    I haven't had much issue at first. My video calls are never on time and sometimes I would wait 20 minutes, then I get marked as I missed the appointment, even though a doc never came! Also had issues with the video call working. My main issue came through last month when my meds arrived warm. I live in the SW and it's very hot here. Over 110 regularly. I used the first month that arrived warm, but my injection sites got hard and extremely itchy. When the next shipment arrived late and outright HOT, I contacted customer service about getting replacement meds.

    I was told there's no reason, the meds have to be over a certain temp to be an issue. When I replied, it was OVER the temp they listed, I was again told no. I spoke to the nurse in a video call and they told me there was likely an issue with the meds since I had a strange reaction and they said they would escalate the issue as well. I am waiting DAYS to get responses. They sent me hot meds and want me to just deal at $399...I gained weight with the last bottle. No way. Do better. This is my first step in trying to rectify this situation. I will continue to escalate this until it becomes a legal matter since they don't want to respond.

    I am on my 5th dose of compound ** and here's my experience. At first understanding how their billing cycle works was a little confusing as they start their billing cycle from the first day of sign up not when you receive your meds so definitely talk with them on when the next billing date will be and if it takes some time from when you sign up versus your first injection. Typically fill out a form, then schedule a time to meet with a provider. If approved the provider will submit a rx and supply order and if need a nausea med order as well which is all included in the price. Then the pharmacy gets it and within 5 days you receive your medication via FedEx or Ups. You'll get tracking but I didn't have to sign for it.

    After my 4th dose I got another appt to check in on how I'm doing and also labs were sent to quest and that's included in the price. You can also have a health coach appt if you want but it's not mandatory, free as well. Introductory cost was 279.00 and after that it's 399.50 each month or you can choose a multi month plan for cheaper rate. Also I was reached out to by a wonderful patient experience team member who has been there for me every step of the way and my basic lifeline if I didn't know what to do next, etc. They use legitimate providers and pharmacies as I work for a pharmacy as well but they just don't dispense these meds. I gave this review 4 stars as the site could be better and more user friendly.

    If I could give MEDVi negative stars I would. The medication they give is completely ineffective. I'm convinced it's placebo. They take your money each month and will not send product or credit you, so in essence, they have stolen $800 from me. Do NOT fall for this scam as I did. They are not a legitimate business.

    BBB Complaint Draft – Ready to Submit. Complaint Summary: Misleading medication substitution, unauthorized charge, and refusal to provide timely refund. Complaint Description: On August 25, 2025, I submitted my information through Medvi’s website for Tirzepatide, a medication I specifically requested and am professionally familiar with as a licensed medical provider. I paid $1,314.01, expecting to receive Tirzepatide. Without my knowledge or consent, Medvi substituted the medication with a cheaper and incorrect alternative. I contacted the company immediately upon noticing the error and was informed Tirzepatide was “more expensive” — a fact that was not stated anywhere clearly on their website at the time of purchase.

    I promptly requested a cancellation and full refund. Over the next 10+ days, I sent multiple emails and made repeated phone calls. I was continually told that someone would follow up with me — no one did. Eventually, I was informed that a full refund was not possible due to a “subscription” I had supposedly signed up for — a term or condition I was never clearly made aware of during the ordering process. After more than 15 days, I received an email stating that $100 would be deducted from my refund for an “assessment,” despite having contacted the company to cancel within five minutes of submitting my payment.

    This experience reflects a lack of transparency, misleading advertising, and poor customer service. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card provider and am filing this formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Desired Outcome: I am requesting a full refund of $1,314.01, without deductions, as the product was substituted without consent, and cancellation was requested immediately after payment.

    Currently going into my second month using MEDVi. I have no complaints. Package arrived in a timely manner. Easy to reach for customer service/questions. I have not had any issues while taking the medication. They did prescribe me a pill that would help with nausea but I have yet to experience any type of pains or sickness after taking my medication. I feel like it has been assisting in curbing my appetite to an extent.

    DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Ordered meds on the 28th of August, still no meds and it is now September 10th. Have called several times and always told a different excuse as to why I have not received my meds! I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering for here. Such a waste of my time and money!

    Do Not go through this company. They start off with decent prices however it doubles the second month. I tried to schedule a care appointment and no times were available. They say they offer 24 hour support but that is just to get you the injections not for other stuff. I would go with Hers or Found. They also sell your number and information to telemarketers.

    I was sent this product for 1 month and never told that I would be entered into a monthly subscription where I would be charged $399 per month. When I saw the charge on my credit card, I called the billing department and each time was told that "the system was down" and I would have to call again. I never received any products or services after the initial month but continued to be charged monthly. When I finally spoke to someone, they refused to issue a refund. They claim to have a customer satisfaction guarantee, but this is untrue. The one month of product that I did receive was in an improperly labeled bottle and seemed to be some type of chewable vitamin. I highly question the legitimacy of this company.

    I canceled my order within one hour after making it. Requested a refund. Was sent an email the next day stating that my cancellation and refund was granted. Two days later I received an email stating that a shipment label with tracking was created. I called customer service and was told that my order could not be cancelled because a shipment had been made. I canceled right away, was emailed that my cancellation and refund was granted prior to shipment. Now I am having to dispute through my credit card company.

    MEDVi was very easy to start up, communication is very good between scheduling, customer service, coaches, nurses and follow up reps that help the process. The shipment comes very fast. The only reason I did not give 5 stars yet is because I have just started and not sure if results yet but definitely feeling good on the medicine with minimal side effects.     I was advertised that Rx would be sent within 48 hours in most cases. Nothing has been sent yet, but “most cases” covers Medvi on that end. My frustration is that I have been charged nearly $300 for nothing. I was asked to complete labs but told I did not have to submit them for Rx to be sent. I have an upcoming PCP appt at the end of the month and planned to complete labs there. Now I get an email stating nothing can move forward until labs are completed and I meet with my provider. This is false advertising. It’s one thing to be deceptive about how easy it will be to get meds (meds I have been on through my PCP for a year until insurance decided not to cover them). But it’s another to charge me hundreds for a few emails, lie about whether labs are needed, and to continue moving the goal posts for when I’ll receive the meds I am paying for.

    I've been with Medvi for about 2 months now and have lost around 30 pounds so far. I am naturally skeptical of offers on the internet as there are so many scams around. After some research, I settled on Medvi. My experience has been nothing but positive so far. The initial set up easy and the medication ships directly to your door. Medvi is in constant communication tracking your shipment. The box arrives neatly packaged in a styrofoam cooler with ice pack. Easy to follow instructions for the injections. It's nice to have an assistant when you first start to draw the medication but certainly isn't necessary. Delivering the medication is painless as the needle is so small. Within 12 hours my appetite was much less than prior. I almost had to force myself to eat protein. I basically eat half of what I was eating before, some by choice as I want to give myself the best chance at losing the weight.

    I try to drink as much water as I can during the day- up to a gallon. Staying hydrated is also key. Re-ordering the medication is quite simple as well. Once inside your patient portal you fill out a refill request where they ask simple medical review questions to make sure you are doing okay with the medication. Once complete, the medical staff reviews and the new prescription is mailed out to your door. It's pretty seamless. Overall, I couldn't be happier with results. The medication alone definitely curbs your appetite but you can help yourself by drinking the water, avoiding alcohol and eating whole foods with good protein intake.

    My wife and decided to use this company. The meds were discounted for the first month and now I know why. Instead of receiving a 4 week supply as indicated I got just enough for three and then told my subscription was cancelled because I wanted it looked into and possibly an additional amount sent before getting the 2nd month supply at almost double the cost.

    A word of caution...once the product has shipped, they will refuse to provide a refund. I requested to talk with a provider prior to the medication being sent to the pharmacy without any success. An online appointment that was scheduled was a no-show by the nurse practitioner so I rescheduled through the customer engagement department. Before I was able to connect on the second scheduled appt, the medication was processed at the pharmacy and shipped. They have refused to provide a refund because the medication was mailed, not acknowledging that I wanted to talk with a licensed provider first. The customer service is far below what is should be for a 'concierge' style of medicine and there are far better choices out there.

    I am very upset with this company…1. They said it will 170$ first month but charged 299$. 2. They didn’t warn me that tablets are less effective than injection. 3. They wouldn’t let me switch to injection and they want to charge me again if they do that. Horrible customer service with unhappy yelling customers in the background. Cancellation team even worse.

    Let me begin by saying: This is the one time in my life I wish I was a Quadriplegic! This way I could give these guys ZERO THUMBS UP! They tout their 30 Day MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY yet when I asked for a refund BEFORE even receiving my meds I'm told It's against their policy. After ordering, I contacted my personal physician who STRONGLY advised me to stay away from companies like this who are NOT FDA APPROVED. Compounded weight loss drugs can be dangerous and should be avoided according to my doctor. When I contacted MEDVI about this they basically said they can't accept returns. My advice to anyone reading their ads: RUN, FOREST, RUN!!!

    Worst customer service, they are consistently late filling prescriptions. I'm almost a week behind on my delivery and they will charge your card without fail on time but send your orders out late month after month. I've called 7 times to check on my order and they give me a different excuse every time. Order somewhere else!!!! 🤬

    After signing up for a consultation, I’m now receiving countless calls and emails for employees. I spoke with a “nurse” who insisted compound Oral ** was safe. According to the FDA, they state otherwise. Second, I have received countless calls and emails from this company today when I already have an appointment to speak with a DOCTOR on Saturday about my concerns after the nurse tried to spin out 10 min conversation as to why the FDA was not as smart as she was and compound Oral ** was safe.

    Third, my original medication is NOT an injection, they were ordered as tablets and yet all my countless emails read injection this… and injection that. Fourth, your harassing attempts to hide behind medications you deem as “safe” are not safe according to the FDA, which trumps any and all the nurses you have claiming to be subject matter experts in compound drugs. Fifth, each incident noted above confirms even more the lack of transparency, professionalism and safety of MedVI for patients care.

    MEDVI sent the wrong medication subscription options from the beginning. I have been working on a daily basis to correct this via phone calls and emails. MEDVI refuses to change to the correct medication and provide me with a full credit of what I have already paid even though I have not had any of their medication. MEDVI finally sent an invoice to change the subscription on which I was charged for the two weeks that I have spent trying to straighten out the situation during which I have not received services or medication.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is the worst company I have ever experienced with compounded pharmacy. Let alone charging your card every 2 weeks then what you set up 28 days. A manager never calls me back after requesting one to call me. Promised my payment information was deleted it never was. I am reporting this company to the pharmaceutical board, as well as BBB. Customer promises but never acts on it.

    They were okay until I canceled my account once the last dose was paid for. Unfortunately that's when things went bad. I had asked them to hold the last dose 3 days while I went away, just in case they sent it early. They immediately billed my credit card but didn't place my order in time. I had to receive my last dose which was a higher dose late. Getting customer service to expedite the order wasn't successful. They tried to tell me they didn't have the phone number for the pharmacy and would have to wait for an update from the pharmacy. Why does the patient have to have a delay in care. There was certainly no delay in billing my credit card.

    I've had a very Good experience With Medvi.. No Complaints. They Check in with me every month. Mrs ** is very helpful. Been on the program Tirzepatide now 4 months. So far as of today I lost 44lbs. I do eat less due to medication not making me hungry. I do exercise 4 days a week, Mainly Treadmill and bicycle. I feel great.. I feel Lighter, I sleep so much better.. No more high blood pressure, I was borderline Diabetic. Not no more.. One thing I didn't care for was one month they sent an injection bottle with B12 in it.. It made me feel jittery. Bouncing all over the place.. The B12 is not for me.. Plus gave me a rash at the injection site..

    Updated on 09/10/2025: These responses are just polite ways to deal with a rating. I have written and responded to many emails from Medvi Support Team from hello@medvi.org, the Medvi Support team, even one after this review which have all stuck to the 30 day only refund policy in spite of receiving no medication or medical consultation.

    Original Review: Being billed for medicine never received. They are refusing to refund. Contacted Medvi regarded online weight loss med beginning of 2025. I am a nurse with 40-plus years experience. The physician was supposed to call me. I constantly got appts that were canceled. I never talked to a physician. I know they cannot prescribe without medical eval. However they billed me $179 and 2 months at $299. In March, I called, explained had not received any medication. They verified this & said had my email wrong. However, they managed to send invoices to my email. They agreed no meds ever sent. There were just 1000 excuses, I told them I had no trust in them as a med facility & to cancel my subscription. Person kept encouraging not to cancel, just to pause to give them another chance. I said, NO, and told them to please cancel.

    In March of 2025, I received refund for $179 consult fee & $598 2 months billed. Then, noticed on Am Express that I was billed by Medvi $299 in September 2025. Then, looking further, I noticed was also billed in July & August 2025. Again, no meds or consult and no contact. I immediately called customer service. They agreed not received any meds. However, said, my subscription was paused instead of cancelled, & without any authorization, they just started billing again.

    They refunded September 2025 payment of $299 and assured me they cancelled my subscription. However, have a new policy that states they only refund last 30 days. Advocate did not have authority to refund other 2 months but would send up to another level, but since never received any meds, & did try to cancel in March, he didn't see any problem in getting a refund it. However, just received email from review team that staring because outside of 30 days, they were not refunding July & August 2025. Represent themselves as legitimate medical facility & pharmacy. When is it okay to bill for a product never sent & refuse to refund. That is absolute & complete fraud under anyone's definition.

    I just signed up today, September 4th, 2025 and now my doctor is telling me, she does not want me to take this medicine. She wants me to go through her and her practice. How do I go about cancelling my subscription and getting a refund? I have searched the website to ask this info or try to find a customer service number, but can't seem to find it. The Physician Assistant, Toni ** was wonderful to me and did not put an order in for the medicine. She said I had to follow up with the customer service department. Didn't think to ask her for the phone number. Please can anyone help me here?

    After paying the online price I was informed that I would need to pay more than the original agreement. I cancelled and was given a “partial refund” and was not provided any medication. This feels like a scam to me. I only lost $100 but there is no reason for this fraudulent transaction. The only thing that lost weight was my bank account!

    The customer service at Medvi is not good at all. My product was not delivered, and I waited for one month for Medvi to take seriously my case. But to charge your card for $400 dollars every month they are up to it, but to give you the support needed, they just tell you be patience. I had to stop my medication for 4 weeks because Medvi blamed the pharmacy and the pharmacy never reached out to you... Therefore, save your time, money, and dignity and do not use MEDVI. I do not recommend it. There are other companies that offer the same product and even cheaper.

    This was a terrible experience, and I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. They promised to send the tablets, but instead sent injections—without confirming whether I’d even be home to receive them. Even if I had wanted them (at $179.00!), they were unusable since I was away for four days when they arrived. To make matters worse, these injections need to be refrigerated, which made them completely spoiled and unsafe by the time I returned. I’ve now been stuck in an endless loop of emails for six days. Each reply took up to 48 hours, and every time it was the same generic, copy-and-paste response from a different representative. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer care is unacceptable.

    They have now told me they will not refund my money, but they have canceled my subscription. While that may be “great” going forward, I should absolutely receive my $179.00 back since it was their own customer service representative who promised I would be sent tablets and not injections. Refusing a refund in this case amounts to false representation and a breach of agreement. At minimum, they owe me reimbursement for the unusable product, and I intend to pursue this matter further if it is not resolved promptly.

    I have been using Trizepatide for about 4 months, I started around 250 lbs and am now weighing 209lbs. More importantly my A1c was at 6.3 and has dropped down to 5.7 and trending down. I will be honest about some of the side effects which are not ideal. Constipation set in right away, I had a few stomach palpitations initially, but that chilled out after about 3 weeks. The irregular BM's have remained a constant throughout but, still very doable. Overall the product worked for me as described. And I would recommend it to anyone who is prediabetic, and needs to shed some pounds.

    I really should have researched this company. Buyer beware. Do not order from this company. The ad was very misleading. I was charged over $100 more than I was supposed to. They would not give me a refund. Even though I had just completed the forms. They said that the prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy, which is ridiculous. So that is when I got online to look at the reviews and now I see that many many people are saying that the drug arrives warm and is not the actual drug. It is supposed to be, people not only did not lose weight, but gained weight on it. So I have no confidence that I want to inject this drug into my body. I feel like a fool. Hopefully I can keep someone else from making the same mistake.

    1. Inconsistent and Premature Billing - It is unacceptable that I am being charged for medications well before they are prescribed or received. This lack of continuity between payment and product delivery is not only confusing but feels misleading and lacks transparency. Charging customers before fulfilling orders, particularly for prescription medications, is a serious concern and needs immediate attention. Photo attached showing I was billed on July 31st, August 13th and you are now billing me again in 7 days according to the app.

    2. Medication Volume Inconsistency - The last vial I received was insufficient to obtain the full prescribed dose. The fourth injection could not be drawn naturally, even with the assistance of a seasoned medical professional. I was forced to remove the rubber stopper and metal ring to access the remaining medication — and even then, it fell short of the prescribed 21.5 mg dose. This is not acceptable. In standard medical practice, a minimal excess volume should remain after the final dose is drawn to ensure complete administration. That has not been the case. This points to a serious inconsistency either in compounding or packaging that needs to be addressed immediately.

    3. Negative Health Outcomes Despite Adherence - Since beginning this regimen, my weight initially decreased from 236 lbs to 220 lbs. However, I am now gaining weight again — currently at 223 lbs — despite an increase in physical activity, a stricter nutritional approach, and a higher dosage. My lifestyle includes: Daily pickleball (2 hours, M–F) at my local YMCA. Karate on Wednesday evenings. Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays (30–60 mins). Active weekends (hiking, kayaking, or additional exercise). Whole-food, sugar-free, non-processed diet. This weight gain is not only counterproductive, it is frustrating — particularly given the increased financial and physical effort I’ve invested. I’ve also noticed persistent fatigue, which further reduces the perceived value and effectiveness of the treatment.

    4. Lack of Operational Efficiency and Clarity - Although MEDVi appears organized externally, my experience has been the opposite. The platform makes it extremely difficult to schedule appointments, often forcing me to call in. The app also bombards users with excessive and confusing notifications. For example: My app is currently requesting that I fill out a medication refill request — even though I already completed this and had a phone consultation with a provider on August 28. I have already been charged for medication I have not received, and no new shipment has been initiated to my knowledge.

    5. Request for Refund. Given all of the above, I am requesting the following: A full refund for the most recent charge, as no medication has been ordered or sent at this time. A refund for the last vial received, due to it being unusable in full and falling short of the prescribed dose. A review and explanation of the ongoing issues with medication compounding, fulfillment timing, and internal organization.

    Unless MEVDI can provide consistent, timely, and reliable service using compounding pharmacies that meet expected standards — and unless the platform improves its communication, scheduling, and customer support — I am not interested in continuing with the program. I request a written response confirming receipt of this message, along with a timeline for resolution and refund processing.

It did absolutely NOTHING to control digestion or appetite suppression. I've already lost 120lbs with AUTHENTIC Tirzepatide, therefore I know exactly how it feels to have it in your system and working properly. AUTHENTIC Tirzepatide works from the very 1st injection you take. These people will most likely say that it takes time to build up in your system, when it DOESN'T. PLUS, what they sent me was supposed to be a much more concentrated and stronger dosage than what I had been taking, but it wasn't!! Their product is complete trash, and they are complete FRAUDS. They canceled dr appt and said I did not complete form but did not tell me what until following day. I felt uneasy and told them not to send anything and close my account. By the they had already taken 179 from my credit card. I am in 90 day dispute with my credit card company. After that they attempted to charge 299.00. They refused to refund and I question if people giving them a 5 stars are being compensated or employees.

    I've been on oral semaglutide medication for two months and have not lost any weight. Really disappointed in the results and let MEDVi know but wasn't offered a refund or even a partial refund.     Do not use this company. As others are stating, they bill you when they are unable to provide the product. Secondly, I KNOW what we are getting is not a full-strength GLP1. I had used two others and felt absolutely nothing from this one. No appetite suppression, no weight loss, nothing. I have saved some of my GLP-1 to be tested to prove this. I too am owed a result of $299 and have been told I will receive a refund. I am prepared to contact my attorney general, get this product to a lab for testing, and push for a class action. And by the way, Medvi, using the same stock for every negative review, perfectly sums up YOU as a company. In it for the dollars with zero integrity.

    This is a scam, stay far away. I'm on the phone with customer service as I type this. I received my first month for $299.00, everything was good. I got an email saying that that $299.00 was taken from my account but there was not tracking number for the order. I was just told that I didn't have a "refill" on the order and my account is being charged $299.00 every 28 days. I questioned how they are withdrawing money without sending the produce. I was told "Yes I understand, but that is how it works". What planet are these people on??? I just hung up with customer support and should be receiving my refund in 8-10 business days. We shall see....

    VERY DISSATISFIED as a brand new patient! I performed my on-line evaluation 9 days ago and was told the prescription would take a few days to process. After a week, I called in to find out what was going on and they stated that they needed to verify my address (but never called). At that time I asked for refund because I would not receive it in time and the rep told me that she would expedite the shipment if I didn't cancel and would have it in time for vacation. Two days later I find out that the shipment is still 4 days away so they basically lied to me. When I called in, all I kept getting was "apologies" (which is obviously in their script"). Now I'm told that I am no longer eligible for refund because the product shipped! What a way to run a business!!!

    Fact, due to work commitments I was unable to get bloodwork after 1st month of meds. I was charged for that month full price and the next month yet no meds were delivered.     After I got my first injection I’ve been so sick to the point that I can’t leave the bed. Can’t eat or drink anything and constantly vomiting. Talked to my GP and advised me not to do the injection again. I’m extremely dehydrated and wonder how long this will last. These compounds are not FDA approved and not safe. Called them to make sure they don’t charge my credit card again for next shipment. Even though I only chose the one month trial and already paid for it they were transferring me to different lines… hardly could understand what they were saying since they were **.Told them I will cancel my credit card. Overall horrible experience.

    Medvi has been a Nightmare to deal with! Ordering is easy and they charge you for the entire thing upfront!! I had a reaction to the Additives they Add!! No recourse at all.     I also can't believe all the one star reviews. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. I've been on the compound for zepbound for 4 months. I've lost 17 pounds. I have the coach and I have the nurse practitioner reviews every so often. They're very supportive but this program is really about you the individual. This is a lifestyle change to make the weight loss permanent and it is a slow process. The only downside I would say is that the cost is high but you get a lot of support and the scheduling where they bill every 28 days can get you off on your payments and when they send your meds. But you just give them a call and they will take care of that.

    The medication I received (oral dissolving tablets) was damp and completely stuck together. It was packed with cotton, so it was also stuck to the clump of pills. Emailed customer service and they said they’d get back to me. I later received a notification of a UPS shipment. No further response from customer service, but another shipment arrives 2 days later. It was not quite as damp, but arrived in much the same condition. Pills stuck together, stuck to cotton, and some stuck to the button still at the bottom of the bottle. I could turn the bottle upside down and they wouldn’t fall out. Sent more pictures to customer service and said I feel the meds are not safe because they have obviously not been properly stored. Said I felt that this was was unacceptable and definitely not worth almost $900. Offered to send back medication and asked for a refund.

    No response until after I followed up the next day and they said that the pharmacy deemed the medication safe and to put it in the refrigerator to prevent the stickiness. I explained that the medication ARRIVED having been properly stored and ALREADY damp. I live in a very low humidity area and brought the packages inside minutes after delivery, so the issue is not due to how I stored it and refrigeration would not may the meds un-stuck. I continue to reach out via email with no response (though they advertise 24/7 support) and then called. Estimated 37 minute wait time, so put in for call back. Spoke with very nice rep who submitted a supervisor call back and was told it would be 24-48 hours to get the call. I got an email a bit ago again telling me that because the pharmacy deemed it safe. They suggest I take it.

    I just sent video and photos of the medication straight from the fridge where it’s been for days and it is obviously still covered in cotton and stuck together. The instructions for handling ODTs sent with the medication specifically said not to get it wet. A simple look online shows that they are not best stored in bottles and that ODTs that have gotten damp should not be taken. So, not only will they not refund me or offer any other solution (a different pharmacy, switch to a different form of medication, etc.) they expect me to continue to refill the meds through the same pharmacy with no expectation that the quality will be any different. I paid them on 8/8 and still do not have medication in a safe and usable condition.

    This company drove me crazy from the very beginning. Dropped calls, couldn't get a human on the line, then when I did they "claimed" they didn't know exactly what was happening, so I'd have to explain ALL over again. Biggest issue: Billing problems and medicine that either didn't arrive or vial was only half full. I took a picture of vial, sent it to the representative, and still charged. I was only with them *barely* 3 months, and this was my service. I am currently trying to close my account and, again, all silliness and a circus. Respectfully, there are many weight-loss companies out there today-- This is not the one to go with to begin your journey.

    I joined this with so much enthusiasm based on the advertisement of fast and reliable customer service. The only available appointment was 3 weeks later. When I complained, they set an appointment for 3 days later. I took time from work to make sure I was available. When I logged in 10 minutes before, as instructed, I met the provider who told me I had two charts and the one he was provided was blank. He told me he would get with IT and I would hear from someone that day. I didn't.

    The next day, I received both an email and text that I had an appointment that day at 505pm. I logged in a second time but the portal said I had no appointments. I wrote an email to complain and I was told I did not have a second appointment. I emailed pictures of both via email. I received an email from Olivia stating she just sent me a 2nd email requesting I complete a new intake form as mine was lost. I checked my email, even spam, nothing. She told me a 2nd time she sent it, nothing, not even spam. At this point I asked for a refund, no response. The next day, I requested an immediate response to which Olivia informed me my case had been escalated to management the day before and they would be in touch. Still nothing. I am crushed. I had the finances, willingness and enthusiasm for this program. I was lost in a glitch and simply want my money back.

    I started with MEDVi in May 2025. I was already overweight, with high blood pressure, suffering with sleep apnea due to the excess weight with perimenopause sneaking up quicker than I could react. Over the course of 4 months I gained 30 lbs and I just could keep living life like that. Then I found MEDVi. MEDVi gave me the opportunity to start over, they personalize what works best for you body. All I can say is trust the process. It might seem like there's not enough progress but with good eating habits and regular exercise it is extremely possible. I had no energy most of the time with depression creeping in.

    I only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. Dear Billing Team, Unfortunately, your refund offer of only $299 is not acceptable. My wife canceled the product because it made her very ill. We can send back the unused portion. We do not want more of your product. Please do not quote your policy. We canceled, and your company obviously received our cancellation because they stopped sending us the product, which you are well aware of. As I read reviews online, I see we're not the only ones to experience canceling and continuing to be charged. Your comment about us having to continually call to ensure the account is canceled is extremely inappropriate, and your company needs to review your customer service training guidelines, if that is what you are directed to say.

    Why should we have to remind you to do your jobs? We assumed that when you stopped sending the product, you received our cancellation. Why don't you just admit that your process failed and give us back the money that was stolen from us? Your company's practices are criminal. Your evasive techniques, not to refund our money, are exhausting. But we will not accept anything short of a full refund.

    I ordered from Medvi, which outsources its prescriptions through Red Rock Pharmacy in Utah, while I live in Washington. Medvi repeatedly claims my order has shipped, but in reality, only a shipping label has been created—no shipment has actually occurred. Despite their promise of 3-5 business days, it has been far longer, and I am left frustrated and without answers. Trying to get a refund from Medvi has been a nightmare. They insist they cannot refund my $179.00 because the package has "already shipped," despite clear evidence to the contrary. I have proof that the package has not left the pharmacy—only a label exists, no movement, no delivery.

    Worse still, no one at Medvi or Red Rock offers a real solution. I am either met with silence, told someone is "too busy," or redirected to yet another department, only to start the process all over again. Even the AI assistant provides no real help, only endless loops and empty promises. This is a simple situation: cancel the prescription that has not shipped and issue a refund. Yet Medvi continues to give me false information, hoping I will give up. I urge you to take responsibility and do what is right. The facts are clear—my package has not shipped, and I deserve a prompt refund. Please resolve this immediately and stop misleading your customers.

    My experience with MEDVi has been mixed. I've found their customer service to be very responsive to email. When I've sent emails, I usually received a response via email or a phone call within a few hours. I've found their online portal to be less than helpful and the billing/prescription process to be a bit cumbersome, but I've gotten it all figured out now. Also, the pricing changed after the 1st month and I wasn't made aware of that during the sign-up process, so that was frustrating. Overall, I'm happy with the prescription. I've lost 24lbs in the first 3 months, slow but steady progress.

    I started with MEDVi in May 2025, after having used an injectable semaglutide through another company for several months with limited success - and some customer service frustrations. After completing my initial assessment, I had a consultation with a healthcare provider. My medication (injectable compound tirzepatide) was shipped within days. I have increased my dose twice (started at the third level due to prior semaglutide use) and have had minimal side effects. I complete the refill request following my third shot and have always received my next vial of tirzepatide in a timely manner. I also have a care coach who I meet with on a monthly basis.     I would never recommend MEDVI , made a purchase, received nothing what was advertised, all medication is melted and glued to each other.     BEWARE-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- They’re a bunch of scammers and thieves. I uploaded a copy of my prescription and they took it upon themselves to prescribe me a lower dosage. I called IMMEDIATELY and canceled my subscription and since the medication was NOT ship, I requested for it not to be shipped and to give me a refund. These thieves took it upon themselves to ship the item without consent then state a refund could not be processed. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

    After two months I only lost 5 pounds. I went to my online appoint for my third dose and it never showed up. I called and they said I never had an appointment. I asked for a supervisor and was told I would get a call in 24 to 48 hours. On the third day, I called back. The woman I got was able to read to me my notes from my appointment but passed me to another department. That woman told me I couldn’t get my next dose since I never had an appointment and denied that the first woman read them to me. Then when I asked for my refund, she stated that since I had already received treatment via my online appointment, I couldn’t get a refund. Then said I will get a call back in 24 to 48 hours. Don’t use this service!

    SCAM. The website misleads you thinking you are getting a deal. I got an invoice of $279 and then it’s goes up $379 after that. It took me hours to get a refund.     I’ve been trying to lose weight for years and nothing really stuck. I’d lose a few pounds and then gain it right back. I came across MEDVi and decided to give Ozempic a try through them, and honestly it’s the best decision I’ve made for my health. I'm 5'7" 220 lbs and in just 3 months, I’m down to 195 lbs. The biggest difference for me is that I don’t feel hungry all the time anymore. My cravings are way down, and I finally feel like I can control what I eat without forcing myself. Not to mention I have more energy throughout the day. I still have a ways to go, but for the first time I’m confident I’ll actually get there.     I started with MedVi in May 2025 and the first month went smoothly. I was charged the second month and never received my medication. This company has a history of charging customers for medication not sent or received. I have fought the $399.00 charge for the last three months. MedVI refuses to refund my account or provided a tracking number for the merchandise "sent". Buyers Beware. There are a lot of other weigh loss companies out there that are professional and honest but this is not one of them!

    I would stay far away. I called to cancel my service as I was not receiving my product for 3 months. They informed me that they would cancel my service and refund me. Two weeks later, I received a notice that I was getting charged again. At this time, I am still fighting for a refund, and they are refusing to do so. They informed my credit card company that this was subscription based, and a refund is not warranted, even though I haven't received my product. Stay far, far away. If they were a legitimate and operated in good faith, they wouldn't try to manipulate their customers to take their money.

    I've been with MEDVi for a little over 2 months and I have been pleased with my experience so far. The process has been fairly simple. I met with a medical professional online who determined that Tirzepatide would be appropriate for my weight and they got it shipped to my house.     I have been with MEDVi for 3 months now. Being post menopausal I have had so much trouble losing weight. So far with using compounded semiglutide I have lost 16 pounds. I feel fuller after eating and my appetite is decreased so I eat smaller portions. I make sure to get enough protein in to avoid muscle mass loss. My virtual appointments with the NP have been great. She gave excellent suggestions on how to manage any symptoms I might have (I really have had minimal and only the first couple weeks), how to eat and maximize my weight loss.

    When I had some trouble with how the medication was really not working for me last month I worked with my account manager and NP to figure out why. The dose and compounding was changed and things are much better. I find the portal very easy to use. And customer service is great.

    If I could give less than one star I would! They will take your money and not send your medicine. They charged me for 4 months but I only received 2 months of medicine. They claimed they could not refund my money because it had already been processed, even though the medicine was never shipped to me. They claimed I needed bloodwork but I could not get an order for the labs. They kept saying they would send the order but never did. No meds, no lab work and no coaching, yet they still charged me monthly. I was charged for two extra months and never received anything for my money. Don’t waste your time! They will take your money and not do what they claim to do.

    I filled out the assessment and received an email saying "Your Metabolic Report is Ready" and to click on the link to complete my order. The link just goes back to the website and the only option is to fill out the assessment again. I decided that I must have missed something so I went through the process again and ended up with the same results so I called them. This is where things got weird....the "customer service representative" said there was not a form filled out under my email address. I asked for an email address I could use to forward the correspondence to an was told there was none.

    I asked for a supervisor, they said there was none. I asked for a phone call back from a manager, there was none. I had my wife, who is using this product (the only reason I tried more than a few times to resolve this) call and she said someone would be getting back to me and...crickets. I am attaching a screen shot to show the progress (or lack of). I am not going to beg them to sell my their products, there are other options. I am posting this in case someone else is considering this company.

    Worst company!! I had been on GLP one with a different company for a few months and switched over to them. Instead of considering that I have already been on the medication and needed a certain dosage. They started me back to square one with a very low dosage, even though I provided lab work and prescription proof. They still didn’t change my dosage. After being on for three months, I had gained weight. And when I requested that, I change from Semaglutide to the Tirzepatide, they said I had to speak with a physician. I asked them not to fill my prescription until I spoke with somebody. I made an appointment with the physician, but no one ever contacted me.

    When I was done with them and I wanted to cancel. So they canceled my subscription but then they wouldn’t refund me for the $299 charge for medication that I never received or they hadn’t even shipped yet. Saying that they could not give me a refund since the order had already been confirmed. When I specifically asked them not fill the prescription until I spoke with a physician to change the medication!! Don't waste your time; they are a scam.

    There are too many options, DO NOT USE MEDVI. If you have any issues, they are impossible to reach by phone, no supervisor available. Your request will be denied. My third month did not come in a timely manner, even though I was charged. Turns out I needed another dr/nurse check in. Afterwards I was charged again!! Took 2 weeks to get a refund on the extra charged. 4th month came with 1 dose not 4. I didn't even notice until I was taking 2nd dose, MEDVI declined resending dosage or reimbursement because I didn't connect to them for 7 days after delivery. I sent pictures of the much smaller vile. It was clearly a mistake by pharmacy or doctor. MEDVI SAID NO, but it took them 4 weeks to decide!!! I missed my target date. I'm out $299. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. They don't care.

    I started in March. Received my first dose in April so it has always been paid the month before I receive my product. Each time my order is a little bit later and later. I never received my order in June. They shipped it in July. So at that point I have paid for 4 dose and only received 3 of them. MEDVi then processed another payment and I still have not received my 4th dose so I canceled so I would not be changed for a 6th time and only receiving 3 doses. On my portal there is the 4th dose that they keep saying they sent to the pharmacy to be shipped out, and still to this day- one month later has not been shipped out. I have reach out to them multiple times. They keep on giving me a run around about it is at the pharmacy and will be shipped today.

    One of the ladies in customer service told me. I already received my shipment and gave me the tracking number for the 3rd dose, not the 4th dose. I've asked for a refund. They refused to give me one so then I asked for the product that they owe me for and they keep giving me the run around. I am very upset that fact that I have paid them five payments of $359 and only received 3 doses/month supply of their product. THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOT RECEIVING ALL OF MY PRODUCT!

    I honestly wish I would have read reviews before going through them. After seeing almost all reviews of this happening I would have went somewhere else! I would never recommend using Medvi for anything. I have told everyone that I have referred to Medvi to cancel now so they do not get screwed also. 100% would never recommend Medvi. Stay away from this company unless you like to give hard earned money away!

    This charged me for medication. Then they told me they had charged for the wrong meds and would need to charge significantly more for the correct meds. I told them no, stop the order and refund money. They agreed and said I would have a refund in 5 to 10 days. Several hours later I received an email saying there would be no refund as they had already made the medication.

    The first shipment was perfect. Medication was shipped in a foam cooler and cool on arrival from TX to KY. I scheduled my consultation video visit. I spent 40 minutes waiting in a virtual waiting room, nobody joined. So I rescheduled, then wrote an email. When I did not get a response in 24 hours, I called, and the representative kept saying I missed the call, and they rescheduled me. Not worth arguing about it after correcting her statement multiple times. Next appointment, nobody joined. So I called, and they got someone to call me. Waste of time appointment to require and spend so much effort just trying to get it to happen. Request my 2nd vial, after being told I can request it after 3rd shot. Was denied because they wanted me to wait longer. Finally get it approved. Received tracking information as usual.

    Package was delayed 24 hours. This package arrived in an envelope with a single (thawed and hot) ice pack. If you understand ice packs, with the gel filling, they hold temperature well, including heat! When I called MedVi, my issue was sent to a nurse to call me, and I was informed it was not safe to use. A nurse called the next day and also stated it was not safe to use. She started some kind of form for the lab, then I told her my next shot was in a few days. For faster turnaround time, she suggested I have an appointment with a provider that can get things submitted faster. This appointment was scheduled for the following day. The appointment link was texted this time instead of going through the portal account, and I was joined this time!

    Now the issue, I am being told they have none of my info and can not order anything for me! At this point I am furious!! Try calling MedVi again... And no additional information. Finally, I realize things weren't adding up, so I check the text again. Turns out, the nurse scheduled me with a totally different company!!! Remedy Meds to be exact! How does this happen! I call MedVi, again. Trying to get answers, and hoping they will fix the problem. Was told the hot vial was safe now... Days later by one person. And they can not find notes of previous calls. Even though when I called after speaking to Remedy, that man told me he was reviewing all my notes! Where did they disappear to in the matter of hours????

    Customer service members are friendly and trained to gas light you into thinking they want to help. But the results and constant 24-48 wait times for the next person prove otherwise. I finally received an email, the lab will not replace the vial, they provided incorrect shipping info to the company inquiry and I'm out $300 and a month of shots. I have worked in a lab for over 10 years! I know proper shipping protocols for different methods. And what I received, with a delay, was a poor display of laboratory practices, and poor representation of the integrity of the Clearwater, Fl area lab! Trying to cancel any future payments...Crossing my fingers on that!

    I was charged $747.01 for just one vial of compounded semaglutide meant to last one month. This price is much higher than the ~ $478 expected (including onboarding fees and medication costs). I experienced repeated difficulty making appointments, nobody showed up to my appointment 2x while they rescheduled me once without me knowing. It was so confusing to figure out how these people work. Do you login via their app or from a text message link??? The patient services was disorganized, poor audio quality, and I had to cancel the program due to lack of confidence that I was working with a legitimate provider. My mistake trusting the Forbes recommendation! THEY ARE NOT ON BBB!

    Despite paying this large amount, there was no itemized billing displayed in the order info online. And no refund offered and they even said I will not get a refund!. It was just force shipped to me and so I get nothing back? I am very pissed off with MedVi’s customer service and pricing transparency. I do NOT recommend MedVi based on my experience and feel like I was scammed.

    Okay, after the first month on this I choose to discontinue the "program" but was unable to find ANY link in the Patient Portal pages. Without filling out a subscription renewal request they charged my debit card $299 anyway. My bank flagged and blocked the transaction and issued me a new card. After 5 more tries they were able to take my money anyway.

    I have been dealing with Medvi for almost 3 months. And I not only don't have the medicine. I don't have a refund every single promise. They made to me was not kept and I started getting concerned so I went to my own Doctor and got a prescription. And blood work by that time. So many more things had gone wrong. I did not feel at all comfortable. Injecting something into my body. That came from Medvi. So I found a pharmacy that's licensed in 31 states and has the best accreditation. And within two days, I had the medicine at my door for half the price of Medvi. I have had dozens of calls, texts, emails and requested a Manager 2×; they never called me.

    Extremely concerning, disappointing and frustrating provider missed my virtual appointment...hundreds of different providers and terrible communication, told the "machine lost your information," refund denied and they kept trying to charge my card. Even though they had said they would not. I had to stop the payment at my bank. I would never recommend them to anyone. I think every single promise they made was not kept. And I cannot get a supervisor or manager to even call me back. They just denied my request for a refund and kept trying to charge my card.

    I went to this website when the Tirzepatide I was currently paying for out of pocket thru my Dr.'s office became too expensive. I ordered the dosage I was currently taking (15mg) and was sent an email that my order for 2.125 mg Tirzepatide was approved. I immediately text and emailed that I would like to cancel my order then because starting back at that dosage would just be a complete waste of my money. After a couple of emails and phone calls they agreed that they would refund my money and cancel the order. After 2 weeks of waiting for my refund (and several more emails) I was emailed that they would not be refunding my money after all. Now I am having to go thru my bank to dispute the charge. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and time consuming!

    This company needs to improve the way it conducts business! I filled out all my information online and made my payment which they charged to my card immediately. The only communication I received from them after that was telling me to go into my portal and set up my initial session with a provider in order to have the medication sent to me. However, although their advertising says that you can get to speak with a provider as soon as the same day once you’ve completed your intake information, the first available appointment for me was 2 1/2 weeks after I had submitted my information and my payment was taken. Needless to say this was very disappointing!

    I took a shot about a week later to see if possibly an earlier date had opened up and I was so happy to see one had so I took it and switched my appointment date. My appointment time finally came and I sat waiting to be connected to my provider when an agent began to chat on screen with me advising me that my intake paperwork was not filled and therefore the appointment would have to be rescheduled because they need that done before the appointment. When I explained that I had already done that, they said they did not have it and I had to call customer care.

    I called customer care and they said for some reason none of my info came over and file is empty so I would have to redo it and reschedule the appointment which now meant waiting even longer to begin the medication. My question was why didn’t anyone contact me to let me know the info wasn’t received and give me the opportunity to do it before my appointment? Why wait until I’m in the appointment waiting to see a practitioner let me know, not to mention there is such a long wait time between enrollment and your initial appointment all the while they have your money and you’ve received nothing. Needless to say I cancelled my subscription and asked them to refund my money. I am now waiting to see if the refund comes through. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

    Complete scam. I saw the ad online for $179 including medication. After jumping through several hoops, I received my first batch about 3 weeks later. When I received a reminder to refill, I looked at my current orders. At this point, I realized that, not only was I charged twice and only received one batch, the second order was $299! When I called to get an explanation, I was given the runaround. I kept being told that the first order was cancelled, but still had the charge. The supervisor claimed that I had received it but had nothing to say when I asked for a tracking number. Trying to cancel is just as difficult. It looks like the only way out is to dispute with my credit card company and report to the BBB.

    I ordered one time from MEDVI and they billed me again for $299. I called my credit card and disputed the charge. I was notified by my credit card company that MEDVI disputed the charges and did not agree to give me a refund. I also reached out directly to MEDVI and they emailed me to “take it up with my Bank”. I responded to their email to find out why they contested giving me a refund- I sent them an additional email to please respond. They never did and seems to be avoiding me. Do NOT order from this company. I read their reviews after the fact and a lot of people have the same problem. They are thieving COWARDS!!!! 😡

    They happily took my money. I found out I have a medical condition that makes this medicine a bad choice for me. I called back within 30 minutes to cancel my order and they refused to cancel or refund my money. They had no supervisors to escalate to on call. They said they escalated my request to some other group in their company. They had no idea what the name of that department was, and said even if they did they it was Medvi's policy to not disclose the name of that department. So I am supposed to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back. But their policy is that they cannot refund my money, on an order that was placed :30 minutes prior. Don't waste your time with Medvi. They are not professional and not a serious company.

    I have been a customer since Feb. 2025. I got it for a couple months but for financial reasons had to stop. Started up again in June 2025 and received my meds, then in July I was told I needed bloodwork but hadn't been able to get it done so I skipped July. Then in Aug I received an email stating that blood work wasn't needed anymore and to fill out paperwork for the refill to which I went on the patient portal and see that 399.50 was charged but on 7/20 but my last shipment was in June, and another payment is scheduled to come out in 5 days!

    I immediately called and was given the runaround for 25 minutes talking to 3 people. When I asked what the last 4 digits of the card that would be getting the credit, they couldn't tell me any information after she just asked me what the last 4 digits were and she could verify if that was correct of not! But now she couldn't tell me? By the way the refund won't be for 10 days and why are you taking money out BEFORE you even ship? That should be illegal! They could not understand that they were double dipping and basically had I not checked they would have had $400 and kept it for ZERO SERVICES/PRODUCT received. What a joke. NOT being resolved and not in progress.

    I recently purchased the semi glue tide oral medication. I’ve been on it for almost a month a little bit under, and it has done. Absolutely nothing for me.. when I take it it basically taste like I’m taking a fresh breath mint. I have seen no improvements with my weight, none with my appetite. The Medvi website portal is super hard to navigate. It is hard to talk to someone that talks any type of English.. I have tried to get my money back as listed on the website saying you can get your money back in 30 days if you are not satisfactory and they refused to give me my money back. FRAUD.

    Original Review: Maybe it was a fluke but my experience wasn’t positive. I felt nothing and bottle had hardly anything in. I reasoned that it was one dose and they would send out weekly doses. The site also had a guarantee which they didn’t uphold. I basically threw $179 away. Bad experience!!

    I do not recommend getting any meds from this company. It's a scam. I joined and they sent wrong meds, before I even had a consult, blood work, physician tele visit or anything. I called customer service immediately after seeing incorrect meds selected. I was disconnected by phone 2x and they reassured me by email the meds would be changed. The customer service was unbelievably sorry. They sent wrong meds, charged my card, refused to correct the situation and would not refund or allow me to send meds back to receive correct meds even after customer service told me they were working on processing and shipping the correct meds.

    I placed an order with MEDVi and canceled during the intake process, within 20 minutes of ordering, after realizing I would be unable to use the product due to difficulty filling the syringe. I made it clear that I wanted to cancel during the intake, yet I was told my account was canceled but that I could not get a refund because “the order was processed.” I was also told the matter would be escalated and that someone would contact me — no one ever did. I later sent a follow-up email regarding my refund request and received the following reply from Veronica, a Patient Experience Specialist:

    “After further review, your request has been declined. We’re unable to issue a refund, as an order confirmation number has already been generated. Once an order is confirmed, the associated payment becomes non-refundable. You may request or be issued a refund for your current billing cycle only if, at the time of the request or cancellation, your medication has not been ordered. For new patients, this is generally upon submission of your intake form (if no live video visit is required) or upon completion of the video visit (if one is required). Please be advised that your order was confirmed 7 minutes after completing your intake.”

    At no point was I provided with a tracking number or proof of shipment. Without proof that my order was ever shipped, refusing a refund is unacceptable. Taking payment for a product that was never proven to be delivered — especially after I canceled during intake — is, in my opinion, unethical and fraudulent. Furthermore no one told me nor is it written anywhere on the site that I had 7 minutes to cancel. I plan to escalate this further with the media and my Attorney General’s office.

    I have been on Tirzepatide injections for 2 months. At the 3rd visit the nurse practitioner refused to refill the prescription until I “had a letter of clearance” from my physician. She stated this letter should have been received before I was allowed to start the program and the prior physician and nurse practitioner did not follow protocol. So after 2 months and almost $1,000 investment in my weight loss journey I have been cut off from receiving the Tirzepatide. I have repeatedly reached out to customer service by phone and email with a response each time that “they are working on my issue” but I have gotten no resolution. I am removing myself from the program and will find a different provider who doesn’t play games with their patients.

    I started with Medvi, got the first month (4 doses). Everything was great and went as planned. I ordered my next month (4 doses). The first week went ok, but I wasn't feeling great. I took the second dose and that night was a nightmare. The room was spinning and I was violently vomiting. This persisted for days. I called Medvi to let them know and their representative said they accidentally sent me a concentrated dosage and told me to throw it away and they would send me a replacement. The replacement showed up a couple of days later. Then, a day or two after, my credit card was charged for the replacement. I requested a refund because it was a replacement and my request for a refund was denied.

    They said to send them photos of the packaging and vial (after telling me to throw them away) and they would rush me a replacement. Okay.....but you already sent me a replacement and then charged me for it. It took me a week to recover, meaning no shot/dose, and I just took the first dose yesterday. I sent them what they asked for and if they send me a replacement, I will have too many doses and I can almost tell you now that I bet I get charged for the second replacement as well. Their accounting is monthly and it doesn't coincide with when you get refills, so you automatically get charged $400 a month even if you don't request a refill. When I receive the replacement, I will not need to refill for 6 to 8 weeks, but I know that monthly charge will come and we will have to go through this all over again.

    It started out with their website, where I ordered Tirzepatide at a slightly higher cost than the other sites, but with a Forbes recommendation, how could I go wrong? WRONG! Instead, they took my money and signed me up for Semaglutide. WRONG! Spent hours on the phone and countless emails and messages trying to get it sorted out, and the only thing that happened is that an additional $600 charge was added to my card, without my knowledge! Instead of cancelling the Semaglutide order, like they said, they sent it to me! Then they claimed that they couldn't give me a refund because they had already shipped the product, which is a very typical scam tactic. When that was refused and returned, and I demanded a full and complete refund, guess what they did...They shipped out ANOTHER order! Ended up having to dispute the charges and lurk at the door to make sure FedEx didn't deliver any additional surprises. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

    I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order, and my Apple Card found the transactions suspicious, and asked for manual verification four times. I verified, but in the interim, the system defaulted to an injectable product I did not order. I asked for cancellation once they said they couldn't change the order (to my more expensive order) and their slow responses ensured that the wrong product (THAT I CANNOT USE!!!!!) was shipped and "unfortunately" they "can't" (read: won't) cancel or repair their error. This is my hard-earned money. I have seldom felt so disrespected and disregarded by a company. Avoid them--go somewhere else for your medication.     This program wasn't worth it. I started in May, paid around $800 and only lost 3 pounds. Before receiving my last prescription I called to cancel, explained why and they issued a refund since I didn't receive the medicine. 3 weeks later No refund, No account, I think they expect me to sweep it under the rug, I sat on the phone with customer service for 2 hours. They can't find nothing about me in their system. Even though I can still see partial of my account they can't see nothing. How ironic. I just want my $299 so I can move on...

    I have been on branded glp -1 for about 6 months: I know what it feels like at the dosage they said they were giving me. It absolutely is NOT the same dosage equivalent- if there is any at all in the vial. I’m sending my vial to a testing service to confirm that. A company cannot commit medical fraud and get away with it. It’s immoral, illegal and dangerous.

    They hit my account within seconds for $1,300+ within seconds. There's no billing department number you can call. They only provide a customer support use line. I have emailed them twice without any response from them concerning cancellation. User beware. When I called the customer support use line, I told the lady (whom I could barely understand) and told her that the website stated $179 a month, her only response to me was "that's not what it costs". Like I said, USER BEWARE! I'm now going through my bank to dispute the $1300+ charge.

    Updated on 08/21/2025: August 21 and still no response. You can see they will have a resolution by August 13 per the statement below. This is a prime example of my experience with this company. Now you can see for yourself the experience.

    Original Review: One star is not a low enough rating for the experience with MedVi. The introductory $179 entry level compound dosage of the compound worked well. Keep in mind, the first month is $179 and the subsequent months there is a reoccurring billing of $299, whether you have received the compound or not. Month two, they sent me the wrong dosage which made me very sick. After several attempts to rectify this issue they finally shipped me the proper dosage and charged me $299 for their error. In conversations and in emails they assured me that the replacement dosage would be shipped to my temporary address. Only to have it sent to the wrong address and sit in the heat for three days.

    I have made over 25 calls to the company trying to get a replacement shipped to me at my temporary address and in the right dosage, to fix their error in dosage and shipping. I have now been charged another $299 and I have yet to receive the second proper dose of the Wegovy compound. When I called and talked to the billing department I was told that it's a recurring fee and they can't reimburse me. I have spent over 25 hours on the phone trying to rectify their errors, and spent $600 for product that I haven't received. You can not talk to a manager, the customer service team is trained to say "I will create a case and have someone call you back in 24-48 hours" and nothing happens.

    I lost 3 pounds in three weeks, and that was with eating between 1,000 and 1,400 calories per day. On the fourth week, there wasn't enough medicine remaining to draw anything into the syringe. This is a total fraud, a waste of money and a waste of three weeks. I could have been losing weight with a reputable supplier.

    I finished my first month and the customer service was great, but I actually gained 10 pounds during the first month of use. I told the practitioner at my end of month review that I had gained weight, but they put that I had last 4 pounds in my chart/account. Very odd. I was told that my second increased dosage would be mailed to me within the next three days. I received a notice from UPS (they sent the first shipment via FedEx) that my order/delivery had been refused (which wasn't even possible since I wasn't home at the time). I emailed Medvi and they stated that they would resolve the problem quickly. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, so I checked emailed. Nothing.

    After 3 weeks, I emailed to cancel my subscription and told them I would need a refund for the $349 they charged me for medication I never received. They responded that they had forwarded my refund request to whatever department. I then received an email stating that I would not be receiving a refund since the medication left the pharmacy and was shipped. It wasn't even shipped to my address. I have documentation of that too, that I emailed them (I don't want to include that information since it is my personal home address). What a scam. Not only did the medication not work, but then they conned me out of $349 for a second increased dosage that I never received - that I believe they never intended to ship to me.

    If it was delivered to the wrong address - who is really at fault for that? Either them or UPS, but certainly not me! I replied that a refund would be mandatory - I was not paying for anything I didn't get. I still haven't heard back from them. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card and post a review at every opportunity to save anyone else from being scammed. You cannot trust the information on their website, as they put in whatever information they want to make it look like their product works. It's so sad that people have to go through this when they are just trying to get healthy.

    This place is the worst online company I have ever worked with. They changed the price on me, didn't honor the deal they posted online and are taking forever to ship my meds, even when I follow the steps they laid out for me. I call for help and all I get is the runaround, oh a supervisor will call you back in 24 to 48 hours (they have never called back). I will find a new place to get my meds, I would give 0 stars if I could.

    I utilized this company for my weight loss injections. I order a one-month supply of the medicine after my virtual online consultation. It was quick and easy. After receiving my medication I was charged multiple transactions over a 6 week period totaling $1,878.48 that I did not authorize. I have contacted Medvi and their process on refunds is more difficult than making a phone call. I have deactivated my card and filed for fraudulent transactions with my bank. Folks beware this company. They are stealing money from people and claiming it is a subscription. I never signed up for anything nor was I informed of any recurring payments.

    I signed up on Thursday, had a call with the nurse practitioner on Friday. Decided to cancel and was told no problem call Monday to confirm. When I called on Monday to confirm cancellation I got the run around. I had to call my credit card company to make sure I was not charged. Don't waste your time.

    I should have for sure did my research on this company and the pharmacy they get their meds from. Nothing but bad reviews regarding their weight loss medication. Their meds did not work, I do not believe I received what I ordered. There was no curbing of the appetite, if anything I feel there are more cravings. I have not loss weight, and I have been on it since June. The sad part is I do not think I can get my money back and I am not sure what I have injected into my body. I feel like this company is really a scam, and the pharmacy they use as well. Do not use this company.

    Medvi was happy to take my money up front. Then the "doctor" stood me up for our appointment, while I waited on a video chat for an hour, missing time with my granddaughter at an event. It was over a week before I could get the appt. First month arrived with a dose of 12.5 units and a full vial of medicine. Second month arrived with an increased dose... DOUBLE what I was taking with no feedback etc. The vial was sticky and only half full. I submitted photos and a report but it has been over a week of run around from MEDVI to address the issue. I decided to cancel my subscription and guess what... more runaround. Save yourself the headache. Go with a company that speaks English and takes care of their patients.

    I started Medvi April 2025. I canceled my subscription in June, due to financial issues. Well, I subscribed to Medvi again on 7/31/25. I also had my initial consult with my doctor the same day of my rejoining and was prescribed Tirzepatide. When I made my purchase for my first month, I only paid $179.00, which was what I was told to pay. I then realized that it was for Semaglutide and not Tirzepatide. So, I called customer service, which is a joke by the way. I explained the situation and told them to only charge my card $100, since I had already paid $179.00.

    When I went to check if only $100 was charged, they charged my card $299.00. I was pissed! I got a rep that stated my account was in the negative. I knew that wasn’t the case because I just got paid that day. When she saw - $179.00 she thought it was in the negative. I had to explain to the ** that - means the money was debited from my Account. I was on the phone last night with a rep trying to rectifying the situation. Time will tell. Received an email stating that $179.00 plus the $20.00 they overcharged me was refunded today. Anyone thinking about Medvi for your weight loss medication, I would think twice.

    Do NOT use this service. I paid $279 and was then declined service because my BMI was too low which is fine however, when I called to get a refund I was given the run around. Then I was told I had to pay an $80 tele-doc fee. I NEVER even saw or spoke to a doctor. I've called and emailed over 6 times to get my refund of $279. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. It shouldn't be this hard!! I would really stay away from this service. The review doesn't even deserve 1 star.

    I have been on Tirzepatide for a year and was receiving it locally until this month when I learned that my pharmacy can no longer issue it. I reached out to MEDVi after seeing an ad on Instagram. I filled out my questionnaire and uploaded a picture of my current prescription that clearly indicates my dosage. I was sent a link to order once I submitted my information. Nowhere was the dosage indicated when I submitted my payment…and once submitted it was revealed that I was ordered the beginning dose, 2.2mg, not the 15mg that I have been taking. I immediately called and spoke to a customer support person named Jason who told me that I would need to speak to an RN. Of course none were available, but I clearly indicated that I wanted my order canceled.

    An RN called me back the following morning and tried to give me a discount. I don’t want a discount, I want to continue at my current dose which they will not allow me to do. I explained this to her and she said a patient advocate would be reaching out to process my refund. Received an email this evening from Fiona that it is against their policy to issue refunds because the order has been processed despite me IMMEDIATELY calling them yesterday to put a stop to it. I will report this to my credit card as fraudulent business dealings and will dispute the charge.

    Don’t use this company. People posting positive reviews should not persuade you. I subscribed then realized that the price was good only for first bottle. I wrote to cancel within 5 minutes. That email and the next two resulted in an auto reply that my concern was important and would be escalated. I called the company at the phone number on the website. It was a legitimate number belonging to another business. I disputed the first charge after never receiving a cancellation acknowledgement. After never keeping my doctor appointment I got a vial of med in the mail anyway. I refrigerated and held it for instructions. The charge dispute with my bank resulted in notification from Stripe auto reply that my subscription was canceled immediately on 7/22. I then received two charges on 7/31.

    I was excited to begin my weight loss journey and had do a lot of research to pick a company that would be a good fit for what I wanted. I should have had RED FLAGS from my first interaction with this company. They were pretty pushy about filling out all the information and wanting a credit card number. After a few days and several emails requesting that I complete the information and give my credit card information I received an email saying I was eligible to take this product. I had not be contacted by a doctor but they billed me. I had not given my permission to bill but it happened that they said the product was on its way.

    Two weeks later I receive the product and there was nothing in the vial. I contacted them immediately and was asked to take a picture and send it to them and they would send it on to their pharmacy to check it out. Within seconds, I receive a text telling me that the pharmacist said everything was fine and they were satisfied with what they sent. There was no way anyone at this place could have looked at those pictures to determine what was in the vial.

    I have since tried to talk to someone with more authority to get this resolved however, I was told there is no one I can talk to since their pharmacy said everything was fine. If you are researching a company to put your trust in, this IS NOT THE ONE. This is ultimately my fault for not reading the reviews. This company got a 2.4 out of 5. There are more dissatisfied customers than satisfied customers. A bot will reply to my review with the same comment as all unsatisfactory customers.     Absolutely Disgusted and Outraged – DO NOT TRUST MEDVi.org! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. MEDVi.org is a complete scam, and I’m furious that I ever gave them a single cent of my money. I enrolled in their program at 2 a.m. on 7/27—BIGGEST MISTAKE. A few hours later, I had second thoughts and decided to cancel. I immediately called the number listed on their site and was connected to some offshore call center that has NO access to anyone in the United States. They told me I’d have to wait 24–72 hours for an “escalation.” Spoiler alert: I’m still waiting.

    I called back the next day (7/28), and guess what? They told me I couldn’t get a refund because I had already paid. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I hadn’t spoken to a provider, hadn’t submitted labs, hadn’t been medically cleared—nothing! They just took my money and ran. The rep could not have cared less and said “there’s nothing we can do.”

    Then, as if this situation couldn’t get worse, I got an email saying my package had shipped. Three days later, I received a flimsy FedEx plastic bag (NOT A BOX) with SEMAGLUTIDE and L-CARNITINE just thrown inside. No real packaging, no temperature control, no pharmaceutical care—just life-altering medication handled like junk mail. That is completely unsafe and honestly dangerous.

    Let’s talk about the so-called “Money-Back Guarantee” on their website—it’s an absolute LIE. There is NO guarantee, NO customer support, and certainly NO ethics involved in how this company does business. I am demanding a full refund, I’ve reported them to my credit card company as fraudulent, and I am in the process of reporting them to consumer protection agencies. This company is a disgrace and has no business operating in healthcare. RUN in the other direction. MEDVi.org is NOT to be trusted.

    I came across this company on Facebook and thought about giving them a try. I was very apprehensive about trying them out, being that I seen them on an Ad on Facebook.     If 0 stars were an option. I would have chosen it. The WORST customer service ever. Sent me my first vial that did absolutely nothing. My second dose arrived warm, with the cold packs leaking.     I cancelled with MedVi after one month. After the first prescription they send you, then it becomes "See this Dr for and additional $$$$" and they charge your CC $399 per month but never send you any additional prescriptions and will charge you for Dr visits you do not make or attend. TOTAL SCAM!!!! I am having to dispute several months of charges with my CC company. Also, when you go into your account on their site, there is no way to cancel or remove your payment methods.

    There seems to be a disconnect between MEDVI and the pharmacies they use. The first shipment was great. The last two have been terrible. Month long delays. I received a tracking number from the prior delivery as I wait for this month’s. I was reassured 3 times that my “case” would be escalated. Last shipment was packaged pathetically. Small plastic envelope with a very small ice pack that was hot. I’ve dealt with Lilly pharmacy for Zepbound and the difference is night and day. This will be my third and last order through MEDVI.

    Hi, I wanna give a shout out to Medvi. And the professionalism that they have displayed to me since May and my new journey. I've already lost 15 pounds. A lot of places don't care but there has been nothing but good things I can say about this company. If you truly wanna do it during it. Of weight loss and health at the same available 24/7.     I started Medivi a few weeks ago and this service is absolutely unbelievable. I was able to be meet with a doctor. I had a question on a Sunday and was able to speak to a nurse that day. They also have a patient advisor who you check in with 1 times a month. This is an amazing service and does not increase their prices when your dosage goes up. I highly recommend to anyone.

    I have a really big complaint about MEDVI and their product as well as service. I found MEDVI on Instagram, signed up, met with a consultant. Nowhere in this process did anyone tell me Compounded Trizepatide is not supposed to be sold in the United States. In March of 2025 the policy from FDA was put out the it is prohibited to sell Compounded Trizepatide in the U.S. I have been trying for three weeks to cancel my service and I have gotten about 15 different people emailing me with different information. One said, "Oh you don’t have an official concern, please provide more details." My email was literally I want a refund and cancel my services because you never told me it was not allowed. Other emails were telling me, "Ok we sent your request for a refund and they are investigating it." Another said, "We are allowed to sell it."

    I called and I was given the run around. I never spoke to the same person. Finally someone said I will put it in that you will get a partial refund because you did talk to a Dr. I agreed with that. They gave me .99 cents. WTH? Today I called and they hung up on me three times. Even though I cancelled it the medicine arrived today and now they say I can’t get a refund. I don’t want the medicine and I will never recommend MEDVI to anyone. Don’t be drawn in to this sales pitch.

    If I could give zero stars I would. #1: My initial "Dr." appointment was incorrectly scheduled. #2. My first medication vial was shorted 2 weeks' worth of medication. #3: I had to send a multitude of photos to show them that I was not SCAMMING them. #4: Never heard the findings or if I would receive the order again or at least the 2 shots, since I was already off the medication for at least a month. #5: Constant lies from their patient support team. #6: UNABLE to talk to an American or anyone in a Management or Leadership role. #7: Refused to discuss a discount for my first incomplete medication vial ($279.00).

    #8: Called again yesterday noting that the promise of my medications (the 2 lost injections and my increase vial) was going to be in my hand today. As of 1 pm, I just received the tracking notice that the medication was shipped to UPS, but UPS still only has the sticker for the box. So the idea I will have the medication today is IMPOSSIBLE. Yet, I was billed another $399. $9: Another call to patient customer service demanding to discuss my issues with someone with some type of decision abilities. Was put off, yet again, but promised I'd be called. Am I holding my breath. NO. I am also concerned as to WHY I cannot find the President or CEO's number online under MEDVi, LLC? Could this be because their company is a complete SCAM. Likely.

    I am now going to try to see if my credit card company can fight the charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have now reached out to "OpenLoop Health" and requested a call from their CEO, Jon Lensing, regarding this MEDVi contract as they are the company that are also charging my credit card.

    So I did everything I needed to do, had the virtual appointment, completed the bloodwork, and then I received and completed my first round of medication. No issues. Toward the end of that 4-week cycle, though, I realized I hadn't heard anything about the next round, so I contacted MedVi. The person I spoke to said that I should've received a form by email, but even though I did not, he told me he could handle it over the phone. No problem. But then no word.

    About a week later, I called back just to check the status and, again, was told that everything was fixed now and that I'd get my next round. Then nothing. I called again, and this time had more success. Despite having been told by the first post-cycle representative that I wouldn't need another doctor's appointment, this representative told me I would, so I scheduled that over the phone and had my second virtual doctor's appointment on Wednesday, July 16th. No issues. She told me I'd need to do more bloodwork, but in the meantime, my medication would arrive a week later on June 23rd. Guess what? No medication.

    So I called *again* and the representative--who I could barely hear due to a loud call center--told me that my account had been CANCELED. Like, what? She said she'd un-cancel it and that I'd hear more in 24-48 hours. And it was at this point that I thought I'd do a little more investigating about MedVi online. That's when I happened upon this site and saw the numerous similar complaints.

    I also checked my banking account and discovered that they had charged me two additional times after charging me for that first round of medication. So I requested a new card/account number and told MedVi--who contacted me an hour after I spoke to them last--to say they wanted to reopen my account but needed to have my credit card information. HARD PASS. I would avoid this company at all costs. There are other options that likely won't try to drive you insane while not helping you to lose weight. Because, for a fun fact, after that first month of injections, I gained a pound.

    I filled in all the information requested and my credit card was charged. NO where in this process was I told that I would be required to have blood tests and would be responsible for sending the blood tests to MEDvi. I requested a refund. I was denied a refund due to the fact I am the one that can not get the blood tests completed. I did not receive any product just a run around when I asked for a request. I am a disable veteran and I have been cheated out of $249.00 dollars for absolutely nothing. Only grief from these thieves.
