I think that the liquid minerals do definitely make me feel better. I must not be getting enough in the foods since the food is so depleted of vitamins and minerals. First it started with vitamins, but now I get my other hard-to-find organic/natural products (teas, cleaning products, flour, granola) at Lucky. It took me forever to finally figure out that you do not get free shipping even if the little box at the top of the page says you have qualified for free shipping IF YOU USE A PO BOX for a shipping address. Finally I changed to my home address and the shipping was free. Problem is that I do not know how it will ship USPS, FEDEX, UPS?? I do not have a mailbox so if it ships USPS I must go and check the post office each day to catch your package before they send it back to you.
