The quality of the shipping and packing has been deteriorated over the last years. Used to be very good, fast shipping and good packing. Also, products on back order arrived in a plastic bags without any protection. This is an issue for me because I live in Texas, where the weather is usually very hot.

I have tried to make an order for over a week and chatted with three different people as I kept seeing "no delivery methods found" when clicking on shipping solutions. I had to reduce my order from over 40 items to around 22, after first waiting for some days and then having entered the 40 items manually from one browser to another 2 times because the second operator I talked to thought that was the problem. The shipping cost somehow ended up being a lot higher than what initially had shown. That said the variety of vegan choices is amazing, so as the possibility to buy individually and to receive in the UK and the operator I chatted to were very kind.

To find a particular product one is given a category rather than just the one item -- I suppose to entice one to buy something other than the particular item one wants. Shipping cost is too high -- free shipping should be offered at a lower amount.

My HSA debit was declined twice when I tried to complete my order for the Fulvic-Humic mineral blend, which was prescribed to me by my gastroenterologist. I am very dissatisfied that my HSA debit card was declined because I take money out of my paycheck in order to fund that account for the purpose of paying for healthcare expenses. If there is some sort of glitch on this site that declines HSA debit cards, then it needs to be fixed immediately.

I like your products and prices. I have had some problems with shipping glass bottles. One order with glass containers was shipped in the same box with potato chips so the chips were crushed and wet since one of the bottles broke. I was told I could not order a case of chips so this would not happen. I do live in a remote area and shipping can be a issue.

I was having 2 problems when checking out. The cart said free shipping but confirmation page before processing said $13. I had selected Free Shipping on the first page, so I didn't realize that right before checkout the shipping has to be selected again. That shouldn't happen. The other problem was that your website stated with any order of $20 a free bag of LuckyEats Dark Chocolate Almonds would be given. But nowhere on the front-page ad, or in the product info did it say how to get the free bag. I added it to my cart, but it wanted to charge my $4.47.
