This website was easy to order from and change. Liked the "Compare", which some sites don't have. Some hesitation when loading pages but may be due to my internet. Would like open pages to a product to have an X; some do some don't.

Have been ordering from LV for many years. It's convenient and the prices are great. Love the free shipping, and if an order was ever incorrect, LV took care of it immediately. I have never been disappointed with the service or any of the products. The website has some great additional nutritional information available and I like the specials that are offered on a regular basis. Just began using autoship, and really like this feature.

I like the details available for all the vitamin and herbal products. This way I can compare and evaluate the benefits as it relates to my health and getting the most product for my dollar. I also like the variety of selection for a particular type of supplement.

LuckyVitamin has great prices on many of the supplements and products I used to pay full retail for at the health food store. It's great when they have my favorite items on sale and I save even more than the usual Lucky discount. While they already stock so many great brands, I hope they keep adding more of the brands I use that are hard to find. Lovin' Lucky!

Cannot get all of the products that I used to get from Drugstore.com in one shopping visit and one shipping fee. Very sad; for example hair care products and lip screens, Nivea Happiness shower lotion – all of the items that a typical drugstore would carry.

Checkout couldn't be easier! I wish the free shipping minimum was a little lower, but I ended up getting a few free packets of protein powder so that was nice. I love having my account saved and getting Lucky Rewards.

I like the variety of items offered. I did not like how slow and glitchy your site is. It's difficult to go from page to page and even picture views. There are problems with coupon codes as well. At one point in my shopping I thought I saw that I qualified for free two day shipping but that is not the information on my final order. There are no recommendations on how many ice packs should be used for proper shipping. Living in the south I understand the need but would rather more information to make the proper ice pack ratio. I don't want to waste money buying too many but certainly do not want my product damaged by the heat. I hope I can brag to my new keto friends about your site.

You say free shipping over $50.00, so I ordered & paid $66.00+ for three bottles of ** calcium magnesium vitamin D and when I go to check out - 1.) My prior order failed to show I was a previous customer - but the biggest issue was that 2.) You say free shipping to a PO box is not acceptable yet you say you ship by USPS to a street address!!! - Which goes to PO boxes! I now have to drive 90 mile round trip to a mailbox etc to get my products from you at the street address my order is going to!!! Unless you do something about this to make this right - you just lost a customer forever!!! Some nerve!!!

I like shopping at LuckyVitamin. I usually find what I am looking for and almost always at the best online price. The only downside is that the LuckyVitamin brand of vitamins seems to be presented first and it does not look to be a high quality product (so many inert ingredients, colors, etc).

I am happy that there is option for shipping to Philippines. Only on the discount that I have encountered issue on. The deal "June1017" was initially applicable to me but upon checkout, it wasn't. It says initially that there is no minimum purchase but I am not able to apply it to my purchase. I appreciated the autoship delivery feature for NOW Foods - Special Two Multiple Vitamin - 120 Vegan Capsules, which allowed me to save some money on reorders. However, the autoship feature soon became too frequent and difficult to control; after waiting for the initial ordered bottle on 10/11/2016 but then waiting for 2 weeks, then receiving 1-2 bottles of multivitamins way ahead of schedule and piling up on me in the subsequent autoship dates.

I was able to search and find what I needed without any serious issues. I just wish that when looking at supplements, it would list the serving size on the main search page so I wouldn't have to click on each item and then the item's ingredients image to find out. It's very misleading to see on the search listing that an item contains 240 capsules/tablets/geltabs/etc. only to find out that a serving is something like 6 tablets in which case you're really only getting 40 servings for the price.

I did not like having to prove I am not a robot every 3rd or 4th item I was adding to my cart. You kept asking me to do this at least 6 times during one order. This should only come up once during the order.

Did not find site to have greater discount than others, but good variety of items. Would like to see more special promotions offered for holidays or regularly on a purchasing basis - this would be an incentive to choose LuckyVitamin over other stores as well. Thank you. :)

This was perhaps the easiest I have ever ordered nutritional products online. Very convenient and quick. The only suggestion I might have is the annoyance of having to prove I'm not a robot. The two-step process is a little daunting at first, but, once through that, the ordering process was simple and smooth. Great prices, too!

First of all, everything comes packed securely so nothing breaks or is damaged. Secondly, everything comes as advertised. Prices are always as ordered. Delivery is swift. Prices are fair compared to Whole Foods. I have asthma and am sensitive to harsh products so I'm happy there is a large selection of cleaning products to choose from.

Good selection of products, good prices. The auto ship feature would be very handy, if I were able to use it (my issue, not Lucky's). Website and ease of finding stuff is good too. Only problem I ever had was a back-ordered item that never did ship, once. While I'll do my best to avoid ordering back-ordered products, I will continue to shop here.

I tried to place an order (which became #**), but got an error message saying something like 'order didn't place, please input address info' - which I thought odd because I did have my address. Anyways, I went back, this time creating an account (thinking to try that), and re-did my order. This placed okay, and was order #**. Later I got 2 emails confirming 2 orders. Ok - I understand IT errors can happen. That was frustrating, but actually not what my problem/issue is with. I immediately called (but after hours) so submitted a ticket online (saying there should only be one order and to cancel the other). I got a response saying my ticket would be looked at in 24-48 hours. It was not. If it were, the whole situation could have been avoided. Instead, I got shipping confirms for 2 orders 3 days later. I called in, and the fellow (Marcus I think) was helpful.

Magnesium -- This helps with intestinal track. Take two in the morning and 2 in the evening and no problem with elimination. I would recommend this to anyone that has problems with elimination. My doctor suggested I try this and I was so glad. Please feel free to use this.

I had no trouble navigation the website because I had a list of products I needed ahead of time. It is a little more difficult if I don't have the proper name of the product easily at hand. Notifications and shipping was very good. I received the items when promised and they were what was described. The only thing I found wrong was I thought I was getting a 6-pack of coconut water and it was a single can. (The price should have been a clue.) I chalk this up as my fault. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service and quality.
