Glad to find buy one get one free with ** product and trying out a calcium and magnesium product which I find reasonable for the amount I will be receiving. I have been using the ** 100 mg. for 1 1/2 years without any problems but needed to supplement with calcium and magnesium.

I had to submit two Feedback tickets regarding Rewards Points that I am not receiving whenever I pay through PayPal. My last order (October 2016 over 45 days ago) would've enabled me to receive enough points to qualify for a discount on today's order, but because of the glitch in your system, I did not receive those points. The customer service representative I spoke with was very kind, but she did not offer to apply the points to today's order, which exceeded $100.00. I am not happy with this experience.

Easy as it ever was. Ordering is easy, finding product is easy, checking out is easy. Just placed the order but assume it will be packed and shipped like it always is. Wrapped up so tight it could survive a hurricane or rough UPS/Post office handling.

Packaging and shipping: Most of the time, boxes arrive damaged, which tells me that they are handled poorly. The packaging inside of the box desires to be much better. Items are poorly protected from being broken, dented, leaked, etc. Products purchased: some of the items don't have a safety seal, which I find bothersome. This probably should be addressed to the manufacturers of those products.

This is my second order in 2 days. I have not received the first one yet, so I don't know about delivery yet. However, the product availability and prices are great so far. I usually shop online with another company but the product I was looking for was unavailable for a long time and I needed it. I came across your company in an online search looking for that product. Unhappy about not being able to use Safari now. I used chat and was told your website now works best with Chrome. I tried it and got all kinds of weird stuff popping up so will not use it. I was finally able to make an order using Firefox but I do not like to use it either. I may eventually just quit ordering from Lucky. Sorry, I have been a long time customer.

Good, fast, inviting site. It's a shame though that the shipping cost is nearly as big as the product cost. Anyway I will probably visit your site again as I'm becoming a health nut in my older age due to I like wine, red in particular and you have to stay healthy in order to use as a complement to your food on a daily basis.

It is good to see the Quick Re-Order List. However, I would like to see it more easily accessed rather than through the View Shopping Cart. It should be right upfront with a checklist that can be quickly completed with fill-in for amounts. I dislike searching for it.

Disappointed: A good place to get certain products I was looking for, but I was disappointed by the occurrence of many difficulties and will probably not renew. Problem with credit card on website; garbled order by phone; ineffective order correction; misunderstandings in email correspondence; and now I had an order order ship in the absence of a product.

LuckyVitamin's inventory is on par with most health conscious chain stores but, on average, their prices are better than any of the stores I've been to. Take for example, I was at "Comidas Sanas" yesterday (12/18/2016) and their sale price on the soap I buy was still over $1.00 more than LuckyVitamin's sale price. As long as that price disparity continues to exist, I'll continue to be a customer.

This is my first order. I'm hoping my items come soon and packaged well. I'm leery about ordering supplements online because of a negative experience before due to the shipment being damaged and left outside by shipping carrier in the hot sun. Hi, for shipping to Canada, it would be very appreciated if you can ship with USPS rather than DHL. With USPS, we can pick up our package directly in our postal box or at the postal office. With DHL, we must go the DHL office if we are not at home when they deliver. Thanks!

The cart keep dropping my items and the product page kept jumping around. Also, the prices seem to go up 5% each time I order, I will need to find another source at this rate. Your shipping times are too long, Takes too long from order date to the shipping date.

The only problem I have is that all items I order are to be left at my front door and not on top of our mailbox which is across the street from our house where it can be stolen. I always request that for that very reason, for security reasons all items that I order are to be left at our front door.

No complaints. I ordered 24 boxes of Yogi tea. This is my 9th order for this product in this quantity. I've been happy with the online ordering and the prompt delivery. The only thing I would suggest is to shave a few more cents off the price for bulk orders - to stay competitive. I have found the same tea on grocery store shelves for 5 cents less than Lucky. I have had an auto-ship order in-place for over a year. Prior to establishing the auto-ship, I ordered the same, plus other items on a regular basis. After ordering regularly for more than a year, it suddenly became unreliable to order my multi-vitamin. It was always back ordered. So, in order to help LuckyVitamin better regulate their inventory, I established the auto-ship. That made no difference. When my auto-ship was due, the multi-vitamin still went on back order & it sometimes took an additional 2-3 months to receive my full order. Now, your system lost my auto-ship order all-together!!! You're right, I'm very unhappy.
I received an email from your system about a month ago that my auto-ship was about to ship and offered the opportunity to make changes. I made no changes, and my shipment never arrived. I went into my account at your website, & could find no record of my auto-ship order. I called your customer service department, repeatedly over a period of 3 days, & finally today, a kind & intelligent gentleman, recognized the problem & helped me reestablish my auto-ship order. But, guess what! You are still back ordered on my multi-vitamin. You're right. I'm not happy & although I placed the order, I am looking elsewhere for better service. Shame, I used to recommend your company, but no more. At least you have one very good guy working in customer service; wish I had gotten his name!

Not too long ago I needed to return 2 items I did not mean to order. The return was very easy and no reason was required. I opened one of the items when I received it and this was not a problem at all. I have made 2 other orders since then and have no issues with any items. The selection on the products Lucky carries is awesome. I will continue to order when I run out of the items I use. I also like the free shipping when you spend over 49.00. Not only do I compare prices on what I need with other sites but I always find a better price with LuckyVitamin.

It is frustrating when the address options are so limited. I live in Poynton (village) Stockport (nearest town) Cheshire (County) U.K. or Great Britain. The only option was Poynton as the City, and Cheshire East as the region. Cheshire East is the County Council local Government region, not the address. Cheshire is all that is needed, especially as Cheshire East are despised as a local Government.

On this particular order I experienced website problems during check out. This has happened before. The screen just starts flashing and the page won't load. I have to close and reopen the site to continue. Other issue: I order frequently from your site and I am finding that after I place my order, an item that was listed as "in stock" when I ordered it, suddenly becomes on back order when I get my confirmation. When it is something I really needed this is annoying. Just thought I would mention it.

I still love you and your products, in fact I would go as far as to say that you are my favorite online or offline resource for supplements. The reason for my 4 star rating as opposed to my usual 5 star rating is that I went through ordering on the "Bounce Back" offer for a $10 gift Certificate for my next order of $75 or more, and there was no mention of it on any pages or my invoice. I just felt a bit puzzled. I know from past experience that all I would need to do if I were not to receive it, would be call your Customer care department and you would fix it, so at no point was I concerned.

Do not add junk to my order, whether it's free or not. That's just a waste of money and product that I will have to throw away. Also, I don't order your dried fruit because your prices are extraordinarily high, especially for such small packages.

On November 27 I ordered the Omega Fish oil. Since I haven't received any notifications as to shipping and/or ETA, I wrote an email 3 days ago. Again no response. Starting to believe this website is a scam and I lost my money!

I was disappointed to come back to my order that I had made and found my cart empty. With Amazon I can leave things in my cart for as long as I want and when I get back to finally place the order everything that I had searched for and put in my cart was still there waiting for me. Is there something you could do about future orders?

I like ordering from you folks. Prices seem very good, orders arrive quickly. However my biggest problem is just the way your web pages load seems very slow and jerky. Not smooth as is a lot of other sites. I don't think it is my computer or connection. I do realize that you have a lot of different brands, different products, different sizes that often have to be sorted through to find the one I want but think maybe the website could just operate a little better.

The shipping is expensive - cost me like the product itself. I even would like to get a long run shipment but in low cost price and the website is too "loaded" and not so clean - I can point on what exactly but it felt a bit mess. Everything else is perfect.

Your company is my all-time "go-to" site/place for all my vitamins. You rate AAA+ on cost, quick delivery, and never any problems. I do have one request however if it's at all possible, I was eligible for free items however I do not chew gum. If there's another freebie option you could throw in I'd love it. I have been a LONG TIME customer of Swanson Vitamins and can ALWAYS get a coupon code worth at least 10% off order. While it is not much, this is not true of your website. I had an item order before this one which was not available on Swanson so I ordered from you and wanted to see if I could start to order more with you but EVEN the little $5 coupon code would not work because it was for first time customers only. It would have been nice to be able to use it. I do not know if I will continue to order from you because of NO available coupons. When I initially purchased from the company everything was perfect and the products were great. The last time I purchased online I was unable to go pick up the package because I was not in town and I received notice that the package had been sent back to the original sender. When I called customer service I was told that I could get the money refunded.
A week passed and I received no notice that the money had been refunded or that I could get any store credit for it. When I once again called to ask about it I was told that they would never have said that was possible and that there was nothing they could do to get me the products I had originally purchased or store credit to use again in their online store. The people I spoke with were seeming rude and provided little help, and when I asked to speak to someone who was above this person they did not seem very accepting of my request.
Eventually when I was able to speak to a higher person they told me that they would review the previous phone call I had with another one of their employees to get the money refunded and that they would call me back. I have not gotten a phone call back, I have not gotten my money refunded, and I have not gotten the actual products or any store credit. I am extremely disappointed with the fact the Lucky Vitamins basically robbed me and refuses to do anything about it. I do not recommend buying from them, you're better off going to Walmart and finding the products that you need.

Had good experience on first order so I ordered same product again. However before 2nd order arrived I discovered that the product caused dangerous insulin spikes. Doctor recommended that I not take that supplement anymore. 2nd order arrived, opened it up, took out the return label, boxed up and sent back for refund explaining my medical situation. 3 weeks later company emails me and says only partial refund because only 2 vials had arrived--out of a box 30! Why would I send back ONLY 2 vials out of a box of thirty? Tried to explain this to "customer service" and she said her warehouse manage verified that only 2 vials arrived in the box. Still no full refund. Will NEVER order anything from this company again.

I ordered meal replacement powder from them early this year, but then found out the powder had been recalled for salmonella. They sent me the recalled product well after the recall date and never made any effort to tell me the product was recalled. I let them know how I felt about that, and they offered me some kind of substantial discount on a future order, so I placed another order or two after that. One order I placed in March however never shipped. My card wasn't charged, so I just wrote it off as them not wanting me as a customer anymore after I'd made my feelings about them known before.
Now in November, 8 months later, my card is suddenly charged and they're shipping the order to a state/address I no longer live in. When I called to try to get things fixed, they told me they could only issue me a refund once the product gets back to them (if it does). I obviously wasn't expecting this charge, and hadn't budgeted for it. They didn't even bother telling me they were planning on shipping the order now 8 months later. I found out they'd charged me by looking at my online banking. Given all of the complaints here, I don't understand how this place is still being permitted to operate. They're obviously not a trustworthy company.

Regardless, DHL was mode of shipped and experience with that carrier is not good either. Will not buy from LuckyVitamin ever again. Will warn others the same.

I placed an order on October 31; received the order on November 7. Incorrect items shipped to me. Sent the package back the SAME day for a refund AND called Lucky Vitamin to notify them. Now it is November 17 and I have NO REFUND for an incorrect shipment. I told LV I would dispute with my bank and they told me that if this is the case, they cannot issue me a refund!! Ridiculous!!! While booking it mentioned 8 to 10 days. But after 30 days I still didn't receive the shipment. According to them 8 days to reach customs and don't know how much time it is going to take from there. This info is never mentioned while booking. If I ask for status they reply me to go and check with customs, and never with details. My name is Chris **. I bought vitamins from LuckyVitamin.com. When the goods came into the country, I paid the customer's duty and got a letter a week later through my letterbox to say the goods had been delivered to me and left in the porch. There are 24 flats in the block, I went to all the flats and asked them if they had seen the goods, and no one had seen the parcel. I sent LuckyVitamin.com an email to say I had not got the goods, as they were left in the porch by the so called driver. LuckyVitamin.Com came back to me to say the goods were left in the communal porch of my block of flats. I DID not ask anyone to leave my parcel in the porch. I DID not get my parcel. I DID not ask for it to be left in the porch. I wanted it delivered to my front door.
Buyers please be aware if you don't get your goods you will never get them, and if a customer adviser by the name of Gianni ** is dealing with you, you have no chance. I placed an order for 2 items and received an 'order cancelled' email the next day. No reason was stated. The email also stated 'my card was not nor will be charged' which is a BOLD FACED LIE! My card was definitely charged and, a day later, I am still waiting to hear from them. I will let my bank know this was a fraudulent charge tomorrow and will start filing complaints everywhere I can find an opportunity. Based on my first experience with Sam the Wellness guy, he and his company suck big time. I don't trust anyone enough to post a receipt to get the Verified Buyer label. Sorry. I have posted images of the ordered items and the cancellation notice (with the 'won't be charged' statement) along with a screenshot of the charge on my bank statement. Run screaming. I looked for vitamins and came across Luckyvitamin.com website which only happened to have what I was looking for. I pay for my order which included delivery cost of £8.23 for shipping but while I was away on holiday I have received the email asking for an additional payment of £18.29 customs clearance!! This totaled £26.52 for shipping which is about 44% of my order amount of original order!!
I emailed them several times and but only one reply apologising but nothing else. I felt I had no other choice to pay for the customs clearance but have now been told that the goods have been destroyed. Emailed Luckyvitamin.com again but no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Their customers service is poor to say the least and they charge extortionate delivery/customs charges which are not declared up front... Will certainly never order from this firm ever again!

Ok, so here is my Lucky Vitamin story. I was in need of ** -- just the powder, no ** fillers like the capsules -- and could not find anywhere with just the powder. A lot of places sold the caplets but no powder, no Sir, so finally I stumble upon Lucky Vitamin, and they have both things I need, at prices that seemed too good to be true, so after searching other sites with no luck (no pun intended) I without hesitation ordered what I needed from them.
Shortly after ordering I kept checking my email for the confirmation email and did not see anything. A bunch of other crap like their newsletter but no order confirmation. This made me nervous. so I checked my credit card and saw that my card had been charged for the full amount the SECOND I pressed the order button. This made me extremely nervous.
I then went on to read all the reviews which were 99% horrible experiences with Lucky Vitamin, everything from bad packaging, to not getting the right order, or just not getting the order, and even being charged 2 or 3 times for something!! So by now I am feeling pretty ** nervous about this being a scam site. Am I gonna get my **, etc.? So I call up my bank and cancel my credit card to make sure I don't get charged two or three times for the same thing.
Now here's the thing: I am in Canada, so I ordered express shipping DHL with the no custom charge option, which was pretty much the price of my order, but these items were very important to me so I figured, "What the hell." Well, I placed my order last Saturday. It is now Wednesday, and I'm pretty sure the package came yesterday, so a total of 4 days, to make it to Canada, through our ** Customs. That seems like a friggin' miracle to me.
Long story short my experience with Lucky Vitamin was ** amazing and I would recommend them to anyone assuming their experience were to go as smooth as mine, all proper items received, record timing, etc. Lucky Vitamin ** rules. It just sucks to see all these people whose experience didn't go so well. Maybe it's because I got the most expensive shipping? Or signed up for their newsletter? I dunno but whatever it was keep up the good work Lucky Vitamin. I will post pictures and receipt later if it lets me.

We have been Lucky customers for many, many years. Within the last year or so, the service has gotten far worse. They don't pack very well and items often arrive damaged, leaking, etc. My latest complaint though, is the the largest. I sent an email and asked them about their ground shipping. We get our mail at our post office box. We do not receive anything by USPS at our residence (our choice). Samantha ** replied back and said ground shipping was FedEx and the free shipping was SmartPost through USPS.
I paid nearly $40 for ground shipping on 2 very heavy packages. When I received the email notification that the package had shipped, and they had sent it USPS to the Post Office rather than by FedEx to our residence; I nearly came uncorked!! I could have gotten that anyway for free because both orders were large enough to qualify for free shipping. I have asked for a refund, probably won't get it. They seem to be ignoring me on this matter. I will probably not order from them again, it is way too frustrating!

I ordered a product (bath soap) on 6/16/16, I received the order confirmation. 2 days later I got an email that said the product was Out of Stock. I asked them to keep the order and fill it when it came in. After 1 month, I requested that the order be cancelled (I found the product on Jet.com), I received an email that the order was cancelled. Then 2 weeks later on a Sunday, I get an email that says my Order has Shipped.
I emailed back that I had cancelled the order, they confirmed that yes the order was cancelled. The next morning at 2am, I get a text from my bank that my account was overdrawn. I contact LV again and they continue to assure me that the order was cancelled and my account was not charged. The following day, Tuesday, I'm at the bank making a deposit to cover both the cost of the product, $23.45 and the $36 overdraft fee. Tuesday night, I get home from work and there's the package from LV.
I contacted them on Wednesday and told them I'd pay for the product but they need to cover the overdraft fee. Since 6/16/16 I have had correspondence with:Russell **, Samantha, Myesha, Ayisha and Chalonda. I requested that a supervisor contact me directly; I've had enough of these emails, I want it fixed and I want it fixed now. That was a week ago, I'm still waiting for them to call me. This product (bath soap) has ended up costing me $59.45. Never again will I order from this company.

I placed an order to be shipped as a gift to a location in another state. The same day, I called to cancel the order and was told that cancelling my order was impossible unless I could track down the package at the FedEx shipping warehouse using a tracking number provided. Absolutely no reference was made about the order or cancellation process of LuckyVitamin at the time of the order.
I was stunned at the thought that Lucky Vitamin placed the tracking responsibility on me instead of with their customer service or order department. It was at that moment that I knew I had been had and that a refund was not happening easily if at all. After several unsuccessful attempts to get LuckyVitamin to issue a refund and redirect the package back to their warehouse, I did track down the package at the FedEx shipping site myself and notified LuckyVitamin of that fact. I was TWICE assured that LuckyVitamin would contact FedEx to redirect the shipment to their own warehouse and I was TWICE assured by their rep that I would receive a refund.
SIX DAYS LATER, I got an email that the order had been delivered! I spoke to Olivia the alleged supervisor and she informed me that no refund was forthcoming unless, after THREE days of the package sitting on the doorstep of the shipping address, hopefully it would still be there and hopefully FedEx could pick it up to send it back to the warehouse where, hopefully a credit/refund could be issued. That means that approx 2 weeks after placing and cancelling the order several times and after several phone assurances by reps from LuckyVitamin that the order had been cancelled and credited, I am out 75.00 and filled with frustration. I do not consider this to be a trustworthy, professional or legitimate company. NEVER, EVER AGAIN will I use or recommend this sham of an outfit.

The packaging is great, the product ordered seems to be all in check. Long delay in receiving item possibly due to customs getting involved. Paid for product plus shipping cost but was not advised of extra cost (import taxes to UK) on the online purchase, so came as a 'massive' shock with the extra charges, especially as it was very high!!

A couple days go by still no update of when they are shipping. I look at my bank statement and yes they charge my card. So I email them and I don't get a response. I call them and a women says they emailed me that there was a problem with my order, that they cancelled my order. I will never ever do business with them.

I placed an order in March 2016 to be shipped to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It arrived at the post office requesting an additional (large) charge. When I emailed LuckyVitamin they stated, "No problem. Just refuse it and have it sent back," and they would issue a refund. I emailed after a time and they stated that they haven't received it. I checked with Canada Post and they had shipped it back on March 21, 2016, and that it had been received at LuckyVitamin's corporate warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, and it was signed for. When I contacted LuckyVitamin they would not issue a refund! I'VE WAITED (3) MONTHS AND NO PRODUCT NOR NO REFUND! I'm out about $100.00 Canadian. BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THESE SHYSTERS.

Where do I start? Well the order arrived after about 3 weeks, but considering it's a probiotic and heat sensitive, it would be ineffective. So I emailed LuckyVitamin 3 times with a response saying after 5 days that if the problem still exists email them again. To which they took 3 working days to reply again (they sent me an email each time saying I'd get a reply within 24 hours). So I opened a paypal dispute because they won't contact me to take the product back and get a refund. The process has taken a very long time (5 weeks) to get to the point I can get a refund.

I needed some vitamins for my family in Europe. My friend was flying to that country and would take vitamins with him. On 04/27/16 I spoke with customer service of LuckyVitamin.com and was told that if I place the order before 10:00 AM PST, it will be shipped the same day and with Two Day Expedited Shipping, I would receive it on Friday 04/29/16. I paid extra $27 to expedite shipping, instead of free shipping to get the products on time. I placed the order on 04/27/16 at 9:47 AM PST. I didn't receive my order on time and checked tracking number. Estimated delivery time was 05/02/16. I spoke with customer service and got the answer, that I placed the order after 10:00 AM PST (It is not true!). Their error cost me several hundreds of dollars, many extra hours and nerves. Before placing an order with LuckyVitamin.com, ask yourself if you want to have this experience!

I had ordered some vitamins from luckyvitamin.com. They claimed to have dispatched my order, but I never received it. The tracking information showed clearly that it never reached me. These people simply claimed that I had ordered through a non-insured shipping method, and the package was lost. These guys are frauds. Never ever buy from them. Good riddance.

The only reason I even ordered from them was because they offered same day shipping. But for whatever reason, my order did not get shipped until 2 days later, even though they did create a shipping label on the same day. I told them that, and at first they tried to give me a $5 coupon for my next order. But I checked their own FAQ, and they promised to refund $5.95 if shipping is delayed. So I respond to them to let them know what their own FAQ said, and they had the nerve to tell me they did ship the product on the same day, even when the FedEx tracking clearly said the ship date was 2 days later! At this point it's not even about the $5.95 anymore, but you can clearly see this is a company that makes promises to customers it has no intention of keeping. So if you're banking on their same day shipping deal, forget it as that's not going to happen.

Ive had a TERRIBLE experience ordering from LuckyVitamin.com. TERRIBLE. First, on May 14, 2016, I ordered a product when the website said the company had 10 of them in stock. Next, they immediately charged my credit card. I received nothing from the company. Not a confirmation email. NOTHING. A few days later, I emailed LuckyVitamin.com through their website to ask about my order, because there was still no tracking number for the order. It's been several days since then. I have still received NOTHING. Not one word.
Today I called customer service, because it's been a week since my order. When I asked what was going on, the customer service person said the product is now back-ordered and won't be available until about mid-June. When I told her I was disappointed at their complete lack of communication and the fact that they had already charged my credit card, she said, sarcastically, "Sorry" and hung up. I just tried an online chat through the company's website. The chat starts out saying something like "We're here. What can we do for you?" I typed in my story. No response. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. NEVER! AND LUCKVITAMIN BETTER TAKE THIS CHARGE OFF MY CREDIT CARD.

NEVER! NEVER order anything from this company because you are going to end up being frustrated not having your package delivered! This company has absolutely poor customer service, actually the worst that I have ever seen. I placed an online order with them on May 1, 2016. I paid even $13 more to have my package shipped via priority DHL. However, after 10 days, I did not receive my package. I started calling them again and again, and each time they told me that they could not take any responsibility if the package was delayed. Now after 20 days, I am still calling them and even though they promised that they would take care of my order, you guess what!! THEY ARE LIARS!!! I am really frustrated now and I do not know what would happen to my $82 that I charged right away after placing my order! NEVER SPEND A DIME WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! NEVER!!!

Customer service refused to take responsibility for their error, and just told me they would investigate. I guess I can kiss that $30 goodbye. And LuckyVitamin can kiss my business goodbye. I ordered a product from LuckyVitamin but did not receive anything. When I contacted them they simply stated that the shipping method was uninsured and so they would not refund the £7.98 postage cost. They failed to provide any proof that the order had ever shipped. It seems from other reviews this is a reoccurring problem. I wish I had checked this site before ordering. I would advise you to stay away.

Now they are saying, "Your order was not insured." How do I know it was dispatched? I paid by credit card & can't get my money refunded. They only send the predefined mails with some one-liner comment. I am raising tickets since 7 day of my order but they are still saying maybe it got stuck in customs. I ordered 4 one gallon bottles of Aloe Vera juice. Only 2 made it to me. The others were damaged in transit. Over the next 2 months, they sent repeated shipment of bottles to replace the two broken ones. Every one was damaged in shipping and the juice spilled out. Customer service was attentive but shipping was a disaster! Out of 10 bottles of product shipped only 2 made it intact. The rest were broken and the juice spilled out.
I understand the shipping dept tries to pack lightly to use as little packing material as possible (certainly noble intent to not waste resources). Each shipment had one small layer of bubble wrap in a tight box. Any shipping carrier would break them. However, by using a box too small and too little bubble wrap they have wasted > 100 times the materials. So to save $1 dollar of bubble wrap and cardboard (on a slightly bigger box), the shipping folks wasted several boxes, bubble wrap, 8 plastic gallon bottles and 8 gallons of product.
The customer service rep was apparently unable to convince the shipping dept to package it safely and finally gave up. She ultimately said their shipping dept could not get it to me in one piece and is issuing me a refund. I rarely give bad reviews. I'd prefer to give many compliments and much praise and few complaints, but this is bad enough that the story deserves telling. Maybe they will get the picture and make changes. Very puzzling! Very disappointing!

The worst customer service!! I placed an order online using PayPal. Then I called and canceled the order within an hour after. I found a better deal at a local shop for the same product. They send me an email confirmation about cancellation. After a few days I notice they charged my PayPal account. I called them about it. They told me they had to forward a message to the manager to refund the money to my PayPal account. This was supposed to happen within a week. I checked after a week... no refund. Called them again and they told me that it was going to be done within 3 days. After the three days, no refund. Long story short, 3 weeks of dealing with the most incompetent company I've ever had to deal with. And ended up having to open a case with PayPal in order for me to get my money back.

This site will not allow me to use PayPal. Only want my credit card. I think this is because PayPal will address issues. They do not reply to questions regarding this. I will not buy online unless I can use PayPal. PayPal does offer assistance when a problem occurs. With credit card you're on your own.

We ordered 3 items of food supplements for shipment to the Netherlands. Only one arrived. The other two appeared to have been cancelled because they were suddenly out of stock. After talking to customer support we were told to re-order the items. There was no discount in (the substantial) shipping costs. Note that we choose a high speed shipping service which included import/customs and VAT charges for the 3 items ordered. So we re-ordered two more items, and guess what: Just one got shipped, the other one was cancelled again without any prior notice or choice. This company changes your order without any prior consultation, charges you costs for items which were not shipped. Avoid them.

Don't remember the last time I had a Poor customer service from a supervisor like I experienced today with Lucky Vitamin. They are very friendly to take order. BUT good luck calling them for refund/exchange or anything else... very mean and unpleasant customer service. Do not order from this company. They take very long to ship and don't let you know that some of your items are on backorder till a week later, and when you try to cancel the remainder of the order they say they can't because it's shipping. They claim order ship same day but it all a lie.

Ordered an item as a Christmas gift online Dec. 18. Item was marked "In Stock" and was to ship in 24-48 hours. Received a confirmation email, "Your Order Is Being Processed" with order number & tracking info, but tracking link was disabled. Product never arrived. I phoned Customer Service in early Jan. and was told order had been canceled because the manufacturer no longer provides the item. I checked the reputation of this company online and learned my complaint is not unique. Other dissatisfied customers warned that if the item is "Out of stock", don't order. Obviously, LuckyVitamin.com is aware of this complaint so they now label items "In Stock" even though items are not. My advice: Shop elsewhere!

Let me start off by saying that I have had to endured THE WORST customer experience EVER! After reading these reviews this morning, confirmed that it wasn't only me experiencing Lucky Vitamins company tactics/ethics and BS business practices. I have made 3 purchases with LV, only because of their prices. Thus far I have spent $290.71.
WARNING: If the product is backordered, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! My credit card was hit twice because of this. Once for the full order amount and again for the adjustment less the backordered items. This was after I had to call customer service to cancel the backorder items. I was told that they had no idea when they would be getting in more inventory, and if I hadn't made that call they would just bank my money until the product did come in... So basically they had a hold pending on my bank account to over $200.00. Rather than crediting the customer's initial order and releasing the funds, they actually charge you again for the products that were shipped. It took over 10 days to lift the pending funds on my checking account, and luckily for me I had the funds in there to wait, but some customer may not.
They advertise FAST, FREE SHIPPING for over $49.00. WHAT A JOKE. I placed an order on 12/07/2015 and today is 12/15/15 and I still don't have my order! They ship with FedEx via the USPS. So basically your order is being mailed to you by the post office. I spend the winters in FL, and our postal mail is sent to the central post office located in Dade Co. (Miami), but I live in Broward County (Ft. Lauderdale). And we all know, NOTHING happens fast here in FL... lol. I have sent numerous hours researching my nutritional needs, pricing and suppliers, but the time that I have spent with Lucky Vitamins Customer Service dept, has me back online looking for local suppliers, where I can actually drive to and get my supplements in hand when I need them. This is a case where being frugal DOESN'T PAY OFF! BUYER BEWARE!!! Save your time, sanity and money.

I was looking for Auroshikha incense as Wegmans stopped carrying it. Looked online and Lucky Vitamin had the best price. I ordered some and then decided to check this business out as I had never heard of them. Yikes! When I got to this site and saw all the 1 star reviews I was concerned... So called them at the number on my confirmation email. She assured me that these bad reviews were isolated incidents. Indeed for me that was the case. I placed the order late on 11/19, and received the package today... about 5 days. The packaging was way more than needed for the product, and I had an excellent experience with this company. With ordering, tracking, packaging, and receiving exactly what I ordered.

I placed an order with Lucky Vitamin then waited. Contacted them via email to ask where I can find tracking since the link they provided did not work. I then received 3 emails. 1 stated my order had been cancelled, the next explained there had been a glitch and they had to cancel my order but I could call them to reorder. The 3rd email was from Gianni who attempted to blame me and or my bank for the problem and that I needed to contact my bank. I emailed him back and informed him that I wanted my funds released since they were still "pending" as well as there was no problem with my bank. I sent another email and was given a reply by Chris that any money would be returned in 1-3 days. If it is not I will contact my attorney and the attorney general's office.

I placed an order for some vitamins for my son and in the next couple of minutes found a better deal on Nature Remedies, which offered an extra bottle of 180 vitamins with the purchase of 2 bottles, which was exactly what I ordered. I called Lucky Vitamin's Customer Service to ask them to cancel the order and they REFUSED even though I had placed it within minutes from my phone call. They asked me to send the vitamins back once I received them and I find this SO UNACCEPTABLE as I KNOW it's going to take PAIN to get my credit back and who knows what's going to happen. BAD COMPANY!

Placed a order. Wanted to cancel since it was BACK ORDER. When I called them they said the product just came in and I said to cancel the order because I did not want to wait another 6 to 7 business days for the item. She responded to me that the order was being picked and it could not be canceled and that they would still send the product and she did say that there would be a returnable label. Now I cannot understand why I had to wait any longer since I placed the order on October 19 2015. Very dissatisfied because they are holding my money for about a month.

Without realizing it, this company's website leads you to believe you're ordering from the UK - but you're not. This means that, although you're paying in sterling, when you get to the checkout you will be paying a lot for shipping (£7.26 on an order worth only £16.70). Worst of all, when the order arrives in this country you are liable for customs charges (£12.81 on this same order!). If you try and contact the company, their answer is basically "Hard luck, not our problem" and that's it. As you've (unwittingly) ordered from a company outside the UK, you don't have any real comeback under UK law. I've refused the order so I can't comment on the quality of the items but, given the tricky way the website leads you into believing you're ordering within the UK and the appalling customer service, I wouldn't be at all sure that the quality is trustworthy. Definitely best avoided.

I made a purchase online. I then got an email saying that my order was on hold. When I called, they said that I needed to get an authorization code from my bank because it was flagged for fraud.... no problem. I called my bank and they said that the transaction was authorized just fine and there was no need for a code, nor did they have anything to give me. I then got my bank and Lucky SCAM on the phone together and they then changed their tune, now telling me that I need to call "VISA" and not my bank (it's a debit card). They gave me the phone number. I called and VISA told me and they referred me back to my bank because my bank manages my Visa.
Called LuckyVitamin back and they actually had an attitude with me. I was perfectly nice with them. I was even trying to make light of it. The supervisor (Sierra) had a serious attitude problem. It's painfully obvious that she deals with crap like this all day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I would rather have overpaid for my stuff from somewhere else than have to go through today's events again.

I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin for the past 3 years for my business..A few months back, I signed up for their rewards program. I received a coupon code, from them, which I attempted to cut and paste into the coupon window they provide for such things, while placing an order. I was informed the code was invalid. Returned to my email and copied again, to ensure there was no error. The code still would not work. I emailed Lucky Vitamin and was told I need to be signed into my account in order to use the code.
I was signed in to my account, and the code still doesn't work. Lucky Vitamin refused to apply the code manually on their end, even though I was entitled to the discount and the code THEY sent, was in fact invalid, for whatever reason. I replied to the email and asked why the code wouldn't work, when I had followed Lucky Vitamin procedure. This email has been ignored. I wonder if their rewards program - is just a SCAM? I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and they are being shady over a $5 coupon THEY sent ME. I'll be switching back to Vitacost. Lucky Vitamin customer service is a joke.

I placed my order and received an email showing Tues 7/23/15 showing delivery Tues 7/28. Tues I check and it now showed Fri 7/31. Then it went to Thurs. I received the order this afternoon. They show that probiotics are sent in a cold pack. Not so there was a cold pack inside the box that was hot along with a very warm bottle of probiotics. I called, was told to return this at my own cost for refund. I left a message for a manager to call and never received a call. Cust. serv informed me that it stated on page where I ordered that I had to use a different more expensive shipping method since their cold pack only lasts 2 days. I finally found this in small print where no one would notice.. Never ordering from them ever again.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. On May 23, 2015, I placed an order for $150.59 and paid for it via my PayPal account. Five minutes later, I called their customer service and cancelled the order and placed a new order for $211.72 because I had forgotten to order something that I needed. It is now 10 days later and I still have not gotten a refund on my money in PayPal for the $150.59, and I called and talked to their customer service department at least 3-4 times and they kept blaming it on PayPal, saying PayPal has to issue the credit. But when I talked to PayPal, they say that is not true. I asked for a supervisor at LuckyVitamin and they were not helpful at all and promised the money would be back in my PayPal account by NO LATER THAN Friday, May 29, 2015. But here it is, May 30, 2015, and no money.
So, unfortunately, I had to file a claim against them with PayPal. They really have terrible customer service. Compared to Swanson Vitamins and Vitacost, these people really suck when it comes to taking care of their customers. I buy from Swanson Vitamins and Vitacost all the time because they have awesome discounts. The only reason I bought from Lucky Vitamin was because they were having a Memorial Day special (not as good as the ones Swanson's and Vitacost were having, but Swanson's and Vitacost don't carry the items I was looking for) and I thought I would give Lucky Vitamin a try. I am very disappointed that I did and wish I could cancel my other order now. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They need to learn how to treat their customers better.

I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered some probiotics over the phone and the person who took my order made it sound like she heard my address correctly and did not ask me to repeat it. I never got an email confirmation and then I called to find out if it had shipped out and the person who took my order not only got my email address wrong but also my shipping address was completely different from what I had told her. I was told that I would have to wait until the item was attempted to be delivered and sent back to them in order to receive a refund or to have it re-shipped. I called back when the item was sent back and they told me they could send it back out but would not pay to expedite the shipping.
This is horrible customer service if you ask me. It was not my fault that the person taking the order got my address wrong and they should be doing everything they can to get the correct item back to me as soon as possible. The person I spoke with even asked his supervisor and the supervisor would not approve it. I ended up asking for a refund and I will never order from this company again.

This seller keeps making the same mistake over again. The first shipment had a very short "Best By" date. The second order had the same problem. I accepted their refund offer on the first order. Their second order -- I wanted to return the order, but it turns out that I have to pay the shipping charges, and repack and carry it and transport it to FedEx. Having to pay and do all this work for their mistake is not a fair business practice. Stay clear of this seller.

After placing an order, I got a receipt saying everything was fine. The next day, I got an email saying I must contact Lucky Vitamin within 24 hours or my order would be canceled. When I contacted them, they said my address didn't match with credit card so they canceled the order. This only occurred because their "inferior" shopping cart could not accommodate a PO Box in the billing address. But the biggest problem was, they "took my money" from the card and said it would "eventually" be returned. Had their shopping cart and gateway been set up correctly, it would've simply "disapproved" the card without taking my money. I got absolutely no satisfaction from customer service.

I placed an order that qualified for free shipping. An order arrived, however, it was not what I had ordered at all. I called the company's customer service line, waited on hold for 4+ minutes only to get an "attitudinal" Lauren who was not interested in this customer's service. I asked to speak with a supervisor three times and was connected to "Pat's" voicemail-> left message. No response. Went to the website's "live chat" where "Christin" stated she'd cancel my order, generate a full refund to be posted within 24-48 hours, and not require me to send back the package their company erroneously shipped to me. When I went to check the status on the account page of their website, I found that my order had indeed been cancelled, however, I also found that I was now being charged a shipping fee of $5.95.
I re-contacted the company on the website's "live chat", and again got Christin who promptly told me that I was in error and that what I was looking at on my account page, on THEIR website was not there. I informed "Christin" that I logged the live chats and was filing a complaint with PayPal & my state's attorney general's office of consumer protection. Within 2 minutes, I received email notification from LuckyVitamin and a notice from PayPal of the full refund. However, I still fully intend to file complaints since I may not be the only consumer with whom they've attempted this highly questionable activity.

In the past year I have already placed several orders with Lucky Vitamin with minimal problems. Recently I placed an order and accidentally used my shipping address in the same blocks as my billing address (they are different). Due to this my order was flagged by their fraud department. The order was placed on a Saturday and I called them on a Monday morning to correct the mistake. The customer service rep who took the call immediately changed the information and told me that everything was okay. That same day I received another email from their fraud department stating that this was not sufficient to clear the order for processing.
So I sent an email to the fraud department explaining what had happened, that I had already contacted Lucky Vitamin customer service and asking them if this was sufficient. The return email form a rep in their fraud department (in my opinion) was somewhat trite and condescending and stated that I needed to call my bank/credit card issue and get an authorization code from them that had to be provided to Lucky Vitamin before the shipment would clear. I then called my bank to ask for this authorization code and was told that from what they saw the order was okay and there was no need to provide me with an authorization code.
Wednesday morning I again called Lucky Vitamin to advise them of this and talked to a customer service rep who was trying to be helpful but was obviously limited in the amount of support he could provide. He offered to contact the fraud department for me and I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes. Upon him coming back on line I was told that there was nothing they could do, I would need to get this authorization code from the bank. I point out that I had placed several order previously, used the same credit card, shipping address and billing address so this order actually fit the profile of my previous orders. While I understood why it tripped their fraud profile, certainly anyone with common sense could see that if someone was attempting to commit fraud it would be unlikely that they would have the items sent to the same address as when my profile was created.
Getting increasingly frustrated I then asked to speak to a supervisor. After just over 10 minutes on hold I was told that "none of the supervisors want to talk to you since everything I already told you is correct." It was then suggested that I could cancel the existing order and reorder the same items as this would not trip the fraud profile. I immediately pointed out how little sense this made as this seemingly defeated the whole purpose of their guidelines. Nonetheless, the customer service rep stated that an authorization code or new order were the only options.
With this I then again called my bank to see what could be done. The rep I talked to this time from my bank and credit card issuer (Navy Federal Credit Union) stated that for security purposes they do not provide the authorization code to the card holder only vendor and that "any reputable vendor should know this."
Back to Lucky Vitamin I go one more time with a telephone call and as luck would have it reached the same customer service rep. Explained the situation and he once again maintained that a new order or the authorization code were the only options. He did offer to let me call my bank and then conference the call but I was too frustrated at this point and did not want to continue to be kept on hold.
One other frustrating issue was that I tried contacting the fraud department rep who sent me the email about the authorization code. In another sign of how amateur this company is, the phone number that he had in his email signature block was incorrect! Instead of having an "888" prefix it had a "800" prefix that was sending me to a totally different company. But since the answering voice message of the incorrect number never gave the company name this ended up having me redial this number multiple times trying to get to his office extension. This error had me totally frustrated before I even called their customer service number and is certainly one of the reasons that I find this company to be so unprofessional.
I did send an email to this person requesting reconsideration based on the facts (it was denied) but at least he did take my suggestion to correct his telephone number. If it wasn't that I had received vouchers to reduce the cost of the order I would have given up much sooner. As it is now, I just cancelled the order and will place it again in a day. Once this order is filled will then immediately cancel my account with this poorly managed outfit and utilize another of the many available options on the web.

After spending an average $100/month for the passsed few years, I will never again order from Lucky Vitamin. It was okay at first and then the service went down consistently with damaged boxes and items ordered wasted, but they would rather send a replacement for damages than just package it properly to begin with. After just receiving an order last week, I received an order confirmation for something I did not order. In fact I had just received the item and had no need to reorder a week later. I emailed customer service to cancel this and was told it was too late to cancel and to request a return label when the order (that I did not place) arrived.
I called to speak with a human being to resolve the fact that an unauthorized charge was made to my credit card to be told the same thing. Of greatest concern at this point is the (in) security of my financial information and the fact that someone has access to my credit card. I requested to close my account and remove my credit card number on file. The customer service representative told me to go into my account, delete the information, and just make up something else in it's place. I then asked to speak to a supervisor several times while he talked right over and argued vehemently that it was not "a supervisor issue." Just after the fruitless phone conversation, another charge was placed on my account for their $5.95 shipping charge but no product. Now I have to file claims with my credit card company for a disgruntled employee's ineptitude. Lucky Vitamin's prices are not worth the hassle, waste, and ridiculously awful service besides having your financial information at risk of being accessed by whoever they allow to make bogus orders.

Order was cancelled 12/08/14 yet pending charges remain on paypal as of today, 12/21/14. Paypal is buck passing and Lucky Vitamin is not responding. They will! ADVICE: Check out any online vendor very carefully or you will spend months if not years attempting to get your product and/or money back.

I will get right to the point. I have had nothing but total problems with your company since I place an order a year ago and it was awful how you handle the shipping and the problem then. Your company never told me that it would take two weeks to get the products and then You lost the product. Then of course I made the DUMB mistake by ordering from your company again. Then You took my money fast enough and you charge me shipping and handling on this product. You never sent me an email telling me when it was shipped. Well of course it's five days later and I have not heard from your company at all. When I called and asked about your company your staff was very very very rude and said it will be shipped on nov 5 that is today. Why did it take so long to ship???? One of the worst jobs on packaging for shipment that I've ever seen. The box was so heavy the tape had come loose, and all of the items were literally just thrown in! Macaroni was crumbled, oil was leaking, chia seeds were all over the place, and customer service didn't give a crap! She just kept putting me on hold. And never even said "we're sorry for the inconvenience".

I had two items in one order and both showing available at the time of my order. One item shipped with the whole shipping charged, and the other item waited for 2 wks and didn't get shipped. I called them and they said it will ship in one week. Then the time comes, no shipment. Another week I emailed them to ask when they will ship the item and they said another two weeks. Two weeks passed and still no shipment. I called customer service again, they said the company got the inventory but it didn't get to ship to me.
Then I have to wait for another two wks for the company to get the shipment then another week for company for sort out the inventory to be able to ship it out. It's been 1.5 months and need to wait for another 3 wks. I told them I need them to reimburse the shipping charge because it's for two items. They refused to refund the shipping charge. I canceled the other item because the company can't fulfill their promises. I will never order from this company and tell anyone I knew not to order from this company. If the item is not in stock, the company should be honest about it and post out-of-stock on the item.

Well, I apologize for my earlier review. I was just surprised at they way they handle payments I'm still not sure I understand it but it worked out exactly as they said it would. I received my products in a timely manner. They sent tracking numbers which were accurate. I got a little freaked out when I saw the way they approached payment and then looked online for reviews which were overwhelmingly bad. Either they have listened and corrected the Customer Service issues addressed in the reviews I read or the people reviewing just had an exceptional bad experience. So I jumped the gun. The products and pricing were excellent and the customer service was courteous, professional and quick. I will be ordering from Lucky Vitamin again and recommending it to others.

This was my first experience with this company and it will be my last as a customer. First of all, on the home page, they state in big red letters that there is free shipping on all orders over $49.00. My order was $68.00 so I was surprised when I got to checkout and found they had added $12 for shipping - I emailed and someone wrote back that it says elsewhere on the site that heavier items might require additional shipping charges. As I had ordered a yogurt maker, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let that go even though I never saw the caveat referring to heavy items.
I placed the order on July 3. This morning I saw on my bank account that the original charge had been subtracted from my account and an additional charge of $47.95 had been deducted from my account on July 5. I called this morning and a woman told me that since the item was from a third party, they also charged AGAIN for the yogurt maker some kind of rubbish about a hold. I told her that it wasn't being held; it had been deducted from my available funds. I do lots of shopping online and have never heard of anything like this. She said it was very common practice. The reasons it is baloney are obvious - for one thing, why deduct the full amount from my account then also whatever kind of "hold" for the other item?
I wish I had read the reviews before I did business with them. They are not BBB accredited. One review said they have an F BBB rating but I went to BBB and it said it wasn't BBB accredited but the rating was B+. Customer service is paramount. I think it'd even more so these days. As soon as I get my order (although from some of the reviews that may be more a question of if) anyway, I will never do business with them again and will remove my info even if I have to change cc.

I have placed multiple orders with this company over a 2 year period. Every time I choose Standard shipping, it takes around 3 days to ship out on items that claim they are in stock and 8 to 10 days to get to me. This last order I placed, I chose UPS direct for $8+ shipping. My order was $75+ and I wanted it sooner this time to see what would happen. Come to find out, 5 days after I placed the order it still hadn't shipped. I'd been buried at work so I hadn't noticed it. When I logged into my account, the status showed Open order.
I checked my email and saw nothing except the initial order confirmation. So I called them to see what the deal was. I was told it was on hold due to some billing issue. I hung up, called my CC company who said there shouldn't be any issue stopping them from billing me and shipping the order. I called Lucky's back and told them. Only then Lucky's claimed to me they couldn't ship it because the Billing and Shipping addresses were different?! I'd had 7 other orders that were the same situation and Lucky's shipped every one of them with no questions and they were billed to the same credit card, same CVV code and everything. So I hung up again. This time I'm calling my local Heath-Food Store to see if the owner could get me the exact same items I was trying to buy from Lucky's.
The stars must have been aligned correctly because she said yes, that her delivery truck was coming the next day and if I got my order in, it would be there when it came. I put it in just in time. I called Lucky's back again and canceled my order. I canceled the order 8 days ago and the $80+ pending charge has yet to be cleared off my credit card. I am somewhat close to my limit, so I called to have them remove it before I paid off my bill. They refused saying, "Oh, well it will just drop off in probably another 5-7 days, so it's not that big of a deal is it?"
Yes, it is a big deal if it causes me to overdraft! Pending charges on canceled orders still ties up spending ability. My credit card company told me that all Lucky's has to do is call Chase Bank directly and ask them to provide their Merchant ID number and request removal of the pending charge on my account. Lucky's still refused.
This company also does business or something under a name called S & P Properties LLC (?), something similar according to FireFox website verification. When my credit card company was looking for the pending charge though, it shows on their end as being billed from a company called What's the Big Deal. Apparently they're running under 3 different names with their bad attitudes and ripoffs. Stay away from them like the plague. They're not worth it.

I placed an order to this company on March 4, 2011. I told them that because I was purchasing oils that I needed, I want it delivered the next day. The lady assured me that I would get it the next day, and that I could also pay to have an ice pack around each oil bottle. I told her I would like that. I called on Sunday and Monday to speak with a manager.
I was concerned that my package has not arrived. They would not allow me to hold for a supervisor or a manager, but they put me through to a voicemail assuring me that they would get back to me by the end of the day, they did not. Finally, the package arrived on Tuesday night of March 8, 2011. When I received it, there was no ice pack on the oils. They were turning (the best way to describe) like milk right before it goes sour. I also did not receive the chromium picolinate for my sugar. I found out it was on back order; this was not mentioned to me either.
I use these products for medicinal purposes, so I need the items to arrive when they tell me it will. I also need them to tell me if there would be trouble getting something to me because of a back order, this way I can plan better. If I need something right away, I can run to the store. I spoke to customer service again and they told me that they didn't have me down for ice packs and next day delivery. I told them I had a whole conversation with the lady about it. What was she doing when she was supposed to be typing these requests in the computer?
She shouldn't have that job, if she is going to daze out and not put the correct information in. All of these conversations I’m sure were recorded. They told me many people complained about next day deliveries not coming the next day because it was a Friday. I asked why they continue to lie to these people, but it seemed that the lady didn't even put me down for the next day because she was in “la-la land”. I’m a new customer and the service I received was nothing short of horrible.
