I purchased today because the price was comparable to Amazon.com, but you also make it far easier to pay with my PayPal account, which was a bonus for me today... In completing my order I did not have access to my past orders. I entered 51 items of my order individually. I do not like that each item came up with auto ship. If you did not monitor the order you have items that you do not want to auto ship. I do not use the auto ship feature. I also had items that I need and they are back ordered. You carry a wide variety of products that are hard to find at my local retail stores, and of course your prices are much better than the specialty stores that I can find some of the products in. I ordered my favorite shampoo from LuckyVitamin for the first time because I can't seem to find it anywhere. I was hesitant to buy it online because most online retailers that offer natural products usually have a membership fee that you have to pay. Fortunately, with Lucky Vitamin it was free to sign up. I also wanted to order a case Penta water with the order I just placed several minutes ago on 07-08-18, and my total would have been $52.78 for my order - which means it qualified for FREE shipping!!! However, the shipping that was added onto my order was $24.00!! I then contacted your customer service department by phone and they said that the Penta water is automatically a $12 shipping charge... PLUS other sub charges for shipping Penta water? Are you kidding me?

I chose to reorder from your company as I had received an order that included a coupon for 20% off and free shipping. I was disappointed to learn that was not in Canada. I understand duties and taxes would have to be paid but if you are going to advertise free shipping I think your company should follow through. On placing a phone call to your call center the lady was dismissive and ended up disconnecting me mid-sentence. Still it was the best deal I could find for my order, so I did, but should I find a better deal ever I certainly have no loyalty to your company. FYI. I just order from LuckyVitamin for the first time... I was surprise how many items they had on their website. I didn't realize you could find just about anything you want or need... I was surprise to see brands like Deva Curl... etc. I spent hours looking around. I thought they only sold vitamins... I am sure I will be order a lot more. It was nice to get free shipping on my order... Too bad a person has to spend over $50 to get it. I would place a lot more from them if over $25 was free shipping.

There were no coupon codes that worked for my order. It said since I already placed an order, I could not use them or they are for first time orders only. The products I ordered were cheaper on iHerb, so next time I will be getting them from there since my coupon codes don't work - to bring your prices down. You need coupons for repeat customers.

The service is so quick! The products are always in good condition, and are quality products. I've gotten food, baking ingredients, and vitamins so far. Their site is easy to use. I've had no need yet to send anything back. The only complaint I have is that they are not very ecological. They sometimes send a tiny bottle of vitamins in a huge box with too much packing material. At least LuckyVitamin do ship to Hawai`i, unlike at least one other supplier I know of, who do not. You see, I find it hard to understand why, when many products are flown to their destination area on the mainland (eg: east coast to west coast at standard rates or free), such huge surcharges are applied to shipments to Hawai`i, when it is no further than the trans-continental distance. When a shipping charge is 50% of a simple basic order value, one has to stop and ask why - and whether to actually place the order. That feeling of "It's a gotcha" isn't a pleasant one. That aspect apart, LuckyVitamin gets my vote as competitive and efficient.
