Your order process related to check out was not great. It took me several attempts. I added DHL shipping option 2 with duties and taxes included but it would keep telling me that I needed to add a shipping option to check out. I finally had to add option DHL 1.

I attempted to buy several items today. At least one of them would not "add to cart" when I clicked it, nor would it add to my regimen list. Jarrow Vitamin D3 5000 iu. is the item in question. So, in order to place the order, I added it to my Vitacost order instead, along with 3 other items I had in my "lucky vitamin Cart". No big deal for me. I just didn't order them through your company. This is not the first time it happened to me. It also occurred a few months ago. It may be a Firefox browser thing, but I've no way of knowing now. Maybe next time I will try another browser.

The next order ** you never shipped - ordered it on 2/23/17 and then finally called you on 3/7/17 to see what was going on. Your rep said it was never shipped cause D3 wasn't in stock. This is at least the third time that I have encountered problems using a promo code of gift certificate provided in one of your e-mails. LV e-mail received on 3/6/2017 advertised a 48-hour sale for 10% off home products. Another LV e-mail received on 3/7/2017 stated last chance to get 10% off home products. After entering the HOME10OFF code, I received a message that the coupon had expired. My issue was resolved via Live Chat with a voucher being sent to me, but this significantly extended the process of placing this order. Your customer service reps have always been very responsive and helpful, but there seems to be an underlying issue with your coupon/voucher system that should be evaluated.
