So far I had a great experience purchasing at your side. I found a brand that is hardly available in Europe (Mega Food) so it was nice to see you offer international delivery with taxes included. I also appreciated to have a 10% discount on my first order.

Issue #1: Communication timeliness. I had questions about one of the products I needed so I sent a message, it took almost 48 hours to get the answer I needed (the first response took almost 24 hours to respond, the one follow up question was more quickly answered). I then selected all of my items and had another question about shipping to Canada as my order was over $99 CAD and I was being charged for shipping. I left a voicemail and never received a return call. I also attempted to use live chat and was connected with someone on my 3rd attempt, 3.5 hours after my initial attempt. Issue #2: Incorrect information. I was told via live chat there was a problem with the website for orders from Canada and to wait for it to be fixed for free shipping or to call in my order.
