    I was going through my Visa account and noticed a $49.95 LuckyVitamin charge for an annual subscription for 2021, I then did a bit more research and found another charge for a 2020 subscription. I was honestly floored as I don't ever remember ordering more than one item from them in the past two years if even one. I called to complain and mentioned that I would never have authorized such a subscription (because I usually order from vitacost.com, better quality and cheaper). They refunded the 2021 membership cost but would not consider refunding the 2020 membership. I was furious, to say the least, and told them that I would bring this matter up with Visa and the BBB. Is membership a typical business practice? I have never heard of such a thing. Why would I want to spend approx $100 to get one bottle of vitamins over two years. Doesn't make any sense to me.

    I ordered a Vitamin Drink from LuckyVitamin back on August 20th, 2021. Here it is Sept. 2nd and I still do not have my order. It was promised by Aug. 25 or 27th. There 1-888 number does not work, meaning you are just out of luck and have a nice day. We have your money and have a good day Mr. Lucky Customer.

    Order# ** (USD 75.00) placed on Aug,18th. Lucky Vitamin Website says that it would be ready to ship in 24 - 48hs. Today (Aug. 31st), the same status. Supervisor Rahma and agent Hannah are LIARS, since they say that it is not possible to cancel the order, but at the same time, when asked about the estimated time arrival, they say that "we do not know". Total disrespect with Customer. This company and theirs reps are not reliable at all. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

    I made a purchase and on the same day, wanted to cancel it (just 2 hours later). They said it couldn't be done, that it was processed already (**) and that I would receive the goods in 5-7 days, that I could cancel one received and send it back and it would take 90 DAYS to give me refund. 8 days later no goods and asked for a tracking #. They said it was not even shipped yet and they couldn't refund. That I should wait. These people treat customers poorly and their policies suck. I would never buy anything else from them and I encourage you to avoid doing it. Maybe you are lucky and things go smoothly but in my opinion, this is not a way to treat customers.

    I ordered medically prescribed supplements that were listed as in stock. A few days later I got an e-mail telling me the products were backordered and I could cancel. There is no cancel option. After a lot of effort I got a live person who told me the order was in picking, couldn't be cancelled and would ship within a day. A week later, nothing - still listed in picking. They refuse to cancel the order and it seems the business model is to wear the customer out. If the package shows up I will refuse delivery or mark it return to sender. Horrible experience. Do not order anything you can't do without...

    Ordering was easy. The site gives you the impression they send through DHL when in fact they use the lowest shipping method possible and the items are vitamins and probiotics which need to be stored in cool dry places not shipping warehouses.. How do I know because I contacted all shipping companies on route because they made me and I have it in writing which says that. I have been complaining for weeks and they reply with an apology and ask me to contact my post office. They are making me run around calling and emailing when they did and still doing absolutely nothing. They claimed if the item is not there within 4 weeks they will consider it lost (in writing) after that time passed. They said only if the items is redelivered back to their warehouse would they consider a refund. Their customer service is the worst. Only emails and chat whose reps repeat the same thing, "You go look for your package."

    Long, sad, frustrating story. Ordered product as shown on their website. When it arrived, ingredients had been changed by manufacturer, unknown to LuckyVitamin, which is understandable. Returned product as instructed by their email representatives. After nearly 3 weeks, no refund, so emailed again. Rep said shipping was slow due to COVID-19, so I waited. After a couple of months, realized I had not received my refund. Emailed using same email string and was told that the return package was never received.

    Phone rep asked if I had enclosed my shipping document. No, I had not because no one said it needed to be included. Was referred to "Return" instructions on the home page of their website at the bottom. It would have been nice if someone had advised me that they had "Return" instructions in the original emails. Needless to say, the reps stand on company policy, not considering their customer base. Cancelled my auto-ship orders and will have nothing more to do with this company, and I strongly recommend the same course to EVERYONE!

    End of Feb 2021 I ordered 12 packs (110.00) of Yerba Mate. One set (5 packs) was delivered on March 6. I thought the rest would arrive soon as they are often back ordered. It never did. I lost track and did not inquire until June 7th. They told me it had shipped and I missed the 'return window" by one day. The return window is 90 days. I wasn't trying to return anything- I was trying to get the products I paid for. After many emails (about 12) LUCKY VITAMIN DID NOT MAKE GOOD ON THIS SITUATION. I am shocked at this company. When I order and pay I expect the delivery to occur. It is not MY RESPONSIBILITY to track, remember and count days "from" the date ordered!!!! I had been a customer of theirs since 2011, but NEVER AGAIN.

    Although LuckyVitamin offer delivery abroad but as per their policy, shipments are normally not insured. So if lost, it's just your loss. Contacted Customer service and except "Sorry", no other compensation was offered. Probably company is OK in US and Canada, but strongly not recommended overseas.

    All overseas customer support, and when they mess up the order, mistakenly send out incorrect promo codes to your email inbox, tell you to place the order and they will refund the difference, charge shipping when they shouldn’t have, they have no power to make things right.     All the one-star reviews are true. I would rate zero stars if possible. I had order Prental vitamins from them on 18th March. After 2-3 days their website goes down indefinitely. My order was not shipped. On 23rd March I asked them to cancel my order as it was not possible to wait for an important pregnancy product indefinitely. The customer rep said she has marked my order with a cancel request on 24th March. On 30th March the product was shipped and delivered 6 days later.

    When asked for a reason for shipping the order when a cancel request added the customer support kept saying, "It is our policy." If you want to return then ship it at your own cost and they will charge additional 25% restocking fees. For an order which was suppose to ship next day could be shipped for 12 days due to their system going down. They take customers for granted and will charge the card immediately so the customer can't do anything. Please stay away. It's a scam company.

    I was honestly surprised to see any negative reviews for Luckyvitamin.com here. I've shopped with them online for many years and never had anything but a great experience - already great prices but also often have sales or promos, wonderful variety of quality products from vitamins and supplements to beauty care and healthy snacks. I've never had to deal with customer service, however, if there was ever an unexpected shipping delay or backorder, I would get an email notification promptly. I've never had any issues with any orders - always a great shopping experience. Plus they offer auto-ship subscriptions for items you need regularly so you don't have to worry about running out.

    Stay far away from LuckyVitamin. Placed big order, website seemed trustworthy, but I have lost all my money! The goods never arrived. Been emailing back and forth many times, but they keep refusing to even consider a refund let alone give it as they keep saying they can't control the carrier and their policy says they can't refund when it has not returned in their warehouse after 90 days. WHAT? What kind of client service is that. Certainly not treating their clients as kings. Be warned, just DO NOT BUY from LuckyVitamin... for you will end up very unlucky indeed!     This is a scam business. I ordered a bottle of red yeast rice to be picked up at Walmart store. It was supposed to arrive in 5 to 7 business days. It's been more than 3 months and still haven't arrived. Every time I contact them for a refund they request a 15 business day to follow up with the carrier!! They never processed a refund. This seller should be banned from Walmart store. In fact it should be banned from Canada! If someone knows which agency I should follow up with to put this seller under scrutiny, please let me know. So many other people had the same experience and never got their items.

    I returned my entire order, was delivered back to them on Dec. 24th, 2020. Weeks went by and still have not received my refund. I have chatted with them 2 times now, the last two chats I was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, still have not received it. Today I chatted with them again, they now are saying I only returned 5 out of the 6 bottles... LIE! I returned all 6. So either they misplaced one or someone stole one. I can’t believe the run around I am getting. What a fraudulent company!

    The representative said he will put the refund through but may not be refunded for that 6th bottle. Absolutely disgusting business practices! I had a feeling I wasn’t the first person to have issues with this company, so I looked online for reviews and sure enough it’s a known issue. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will tell everyone who asks my experience and tell them to steer clear of this online store. On 1/18/21 I finally received my refund but they didn’t refund me for all 6 bottles, only 5, so they have a free bottle on their hands. NEVER SHOP WITH THEM!

    Don't buy from this company. Had probably one of the worst experience shopping online with this company. Placed an order over a month ago, the product never arrived. Tracking showed that items been sent back to the company because of prohibited content. I then received a refund, but with 55$ deduction. I never had an experience where customer do not get a refund, when it's obviously not the customer fault. Buy from iHerb, or other company if you want to get product from the US. Don't buy here!

    On 12/29/20 there was a charge on my bank card from Lucky Vitamin and I had not made a purchase. I called to inquire about the charge and they told me they would look into it. They contacted me the next day and told me that unless I returned the item (which I never ordered) they could not refund me. I then asked for a receipt for the transaction and they told me that the receipt had a different email address so they could not email a copy of the receipt. This company has allowed someone to fraudulently charge my card and now they will not give me information on that charge, they will not tell me where it is being shipped?? I AM UTTERLY APPALLED AND DISAPPOINTED! IF YOU WANT GREAT HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT BACKS YOU AS A CUSTOMER DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

    Long story, but basically I was offered a refund by two customer service reps for an order that was never received. I accepted the refund. AFTER accepting the refund, I was told that the refund must be approved. After waiting and hearing nothing, I wrote back and was told today that my refund had been denied due to "expected" shipping delays (expected by Lucky Vitamin, not by me). I was told to wait another 10 days and then if I don't receive my order, they will offer a "resolution" (did not say a refund). It has now been 30 days and I have no order and no refund. I must now dispute the charges on my credit card for merchandise not received. I will NEVER shop at Lucky Vitamin again and suggest others also avoid this dishonest business!

    When I order from Lucky Vitamins, I receive the products very quickly. The only small problem is that they ship me more of my products automatically, but they also give a return slip if you decide to return the products. I love their products because the ones I order are very unique. I have never had a problem with this company and I will continue to order from them. I give them 5 stars.

    I had an excellent shopping experience on this site. There is a great selection of products. For any product I was searching for, there a number of items for me to make a choice. The prices were fair. The delivery of my supplements was within the promised day. In additionally, the items were packed securely. No of the items were destroyed.     Be aware when you place an order with this company. It is absolutely the worse nightmare of online shopping and the worse ever online experience. I place an order on Nov 16 for some vitamins. It is my first time ordering from this site. I have purchased many things online during the pandemic from both the USA and Asia and I have always gotten my order within a week. After 3 weeks of waiting with no updates (only tracking stopped updating since Dec 3), I contact customer service by chat. They asked me to wait until the end of December! to file a claim. I ask to cancel my order and get a refund and they say they can't do that. On their website they say they offer fast free shipping and a 90-day guarantee, don't be fool by them, they don't care about the customers at all. They won't connect me to a manager and basically just gave me very standardized answers like a bot. I will surely never buy from them again.

    15 years of being a fairly frequent online consumer and never have I experienced anything like this. Having purchased once before from this company with no snags, I thought I could once again do so in confidence; was I ever wrong. Over 30 days later, no package, no explanation, nothing. To echo what most critical reports are saying- there is absolutely no substantive nor reliable customer service lifeline- something that is paramount to the success and sustainability of a business. Further, the only options for contacting this company are online bots or email correspondence, to which, the bots are futile as there is no help offered and no one responds to email inquiries. The dysfunction and corruption is blatant and obvious. This is all compounded by the fact that they don't use reputable nor reliable delivery services. Major buyer beware- I would avoid this company at all costs.

    My story about the dealings with Lucky Vitamin is too long to write in this space. I'll condense it. Bottom line I ordered 3 bottles of a product to be delivered to Toronto, Ontario Canada. I never received the product and I am here every day without fail! The Doorbell never rang. After 17 emails they refused to refund me saying the product had to be mailed back to them for a refund. Does that make any sense, since I never received the product? (Then they tell me they have the nerve to charge an exorbitant restocking fee!)

    After checking the very deep "hidden" notes left on their parcel tracking site (DHL), I see that DHL wrote "DESTROYED"! Rather than initiate a return of the undelivered package to Lucky Vitamin. DHL never returned my emails and there was not a telephone number I could find online to contact them. Same for Lucky Vitamins. Something has happened to this company, I used to get my parcels without a hitch and now I see there are more complaints than ever against their customer service dept. Most of the complaints read they never received the products or the products were damaged when opened. Right now they are not any better than a bunch of criminals. Don't order from them!

    Do not buy from this company! There is incorrect information about shipping options on their website. There were 3 shipping options: standard 5.95, premium 8.49 and rush (don't remember that price). Under each shipping option there was a specific delivery date. I chose premium. When my items had not shipped yet, I contacted customer service. They told me that premium shipping is actually ground shipping (3-5 days). Based on this information, the delivery dates they display under shipping options are incorrect. A good company would have admitted their mistake and offered to expedite the shipping of my items since they had not shipped yet. But I was told, after I receive the items I could return them with the return shipping label for 7.95!! Don't bother with this company, go to Amazon!

    I purchased 3 containers of a product (Herbamare Original) but was sent the wrong product (Herbamare sea salt), and one of the containers had broken open in shipping. After multiple texts and emails over many days, I shipped the order back to them. Instead of refunding the entire cost, they kept a restocking fee and would not make it right. Poor customer service.

    I have used Lucky for maybe 4 years, initially attracted by low prices. They seem to have been seduced by the success that pandemic has brought and came up with schemes to make even more money, like autoship (with attractive discount to begin) and a maximum auto reorder period of only 6 months. I assumed I would be reminded by email of upcoming autoship so I could cancel or reschedule. Not so, the shipments come. They can be returned, but at your own expense.

    Scammers! Five months have passed, I have not received the order, they refuse to return the money. I ordered the product in early June. I received a letter that the package has been sent 06.06.2020. Since then, the tracker has not been tracked. I have not received the package until now. From the site I get a stupid answer to all my questions. They put me in a block on Instagram. They refused to declare a search for the package. And they cannot send me documents confirming that the parcel was generally sent to me. They refuse to return my money. DO NOT order anything from them!!

    The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for. The only concern I had was I had to purchase $50 worth of vitamins to be eligible for free shipment. I am also concerned about the return policy. Sometime I have received a short expiration product and I end up throwing it away. Maybe the company can guarantee 1.5 to 2 years of expiration.

I finally contacted my credit card company, and lo and behold was refunded within minutes minus a ridiculous shipping charge. We shall see how many more times they will ignore me.     Overall the experience is great, which is why I routinely go to LuckyVitamin. The downsides is that I would like to see more products validated for their efficacy, as not all supplements are made the same (e.g. Turmeric supplements without Piperine are less absorb-able and thus effective).

    My partner and I ordered quite a few products, and not only did they take over two months to arrive, the chocolate chips had melted into one, white mound and the three packets of marshmallows were all months out of date. The company didn't even attempt to help, telling us to simply put the chocolate in the fridge. Terrible experience, do not trust this company.

    This website is a complete scam! Don’t buy from them! They have dishonest procedures with customers. I waited for a refund during more than 3 months, I revive them regularly to finally, after 3 months waiting, get this reply «We just got an update from our team. Unfortunately, we sincerely apologize that we're unable to issue a refund since it has been too long now from the date the funds were collected.« After searching I found lots of other customers being scammed the same way, specially international ones.

    I purchased thyroid supplement on luckyvitamin.com on Apr 20th 2020 (Order #**) and these have not been delivered even as of today (20th Aug). Customer service is disowning the delivery stating that the parcel was only guaranteed to be delivered at the port of entry of my country (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). How do they believe the the parcel would reach me? This has been a super frustrating experience.

    I have checked with local DHL, customs and local post office and they have all advised me to connect with seller but Luckyvitamin is not supporting at all. Going back and forth on this for past 4+ months. And I am not the only one. On their Facebook page, there are dozens of complainants with similar complaint - most are from foreign countries. Several complainants have purchased over $200 worth of goods. Luckyvitamin.com is a SCAM and just to keep the business going they randomly deliver products but majority of customers never receive their products. Have filed a complaint with FTC and Attorney General office.

    Don't do it! I would never buy from this company again. They do not let you change or cancel any orders. They are also priced so much higher than other sites, do research because Amazon will get you the same products for a 4th of the cost in two days. Do not buy anything from this company.     This company is awful to deal with. I received a shipment of 4 Almond Butter jars that were broken and Almond Butter was ALL OVER the inside of the box. I tried to contact them right away via chat but they had a notice that a response may take up to 10 days. So I tried to contact them by calling the customer service phone number. There I received a message that it was best to send an email since they were short-staffed and taking much longer than usual to retrieve voicemails.

    Well, I emailed regarding my issue and waited... and waited... and waited weeks for a response. Finally after sending two more emails in the same day I received a response to send pictures and if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I responded the same day that I preferred a refund. Many days later a response came that they would issue a refund within 24 hours... this was 10 BUSINESS days ago and still no refund. Again I have had to send more emails trying to get my refund. However, this is not the only issue with this company... Many months ago before COVID-19 hit I sent a chat requesting help with an issue online and nobody ever responded. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from them.

    I placed an order on June 14th and received it a week later. The order was packed very poorly. The box was crushed during shipment causing an item to burst open. I contacted this company twice with pictures. They made no attempt to contact me back to resolve. I don't expect that I will ever receive a replacement or credit.     I placed an order on May 26, 2020 Tuesday for two items. I paid through Paypal linked to my checking account. When my order arrived, to my dismay, there was only one of the two items in the box. Obviously I was frustrated, because now I had to contact Lucky Vitamin to hopefully resolve the issue. Well good luck with that because their customer service is abysmal. I used the online chat on LuckyVitamin.com and it has a bot system that asks if you need further assistance so I type YES or AGENT. Then it says One Moment, then it asks for your name and email. I enter my name and then my email. Then, here's the kicker, it says Unable to Connect. Also their e-mail system is a robot with generic responses and very difficult to finally get a response from a person (Which the one and only e-mail I received still didn't resolve my issue of a refund). Now maybe it is due to the corona virus Covid-19 pandemic, but I doubt it.

    They don't have a customer service phone number to call, all they have is a so-called sales line, (to steal your money). When we called the sales line today: July 13, 2020 Monday to speak to a sales rep, (there is no customer service line). We asked if he could assist in the refund matter, his response was; "You can use the chat/e-mail." We said; "We have (many times btw), the chat doesn't go through and the e-mail is next to worthless thus far." He then said; "There is nothing I can do". Yeah, that's major BS. You can sure take our money though!, huh? It is now July 13, 2020 Monday at 6:59PM and I still have not received my refund for the one item I didn't receive. If I get my full refund I may increase my one star review to two. But that would be generous. I Would NOT RECOMMEND luckyvitamin.com

    Placed two orders within half an hour, and street name and number pulled in wrong on one when I submitted the order (apparently from a previous order - system glitch?). Don't know, but I entered it correctly. I immediately started trying to correct it but couldn't access my order and couldn't contact customer service because of limited staffing. Now they tell me I can't get refunded for the one I didn't get (they can tell it went to the wrong address) because I didn't contact them when the order was pending! (Despite the fact that the emails and not chats show dates and times.) And everyone wonders why people use Amazon! Ha! At least Amazon's system is user friendly and they understand the concept of excellence in customer service. Wish I'd read the reviews before. Had no problems with the order I placed last year (before I moved), though, so I had no reason to suspect that Lucky Vitamin doesn't care about their customers.

    The customer is always right is not part of LuckyVitamin. There is no longer a phone number to call and talk to a real person. Placed order in February 7, 2020. During check-out items kept being put into my cart that I did not want. Finally I was able to place my order. Bobs Red Mill Date sugar was what I looking for. First box did not have the sugar, second box finally arrived but in the meantime I found it elsewhere because I was needing it sooner. I put all of the product in one box and put refused on the box and had it all sent back. Today I said I would leave negative feedback if I was not reimbursed.

    They replied they were waiting for the second box to be returned. I only sent 1 box with all of the order in it. 4 months later and after many many many emails of asking to be reimbursed this is what I emailed them today June 22 2020: "You have lost my business. I will not be buying from you ever again. I will be leaving negative feedback and telling all my friends not to buy from LuckyVitamin. You have wasted my time and I am out $53.93."

    I ordered a 12 pack of an item but what did I get? A single item. Why would I spend an exponential amount for a product? You'd think someone in warehouse has a clue. AND if you call them now, they clearly state there is no more phone Customer Service anymore. You MUST email them and that will take several days "more than usual," whatever that means except your lack of satisfaction. I have little to say for modern business practices/excuses. If you think you're willing to pay more for NOT buying Chinese goods, you'd better think again because all you do IS pay more for more of the same. There is NO sense of responsibility. Why is it they will take your money but won't deal with you? Because they're comfortable with their profit margins and won't spend the little it would take to interact like a responsible business.     This is the worst experience I’ve had! I was sent the wrong product, which they admitted was their error, something I’m allergic to. I requested a refund or replacement of correct product which they said they would send me the correct product if I sent the incorrect product back. It is now the 28th May and my order is nowhere to be seen, there is no tracking details on my order since the 11th May and no one from Lucky Vitamins seems to want to help.     I sent email attempting to cancel an order prior to its shipping. I got no response from customer service until after product shipped. They said it had already shipped by the time they got around to responding. So once I received product, I returned it for a refund with the included return label they provide. After waiting about two weeks I received no response from them. I sent two emails over the next three weeks asking for status updates but got no response. To date it's been well over a month. They don't answer emails, you can't speak with them by phone. Their online chat just has canned responses that give general information but doesn't respond to your individual issue, so there is no way to get a hold of anyone. Product was returned but no refund issued and no one has responded.

    I ordered from LV in the beginning of April for things to be sent to Russia. A month has passed. When I contacted DHL, they said something was wrong on the end in the US-- the shipment never left the US. Interestingly, I have ordered many things from the US from Vitacost, iHerb, and even two more companies, all during this coronavirus mess, many after LV. All of the other packages have left the US and most have gotten to me by now except Lucky Vitamin. What is worse, LV will not respond to any type of communication. 100$+ down the drain. Will never do service with them again, hoping to contact my credit card company to have them remove the charge.

    I placed an order for liquid sanitizer that I’ve used for years, on the LV site nearly two months ago. I have a standing refill or auto shipment. I’ve emailed several times (3), for a status, and I haven’t heard back in over a month. I just received an email today that the products are back in stock and that my order, as well as auto ships, were cancelled. It’s apparently now first come first serve and of course they are sold out. They don’t answer their phones EVER, so now I’m left with nothing! This is bad business and very unprofessional to say the least. I should have preference over those who are just now placing orders, given they took and accepted my order over two months ago. Do yourself a favor and purchase what you need from someone else as this headache simply isn’t worth dealing with.

    I have ordered from Lucky on several occasions; however, several weeks ago I ordered product for which Lucky said there would likely be a 7-day delay in shipment. After several weeks they notified me of additional delay. I immediately ordered the product from an alternative provider and sent Lucky an email requesting my order to be canceled. I received an immediate automated reply stating that the request was being processed and that I would be receiving a response to my email soon.

    I never received a response, but about 10 days later I received an email stating that the product had been shipped. I sent them another email with a copy of their previous confirmation of my cancellation request, which was never responded to (other than an auto confirmation). When I received the product it included a label for returning the product. This was a very unprofessional handling of the situation by Lucky. My advice is to be very wary of doing business with this company. Very poor business practices and ethics.

    On Feb. 13 I paid $146.47 Cdn. for 6 bottles of Vitamin C (see scan P. 1 & 2). I opened none, returning them all on March 2, paying my own shipping (in the ridiculously high amount of $33.53). Ouch, but I expected that. Their 90 day happy guarantee says "Send the items back to us within 90 days and we'll refund your money... Once we receive the package we'll refund you... You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.” When I finally received the refund they had withheld $42 off purchase price! So with my $34 in shipping it cost me $76 Cdn… over half my initial outlay! When I asked why, 7 weeks later they said they withhold 25% for restocking international orders! (And $42 is more than 25% of $146; it is $29%.)

    I filled in my shipping address correctly which I have the proof from as I screenshot it. And they still sent the package to my old address in a different country. I spend hours in their chatbox to resolve this and showing them proof but they won't refund me until that package comes back to their warehouse. Knowing how difficult Italian customs is, that package will likely not return and so I lose my time and money due to their mistake. They acknowledge their mistake, yet to won't refund or send me a replacement order till that package returns. Amazing that a company from a first world country in 2020 can still operate like this.     On April 8 I placed an order. I immediately realized I ordered the wrong product, one I cannot use due to allergies. I immediately contacted Lucky (not so lucky for me) Vitamins and was told that I would be helped and that the order was delayed (for some reason, maybe availability... I don't remember that part). So now on April19 (eleven days later!), I am told they could not change my order. So I am out $60+ dollars. The order has not arrived. They said I could return it for a fee! I am on a fixed income and can't buy again til my next check arrives. So now I will be out of usable soap in a pandemic where handwashing could save my life. They had eleven days to make the change. So I was lied to when they told me on April 11 that the issue was being resolved and they showed a complete disregard for my wellbeing. Callous and callow. Will never buy again.

    First of all the site was kind of wonky so it's easy to not be aware that you have added multiple subscriptions for the same item. So unaware that this was happening, multiple orders went through for all these subscriptions at once. They did not send any kind of warning that orders were being placed, which is really sneaky. Then I tried to contact customer service the same day that it was happening. I couldn't get into contact with anyone till hours later, and then by then the agent said they could only cancel the last one (of the 3 orders placed) and then for the other 2 it was too late. First of all if I had been able to get into contact with someone sooner I would have been able to cancel, but because of that the orders went through. Beware of them - they are sneaky!

    My order did not arrive. No notification of the delay. Then I discovered it was sent back. Again, without notification. None of my email inquiries were answered. Via chat, a staff told me it was sent back due to “prohibited contents.” No further explanation. I was not told what or why something sold on their site was deemed “prohibited.” The staff did say I’d get my money back, but I’d have to wait till the order arrived at their warehouse. Why? Obviously I’m never going to get the order. I wish I’d get my refund ASAP. I’m upset they never replied to any of my emails. I doubt both products I ordered were “prohibited.” They didn’t even have the courtesy of asking me whether I still wanted whichever item that was not prohibited. Overall I can’t say any good thing about their service. I will never buy from them again.

    I’ve had problems with customer service (very poor!) and with them putting items into my cart that I didn’t request. One was a membership that I had to manually remove if I didn’t want it, but another was when a pricey omega-3 was on sale (buy 1, get a second at a discount) — when I put 2 in my cart, those 2 were charged full price and another was listed at the bottom with a discounted price — but 3 items showed up as being in my cart and I only wanted 2, so I removed the single one, which also removed the one that was discounted. I Re-added one and the same thing happened.

    I finally looked at the total price, which was for two, so I placed the order, only to find that I was charged for THREE! When I tried to call the company, I got a recording saying that I could leave my email address and someone would contact me. I then went to the chat feature under customer service, but it wasn’t with a person, it was with a computer that wanted only brief statements. At this point, I was fuming, so left an angry message, which did get me an email reply and I finally cancelled the order, went to Vitacost, and placed an order with them instead.

    LUCKYVITAMIN IS A SCAM AND IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I ordered a product on the LuckyVitamin website and waited 2 months for the back-order to fill. After getting sick and tired of waiting I canceled my order. LuckyVitamin told me my PayPal Account would see the return in 5-7 business days. That deadline has passed and they still haven't returned my money. After multiple sessions with the website chat service promising my money to be returned, I was told by an agent on the phone that there was nothing they could do. Luckyvitamin is a scam and is ripping people off!

    I have been ordering multiple products from LuckyVitamin for years. From protein powder, to shampoo, lotion, vitamins and other supplements. I have always been happy. If there have ever been issues (like my Almased coming opened due to lack of packing keeping it contained) I was compensated, over compensated immediately. And, the prices are equal to or better than other places. The only downside is shopping online does take away from the brick and mortar which are closing down too fast.     Ordered about $400 worth of supplements and 3-4 items required a cold pack ($200 worth of products) as they are refrigerated flax oils and probiotics that lose their nutritional value and are useless. They said on their site they’d ship with cold packs and they shipped my order without a single cold pack. I emailed and emailed and 2 weeks later I get a generic response. I disputed my charge and they didn’t fail to have a live person reject that but haven’t responded to my concern and fixed it. Now I’m still emailing them almost a month later and my issue still isn’t resolved. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company since they don’t have live agents to call or anyone to talk with and if you have an issue, you’re stuck on your own. I’m going with Vitacost next time for sure. This is like robbery... take your money and don’t deliver a usable product but fight the dispute of the charge.

    Decided to try LuckyVitamin. Never again! Couldn't place an order on webpage. I had to call it in. The customer service center is not 24hr. I had to stay up late/wake up early to place a call. Long wait. The call center is not in the US. It is in the Philippines. Call center English is poor. Hard to communicate. Different culture. The call center agent admitted not being familiar with Lucky Vitamin product stating Philippine people don't like such products. Indifferent ignorant attitude towards company and customers.

    After an expensive order was placed, no record on the order was provided to me on my LuckyVitamin page. US$120+ paid for express shipping. 2 weeks later no updates on where my package was. Package was a gift for Christmas and will not make it in time. Had to call again. They said package was stuck in Germany on way to Asia. No tracking update available or provided. None of my emails to the company were answered. Due to the above, I will never order from this company again and warn other potential users of my poor experience.

    I did research online and saw really good reviews so decided to use Lucky Vitamin. The product selection is very good as are the prices. The customer service after the order is where it went bad. I chose the 3-6 business day delivery but now 2 weeks later I still don't have the order. Not only this but the order was 20 mins from its destination and now is another state 350 miles away with another 5 days wait. I have sent 3 customer service requests via their website but still have heard nothing back except an automated response. This was a needed item for my son who needed the items on the 17th of December. The lack of customer service follow up is unacceptable.

    Ordered the cleanser and other items from Lucky Vitamin. After a long wait the box arrived and it was wet! I noticed the cleanser bottle was empty. Also, the liquid leaked into my other item of mango butter. Tried to reach customer service by calling. Their phone system disconnected the call before I could leave a message for the technical team. Called back again. The phone system recording mentioned I was 1st in line and had a wait time of one minute and 49 seconds. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes I was told by the sales rep that I had to email customer service. Informed the rep that I already did while waiting for someone to answer my on-hold call.

    Got follow up emails from Lucky. One requesting that I send a photo before the rep could proceed with a replacement and refund request. Was told that they can't promise that I will get the cleanser before Christmas. I requested an expedite. Their location is just one state away, a three hour drive, and would arrive by Monday or Tuesday, based on my experience shipping items during the holidays to family in that area of PA.

    Long story short. I am dropping this company and will shop elsewhere. If they think they can keep my business by hiring out of country representatives for less and not provide easier access to customer service then they are wrong. This company should change its name to unLucky Vitamin because that is what their consumers will experience. And the company will too, once they see profits drop because they are too concerned with making a buck, or saving a buck, over caring for their customers.

    Lucky Vitamins shipped me six bottles of Jarrowzyme after they cancelled the order due to a long back order. The first of six bottles was charged to my card on 10/29/19. The next five were charged on 10/31/19. I was out of town at the time. They billed me for all six. I emailed their customer service after going on their “Live chat”, since they no longer offer a “Live” person for customer service. They asked me to return the bottles and provide the tracking numbers. They emailed me saying they would refund me.

    I received a refund for one bottle and since then I have gotten the “runaround”. They keep saying a supervisor will call me and that I have already received my refund. They have also said I wasn’t charged for six bottles. I have emailed them a printout from my bank account proving they charged me. So far I have not received the refund of $89.50 owed to me and the product was all returned to them on 11/21/19. They have The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.! I will never do business with them again.

    I have ordered a number of California Ranch Olive Oil bottles of LuckyVitamin.com On their website they mention that it's COOC (California Olive Oil Council) certified, but the bottle I received did not have the badge that was advertised on the website. When I asked to return it, they said I have to ship it to the US. I'm living in Canada. Shipping it to the US will cost more than what I will be getting back as a refund! And it's not my fault that the product I received was not the correct product. Very poor customer service and lack of respect for the clients.     I used Lucky Vitamin because I could not find this specific supplement in Germany, where I live. Instead of the healthy supplement I ordered, I received a packet of wet wipes and some lip balm. I complained and customer service reassured me a full refund would be issued. The refund came and it was only for the price of the supplement I did not receive, but didn't include the 12 euros of postage costs. I complained and customer service told me they are sorry for the inconvenience but it is their policy to not return postage for international packages. I paid for this company to post something I DID NOT WANT. The mistake was all theirs and quite honestly it is inconceivable that I should be paying for their mistake.

    Around 8/23/2019 I made a back-order because they said it will be back in stock within a week. Then they extended it to 3 weeks. Finally after a month I contacted them to cancel. The response was something to the effect like "sorry about that" but nothing about it cannot be cancelled. Fast forward 3 months later 11/25/19 they sent out this cancelled order without authorization and demanded money from me. When I told them this order was cancelled 3 months ago they responded that backorders cannot be cancelled so I have to pay for it. Then after payment they will take 3 weeks to check things around before refunding money for unauthorized shipment. Told them they are not getting a cent from me and I'll file fraud complaint on them. Then, they quickly changed their tune with saying "just refuse shipment and send it back". I will never do business with them again.

    What a nightmare!!! I placed my order on June 24th: 12 deodorants. After placing the order, I asked them not to mention the word "Lucky Vitamin" on the package because Customs in Italy would hold the package thinking it's some pills or something else you cannot get in Europe and is forbidden. They told me they couldn't because as good Americans, they always know better than others.

    Sure enough, the package got hold at customs on July 2nd and I haven't received anything yet. We are November 23rd now!!! They don't want to deal with customs and tell me I should call them, which of course is impossible! Communication with Alisha the "Happy Wellness Ambassador" is like spitting in the wind. I sent many emails and she doesn't help at all! They don't want to send me the money back because they want the package back, which I don't have. It's a real nightmare!!!! Don't ever buy anything with them if you don't live in the USA! Trust me, you will regret it!!!

    This was the first time ordering from this company. I ordered 3 of the Nutribullet Superfood Protein Blend Plus Vanilla in the 23 oz canisters. When my order came, it was not at all the protein powder that I ordered. Instead they shipped me 3 of the Nutribullet Organic Pea Protein in the 23 oz canisters. When I tried calling the company several time, no one would answer the phone to get my problem solved. So I went to their website and got on their chat support to contact them to let them know I did not get the correct order. They completely gave me the runaround for almost an hour telling them they sent me the wrong product and that all I wanted to do was Return it and for them to send me the correct order which I really wanted and paid for which was just a little over $100.

    I told them I would ship the product back to them the same day and I either wanted the product that I originally ordered or a full refund. I told them they have very very poor customer service and so far I haven't seen the product I ordered or a Refund as of yet. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will probably never order from them again, ever if I have to go through that much trouble. Doesn't anyone answer their Company Phones anymore? Truly not happy with them at all.

    I think this company needs to be investigated about their business practices! Signed up for their Membership & shortly after that, everything I purchase was on Back Order!! Not to mention, they bill you for it & it ties up your funds for at least 3 days on something that never gets shipped! I call Fraud!! Now in October they state there might be limited products in October!! Really! This has been going on for at least 6 months already. Shipping is the slowest I've ever seen, especially in today's climate of technology!! I wouldn't be surprised if this company gets caught up in litigation very soon!     Ordered from Lucky in past, always had a good experience. Lately, shipping has been surprisingly slow, although it has always shown up as ordered. However, I had autoship set up for a few items. Couldn't figure out how to cancel it, so I'd just skip the delivery. Today, decided to cancel it, and it was impossible to contact customer support at all, and nearly impossible to figure out how to cancel. Eventually, I figured it out with the help of the faq. Never managed to reach chat or phone support over a 30 minute period. Not planning any future order from the firm. So stupid to make autoship nearly impossible to cancel. Many other good options for ordering this type of product.

    Lucky Vitamin used to be wonderful! Great prices, great product selection, great shipping time, and great customer service. THIS IS NOT THE CASE ANYMORE. More and more of their items are on back order and none of the Lucky Vitamin Representatives seems to know when they will be back in stock YET they continue to sell these items and leave the customer hanging and waiting. I feel they should not advertise/sell items that are out of stock with no arrival date in sight. I started to see a pattern with items I was ordering previously but I really tried to be patient, I would just cancel my order if I got an email saying it was back ordered (since it was on back order status anyways and nobody could tell me when it would come back in) and figured I would check back at a later time to order specific things.

    I would keep checking back only to see those and more items were STILL back ordered?!?!? Recently I placed an order mid July and it is now September, still have not received my order. They still have no idea when the items I ordered will be back in stock. Customer service has gone downhill with this company. They now no longer provide customer support over the phone (unless of course you are placing a NEW ORDER) but make you email chat with them in order to follow up on an existing order or to resolve an issue. I am not even really sure the person I email chatted with on their site is a real human with emotions or customer service skills????

    I expressed my disappointment, canceled the order (again) since they apparently have no idea when the product I ordered from them would be back in stock and told them I wanted a refund on my membership as most everything I wanted to order from them was continuously on back order anyways. The robot human on the Lucky Vitamin site told me via typing that they do not give refunds for the membership fee. WHAT A WASTE!!! The membership fee might be worth it if you were able to actually order in stock items and receive them. Was unable to really use it because most of the items I wanted were on back order what seemed continuously. Extremely frustrated and very disappointed in this company!

    I've been a customer of LuckyVitamin for many years and have always been satisfied, but this company has really gone downhill. I think they may actually be out of business. I found a really nasty thing in my Vitamin C, so I sent my 3 bottles back to them. That was about 10 days ago. No response, no credit to my credit card. When I try calling, a recording says they no longer take phone calls. I try "live chat" and wait for more than 35 minutes--still no response. I'm giving up and buying elsewhere.

    LuckyVitamin does not allow phone contact for account refunds. I have never seen anything so ridiculous in my life. When you call in to get your refund for a back-ordered product they tell you they can only take new orders and won't help you. They tell you that you have to send an email. Seriously?     Waited more than a month waiting for this mouthwash Xylichew Xylitol and received water instead. I contacted customer support and the phone tells you to go online then chat.     I have been a long time customer of LuckyVitamin and when I first started with them over 10 years ago, excellent service and shipping times. Over the years, shipping has gotten slower and slower, and as mentioned in another review, excessive back order times. They also expect you to order a minimum quantity if they are out of stock, it was explained to me that it was so they could order stock in. You used to be able to call customer service for any questions, now you can only contact them through email or chat. My last attempt to contact them via email, they wrote after 72 hours that they closed my ticket, did I still need it answered. I replied yes, and got two more notices within an hour of each other the next day asking if I still needed an answer, if so, they would reopen my ticket.

    I joined their membership program because it offered 10% off everything, and that part is good, but my wellness consultant also told me that membership orders receive quicker attention and shipping time. I got one order quicker, the next one took 8 days. Now I am waiting on backorders, and I've contacted the companies whose product I ordered and there's no shortages or backorders with their products. Along with the supposed quicker service, I was also supposed to be able to reach my wellness consultant anytime I had questions. I just waited on hold over 5 minutes before the call automatically switched to voicemail and then disconnected. It's getting harder to stay with them when I can order elsewhere with much better results.

    I ordered 4 items for over $63 which provided "free" shipping that would take 1-6 days; was stated so at checkout. Guaranteed shipping days. Then when checking on my order, the time was extended to 9 days out without any guarantee that it would arrive in this time either. When trying to contact anyone via phone or "chatbot" (they say it's a "live" chat but it's not), no one answers until about 30 mins or longer. I have called at different times on different days and get the same results. The agents who finally answer tell me over & over again all the details of my order and the current delay in my shipping without every resolving it or actually addressing the issue; my order is not arriving within the guaranteed time frame stated at checkout.

    I finally asked for a supervisor, at which time I was told there were none available. The agent told me she would send my phone number to her supervisor and said supervisor would get back to me... heard that before & have yet to receive any "callbacks" from ANY business that states they will. The agent who answered today, Jonna, said she would transfer me to a supervisor whose name was given as Shandia (spelling?) and she did not answer but sent me to her voicemail where I left a detailed message including my issue, my phone number, account # & my full name.

    As for the "livechat/robochat" feature, I am still waiting for the "transfer to a live team member" which is now at 35 mins & counting. LuckyVitamin.com used to be a terrific company. I have done business with them for years. After this I will NOT be doing business with them again & I warn people away from this company as their customer service was once something I bragged about to friends & family. I don't know why they have gone so far downhill, but I wish I'd never ordered from them. Too sad.

    Awful customer service. Made the same mistake repeatedly. I have to be on hold for almost an hour every time I call to fix their mistake. Very frustrating. And then they don't even really care about keeping me a satisfied customer. They made shipping mistakes for several months now because I order the same supplement from them. They won't pay for better faster shipping when they made 2 mistakes on the same order. I won't waste my time anymore.     Only found out AFTER I purchased their $49.95 membership that the product I was trying to order could not be shipped to my state. Before signing up for the membership I was able to add this product to my shopping cart and select a shipping option. I only signed up for the membership to get the 10% off discount that they advertise, which would make the total cost of my purchase cheaper.

    After finding out about the product not shipping to my state I called their customer service line and got the typical Indian call center experience. I could barely understand the representative and there was a ton of loud background noise throughout the call. They refused to refund me the membership fee even after speaking to a manager. Horrible company. Don't take the risk. Order from somewhere more reputable even if it costs you a little more.

    This company is terrible. I joined as a member in May at the cost of $49.95. EVERY order I have placed since has had a backorder and/or they don't have the item available at all. The "10%" discount- not true. Prices are similar or higher than Sprouts or other sites. I called after 3 months of incomplete orders to request a refund and spent 49 minutes on talking to different people in customer service telling me repeatedly that they can not offer a refund for my membership --- I have not even saved $50. I read reviews before signing up for the membership and they were good. I can only imagine they are by employees or these people have been "luckier" than I have been. I would NEVER recommend this company - terrible. As I write this I am on hold again..so far 12 minutes this time.

    Placed an order last spring to ship to Mexico. It shipped promptly but went to Germany where it stayed for a month or so. After two months, I contacted the company asking for a refund. They told me I needed to wait a longer. Last week, I asked for a refund again and was told that since it had longer than 90 days, I was not eligible.     I ordered and had my address correct on the order. At shipping option I selected shipping and didn’t notice that the site automatically change the city, state and zip code on my order. So part of the address is the shipping address and part of the address is my billing address. I immediately contacted them to make the change. Three days later I get an email that the order was shipped but to the wrong address not the correct one I’d given them. I called customer service and they can’t help me. I’m so frustrated. The first time I ordered my order came but a bottle was broken. They gave me a credit code to use which wasn’t valid when I tried to use it. Customer service is very poor with this company. Very poor.

    This has been the worst experience I had with a company. I order a product online on 6/8/2019 shipping it to Israel. The package never arrived. I called DHL they said it's lost and to call LuckyVitamin for a refund. The nightmare has began, I talk to 3 different people, and was told they don't insure overseas package so it's my problem, no refund. I paid money to LuckyVitamin for product and shipping. They should have refunded the money. Never will I ever buy anything from them again.

    They have products that you order. I bought items shown as available on clearance. They later told me they no longer sell the item. They also confused my order etc. The customer service rep (reached them on the phone the first time after being on hold and retrying for about 3 hours) and this time for about half an hour is condescending and treats you as ignorant for ordering the item! Their website has false information about being available 24/7 - they cannot be contacted during off business hours. During business hours it is impossible to speak to them. I think they are in a non-US location and have no clue. The pressure is on the reps to get good reviews on the surveys that come to us after the call, and they will choose to deliberately lie to get a good review and to keep their jobs.

    Do not shop here! Founder SAM WOLF WAS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS IN his Collegeville, PA RETAIL SHOP AND HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLINE EITHER, ONLY YOUR MONEY. I moved, changed the address on my LuckyVitamin account, was not informed about the need to also change the address for auto-ship orders. Received notice about the next shipment, it showed the wrong address. Tried calling, they never answer the phone or return calls. Tried emailing. They claim they'll respond in 72 hours, they don't. Shipment went to wrong address, Post Office destroyed package due to the way LuckyVitamin ships. Tried calling and emailing again - same non-response as before. Had to dispute the charge.

    Horrible attention from the Customer support team to the needs of delivery circumstances. The delivery was delayed for 3 weeks!!! Right after the end of the announced delivery period, I informed Lucky Vitamin in writing that I won't be living in the city of the stated delivery address anymore, as I was moving to another city in the same country. So that if the delay extends for more than another week I won't be able to receive it at all. I asked them to deliver it to the new address in the new city but they ignored the message. After the other message I sent two days before I left the city marking it as urgent, the only response I received was that they couldn't change the delivery address after the product was dispatched. And that's it.

    I lost 28 euros. No compensation was offered to me. In my view, if such a significant delivery delay causes losses or inconveniences to the customer, the company must offer some compensation or make an attempt to fix the situation timely. The company could have tried to arrange with DHL to send the product to another city within the same country from the customs in Heathrow or, at least, offer some other solution, as I couldn't receive the delivery due to the violation of the stated delivery period. If you cannot guarantee the timely delivery to European countries due to customs control or other reasons, you must inform the customers about possible delays before they pay the order.     Ordered product, and did not receive it. Apparently, there were (unknown) import/customs charges to pay that were not identified when I placed the order. I submitted 2 x tickets requesting an update on when I would receive the product, but no response. I managed to get hold of someone on the website's 'chat' function, and they told me that the product was being returned to them and that I would incur a restocking charge, and I would have to pay shipping costs both ways. A thoroughly miserable experience, and I would advise not to use this company at all.

    Excellent source of all things healthy. LuckyVitamin provides a vast selection of products to choose from. The website provides in-depth information about the product and the company that makes the product. It's my go-to place for the nutritional supplements that I take on an ongoing basis as well as products that I only require once. It's fun to shop the site because there are so many categories to explore. You can save a bit of money using the Auto-Ship for those products used on an ongoing basis.     The LuckyVitamin team in the Philippines is absolutely awful! Consider yourself unlucky if you have to contact them. When my order was automatically made "Autoship" which I did not want, I called customer service and got a representative who kept me on hold for 20 minutes. I had to hold for 20 minutes because the CS call queue had 8 people ahead of me.

    Placed 2 orders with them. Both were sent via DHL. 1st package took nearly 1 month to get to my local post office. The other managed it faster. Am unable to receive either as LuckyVitamin put incorrect address details for me. My local post office asked me to ask LuckyVitamin to send correct address details through to DHL their courier, so they can deliver my packages. LuckyVitamin has refused to help me until my packages have been lost for more than 30 days. After which they might investigate what happened. Terrible scam website with terrible unhelpful and incompetent staff.

    Something has changed drastically with this company. I was set up for auto-ship on an order of Bark Thins that I love. When I received an email indicating that the price had shot up, I immediately attempted to cancel the order and the auto-ship. After an hour waiting on the phone, I contacted their live chat, and a woman kindly helped me cancel both the order and auto-ship. I received confirmation emails of both cancellations. Today I received an email telling me the order had shipped.

    Two phone calls (a total of an hour wait and a conversation with a baffled "customer service" agent who tried to tell me the order had not been cancelled) and two chat sessions later (another half hour), it was confirmed that, yes, the order was indeed cancelled! The last rep promised me I was a priority and he would have his manager call me asap. It's now 5 hours later. No followup, nothing. Now they want me to take more time to drive to UPS to mail back the order mistakenly sent me after I cancelled both order and auto-ship. This company has gone way downhill. I no longer will use them or recommend them. Very disappointing. Customer Service is absolutely nonexistent. No one should ever be put on hold for half an hour. Period.

    I'm a huge fan of Kiss My Face products. Specifically, the fluoride toothpaste. Unfortunately, it's been getting harder to find the products online. Luckily, I found them on this website. Though, after placing the order & receiving a 'processing email' from them, I got a follow up email stating the product was on backorder. Sadly, they were waiting for the shipment of the product and didn't have an ETA for it. It wasn't until the end of April I received an update stating the product was in and ready to ship. I understand it wasn't by any fault of LuckyVitamin. Just wish they would have sent me the email stating it was on backorder first rather than it was processing. In the end, I got my package and all is good. When you find this toothpaste grab it - who knows how much longer it will be around.

    I had a terrible experience with this company. I order products online from South Africa. Despite months of emailing to follow up on the non delivery and repeatedly being told it was on its way (and given set dates), nothing arrived. When querying 4 months after empty promises, I was told that the 90 day mark for refunds had passed. They refuse to refund me. Strongly recommend staying far away.

    Zenwise Health MCT oil with C8 and C10 only 32 oz is such a great value. Most good MCT oils with C8 only are quite expensive, this one does have C* and C10, but the percentage is great! 9.2g of C8 and 4.5 C10. Anyone who knows their MCT oils knows that the C8 is the best and C10 adds a little extra release time, so this is a win win for all!

    I have ordered vitamins from Lucky for at least 10 years. I got a recent shipment with a shattered glass bottle that had not been bubble wrapped. They said in a chat they would replace it. Although I had changed my address and new orders had been coming to my address of nine months, they said they sent it to my previous address. I never got it. Their mistake, they admitted. They said they would send another bottle to the correct address. Not only did they not send it, they no longer answer my chats or emails. I waited 45 minutes for a phone call to be answered and finally gave up. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT HAS CHANGED WITH NEW OWNERSHIP BY A CONGLOMERATE THAT OWNS PABST BEER.

    I would like to share my horrible experience with a company called LuckyVitamin. I live in South Africa and our mail system is not working, so I decided to ship using DHL Express. My package arrived in Cape Town, with an invoice which customs cannot read to evaluate. I managed to get that sorted. The package then arrived without the product. Poor DHL Express was very helpful, to track where my product got lost, they traced is for several weeks, keeping me up to date on a daily basis. DHL Express, then informed me that they will refund LuckyVitamin which in turn, should refund me.

    I contacted LuckyVitamin the same day I received the empty package, until today NO reply from a human, all replies are automated after a month. I have send several emails and logged several tickets. The tickets are auto replied after a few days, of being attended. They auto respond saying if your query has not been resolved, respond to the auto mail and they will prioritize your ticket. THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING OUR MONEY, AND I WOULD RATE THEM (-100). I thought buying from an american company would be the best option, but I'm so disappointed. I have lost almost $200 DOLLARS, which is a lot when you live in South Africa.

    I ordered seven 32oz. bottles of beet juice and three 32oz. bottles of lemon juice on March 17. Three days later my shipment arrived but FedEx damaged part of it and had to return the damaged product. Three days later I received another partial shipment because FedEx once again did something wrong and shipped part of my order back. Three days go by and my order not only arrived so well packaged that it was practically indestructible but Lucky Vitamin actually sent me extra. It was great to be kept aware of my shipments progress via their email link and I am amazed at the speed which they corrected the mistakes of FedEx!

    I was already impressed at the price, quality and speed of delivery of their product but I can honestly say that I have never dealt with any company that was so aggressively proactive in fixing mistakes that weren't theirs! To say that I am a happy customer is an understatement and I have recommended Luck Vitamin to at least two dozen people. They will always have my business as well as my gratitude.

    I have now been on hold for 40 minutes, this is my second call. I also called 47 minutes ago and was on hold for 23 minutes, decided to leave my # to be called back in the order of my call. Just got message on phone that my call wait time is 1 hour 3 minutes and 21 seconds. That is a total wait time of 2 hours 30 minutes and 21 seconds. I decided to try the Chat, they are also not available. They suggested that I complete the form on their website. I tried that three times and it does not go through. They might have good prices but they certainly do not have any customer service. This has been a very frustrating experience. It should never be this difficult to contact a company. They are either in business or they are not. When you are in business you should commit to conducting business.

    I recently placed an order through them and then needed to get a hold of them to change something on the order, their customer service is nonexistent. If you open a chat no one is actually there and then you get an inquiry ticket number and they say they’ll get back to you within 72 hours. About a week later you get an email with a response. I called their customer service number two days in a row. I held for 59 minutes and 60 minutes both times and nobody ever picked up the phone. Their turn around time for a customer inquiries about a week. Then they quickly answer questions and sometimes not even correctly. I will not order from them again.

    I'm buying from abroad. LuckyVitamin transfers all freight costs and customs costs to clients, that is fine. On the other hand, they say there's no transaction or exchange fees. So, everyone expect to pay the same price no matter where you buying from, since the products will be delivered from the same store, at the same costs and ALL additional costs, like freight and customs are already on the customer. But, if you convert dollars to the currency you are buying, they are making more than 100% only on the exchange. I asked to be billed in dollars, but they don't want to. They wanna me to pay twice as much the equivalent in dollars. It's a shame that a big company lie this way and hide a LOT of profit in exchange rates, not being honest with their clients.

    I signed up online for an auto order for a product that is no longer available locally. I signed up for auto order of two bottles, because even before the 5% discount, it was a good price for this product. The email response acknowledged the auto order and then notified me that my order had been shipped with all products. When I received the order several days later, the shipping page showed that there were 2 bottles shipped, but there was only one bottle in the bag. The bag was delivered to my UPS mailbox and was in good shape.

    I tried to call the 888 number for LuckyVitamin and waited for 35 minutes and a human did not answer the call. While the shipment was en route, I received an email from LuckyVitamin stating that my auto order had been canceled, with no explanation. The debit from the card for the auto order was for the amount of 2 bottles, and now I can't get a response at all from this company. I'm very disappointed in this company, especially since I've had good experiences with them in the past.

    I ordered Green Vibrance from them. Somehow my order was duplicated and 2 identical orders were place about a minute apart. I tried to call them to cancel one order, but I got a recording saying that their site is experiencing technical difficulties and they cannot take calls. I emailed them, asking to cancel one order.     We placed a few orders with LuckyVitamin through Amazon and received a 20% Promo Code from Lucky to place an order directly with them. We placed a large order with them and after the order was finalized I realized I had wanted to pay for it with a different credit card. I contacted Customer Service and they cancelled the order for me so I could re-submit it with the correct credit card. When I tried to re-submit the order I was not able to use the 20% discount promo code as it said it had already been applied to my initial order. Contacted Customer Service and they proceeded to process a new order for me - apply a new promo code to get the 20% discount and input the correct credit card. Excellent service. Excellent follow up. Product was shipped and arrive in Canada within a few days. All 61 products were there and I can only say GREAT things about this company. Great service. Great pricing. Great products.     After two weeks of waiting and no emails of my order, (they told me it's going to arrived 4-6 days). I called them to find out what's going on. It literally took me two days to hold any of them. First day after 35min of waiting I had to hang up, because I need to go to work. On the second day I decided to wait no matter what. It took 50 min for then to finally pick up. Ummm hello! Don't call it a live chat then!!! When they finally answered on the phone, they didn't apologized, just stated that the order is going to delay. Didn't even explained me why I didn't get any notice about that. It's took me two days to hold of them and I still not sure when is my order is going to arrive. Horrible service, not using this company again! Bye!

    I placed an order (my 3rd order) with LuckyVitamin worth almost $300 19th January 2019. Part of the items in the order were to be back ordered but LuckyVitamin decided to charge my credit card for the whole order. Because they had done this before, I let it go. 10 days later, the back-ordered items were still not available. I contacted them about this through my LuckyVitamin account but received no response.

    I then wrote them again and asked that they cancel the back ordered items as I could not wait anymore. Instead of canceling the back-ordered items, Luckyvitamin fraudulently charged my credit card again and shipped part of the back-ordered items and they also charged way more than the shipped items cost. I brought the above issue to them and asked for a refund. They at first denied that they had overcharged me but relented when I went to their Facebook page to vent. They then promised to refund the excess charge within 72 hours. They reneged on this promise and I am yet to receive my refund. Stay away from this company, they are a very dishonest bunch.

    Ordered just one bottle of overpriced Potassium Orotate, did not arrive and when chatted with their customer service called Tamika, it took almost half an hour of the chat to find out that I did not insured the product, therefore there will not be refund. It always took Tamika more than 4 minutes just to reply a sentence, even though she/he advised me to call the customer service, but cannot give me an international phone number to call.

    My order (**) entered the country a couple weeks later than it was promised. During the waiting time I created two tickets in a customer support department which were never answered. I contacted different shipping companies myself w/o any help from LuckyVitamin. Then I realized that despite the fact that the LuckyVitamin has a Swedish version of the store they never tell that I need to pay additional charge to the custom which is almost the same amount of money as my order cost.

    So I decided to wait until my order comes back to store and make a refund. But this is definitely not what they are going to do. They stop supporting customers right after they charge money from your account. Several months after I ordered I still don't have my money back. I receive only copy paste e-mail responses with identical text. Nobody tries to help or check if my order actually came back. They operate with words "Uninsured shipping" meaning you will never see your money back. How many of you would insure your shipping when you order vitamins? The worst online shopping experience in my life. I can't recall if I ever left a negative feedback before and I strongly recommend not order here.

    I ordered several bottles of shampoos on December 17, 2018. My credit card was charged for NIS 714 on December 19, 2018. It is now January 8, 2019 and still did not receive the products, nor did I receive a response from the customer service other than an automated message. The DHL tracker just says that the package "will be transported to the destination country". I have been getting phantom "updates" regarding the status of the shipment that the package is on the way. But it is not. In short: Do not trust this company, do not order anything from them!

    I placed an order with LuckyVitamin on 1st October 2018 for 162,96 Euros but it never arrived. I contacted them to say the parcel must have been returned to them. Then on 14th December I posted on their Community page and since then, and until today (4th January 2019), we have been exchanging messages. I have still not received a refund and all they do is make excuses and tell lies. If you want to know more about how they treat their clients just go to their Facebook and on the left-hand side, amongst a long list, you will see the word "Community". Click on that and take a look at all the messages from dissatisfied clients who haven't received their orders and can´t get their money refunded. I advise you to PLACE ORDERS WITH OTHER COMPANIES, NOT THIS ONE.

    On Nov 23rd 2018, I placed a multiple order of calcium supplement from Lucky Vitamin. To take advantage of Black Friday discounts, I placed an order of 24 bottles which was suppose to fill a few months supplies for 5 elderly members of my families. Order was never fulfilled and I have to keep contacting the poor customer services department for a response as why order was not filled. Finally on Dec 31, Lucky Vitamin emailed me that they could not fill the order because they thought this order was considered as a wholesale orientation. As a result, they did not want to fulfill such order.

    If they could not fulfill quantity order, why did they not put a limit notice at the ordering stage? Why did they not noticing me that they do not want to fulfill the order as soon as I placed my order? I find this merchant not honest and dependable. They might not even carry this product and yet they put such products in the web pages pretending that they had lots of products for sales. I would recommend other people not to do business with Lucky Vitamin. Do not trust them for your well being.

    This is a 100% real opinion based on my buying experience on this shop. TL/DR: My review in 3 words: buy somewhere else. The story: I made an order on their shop 45 days ago. Never arrived. The tracking code still says it is in somewhere in the delivery chain. What was the answer from their customer support? They basically told me that it was my problem because I chose the default shipping option (11€) and not a more expensive shipping option (What?). You do provide a default shipping option that is basically a lottery? Amazing…

    Now, I want to make clear that: 1) I ordered from Spain. They DO claim to ship here on their website. 2) I haven’t received any notification from our customs. I would (in 3-4 days) if the order had got stuck in Spanish Customs. So it IS NOT in the customs. 3) They haven’t even reached the courier to ask for my order. 4) The last email I sent to this shop was sent more than 10 days ago. Never got a response. 5) In the previous emails I sent, it took forever for them to even answer.

    Absolutely poor experience but, the worst part was not losing the time and money, but their totally unprofessional response and their total lack of respect for EU regulations in terms of customers' rights. It may be different if you buy from within the US. I don’t know. But if you are buying from abroad, find somewhere else. This is one of most uninspiring buying experiences in more than 15 years buying regularly online. If anyone want further information about this, you can contact me at any time. I will be happy to provide the emails received from them where you can check the dates I am talking about.

    LuckyVitamin sent me an expired face cream that smells rancid and old with a weird sticky texture. I have been using this face cream every day for a decade. I know what it's supposed to be like and this is obviously old and expired. I shipped back the item for a refund but they decided to charge me for the return shipping even though they are the one who sent me a defective product. I requested the return shipping refunded and they said they will but I still have not received the credit. Never ever shopping from LuckyVitamin again. Waste of time and money.

    I don't usually complain but I want to warn others. My shipping on my product took WAY LONGER than they said due to holiday, OK whatever. I called and was on hold forever, a rude customer service girl gal made me feel like she was irritated by my call to see the status of my order. (Don't pay for faster shipping and just know it will take at least a week, regardless of that they say). Finally got my item and wanted to return it but saw the horrible reviews on their return policy so I kept it. One month later come to find I was on automatic shipment and I received another one when I didn't even order it. I never signed up for that!!! Again I called and asked to be removed from "Autoship" (watch out for that one when you order from them), and I'm reluctant to return the product let alone use it.

    Although the company states that reviews should: "Describe your experience with the product. If it met your expectations. What you liked/disliked. Do not include medical claims. The most useful comments contain specific examples about how you use the product, things that are great about it and things that you think are not so great about it." Our doctor picked up that my son was reacting to the dyes they use to turn their vitamins into pretty red and green colors. They also use titanium dioxide as a filler and we have learned to avoid supplements that do that. I don't think those things qualify as a "medical claim" but an important warning to consumers to read their labels. Since they won't post anything below a 3-star rating, my reviews have not been published. I hope folks look up the company on this site!
