I submitted my order on May 3 for 2 bottles of apple cider vinegar. On May 4 I received an email the item was back ordered but most are still shipped in 7 days. On May 15 I contact customer service for an order update and was told the item was coming in on May 18 and as soon as my order was shipped I would be notified. On May 18 I received an email it was still out of stock but they hoped to ship within 30 days. On May 30 I asked for an update and was told my order was cancelled as the item was not available from the manufacturer and they were unsure when it would be restocked. If I had not contacted LuckyVitamin I would have never known this. For a month I was strung along only to have my order cancelled. If they can't communicate honestly and timely or fulfill orders they should not be in business.

My experience with today's purchases has been very positive. I enjoy shopping with LuckyVitamin, because, even when there is an issue with my order, the company always makes it right. The customer service and customer support is always very good.

When comparison shopping which I do, LuckyVitamin usually has the best prices for same product offered at other sites. Have had questions and have received prompt, articulate answers. Always pleasant. It's been my pleasure to shop with LuckyVitamin. Thank you guys. LuckyVitamin always dependable.

I appreciate having a discount (Memorial Day) but didn't know when it expired. On the banner at the top of the website it didn't even indicate it was a Memorial Day Sale, just a 3 day sale. I had no idea as to when the expiration time was - this was not clear either. Customer Service does not know the products. They need to update their technology. My internet glitched, next thing I know I have a $90+ order placed without confirming the purchase. I called them immediately and they have no way to cancel or reroute the order back to them. 4 useless phone calls and useless repeated conversations, the product arrived and I was billed. Returns for Lucky have a return label within the package, but not this time. Had to request a return label, repackage and drop-off the package. If the customer service had not been so horrible, I would not have been as annoyed with having to go out of my way to make the return and dispute the charge. Why ask "...Is there anything else I can do for you?" off a script, when nothing can be done. VERY INFURIATING!

I was frustrated in trying to add items to my cart. Eventually, I realized I could not add to cart from the screen that gave me more info (ingredients, etc.) but rather had to go back to the main listing to add it to the cart. Thus, it took me hours to place an order that should have taken only a few minutes. If the add to cart button doesn't work on the screen with details, it should be taken off and replaced with something like, "Return to main list in order to add to cart". Better yet, make the button work on either screen.

I can easily search for products that are dairy free, which is amazing. The only downside is there were very few products to select from once I made that selection. The reason I tend to buy at the health food store (Aside from supporting a small business) is because it is impossible to tell the difference between brands. If you could recreate the "Ask the expert" kind of experience or to help match a customer to the product right for them it would help. Your site is great if you know what you want and it is a repeat, but overwhelming if you don't.
