Website kept locking up and I was unable to compare items because of it. Website was also very slow. Paying was very convenient and I like the order process just way too slow. It had something do to with a pop up I think. But because of it I was unable to compare and unable to change the sort parameters.

Overall I am very happy with my experience. However, on my email it says "all orders over $49 would ship free", yet I was charged 14.51euros for my shipment. I spent 79 euros altogether. If I have to continue to pay such high shipping costs I will be forced to look elsewhere, which is a shame because I do enjoy your website. Thanks. I love the options for healthy products especially the Stevia powder. I make sure to only use products that are 100% pure without any added fillers. The Now Foods Stevia is just that. I will continue to order that as well as the Lily's Stevia sweetened chocolate chips!

UI has improved over the years. I love the option to add items from a search results page, either one time or subscription. Please keep that. Similar items on pages are also relevant. The filter options have also improved to be more useful. Many items I chose were on backorder, which is a bit of a let down since shipping already takes a very long time to begin with. My only recommendation would be faster standard shipping. Maybe that could be impacted by faster order processing and packing time. I'm not sure where the bottle-necking is occurring in that operation, but it could be improved.

Always fun to shop. The product descriptions are detailed. I like the ingredient thumbnail that allows a user to have the ability to view the ingredients easily. And I learn something every time I visit the site. On the downside, the website is a little slow sometimes.

Easy to use service, cheap prices and cheap delivery especially for international delivery with such a low wait time. The ability to pay through PayPal is extremely beneficial and makes the checkout progress way more efficient. Will definitely use again after I test the product when it gets here. This is the second time ordering and I found my products fine but when trying to log in, I was told that there is no email account on file. I tried to create a new account but was told there was already an email account on file. I got frustrated after trying several times. Ended up creating a new account under spouse's email.

So far I had a great experience purchasing at your side. I found a brand that is hardly available in Europe (Mega Food) so it was nice to see you offer international delivery with taxes included. I also appreciated to have a 10% discount on my first order.

Issue #1: Communication timeliness. I had questions about one of the products I needed so I sent a message, it took almost 48 hours to get the answer I needed (the first response took almost 24 hours to respond, the one follow up question was more quickly answered). I then selected all of my items and had another question about shipping to Canada as my order was over $99 CAD and I was being charged for shipping. I left a voicemail and never received a return call. I also attempted to use live chat and was connected with someone on my 3rd attempt, 3.5 hours after my initial attempt. Issue #2: Incorrect information. I was told via live chat there was a problem with the website for orders from Canada and to wait for it to be fixed for free shipping or to call in my order.

Love Lily's sugar-free chocolate with Stevia... great alternative with a healthier sugar substitute. I like to use them to bake with. I wish that Lily's would make milk chocolate chips for baking, but for now I just buy the milk chocolate bars and chop them up and use them to bake with and it works great.

I was a little disappointed that the 128 oz. of Bragg- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother has been out of stock for a while.
