Rosemary Avance, Ph.D., ConsumerAffairs Research Team

Dr. Rosemary Avance (PhD, University of Pennsylvania) is a Tulsa native with a research background in the social sciences. She has taught many university courses and published original research in community identity and the Internet. Her affinity for research, writing, teaching and advocacy make the ConsumerAffairs content team an ideal home, and she especially enjoys conducting research to help consumers make informed choices.

She lives in Tulsa with her husband, three feisty kids and dog.
