    I never received my order. This Company and FEDEX said it was delivered however if it was, it was not delivered to me. No photo of any package at my door was provided by them. My own camera showed no one or any package being left at my door. Finally after much back and forth they claimed they issued a refund. No refund ever appeared on my statement. My Bank is investigating and they still claim to have issued a refund. Even my bank has no information on this supposed refund. RUN from this Company you will only wind up screwing up your Credit for two months or more. That is what happens when you initiate a dispute. Your score will drop by maybe 14 points until it is resolved even though it was the crooked company's bad.

    This company had some stumbles but seems to have bounced back. I wish on recurring orders they would reserve products for the repeat customer or text if something is out of stock. They do work with you if you need to order a replacement or ordered something by accident and I anticipate continuous improvement.

    Totally not satisfied with the Lucky Vitamin’s approach to customer service. I paid over $250 for my order and it was not delivered. In my opinion the seller is responsible for the parcel until it is delivered - and in my case it was not. Lucky Vitamin does not feel responsible for my undelivered parcel at all and refused to give me a refund. Now I don’t have my order, nor the money I paid for it. All they did was offering a $10 voucher which is ridiculous regarding the value of the order. I feel cheated and I do not recommend this seller.

    They said my package is gonna come to my address between 10-16 or the month and it never did. Support says it can take 1-4 extra weeks. Tracking shows it was only shipped from the US for a week now and nothing changes. You shouldn’t mention wrong dates and have to give actual time it can take. Now I don’t know when it will arrive.

    Lucky Vitamins sent my order to my billing address in NH instead of my shipping address in FL. Customer service said I entered my zip code wrong. I asked them to reship to me. The answer was a simple No so I asked that they drop my LV10 membership. My email was not answered even though the email was assigned a case number.

    I will never order from Lucky Vitamin again! Terrible customer service. I updated my address (shipping and billing) and placed an order on Dec 31, 2021, order #** in the amount of $68.18 Noticed that I did not receive it on Jan, 20th so logged back in to my account to check the status. Their system failed to update my new shipping address so they sent the order to my old address. Tried their online chat to resolve and request a refund or for it to be resent to my current address. They refused stating to check the old address (I live in a different state) and stated they can't modify an order after it was sent or processed which was not the issue. They are refusing to resend or give a refund for a product that I have not received due to an error that occurred with their system.

    Out €161.00. Over $250 us funds. While making a film in Dublin Ireland. I ordered some products from Lucky vitamin. I kept calling and emailing asking where my order was. They lost the package. When I called or emailed it would take days to get back to me. They just kept repeating that it was on the way or when they receive the package back they will refund me. How can I return something I never received. This company took my money and never sent the product. Nor will they process an apology or refund. They are corrupt and shady.

    I ordered honey from them more than a month and it was never delivered. Contact them several times. They don't respond just rest assured and nothing happen. Also asked them to refund but it is as you talk to diff person. This behavior is con people do. Don't fall victim to them as I unfortunately did.

    I ordered a product from them in Mid Sept 2021. About a month later (mid October), I wanted to return it for a refund - I have 60 days to do so (per their policy). I requested the return and immediately got the Return Merch Authorization (RMA). I went to USPS that day. So I returned it (shipped) within 32 days - sent product back on Oct 19th, 2021. It arrived in Berlin, WI on October 28, 2021 - then it did NOT move since today (01-07-2022). I kept checking the tracking number and last data point was November 19, 2021 and STILL in Berlin, WI then and today!!

    I contacted LuckyVitamin @ early December and explained to them what happened - basically their carrier they use (FedEx Smartpost) failed. I asked for a refund since it was obvious that this package is lost. They looked into for about a week or two and said it was out of their hands because of their 60-Day Return Policy. I told them it was NOT my fault that the carrier lost the package and still stuck in WI. I did return it within 32 days - well under the 60 Days. They still said NO. Been trying for past two weeks to resolved this but no good. I cannot file a claim with FedEx because the Company must do so (Smartpost rules). They won't even do that.     Used to order the chocolate chips with ice pack but they've discontinued the ice pack Chocolates arrived melted and LuckyVitamin refuses to take any form of responsibility for it. They will not refund, replace or offer any kind of compensation for their lack of proper packaging to ensure products arrive in optimum condition. They basically shirk all responsibilities after they collect your money. I left a product review but they did not show it and probably will not as they want to make the review ratings look good.     Purchased hard-to-find health products from this company and shipping to Canada. They promised delivery in 5-10 days but it passed. No tracking (DHL courier) info available. Asked customer service for help, they said they had no info either (?). Just given platitudes and excuses. Asked for refund but they refused. Have to go thru my c/c to dispute charge as only option.     I have a subscription with this company for a product that I use. Recently I was notified that my shipment was not available. I ended up purchasing the product at a local retailer. A couple weeks later my order finally shows up. I received an email today, 2 December 2021 saying that my next shipment is being prepared so I log into my account to cancel. There used to be an option to 'skip this shipment' but it has been removed. I hit the chat option and the representative told me I will not be able to cancel this shipment because it is being processed. This is a total scam. Stay away from this company, I am in the process of trying to cancel my account. There are no options to do this on their website.

    While I am a regular satisfied customer and LV member my most recent experience was not without an unusual obstacle. I understand that there may be higher than usual business and shortage issues of certain items as a result of the current extenuating circumstances, I experienced an unusual number of backordered items. Fully one third of the items ordered were unavailable. Up to this review since my first order with Luckyvitamins over ten years ago, this is the first time I have rated my experience less than 5 stars. I truly hope that it's the only one. I cannot think of a single other company that has consistently provided better service than Luckyvitamins.

    I had my order returned to LuckyVitamin directly from postal customs and I was informed that contrary to the website information (full refund on returned orders). They intend to return me only 75% of my payment (I am not including any shipping costs - they are not refunding the amount paid for the products).     This company hire very poor human ressources salespersons. They shipped the goods to me in Belgium through a forwarder which never delivered the goods to me. So far, it's not their fault but when the problem started and goods were shipped back to them, two of their salespersons asked me to "wait" until goods are back to them. 2 weeks later, the third salesperson told me that the forwarding company destroyed my 500 USD parcel because it remained "unclaimed"!!!! Funny enough, their own salesperson told me that I can't do anything and we just have to wait until the parcel is back. You know what, while it was clearly their mistake (I have all the discussions as proof), they offered me a 30 USD voucher. :) I told them to go hang themselves with their 30 USD for a 500 USD order.

    At first I thought I found a goldmine in Lucky Vitamin! They had all these amazing supplements at a much lower cost. Then when it was time for my second order and auto-ship, just before my order was to ship, I get an email stating that 99% of my order was on backorder. That was in August. It is now November and I've received one thing out of about five supplements I originally ordered. I've tried to order several other items without auto-ship and I've received just one of those items. Everything else was out of stock or "backordered" as if that sounds better. The main thing I wanted back in August NEVER was restocked! I gave up on them completely.

    I placed an order on Oct. 6, 2021. Then shortly after, I received an email saying the Iodoral supplement is delayed and they don't know when I will get it. They gave an option to click on cancelling that item then, however when I did - it did not allow me to. Therefore, I now take time to call - the customer rep was unhelpful! He said, "Wait until you receive the Iodoral and then ship it back to us." I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he would send this issue to be taken care of - to be cancelled AND that he would contact me the next day. He never did.

    I got a notice saying part of my order was shipped Oct. 13, 2021 and it never did. I have the text notification. Oct.16, 2021 I got a robotic email saying the Iodoral has shipped. Then the next day an email from Geo - supervisor giving me a $10 voucher for future orders!!! MEANWHILE IT'S OCT.18, 2021 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ITEM FROM MY ORDER AT ALL. And it does no good to call - they blow you off! Horrible company - don't waste time.

    I bought on LuckyVitamin three or four times and sincerely I will never ever buy again. They sold me two bottles of some vitamin, had the money billed from my credit card, and never sent to me. They said it was back ordered -- that means that they sold something that they didn't have in stock, and said that they were waiting for it to then send me... 2 months and nothing! In the first weeks, I already asked my money back -- they replied me: "It is not possible, you have to wait!!!" I have all the chats saved on my e-mail to prove. My sincere opinion: Don't buy there, why stress yourself while there are so many options out there...

    The first time I ordered from this company they filled my order in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered again in August and because suppliers (from China?) couldn't supply the product they filled some of the order on August 12th but the rest was back ordered as it showed on their account listing on their web page They told me once the product was in and they would fill immediately but that was a lie. No product forthcoming. I gave the product time to arrive and contacted them again asking for my money back and they said they could not do that as my order had gone to shipping.

    I waited again, no product so asked again for a refund so I could order somewhere else. They then sent my order number with the things they did ship but not the 6 bottles of Zinc Glycinate nor the other bottle of Methyl B12 nor the other bottle of CoQ10. I sent them $155 dollars and I got only 1/3 of my order. Do not trust them, they do not put your items ordered on the email the email they send you for receipt of order, I guess that gives them plausible deniability. I know what I ordered as I wrote it down but they are lying and apparently I am going to lose my money. Never order from them! It is now Sept 30th, 2021, nothing but denials from them.

    Absolutely horrifying consumer experience. First of all, they did not ship using the carrier they state they use, so the items couldn't be delivered to my door (a problem for me right now). They charged me the full amount up front, despite saying that items would be billed upon shipping. Then they didn't send me all the items, but no record of any of this (what they sent me) in their system. Then their system finally updates, and said that they shipped items they only sent partial of (I ordered multiples of an item, they only sent some, but said they sent all of them). Then when I inquire they state they have no records of any of it, make me do all this legwork. Ask me for pack notices they never included. Then I ask for a refund for the items they didn't ship and they are cancelling them and saying they never charged me (which they did). So now they are not shipping me items I paid for.

    I am now having to open up a dispute with the credit card for a refund of the items they never sent. I have never had to do so much work for stuff I never received but paid for. On top of that I clearly note all of my queries in numeric form, and they only answer what they feel like answering and leave most of it all unresolved. Seriously - I have never, EVER, had such a horrifying customer experience in ecommerce and I order things online all the time.

    I placed a very large order with this company because they stated that all the items I was ordering were 'in stock'. After placing the order I was informed that four of the items (that I had ordered mutliples of) were 'backordered' and would be shipped in 7-9 days. I understand that things like this happen so I was patient. The 'in stock' items were shipped to me and as I checked on the back ordered items, I discovered they were no longer being shipped and there was no date given on when they would be back in stock. So I cancelled the back ordered items. Again, I understand things like this happen, so though an inconvenience I had not intended to leave a low review at that point. However, I then received the entire order in full. I contacted the company to let them know, and they told me to return the items or be charged (again) for them. I was expected to ship them back the items, at my expense, for their mistake.

    The person I have been in contact with has not been helpful and I suspect that English is not their first language as communication has been difficult. I have asked to be connected with another person in their customer service as I would like to have the items returned so they do not have any missing inventory, and I am not charged for extra items. (I had already ordered the items 'no longer in stock' from two other companies.) However, they asked me to pay for the return shipping for the mistake that they obviously made. At the writing of this review, the issue is still not resolved. I have left this review because they sent an email asking that I review their service.

    On Sept 3, 2021 I placed an order which contained 7 bottles of vitamins. On Sept. 14 I received a text stating that my order, shipped in full, had been delivered to my mailbox/mailroom. The package didn't arrive until the next day. The package contained only 3 bottles. I have been emailing for 4 days and they do not respond. I finally got them on the phone and was told, "Our records show the order was shipped in full." LuckyVitamin has already taken the money from my account. The post office told me the package that was delivered weighed 8 oz. They are acting as though it is my problem not theirs. I recommend to save yourself some grief - Don't order from them.

    Never received the item. Have contacted LuckyVitamin multiple times to arrange a replacement or a refund and the customer service is appalling. I'm honestly not even sure if the replies were written by real humans or robots. They were so irrelevant and unhelpful. Feels a lot like a scam company so you should absolutely avoid buying anything here.
