I found what I was looking for on your site @ a better price than my usual source. I've started making my own kefir @ home, so I've stocked up w/ starter. The site is nice, and the product lines are good. The shipping services/options seem a bit slow for free. Ordered $80 worth of stuff and free shipping is only a 1-6 day service. A bit slow compared to expectations. A ShopRunner option did pop up for free 2 day, but it was a promo and I'm not about to sign up for yet another service only to be pestered. When I buy from Lucky, I sorta expect shipping choices to be via Lucky, and not via another company.

Based on an order I made last month, I was supposed to get a free bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar. But no such thing happened. Do you know why that bonus offer wasn't fulfilled? It's complicated ordering with LuckyVitamin since it seems like you're being offered real value for bonus products, but then the bonus offers disappear or the bonus products change. How is a good customer supposed to contend with that. As a customer it seems like it's better to simply shop elsewhere so the process is better understood and less confusing.

Last order not packed well - package of broth very dented and could have leaked. Website not placing items in cart for current order and site is very cumbersome. If one more unsatisfactory experience occurs, say goodbye to me as a customer!!!

Was hard to get a coupon code to work. Would be nice to have a simple system for coupons. Ok I tried several coupon codes and all said they were not recognized.
