I have been a loyal customer of Lucky Vitamin for quite some time. The large selection of products, good prices, and free shipping keep me coming back. The reason for only 4 stars is that the LV website slows down my browser considerably. I realize this is most likely the result of the very large database of products. Since the large selection of products is one of the reasons I am loyal to LV, I can live with such a minor thing.

The only reason I did not give five stars is because there were a couple of items couldn't be found when I did a search. My daughter raves about LuckyVitamin. I will be doing a lot more shopping with you.

The design is good, but every time I click to a new page, it will seem to have almost loaded, but then goes blank and reloads while I'm already scrolling or clicking or interacting with the page. The functionality of your website is nauseating. The pages load extremely slowly, and it's not a problem with my device. Trust me!!! I almost gave up on placing my order because of all the difficulty. The gallery view takes you to list view on EVERY PAGE!!! And the drop down menu to change from 24 items to 100 items doesn't respond for what seems like an eternity and when you go to the next page of results, it switches back to 24 items!!!
