My experience with "LuckyVitamin" was great, I received my order all right, at home and sooner than expected. The price was better than I usually pay on the same product at other stores. The store offers several flavor options of the product that I needed to buy. This was also very positive in the choice of the store.

This is my first order with LuckyVitamin. I found your website easy to navigate and find what I was trying to buy. You had a 20% off promotion for Labor Day and that made the prices much more affordable. Comparing brands, mg amounts, number of tablets, etc was also made easier by your sort by price per tablet, ounces, etc. I definitely will look you up online when I need more products. And I will tell my wife you have beauty products too.

Able to find the product I was looking for easily. Had a much better price than other sites. Easy checkout. I did not have any trouble using the site. Good product information written out. Will definitely return for future products and sales.

Demands and price changes and screen freezes frequently. Not the easiest site to get information and you used to be easier to scroll. Now you are slow to get to items needed and today there were many things you do not have. It is hard to get order history to reorder. Almost impossible as you have to go from one order to another instead of having it all combined for understanding as a drugstore co was easy to find what was needed.

So far so good - easy to order each time and good offers. In comparison, I placed an order with "iHerb" company recently and it was a nightmare (only ordered because one item was a gift for someone that I couldn't find anywhere else). Actually spent over an hour (!) on one simple order, on their "chat", phone call, just to give them my money. You all really have your act together is my impression.

On May 11, I spent more than $100 for a large order which included a bottle of multivitamins which I did not receive with the rest of the order. Upon calling I was told it was on backorder. On July 9th, I received a "cancellation confirmation" email that read: "We're writing to let you know we've cancelled the item(s) below from your order. Sad news for us, but we understand." This was weird because a week earlier I was told the vitamins were on the way and I had not canceled the order. When I called I was told that they would credit my credit card. They did not credit my credit card. What proceeded were many emails. I was told that my credit card had voided the cancellation. When I checked with my credit card company, they stated that they had never heard of such a thing. In late August, I started following up on getting my money returned through my credit card company. I will never use this company again.

I usually get about 80% of my vitamins from Lucky Leaf because you carry a good selection at decent prices. Two items that I purchase elsewhere because you don't carry them are: Life's Fortune® Multi-Vitamins and Clari-T - Natural Brain Booster Supplement. Both are kind of pricey. Hope this helps.

I find it difficult to find items I've previously ordered. It seems that I should be able to look up what I've previously ordered and re-order them right there w/o having to look up the item and go back to get the next item. This experience was fine. However, last time I attempted to place an order I entered the wrong zip code in for my billing address and before I received a confirmation number my credit card was charged 5 times for the order temporarily using up all my funds. I called to discuss this and since there was no order number the reps could not pull anything up to discuss it. The charges were finally dropped within 24-48 hours on my card. Seems to be an issue for your IT department to correct. I was worried about placing the order again but made sure to enter the correct information before entering in my credit card number and the order went through as it should have. Thank you.

Since I tend to order multi month or full year quantities would like to see you supply coupons that I can use when I reorder... I wanted to shop on here because the Lily’s Chocolate Chips are the cheapest price. However, you charge for putting ice packs in orders that would need them, and then suggest expedited shipping, which for me would of been $64. I had a discount code from a previous order that was easy to use, but it said that it was free shipping over $49 so I added an extra item but then when the discount was applied the overall order went below $49 so I had to pay for shipping. In completing my order I did not have access to my past orders. I entered 51 items of my order individually. I do not like that each item came up with auto ship. If you did not monitor the order you have items that you do not want to auto ship. I do not use the auto ship feature. I also had items that I need and they are back ordered. I do not like the fact that I have to have 2 each of those items in order to get on the back order list. I called customer service and the representative was very impatient with me.
