I strongly caution anyone considering MedVi to read all terms extremely carefully before using this service. My experience was unacceptable. I initially enrolled based on advertising that promoted month-to-month treatment with “no subscription” and the impression that continuation required active renewal. The medication price also increased significantly after the first month. After taking the product for approximately three months with no meaningful results, I switched to another GLP-1 provider and experienced immediate benefit, reinforcing my concerns about value relative to cost.

I made the decision NOT to continue treatment after month three and did not intend to renew services. Despite this, my account was charged $299.00. When I contacted customer support to dispute the charge and explained that I did not wish to continue, I was told the charge would remain but that medication would be shipped and services canceled afterward. While this was not my preferred resolution, I accepted under the assumption that I would at least receive the medication already paid for.

However, when attempting to complete the process, I was informed that additional bloodwork—at added cost—would now be required before medication would be dispensed. In effect, I was charged for medication I neither wanted renewed nor could access without incurring further expense. Customer service interactions appeared heavily automated, making it difficult to obtain accountability or meaningful support.

    Consumers deserve transparency regarding:

    • Recurring billing practices
    • Renewal requirements
    • Additional costs associated with treatment continuation

    • Conditions required before fulfillment of already-charged prescriptions

If advertising suggests “month-to-month” and “no subscription,” those representations should align with actual billing practices and cancellation procedures. Businesses operating in healthcare and prescription services carry a heightened responsibility for clear disclosures and ethical customer treatment. I am actively pursuing reimbursement of the $299 charge and documenting all communications. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. My advice: review every billing term in writing, save screenshots of advertisements, and monitor charges closely.

After paying $837 for 3 months, there was Zero weight loss. Followed the directions. Started with 3mg, then 6mg and 12mg for the last month. I have been ripped off by MEDVI. When I ordered their product, they said it was money back guarantee. When I was sent a message to refill, I called and canceled. Why would I pay so much for something that does NOT do anything for me. When I called customer service, they said there is no record of my account. Bad company.

I specifically signed up for Tirzepatide and didn't realize until 6 weeks in my 3 months I paid for upfront that it was a regular glp-1. I took it as prescribed, ate a high protein, no carbs diet and exercised, drank 70-80 ounces of water per day. Never lost a pound in 3 months. A total waste of the almost $800 I spent out of pocket for a drug I could've gotten cheaper at the pharmacy from my own doctor.

Reactivate the account. Get a consultation. Membership expired." Just back and forth to wear you down so they keep your money and you never get what you paid for.

This company is a scam! Please do not use them. They give you confusing information so they can bill you. They tell you that a refill request is required, however, they refill it without you completing the request. Customer service is very difficult to understand. I had issues with them charging me twice. The first time, I was promptly refunded. This second time, I had to talk to 3 people, still no refund notice, and you have to actually call to cancel, which it is not clear.

If I have the option to cancel my account online, that should be enough. I cancelled it on 5/13, they illegally refilled and charged me on 5/21. The meds don't work at all, apparently the compounding is subpar. Disputed the charges with my credit card company, and called. After a 30 minute conversation, I still don't have a clue what he said, as he was difficult to understand. They are not accredited with the BBB, which tells you a lot. Do your research up front. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

MEDVI has reached out and will make this right by refunding me my $279.00. I am not giving them 5 stars because it took a negative review for someone to hear me and reach out to me with a solution. I do appreciate the fact that Kimberly contacted me and is working with me on this.

This is a total scam! They offered a great deal with me paying a little bit over $200 on first purchase and then when it was time to refill the cost was around $400 for a 30 day supply. I contacted them asking to cancel my subscription in March 2026, which they email me saying they have cancelled it. In April 2026 they charged my C.C another $200+ & never send me the refill. I’m disputing this unauthorized charge through my C.C company because I have emailed MEDVI several times asking them to refund me my money and crickets. No one is responding to my emails anymore.

In the beginning my experience with MedVi was good but after 2 months it went downhill fast. I went to see my primary care physician in my town and was advised to stop taking the injections immediately. Her reasoning is that you don’t know what actual compounds they are using, she couldn’t control the dosage amount, and if any side effects or illnesses came up she couldn’t pinpoint what would be the cause.

I wasn’t due to be charged, according to their 28 day billing cycle until that Friday and it was only Monday. I called to cancel, filled out the cancellation they sent, and even got a confirmation. Even after all of that they charged my bank 5 days early. I sent emails, text messages, and even called to no avail. I finally filed fraud charges with my bank. During all of this I asked for license and NPI numbers for the doctors, because they do by law have to be licensed in your state to provide medical care of any kind. They never provided any documentation to that effect so now I will be turning everything over to the national medical board and my states attorney general for investigation. Be careful and get all information before doing anything with this fraudulent company.

They more than double the price when they increase in dose without telling you. Went from $149.00 to $399.00. It’s virtually impossible to find the way to cancel your subscription! Then when you try to cancel they repeatedly try to charge your card until you are about to lose your mind! Endless wait times on hold when attempting to speak with customer service usually end up with being disconnected after 30+ minutes, and if you do get through they still won’t assure you your membership has been cancelled! Just like 50% of the reviews here for Medvi, I was charged after requesting a cancellation. Not only would they not refund me, when I asked to have my account temporarily reactivated so I could fill out the refill form for the almost $400 prescription I unwilling paid for, I was told explicitly, when asked, that I would not be charged for the temporary reactivation and once I had access to submit the form and then contact them to ensure no charges would be made and that cancellation was made. Not surprisingly, I was indeed charged AGAIN, that very moment, and after speaking with several representatives on chat and on the phone, was told they do not issue refunds.

In the beginning I really enjoyed the program. I lost 6lbs the first month. But at the low doses it was not curbing my appetite for the full week. I told the doctors when I went for my refill that, and they did not increase my dosage. I was on the shot a while ago and I told them that 30ml was a good dose for me. And I am now on my second month and haven't lost any weight. And it doesn't feel like it's working at this dose. If they don't increase my dose to at least 30 next month I won't be continuing this program. I dont want to waste money on such a low dose that isnt working. The best part about the program is the patient experience team. Jassy has been amazing. Hoping to update my review if things improve.

I paid Medvi over $300 on April 17th. It's May 15th, and I canceled before I got charged again because I did not want to pay almost $200 again without a single prescription being sent to me or any service whatsoever. I attempted multiple times via chat and phone call to determine why I had not received any medication and was told to fill out the refill form. Which is ludicrous because how can I refill medication I never received in the first place?? I was told my issues was being sent up the chain and within a day, I would receive a form email telling me to fill out the refill form.

When I called to cancel, I told them I never received medication or any service from them, and they refused to refund me. I told them multiple times that I never received any medication and they kept saying the refund policy says they can't refund me because I had received medication, and I kept telling them I didn't. On the dashboard of the Medvi log in page, it has always stated that my prescription was being reviewed by the team and has never said anything different, and the refill form was grayed out and cannot be accessed by me. Medvi is a scam; they take my money and give me nothing. Scam.

This did not align with my understanding when beginning working with them. I was also charged $120 more than what I had signed up for. I did not see the projected loss even with following the protein intake and calories intake to the letter. So I requested my subscription be cancelled. They told me it would be cancelled that day.

I was then billed $399.01 two weeks later and when I repeated called them about it, they stated I did not follow the cancel link I was provide (a link was never provided) and that they would not refund or cancel the billing, even though I had not and would not be receiving any product associated with the billing from them. I have also found out that the federal government has placed them on notice for fraudulent product claims that violated various federal drug laws and informed them this can result in Federal charges, if not corrected immediately. (this is public record ) I will be speaking with a lawyer next week and seeking damages for fraudulent billing and fraudulent product supply. I strongly recommend not doing business with them.
