I intended to order two different products today, both advertised as BOGO items. One was 10 of item #131337, which after adding to my cart showed up with a sales price PLUS every other being 50%. The other BOGO item was #83666 (I intended to purchase 8 packages of this). This item is always packaged by the manufacturer with a small bonus bottle and is sold by all retailers like that. But when I checked in the cart there was no BOGO price reduction at all! I called your customer service to alert you to the problem and get the advertised price reduction. First the representative told me that it was not a BOGO item, then she told me that a 50% discount was already given in the sales price.

I was using my phone to check out but I could not change my address preferences from my PO Box to my physical address. I had to get onto my computer and add everything into my cart after doing a live chat with 2 separate people. While they were helpful, it was still frustrating to have to pull out my laptop when it should have worked via phone.
