. I got someone on the phone, and they mysteriously had no record of my three attempts to cancel.

    The rep said that the bosses meet and handle things on a case-by-case basis. They decided that I could get my money back, but they were still going to keep $100 of MY MONEY because I did not request cancellation at the "right time". So, MEDVi owes me $100, and I would appreciate it if they made things right with me. I am looking for another 3-month supply, but I do not trust MEDVi!

    I have been trying for 6 weeks to get a letter of medical necessity and every time I call, they say that it will be done and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted them at least 6 times via phone and chat. My HSA is going to be locked because of this. I don't understand that customer service can actually see my letter but can't email it and it has to go to an email department. Why wouldn't it be uploaded to my portal? Horrible follow-up. And you can't get an appt with the doctor if it isn't related to your actual weight loss.

    I paid $400 for one month of compounded tablets glp-1 to test if my body would accept them. They were 2.5 mg. Then I paid $800 for a 3 month supply that stepped up to 6mg, 12mg, 18 mg. At the end, I only lost 1-2 lbs. I would definitely not recommend this company. They falsely indicated I could lose the 23lbs I wanted to lose in that 4 months which I didn't. I followed the exact directions for how to take the pill. There were no supportive emails or brochures, just some generic emails and a little piece of paper with basic printed instructions. They would not give me any refund for the $1200 I wasted.

    I was with them for 4 months on a GP1 compound. Started in January. Every month I increased my dosage. I changed my eating habits but saw no real change. I weighed almost the same after 3 months. I tried to cancel a few days after my payment was taken out had not reorder a prescription and they still wouldn't refund me. I had to order a new prescription that I'm sure will not work. I was with a different company prior to switching to Medvi. With the other company I saw weight loss results quickly but thought I would try a cheaper supplier. Couldn't be that different. Boy was I wrong. It's a waste of money so cheaper is not always better.

When I called to cancel, they informed me they do not offer refunds.     I've been researching Tirzepatide sources for weeks. Despite my clear instructions that I only wanted a month-to-month service and I had a fixed budget for the medication, they still signed me up with an introductory offer that doubled in the second month. I only knew this by looking around in my patient portal - not because I agreed to it, and not because the salesperson explained it to me. I caught this within 3 days of the signup, before medication had been shipped, and they will not refund the money I spent. I've cancelled the service which should stop the medication production, so I won't actually receive anything, yet they refuse to refund my money.

    The sales people are sneaky - you can't see what they actually order for you or see the terms of the so-called "agreement" until after they take your money. Be sure to clarify any "introductory" offers and get your own recording of the phone call, if possible. Very disappointed. Forbes ranked MEDVi one of their top providers - I guess that was little more than an advertising article, not an actual objective ranking. Shame on all of them!

    They lied to me saying I was locked in for the price of 199 entire time on meds and to get it I just needed to sign up. That was a lie. As soon as I received payment confirmation it said on email it was a start up and that after it would revert back to 399 a month. Rep told me it was not on auto pay. Account says it is. Email also said I was not approved till I did first appointment which I never scheduled or did.

    After seeing price difference, I requested refund less then 30 min of sign up. They refused started to tell me they already approved and processed meds. They lied. Also spoke to manager he tells me how process works instead of refunding after being advised that his employ lie to get me to sign up and another admitted it was false info givin. Manager then sends email stating my first appointment I canceled and needed to reschedule even though I recorded me telling him I never made one. I got text telling me to make appointment so they can approve and process and they still refuse to refund. Credit card company is now disputing so I can get money back. Scammed for sure. Don't use them, run.

    The company is disingenuous to the point of dishonesty. I cancelled my subscription in February, was billed in March but no product was delivered. Multiple reach outs and multiple calls later I was told that there was no possibility of a refund but I could order the product that I didn't actually want. Ordering the product took multiple calls lasting more than an hour and a half and my calls were dropped twice. Absolutely do not recommend.

    Don’t get caught up with this company! I ordered the 4 part ED meds for $200 a month. Their “doctor” did not approve it for me but instead of telling me first, she automatically ordered me a two part medication for the same price. I was not interested in taking this med.     Medvi is not a trustworthy company. I cancelled my subscription the day after I was charged because I thought I was receiving an oral pill glp-1 for $149 a month, but it turns out that is for the injectable version. So I requested they cancel via their chat tool and was led to believe that was done. Then I received a $349 charge weeks later, and they claimed that I had cancelled only my injectable subscription but switched over to the oral subscription.

    I messaged them the same morning the charge showed and explained the situation. They claimed they were not able to find the previous chat and that even though the medication hadn't been shipped, they could not refund it. So at best, it was a misunderstanding on their part (though, conveniently, they can't pull up the chat data from their own website) and at worst, it is a misleading and intentional way to continue charging for a subscription that should have been cancelled. I would highly recommend you not do business with this company.

When I call customer service, they say they cannot reimburse me for the $800 because it is against their policy. They also state that there are no supervisors or managers available to speak to and no corporate number that I can call. According to the women I spoke with, it's just a free-for-all frat house and no one reports up through anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. As for customer service they are HORRIBLE the lady left me in tears not caring about anything!!!     If I could give no stars I would. I signed up for a 6 month prescription. The cost for 6 months was $199.99 a month. The first charge on my card was $199. I figured that because I used a FSA card they would just charge monthly. In all of the information I was told that I had to fill out an update and it was reviewed by a doctor before my next months prescription. This was to be done on the 15th. On the 12th they charged my card $399. When I contacted Medvi to ask why was I already charged and why was I charged $399 instead of $199.

    When I said that I had signed up for the 6 month deal they said it was to late. They would not make it right even though I signed up for the 6 month program. So I said that I would just cancel then. They said it was to late to cancel. I was told that I had to the 15th for the next month. I was told it was to late. It's been 2 months fighting over the charge. They will not refund me and haven't sent medication. I have been charged $399 and no medication. I had to cancel my card to stop the charges. Totally dishonest company. They just steal your money.

    I signed up for Medvi subscription, I never received any product, I reviewed my statement's and I had been charged twice for $114 each. I reached out to Medvi and ended up exchanging emails with 7 different people! Turns out I needed to do an interview with a "Doctor" before my product was sent. I was never notified of this. Medvi charged my card twice even though no product was ever sent. I requested to cancel my subscription and a refund on 4/8/26. I never received a refund and in the patient portal, it showed me as still active. I called them today, 4/28/26 and was told no refunds were possible, but they could cancel the subscription. Now I have to reach out to my bank and dispute charges. Never received the product and yet they won't refund my money.

Complaint Details: I am filing a complaint against MEDVI regarding deceptive billing practices and failure to properly cancel a subscription service. MEDVI advertises a weight loss medication program for $299.11 per month. As part of the program, customers are required to complete a monthly form providing the same medical information already on file with the prescribing doctor. This requirement was not clearly disclosed as an ongoing obligation tied to billing. You will be billed whether you fill out the feedback papers or not. More importantly, MEDVI does not clearly disclose that they will continue charging customers even if they no longer wish to participate in the program. They also do not provide a functional or accessible way to cancel the subscription online.

    I have been charged repeatedly despite only receiving one month of medication:

    February 16, 2026: $299.11
    March 16, 2026: $299.11

    April 13, 2026: $299.11

    I attempted to resolve this issue through multiple channels: Used their online chat feature several times, which did not resolve the issue. There is no way to cancel on their website. Called customer service twice, but communication was ineffective and did not lead to resolution. Their answering services is very difficult to understand and may be located overseas. They won't reimburse you for medication that you never received. Despite these efforts, the company has continued to charge my account without providing the corresponding product or allowing me to cancel the service.

    Desired Resolution: Immediate cancellation of my subscription. Refund of unauthorized charges beyond the one month of medication received. Additional Notes: The company’s lack of a clear cancellation process and continued billing without consent appears to be deceptive and unfair to consumers. In addition to the negative review, I have filed complaints with the FTC (#**) and with the BBB.

    This product does not work. Do not waste your money. I cancelled their services and was still charged 2 months for medication I never received or requested. When I asked for a refund, they would not reimburse my money back. Their reasoning was that they never received my first request to cancel and that they needed a 30 day notice for cancellation per policy (which was not found). That is not good business. Their concoction of Semaglutide was not effective for me. Do not order from this company. I repeat. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

    I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy do business with this horrible company! The customer service is rude, and it’s almost impossible to cancel! They called to cancel the subscription I never agreed to, and the car straight up said their policy is that memberships can’t be cancelled, so when you sign up for one month they take it upon themselves to enroll you into a recurring plan! If you’ve done business with them I strongly suggest that you cancel your credit card, and have it reissued with a new number! Then their administration doses are strange, they’re saying 37.7 units on an insulin syringe that jumps from 30 to 40! If you’ve done business can’t see well or calculate dosing this isn’t the company to do business with. Syringes should’ve had .5 increments on them! I’m not sure how this is even legal! Seems like a class action lawsuit should be filed!!

    If I could give a zero score, I would. After signing up for this product with a $179 offer, my bank account was automatically charged $399.01 without my authorization. I have not placed a second order. I have not received an additional order. I requested a refund only to be told that the upcharge is listed in the Q and A section of the advertisement. I have been denied a refund as I would have never agreed to pay $150 more than what I can pay for the same product locally. They took money out of my account without me knowing and refuse to give it back. Each month, it will go higher. Do not be drawn into the fraudulent practices of this unknown company!

    I had an absolutely horrible experience! The first week I did the shot I violently threw up for over 4 hours. It was painful and very unexpected. I spoke to “patient care” and thought it might be food poisoning. They told me to contact them immediately if it happened again. It did. Same exact experience the second week. I immediate contacted “customer care”. They sent me an email response to go see my GP or emergency room if I felt it necessary. I wanted to talk to a real person so I continued to reach out for 5 day. Each response from the (some taking 48+ hours) were all in email form. Comparing the emails they appear to written with Ai and offered no real help and absolutely no concern for what was happening to me after doing the shot. It took 8 days from the second violent vomiting episode for them to finally call me.

    They left a message to call a general number. They do not care about their patients. These instances should be taken seriously. Since their GLP 1’s do not come from FDA approved providers mine may have been contaminated. Who knows? They clearly did not want to try and figure out why I was getting so sick from the shots the provided. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

    Complaint: I am filing this complaint regarding unsafe product conditions and unauthorized billing practices by MEDVi. The initial medication I received appeared to have been tampered with. The green cap and safety seal were not intact upon arrival, which made the product unsafe to administer. Because of this, I did not use the medication and immediately contacted the company to request a replacement.

    Despite multiple requests, MEDVi failed to provide a replacement or resolve the issue. Instead, I was subsequently charged $399.99 without my authorization or prior notification. I did not receive any replacement product. To date, I have been charged a total of $599.98 ($199.99 + $399.99) for a product that I could not safely use and never received in proper condition. I also spent over two hours on the phone attempting to resolve this matter, without any satisfactory outcome.

    * A full refund of $599.98
    * Written confirmation that my account has been closed
    * Assurance that no further charges will be made

    * Confirmation that my payment information has been removed from their system

    I used Medvi for about 8 months. The main issue that I had was that even when I requested nausea medication with my injection meds, the prescription almost NEVER got sent in like I requested. I did lose a good amount of weight on the meds and almost reached my goal weight but because of the indigestion and nausea combined with the amount of hair loss that I have experienced from the medication, I decided to not complete my refill request assuming that I would no longer be charged if I wasn't ordering the medication. Boy was I wrong! I have not received a refill in 5 months and was still charged $299 each month.

    I sent an email to the address they have listed and did receive a call confirming that my subscription would be cancelled but was told (via email not on the phone) that I could not get a refund for the $1,196 that was charged to my credit card since my last refill. I will be taking the matter up with my credit card company which will be a huge headache that could have been avoided. Had I realized how poor the customer service would have been, I would have chosen a different company for my GLP-1.

    Everything about this process has been wrong. I got prescribed the wrong medication, no doctor or PA ever called me, reviewed blood work or even asked me actual questions.     I researched the "best" GLP providers, and this company showed up on several lists. When the customer service agent reached out to me following my website inquiry, she told me I qualified for a special discount for the first month of tirzepatide, so rather than pay $179 I'd pay $149 for the first month. Great! Sign me up. We ONLY talked about tirzepatide. A day later I received a notification that my semaglutide was on its way. She changed my order without telling me, and the company will not correct the mistake, telling me the $149 is the correct price for semaglutide. I could have gotten my first dose of semaglutide cheaper at almost any other company. I feel like the victim of a "bait and switch." I won't be using this provider for any future GLP needs.

    MEDVi charged me for a program renewal of $747.01 before I was finished with my first program. I contacted MEDVI immediately to take the charge off and issue me full credit. They said I did not notify them per the terms and I argued the new program wasn't set until the end of the month. They made it very difficult to cancel and I let them know I couldn't cancel on the patient portal since it wasn't an option. They offered me a partial refund but still charged me for a pharmacy charge of $250.00 since they started the renewal. This is a total rip-off!

    I was honestly excited to start my GLP-1 journey with MEDVi, I paid the initial consultation fee of $199 and spoke to an online doctor. I am currently on a medication that the online doctor said I needed to get a letter from my current physician to ensure the two medications didn’t interact. Well my appointment wasn’t for another month. During this time, $399 was again charged to my bank account, no medication. BTW they say it is $199 a month when you sign up, so beware of that up charge in the fine print. ( SUPER SHADY) I finally got in and saw my physician and received the letter stating it was ok to start GLP-1 meds.

    Well, while selecting a pharmacy to get my prescription, it stated I would be charged another $199. At this point I was done. I gave $600 to this corrupt company for nothing in return. I am writing this review as something from a real person and not a bot used by those scammers to make them look good. A 4.9 review is from thousands of bots writing reviews.     Honestly I had tried a lot of things before this. Different diets, calorie tracking, a couple of apps that I used for about three weeks each. Nothing really stuck.     These people just lie and cheat. I had severe allergic reaction my Dr. told me to stop it immediately after performing my blood work test. I didn’t lose any weight on contrary I have been hungry like crazy. Everyone associated with this place is dishonest and they just give you run around. She refused to provide her medical license number (which is public record) yet she claimed to be practicing in State of Texas. I need to take it with my credit card provider. It’s complete nightmare experience. Be advised these medications pills or injections are NOT FDA approved period. Don’t get tricked the way I was go to your medical provider and let them prescribe you and help you with your weight loss journey! They deserve zero stars 💯

    I’ve been on GLP-1 medications for years, so I know what works for me. This company started me on very low doses that had absolutely no effect, and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars for nothing. After my second prescription, I told them I wanted to cancel. I was assured that my prescription would be placed on hold until I could speak with one of their doctors. When I finally spoke with the doctor, I was told they could not increase my dosage and that I should look for another provider.

    I called immediately after that conversation and canceled my account. Despite this, they charged my credit card $399 the same day and shipped the prescription anyway—even after telling me I would be getting a refund. From there, I was given the runaround. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept trying to offer discounts on future prescriptions if I stayed, which completely missed the point. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I ended up wasting around $1,000 with nothing to show for it. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled billing and cancellation.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a weight loss program through my job and chose MEDVi, where I was given the option between injections or pills. I initially selected the injection, but when the medication arrived along with the instructions, I quickly realized how intimidating the process was. I was not comfortable administering the shot myself. Since I had not opened the package, I contacted their customer service to ask if I could return the injections and switch to the pills instead. Unfortunately, I was told that because the medication had already been shipped, they could not accept a return or issue a refund. The only option offered was to wait until the following month and purchase the pills separately. That didn’t sit right with me, so I decided at that point that I no longer wanted to do business with them.

    Afterward, I remembered my cousin is a registered nurse, so I asked her to administer the injection for me. While I do take responsibility for initially choosing the injection without fully thinking it through, what happened next was even more disappointing. The product simply did not work for me at all. I experienced no appetite suppression, no noticeable changes—nothing. It honestly felt like I paid $299 for something ineffective, like a placebo. I was still eating the same and saw zero results.

    On top of that, their customer service experience made things worse. There was no flexibility, no willingness to work with me, and no real support when I had concerns. Bottom line: Between the lack of results and poor customer service, I feel like I wasted my money. I would strongly recommend going through your doctor or a trusted medical provider instead of using this service.

    I order the first month with their discount. I still had medication at the end of the month but completed the refill form thinking I'd be talking with their MD again. They charged my credit card then sent the new medication. When I called they said because I completed the refill was why the renewal went through, so the following month I was going to delay to complete the refill form because I still had medication from the first and now second month. They still charged my credit card and said if I canceled my subscription without completing the refill form I wouldn't get a refund nor would I get anything for the money. They hide your credit card/billing information so you can't change it and then keep charging and blame the small writing in the contract. They will not give any refund with or without a refill!

    Buyer Beware- These guys make it so easy to buy GLP online which is what I did. For $199 I ordered my GLP1. I received some emails regarding my charge for $199 and a patient portal which I did not want to create a login for. I received my shipment for $199 and did not need anything else. Little did I know they were going to charge me $399 month for nothing. They charged me 3 times for a total of $1200, I received nothing; no shipments, no calls and just marketing emails. I called and the customer service guy was very seasoned in this scenario and said, no refunds but we will cancel your subscription. Their website is very misleading, home page says nothing about a subscription.

    I signed up for a subscription for oral/pill semaglutide. The company kept sending me injections and upcharging me for pills, but never actually sending me pills. The customer service agents, and there were several, repeatedly told me that they would send pills, but I only ever received injections. They never fixed the issue, and I was stuck with months of injections that I never ordered or wanted. They happily took all my money and only refunded the pill upcharges, but gladly kept the injection money for the injections I never ordered. Worst company ever. Stay away from them.

I was given a dose with red substance inside when I reached out to ask why they said it was B12. This does not even look like what they have on the picture in the website.     I signed up for MedVi in early February, 2026. I changed my mind within the week and decided I would rather go through my regular in person physician for this service and canceled my subscription. I had never met with any of their physicians, sent in any medical history or lab work. They refunded the $149 that I paid, and by 2/14/26 it was over and done. On April 18th, I was notified by my credit card that I had been charged $299 from MedVi. When I called them, I was told my account had been reactivated, and I was charged a month's subscription. I told them I had not reactivated it and thought my account had been canceled in February, but they refused to refund the $299. I also will not get the medication since I never met with their doctors or had lab work done for them, so they basically reactivated my account and stole $300 from my credit card.

    Medication was totally ineffective! I did reach out and was instructed to increase the dose and still ineffective. I had recent lab work done and there was no issue and did regular workouts at the gym as I had always done. I would not recommend this medication and be aware only a PARTIAL REFUND will be given even if you don't use the full prescription.

    MEDVi charges you before all the paperwork is finished, and will not send the medication or refund. You have to check a box saying you consent to automatic monthly renewals. I do not consent so I can't proceed with the paperwork, they refuse to send a refund. Still an ongoing battle. Do not use this company, you will regret it.

    I had a good experience with MEDVi up until I canceled my membership. At the time of cancellation, I still had three prepaid months remaining. Shortly after canceling, my dosage was reduced without any explanation. Prior to this, my experience had been positive, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. I even recommended the service to two other people. I chose to cancel because of concerns about how far in advance they attempted to renew my membership. However, when I reached out to ask about the unexplained dosage change after canceling, communication stopped entirely. This was a noticeable shift from the level of service I had received before.     Be aware of the cancellation policy. I decided I was done taking the medication due to it not being effective. I also noticed that they kept increasing my original weight, I assume to make the weight loss look more impressive than it actually was. Every month, they send an email/text saying it's time to renew your prescription. At that point, you fill out a questionnaire, and it is reviewed by a member of their staff. Within a few days, they approve it and get it processed. I assumed that I could wait for that email and then not refill the prescription, thus cancelling my subscription. Instead, I received an email saying my payment was processed for the next month on Friday. On Sunday, I received the email saying it's time to refill. I responded that I wanted to cancel, which I had to do online. I then asked for a refund since I never refilled my prescription, and they refused.

    Quoted from Medvi: "To clarify how the MEDVi Subscription Service works, the monthly fee covers continuous access to our providers, care support, and the patient portal. This subscription is billed automatically each month to ensure there is no lapse in your access to care. Because your subscription was active at the time of the April 10th billing, and per our policy which states that all sales are final once processed (except in cases of medical disqualification), we are unable to issue a refund for this cycle." Two days of access to care support I never used the entire time (let alone those two days) cost me $399.01. Terrible, just terrible.

First, I set up an appointment to meet with a care specialist and every time I tried to log in with my correct name that was visible on my account, it said incorrect name and would not let me access my appointment. When I called customer service to have them issue me a refund on a product I never received, they would not issue me a refund, but said I could have my product (no kidding, I paid for it!). Now that are trying to say I need to fill out an intake refill form to get my product that I never received, so why should I have to fill out a Refill Form??? Horrible customer service and bad business practices! So disappointed, I just want my refund!!
