I started my order last night but it would not allow me to place a single now order... I kept trying and after a few attempts I then decided to chat but no one available. I have been using Lucky Vitamins for a long time because it was so easy friendly to order and at my age that is important. I prefer not to auto ship as I am on a budget and try to do smart shopping. I often check your site for bargains. I decided to go through Retail Me Not and see if it made a difference. I did get my order in today. Have not heard from your chat yet. Not pleased with my experience.

Love your company and the reasonable prices, however I have waited to order this product because it's always backordered. Of course all the coupons and discounts are expired when it finally comes time to order it! No worries. I will still keep ordering!

AminoSculpt - I like this product. I have been using it for years and this is the cheapest I have found it. The product's consistency is not dependable however. The bottle's contents vary from very dark to much lighter. They explain this might happen.

Last time I ordered from LV, the choice of shipping options was poorly presented, and my immediate email and telephone attempts to rectify my erroneous choice fell on deaf - or at least incapable - ears. Being of limited mobility, retrieval of the previous shipment from the P.O. in winter proved a challenge. (The tracking information indicated that the shipper had stipulated that it must be retrieved by the recipient - me - and could NOT simply be delivered to my door!!!) This time, the shipping choice was clear as a bell, and I can. I hope for much smoother results.

The customer sales reps are U.S. based and very helpful if you need them. LV has a wide range of products and good sales. Free shipping can take a while, even if you don't live that far away from LV, but it's free, so you just need to not wait until the last minute to order something you really need and use free shipping as an option.

However, they charge exactly the same (I'd like to put that in bold) to ship to AK as they do for any place outside of your immediate area. (Actually the same would apply to HI.) Therefore, I changed my order to stay within your minimum shipping cost...thereby costing you more than $30 in sale of product, since I had originally planned to order that much more. Please review your shipping offer guidelines, and stop treating Alaskans and Hawaiians as second-class citizens.

I've tried ordering the same item on your site about seven times. The first time, my order never arrived. After about 2 weeks, I contacted customer service and they confirmed that the order failed for some unknown reason. The company gave me a $10 coupon to use for my next order. I tried using the coupon, but was unable to because it was attached to my first order, which was done as a guest. I created an account, contacted customer, they provided another $10 coupon. I tried using the coupon, but had to redo my order, so now the $10 coupon won't work again. I hope this final attempt to order an item goes smoothly. If not, I am never using this website again and will tell others not to use it as well.

Good experience except for one thing that is very annoying: You have a chat tab and another tab on the side of the screen that sticks out right into the middle of the screen. I have to select "75%" screen size in order to make the font small enough to avoid those impediments. And at that screen resolution, I cannot read the font! The prices are good, but your promo code process is confusing. You have so many of them and it's not clear that they're only for certain products and not site-wide.
