This company is a total scam and I would avoid them at all costs. They make the initial intake seem easy and then they "accidentally, on purpose" charge your card twice and never give you the refund, their customer service is non-existent when you call with serious health concerns, it takes a month to get your medication, and when you try to cancel, they immediately try to charge your card again. HORRIBLE!

I went through the questionnaire. Paid the amount requested. Set up my online appointment for 6/10 6 pm CDT. While I was logging into the waiting room, MEDVi sent me an email cancelling the appointment. I'm already in the waiting room and never see this message. I waited 25 minutes. I logged off and called to ask what happened. Their response was that they sent me an email cancelling the appointment. I pointed out that they sent the email mere minutes before the appointment and I was already in the waiting room. They were sorry and could reschedule me for Friday at 7 am. I was not happy.
They cancelled at the last minute, then they should give me an appointment at my convenience. Not theirs. I should have been moved immediately to the next day at a similar time. But they refused, saying that was the earliest they could get me in. Just like everyone else...I work. Friday at 7 am is not feasible. But... "Sorry, Mr. **. Take it or leave it." Pitiful customer service... Absolutely pitiful. I'm going to find every review site I can and tell everyone to stay away. I'm certainly telling all my friends that are interested in GLP1 and Tirzepatide to stay away from this company.

I am going on vacation early tomorrow, and I do NOT have my prescription. I was not informed that, you need to have your Zoom call with a PA or MD prior to reordering the medication. I have called the company 3 times, and I am unable to get in touch with any supervisor. I have been told by the staff that I would be able to get an overnight delivery, and now I am told that they cannot expedite the order. I was told 2 times that a supervisor would call me in 24- 48 hours and that time has passed and NO one seems to be helping me. I am paying quite a bit for this service, but I am not satisfied!

Money grab. That’s all they are. Charged my card for about 100 more than what they were supposed to the first time. Medicine came a week late. Did not work AT ALL. EVEN WHEN I TRIPLED THE DOSE. NOTHING!!! Numerous calls and texts (always with a different person) sometimes coming at 2-3 am. Then I noticed a 499 charge out of the blue saying they were going to send me more of what I had already told them was essentially a sugar pill. It was only after I told them I believed they were shady and this was a scam that they finally agreed to refund the 499 and cancel my subscription (which I never knowingly authorized in the first place). I had to cancel my card to ensure they would not charge me again. This has been an absolute nightmare to navigate. Do yourself a favor and run as far away as you can. Simply shady AF.

I just ordered my first bottle of Semaglutide yesterday. Just like the previous reviews, I have had absolutely crazy emails and texts that contradict each other. One says I'm getting Tirzepatide, the other says it's Semaglutide. Completely different prices quoted in both texts. My credit card was also charged immediately, thankfully at the lower price ($179), but the price they say they will charge me monthly is $499! That is not what I signed up for. If you go to the website and log on to your account, there is no record of what you signed up for or any place where you can cancel your subscription. I will be contacting my credit card company to see how I can block any further transactions from this company. It sounds like I will probably never get my first order. If I don't, I will file a fraud complaint.

I am on my 7th dose and haven’t lost a pound. Mostly, feel an increase in appetite and desire for sugar-craving, candy, bread, carbs, etc. I had zero side effects, not even a slight feeling of change. I’m extremely disappointed with this product, not to mention I thought I was signing up for terzepitide and received the compound. Service was great, product and my experience was not.

Medvi double charged me 399.00. They keep telling me they refunded me but it's been 2 months and still no money! Keep telling me it's depends on my bank as to when I will get it. BS! Bank says it had nothing to do with them.

The medication i received came three weeks after my telemedicine visit and approval but I had to call numerous times to finally get it sent. They gave me an eight week supply but only sent 5 syringes. Seems very unorganized all around. Switching to Remedy Meds which has much better reviews.

Signing up for Medvi was extremely easy. The process to be approved took less than 2 days. I was told if the medication provided didn't work, there is a 100% money back guarantee within the first 30 days. I reported to MedVi that the medication wasn't working after a little over a week and was told to keep taking it to allow my body to adjust. 3 weeks in I requested my money back and was denied due to receiving/taking the medication. Mind you I reported issues within the first 9 days, and trusted the representative enough to continue taking the medication for another week before officially requesting a refund. Their money back guarantee is fraud and should be treated as such. I have reported the transaction to my bank and will be pursuing every avenue I can to make sure MedVi is held responsible for openly defrauding individuals! If you are reading this DO NOT do business with MedVi!

Never thought I'd be writing a review like this. I'm 60 and haven't been under 200 pounds in over a decade. Medvi helped me change that. Their customer service is excellent--real people, not bots. I started noticing real differences in week 6. I'm not constantly thinking about food and feel more stable overall. Lost 12 lbs now and I'm not stopping.

I'm 56 and had pretty much accepted the extra weight around my middle. My daughter told me about Medvi.org so I gave it a go. The first month, nothing really changed. I emailed the support team and they said to stick with it. Glad I listened. By week 7 I started losing inches, not just pounds. I tried to cancel this several times after my first shipment and continue to get the runaround. They keep trying to charge my card monthly and refuse to cancel my subscription. This is a money scam! More legitimate places to use.

Unacceptable practices. I went online and filled out the information asked. All the statements that I read said my credit card would not be charged until my call with the Dr. Well, that is incorrect. My card was charged IMMEDIATELY. I then received a call from a woman who spoke very broken English to set me up for my initial call. After I spoke to her, I decided that this was not for me. I didn't trust the process since I couldn't understand what this woman was trying to explain to me. I immediately sent an email stating that I wasn't moving forward. My account was cancelled and I was told that I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days.
After the wait, I still haven't received a refund. When I questioned it, they then told me via email that they are expediting my refund and to wait another 5-10 business days. UNACCEPTABLE!. I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company as I don't trust they will refund my money. If you want to use this, go to a local provider.

Being 63 with arthritis and low mobility, losing weight felt impossible. I signed up with Medvi thinking it probably wouldn't help, but I've been surprised. Around week 5 I noticed I wasn't snacking in the evening as much, and by week 8 I had lost 11 pounds. The biggest difference has been in how I feel. I was tired of yo-yo dieting and stress eating. I'm 52 and I felt stuck. I saw MEDVi mentioned in a Facebook group and figured it was worth trying one more thing. Ordering was simple, and I got a reply within hours after I emailed about a dosage question. The meds didn't do much for the first few weeks, but around week 6, I just started feeling more in control. Less hunger, fewer bings. It's not a quick fix but it is a real fix.

Started out good, but no follow up. Completed the initial questions and scheduled a consultation. It went well and ii decided on the Tirzepitide w/ B12. Paid the $279 and received the medication quickly. They even sent Zofran to assist with any nausea. They sent 100 unit insulin syringes and I laugh every time I have to draw it up. I used to be a nurse. Do you know how hard it is to draw up 12.5u of a red solution? Regardless, have had 3 doses and wondering if the med is real. I have absolutely no side effects, nor have I noticed any change at all in appetite or weight. They sent me for labs and haven’t reached out to review them. In fact, when I sent a text to inquire, they replied with a welcome text and another lab request….as if was a new patient. Called customer support to inquire, but they had no idea why that happened. Received an email for a med refill. Completed it 4 days ago, and absolutely no response. Basically, feel like I wasted $279.

This company is a total fraud and a total scam. They will send you a clear prescription one month and then completely change the formula without your authorization or consent the following month and tell you the pink and bloody looking prescription is the same one you had before. When I confronted Medvi about this and explained my discomfort with taking a prescription that was completely different from the first one that they sent they have been nonresponsive and provided excuse after excuse for why I should accept the prescription which I believe is either contaminated or tainted. They have continued to put unauthorized charges on my credit card for medication that I never received and would not let me return the prescription I did not trust not would they send a replacement or refund my money. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I was more than a little skeptical at first. Sometimes, you have to remind them that you’re a paying customer/patient. But, I’ve lost 7 pounds in my first week! I’m pleased with my results so far! I hadn’t received anything from them, and I truly believed I had been scammed. I emailed them, and the next day, I received my Tirzepatide. It’s only been a week, but I’m thrilled with it so far. I don’t want to lose a ton of weight, but I’d like to maintain the weight once it’s gone!!!

Stay clear of this company. They send late compromised medication and will not refund their mistake. The medication came hot and they said this was acceptable to inject into your body yet their emailed explanation completely contradicts the medication temperature requirements.

After turning 55, I felt like everything slowed down-energy, metabolism, motivation. I found Medvi.org through a friend's recommendation and started their GLP-1 pills. I didn't feel a big change at first but stuck with it. Week 7 is when things really shifted. I started eating less without trying, wasn't thinking about food 24/7, and the weight started coming off. I had Medvi for 1 month and it was a disaster. The entering process was easy but they had a mailing issue and sent medicine to wrong addresses across the majority of their customer base. So my shipment went to someone else, etc. They ensured that this would be fixed and a new prescription would be sent my way a week later. NOTHING. I called multiple times, “the shipment will come next week.” NOTHING. I submitted a cancellation form and they ensured that I would receive it the following week. NOTHING. Nothing but a disappointing headache and empty promises.

I'm 61 and honestly didn't think I'd lose weight again. I found MEDVi through a forum and decided to try because the reviews seemed real. First few weeks, nothing really happened. I stuck with it and by week, 6 I started noticing that I wasn't always hungry like before. Now at week 9, I've lost about 10 pounds. It's been steady, not dramatic, but that's what I wanted. Something real. Support team has been fast and always polite. Highly recommend it for anyone over 50 who's been struggling like me.

My experience with MEDVi has been a nightmare. I placed an order online in late April and had a consultation shortly after. After days of no medication and no proactive communication regarding shipping, I cancelled my subscription and requested a full refund on May 6th. Their response that day acknowledged my cancellation and refund request. Despite this, the medication was shipped and arrived on May 8th, two days after I had already cancelled. Now, they are refusing to issue a full refund, which is completely unacceptable given that they shipped the order after my cancellation.
Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive of the timeline. I contacted them multiple times regarding the delay and my cancellation. This company's handling of my order has been unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time and money. I strongly advise against using MEDVi. I am still fighting to get my money back for a medication I cancelled due to their incompetence.

Terrible. Will charge you a fee then put your card on auto subscription. Never got my medication within 5-7 days like they claimed i would. Pharmacy would never answer the phone. Called to cancel and got the run around. Will likely have to call credit card company.

I really don’t understand these comments because my experience has been very easy and positive. In fact they have so much customer support that it almost seems like too much. I started via Instagram. I had no idea what I was getting into but decided to try it for 25 lb weight loss. I was quickly reached out to and started on the compounded version of Tirzepitide which came from a pharmacy in TX to my home in FL. Zero issues. The mg’s are slightly different than the one directly from Lilly because it must be different than the actually pharmaceutical co. but the price is lower and more affordable. I started on 2.2 mg’s and now going to 4.7 (Lilly would have been 2.5 and 5 respectively). It has been working fine for me with no issues. In fact, I can get my next dosage at 4.7 mg’s and split them actually making it more affordable to be able to spread it out. I’ve done well on 2.2 but asked for the next level just to see if I notice anything different.
I’ve lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks and feel great. No issues. I’m not morbidly obese and only need to take about 25 lbs off that I gained after menopause but the weight affects my blood pressure so I must try to get it off and keep it off. I’ve had no issues with delivery, no issues with communication and no issues with anything. If you don’t have insurance and need this med, this is the perfect way to do it. It’s affordable even though it still costs money but far less than going through Lilly, the manufacturer of Tirzepitide (Zepbound). Once their patent expired this will be much more affordable to go direct but for now, compounding is perfectly fine. I see no issues and would highly recommend MEDVi.

They advertise $179, but after filling out online forms I was told tirzepatide ($279/mos) would work best for me. Then was told I needed a video visit with a provider in my state. Waited 30 mins after my appt time and was told a provider wasn’t available and I would need to reschedule. A few mins later I received a congratulatory text that it was determined semaglutide would work best for me at $399/mos. HOW was this determined since I didn’t speak with anyone?? Seems scammy and unprofessional, plus a bit dangerous. While asking for a refund and to cancel my subscription I was accused of “not recalling” info discussed with my provider. Refer back to paragraph one where I DID NOT ever chat/Zoom/etc. with a provider. Nice try to victim blame… So here I am shouting out to the world to avoid them!! I have received an email stating I’ll be refunded and subscription stopped. I’ll be checking my credit card diligently.

This has been the biggest headache. I never received any medication for a month. I have called several times to get a refund or solution only to be hung up on. Do not do it!!! They will continue to charge you though if you want to give money away.

The way Medvi works is that they prescribe a low dosage the first month in an effort to determine if your body can tolerate the formula. After the first month you’re asked if you lost any weight and if you think the dosage needs to be increased. Now you’re in to the second month and the increased dosage may or may not be effective. In my case it was not.
Now, after two months' time and $480 spent, I need to decide whether this plan is ever going to work for me. I have decided to cut my losses and go somewhere else. I have ALWAYS struggled with my weight so at 50+ pounds overweight and a BMI of 40 I would think the doctors employed with Medvi would know that someone like me would need X amount of medication each week in order to be effective. Then make small adjustments later if required. I initially went with Medvi because I don’t have health insurance that covers this type of thing and I can’t afford $1000/ month to purchase **. After this experience of lost time and hard earned money, I’m considering paying more to get something that might actually work.

I signed up with the $179 per month compounded semaglutide. The next month they ship me a different dosage and charged me more, which I never signed up for. No communication, no notice, nothing! I do not recommend this company.

Although came across some disorganization with Medvi, overall I would say they are professional and eager to communicate well & please the patient. With the initial application I especially appreciated how I was able to communicate with a real representative and explain my unique situation… rather than my application being denied by a computer because it did not appear that I met the criteria… as was the case with other companies.

I emailed to cancel twice on two separate days, then received a message from the provider saying how great it was to meet me at my appointment, even though I never had a meeting with anybody. I then received notification of shipment, so I tried to call and put a stop to it. They transferred me several times before someone confirmed that I had cancelled. The next day, I got a call welcoming me to the program with further steps. I just want a refund.

I just requested a full refund. Two weeks ago, I had a medical consultation. Still no drug. According to FED EX tracking it is being delivered to Missouri today, I live in Florida. I cannot log into patient portal, which is weird and a bit suspicious. I am under the impression this may be a scam. Thankfully I made the purchase with AMEX which will keep me from losing any funds.

100% fraud. This company will charge you, and tell you they've shipped your medication when they've not. If you have any concerns, they'll blatantly lie to you, then refuse to help when you get mad. I also saw zero impact to my weight. If you don't want to have to cancel your credit card and file fraud charges to get refunded for items you won't get, save yourself the trouble.

I’m so disappointed!! When I signed up, I was blown away how easy and fast the process was. I literally got my meds within days! I started the meds at the lowest dose of tirzepatide 2.5 and was seeing great results. When I called about the refill process they told me once I have taken my third dose, to call and they would process. Great! So I reached on the same day I took my 3rd of 4 shots. I had an appointment with a doctor online and he increased my dose that’s was on April 6th!! Well here we go. I still haven’t received my medication!!! And on top of that they charged my card TWICE. They took $800 dollars out of my account. Once in the 11th and again on the 12th.
At first I was told I was lying and if that was the case I should call my bank. While I’m the phone I pulled up my banking statement and provided two different numbers. It was even showing on my patient portal I had been charged multiple times. At that time, she mysteriously located both charges and processed a refund to me. It still has not been refunded to my account and it is now the 19th going onto 20 April. I still do not have my medication’s. There isn’t even a tracking number created for the order yet and now tomorrow it will be two weeks since I took my last dose.
I am concerned because the doctor upped my prescription and now that I’ve been off of it and I’m afraid I’m going to get very sick. Every time I call customer service all they do is apologize for the inconvenience and tell me that they’re here to support me. What a joke I have sent 23 emails and I have called customer care at dozen times just to continue to be told to be patient and how they understand how important this is to me and how important it is for me to be consistent with my medication.. At this point I just want my medication or a refund immediately. It’s sad that I am paying $399.50 for medication that I don’t even have. If you guys are looking for a company to get your GLP one medication’s from please run the opposite way. This is not the right one.

I signed up and paid. I registered for initial Dr review. I signed in 10 minutes early. I waited 30 mins after and no appointment. I called customer service. I waited 15 mins and got nowhere and was left on hold. I called back again. They now told me no doctor visits for 2 more days. I signed up. I received an email notice for my “refill review” when I never even got the initial Dr review. I decided I didn't have a good feeling about this company. I called back and was on hold 20 minutes with no contact. I hung up and called again to complain about being on hold to cancel. After another 20 mins I finally got in touch with the department and luckily got everything cancelled. So glad I did before losing money. I was on the phone over an hour and a half.

This is a warning that if you use these people, they will charge you right away and then never deliver. I waited two weeks to get my GLP1. I then reached out to them, and they stated that I didn't do an intake form!? Yet, they had enough info to charge me $279.00! I was then told that I had to visit one of their providers and so I set that up. Went to the chat link they provided on the day and time and waited and waited. It read they would be with me soon and it showed 120 available currently. I am at work mind you and finally gave up. I called and then was told it would take 48hrs to get a refund issued! I am not holding my breath and will probably have to file a claim with me CC company. DONT DO IT!!!! CROOKS!!!!

MedVi is a complete SCAM. They charged my AMEX Card, Provided a tracking number via email for shipped Tirzepatide - however the tracking shows it was shipped to another person in another state altogether. I have called several times (2 different numbers) and emailed several times (2 different emails) and only receive an automated response from a ticketing software. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. I had to dispute the charge with AMEX and get my money back. I've emailed asking to cancel, and still no response. I will likely have to cancel my card because this is a recurring subscription and the next charge (according to their website) is going to hit on 4/25.

DO NO BUSINESS WITH MEDVI. I ordered meds ($279) on mar 25, 2025. I never received them and could not access the medical portal. The code would not work. They then charged me $399 on apr 25 for a second month for the prescription I still have never received. I have emailed them numerous times and asked for cancellation and reimbursement. I changed my debit card but they still managed to charge me in April. I have only received a form response saying they are looking into it. No response other than that. I contacted BBB but since medvi did not respond to their inquiry, BBB can’t do anything.

I canceled my account with Medvi last month due to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. My initial order was placed on 02/05/2025. I clearly explained that this was a business address and requested that the delivery be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, not on a weekend. Unfortunately, the medication was delivered over the weekend because the suite number was omitted from the address. As a result, the package was left outside the building when no one was available to receive it. It was not brought inside until Monday morning.
When I contacted Medvi, I was instructed to dispose of the medication and was told a replacement would be shipped within the week. However, I never received a shipping notification. Upon following up again, I was informed that the reorder had been canceled because Medvi claimed I could still use the original order—despite the fact that I had already discarded it based on Medvi’s instructions.
At that point, due to the stress, poor customer service, and unprofessional handling of the situation, I decided to cancel my membership and requested a refund. Instead of honoring the request, Medvi attempted to pressure me into placing a new order in exchange for a refund. I explained that if my payment was not refunded for the unusable medication I was told to throw away, I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Since the representative refused to issue a refund, I reported the charge as fraudulent and received the refund on 03/09/2025. Given all of this, my account should have been closed, and no further charges should have been made. Unfortunately, they are still trying to charge my credit card. RUN from this company!

I signed up in Feb 4th. Got my medicine quickly. All good. But after a few weeks I found a company that allowed me to a 6m supply up front, instead of monthly with Medvi, so I wanted to switch. I emailed medvi and asked them about canceling and if there were any fees. They assured me there was no fees and that I just had to explain why I wanted to end my subscription. So I did all that and they said my cancelation was being processed. That was Feb 24th. A day or two goes by and I get an email to fill out the form for my refill, which I emailed them again asking why I was getting emails for a refill when I canceled my subscription? They kept telling me not to worry, it was being canceled.
Well on March 4th, I saw on my credit card that I was charged another month. So of course I contacted them again, and again about why I was charged for a subscription that for 1, I canceled a week before and 2 never requested a refill! They kept saying how sorry they were for any inconvenience and that it was being handled, well days went on and no action was being done for my refund. Then after a few weeks I get an email from another email, that was from their billing department, stated that subscription was officially canceled and there will be no more future payments taking out going forward. But they said they regretted to inform me that per policy they are not able to send me a refund! I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Well I am not sure what to say about these reviews but MINE is a good one, as I saw the ad, filled out the information. Was notified of a teledoc interview, it came up, spoke with Dr. Vanessa O. and she approved it. Said I would get Rx in a few days, downloaded the Medvi app, and watched the process. Got my meds today, took my shot and all seems to be well. Gotten many informative emails with lots of information and contact info. I am so sorry others have had a bad experience, but, KNOCK ON WOOD, mine has been ok and no big deal. I just hope the ** works and I can drop my A1c and some lbs and get back to my old self after a very bad car accident and gained so much weight. Note I am diabetic and considered obese overweight. Based on this review and their poor ratings with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Consumer Reports, I have decided to cancel my membership with "Medvi." Prior to enrolling, I conducted research but inadvertently reviewed information for a similarly named company, "Medvidi," which has significantly better ratings. I strongly advise prospective customers to consult Consumer Reports and the Better Business Bureau before subscribing to this company's services. They currently hold an F rating with the BBB and have received overwhelmingly negative reviews on Consumer Reports, with numerous complaints regarding billing discrepancies and the failure to receive prescribed medication.
While the customer service experience was generally satisfactory – I was consistently able to speak with a representative and received promised callbacks, and they offer a patient portal for account information – my primary concern lies with the ineffectiveness of the medication I received. After three weeks of use, I experienced no weight loss, which was the intended purpose of the treatment. This raised concerns that I may have been sent the incorrect medication. Consequently, I became uncomfortable continuing treatment with medication shipped by mail from a company with such a poor reputation. I hoping I don't have problems with billing but I am going to see if I can prevent it by speaking with my bank.

Medvi on March 6, 2025 ach a $299.00 payment off my credit card. It is now March 25, 2025, I have not received my medicine. I've been emailing and calling these people to find out why I haven't gotten my medicine and all I get is the runaround. I even requested a full refund cancel prescription. I have yet to receive a full refund for my prescription. I am at my wit's end with this company 🤬

These guys are So Sketchy. All they care about is the all mighty DOLLAR. There are questions in their Online Assessment that are specifically meant to weed out people who are NOT Qualified for their services. For example, they can not offer their services to people who are currently taking Narcotic Pain Medication. I answered their questions during the Online Assessment All "Correctly" (Clearly stating that YES I was and have been for over 20 years > Been taking Narcotic Pain Medication) Yet once the Online Assessment was done, They Still told me I was Approved and asked me to enter my Credit Card info to Charge the initial $179 Charge to.
Afterwards they scheduled a Telemed Visit with a Doctor which was 3 days later. Once I was on the Telemed visit with the Doctor, he notified me that because I am taking Narcotic Pain Medication. That I am NOT Eligible for their services. He apologized and went on to explain that He would Cancel everything out and Process a Refund for the Initial Charge of $179.00. After 2wk and No Refund - I called MEDVi and was told that the Doctor (On Telemed Call) had No Authorization to Cancel or Issue Refund and That I needed to contact them separately. Which they informed me They would do based on This Call. Promised everything would be canceled and the $179.00 would be refunded within 10 business days. Giving me a Ticket # to ""Sound"" Official.
At just about exactly the 10 day mark from that Last Call, did I receive a Refund of the Initial $179.00 ??? NO I DIDN'T > I Actually received a CHARGE of $299.00 Just like I never canceled in the first place and My Membership was Going Strong and I "Guess" this was the charge for the Next Month service? Which by itself is crazy because initially I was led to believe that it was just the $180 per month every month like I was initally charged...
Now, Calling them back. Once again, to let them know how ridiculous this whole experience has been. Rep immed told me he would Refund BOTH. IMMEDIATELY... That it would Not take up to 10 business days and These Should be processed Immediately. I Even received Email Confirmations this time One for Each of the Two Separate Charges, Stating they would be refunded. Let]s see if I actually get my $$$ back This Time? or if this goes even further. Either way, This is absolutely INSANE for a company to do to someone who Answered a Question in the Online Assessment that Should Have Excluded Me from them Ever taking my Initial Payment to begin with. Just Insane... Thanks MEDVi for being More Shady than a Middle Eastern Call Center...
