Very difficult to use the site. Takes a long time to go from screen to screen. Had to get off and back on because time expired and then had to re-add one item. When I would enter Now to search for Now Vitamins it would ask, "Do you mean snow?" Even though I would slowly get there.

Ordered a set of 12 ball mason jars to the UK. Received an email to say they were despatched a couple of days later and tracking details added which I thought "Great". Estimated delivery was between the 9-13th May. 13th of May came and went no parcel. Checked the tracking and all it ever said was order raised. No further tracking information. Contacted LuckyVitamin via live chat so be told someone would look into it and see where the parcel was and that someone would get back to me. This never happened. So again another live chat conversation to be told it seems like it's gone missing from the system so they'd have to cancel the order and send a refund. Seemed fair.

So disappointed! I ordered some lipstick online and I was disappeared. Called the customer service and was told that he could not do anything with the lost item. I have to lose the money! And he also said that choosing cheapest shipping cost is risky and has never suggested people to do that. That is not smart to do business like that!
