    Hubble is an easy, convenient, inexpensive way to receive monthly contacts. It was simple to sign up for the service. The webpage is fairly easy to navigate and if you have any questions you cannot get answered on the website. Their customer service center is very friendly and helpful.

    I am a senior citizen with a very small budget and hate to pay out of pocket for contact lenses. I have two different vision insurance but even with those applied, it was still running a few hundred dollars for contacts per year. The cost of Hubble contacts is low especially when you compare and you have control when you want them ordered. And the fit and comfort are the same as the popular brands. The only thing I wish is they had a stronger strength. I wear different contacts in each eye and wore monovision for years. I saw somewhere they were looking to do bifocal lens soon. Looking forward to that improvement.

    Easy set up and ordering. Thought verifying prescription would be hard and a process but was actually super easy! Card gets charged every month and I do not have to worry about getting behind since they know when I run out. I always seem to have an extra pair or two which comes in handy if I lose/tear one. Overall, the actual contacts are quite comfortable. They get a little dry toward the end of the day but I’m very surprised with the quality for the price.

    I tried the initial free trial pair and felt they were better than the name brand I was using. They have made timely deliveries and I have had no issues with the product or service. The monthly cost vs buying every quarter is cheaper and easier on people who are on a budget.

    Found this company on Instagram last year, tried them out, but had to unsubscribe, since went abroad for 3 months. Had no problem unsubscribing, a simple phone call sealed the deal. I've had problems with reusable contact lenses, so was told by the doctor to start wearing daily ones, thus I decided to subscribe back to Hubble. One of the best daily contact lenses I've tried, irritate my eyes considerably less than other brands. Overall, would definitely recommend to try out.

    I had called to cancel to state that my eyes were being bothered by them, I was was told I couldn't since payment was already withdrawn. Now I can't return them because of their policy, yeah I'll switch to AVEO. I want my money back.

    I was receiving Hubble Contacts and had them on hold to not receive them. In the meantime, I went to the doctor and my prescription changed. Well they released the hold and sent out the contacts with the old prescription and took money out of my bank account. I had called for reimbursement. They sent me a return label and I mailed back for reimbursement. They told me to call back when it shows the package was received.

    It was received back yesterday at 4:15 pm to the Plainfield office in Indiana. So I call and they tell me the return isn't in the system and they didn't receive yet. I said, "Yes it did. I have proof from the post office it was delivered yesterday, 4/15/19." I asked for a supervisor and of course, nobody is available for assistance. I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a phone call back or try back tomorrow to see if the return was put in the system. The representative was not very helpful. Very disappointed. Never using this company again. Will be switching to another provider for Contacts.

    I signed up for Hubble’s 1 month trial of prescription contact lenses. I worried I would forget to cancel later so I contacted them by email immediately after signing up to notify them of my prescription cancellation. I figured that would allow me to try the lenses at my leisure and I could always sign up again if I wanted to continue with them. I figured at this point that everything was handled, but since I check my email very infrequently I completely missed their response letting me know that they DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL IN WRITING. Seriously?? Most companies at least give you this option if not outright insisting on it so that they have a proverbial paper trail.

    I had the contacts shipped to my mother’s home because I live in an urban area and packages left at my door disappear as soon as they’re dropped off. I did end up trying the contacts and didn’t care for them, but since I believed my subscription had been cancelled I didn’t worry about it. They continued to bill and ship to me and - since the contacts weren’t coming directly to me - I didn’t even realize it until several months later when I received a bank overdraft notice and started checking my purchase history.

    This is the best part: the contact lenses Hubble had been sending me were the WRONG PRESCRIPTION STRENGTH. I contacted Hubble and explained the situation. The rep supplied me with a mailing label but said they only accept returns for the last 30 days. At this point I had 4 months worth of shipments accumulated so I thanked the rep but told her I expected a full refund for all returned items because 1. I had cancelled my subscription in writing and 2. The prescription was wrong. She did not reply.

    I shipped the contacts and followed up a week after my return was received. I was told that “it can take a couple of weeks” for their warehouse to check in packages and that my refund would be processed a few days after that. I followed up again two weeks after they had received my return and was told the factory still hadn’t scanned the package in.

    I wrote to them again exactly 3 weeks after tracking showed they had received my package and was told it still had not been scanned in, but this rep informed me that “since [my] return label was for February” the factory was simply going to scan it and they would refund me for that month regardless of the actual contents of the package. So at that point Hubble had 5 months worth of unopened product in their possession which I had been charged for and which never should have been sent in the first place - both because the prescription strength was incorrect and because I had cancelled my subscription in writing - and they were refusing to refund me anything more than 1 month of service.

    I finally contacted my bank (which I should have done from the very beginning) and began a claim to dispute the charges. Because of the time that had elapsed, however, I was told I could only recoup 2 months worth of charges which was at least still better than Hubble’s pathetic customer service department was willing to do. It was only after the fact when looking into how to file a FTC complaint that I learned that Hubble had been sued by the American Optometric Association for (I’m sure among other things): providing subpar and possibly dangerous contacts made in Taiwan and also for failing to verify prescription strengths with eye doctors.

    It has now been over six months since I made the mistake of signing up for Hubble’s free trial offer and I am still dealing with the hassle of forwarding documents to my bank for the disputed charge claim with my bank, and I have no doubt that Hubble will do their best to get my bank turn down my claim and force me to pay for the incorrect prescription lenses which have already been returned. I highly recommend staying away from this company. I certainly wish I had. At best, you’ll have to deal with their useless customer service department. At worst, you could end up harming your eyes and your vision with cheap lenses manufactured in Taiwan using materials known to be dangerous to eye health.

    Terrible. Convenience is the only upside. Comfort, clarity, price, and customer service are all lacking. Hubble lenses are some of the most expensive out there but made of the less-breathable material methafilcon (Whereas this is old technology and my previous lenses were made of silicone hydrogel and far superior). I've tried four brands over the last few months, and of these, Hubble lenses were unequivocally the worst. Not only were they less comfortable (as they felt scratchy and I had total awareness of them from the moment I put them in) and noticeably less breathable after a long day, but my vision with them in was much less clear. They felt unsafe while driving (especially at night).

    I should also add there was a high frequency (compared to other brands) of unusable defect lenses right out of the box (these would have a warp or ripple in the edge making them seat poorly over my cornea and resulting in a high level of discomfort). The prescription stated on the box was the same as all the others, but it felt as if they were maybe 75% the power. Of the brands I tried, Dailies Total 1 were the best. Acuvue Moist were a near second, and the America's Best store brand were likewise horribly uncomfortable (probably even worse than Hubble) but at least provided me with clear vision.

    Because Hubble is a subscription service and I'm a busy guy, I wound up buying three months worth before canceling. Their business model, I believe, relies on this as they "do not process returns" ("It is in our Terms of Service," I was told by the outsourced and very professional, but hard-to-communicate-with lady at the call center). I can understand this as they're classified as medical devices and can't be reused, but on the other hand... If you had a good product you believed in, you could issue such a guarantee. You see it all the time in the food industry... "If not satisfied, mail back unused portion... etc." But, I'm getting a little afield of the point. Anyway... Wasted time? --Maybe... Except that I have now confirmed (beyond the point of diminishing returns) that Dailies Total 1 (or Acuvue Moist) are the best it's going to get for me, so I'm sticking with them.

    I had signed up for a free box after answering all the questions. I was unaware of the subscription and found another box delivered to my house. I had called the customer service looking for help but received a lecture instead. They refused to help and worst of all, there is NO RETURN POLICY. It is not written when you sign up for the 1st time nor did I not receive any email from them either. Bottom line, this is how they get you when you are not aware. But I'm not as upset as getting poor quality contact lenses. No wonder it's cheap. I've ordered contact lenses online many times and any companies accept any return under any circumstances except for this company. Very poor customer service.

    At first I was skeptical to try Hubble because I had pretty much given up on wearing contacts because my eyes are very dry and they produce calcium deposits a lot so that usual ruins any contacts I had previously tried. I have been wearing Hubble Contacts for a while now and I love them! My eyes are not dry and I don’t have any calcium deposits! I recommend these to everyone!

    Hubble provides extremely affordable, quality contacts. I've found that the quality is no different than any of the other more pricey brands I've tried. I love the feature of being able to pause deliveries any time - super convenient if you've found that you're not using them up as fast as you thought!     You have to call to cancel, it cannot be done through their website or through email. The customer service rep I spoke to through email said they use a third party carrier and cannot recall shipments and therefore cannot issue refunds. As a subscription service this strikes me as very suspect and difficult for the customer.

    I am on my fourth box and I love to rotate between the glasses and Hubble Contacts. I am very active so having comfortable lenses is super important to me. The consumer service is also very good. I had an instance where my box got stuck at the postal office in Ontario and I got a new box sent to me immediately after contacting the company. Highly recommend trying the lenses and deciding from there.

    Company tricks you into getting a subscription when you sign up for the free trial. Contacts are ok, the fact that they are daily wear is the only good thing about them. However I was never was I notified that I was signing up for a full subscription, so imagine my surprise when I saw I was charged $33. I was never emailed or notified in any way. Company states they do not issue refunds or take returns and when I tried to cancel they tried to get me to just change the frequency of deliveries instead of canceling. Very disappointed.

    I found out about Hubble through random ads and I was a pretty new contact lenses user. I started having to wear glasses when I was about 16. And since then I have used it till about 23. But last year during the summer time I decided to give contact lenses a shot so I wouldn’t have the ugly tan line caused by glasses and so I can wear shades! I used Acuvue for about 3 months and I decided to switch over to Hubble. With Hubble I can wear my contacts for a long period of time with no issue. With Acuvue when I wore it for over 8 hours my eyes used to get itchy. The process was very simple. I got my 2 week trial. That was about 4-5 months ago and now Hubble is my sole provider for my contact lenses. Very happy and satisfied consumer. Everyone should try it out.

    The contacts themselves are OK in quality, but it was a downgrade for me (personally) from my previous brand. However, the convenience factor of not having to worry about refills was a selling point for me. I've been a customer since winter2018 and plan to continue using! If you already use a low-mid level priced contact brand, Hubble contacts are a convenient alternative option for you. If you use a high level priced brand, you may be disappointed with the quality so only consider if you value convenience a lot (like me.)

    I tried Hubble since I ran out of my old Acuvue Oasys prescription and had heard about how easy Hubble Contacts were to order, especially with an outdated prescription (mine was three years old). Overall, the lenses worked for what they needed to and they arrived promptly. However, they are not as great of a deal as they seem; they are $35 each month after the trial. While lenses through my eye doctor without insurance broke down to $27 each month after a mail-in rebate. Additionally, Hubble's contacts, as I read in other reviews, were a bit more fragile and tore more easily and dried out my eyes more quickly than competitors. Hubble did the job for what I needed: affordable lenses with no hassle if only needed for a few months.

    I've had the worst time with finding contacts I actually felt comfortable with and when I finally found a pair, they were way too expensive so I gave up and just wore my glasses every day for years. I always ran out of contact solution, lost my contacts or some other type of inconvenience. But then I found Hubble, I took a shot with them online and just decided to give them a try since I would get the first ones free. I've had mine since October, and I can say I've never been happier! The thing I love most about Hubble is they automatically ship them to me, so I don't ever have to think about ordering new ones and even now, I don't wear my contacts every day so I can set up to receive my contacts every 54 days and it's perfect for me because I never run out or have too many at one time.

    I've tried a number of different contacts over the past few years and none of them compare to Hubble's. I like how lightweight they are, it almost feels like nothing's there. They stay fresh all day, I never have issues with them drying out like EVER. I love how they automatically send them straight to my house too so I never run out and I never have to go anywhere to get more.

    My first impression was that the lenses were incredibly comfortable. Hubble Contacts are very soft and flexible, didn’t cause dry eye, and clearly very competitively priced.     I cannot be happier with Hubble Contacts. I've ordered contacts online before and they do not compare. From the on time delivery, price, customer service, to the actual contacts themselves I couldn't be happier. I was extremely hesitant at first because I had found the company via Facebook ad "30 pairs for $1.00" but I'm so happy I took the chance. Their website is so easy to use if I need to change a shipping date or find other information about my monthly shipment. And if I can't find what I'm looking for I know I can always reach out to customer service and expect to get an email back promptly and with any information I need. They have been nothing but amazing.

    In comparison to Dailies Total 1... Hubble lens feel the same. Difference is cost. Hubble lens are much more affordable than Dailies Total 1. I would recommend this product to those who enjoy the premium feel at a low cost.

    I found out about Hubble Contacts through an ad on Instagram. They give you your first set for free and then you pay a monthly subscription fee afterwards. I thought this was convenient, and you can adjust the shipping frequency to the time that best fits your needs. The contacts are comfortable to wear, and I have had any issues wearing them. If you want a more affordable option for contacts, these will do. However, make sure you take them out at night to prevent infections because the material they use isn't made for extended use.

    This company uses misleading business practices to push a poor product. I signed up for a trial of these, and did not like the product. They are not comfortable to wear and come out easily. I was never notified that I was signing up for a full subscription, so imagine my surprise when I was charged $33 and two new boxes showed up.     I must admit, I was initially skeptical about Hubble’s prescription contact service. It was difficult to understand how an online company was going to be able to replace the friendly, reliable service that I had been receiving for years from my local eye doctor. However, after receiving my first order, I now ask myself why I didn’t use the Hubble service sooner! The contacts are of similar quality and they arrive as promised every month. No more running out! I’ve even found that I’m saving money! Who doesn’t love that?!

    WARNING! There is fine print saying that even if you change your delivery schedule, it will not be valid until you get charged full price 15 days after your original order. I made my first order and immediately changed my delivery schedule to 56 days because I don't wear contacts that often. Turns out, these contacts do not work for me. Absolutely unwearable. I go to cancel (you have to call) and find they charged me for another order already! I contact customer service and I'm told there is nothing they can do because of their fine print. Scam.

    I have tried numerous makes of contact lenses, and Hubble are the most comfortable yet. Not only are they the least irritating to wear, and the easiest to put in that I have ever experienced, they are also the cheapest and most effort-free to receive. I don't ever have to think about ordering more, or collecting them from the opticians, or any hassle like that. They simply arrive through my letterbox, every month (I choose every 4 weeks delivery - but it's up to you!) I get emails to let me know when they've been shipped, so I don't have to worry if they are actually on their way or not. Big fan.

    I really was trying to find a better solution for me to wear contacts that didn’t require me to bring a case, contact solution and maybe an extra pair of lenses. My coworkers and I started to talk about our vision and eventually found ourselves talking about the contacts we have. They made wearing daily contact lenses like a breeze! So I started to look up prices compared to the one I usually get which are monthly and some came out to a little more than what I was paying for so I didn’t see it was worth it.

    Later I had seen an ad on social media that you could try Hubble’s daily lenses for a week for free and decided to try it. After signing up I was SO surprised it had gotten to me in just a few days and I live in Hawaii. It came with 15 lenses which is just about enough for a week and I was just about to go on a trip so I brought just those with me. Thankful I just needed to bring those with me and not a case and a bottle of solution so it lessened up the things I need to pack.

    To get straight to the point I LOVE Hubble. I don’t always wear contacts every day so I don’t feel like I’m wasting the value of using monthly’s. It’s light and comfortable on my eyes and It was so easy to sign up, quick to get to me and efficient to have. You also have the option to recycle the lens holders! Very conscious of them since there’s so much waste being produced. 10/10 recommend. Love!

They are a little “dry” compared to the Acuvue Oasys that I see before, like if I don’t blink enough sometimes they can fall out, or become dry.     I learned about Hubble from an advertisement on the NYC subway. What attracted me to the company is that their product is direct to consumer, and while I need a prescription from an eye doctor to get them, I do not need to go through the eye doctor's office to purchase contacts. You also do not need to buy them all at once, which is often what happens when you purchase contacts from an eye doctor's office.

    Hubble gives lets you try out their contacts before you subscribe. The two-week trial period gives you an opportunity to determine if the contacts are right for you. Hubble also gives you the option to skip months. I love this, in particular, because I wear glasses more often than I wear contacts. I appreciate the option to be flexible about when I want to receive my contacts. If you do plan to skip months, check your account details frequently. I once had a package get lost in the mail and would not have received my contacts had I not contacted customer service.

    As for the contacts, it took some time for my eyes to get used to them, probably because I mostly wear glasses, but they're pretty comfortable and I can wear them for long periods of time without my eyes getting dry. I have had a great experience with Hubble and their customer service is great. I recommend at least giving them a shot during the two-week trial to determine if they are right for you.

    I first tried Hubble Contacts over a year ago through my eye Dr's office. After the prescription expired I found that I could renew online direct from the company. This has been very convenient and has actually saved me money. I don't have to worry about refilling anything as the contacts arrive automatically. If I am wearing my glasses more I can just skip a month of contact delivery by changing a setting online. The contacts fit great and are very comfortable even though I spend a fair amount of time looking at the computer screen. Overall I've been very pleased.

    I went online, I went to my subscription, I clicked on cancel or maybe “suspend until further notice”, whatever it was. This was a year or so ago. This company did not obey that. I cancelled my debit card, which is what they have on file. I continue to receive notice that my card has been declined. A YEAR LATER! I have proof the account is cancelled and the customer support insists my account is active, when it’s obviously not! If you plan on canceling the account cancel your debit/credit card too. Or else they will charge you for service/products you did not request!

    I actually went blind in my right eye about three years ago now due to soft lens contacts and have been scared ever since to return to them. I had to use a glass contact for years but unfortunately I’m young and don’t make enough money to stick with them so I decided to look back into soft lenses. I love Hubble contacts, I started with a free trial and now I have my monthly subscription which is VERY customizable and affordable. Since they are one a day I don’t live in fear of them not being hygienic for my eyes and they are so comfortable/last for hours.

    Since I have one eye I need the lenses to work efficiently so my only seeing eye is never blurry or in irritation and these contacts never move around or shift in my eye and always give me clear vision which is great for someone who now has to have one single eye do the work for what’s suppose to be 2. I have my delivery schedule to be every two months which works great for me since the 60 day supply they give me is enough for two months since it’s technically for one eye. I will continue to use Hubble for a long time. :) 100 % recommend.

    I started using Hubble Contacts about 6 months ago when I was experiencing problems with more expensive Acuvue Oasys contacts. They were just very uncomfortable and always felt like there was something in my eye.     I have a had a great experience working with Hubble. I had no problems entering my prescription information, despite never having used Hubble previously. I was able to modify my subscription to match my needs, and find the contact themselves comfortable to wear.     The contacts do not hold their lens strength through the day. I put them in at 6 am and by 2 pm I can barely see. They also do not fit right. They are horrible for night time driving. Overall the contacts are cheap and worthless. I guess you get what you pay for.

    Lenses are not at all worthy of daily disposables. I tried the trial pack first, wasn't happy at all. I contacted them to make sure I didn't receive any more and told them to cancel the continuous card payment. Neither of these were done and they requested a £27 payment sending my bank account overdrawn, incurring charges. I emailed them again and they said they can't stop the payment or refund me as the lenses have been dispatched. "Not my fault" I said. I have had to contact them again to tell them to cancel the request for the payment, had nothing back. It has left me unable to use my account because of the overdraft. Please please, don't use this company. The original email I received back asked me for a review of how this girl had handled my query at the bottom saying she is very fond of music and dancing and can sing Anime Tunes perfectly, what the hell!!! They running a dating site too? AVIOD AVOID.

    I ordered a 2 week trial order and decided to hold off on my regular prescription to give these guys a shot. They are far less expensive. After making the order I waited 7 days and realized they had only sent a slip to UPS to say my package would be delivered to UPS from Hubble. When I called to inquire the Hubble representative Ed stated they needed to speak to my doctor. I have never had to provide a prescription in the past to a contact lenses site let alone the optometrist information. There was no warning and it was reactive dialect based on my contacting them.

    My trial contacts would not have arrived and they would have already charged me in a couple days for the next installment knowing full well their process. This is not a free trial. This may be due to my being in Canada and Hubble being located elsewhere however my contacts typically take 2 days to get delivered through another company. I did not like that they were not upfront about the information they required. They just stated someone was going to get back to me eventually... I found the experience to be a little shifty.

The last brand of dailies I used I found the occasional lens would be damaged and I would have to toss it (which hurt for the price!), but have had no issues like that with Hubble. Customer service has also been great - one box did not come and they immediately shipped a replacement at no charge. It's so convenient to not have to worry about refilling your contacts since you set up a delivery schedule and boom! They're in your mailbox!     I have been using Hubble as my contact lens supplier for several months now, after switching from another online supplier. At the time I had never heard of Hubble before and mainly joined up to take advantage of the introductory offer (first month for £3.00 p&p). I have found their service to be very reliable. All my lenses arrive promptly, landing on the doormat a couple of weeks before my current supply is due to run out.

    I was also concerned about the quality of the lenses as I have very dry eyes and this can make lenses uncomfortable to wear on occasion. Shortly after receiving my first box of lenses from Hubble I realized this would not be a problem, because Hubble provides high water content hydrogel lenses which do not dry my eyes out. I am very happy with the standard of the lenses and the service Hubble provide. As someone who has previously had severe eye infections caused by contact lens wear, I find Hubble’s blend of high quality at a low price is just right to keep my eyes healthy without breaking the bank.

    I ordered a sample of the Hubble lenses. When they arrived, I couldn't even keep them in my eyes for 10 minutes as they were so uncomfortable. I tried another pair, as I know sometimes there might be flaws with a lens. I was disappointed that the other pair felt the exact same way. It felt like I had something very thick and uncomfortable in my eye. Mind you, I've been wearing contacts for about 15 years now. What I was even more upset about however, is a few weeks after my sample arrived, another box came in the mail. I checked my card and discovered they went ahead and charged me a full month's supply without my consent. They assume that after the sample, you want to be on their monthly subscription, even though I NEVER SIGNED UP. They won't return the unopened box either. That's $30 down the drain for a product I have to throw away. I cannot recommend this company for their product or for their customer service. TERRIBLE.

    I was happy with Hubble contact lenses, after signing up for the free trial. I found the lenses didn’t irritate my eyes and were comfortable, but I don’t wear contact lenses every day, so didn’t need them monthly. I forgot to cancel the subscription, and the money was taken from my bank, without any warning or email to say my trial ended.

    When I contacted customer service, they just repeated that they stated this would happen if not cancelled, before the trial ended and that they didn’t send out emails for that reason. I was sent a prepaid label to mail the contacts back and was told to contact them to find out if the contacts had arrived at their warehouse. I did and was told it can take WEEKS, yes, weeks for them to receive the contacts at the warehouse and then a few more WEEKS for me to receive my refund. Are you kidding me? So, not only do I have to chase up whether or not they have received the contacts, once they have, I then have to wait weeks for my refund and chase them up AGAIN, if I haven’t received it ‘in a few more weeks’ which is what the customer service person told me. I am extremely unhappy. This is a ridiculous way to run a business.

    I’ve been wearing contacts for 17 years and I’ve always had two week ones, but when I was between insurance a couple years ago I discovered Hubble and I haven’t gone back! I was never responsible about cleaning my multi-use contacts, and with Hubble, I don’t have to worry about that, I really like being able to just toss them in the bin at the end of the day. The fit for me feels perfect and I find them so comfortable. I haven’t had any issues with them really, but when I’ve emailed with questions the responses are always thoughtful and quick. I think I probably pay a bit more with Hubble but I think the convenience is worth it! Definitely worth a try!

    I was a new customer at HUBBLE and I unfortunately received a huge number of defective lens. The defect was a milky looking stain on the lens, which was making it not wearable. In less than 6 month of customer relationship with HUBBLE (I was wearing daily lens) I've had 39 defective lens. They did send a replacement box, but there was so many defective ones in thé replacement box that it didn't compensate for what I've lost (and paid for). I'm not done opening all of the lens, so I'll surely top at more than 39 defective lens... Unfortunately, they do not reimburse either. So, I'm no longer their customer.

    Also, I did contact their quality team hoping to work with them so they correct the issue and they only wanted to collect minimal information. They are aware of the issue, but it did not seem to concern them. So: Bad quality lens, poor customer service... Very bad overall experience. Please, keep in mind that the just in time delivery concept is awesome, providing all the lens can be worn. It was not the case.

    I have mixed feelings about these. Now I've worn contacts for over 20 years, mostly Dailies over various brands. The price is great, but I found they dry out really fast and easily. With most you can take a 10 min nap in the day and they survive. Do that in these and they are welded to your eyeballs when you wake up! I also found that they didn't seem to have very good oxygen transmission which made my eyes sore over time. So I actually found at Lens.com my old Dailies. Total 1 pack of 90 for $57, which 2 packs for 3 months made them only slightly more expensive per month than Hubble. Pity. I tried to like them, but they just didn't work for me.

    I have worn contacts for 24 years, and a few years ago I became allergic to contact solution! It was the worst! I had to use the hydrogen peroxide stuff which sometimes didn't "cook" or make the chemical change in my cold bathroom in 8+ hours so in the morning when I would go to put in my contacts it was as if I had poured hydrogen peroxide in my eyes... which is not as much fun as it sounds.     I Have wore disposable contacts for 20+ years. Drove to the eye dr, picked them up, then you still have to buy the contacts solution. I switched to Hubble and I love them. The contacts are so comfortable, the fit perfect which surprised me because I have always had trouble with my contacts moving, itching and irritating my eyes.     I was travelling for two weeks and wanted contacts that were convenient and affordable to bring with me. I normally buy from Clearly Contacts but found Hubble to have better pricing.     Before trying Hubble I never used daily contacts lens but after getting my trial pair and using them I was convinced Hubble contacts were the right choice for me. I love the convenience of removing my contact after a long day and not having to worry about putting them in solution for use the next day, I just wake up the next morning and pop in a new pair.

    When I had my twins 4 years ago, I have struggled to find a brand of contacts that wouldn’t dry out in a couple hours, and fog over and get to suck to my eye. I went through several brands that just didn’t work. I tried Acuvue Oasys, with and without hydroclear, Air Optic, Acuvue Dailies and Dailies Total 1 and the same thing would happen every time... They’re comfortable for a couple hours, and then they would fog over and get super uncomfortable, and SO. DRY. A friend of mine recommended Hubble and I thought, why not?! It’s been 4 months now, and I don't regret it for ONE moment! I’m so grateful to have found something I can wear every day now, and be lubricated and comfortable!     E-mailed to cancel subscription. Received e-mail confirming cancellation however still charged my checking account $36. I did not receive the contacts anyway. E-mailed again to verify cancellation was informed once again that my account was cancelled. Was charged another $36 and was told could not receive refund because contacts were already shipped. Was told I could get a return label emailed to me to return contacts to receive refund. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible.

    I went to my optometrist today because I have been experiencing very light-sensitive, irritated, and dry eyes, for the last six months. I have used daily Hubble Contacts for about a year. I was pleased with the affordability of the brand. When visiting my optometrist today she noticed also that my eyes were extremely agitated. The corneas had blood vessels surrounding them. She let me know that the Hubble brand was not great for eyes. We went through pictures and scans and I could actually see what the Hubble Contacts were doing to my eyes. Buyer beware of long term usage of this brand.

    I was unsure whether or not to try Hubble Contacts, but I am so glad I did! The monthly subscription is super helpful as I was always the person to forget to reorder my contacts until it was too late and I was stuck without contacts for a while. Luckily with Hubble, I don't have to worry about that because they ship contacts monthly and always before I run out of the last shipment. The contact are just as nice as any other brand that I had worn and I really enjoy the dailies more than the biweekly ones that I was using previously. Also great pricing!

    I initially only signed up for a free trial, thinking I would cancel right after. But after trying them I decided to go ahead and subscribe. Overall, I am a satisfied customer! Lately, some of the contacts seem to be too thin (?) or just aren't good and I toss them without using.     I’ve tried a couple of brands for contacts, and this is the only one I’ve had success with. The contacts are comfortable and feel sturdy enough that they don’t take long to put in. I usually use them with eye drops, but they don’t irritate my eyes much if I forget to put eye drops in.

    I’m more of a glasses guy myself, but do occasionally need contacts for sports activities or events where glasses won’t go with an outfit.     I have been wearing contacts for almost 25 years now and usually order direct from my optometrist. The prices are always much higher but it's a good quality product. I took a chance on Hubble and although the quality isn't quite the same as some other ones I've used recently, it is great for the price I pay. I find they get dry quickly but nothing some drops can't help with. I've had a couple tear when putting them in but just learned to be more careful and no issues since. I will continue to order.

    I used to have to pay over $80 for 3 pairs of Contacts through contacts.com. Once I discovered Hubble it was life changing. Now I’m paying a little over $30 for 15 pairs!     I tried Hubble because I kept seeing online advertising. I was initially skeptical because of how cheap a whole month of contacts were, but I am so glad I signed up.     I tried Hubble’s “first box free" contacts. I got my trial box, that should had been free only pay shipping, and I was charged for a month literally a day after they arrived in the mail, $40.00 CAD + $4.00 shipping CAD. I only noticed because I was looking at my credit card statement. When I called to cancel Hazel from the Philippines was customer service agent who kept interrupting me and literally is dense because she wouldn’t listen and had no explanation as to why I was charged when I was supposed to have first month free! I’m still waiting for a call back from a superior!

    I was scammed into a month's shipment without knowing the product's quality. Hubble’s contacts are made from old Technology and their contacts are not permeable and irritate your eyes! I used Acuvue Oasys and they are very comfortable. Can't even tell they're in your eye. Trying Hubble's contacts caused so much irritation and discomfort. They irritated eyes so much that they were red and I could barely see! I wouldn’t even try to sell the ones I have left to anyone in good Conscience. Hubble Contacts is ripping people off. I do not recommend them at all!

    Figured I'd give this company a shot. I am a Canadian resident and it clearly states on their website that it is $40.00 CAD + $4.00 shipping CAD. I got my trial pair, and I was charged for a month literally a day after they arrived in the mail, so I was unable to even try them out. Just got suckered into a month's shipment without knowing the product's quality. I used Acuvue Oasys and they are very comfortable. Can't even tell they're in your eye. Trying these, caused so much irritation and discomfort. They weren't as sharp as the Acuvues and irritated my right eye so much that it got red.

    My second complaint is that instead of charging me $44.00 CAD as expected, they charged me $44.00 USD which resulted in just a little over $60.00 CAD based off today's exchange rates. Not okay. Upon attempting to resolve the issue with the company, they insisted they charged me in Canadian, whereas my PayPal statement clearly shows it was charged in USD. They had absolutely no remorse and did not offer to fix the charge or admit fault. Upon telling them I wanted to cancel, they said... "I'm so sorry to hear you don't want to continue as a Hubble customer. To cancel, just give our cancellation line a call at 1-844-746-9060, between the hours of 9AM and 5PM EST, MONDAYS - FRIDAYS excluding Federal Holidays. Thanks so much for giving us a try. Thanks.”

    Kristofer ** is the "Customer Experience Team representative" I spoke with. Had to open a PayPal dispute (Literally just for the principle of this all. It's not okay to overcharge and deny fault. Terrible business practice and should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. God knows how many people they may have unknowingly scammed. Cancelling today and immediately spending much more for a much more pleasant experience with Acuvue.

    Signed up for a ten day trial. My prescription had only a few days left on it. Like many others have mentioned they make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to cancel. You can only do it by phone and during limited hours. The lenses were not marked so I didn’t know which were the right or left eye. They had said that once the prescription expired would contact you before refilling the RX. So although I have not read about them automatically sending a subscription, I wasn’t particularly worried because it is illegal to refill an expired prescription. However within two weeks I have a $36 charge on my credit card. In less than a month after that another $36 charge. Please be forewarned. I still haven’t finished fighting with them over this. Don’t fall for it and by the way the contacts are awful.

    From my experience, Hubble Contact lenses are extremely good value for money, and have a good system for subscribing to receive contact lenses every month/every 2 months. They are really reliable, I always receive my contact lenses for when I need them so I never go a day without.     These liars make it seem as if the trial is only $3 for shipping! In actuality they will charge you $39 even if you change your shipment and frequency dates! They don’t have the integrity to tell you the truth upfront and they will say it’s your fault with your bank and force you to keep the contacts even if you return the package unopened and paid for shipping! The trial pack gave me an EYE INFECTION which is why I decided to discontinue! It is a scam! There is a different company that doesn’t jip you that is less expensive and better quality! Don’t do it!     Since December I have been trying to contact Hubble to cancel my subscription and have been unable to get in touch with anyone, the phone line went dead or it would just disconnect from me. I called from a work phone so you can't say it was a signal issue. Anyways I have sent multiple emails and you would think since I said in every issue I couldn't get through they would find someone to contact me instead, to assist me but no. I finally got a hold of someone today and she canceled it but didn't offer a refund of the charges they refused to help me with, what am I to do with 72$ worth of contacts I didn't want.     Contacts are thin and comfortable. Reasonably priced and the delivery is convenient. The problem is that I don’t wear contacts every day, or even every week, the longest lag I’m able to set between orders is 56 days so I’m stacking up boxes much faster than I can go through them. Hopefully I am able to put my account on hold at some point or I may need to cancel my subscription.

    I had trouble with expensive name-brand contacts for YEARS before trying Hubble Contacts and I am IN LOVE. I will never go back to monthly contacts again. I used to wear Bausch+Lomb contacts and I'd try switching my solution, washing them constantly, switching my cases, etc. I never could get comfortable in monthly contacts. I do wish that Hubble Contacts offered a biweekly option, though I think they should improve upon the daily offering first. I find that after a day, the lens feel uncomfortable sitting in my eye and rewetting drops don't alleviate the issue.

    STAY AWAY from this company, all of the negative reviews are accurate. I don't even wear disposable contacts, never opened the boxes and they won't refund upon return. HUGE regret that I fell for the free trial, I thought it was for an extended wear pair because that's what my prescription is for. They take $36.00 every month for a prescription that isn't even close to mine. Doubt this was verified with my doctor, he would have never allowed it since they can't match my astigmatism prescription. But somehow they were still good billing me ongoing and sending a box of something.

    First of all, I was sent the wrong prescription. I had to pay to have the correct ones delivered. Also, I canceled my next two months right away so I could have adequate time to check them out before deciding whether to continue with them. Apparently my account was reset when they sent the replacement contacts. It negated my skipped months and they sent me more contacts AND charged me. And REFUSED to give me my money back! How would I know that I needed to go back in and skip the next two months AGAIN!? The worst customer service ever.

    Switching to Hubble has been the best subscription service I've ever chosen. Aside from finding an optometrist that works with Hubble, the entire process is convenient and cost effective.     I have had Hubble for over a year now and I have been very satisfied with my experience, it has made getting contacts easy and I can update my subscription at any time. If I need more or less it's an easy update. I did have a harder time when my prescription expired. I needed to create a new account to restart the deliveries but their customer service was helpful with that. Overall would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for comfortable, affordable daily contacts!

    I enjoy getting my contacts sent to my home. Overall the contacts are pretty good. However for every month supply I may lose 3-5 sets due to them being blurry or ripped so it irritates my eyes. For the price I suppose that is okay. Other than that Hubble is dependable on convenience and time. Quality is about a B+.

    I have switched contact brands 6 times in the past year, and then I found Hubble. These lenses are very comfortable. I have long nails and I use to rip at least 5 contacts a week, the durability of these contacts was very impressive. I have not ripped one pair while placing them in my eyes. I’ve never “lost” a contact in my eye since I started my Hubble subscription. Their contacts are very durable while at the same time I feel absolutely nothing in my eyes.

    When I moved from Florida to Arizona I forgot to change my address with them. I was 4 days away from being glasses bound. Thanks to Hubble’s almost immediate email response I was glasses free. My contacts were in Arizona within 3 days. I highly recommend Hubble to all contact wears. I personally couldn’t be happier!

    I’ve tried a few brands of contact lenses and most have been uncomfortable, expensive or both. I decided to try Hubble after doing a bit of research and noticing that most reviews were positive. What got me was how easy it is to order and customize your frequency of delivery. The price is affordable for daily disposable contacts and the lenses are very comfortable and definitely last longer than others.

    The customizable delivery service men said don't have to worry about having without contact lenses for each month.     My 11 yr old daughter have been using Hubble for about 3 months now. She hasn't complained once about the fit. The price is nice and she doesn't have to worry about trying to clean lens at her age.The only thing I have notice (I'm 39) is Hubble seems to be a little dry toward the end of the day, around 8 pm. I am not on the computer much during a shift, but when I have paperwork days, I have stopped wearing them on heavy computer days. It's not terrible and could possibly be just me, or just need a little wetting solution to solve the issue. It's a minor issue.

    Hubble is a great company. They make a very good product. My vision is clear wearing them. It is great to be able to wear new contacts every day at a good price. I recommend to any one. Before getting Hubble I had to clean my contacts twice a day. Now all I have to do is put new ones in and throw old ones away. It is also great not to have to worry about ordering. Hubble arrives in mailbox every month with me not having to worry with ordering. I love Hubble.

    The first time they contacted my doctor but that subscription didn't work so I contacted Hubble in plenty of time (over a month) before my next mailing. They didn't contact doctor to change my subscription so they sent me contacts I can't use. I ask for a refund and the lady said, "O no we don't give you refunds." So now I have contacts I can't use. Buyer Beware!

    I don't normally click on ads in my FB feed on my phone, but I gave this company a shot because the intro deal was worth giving them a shot. I received my "free" contact lenses quickly but was still in the middle of my current monthlies so I put them away for a later date. A week or two later, I received more lenses and noticed that they had charged me $35. This kind of business practice is shady - especially when there is no explicit agreement. When executing this on the phone, there was nowhere to mention that they would be drilling into my bank account at will. When I get around to trying these lenses, even if they're the greatest lenses I've ever worn, I'll never spend another cent at this shady place. They refused to refund and claimed that since they put a paragraph in light gray font at the bottom of my confirmation email that this excuses their business practices. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY.

    The contacts themselves are pretty good quality. I do have issues sometimes with them not feeling super comfortable after a long day (either burning or feeling very dry), but day-to-day no major complaints. The reason I pay for Hubble is the convenience of having dailies shipped to my door. I would love for Hubble to add an option (or maybe I'm just unaware of it) to purchase more cost-effective longer-term contacts (like weekly or biweekly), since I do wear contacts every day, but this works for now. I would also love the ability to cancel my subscription through my profile online, but also not a big detractor. Overall, pretty good, the only reasons I didn't rate 5 out of 5 stars are because of the missing features I'd listed above. Definitely would recommend for people who wear contacts infrequently!

    These contacts offer a significant cost savings over other daily lenses. I have been a contact lens wearer for 30 years and have sensitive dry eyes. These lenses were much more comfortable even after 16 hours of wear than other brands. I experience less dryness than with the other brands I’ve tried over the years. Also their customer service is amazing. I wanted to change my frequency - they completed this change for me instantly as well as sending me a month free. I also did cancel at one point for about six months - I had no issues whatsoever with this. I was not charged and did not receive product during this time. I highly recommend.

    They say that you can cancel the subscription or you will get charged monthly. When I emailed to cancel the subscription I was charged $36 when it hasn’t been a month yet! They are liars and will deceive you. Don’t do it unless you want them to continue to charge your card!!!

    I’ve worn contacts for over 15 years and have tried a lot of brands that are breathable to sleep in but since I can just throw these away and start with a fresh pair in the morning they’re just as easy! Even better for me because I don’t wear them every day. I usually wear contacts 2-3 days a week and glasses the rest of the time so these are perfect for me. I also love the convenience of delivery and skipping a month if I have too many leftover. Recommend!

    I’ve been wearing contact lenses for 8+ years. So the hubble ad and decided to get the free trial knowing about the subscription which wasn’t the problem. The problem was that when I received the lenses and tried them on. They were very uncomfortable and they would start irritating after only a few hours! I contacted the customer service to cancel my subscription who was very help. But on that same day I received a parcel in a brown box not looking at the side of the box I opened it only to realize my Hubble contacts had arrived. So I told them that I would be returning it to them however they then said they can’t receive returns if the OUTER package is opened.

    I mean how absurd is that? Which company does that? So now not only have I paid £27 for contact lenses but I will not be using them! I will stick with my current provider who is DAY SOFT CONTACT LENSES. In the end thinking their customer service was good they didn’t really help my situation. The woman actually said, "Is there anything else?" and cut the line.

    I saw the ad for Hubble Contacts on Facebook. I decided to try them since they were free for the first month. I have been wearing contact lenses for 34 years, so I can say that I was pleased with the performance of these lenses. They are super cheap and wear very well.     Hubble Contacts work great for me! They feel great to wear, no drying out my eyes like my monthly contacts, and they are at a fair price point. It is a little tricky to find how to cancel (it would be nice if you could do it online in your account, but you have to call in) but once you find the correct number to call their customer service was friendly and helpful.     Since switching to Hubble to order my contacts I now don't have to worry about them. I was previously going to my nearest opticians and ordering contacts as I go, which made it a bit of a hassle on my end. Now I can see when my next order is coming through on their website and can opt out of receiving them one month if I don't need them, which is my favourite option as I don't feel as restricted within the standing order.     I have super dry eyes that are easily irritated, and these contacts destroy the competition in comfort. I used to use monthly contacts, but switched to Hubble when I saw the price and wanted to try dailies. They’re even great for people who wear glasses often (to work), but want something comfortable when they go out or are active. I like the dailies because I only use however many pairs I need. I don’t feel like I’m “wasting” a pair, like how I felt when I only wore my monthly contacts a couple times per month. My only complaint about Hubble is that if you have astigmatism, like I do, your vision won’t be perfect. Everything is clear, but a little “wonky.” I really hope they make contacts for astigmatism soon!

    This subscription-based product is gold. They are way more affordable (letting me use my insurance to pay for glasses yearly), more comfortable than the Biotrue lenses my doctor suggested, and so much more convenient. If you have a Health Savings Account, you can set up your subscription to come out of that (which is amazing because my employer matches contributions to my HSA). I never run out because they always show up in the mail at the right time. My husband uses it and this is his first time with contacts! Thanks Hubble!

    I ordered the trial and was automatically charged for a reoccurring subscription. After the first delivery, I tried to unsubscribe by email and phone call where I had to leave a voice message. I have proof of the original email, however, after 6 months without delivery I find a charge on my credit card. Again, I call to no one answering the call and send another email. Manuel **, Customer Experience Team, responded to today's email saying I never cancelled and the records he provided are totally bogus showing I chose to 'skip' my monthly orders. How weird since I have not been on their website since August 6, 2018. Today is February 18, 2019!

    I have been a Hubble Contact Lens user for almost a year now and my eyes are doing well. Happy eyes!! If you take care of anything it should be your eyes that rank up high on that list! With Hubble Contacts you put a new fresh pair in every day. What could be better? The packaging is compact and appealing, arriving in my mailbox once a month. The contacts go in with normal ease and my eyes love them!! My eyes look healthy and clear. I have glaucoma and take eye drops every night before bed and I believe that using daily use contacts has been a big part of my excellent eye health. The cost is reasonable for the convenience and for just always having a spare pair if one goes down the drain! (Always a worry.) Most importantly though, if you care about your eyes, Hubble Contacts are for you!
