The Jarrow brand Pomegranate Juice Concentrate we ordered arrived well-packed, on-time as promised and is of very good quality. The concentrate allows us to maintain an adequate supply of juice without utilizing much refrigeration space. Usually an easy experience and great savings. The only issue I've had is with out of stock items. I would appreciate out of stock items being identified more obviously -- for example, when I try to order them, instead of hearing they are out of stock after the fact, or by email a few days later. Knowing it more immediately allows me to make other arrangements. I would consider this very important because I rely on these supplements for my health. Their unavailability is not a mere inconvenience as with regular consumer items.

Honestly, I was planning on making an online order soon because I live in the middle of nowhere so my in-store options for regular things I need are slim. It was between Lucky Vitamin and Thrive Market and Lucky Vitamin had more of what I was looking for. I was a little disappointed about expecting to get free shipping on my order of $49 or more only to find out it doesn't apply to PO boxes. I had actually added stuff to my order to get to that total and then had to remove them once I figured out the offer didn't apply to me. Overall though, completely satisfied.

I had some difficulty with completing order when signing in with my password and had already entered a promo code. After straightening out password, while still being logged in, the promo code disappeared & would not let me use it again. Free shipping should include expedited 1-3 days for temperature sensitive products like the probiotics I purchased instead of suggesting that I pay $24-$42 for such expedited shipping when my total order was less than $60. I would be better off going to local store to get product to ensure it remains cold and it would be cheaper that way too. I am just hoping that the free shipping option I selected allows product to get here within 2 days after shipping and that it arrives cold as it is supposed to.

I set up an account for my mom under her email address. I placed this order with my name and address for the billing and her name and address for the shipping. I received an email regarding fraud alert so I called customer care with the requested info. The girl said the info I obtained from my bank was incorrect and I'd have to go online to create a new account to fix the problem. I asked her to delete this account then cause I didn't want 2 accounts. She said she couldn't. After all that I got online myself and didn't end up needing to set up a new account, but instead change the info to match my own. Hopefully my new order ships without any issues. Oh and the order I had placed (listed above) had to be cancelled and now I can't use the promo code for the free scrub or pill container. Can you offer a credit to ease this situation?
