The ordering process was pretty straightforward, although there seems to be a glitch in the shipping price when you apply coupons -- sometimes it shows as free shipping under $50 if the total amount before the coupon was over $50, sometimes not. Would be great to have that resolved. Would be great to have more options to get free shipping under $50, if there are certain brands that are trying to promote that would be great. Think the samples that are sometimes included in the order are great. A few orders ago, I bought several extra items to make up for the free shipping, and then the items that I really needed were canceled, which was a real disappointment. Happy to provide more feedback if needed!

This was a very easy website to select the products I needed to order and to get my order completed quickly. I have many times had issues with other sites so I will be checking this site for supplements in the future. I have had great ordering experiences with LuckyVitamin on every order. I have always received exactly what I ordered, it arrives on time and never has come damaged. The products I have ordered, whether they are vitamins, seasonings or other health supplements, are of excellent quality.

I have ordered my perfume oil (Arabian Musk oil) from other companies & it's always been a hit or miss for it to be in stock but even if LuckyVitamin says backordered it still gets to me pretty quickly... I've waited a lot longer from other companies!!!

First, let me compliment LuckyVitamin on consistent great products and service. I ordered two of this item to receive free shipping, but free shipping would never be applied to my cart... in 4 different browsers. So I called Customer Service and found out that free shipping is not available to PO Boxes, my default shipping address. If that info had appeared as an error message somewhere online during my ordering process, I could have saved well over an hour of trying to order. Fortunately, this is a rare exception to LV's great service, and not the rule.

This oil is a helpful energy source for the brain and I will continue to supplement my diet with this product. It is also used as a weight management product. As an older person, I am concerned with keeping my mental edge sharpened and this product has been advertised as one that does this as well as other offering other properties.

I really like that I can see the ingredients of the products on LuckyVitamin's website. I have some relatives coming over on Saturday and I hope that the back ordered protein that I ordered arrives by then. They are using pure protein which just changed their ingredients to include sucralose; I don't think sucralose is very good for health. I like how LuckyVitamin packages the shipments (I ordered products in glass bottles a few times) so things don't get broken. All my experiences with LuckyVitamin have been good except once I received an elderberry (free) product with a broken cap; I was glad that the product somehow did not leak into the package. All the aspects of your site look fairly together. The searches are fast and complete. The checkout is easy... the Graphical User Interface is intuitive and complete... I used the online chat. The person was helpful. The question I had related to a free shipping offer. It said I was eligible for free shipping, but then showed me a shipping cost on checkout.
