    I filled in all the information requested and my credit card was charged. NO where in this process was I told that I would be required to have blood tests and would be responsible for sending the blood tests to MEDvi. I requested a refund. I was denied a refund due to the fact I am the one that can not get the blood tests completed. I did not receive any product just a run around when I asked for a request. I am a disable veteran and I have been cheated out of $249.00 dollars for absolutely nothing. Only grief from these thieves.

    Very slow and quite unresponsive. AI bots are running the show (talk to the hand). The medication was referred to an unknown pharmacy a week ago, and there is still no information about when it will arrive.

    I was on the fence if Medvi and tirzepatide was for me. Well I took the leap and have had amazing results! 3 weeks in to my weight loss journey and I am down 17lbs! Wow! The customer service is out of this world! First I had a video call with a nurse practitioner to review my medical history to make sure I was a good candidate for tirzepatide. I have had multiple emails and phone calls to check on my progress. I would recommend Medvi to everyone wanting to take the leap into weight loss.

    I read the reviews first before writing mine and it is discouraging to learn that so many others have experienced many of the same serious issues that I have. So this tells me that failing to resolve customer concerns is commonplace with Medvi. My biggest complaint is the inconsistency of their medication delivery. For a medication where it is crucial for the person taking it to stay on a consistent schedule, one would think this company would put greater effort toward assuring timely deliveries.

    They can't ever give you exact dates or even ETA's when it comes to deliveries. When meds don't arrive and you inquire to customer service, they shoot cookie-cutter emailed answers like "it's being processed now." Never ever actual calendar dates like every other business that is shipping product to you does. This in itself is unacceptable considering we are talking about a medication requiring a strict schedule be maintained in order for it to be successful. Their customer service department is a JOKE. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

    Emails, phone calls, telehealth visits are not maintained or updated in any general patient database so unless you are doing the bookkkeeping for them by uploading notes on every communication and transaction then your records will be incomplete and as result of the incomplete record keeping this will lead to mistakes in everything from billing to lab results to shipping to dosages being wrong. I find it ironic that they don't seem to have any problem keeping to a strict schedule when it comes to taking your money and the lack of transparency regarding these financial transactions is so obviously intentional on their end, it's insulting to say the least.

    This is an expensive endeavor and as such, customers should expect these companies to appreciate our investment and make an effort to deliver accurately and provide tracking on shipments. They do nothing of the sort. I selected this company because of an article I read that had rated the top 10 GLP-1 providers, Medvi was #2 on the list. I think I am going to find the author of that article and ask him to re-evaluate the situation. Every problem I've had has been the result of MEDVI dropping the ball. I have provided them anything they have asked for, even doing new labs within 24 hours of their request and uploading results immediately.

    They however, fail to update their record systems, which lead to further delays and if they send you an email mail that says "I've forwarded your concern to the appropriate department and it's being handled," don't fall for it because it simply isn't true and your delay will be even longer. What a shame that this couldn't be an easier process... Well, it could be easier if the company had any integrity. I give 2 stars because they have the potential to provide a good service they just don't have a well oiled machine in place to be able to pull it off.

    I had read other reviews targeting Medvi's Customer Service issues, but I thought, how bad can it really be? As it turns out, bad enough for me to discontinue my membership. There were numerous calls-on-hold and an unbelievable. There were many calls-on-hold, and an unreasonable rate of "transferring you now" to another department. Medvi might want to consider one-stop shopping. I would be happy to upload a receipt for your viewing, but Medvi has not provided one nor yet provided refund due.

    This is a scam. I applied for the $179.00 monthly for one year. I called to confirm but was told that only the first month is for $179.00 afterwards is $299.00 monthly. I told customer service representative that the website did not said that only the first month is for $179.00. She told me that the info on website is not accurate. I was charged $299.11 already for I don’t know what she said is the fee to send me the medication. This is a scam. I asked her to cancel my subscription. She told me they are base in South Africa. It is not a legitimate business in my opinion.

    My starter package was received in a compromised state. While packed to be cold, it arrived quite warm. The chill pack was thoroughly thawed and actually quite warm. FedEx delivered to my door where it sat for less than 10 minutes. My Ring Door Bell alerted me and I retrieved it immediately. The vial inside was quite warm and I reported it both to MEDVi and FedEx. Then I asked my pharmacist. My pharmacist said the contents were possibly compromised and I shouldn’t use. MEDVi said go ahead and use it. MEDVI offered a $100 discount for the future. But I declined. I would not trust a supplier of drug that was quite likely compromised. MEDVi could not assure how long it had been heated or to what temperature it had been exposed. I will never use MEDVi. Not trustworthy.

Completed the online survey for my 2nd dose, credit card charged the same day and 2 weeks later, I still don't have my meds. I have written multiple times only to get the same canned customer service speech again and again. They claim they have expedite my order, blah, blah, blah. DO NOT deal with this company!! They are a scam.

    They have charged my credit card twice after I canceled my subscription. Customer service is overseas and they have not refunded my credit card although I have called and written multiple times. I had to contact my credit card company to finally get this to end. They will take your money and keep your money and not give you quality product. Do not use this company.

    Just started with MedVi…. Had previously been with DirectMeds. Met my goal. Decided to lose another 16 lbs and get down to 170. DirectMeds was a bit more costly than MedVi. MedVi advertised $279 ($120 off all GLP-1) for the 1st month of compounded Tirzepatide. Then $399 per month afterward. Their customer service said yesterday that it was actually $220 of my order and I’ll be charged $499 a month. That’s false advertising and a scam hook to get you to join. After taking my dose 2 days ago I still feel hungry but not giving in to snacking. The dose was also a very dark pink. They say it’s B-12. Just not feeling the same as with DirectMeds. I hope it’s really a GLP-1. Very disappointed as I research all.

    MedVi is the third provider I have used for ** and ** medications. They are by far the fastest to refill medications, with a quick 3-4 day process from start to finish. When I have had questions, their process to speak with a medical provider has been easy and quick as well. The price is pretty standard as these medications go, but the two aspects of customer service I mentioned distinguish MedVi from other providers I have previously used.     Doctor said they were raising from 25 to 40. Next dose was 17, after multiple calls 3rd month was 16. After $1000 I gained 2 lbs, they said it's cause they can't find my labs? Answer they give me trizeptide for another $200 a month. Way better offers and services out there.

    I paid $280 for a consultation and a prescription of 28 Trizepitude pills, but I received only 17 pills—and had to cut them in half to try to make them last. Despite following the regimen, I experienced no loss of appetite and lost zero pounds. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the remaining pills would be included at no cost in my next shipment. That shipment never arrived. I eventually canceled, and received an email confirming I wouldn’t be charged again—but they also stated they would not honor the promised additional pills.

    This is a scam. First I tried to get my online appointment and after waiting for over 20 minutes I hung up and decided this company wasn’t for me. I have requested a refund twice now and each time they tell me they have escalated my request for review. Review for what?? I didn’t receive a virtual consultation and I didn’t receive the product. I want my money back. I have been waiting for weeks and no one will get back to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK MY MONEY DID NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE OR PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE INVESTIGATED FOR THEIR CRIMINAL PRACTICES. I am so done with these scam internet companies. I should have known better and used better judgement when researching who to purchase from. I hope my review keeps others from using this criminal organization that is by no surprise based out of a foreign country.

    I started compounded semaglutide injections almost 3 months ago. I am 4'11 and was 134 pounds. To me this is a very excellent, responsible company! I see reviews on here saying people got charged more than stated on their site, or got meds late or didn't lose weight. This how the process works for real. The website sign up very specifically states the introductory first month cost (which is a reduced cost). The following months are at an increased cost which remains the same even if your dosage increases or decreases. I do the injections of compounded semaglutide because they are the cheapest and the needles are so small and honestly do not hurt. I was all ready for this big pain and honestly, I felt nothing and thought the needle didn't go in or fell off of which neither was true. For the first month and a half I was feeling pretty nauseous and bloated as my body adjusted to the medication.

    Physically, I was pretty much not feeling hungry, but ate a few small snacks a day of like yogurt, a banana, a breakfast bar or protein shakes. Before each new 4 week refill, you must have a video visit with a doctor who discusses your progress and any changes to medical history since last meeting. They then decide if you qualify for the next 4 week prescription and any dosage change. Please note that you are sent a refill request form after each 3rd week injection. You must complete it in order to get scheduled with a doctor or you will NOT receive a refill on the medication. If I completed my 3rd injection and did not receive the form, I emailed or called customer service to request it. You also receive a care coaching session with each refill to discuss tips to help with any challenges you may be experiencing and tips to enhance your weight loss and health. I was sent for blood work at no cost for them to monitor different aspects of my state of health.

    Their customer service members are so courteous, helpful, quick to respond and are extremely flexible with appointment times. Those who are dissatisfied with the program either are a rare incident or did not keep up with their end of the responsibilities. By the way, in 3 months I have gone from 134 pounds to 121 pounds and am extremely happy with the progress. I have not added exercise, but I highly recommend it to maximize weight loss and minimize sagging skin. Drink lots of water and get enough protein. Good luck and I have complete confidence in this company.

    I first ordered an injection on 06/19/2025 and never received the medicine. They say you have to fill out a refill form to get it refilled. I didn't fill out the refill form and was just charged $299 for a second month when I never received the first month. On the dashboard, both orders are marked as pending approval. I am disputing both charges. Almost $500 spent and nothing to show for it. A total rip off.

    Updated on 08/17/2025: I got my replacement, but it took FOREVER. Not only that, now that I have my replacement there have been no communication, no check ins from the coach, nothing. So to say the very least, good luck with this program if you have $200 to blow.

    Original Review: I was very confident this program would be a success for me but after complications with my first dose I have had the worst customer service. I made them aware of an issue at the first of July and it is still not resolved. I am fully regretting spending almost $200 on one month of this.

    I am very happy to have found MEDVI. They have made this whole process very easy. I feel supported and not left alone. I have monthly calls with my Drs and we go over everything. How I’m feeling, if I’ve lost weight, any concerns etc. I always receive my medication in a timely matter. I have never had any issues. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this medication.     When I had the online consult, the provider was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. From start to finish, the call lasted three minutes. The online site was/is not user friendly, very difficult to navigate. First shipment arrived at the end of the day. The cold packs were room temperature, as were the insulin bottles. Fast forward three weeks, I get a notification from my credit card that this scam company had charged me $300 for more medication without my authorization.

    I called to complain and have the charge removed, they wanted my entire life history, then tell me I have to be transferred to another person. I've sent two emails and the company won't respond. This company is only concerned about $$$. I wish I'd looked up reviews before choosing this company. You can do better elsewhere.

    After my consultation I was told I would have my medication in 5-7 days. I called customer service 5 days in and again on the 7th day because I had not received a shipping notification. All they could tell me was it was in the process. 2 weeks later my medication arrived. It was hot and no longer chilled therefore I could not use the medication. I called customer service to relay this information immediately upon receiving the medication. After being on hold for 15 minutes, the lady could not help me. I was told it was escalated to the pharmacy team and I would get a call back later that night. Which I did not. I called again the next morning and asked if I could just cancel and receive a refund since they offer a 30 day money back guarantee if I was not happy with the service. She told me I could not receive a refund because I had already received medication.

    Even though I could not use the medication, they still would not offer a refund. All they could do was send a replacement that I would get here in another 5-7 days. Which would be 3 weeks since I attempted to start this journey. I asked if at the least they could expedite the shipment of the replacement so it would get here sooner and not be hot this time. She said they were unable to do that. My advice would be to go with another company that can follow through with what they tell you, and that stands behind their service claims. This company does not. I am getting married in 3 months and had hope to be able to drop a few more pounds before the wedding. This company has now wasted a month of my deadline and given me nothing but more stress.

    It has been 3 months since I started with MEDVi. My starting weight was 235 and today it is 212. I'm taking injectable **. It took approximately 2 weeks from the time I first did my questionnaire and paid until I received my medication. I have been very happy with this company! Every month I receive my medication on time by FedEx overnight, it is packaged and shipped cold the proper way. For the cost, $300 month, I think it is well worth it. Some companies charge even more but I chose MEDVi because it was at a price I can manage. So far, I have nothing negative to say about this company and would highly recommend them! I'm losing weight every week, even if it's just a couple pounds, and that is all I'm expecting, consistent progress.. I'm very pleased so far!

    MedVi has done nothing for me except give me bunk meds that only curb my appetite the first month. Second month they sent the bottle to my billing address and not to my shipping address and took two weeks to replace it and the bottle was bunk and didn't curb my appetite or anything. My second refill they told me I can't get bumped up to a higher ml like they should have. Instead they see that early June they sent my bottle to the wrong address, so it looks like to these people that my third refill which I would need my labs, but this is only my second and I get a bump up. They told me no and sent me a bottle with the same ml as the last refill that did nothing after I told them not to and refund my money. I have been fighting this since late June, then they send the bottle anyway and will NOT even talk to me to try to make it right.

    So I threw the bunk bottle away and started asking for my refund. They actually even took another payment like I was going to order a third refill when I still haven't gotten refill # 2 squared away. They did refund that money, but still have not sent me the money or talked to me about refill number 2. In addition to not refunding for the unauthorized bottle that they won't refund me for, refill #1 I had to start two weeks because it took me two weeks to get a replacement bottle that was not even as strong as my initial bottle, so they bumped me down and not up...LOL...I lost two lbs the whole month of June. PLEASE BEWARE.

    Everything falls in like clockwork until it doesn’t! My Tirzepatide prescription was supposed to arrive on July 3, 2025 by way of UPS. The shipment was delayed and didn’t arrive until July 7, 2025. Upon arrival, the box was hot, the styrofoam container was hot, ice bags were hot and medication vial was hot. I confirmed the medication was hot with the dispensing pharmacy and they said do not use it, contact MedVi. I notified MedVi on July 7, they assured me the medication would be replaced. I heard nothing and called again- it will be escalated and just be patient- it has now been 9 days and NOTHING!! No meds, nothing! I demanded a refund by email- got a response to give them a few days, nothing, called and demanded refund- a week to 10 days! This company is not credible!! BEWARE!!!

    I am (2) months into my diet with MEDVi and I have lost 14 1/2 pounds to date. In all honesty, I was hoping for a few pounds more by now, but, that could very well be my fault for not changing my diet enough. In taking the shot, it basically makes me feel full almost all of the time. That’s great because I don’t feel like I have to snack or eat dessert, nor eat as much at meals. It does give me gas, sometimes I feel a little bloated. The first two weeks I took shots, I had diarrhea the first couple of days. The staff has been awesome to me. They’ve all been very kind. The medicine arrives extremely quickly after payment. I gave this 4 stars because there’s no partial stars, otherwise I’d give it 4.5+.

    I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with MEDVi was so aggravating and disappointing that people deserve to know what really happens behind their polished marketing. It started when I signed up for their weight loss program. On my very first call, I was quoted a monthly price of $229. To be absolutely sure this wasn’t a limited promo, I asked twice: “Will this be my price moving forward?” The rep assured me yes. Feeling reassured, I moved ahead.

    But the next month, my bill jumped to $379. I called back, expecting a quick correction since I had been promised something else. Instead, I ran into their retention team, whose real purpose seems to be talking you into staying instead of actually helping. They wouldn’t honor the original price, but offered me a $100 coupon to bring the cost down to $279 — still $50 higher than I was told. Even worse, they claimed they had no notes in my account documenting what the first rep promised, and although all calls are “recorded,” conveniently they couldn’t find the recording. Every time I called, it felt like starting over from scratch with someone who knew nothing about my situation.

    Then came the appointment. I was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., so I logged in on time. But the doctor was late — really late. I waited in the queue for 30 minutes with absolutely no communication: no chat, no update, nothing to say the doctor was running behind or would even show up. Most people would give up after 10 minutes, because you’d assume your appointment isn’t happening. I stubbornly stayed the full 30 minutes, which was outrageous. Appointments exist for a reason, and this level of disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable.

    As if that wasn’t enough, when it came time to actually get my medication, they required me to send over bloodwork and my A1C test results — which is understandable for safety, but the process was chaotic. They emailed me the request, yet nothing appeared in the portal (which itself was clunky and unreliable). I sent in my documents right away, but two weeks later, I still hadn’t received my medication. In my case, the medication was mainly to help me slim down for my wedding, so thankfully it wasn’t urgent. But imagine if someone genuinely needed it for serious health reasons: the way this company operates could have real, harmful consequences.

    In summary, this has been the most aggravating, dishonest, and incompetent experience I’ve ever had with any company: Lied to about pricing from day one. Gaslit and told there was no record of the conversation. Forced to deal with unhelpful reps reading scripts. Offered a “discount” that barely made a dent and wasn’t properly noted. Left sitting in a virtual waiting room for 30 minutes with no communication. And after sending required labs, still no medication after two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend MEDVi to my worst enemy. If your health depends on it, you deserve a company that treats you with honesty, efficiency, and respect — none of which I found here.

    I signed up in the morning. Within minutes my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I called immediately stating that I would like to speak with a physician about the dosage. I was told the pharmacy was contacted and prescription put on hold. I spoke with my husband about ordering more medication and he suggested I reach out to our family doctor before pursuing. It turns out I was having an allergic reaction.

    I called and cancelled everything. I was told the medication had shipped and for that reason I could not be issued a refund. It didn't matter that I hadn't talked to a physician, that my prescription was on hold (so they claim), that my family doctor said not to continue, that the package was still in the pharmacy or that FedEx said they could return to sender... They flat out aren't going to refund me. So I'm stuck with medication I can not use due to a company lying left and right.

    My doctor has been harping on me to lose weight for the past several years and I have tried practically everything under the sun-intermittent fasting, exercise classes, diets, cleanses, etc. and at most I would lose 4-5 lbs and as soon as I stopped, it all came right back. The shots work and I’m excited to finally reach my weight goals (& get the dr off my back -lol)!! I am not sure how the program works once I get to the maintenance phase but am confident it will be straightforward and won’t have any surprise costs.     This company is a disaster. They screwed up my first month’s medication, promised me a discount for the second month, and then proceeded to try to charge my card the full amount a dozen times—after I revoked authorization when it became clear they were going to screw up month 2 as well.     Biggest scam company ever. Was first told it is NOT a subscription and I would have to request refills. They randomly took $300 from my account. I called to cancel and get a refund. Was then told (July 5th) that subscription had been cancelled and refund given. Come to find out, that was all a lie. I called today and they “have no record” of me canceling or a refund.

    I spoke to a “patient advocate” who then confirmed that they cancelled my June subscription but not July? Do they understand what a subscription is? Finally - the medication (semaglutide) made me incredibly sick. There wasn’t enough in the vial for 4 weeks and it’s a bright red color. I’ve been on it before with a different company and was fine for a year! I noticed on the website it says “money back guarantee”. I inquire as how to get a refund because I was not satisfied. She said that guarantee is a SHIPPING guarantee. Like if you don’t get the medication delivered, you get your money back. 😂 Do yourself a favor and work with any other company. They will dip their hands into your bank account without permission, then lie about it.

    I purchased tirzepatide from Medvi and received vial of medication in the mail. The vial is brown and not clear like semaglutide vial. The vial was supposed to have 4 doses in it 13 units per dose. I administered 2 doses and on Friday July 4th when I went to administer 3rd dose nothing was in it. I called Boothwyn pharmacy and was told other customers had the same issue and that they could not resolve issue and I needed to call Medvi. I called Medvi and as of today no resolution. DO NOT USE THEM! CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR!

My only issue is I’m not very tech savvy so I do wish there was an app I could log into without having to go through the password and log in over and over.     After an almost two week process I was told I would be shipped .25 mg of Semaglutide. Since I am on 15 mg of Mounjaro it made no sense.     I have tried to lose weight so many times since I had my last child. Some things have worked, others have not. All were not very successful. I asked my doctor to prescribe Tirzepatide but because my BMI was ever so slightly below what they required for insurance coverage she denied it. A friend recommended MedVi so I decided to try it. A simple questionnaire showed that I qualified for the program. An appointment was made with a provider who called me right on time. She told me all about the program and the medication. I opted for the sublingual tablets initially, I wanted to see how I did with the medication. The medication arrived a few days later and I started the next day. In three weeks I lost 4 pounds. I have now switched to the injectable medication and took the first dose yesterday. I’m down another pound today.

    I received a check in call today just to see how I was doing. Everyone seems to be very helpful and have been able to answer my questions quickly. I would rather be able to get the medication through my insurance but this is a good and affordable option. I did have to get bloodwork done but I received everything I needed to get it done, the program paid for it and I received my results promptly. They recommend that we share the results with our regular doctor. I have no complaints or concerns about this program. Thank you MedVi!

    Ten weeks in and I’m already half-way to my goal weight. This is the easiest weight loss I have ever had! I've experienced a bit of nausea as well as tummy troubles, but when I think of how much pain went into trying to lose weight in the past, it's still do-able. Make sure you are eating protein and drinking more water than you ever thought imaginable. While a bit expensive for me, it's an investment. Staff have been very supportive. This was a good choice for me.

    Found through Facebook. Initial interactions were online, received first month's dose, had several people reach out via text and email in the following weeks. I’ve taken the medicine for 3 months now (compounded semaglutide) & had almost zero side effects. The weight loss has been slow, but steady, and I do not crave sugar for the first time in my life. I had a video Dr appointment last month & I’ve found everything about MedVi to be clear and easy.     I’m taking Tablet Form TIRZEPATIDE/L CARNITINE/VIT B12 6MG/10MG/2MG ODT. Beginning dosage 1/2 tablet per day to see if I had any body rejection. Everything went great. No side effects at all. I lost no weight in the first 4wks. My meeting with the nurse consultant Betty ** was very helpful and reassuring. She spoke in a very soothing tone and let me know that my body was getting use to the meds and with a higher protein, vegetable diet and exercise I should begin to see a loss in weight. She helped me with scheduling my medication refill appointment and I’m comfortable I will see results before our next meeting in 4wks.

    Very misleading. They don’t tell you everything they’ll need and require you to do. Then once you pay they call you and tell you to get blood work within a time frame or you won’t get more meds, they conveniently don't mention that before payment. Then when you say you’d rather cancel than be stuck getting blood work by a deadline, they take forever to get you support to cancel. They also don’t need the blood work before you start the meds, they want it by three months. So you could’ve been on the meds, and failed to have time for blood work, then they lock you off after collecting 3 months of expensive payments. They seem very manipulative.

    I started my injections back in May. I have lost 20 lbs in that period of time. I’m most impressed with the professionalism and prompt responses.     MEDVI has been absolutely AMAZING!! I don’t think I have ever written a review for anything - ever. My story is this: spent my entire life being very thin (thankful for that). Started menopause and gained 50 pounds - for no apparent reason. Walked 3-5 miles almost daily, lived on fruits and vegetables - after two years of this, I didn’t even lose a single ounce. I couldn’t believe it! At my last medical checkup, my cholesterol suddenly went from normal, to the danger zone. My doctor wanted me to immediately start meds. I insisted he give me a few months to get my cholesterol down on my own. Bit the bullet and decided to spend the money on myself. Started on Tirzepatide on May 23rd. Today is July 1st - I’ve lost 18 1/2 pounds doing virtually nothing other than taking my weekly injection.

    Additionally, I had my bloodwork done last week. Between losing the weight, as well as taking Berberine - a natural supplement which assists in reducing cholesterol, I am now in the normal range. Not only has the weight fallen off, but everyone at MEDVI has been extremely helpful and the entire process has been quite easy. Customer Service is WONDERFUL!! I have a monthly check-in (via phone call) asking me how everything is going and anytime I email with a question, I receive an immediate response. Additionally, I have had virtually no side effects to the medication. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made - this company is terrific and I would highly recommend!!!

    Would never recommend this lousy company they say they delivered my meds and I never received my medication but I was still charged. I fought it. My credit card investigated at MEDVi said that I received this ** medication and my credit card company let the charge stand. I am pissed Because after a month I had still not received the meds and now it’s been two months and there’s still no meds of course I had canceled after a month because I gave up but this company oh my God, the worst and it seemed like to me that seeing these comments that it’s every blue moon that someone gets their meds And one out of every five people don’t so they’re making money with. I guess some medication and then no medication or as I was reading someone’s getting medication from South Africa and that to me is fake medication. My credit card company is Discover. They don’t have your back if anyone is dealing with Discover definitely look into someone else.

    Working with this company has been… Working with this company has been HORRIBLE. Their communication was perfect UNTIL I signed up and began paying. SINCE THEN it has been one mistake after another. After the first month, my medication was delayed for over a week! Now it is time for the THIRD MONTH and my medication was due last FRIDAY... It is WEDNESDAY NOW, and after calling several times, I FINALLY found someone to tell me that they had apparently attempted to use an invalid debit card, which they tried last month, after which I changed to AMAZON PAY.

    I called this week and was told that my account was cancelled on 5/2/25. But I received my last Rx on 5/6! No one knows what is going on. No one can give me an answer. I was finally told I had to see the provider again. OK, after about a 2 minute "visit" with her, I told her I needed my medication immediately. That was on Sunday (3 days ago) and she said that she was sending it right then. So I call on Tuesday and that is when I was told that I was cancelled a month and a half ago??? Then why have I been speaking with their people since then, and given an appointment with a provider?? EXTREMELY disorganized, and when I do call the phone number, the person on the other end is BARELY intelligible, as a non-English speaker. If I could switch to another company... I WOULD.

    I called their number and was assured that my appointment would proceed as originally scheduled for today at 12:45pm. Per the sign-in instructions, I clicked on the link at 12:35 and as of 1:07pm no one had come online. When the person in charge of the appointment finally showed up, the screen was blocked so I could not see who it was, but they could see me. I could hear the person, but she claimed not to hear me, although she stated that she could see my lips moving, so she knew I was talking. This happened twice. Fed up with the site’s incompetence, I dialed the number given on their email and the number given on their voicemail this morning. After a lengthy wait I was asked for my information on each call, 5 times. Finally at about 1:35pm, I was told that my appointment would have to be rescheduled for next Tuesday.

    Totally fed up now with their incompetence, I requested a full refund on my money which they have had since I first signed on June 3rd. The person who answered the last call said he would have to escalate the call to the billing department and that would have to wait 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. He refused to connect me to whoever it is that will be processing the refund and refused to email acknowledgment of my request for a refund. I want my payment fully refunded to my original form of payment immediately. The same way they charged my account the same day I signed up for their program, without sending the prescription nor bothering to schedule the “mandatory” medical evaluation.

    I attempted to purchase, and set up my first appt with doc online. Scheduled for 2:10, they sent reminder. I got on they said it's not until 5:10. I got on at 5:10, WAITED for 40 mins, called cust serv and they told me I'd have to reschedule. Wasted an hour of my day because THEY messed up my first appt time, it WAS at 2:10 (no this wasn't an eastern standard/Pacific standard time issue, I asked). I rescheduled it for 3 days later, at 8:20 am. I got on, shocker...says 120 docs available yet 25 mins in I had to call cust serv again. Amanda was very nice, 25 mins on hold with her and she said "a doctor is reviewing your file and will be with you shortly". I waited up to one full hour on hold for a doctor, and nobody showed. I'll pay a better company who manage to keep a simple appointment online.

    Look elsewhere! Inconsistent, inaccurate communication coming from many different people via too many email and text messages. Every month, a struggle to receive the medication and could not stay consistent with injections because delivery was always 2+ weeks late. Cancellation was difficult and they continued to charge even after confirming cancellation! Only consistency was charging my credit card.

    They started out with 179.00. They asked for labs to be done. I had just had my labs done through my doctor who prescribed me for Wegovy. My insurance wouldn’t cover it, so I sent it to MEDVI. They prescribed me Semaglutide and it worked for the first month. 5-6 pounds. The second month, I received a 2nd vial I lost 10 pounds, but the failed to tell me it would be 200 dollars. After this, I had to speak with a doctor and they charged me 299. They told me I was on 5 mgs. When the vial came in, it said 3.49 mgs. I ran out and they took another 299 out of my account. I just had a meet with one of their Drs. He says I have “plateaued“ but he can’t prescribe me a higher dosage until I pay for more labs. Really, this is one of the worst experiences ever. They already took my money out of my account. No script. The absolute worst company ever.

    I truly don't believe any of the 5 star reviews are real. I ordered the semiglutide at special startup price of $179. It never came. No email on why it was delayed or if it was ever coming. But I did get emails telling me that my payment wasn't going through. They continued to try and charge me $299 every few days for a subscription on a product I never received. Not the first month's supply or the second. I called my bank, reported it as fraud and they refunded me. I don't know how this place is still in business.

    This company is a total scam and I would avoid them at all costs. They make the initial intake seem easy and then they "accidentally, on purpose" charge your card twice and never give you the refund, their customer service is non-existent when you call with serious health concerns, it takes a month to get your medication, and when you try to cancel, they immediately try to charge your card again.     I went through the questionnaire. Paid the amount requested. Set up my online appointment for 6/10 6 pm CDT. While I was logging into the waiting room, MEDVi sent me an email cancelling the appointment. I'm already in the waiting room and never see this message. I waited 25 minutes. I logged off and called to ask what happened. Their response was that they sent me an email cancelling the appointment. I pointed out that they sent the email mere minutes before the appointment and I was already in the waiting room. They were sorry and could reschedule me for Friday at 7 am. I was not happy.

    They cancelled at the last minute, then they should give me an appointment at my convenience. Not theirs. I should have been moved immediately to the next day at a similar time. But they refused, saying that was the earliest they could get me in. Just like everyone else...I work. Friday at 7 am is not feasible. But... "Sorry, Mr. **. Take it or leave it." Pitiful customer service... Absolutely pitiful. I'm going to find every review site I can and tell everyone to stay away. I'm certainly telling all my friends that are interested in GLP1 and Tirzepatide to stay away from this company.

    I am going on vacation early tomorrow, and I do NOT have my prescription. I was not informed that, you need to have your Zoom call with a PA or MD prior to reordering the medication. I have called the company 3 times, and I am unable to get in touch with any supervisor. I have been told by the staff that I would be able to get an overnight delivery, and now I am told that they cannot expedite the order. I was told 2 times that a supervisor would call me in 24- 48 hours and that time has passed and NO one seems to be helping me. I am paying quite a bit for this service, but I am not satisfied!

    Money grab. That’s all they are. Charged my card for about 100 more than what they were supposed to the first time. Medicine came a week late. Did not work AT ALL. EVEN WHEN I TRIPLED THE DOSE. NOTHING!!! Numerous calls and texts (always with a different person) sometimes coming at 2-3 am. Then I noticed a 499 charge out of the blue saying they were going to send me more of what I had already told them was essentially a sugar pill. It was only after I told them I believed they were shady and this was a scam that they finally agreed to refund the 499 and cancel my subscription (which I never knowingly authorized in the first place). I had to cancel my card to ensure they would not charge me again. This has been an absolute nightmare to navigate. Do yourself a favor and run as far away as you can. Simply shady AF.

    I just ordered my first bottle of Semaglutide yesterday. Just like the previous reviews, I have had absolutely crazy emails and texts that contradict each other. One says I'm getting Tirzepatide, the other says it's Semaglutide. Completely different prices quoted in both texts. My credit card was also charged immediately, thankfully at the lower price ($179), but the price they say they will charge me monthly is $499! That is not what I signed up for. If you go to the website and log on to your account, there is no record of what you signed up for or any place where you can cancel your subscription. I will be contacting my credit card company to see how I can block any further transactions from this company. It sounds like I will probably never get my first order. If I don't, I will file a fraud complaint.

    I am on my 7th dose and haven’t lost a pound. Mostly, feel an increase in appetite and desire for sugar-craving, candy, bread, carbs, etc. I had zero side effects, not even a slight feeling of change. I’m extremely disappointed with this product, not to mention I thought I was signing up for terzepitide and received the compound. Service was great, product and my experience was not.

    The medication i received came three weeks after my telemedicine visit and approval but I had to call numerous times to finally get it sent. They gave me an eight week supply but only sent 5 syringes. Seems very unorganized all around. Switching to Remedy Meds which has much better reviews.

    Signing up for Medvi was extremely easy. The process to be approved took less than 2 days. I was told if the medication provided didn't work, there is a 100% money back guarantee within the first 30 days. I reported to MedVi that the medication wasn't working after a little over a week and was told to keep taking it to allow my body to adjust. 3 weeks in I requested my money back and was denied due to receiving/taking the medication. Mind you I reported issues within the first 9 days, and trusted the representative enough to continue taking the medication for another week before officially requesting a refund. Their money back guarantee is fraud and should be treated as such. I have reported the transaction to my bank and will be pursuing every avenue I can to make sure MedVi is held responsible for openly defrauding individuals! If you are reading this DO NOT do business with MedVi!

    Unacceptable practices. I went online and filled out the information asked. All the statements that I read said my credit card would not be charged until my call with the Dr. Well, that is incorrect. My card was charged IMMEDIATELY. I then received a call from a woman who spoke very broken English to set me up for my initial call. After I spoke to her, I decided that this was not for me. I didn't trust the process since I couldn't understand what this woman was trying to explain to me. I immediately sent an email stating that I wasn't moving forward. My account was cancelled and I was told that I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days.

    After the wait, I still haven't received a refund. When I questioned it, they then told me via email that they are expediting my refund and to wait another 5-10 business days. UNACCEPTABLE!. I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company as I don't trust they will refund my money. If you want to use this, go to a local provider.

    Started out good, but no follow up. Completed the initial questions and scheduled a consultation. It went well and ii decided on the Tirzepitide w/ B12. Paid the $279 and received the medication quickly. They even sent Zofran to assist with any nausea. They sent 100 unit insulin syringes and I laugh every time I have to draw it up. I used to be a nurse. Do you know how hard it is to draw up 12.5u of a red solution? Regardless, have had 3 doses and wondering if the med is real. I have absolutely no side effects, nor have I noticed any change at all in appetite or weight. They sent me for labs and haven’t reached out to review them. In fact, when I sent a text to inquire, they replied with a welcome text and another lab request….as if was a new patient. Called customer support to inquire, but they had no idea why that happened. Received an email for a med refill. Completed it 4 days ago, and absolutely no response. Basically, feel like I wasted $279.

    This company is a total fraud and a total scam. They will send you a clear prescription one month and then completely change the formula without your authorization or consent the following month and tell you the pink and bloody looking prescription is the same one you had before. When I confronted Medvi about this and explained my discomfort with taking a prescription that was completely different from the first one that they sent they have been nonresponsive and provided excuse after excuse for why I should accept the prescription which I believe is either contaminated or tainted. They have continued to put unauthorized charges on my credit card for medication that I never received and would not let me return the prescription I did not trust not would they send a replacement or refund my money. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THIS COMPANY.

    I had Medvi for 1 month and it was a disaster. The entering process was easy but they had a mailing issue and sent medicine to wrong addresses across the majority of their customer base.     My experience with MEDVi has been a nightmare. I placed an order online in late April and had a consultation shortly after. After days of no medication and no proactive communication regarding shipping, I cancelled my subscription and requested a full refund on May 6th. Their response that day acknowledged my cancellation and refund request. Despite this, the medication was shipped and arrived on May 8th, two days after I had already cancelled. Now, they are refusing to issue a full refund, which is completely unacceptable given that they shipped the order after my cancellation.

    Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive of the timeline. I contacted them multiple times regarding the delay and my cancellation. This company's handling of my order has been unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time and money. I strongly advise against using MEDVi. I am still fighting to get my money back for a medication I cancelled due to their incompetence.

    I really don’t understand these comments because my experience has been very easy and positive. In fact they have so much customer support that it almost seems like too much. I started via Instagram. I had no idea what I was getting into but decided to try it for 25 lb weight loss. I was quickly reached out to and started on the compounded version of Tirzepitide which came from a pharmacy in TX to my home in FL. Zero issues. The mg’s are slightly different than the one directly from Lilly because it must be different than the actually pharmaceutical co. but the price is lower and more affordable. I started on 2.2 mg’s and now going to 4.7 (Lilly would have been 2.5 and 5 respectively). It has been working fine for me with no issues. In fact, I can get my next dosage at 4.7 mg’s and split them actually making it more affordable to be able to spread it out. I’ve done well on 2.2 but asked for the next level just to see if I notice anything different.

    I’ve lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks and feel great. No issues. I’m not morbidly obese and only need to take about 25 lbs off that I gained after menopause but the weight affects my blood pressure so I must try to get it off and keep it off. I’ve had no issues with delivery, no issues with communication and no issues with anything. If you don’t have insurance and need this med, this is the perfect way to do it. It’s affordable even though it still costs money but far less than going through Lilly, the manufacturer of Tirzepitide (Zepbound). Once their patent expired this will be much more affordable to go direct but for now, compounding is perfectly fine. I see no issues and would highly recommend MEDVi.

    They advertise $179, but after filling out online forms I was told tirzepatide ($279/mos) would work best for me. Then was told I needed a video visit with a provider in my state. Waited 30 mins after my appt time and was told a provider wasn’t available and I would need to reschedule. A few mins later I received a congratulatory text that it was determined semaglutide would work best for me at $399/mos. HOW was this determined since I didn’t speak with anyone?? Seems scammy and unprofessional, plus a bit dangerous. While asking for a refund and to cancel my subscription I was accused of “not recalling” info discussed with my provider. Refer back to paragraph one where I DID NOT ever chat/Zoom/etc. with a provider. Nice try to victim blame… So here I am shouting out to the world to avoid them!! I have received an email stating I’ll be refunded and subscription stopped. I’ll be checking my credit card diligently.

    The way Medvi works is that they prescribe a low dosage the first month in an effort to determine if your body can tolerate the formula. After the first month you’re asked if you lost any weight and if you think the dosage needs to be increased. Now you’re in to the second month and the increased dosage may or may not be effective. In my case it was not.

    Now, after two months' time and $480 spent, I need to decide whether this plan is ever going to work for me. I have decided to cut my losses and go somewhere else. I have ALWAYS struggled with my weight so at 50+ pounds overweight and a BMI of 40 I would think the doctors employed with Medvi would know that someone like me would need X amount of medication each week in order to be effective. Then make small adjustments later if required. I initially went with Medvi because I don’t have health insurance that covers this type of thing and I can’t afford $1000/ month to purchase **. After this experience of lost time and hard earned money, I’m considering paying more to get something that might actually work.

    100% fraud. This company will charge you, and tell you they've shipped your medication when they've not. If you have any concerns, they'll blatantly lie to you, then refuse to help when you get mad. I also saw zero impact to my weight. If you don't want to have to cancel your credit card and file fraud charges to get refunded for items you won't get, save yourself the trouble.

    It's a scam. I signed up and paid the full price. I set up an appointment. No doctor logged in on the date and time of the appointment. I am trying to get my money back now. Do not sign up with MEDVi.

    I’m so disappointed!! When I signed up, I was blown away how easy and fast the process was. I literally got my meds within days! I started the meds at the lowest dose of tirzepatide 2.5 and was seeing great results. When I called about the refill process they told me once I have taken my third dose, to call and they would process. Great! So I reached on the same day I took my 3rd of 4 shots. I had an appointment with a doctor online and he increased my dose that’s was on April 6th!! Well here we go. I still haven’t received my medication!!! And on top of that they charged my card TWICE. They took $800 dollars out of my account. Once in the 11th and again on the 12th.

    At first I was told I was lying and if that was the case I should call my bank. While I’m the phone I pulled up my banking statement and provided two different numbers. It was even showing on my patient portal I had been charged multiple times. At that time, she mysteriously located both charges and processed a refund to me. It still has not been refunded to my account and it is now the 19th going onto 20 April. I still do not have my medication’s. There isn’t even a tracking number created for the order yet and now tomorrow it will be two weeks since I took my last dose.

    I am concerned because the doctor upped my prescription and now that I’ve been off of it and I’m afraid I’m going to get very sick. Every time I call customer service all they do is apologize for the inconvenience and tell me that they’re here to support me. What a joke I have sent 23 emails and I have called customer care at dozen times just to continue to be told to be patient and how they understand how important this is to me and how important it is for me to be consistent with my medication.. At this point I just want my medication or a refund immediately. It’s sad that I am paying $399.50 for medication that I don’t even have. If you guys are looking for a company to get your GLP one medication’s from please run the opposite way. This is not the right one.

    I signed up and paid. I registered for initial Dr review. I signed in 10 minutes early. I waited 30 mins after and no appointment. I called customer service. I waited 15 mins and got nowhere and was left on hold. I called back again. They now told me no doctor visits for 2 more days. I signed up. I received an email notice for my “refill review” when I never even got the initial Dr review. I decided I didn't have a good feeling about this company. I called back and was on hold 20 minutes with no contact. I hung up and called again to complain about being on hold to cancel. After another 20 mins I finally got in touch with the department and luckily got everything cancelled. So glad I did before losing money. I was on the phone over an hour and a half.

    This is a warning that if you use these people, they will charge you right away and then never deliver. I waited two weeks to get my GLP1. I then reached out to them, and they stated that I didn't do an intake form!? Yet, they had enough info to charge me $279.00! I was then told that I had to visit one of their providers and so I set that up. Went to the chat link they provided on the day and time and waited and waited. It read they would be with me soon and it showed 120 available currently. I am at work mind you and finally gave up. I called and then was told it would take 48hrs to get a refund issued! I am not holding my breath and will probably have to file a claim with me CC company. DONT DO IT!!!! CROOKS!!!!

    MedVi is a complete SCAM. They charged my AMEX Card, Provided a tracking number via email for shipped Tirzepatide - however the tracking shows it was shipped to another person in another state altogether. I have called several times (2 different numbers) and emailed several times (2 different emails) and only receive an automated response from a ticketing software. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. I had to dispute the charge with AMEX and get my money back. I've emailed asking to cancel, and still no response. I will likely have to cancel my card because this is a recurring subscription and the next charge (according to their website) is going to hit on 4/25.

    DO NO BUSINESS WITH MEDVI. I ordered meds ($279) on mar 25, 2025. I never received them and could not access the medical portal. The code would not work. They then charged me $399 on apr 25 for a second month for the prescription I still have never received. I have emailed them numerous times and asked for cancellation and reimbursement. I changed my debit card but they still managed to charge me in April. I have only received a form response saying they are looking into it. No response other than that. I contacted BBB but since medvi did not respond to their inquiry, BBB can’t do anything.

    I canceled my account with Medvi last month due to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. My initial order was placed on 02/05/2025. I clearly explained that this was a business address and requested that the delivery be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, not on a weekend. Unfortunately, the medication was delivered over the weekend because the suite number was omitted from the address. As a result, the package was left outside the building when no one was available to receive it. It was not brought inside until Monday morning.

    When I contacted Medvi, I was instructed to dispose of the medication and was told a replacement would be shipped within the week. However, I never received a shipping notification. Upon following up again, I was informed that the reorder had been canceled because Medvi claimed I could still use the original order—despite the fact that I had already discarded it based on Medvi’s instructions.

    At that point, due to the stress, poor customer service, and unprofessional handling of the situation, I decided to cancel my membership and requested a refund. Instead of honoring the request, Medvi attempted to pressure me into placing a new order in exchange for a refund. I explained that if my payment was not refunded for the unusable medication I was told to throw away, I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Since the representative refused to issue a refund, I reported the charge as fraudulent and received the refund on 03/09/2025. Given all of this, my account should have been closed, and no further charges should have been made. Unfortunately, they are still trying to charge my credit card. RUN from this company!

    I signed up in Feb 4th. Got my medicine quickly. All good. But after a few weeks I found a company that allowed me to a 6m supply up front, instead of monthly with Medvi, so I wanted to switch. I emailed medvi and asked them about canceling and if there were any fees. They assured me there was no fees and that I just had to explain why I wanted to end my subscription. So I did all that and they said my cancelation was being processed. That was Feb 24th. A day or two goes by and I get an email to fill out the form for my refill, which I emailed them again asking why I was getting emails for a refill when I canceled my subscription? They kept telling me not to worry, it was being canceled.

    Well on March 4th, I saw on my credit card that I was charged another month. So of course I contacted them again, and again about why I was charged for a subscription that for 1, I canceled a week before and 2 never requested a refill! They kept saying how sorry they were for any inconvenience and that it was being handled, well days went on and no action was being done for my refund. Then after a few weeks I get an email from another email, that was from their billing department, stated that subscription was officially canceled and there will be no more future payments taking out going forward. But they said they regretted to inform me that per policy they are not able to send me a refund! I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    Well I am not sure what to say about these reviews but MINE is a good one, as I saw the ad, filled out the information. Was notified of a teledoc interview, it came up, spoke with Dr. Vanessa O. and she approved it. Said I would get Rx in a few days, downloaded the Medvi app, and watched the process. Got my meds today, took my shot and all seems to be well. Gotten many informative emails with lots of information and contact info. I am so sorry others have had a bad experience, but, KNOCK ON WOOD, mine has been ok and no big deal. I just hope the ** works and I can drop my A1c and some lbs and get back to my old self after a very bad car accident and gained so much weight. Note I am diabetic and considered obese overweight.     Based on this review and their poor ratings with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Consumer Reports, I have decided to cancel my membership with "Medvi." Prior to enrolling, I conducted research but inadvertently reviewed information for a similarly named company, "Medvidi," which has significantly better ratings. I strongly advise prospective customers to consult Consumer Reports and the Better Business Bureau before subscribing to this company's services. They currently hold an F rating with the BBB and have received overwhelmingly negative reviews on Consumer Reports, with numerous complaints regarding billing discrepancies and the failure to receive prescribed medication.

    While the customer service experience was generally satisfactory – I was consistently able to speak with a representative and received promised callbacks, and they offer a patient portal for account information – my primary concern lies with the ineffectiveness of the medication I received. After three weeks of use, I experienced no weight loss, which was the intended purpose of the treatment. This raised concerns that I may have been sent the incorrect medication. Consequently, I became uncomfortable continuing treatment with medication shipped by mail from a company with such a poor reputation. I hoping I don't have problems with billing but I am going to see if I can prevent it by speaking with my bank.

    Medvi on March 6, 2025 ach a $299.00 payment off my credit card. It is now March 25, 2025, I have not received my medicine. I've been emailing and calling these people to find out why I haven't gotten my medicine and all I get is the runaround. I even requested a full refund cancel prescription. I have yet to receive a full refund for my prescription. I am at my wit's end with this company 🤬

    These guys are So Sketchy. All they care about is the all mighty DOLLAR. There are questions in their Online Assessment that are specifically meant to weed out people who are NOT Qualified for their services. For example, they can not offer their services to people who are currently taking Narcotic Pain Medication. I answered their questions during the Online Assessment All "Correctly" (Clearly stating that YES I was and have been for over 20 years > Been taking Narcotic Pain Medication) Yet once the Online Assessment was done, They Still told me I was Approved and asked me to enter my Credit Card info to Charge the initial $179 Charge to.

    Afterwards they scheduled a Telemed Visit with a Doctor which was 3 days later. Once I was on the Telemed visit with the Doctor, he notified me that because I am taking Narcotic Pain Medication. That I am NOT Eligible for their services. He apologized and went on to explain that He would Cancel everything out and Process a Refund for the Initial Charge of $179.00. After 2wk and No Refund - I called MEDVi and was told that the Doctor (On Telemed Call) had No Authorization to Cancel or Issue Refund and That I needed to contact them separately. Which they informed me They would do based on This Call. Promised everything would be canceled and the $179.00 would be refunded within 10 business days. Giving me a Ticket # to ""Sound"" Official.

    At just about exactly the 10 day mark from that Last Call, did I receive a Refund of the Initial $179.00 ??? NO I DIDN'T > I Actually received a CHARGE of $299.00 Just like I never canceled in the first place and My Membership was Going Strong and I "Guess" this was the charge for the Next Month service? Which by itself is crazy because initially I was led to believe that it was just the $180 per month every month like I was initally charged...

    Now, Calling them back. Once again, to let them know how ridiculous this whole experience has been. Rep immed told me he would Refund BOTH. IMMEDIATELY... That it would Not take up to 10 business days and These Should be processed Immediately. I Even received Email Confirmations this time One for Each of the Two Separate Charges, Stating they would be refunded. Let]s see if I actually get my $$$ back This Time? or if this goes even further. Either way, This is absolutely INSANE for a company to do to someone who Answered a Question in the Online Assessment that Should Have Excluded Me from them Ever taking my Initial Payment to begin with. Just Insane... Thanks MEDVi for being More Shady than a Middle Eastern Call Center...
