    I have been happy with my Hubble Contacts. I figured I’d give the free trial a chance just to see. It turns out it’s been the change I needed. This is the first time I’ve tried daily contacts and I think they’ve saved my chances of wearing contacts long term. I was terrible at changing out my contacts when they were supposed to so that turned into me wearing them for far too long and damaging my eyes in the process so now my eyes haven’t felt better since I am now wearing fresh contacts everyday. I have worn them for upwards of 18 hrs some days and still feel comfortable at the end of the day. Can’t be anymore happy with my experience.

    Hubble offers a free trial of 30 lenses, which is how it gets people to subscribe. However, the lenses are poor quality and uncomfortable. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel and only allow you to call them during very narrow business hours. I tried to cancel and they still shipped me a box. Would not recommend.

    I was drawn into subscribing to these after reading the free trial box and price. After two annoying encounters with customer service about charging me twice a month and refusing to cancel or letting me return the second shipment I was already annoyed with this company. Besides that I had also started noticing how blurred my vision became once I put the lenses on and how uncomfortable they felt immediately and started to worry it was my eyesight and not the contact lenses.

    One month I really needed emergency backup contacts and Hubble couldn’t rush the shipment so I ended up going back to 1800-Contacts and ordering my Acuvue which I got the next day. This is when I noticed how comfortable and breathable my old lenses were and it was then when I definitely knew that Hubble contacts were not good. For a year I was wearing the most uncomfortable lenses and now I fear I may have damaged the cornea from one eye. Please DO NOT sacrifice the health of your eyes for saving money just like I did.

    First thing is the ordering process was easy. The contacts are comfortable. But 2 times now I have ordered and was billed immediately to my card (they are quick to send you about half a dozen emails if your credit card is declined) but as soon as the funds were available they took them out and then didn't send the contacts. This happened not only with the free trial but with a monthly prescription as well where I had to be "on top" of them for not sending. I have back up lenses so this wasn't an issue but if I didn't I would essentially be blind for a few days. Both accounts I had to write their customer service which gave a quick and limited response and suddenly a few days later my contacts came. The inconsistency of the brand makes me weary to continue the service with them but for now let's see what next month brings.

    I saw a promo for daily wear contacts for $3. I signed up for the promotion, received the contacts and at that point was slightly impressed with the service...until I happen to be scrolling through my spam and saw email from Hubble saying something about a subscription. Upon investigation I discovered that I was enrolled for reoccurring monthly charges for contacts that I was completely unaware of... I must have overlooked the small print! At any rate I contacted Hubble immediately which happen to be the day that I was charged & contacts were to be mailed out.

    Their office was closed. So I emailed & ask for them to cancel. I received a couple of emails basically saying I needed to call during office hrs to cancel. Called the next day & was told basically that it's not their fault & no refund will be given...period! So I feel deceived and I dont know where in the promo it stated they would keep your credit card info for future purchases so I'm sure it was not straightforward as it should be.

    I started using Hubble about a year ago and it's been a great experience overall. When I've had issues with contacts, they've resolved my problem quickly. If I needed to get my shipment sooner than expected, they've been able to accommodate. The product is great and the customer service is great and all at an affordable price. You can't beat it!

    It was such an easy process to get my Hubble contact lenses about a year ago, and I haven’t had any issues since. When I was wearing glasses more and didn’t need as many lenses, I could pause Hubble for an extra month. When I was running low on lenses and forgot to order in time, Hubble has always gotten me my lenses in a pinch (usually less than 4 days!). Hubble is so convenient and the daily lenses have always worked great for me. I will continue to use Hubble for as long as possible!

    I've been with Hubble for a while now and absolutely love it. I came across the advertisement on Facebook and tried the free trial. I love these contacts because they are easy to order and updating your order is effortless. I did try another brand at one point but they didn't feel great as my Hubble contacts do. You can easily move your delivery date if needed, I've had a great experience and don't plan on changing.

    I ordered these initially on a free trial, at first they seemed very good but after a few months of using them I’ve found they make my eyes dry and can feel them in after a couple of hours of using them. I don’t like the fact that you can only cancel via a phone call even though you sign up online.

    I had been using monthly contacts for years and I always had problems with them scratching, getting dirty in solution, and being uncomfortable. I switched to Hubble about a year ago and daily contacts are so much better. I don't have to worry about infections and icky stuff in my contact case. I just put them in and go. I like that Hubble contacts my eye care provider and the lenses just show up at my door.

    I have had a great experience with Hubble Contacts. I love the design of the boxes, and the lenses themselves are comfortable and good quality. I have been a customer of Hubble for the past 8 months, and haven't had a single contact tear or break while either trying to put the contact in or when it is already in my eye.

    I started using Hubble contacts early last year. I started with the free trial and they were okay, the only reason why I decided to use them is because they were cheaper. In December 2018, I got insurance which covered the good contact lens brands so I called, cancelled my subscription. The lady I talked to, tried talking me out of it for about 5 minutes and she hardly spoke any English. It was very difficult to understand her.

    Finally my account was cancelled and I received an email confirming. Well, for the month of January 2019 I was charged. Since there’s no longer a number to call and get help, you have to inconveniently email and wait for a response. I waited a week for a response and finally got one saying that I would not receive a refund and that my account is still active. They will not give me a number to call to speak to someone so I’m not really sure how I’m supposed to get my money back. Worst customer service ever. I hope this helps. I would not advise anyone to order contacts through them.

    SO Sketchy!!! Sketchy because when you're signing up from your phone, most likely people are seeing the ad on their cell phone in fine print because it's so tiny (I mean customers do have vision problems right? That's why they are on this site...) that customers completely miss it and then get charged the monthly subscription! That is total corporate dishonesty and I hate companies who try to make money like this. The subscription price should be stated in the beginning not at the end of your purchase in fine print. Not cool!!! Plus keep reading other reviews. People are really dissatisfied with the quality of lenses too.

    I wanted to try out Hubble since they give the free trial. I'm on day 3 and noticed the left contact lens makes my eye very dry and feels like I need to take it out and re-moisten it. Not a fan. I'll be going back to Acuvue for my regular lenses.

    Got the first free order - these contacts make my eyes really dry and just feel weird in my eyes. I've been using contacts for more than 15 years now and this is the first time I tried something this uncomfortable. The problem with the way they work - I got myself into subscription without realizing it. So got charged for another order after the initial free one. Sure, it's my fault - I should have read their scam in tiny letters they probably had somewhere on the first free order. Another bad part is that they make it impossible to cancel subscription online. You have to call them, their office hours are very limited. I feel scammed by these guys. Please don't even try their free order!!

    I terminated my subscription with Hubble and yet I was still being credited for unwanted contacts on September 4, 2018 and October 2, 2018. I called in and complained about the situation and was told that the customer service representative that I first spoke with did not terminate my subscription. I was then informed that I could return the unopened contacts with a provided return label and be issued a full refund. I returned the unopened items within two weeks after receiving them and as of today January 24, 2019 I have not received any follow-up emails, calls or refunds.

    Stay away from this company, it is a subscription based fraud. I filled out a form for a free sample, was told all I had to pay was shipping, 1 month later they charge me a fee for $36. Not only where the contact lenses they sent the wrong type because they never verifies with my doctor, but they never told me it was a subscription. Oh and good luck trying to cancel it, it's like a part time job.

    I found out about Hubble through Facebook. I was a little leery to order these, but the price was right and it seemed too easy to order. Well, they arrived and they have been a wonderful investment. I like that I am putting a fresh, new contact lens in each day. I have been ordering these for about 6 months.     I started wearing Hubble Contacts close to one year ago. I was hesitant because they weren't a brand I had ever heard of before, but I was eager to find something that was going to be convenient and comfortable. I am so happy I made the switch! My contacts consistently show up in plenty of time before I run out of the prior month. They are also extremely comfortable. I have always struggled with contacts getting too dry towards the end of the day and I don't have that issue with Hubble. I highly recommend giving Hubble a shot!

    The contacts were okay but not as good as others, I attempted to cancel my subscription and found out that there is no way to do so online and you must call. I tried calling the multiple times during their list hours and no one would answer my call so I was charged another $44 for another month of contacts that I did not want. Terrible customer service and a very scammy system set up to trap people in a subscription by making it difficult to cancel.

    I have been using contact lenses for almost 25 years now, so I have a LOT of experience with both the good and the bad. I have been on Daily Disposables for about 5 years or so now and love them! There is something nice about having a fresh pair every day and there is a lot of convenience when it comes to travel. I have found the lenses to be a good quality and I rarely have a lens that doesn't "feel right." One thing I find to be super helpful, especially in the morning with my eyes still waking up, is the imprint of the interior of the lens. If you hold the lens up to the light in front of you, the word "hub" is etched along the edge of the contact.

    If you can read the word correctly looking from the inside of the lens outward, then you know you will put those things in right every time. I used to have that in another brand years ago and have missed it until I got my Hubble lenses. I also enjoy the flexibility the company affords. If I know I am traveling and will be out of town during a scheduled delivery, it has never been a problem to call up and ask for them a week early (if I need some for the trip) or a week later if I have enough to cover me. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will be with them for a long, long time.

    Hubble contacts are the best I've ever used. Although I have a slight astigmatism, their regular contacts fit great and they're never uncomfortable! Not to mention the amazing price - they're the reason I haven't gone bankrupt! Plus the customer service is amazing; when Canada Post was on strike, I was worried that I wouldn't get my contacts in time. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement box for no extra charge! I can't say enough good things about this company.

    I'm so glad I switched over to using Hubble Contacts! They are great quality and I find them super comfortable! As well, most daily contacts on the market are so expensive so what I love about Hubble is that they go out of the way to make them affordable for the everyday buyer. The shipping is fast and very reliable and I never have to worry about looking out for shipping or tracking... The contacts are always in my mailbox before I run out of the next set! As well, if I have any questions or inquiries they reply really quickly so I'm never left in the dark. Would definitely recommend switching if you haven't already!

    Hubble is incredibly easy to use - just upload a copy of your prescription, wait until Hubble verifies it with your doctor, and then you’re good to go! Easy to modify how often you receive shipments, e.g., I was going on a trip and wanted to have extra contacts so I changed my settings so that I received my next shipment sooner. I’ve never had any issues with the contacts themselves - I tend to get very dry eyes by the end of the day and can wear these lenses comfortably all day.

    I really enjoy this service because it’s convenient for the busy lifestyle. It’s also way more affordable. I have pretty poor vision and often my contacts cost 90 dollars a box. So to pay monthly and cancel when I need to. Works perfectly for me. I am pretty satisfied with how fast the shipping is. It’s usually 2 days or less and the package is small enough to be left in a mailbox. All in all great company and product.

    I usually have a hard time with contacts either ripping or being uncomfortable while they're in. These are comfortable and durable, and they're also very cost effective for daily lenses. I prefer these over the Acuvue lenses that I used to wear. Managing my subscription is also easy--I can skip as many months as I need to if I find I'm not wearing them as frequently or if I can't afford contacts.

    My eye doctor recommended that I switch to daily lenses around two years ago. I started with Acuvue lenses and wasn’t super satisfied. The lenses felt great when I wore them, but when it was time to take them out it felt like I was trying to rip off a layer of my eye. So, when a friend suggested I try Hubble, I was on board for a change. The Hubble lenses felt just as good if not better than the Acuvue lenses but taking them out was so much less hassle. I absolutely love the lenses. I also like that it’s a monthly subscription which helps to spread the cost out in a more manageable way.

    When my prescription changed I did have a hard time getting it all sorted out. At one point my subscription just got canceled. I was offered a free month for the hassle, but after I had to start my subscription over completely I only got 2 weeks worth for free (the normal incentive for new subscribers). Although I was extremely frustrated with the process as a whole, the contacts themselves were 100% worth the hassle. I recommend these to everyone I know that currently needs corrective lenses.

    DO NOT BUY! These contacts ripped my cornea. They are made of old material and it does not supply enough oxygen to your eyes. I could barely see for 4 days while my cornea healed. When I tried to remove one of them it stuck to my eye. After multiple tries of trying to remove it, it must have finally come out on its own. The pain was unbearable and rushed to the eye doctor. He said that my cornea was ripped from these contacts.

    Misleading marketing ploy with the "free box for only $3 shipping fee". They don't wait for you to tell them if you like their product or not and want more before they start charging your account and sending you more lenses. For me, I received the incorrect prescription when I ordered the "free box trial" and just asked if I could at least exchange the boxes (which were unopened) for the correct prescription and I was told NO. In the meantime, they had also already billed me for the next month at full price and had already shipped so now I have yet another month's worth of contacts on their way that I cannot wear but I have been charged full price for. And again, they would not cancel the January order and are making me accept them even though they are not my prescription strength.

    I was told no refunds, no exchanges. Only cancellations. SO, I cancelled the service subscription I didn't realize I was signing up for at the time. I tried to take them up on their free trial box offer for $3 shipping charge. They not only already shipped a January supply but already had February and March charges lined up in their billing and delivery queue so if I hadn't called, I would have 3 months of daily lenses I couldn't even begin to wear instead of just the one month's worth.

    IF YOU'RE GOING TO TRY HUBBLE, make sure you are on your game and pay close attention to their website and communications about the "free box offer" or you will get skunked like I did. I cannot speak for the quality of the lenses because they won't let me exchange the prescription I received for the ones I need so I never got to try them but I certainly got to pay for them. What I can speak to is the LACK of integrity of Hubble in terms of not standing behind their product, not providing good customer service, and they do not practice or stand behind a satisfaction guarantee. For me, this last thing is scary given you are putting their contacts in your eyes!!

    I first tried to cancel with Hubble in September. They refused to cancel unless I call during business hours, which I can't do. I told them they don't have permission to charge my credit card and they still do it. Now they are still shipping on an expired prescription. This is a very very dishonest company that has extraordinarily poor customer service. And the lenses I get through my insurance are 10x better quality and cost me less. Don't waste time and money ordering from Hubble.

    These contacts are alright. Not amazing, not horrible. They get dry quicker than all other brands I've tried. But they are cheaper and more convenient than all other brands I've had. The point is, I can see and wear them from about 5am-7pm max comfortably.

    Hubble makes it so easy to get high quality, priced-right lenses delivered right to your door. The shipment frequency can be modified to fit your needs, which is really convenient. (I wear dailies but some days I wear glasses, so I can ship less frequently than every month and save even more money.) Currently, they offer shipments every 14, 28, 42, or 56 days. The actual contacts are comfortable and feel every bit as good as the ones I was previously getting from the eye doctor. You can also use your flex spending or HSA card as a payment option. If you are still on the fence, they offer a free box just to try them out. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who wears contacts and likes saving money!

    I have been having a terrible time over the last couple years finding contacts that do not irritate my eyes and last all day. My eye doctor suggested I try dailies instead of monthly contacts to reduce my issues. I had seen Hubble Contacts on Instagram and thought, "Why not?!" I have been using the contacts for about 5 months and I love having a fresh pair to wear everyday! Having them come directly to my home is amazing and I do not have to think about reordering or going without a pair. My eye irritation has significantly reduced and the contacts are comfortable to wear all day!

    I purchased these in as I was having issues with remembering to order or setting up an appt or having to drop into the eye doctor office then dealing with rude people on some days or parking uuuuu lame. Then I saw Hubble on my Instagram and said, "Let’s give it a try." Year later!!! My experience has been great.     I have been using Hubble Contacts for over a year now and find the service very convenient and at a very good price. I have found no significant difference using Hubble Contacts from the ones I used to get through my optometrist at a pretty substantially higher cost. They get delivered to my door on a schedule which I can adjust whenever I want. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

    I've been using Hubble Contacts for almost a year now and will continue to do so. The price point works for me and I like that I don't have to remember about re-ordering (something that I used to get behind on when I had to order them through my eye doctor). My eyes have tendencies to get dry so that is the only thing that I struggle with but it doesn't bother me enough to switch to different contacts.

    I love the convenience of receiving a subscription of contacts. I don't have to think about it and can easily bring extra pairs with me when I need them. The contacts dry out for me, however. I also wish it was more eco-friendly - but the packaging and microplastics are definitely not.

    Satisfied w the product, the contacts work well enough, my biggest complaint is that they can be drying (like all contacts). The autopay option is convenient, though there have been instances of delayed delivery and I’ve gone days w/o contacts as a result. Sometimes the contacts do dry out and pop out of my eye, which can be frustrating. Paying about $1.47/pair.

    I ordered a trial 2-week contact lens shipment. I did not recognize when doing this that this was also starting a recurring monthly subscription. Customers are not able to cancel a subscription online, and must call to cancel. I called Hubble to both cancel the subscription, and return the unopened contact lenses boxes I received a few days earlier. While Hubble states they would cancel the subscription, they would not refund my money or accept a return for the unopened contact lenses, and directed me to their terms of service.

    A company that stands behind their product would recognize that a reasonable consumer may not realize they are subscribing for a monthly subscription when paying $3 for a two-week trial. Instead of asking considerate questions about why I didn't want to continue using Hubble, they had their customer service agent all prepped with their responses for justifying not allowing customers to return contacts they unknowingly purchased. I would have considered Hubble down the road, but I had received a great deal on Total Dailies for my first year. I hope the $36 Hubble clutched onto from their one box was worth losing a customer for good, and the negative reviews generated from this experience.

    Hubble has been consistently great, I started ordering them maybe a year ago. Service is great, the payment comes out monthly and they are always delivered within a couple of days. No more worries in terms of forgetting to order and running out. From a wear perspective the prescription is fine, they are comfortable - however can dry out a little by the end of the day!

    I've been using Hubble Contacts for about a year now. I've had no problems and the service has been reliable. Now understand, I don't have any extraordinary eye problems: I'm just nearsighted. It irks me to no end that if I want contacts, I have to go to an optometrist every year and get a new prescription, even though I know nothing has changed. When regular health insurance doesn't cover eye health, this means I either have to purchase eye insurance (which is always very limited in its coverage) or pay out of pocket. Then I have to pay for all the contacts. (Which often are barely covered by insurance if at all... But hey I get a $35 refund... Yay?)

    So when I saw consumer warnings that they don't verify prescriptions, all I could think is, "I don't have a problem with that! I just moved. I'm not interested in finding another optometrist and paying a ton of money when I know nothing has changed with my eyes this year. Good for Hubble!" But the FDA! It's not legal! Whatever. If it was that important, it would be covered under regular medical insurance. But it's not. So I don't care what the regulations are.

    Another warning spoke against them because they use an obsolete material. (This page has their own products to sell.) But since I change my contacts every day and only wear them 5 days a week (or less if my allergies are giving me problems), this doesn't really concern me. And when I'm not wearing Hubble, I wear Zenni glasses... Another non-verified company that does excellent and affordable work! Plus, since I don't wear them every day, I've accumulated a small stockpile, so I love that I can save a little money by placing the service on hold for a month or two. So all this to say, I am happy with Hubble Contacts. If you're like me, go for it. If you have more serious problems, or money is not a concern, or you love overreaching government regulations, then avoid them.

    I'm horrible about reordering contacts and end up wearing them too long. So happy I found Hubble! No reorder worries, be lenses every day! Plus, customer service is great! When I moved, one month's package was lost in the mail; Hubble replaced it without any fuss.     I have been wearing contacts for twenty plus years and, until recently, used the same brand the whole time. I could never find another brand that was as comfortable and easy to wear.     As someone who is new to contact lenses I was drawn to the options of having them delivered to my house and not having to go pick them out myself. It was a perfect choice. Hubble is reliable, I know I will get my contacts just in time, never have to worry about running out. :) I tried some high street brands before this and none were as comfortable as Hubble. They don't dry out or move around. This is really important as I work with computers and that tends to dry out my eyes, but Hubble lenses get me through the day without blinking. :)

    The problem I’m having is that we didn’t order anything else from them, they shipped contact lenses to us without our permission. One persons said we could ship the box back as long as it was unopened and then somebody we talked to said the rules have changed. This was supposed to be a one time deal only.     Don't get the Hubble free trial pair even if you cancel or call when you receive them and if you can't hear the trial pair or don't want the service for whatever reason you WILL be charged $36.00 a month for 1 year! They will say you will not be charged but then they will charge you. After you are charged they will say it is against their policy to refund anyone, even if it is Hubble's fault. Then they will say they can't find any record of your call, even if you have the call logs and recording you to self. Hubble tried to charge me 30 times last month and I didn't have the money and they kept trying, then on Dec 31st I got paid and they took the $36.00 the second my pay hit.

    I called as soon as this happened and they claim they have already shipped out contacts, and that they will not accept refunds, nor give returns. So they either shipped those contacts within the 2 mi urs of taking that money from my card and shipped them that very second. After all the attempts to stop this company I have had no luck! I am so upset. I even sent screenshots of their very tiny fine print about if you get the free trial you are automatically charged $39.00 every month for 1 year. Well I had a funny feeling so I called and they said I called before the 16 days had ended and I would not be charged... still charged! And on the other side I have not received anything at all from this company after the trial pair.

    I have worn contacts for years and for years. I have always run out, or lost a lens (of my monthly pair) and have ended up screwed. However, now with Hubble not only do I get my contacts delivered to my door (on time and automatically so I don't need to remember) they are also daily contacts so if I lose lens it doesn't matter! They are also comfortable and most of all AFFORDABLE, these lenses won't break the bank!

    The contacts Hubble sells are made from an old material (developed in the 1980s) manufactured by a factory in Taiwan. I found them to be uncomfortable to wear; they dried out my eyes. I talked to my optometrist and found out that Hubble contacts are made from methafilcon A - an extremely harmful material that has been discontinued by most companies. My cornea was damaged after wearing them for only 1 week. Apart from all of this, I also found out that Hubble didn't actually check my prescription with my optometrist, which is illegal and dangerous. There are other companies like Sightbox which offer great prices on safe, proven contact brands like Acuvue.

    I was misled to believe I was only getting a free trial of contacts from this company. They sneakily signed me up for a membership and charged me a non-refundable $36.00. When requesting a refund I was told the contacts already shipped and because they were considered a medical device they were non-refundable. While the representative was on the phone I tracked the package to find out only a shipping label was created and the contacts had not left. This company is a scam. These contacts are the worst fitting contacts I have ever worn in 30 years of wearing contacts. Don't waste your time or money.

    Incredibly convenient for the contacts to be mailed directly to you and to be able to avoid the time/cost of storing overnight with dailies. Not sure if it's because they are dailies and different materials but the contacts don't seem to sit on my eyes the best. They fall out more often than my previous contacts and are hit/miss when putting them in if they are correct or not. Overall decent experience to hold me over until I get Lasik.

    I was getting annoyed with driving out of the way and going into a store I never go to for anything else to get contacts. They also never kept any in stock so I had to call and preorder. A friend started using Hubble and suggested it to me. It wasn't available in Canada at that time. I checked back a while later and it was available so I figured I might as well try out a free box. I was not disappointed! Contacts delivered to your home. They are comfortable and packaged well.

    Customer service is very quick to respond and very helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is the scheduling part of the website. If you push your order out more than once and then realize you need some when you didn't think you did you have to email them to fix the schedule. They are very quick to respond but it would be nice to be able to do this on my own. (If you are consistent with your contact usage and are on a regular schedule this won't affect you - just if you go through more sometimes than others.) All in all - I won't be going back to buying contacts from a store.

    I was using Bausch & Lomb BioTrue daily contacts with no issue when I came across a free trial of Hubble so I figured I would give them a try. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the contacts. Every now and then I get a contact that doesn't feel quite right in one of my eyes so I have to throw it out and open a new one. Not sure if this is an issue with the contacts or just an issue with my eyes? I like always having a supply of contacts delivered to my door monthly.

    I was reluctant to buy these contacts due to mixed reviews, but it’s definitely a lot easier for me to pay $36/month (price includes shipping) vs. several hundreds of dollars at one time. I haven’t had any issues with the contacts. They work just like other contacts I’ve ordered online or gotten through my doctor’s office. It’s easy to skip an order if you need to. Unfortunately, the contacts did not work for my husband though, which is why I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5. Hubble doesn’t ask for all the sizing information, so it’s kind of a standard one-size-fits-all, which may not work for everyone. Keep that in mind. But they do offer a free trial for your first order, so it’s a nice way to try things out. I hope that one day they’ll offer other sizes, so my husband can use their service too. I’ve been very happy with them!

    I’ve been wearing contacts since 2013, (Biofinity biweekly) I have tried other top brands but my eyes are so sensitive that even the biweekly ones weren’t good enough, after a week my eyes would hurt or burn and I used special contact solution and a 6 hour soak method to clean them. I wanted one day contacts but those are sooo expensive! I found Hubble through an Instagram ad. They sent me an entire first month for FREE! It took me a couple days to absolutely love them! The best thing I can decide how often I want my contacts. I don’t wear contacts everyday so I set it for every 55 days. I typically wear them almost everyday during the summer. I wear them in the pool, and beach.

    One time I actually went away for a couple days and I only had the pair I was already wearing and I forgot the rest. I went to the drug store and bought a contact case and solution and I wore them for a few more days and my eyes were fine. I did use eye drops for contact wearers because my eyes were a bit dry. I recommend these contacts to everyone! AFFORDABLE PRICE and disposable! Plus no more worrying about running out of contact solution.

    I started using Hubble about 5 months ago and I’m so happy I did! I have an astigmatism and in order to get the specialty contacts I needed through my own doctor/insurance it was going to cost me over $200 a month! Hubble was a great solution for cheap one a day contacts that are still great quality. I can’t wear them at night (due to the astigmatism) but I’m completely fine with that and really only need them during the day. They are seriously the best offer for contacts out there. Also the packaging is super cute. If you listen to podcasts, they might be sponsored by Hubble and you can get a discount code! That’s how I started my subscription. I can’t see myself switching to any other contact brand.

    ★DO NOT BUY★ Long time contact user. Not only do they HURT, they're also not quite the right prescription (Acuvue if the exact same Rx work perfectly). They're expensive. Check out EzContacts for comparison. I got 90 days for $35 vs 30 days for $36. When you decide to cancel, they might not actually cancel the first time you ask. You'll get yet another box, for another $36. Go ahead and send back that box, unopened as soon as you get it. They won't refund you the money (keep the tracking #).

    Call and ask about your refund. They'll "fix it" by refunding you $8. Yeah, you read it right. Eight bucks. You'll pay them $28 for the privilege of looking at a box and sending it back. In sum, I've spent $75. (15 trial pair($3) and two 30 day boxes at $36 each.) And I'll have gotten a refund of $16.     I have only been using Hubble Contacts for a short time, but I love them, I am very lazy when it comes to cleaning my monthly contacts, so I was looking for affordable daily contacts when I stumbled across Hubble on Facebook, I did the free trial and found them so comfortable, that decided to cancel my monthly ones and stick with Hubble, they always arrive on time, and every time I have had a question the customer service team was able to help. The only not so good thing for me was that when I signed up for the free trial you are actually signing up for the monthly deal, you can still cancel if you are not happy, but for me, that scared me at first. Anyway, I'm happy with my contacts and the service I have received, and 100% recommend it.

    Hubble Contacts sent me an order of lenses from an expired prescription which should have been illegal. They claimed to have verified my prescription but if they had, they would have found my vision changed and so they blamed it on my doctor's office. I did not know something was wrong until I put on the first pair, and that's when my nightmare began. I contacted them and requested an exchange or refund, but per their policy, because I opened it, they refused to refund. It wasn't until after further examination of the boxes that I found they sent an incorrect prescription. They still refused to refund me. After back-and-forthing, they finally agreed, but if I paid shipping. So I agreed and they then said they didn't carry my prescription. Petty. Customer service and satisfaction was poor. Lenses were a poor quality. I'll never buy their products or recommend their service again.

    Ordered a 2 week or a month free trial (can’t remember length of trial) in October. Tried them for 2 days and they made my eyes so dry compared to my usual dailies, I emailed the company to cancel my subscription to Hubble. They said they understood and I only had to pay the $3 shipping. Today, December 19th, I received a full month’s shipment and was charged for it. I called, and the phone operator said that my October email return and opt-out was invalid because I could only cancel by phone. (???)

    PHONE operator said she’d EMAIL me a return address. I asked phone operator how long after they received the return lenses my account would be refunded. She said that I had to EMAIL the company (no phone calls, please) to cancel and tell them I wanted a refund and to email them within 5-10 business days or 2-3 weeks after they received them. If I don’t follow up via email, there’s no refund. This is a dot.com startup and they use technologically old lens materials from Taiwan. They are being sued by thousands of Doctors for not verifying proper prescriptions. (Google the above). I hope they end up like Theranos.

    After many years of wearing different contact lenses from well-known opticians and online retailers, I was never quite satisfied with them. But then I saw an advert for Hubble on Facebook and thought I’d give them a go, and I’m so glad I did. The great thing about them is that I can’t feel them in my eyes, unlike every other contact lens I’ve worn! I can also wear them up to 12 hours (sometimes more) and they still feel fine.     I’ve thoroughly enjoyed wearing the contact lenses provided by Hubble. Though, I think that they might be able to improve the quality a bit more because after wearing them for a couple of hours, my eyes start feeling drowsy even though I’m not sleepy. So I think that’s something. But apart from that I think they’re really good and easily available.

    I started ordering with Hubble because finding the time to go pick up contacts was always a difficult task. I used Costco because they were cheap, but they required I order in person AND come back 3 days later to pick up my order. Not convenient. Not to mention, I was ordering the 30-day contacts, but I would usually have to change them every 2 weeks, or I would most likely develop an eye infection. So I was paying for a supply I wasn't able to use. Hubble makes all those concerns void. I don't have even have to remember to order them, they are automatic. They are cheap, much cheaper than I was paying. If I need to skip a month, I can log in and do so. If I need to update my prescription, I can do it myself on my account. I love that they come straight to my door.

    My ONLY complaint (and it's small) is that the perforations separating each contact package within a strip is not always punched the best. Sometimes when I rip one off, I don't realize I'm ripping part of another package, and the other contact dries out and is unusable. This used to occur 1-2 times an order, but I started tearing them more carefully.

    My biggest hangup about trying Hubble was that the contacts would arrive and somehow not fit or be the right prescription - but my order was perfect. I love the convenience of being able to throw a strip of Hubbles in every bag I own, and my eyes feel healthy and clear. Automated delivery is a breeze. Maybe Hubble could offer colored contacts in the future, how fun!

    Hubble Contacts provides a great product, and a great service at a very competitive price. The contacts cost $30 dollars a month, and always come automatically, and on time. Since they're daily contacts lenses they are extremely thin, and Hubble does a great job of sourcing a flexible, comfortable, and safe contact lens. I've been using their lenses for about a year, without any problems.

    I’ve been wearing contacts since I was in high school, and that makes me a contact lens wearer for about 15 years. So, I’ve tried out many brands. I came across Hubble Contacts online, and after wearing my first set the day they arrived in the mail, I was no longer skeptical. They aren't scratchy, itchy, or dry. If you wear them too long, like any other contact lens, they do feel a bit dry at the very end of the day. But overall, they are light, quality, and I’ve been completely satisfied with mine.     Hello, for years I have been trying to find a pair of contacts that work for my eyes because I suffer from terrible allergies and dry eyes. I tried every brand the eye doctors could find and yet, nothing. The last time I got my eyes checked they told me that I had no other option and I would never be able to wear contacts. I found this to be very disappointing because I’m an active person who finds it annoying to have to wear glasses always. One day I stumbled upon Hubble contacts on an Instagram Ad and I was not sorry. The first weeks was amazing. I thought it was just wishful thinking. Not at all. I have been using Hubble for almost a year now and my eyes are constantly lubricated. They feel like they’re never there. One of the best and so glad I can finally wear contacts when I need to.     So first off the ease of Hubble is awesome. The contacts are shipped to my house every month and I am set. The timing in which I receive them means I never run out! The price is fantastic, compared to other contact retailers my family pays have the price for contacts using Hubble. If you aren't using Hubble you should be. The contacts themself are light and comfortable, with daily wear I don't have to worry about purchasing solution. I have only had a few issues with contacts not sitting right on my eye which throughout the day can cause real discomfort and annoyance. But I will take the 1 in 1000 chance of one messed up contact for the great service Hubble provides. I can't overall rate the customer service as I have never had an issue where I have needed to contact them. That is a great customer service score in itself.

    Hubble Contacts changed my life. I always wanted daily lenses since I am bad at keeping track of the time I was wearing my normal contacts, but dailies are very expensive. Hubble is convenient and affordable. The contacts are mailed to me monthly and have always been on time.

    The contacts are, most importantly, comfortable. The price is the same as Costco, but with Hubble, no need to pay for the Costco membership, wait in line to pay for prescriptions (because they only accept one type of credit card over the phone), then come back to pick them up once delivered to Costco. So save time, money, trips to the store and see clearly and comfortably. Also the website is a breeze to navigate, super easy to change the timing of your next shipment, and customer service is fantastic.

    I originally only signed up for the free 2 week trial but these contacts are so good (never irritate my eyes - don't have a "right way around" etc) and cheap that I'm now a constant user. No need to remember to refill your prescription or order more, they arrive on time in very neat packaging. I'd never go back to more expensive big contact lens brands.

    I have never used disposable daily lenses before and I have been wearing contacts since I was a child. I am in my forties and I'm actually enjoying the daily disposable lenses that Hubble offers. First of all it's extremely convenient and easy. I don't have to carry around saline solution. I don't have to store my lenses. I don't have to clean them and travel is super easy. My only complaint would be that near the end of a day, my eyes seem to start burning. I don't know if it's just something that happens to me or if anyone else experience is it but it's like the comfort level wears out and it's time to throw them away. Aside from that, I would recommend them. The auto-ship option is another fantastic convenience.

    I have been wearing contacts for 17 years now. I have -5.0 in one eye and -5.5 in the other and astigmatism. For the last few years I’ve been buying specialist contacts for each eye individually due to prescriptions and it was costing me over 900$ a year. At one point I got so frustrated I almost got laser in hopes of saving cost in long term. Then I got Hubble contacts.     The quality of the contacts are FANTASTIC. In the past, I've always worn monthly contact lenses and had nothing but problems with cleaning and irritation. When I switched to Hubble, I no longer have any irritation issues! They are only $44 (CAD, and this includes shipping cost) which isn't too bad when you compare other daily lenses, but is a bit pricier if you're used to monthly's. I would absolutely recommend switching!! I will continue to purchase Hubble.

    I ordered Hubble contacts because I was misled by their prescription fill-in site. I have astigmatism in both eyes and they do not sell lenses for astigmatism. However, they let you fill out characteristics for astigmatism as though they can fill that prescription? They should not give that as an option if they do not offer those lenses. So I get my lenses and of course they don't work because my major issue is astigmatism, not magnification. I contacted them via email because their phone line is only available 9am-5pm on weekdays. They said it's true that they don't have a solution for me and told me to cancel on the phone during business hours. This is where I dropped the ball. I forgot to do that during the work day (an option many budget buyers don't have anyway).

    So 5 weeks later I get a bill on my credit card and called customer service as soon as the phone line was open. They could not cancel my order, and they said they do not accept returns (even though my order has barely even started processing). So now I'm stuck with paying $36 for a set of contacts that don't work for me. Feedback: Hubble needs to not offer astigmatism correction in their online form. And they need to make cancellation easier - online like a modern business that isn't trying to scam people (or even email!). And if someone calls to cancel the day that an order is processed, they need to offer a refund if the order cannot be canceled. That's just good customer service. The person on the phone was kind about it, but that's not good enough.

    I decided to try Hubble because I lost my vision insurance and I couldn't afford my disposable contacts. I seen the ad on Facebook and decided to try the subscription and get 2 weeks of contacts free. It was easy to sign up. I just answered the questions and provided my prescription.     I’ve had trouble in the past with different contact brands drying out after an hour or two of wear but I really wanted to be able to wear contacts so I figured I’d give Hubble a try for $3. I was happy to find that they were super comfortable all day. So much so I forgot I was wearing them a few times. They are affordable and it’s super easy to push an order back or skip a month if necessary. They don’t make you jump through all sorts of hoops to do so.     These lenses are pretty good. I tend to not wear lenses for longer than an evening at a time, although have worn these all day sometimes, and never had any issues with them.     This company deserves way more recognition and praise than it’s getting! This contact subscription is one of the bests things ever! Especially considering that they’re daily lenses that are so comfortable and reasonably priced!! I find that my eyes get so tired and irritated by the standard monthly/weekly contact lenses, and these don’t irritate me at all. My vision is super clear too because it’s a new pair every day and I don’t have to worry about cleaning the lenses properly. And it’s more way more sanitary.     I was a little skeptical when I first heard of Hubble.     I found out about Hubble from Snapchat. And I thought it would be nice to try out contacts for 3 dollars because when buying from a big company they charge way too much. They are comfortable but you must have clean hands when putting them on. I had to put my subscription on hold for a few months and Hubble was totally ok with that decision. They refunded me my money and made sure I wasn't going to get charged again until I was ready.

    I've been a subscriber to Hubble Contacts for over 6 months and am satisfied with their service and contacts. I originally trialed their 15 free pairs on contact lens. The shipping takes about 10 days, so I asked for more time to try the contacts as I don't wear them every day. During the trial I realized I needed a more up-to-date prescription and they were very receptive and canceled my subscription until I did that. I continued my service and am happy with the contacts lens. I wish it was easier to cancel online.

    I've been wearing contact lenses for 20 years and these lenses more than do the job! They've always felt great on my eyes and never caused any issues. They correct my very bad vision clearly and being dailies means I can just throw them away every day instead of storing. The only catch is they do promptly ship, so if you don't need them for a month, you MUST remember to delay the shipping well in advance. But otherwise, I completely love them!

    I have very dry eyes and have to wear daily contacts. I have gone through probably 5-6 different brands through my eye Dr but none of them I have been able to wear more than few hours without getting dry and scratchy and needing to take them out. Hubble has been amazing for me. I don’t feel like I’m wearing anything on my eyes at all. When I put them on and I can go almost all day without noticing them. It’s after the 8+ hour mark that my eyes start to get dry but by then I’m ready to take them out anyways. Please don’t change a thing.

    I've never done anything like this before so I was a tad apprehensive. However, I also play Russian roulette with my last 3 contacts and how long I can make them last.     I like wearing daily contact lenses--as opposed to wearing the same pair of lenses each month. The Hubble service has been great for automating the process of ordering lenses by delivering the contact lenses to my door at the first of each month. However, I do worry about others' comments here about the quality of the lenses and whether or not they let in enough oxygen to my eyes.

    The contacts are great quality, definitely beyond their price, I feel like I've gotten ripped off with other companies paying over 600 for a years worth of contacts. I had an issue with getting charged and not getting my package and customer service wasnt really helpful. Seemed like the rep was from another country because he wasnt really understanding me so I just dropped it cause the first box was free anyways so I ended up being even.

    These positive reviews are fake! If you do a quick search you will find newspaper articles from legitimate papers who tested them out. In every case they never called the doctor to verify the prescription, they have horrid “customer service” if you can call it that, and the contacts are below the lowest quality out there. I tried them for one month (prior to my yearly exam to see if I wanted to switch) and they were awful so I cancelled, or so I thought. They sent me more of the expired prescription. I sent them back. My doctor said that they never called or verified anything and that their office would never approve this brand for anyone.

    Next month they charged my card again. I called to explain that I had a new prescription, my doctor did not approve the brand, and I had already cancelled. I sent them back again. They didn’t refund me although I had confirmation that they received the return. My bank had to charge back the amount. Next month they didn’t send anything but still charged my card! I ended up having to cancel the card to get them to stop. They still email me saying my card is declined, well obviously. I warn everyone to stay away from this place. Seriously just do your research. The glowing reviews are fake and not a single legitimate site has positive things to say.

    I'm a week into my free trial and I love these lenses. My quality of vision is the same as with my old Acuvues, but I find the Hubble contacts more comfortable. My left eye used to get so irritated by the end of the night that I couldn't wait to take my contacts out, but I'm not experiencing that anymore. In fact, I nearly went to bed with my contacts in because I forgot I was wearing them. Every eye is different so your mileage may vary, but if you're on the fence about whether to give Hubble a try, go for it.

    I love Hubble contacts. If I could get my insurance to cover them, I would chose them over what I am forced to use through my eye Dr. (Acuvue). They stay moist and don't dry my eyes out which is key for me. Customer service is also super responsive and easy to work with!

    I was very dissatisfied with Hubble contacts. The contacts are cheaply made and they can only be worn for a few hours before they start to make your vision incredibly blurry and feels like you have sand in your eyes. They also practice fraud. I canceled my subscription Dec 2017. A few days ago I noticed a charge from Hubble for $36, a charge I did not authorize. I called my bank immediately and they informed me that since August 2018 Hubble has been trying to charge my account, Hubble did not have my debit card expiration date. However they were able to finally force the charge by putting an expiration date of 2049 (not the date on my card).

    I called Hubble and told them to refund my money immediately and informed them that I reported the fraud to my bank. The rep I spoke to stated there was nothing she could do since the package was already shipped (the package I never asked for). I have been trying for 2 days to speak with a supervisor but it seems that the supervisor is always on other calls. I do intend on getting my money back. And I would NEVER recommend Hubble to anyone! Very poor customer service and they are ok with practicing fraud.

    My husband started using Hubble Contacts at the beginning of last year. After a few months we cancelled the service. They continued to charge our FSA account. Again we cancelled at the end of 2017 for them to start charging for the subscription in October 2018! At this point, his prescription has been expired for several months so not only are they fraudulently charging our FSA without consent, they are using an expired prescription to fill for contacts. We will be contacting BBB.

    This is by far the best subscription that I pay for! At first I was skeptical of the cost, but after pricing it out, these contacts are dramatically less expensive than the daily lenses I was wearing previously. I used to run out of contacts and it was always a hassle to place the order through my doctor's office. Hubble is awesome! They also really sold me with the first month free. I love that you can skip months too.

    I had serious customer service issues with Hubble several months ago, stemming from the fact that their online customer support (email only) is not handled by one person. A new person would reply to every email I sent. My original request was for an order to ship early because I was going out of town. It did not arrive. They couldn't figure out that not only was my order late, as it then did not arrive at the normal time, I had already paid for it. They then mistakenly canceled my next order and I went without contacts for more than a month.

    My prescription expired and I did not update it with them. The next time I went to the doctor I went the traditional route, because if you are fortunate enough that can afford a year's worth up front, Hubble costs you more money. For the last three months Hubble has been sending me out of date prescription contacts -- Good tip if you don't want to take the time to go to an eye doctor! Just hold out and they'll start selling you items that they absolutely should not. Due to my previous issues, I actually assumed the two boxes I had received were somehow carry forward. I also don't use the credit card they have on file anymore, and thought I had been charging them on a different card -- That's on me. Regardless, I'm now out more than $100 with useless contacts with an outdate prescription. Pretty sure I have to call them during usual business hours/can't cancel online.

    I like the fact that I don’t have to worry about running out of contacts. They send them to me every month. I’ve been using them about a year now and I’ve had one or two contacts that was not any good. I had more of the expensive ones to not be any good.

    I've been using Hubble for close to a year now. I love them. No more remembering to order before I run out. And the subscription is so easy to manage. After wearing my glasses for a bit my shipment came while I had plenty of contacts left. Skipping a shipment was hassle free and simple. I can't recommend Hubble highly enough.

    I have been using Hubble for about half a year now and I love them! You subscribe once and they just send you the prescription every month. They’re also very good about their cancellation, all you have to do is give them a call (no waiting time) and they’ll cancel your subscription no questions asked!

    I’ve been using Hubble Contacts for about 6 months now. It’s an online daily contact subscription service that is very easy to use. My eyes don’t dry out with the contacts and it’s very convenient to get them shipped right to my door when I need them. You can tailor the delivery timing to your liking. The cost is less than purchasing from the eye doctor and the product is comparable to the name brands out there I’d say. I have no complaints!

    I’ve been wearing contacts for the last 14 years and contacts are so expensive. When I found out about Hubble I was very excited to have a more affordable option for my contacts and have them conveniently shipped to my house! My only complaint is sometimes they can be a little more drying than the contacts I used to use. But that could just be my eyes and not the product's fault. Other than that, I really enjoy Hubble and would recommend them to other contact wearers that want to save some money!

    I have been using Hubble for probably about a year now, and I love it. It is super easy. Once you have all of your info in, and they get approval from your optometrist, you can set up your account to automatically charge and send. That part is really nice because instead of waiting until I'm almost out to order new contacts, I already have some!

    Hubble really has made contact buying so much easier for me than ever before. I used to buy contacts at my eye doctors and it would cost almost double the amount, and was so inconvenient having to make the trip there every few months to pick up my contacts. Having my contacts delivered to my door is so convenient, and they're always on time! Also the packaging is super cute so that's a plus. Highly recommend.

    I tried Hubble because of the 2 wk free trial and I am now a happy customer! I was wearing my 30 day contacts for 60 days. Hubble has a great product, great price and I love the daily contact factor! I ran into a few (2) with rips and the company sent replacements. Customer service is great. What could make things better is to include maybe 2 or 3 extras in case of rips. Thank you guys!

    I have been using Hubble for almost a year. Very reliable. Hubble contacts always arrive before you run out of contacts. They are more affordable than getting contacts through my eye doctor's office because you are not made to buy a specific, large amount. My only issue is that there is always a mishap with contacts, no matter what brand you buy. A few extra contacts would solidify the service for me. Hubble is great with customer service.

    Terrible company. I ordered a lens test. But, they did not come to me. And the company has already charged money for regular lenses from my account! They make me call them when it suits them. In their personal account they do not provide an opportunity to remove an automatic subscription. For letters asking to cancel the automatic subscription, they are asked to call at a time when it is convenient for them. I do not recommend contacting them. Do not buy anything from them. They will do the same to you.

    I used to overwear my 2 week only contacts, stretching them out months to save money! Now, I have the luxury of having a fresh pair of contacts to put in every morning.     I was drawn to Hubble because of the very affordable price. Definitely one of the cheapest in the market today. The website where you place your order is user-friendly and I do love the fact that they offer free pairs for trial. You can also choose the frequency of delivery. However, my complaint is that they do get dry pretty fast and unless I bring along eye drops, my eyes get dry and experience discomfort. I have also experienced changing lenses twice a day.

    Before my monthly order was shipped out I had tried relentlessly to contact customer support with emails and phone calls. Via email I was told to call in even though their site says you can cancel or pause (which I had wanted to do) anytime via email. When I called they told me this would be dealt with so I thought it was. Come December 2nd and another $45 is taken out of my account. And I have someone from customer support saying they can no longer help because my accounts been charged. Excuse me. That's what I was trying to avoid!!

    I initially explained to customer service I have been in the hospital since October and haven't been wearing my contacts. I now have 62 pairs I do not need right now. The site initially gave the impression it was simple to pause your order at any time but they have made it next to impossible for me to do this. I'm extremely unhappy with how they've handled this. What kind of company drags out the process of cancelling just so they can steal more of money.

    I decided to use Hubble because I wanted to try dailies. The convenience of having my contact lenses shipped directly to me monthly and the price is slightly cheaper than buying from other companies. I have vision insurance but I use that to purchase glasses, so it's nice to have a low cost option for my contacts. The contacts are comfortable and I have not had any problems with them at all.

    Hubble Contacts are super affordable and convenient. They ship them directly to you, so you don't have go to the store. I don't wear contacts everyday, so it's nice to have backups. My eyes do get dry easily with them though, so I use eye drops throughout the day. It would be great if Hubble found a way to make the lenses last longer!

    I’ve been using Hubble Contacts for almost a year and I love them. It saves me money and I always have a supply ready for the next month. However my eyes may get dry or itchy so I do use eye drops during the day. Without my eye drops my eyes do get irritated sometime so I think there can be a slight change made to Hubble Contacts for longer use.

    Overall, I've been happy with my contacts for the 2-ish months I've had the subscription. I used to wear a Bausch + Lomb SofLens dailies and decided to try Hubble given the convenience of regular home delivery. The cost math also works out marginally better (monthly fee vs high semi-annual purchase including rebate from 1800contacts) to where I'm getting close to the same deal/slightly cheaper rate. The startup process where Hubble confirms your prescription with your eye doctor took a couple tries, which was somewhat frustrating but seemed to resolve itself.

    I would say the SofLens were slightly more comfortable, but not by much, and the individual lens packaging perforations were easier to break. Neither are dealbreakers and I got over them quickly as the convenience more than made up for it. I typically wear my contacts 12+ hours, most of that time spent in front of a computer. Aside from general expected dryness from wearing them that long, comfort level stays at a steady 7/10. TL; DR: on-boarding slightly frustrating, average comfort as expected for cost, convenience is biggest factor for sticking with Hubble.

    I think the contacts are pretty good, and usually last me a day without any noticeable issues. One suggestion, maybe give a couple of extra spare contacts in the monthly box just in case if the user decides to wear more than 1 pair a day, or has to change one out for whatever reason. And therefore, he/she won't run out before the month is over.

    Purchasing contacts through Hubble is much more convenient than any conventional way. Love not having to drive anywhere and the price is very reasonable. The only thing that would be better, would be to have the option of choosing a specific type of contact.

    I love using Hubble contacts! For someone like myself who is always on the go, it’s so nice to know my contacts will be in the mail every month - the price point is perfect for someone who is on a budget as well! Definitely wouldn’t recommend sleeping in them as they’re meant to be worn daily and thrown away. All in all I’m a very happy Hubble customer!

    I am happier with these contacts than I was with monthlies - O2 Optix. The first few months they were SUPER comfortable and the autoshipping is wonderful. It’s also easy to skip months and look at your account. I’ve contacted customer service before and they were easy to reach and helpful. The only downfall though, is the contacts when left in exceptionally cold climate. I live in Montana, and once my contacts sat in the mailbox for half a day they are almost unusable. Not comfortable and hard to remove. I feel like the cold compromised the shape and functionality. Hubble - please use heat packs! I may need to cancel my service until spring.
