Your prices are competitive, the website is easy to navigate, and it's a pretty good selection (could use a few more Saffron choices). Email reminders and incentives are okay, but three to five a day is a bit much (unless you're giving stuff away).

I appreciated the autoship delivery feature for NOW Foods - Special Two Multiple Vitamin - 120 Vegan Capsules, which allowed me to save some money on reorders. However, the autoship feature soon became too frequent and difficult to control; after waiting for the initial ordered bottle on 10/11/2016 but then waiting for 2 weeks, then receiving 1-2 bottles of multivitamins way ahead of schedule and piling up on me in the subsequent autoship dates.

New Wave Enviro Products for the shower head filtration system is hard to find to purchase. We bought a house and it had this system and I look hard to find a company that carries it in stock. Plus your prices are good. Amazon was a lot more. So, far no issues with shipping.

Great products - but lacking one item. I was looking for a cheaper alternative than Amazon for organic whole leaf Stevia extract. I found the same manufacturer with the same bottle as on Amazon, but it was more expensive here. Usually this is not the case, and I'd LOVE to keep getting my things from LuckyVitamin.com.

I was able to search and find what I needed without any serious issues. I just wish that when looking at supplements, it would list the serving size on the main search page so I wouldn't have to click on each item and then the item's ingredients image to find out. It's very misleading to see on the search listing that an item contains 240 capsules/tablets/geltabs/etc. only to find out that a serving is something like 6 tablets in which case you're really only getting 40 servings for the price.

This site is exceedingly easy to use. The only issue I have is that when attempting to use ShopRunner often it states items are "ineligible" with no clear reason as to why it is not. The reason should be clearly stated to prevent any confusion and further streamline the user experience. I can almost always find anything I am looking for here. I appreciate the wide selection of items available at low, competitive prices. The only thing that I would prefer is faster shipping. I don't mind having to spend $49 to get free shipping. I did not like having to prove I am not a robot every 3rd or 4th item I was adding to my cart. You kept asking me to do this at least 6 times during one order. This should only come up once during the order.

I tried to place an order (which became #**), but got an error message saying something like 'order didn't place, please input address info' - which I thought odd because I did have my address. Anyways, I went back, this time creating an account (thinking to try that), and re-did my order. This placed okay, and was order #**. Later I got 2 emails confirming 2 orders. Ok - I understand IT errors can happen. That was frustrating, but actually not what my problem/issue is with. I immediately called (but after hours) so submitted a ticket online (saying there should only be one order and to cancel the other). I got a response saying my ticket would be looked at in 24-48 hours. It was not. If it were, the whole situation could have been avoided. Instead, I got shipping confirms for 2 orders 3 days later. I called in, and the fellow (Marcus I think) was helpful.

With free shipping, the promo code I used, and the additional site-wide discounts, my ACV came out to only 9 cents per fluid ounce! What a great deal! I had never heard of Lucky Vitamin until today when I was searching for Burt's Bees after sun care via Google. I was linked here and clicked around to see what else Lucky Vitamin had to offer. I have been thinking about adding whey protein to my diet to supplement my fitness and nutrition, but never really felt like I was educated by the descriptions on other sites. Lucky Vitamin answered all my questions in the details that they provided, so I ended up ordering that (with some shaker bottles) as well. Thank you so much!

Magnesium -- This helps with intestinal track. Take two in the morning and 2 in the evening and no problem with elimination. I would recommend this to anyone that has problems with elimination. My doctor suggested I try this and I was so glad. Please feel free to use this.

I had no trouble navigation the website because I had a list of products I needed ahead of time. It is a little more difficult if I don't have the proper name of the product easily at hand. Notifications and shipping was very good. I received the items when promised and they were what was described. The only thing I found wrong was I thought I was getting a 6-pack of coconut water and it was a single can. (The price should have been a clue.) I chalk this up as my fault. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service and quality.

Website kept locking up and I was unable to compare items because of it. Website was also very slow. Paying was very convenient and I like the order process just way too slow. It had something do to with a pop up I think. But because of it I was unable to compare and unable to change the sort parameters.

Overall I am very happy with my experience. However, on my email it says "all orders over $49 would ship free", yet I was charged 14.51euros for my shipment. I spent 79 euros altogether. If I have to continue to pay such high shipping costs I will be forced to look elsewhere, which is a shame because I do enjoy your website. Thanks. I love the options for healthy products especially the Stevia powder. I make sure to only use products that are 100% pure without any added fillers. The Now Foods Stevia is just that. I will continue to order that as well as the Lily's Stevia sweetened chocolate chips!

UI has improved over the years. I love the option to add items from a search results page, either one time or subscription. Please keep that. Similar items on pages are also relevant. The filter options have also improved to be more useful. Many items I chose were on backorder, which is a bit of a let down since shipping already takes a very long time to begin with. My only recommendation would be faster standard shipping. Maybe that could be impacted by faster order processing and packing time. I'm not sure where the bottle-necking is occurring in that operation, but it could be improved.
