I ordered a product which I never received. The product had been shipped two weeks prior to calling customer service to find out what happened. Received terrible customer service. I wouldn't waste any effort in the future doing business with this organization. Good way to kill your business.

My first order contained a protein drink that I really liked, so I have ordered more of those. I also ordered some dog treats that are Paul Newman brand. They are hard to find and expensive when I do find them locally. I am very happy to get them at a fair price. I trust the quality of his company's products and am happy to support a charitable foundation for children while buying a product my dogs like. I need to make sure and search the website for other products I use, because I did not realize at first the variety of products you sell. I thought it was just vitamins. Lucky me.

I was getting ready to order a product and noticed price was 33% higher than last time I ordered. I called and Kim found there was another product from same manufacturer but with fewer products which is what I ordered last time. Kim was very helpful in saving me money.

You have to check where you say how much I save as that is totally wrong figures. Also a Swedish mobile number does NOT work to add **- extension is NOT 7. All shipments are notified to the mobile NO, so important. Also for that kind of money, SEK1788 to add freight is kind of cheap. Otherwise, we'll see how the shipment goes. Can't say much more.

Your website is slow to update... Took me 3 days to place this order because it was frustrating to switch back and forth between pages that took a long time to load. Plus the Brain Octane Oil you are selling is from 2016. The old packaging gave it away... really... Most coconut oil only have a shelf life of 2 years so my order could already be 1.5 years old.

Ordered a product with plenty of time to reach the recipient, but it never came. I called LuckyVitamin and spoke to customer service who told me "the order was out for delivery..." but, oh - it was "damaged in transit" so it had to go back. The recipient had been expecting the package for over a week and now it was being shipped back. THEN it was on Back Order so the recipient who really was depending on the arrival of the product had to travel without the product (which had been ordered with plenty of time). I took the time to write an email to LuckyVitamin to let them know of our UNLUCKY experience and received NO REPLY - Nothing. Very disappointing and UNPROFESSIONAL. I've never had a LAME experience like this with a company... really LAME.

Second, sometimes I spell things wrong and your search doesn't have any leeway for spelling things wrong. For example if I spelled "fluoride" wrong, then the search comes up with nothing instead of giving suggestions for what I was trying to look for. Maybe I'm spoiled by Google. Or when I don't have the exact name for something, I'm just out of luck unless I can rack my brain for alternate names for things. For example: fluoride wash vs fluoride rinse. Otherwise, I like to use this site for my healthcare needs instead of Amazon, which is what I usually use for my other online shopping needs, b/c it's a little more specific and has more options in this department.
