I have tried to order from the site several times even called and placed an order but something always happened where it wouldn't go through. So I registered again and it worked. Now just waiting on shipment. I kept coming back because of the good prices and because of the reward and gift system set up. I feel like I can get vitamins from here forever.

Deterioration of service, product, and support. What have you done? In the case of 1000 mg Vit C with Rose hips, the brand and size has been removed from the site, and you now have your LuckyVitamin brand in their place. Shame on you. I bought it this time, because I mate it with a C with Bioflavonoids. When this batch is finished, I'll go to Puritan's Pride. Similar situation with Selenium. Many of my past purchases have disappeared from MyRegime, and it was driving me crazy until I realized that you've taken some of those products off your site as well. There are other sites, with similar or better pricing, that offer a broader range of products than you now offer. Are you going to turn into a "house brand" vitamin store. I won't be your customer if you do. Please at least give your customers an option to buy your product. Forcing them into it will lose you customers.

I was surprised to find out that I could find the same herbal, medicinal and specialty teas that I would normally spend a lot more for on LuckyVitamin's site. I returned the Now Bentonite Clay Powder and received no information on how to do so and was only returned something like $3.00 which was not the full amount that I bought the item for. I have had only positive experiences in my dealings with LV. Good news for us all. Orders are filled promptly and accurately, or explanations are provided for anything else. I cannot comment on the quality of the new site, compared to the old - I have no recollection. I placed an order for many Dr. Bronner's products and when I went to check out and choose shipping it listed all of the bar soaps I was ordering as "Not able to be shipped to your location. Either remove the items or select another location." I have never had this happen to me with any website and your site listed all the items as "Available!" And even more ironic the liquid Sal Suds was available (I still ordered it) and other liquid soaps were able to be shipped but not the bar soaps. Why is that? Why are they listed as "available" yet not for shipping!!! I am stunned! I look forward to your response!

The process was simple enough, although I am wondering why the price is more for the Alive pea protein 1.3 oz. than last order. I bought 7 of them at 14 dollars and some change each. The prices are comparative with Amazon, either the same or cheaper and Lucky has easy access to manufacturer coupons to save even more. I haven't figured out how to redeem the points yet, maybe I haven't met the minimum amount to redeem or something, that could be a bit more transparent.
