Never had a problem with customer service, always email me back or answered and dealt with my problems ASAP. I love that you can adjust the timing of that month's order! Contacts are comfortable and nothing beats having them delivered to your door! Only complaint I would have is the waste of plastic. Need to think of a way to eliminate so much wasted!

Finally some quality lenses at an affordable price! The majority of lenses on the high street are either uncomfortable or cost the earth - but Hubble have managed to fill that void! I'm so glad I gave them a go! They're really comfortable to wear, don't dry out (like most of the other brands I've tried) and the monthly membership is really easy to manage. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Always on time! I personally think they last more than 1 day. I have a bad habit of sleeping in my contacts since I’m always on the go. But most importantly very affordable. I love Hubble and how they’ve made my life easier.

I love everything about Hubble. The delivery, the customer service and how easy it is to use. I would recommend Hubble to anyone! I have been using it for about 4 months and have not had a single complaint. Even when my prescription changed, it was easy to update and get what I needed.

I have truly enjoyed the seamless experience of getting my contacts by mail. They come on time. I don't have to even think about running out or ordering them. I also really like them! I was getting Acuvue contacts before that were so much more expensive and much more difficult to get in my eyes. I have told a bunch of my friends about Hubble and will continue to do so.

I started wearing contacts about 6 months ago. I went through 7 different brands and couldn’t find anything that didn’t either dry my eyes out or felt uncomfortable all day. I took a chance and order Hubble and will not be going back. My eyes don’t dry out. The subscription is inexpensive and always arrives on time. Love these contacts and this company!

Figured I'd give this company a shot. I am a Canadian resident and it clearly states on their website that it is $40.00 CAD + $4.00 shipping CAD. I got my trial pair, and I was charged for a month literally a day after they arrived in the mail, so I was unable to even try them out. Just got suckered into a month's shipment without knowing the product's quality. I used Acuvue Oasys and they are very comfortable. Can't even tell they're in your eye. Trying these, caused so much irritation and discomfort. They weren't as sharp as the Acuvues and irritated my right eye so much that it got red.

Signed up for a ten day trial. My prescription had only a few days left on it. Like many others have mentioned they make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to cancel. You can only do it by phone and during limited hours. The lenses were not marked so I didn’t know which were the right or left eye. They had said that once the prescription expired would contact you before refilling the RX. So although I have not read about them automatically sending a subscription, I wasn’t particularly worried because it is illegal to refill an expired prescription. However within two weeks I have a $36 charge on my credit card. In less than a month after that another $36 charge. Please be forewarned. I still haven’t finished fighting with them over this. Don’t fall for it and by the way the contacts are awful.

From my experience, Hubble Contact lenses are extremely good value for money, and have a good system for subscribing to receive contact lenses every month/every 2 months. They are really reliable, I always receive my contact lenses for when I need them so I never go a day without. I have previously used other contact lense brands such as Acuvue which are so much more expensive than the Hubble contact lenses however do the exact same thing.

These liars make it seem as if the trial is only $3 for shipping! In actuality they will charge you $39 even if you change your shipment and frequency dates! They don’t have the integrity to tell you the truth upfront and they will say it’s your fault with your bank and force you to keep the contacts even if you return the package unopened and paid for shipping! The trial pack gave me an EYE INFECTION which is why I decided to discontinue! It is a scam! There is a different company that doesn’t jip you that is less expensive and better quality! Don’t do it! You will regret it!

Since December I have been trying to contact Hubble to cancel my subscription and have been unable to get in touch with anyone, the phone line went dead or it would just disconnect from me. I called from a work phone so you can't say it was a signal issue. Anyways I have sent multiple emails and you would think since I said in every issue I couldn't get through they would find someone to contact me instead, to assist me but no. I finally got a hold of someone today and she canceled it but didn't offer a refund of the charges they refused to help me with, what am I to do with 72$ worth of contacts I didn't want. I will never look back.

Worry and hassle free contact lenses order. I like how you can adjust the timing of receiving and calling to fix problems has always been swift and helpful. I find the prices much cheaper than going into stores to buy contacts. And I've had no problem with the fit.

Contacts are thin and comfortable. Reasonably priced and the delivery is convenient. The problem is that I don’t wear contacts every day, or even every week, the longest lag I’m able to set between orders is 56 days so I’m stacking up boxes much faster than I can go through them. Hopefully I am able to put my account on hold at some point or I may need to cancel my subscription.

I had trouble with expensive name-brand contacts for YEARS before trying Hubble Contacts and I am IN LOVE. I will never go back to monthly contacts again. I used to wear Bausch+Lomb contacts and I'd try switching my solution, washing them constantly, switching my cases, etc. I never could get comfortable in monthly contacts. Now that I know I have a fresh pair every day, delivered to my door when I want them to arrive, it couldn't be easier!

You definitely can't beat the convenience of having contacts delivered right to your door. I also appreciate the small, slim and cute packaging. I do wish that Hubble Contacts offered a biweekly option, though I think they should improve upon the daily offering first. I find that after a day, the lens feel uncomfortable sitting in my eye and rewetting drops don't alleviate the issue.

STAY AWAY from this company, all of the negative reviews are accurate. I don't even wear disposable contacts, never opened the boxes and they won't refund upon return. HUGE regret that I fell for the free trial, I thought it was for an extended wear pair because that's what my prescription is for. They take $36.00 every month for a prescription that isn't even close to mine. Doubt this was verified with my doctor, he would have never allowed it since they can't match my astigmatism prescription. But somehow they were still good billing me ongoing and sending a box of something.

Very happy with my contacts! Love the daily wear and the prices are the best! Would definitely recommend Hubble Contacts to others. I do a lot of computer work and find I am no longer suffering from dry eye since wearing these contacts.

I finally decided to switch from monthly to daily. Hubble Contacts is an affordable and easy way to get these daily contact lenses right to your home. They are super comfortable as I do not feel like I am wearing contacts and I also enjoy the fact that I will have a fresh pair of contacts every day. They are very good quality for a good price, I would recommend these! Also, the packaging is really cute (which is a plus)!

First of all, I was sent the wrong prescription. I had to pay to have the correct ones delivered. Also, I canceled my next two months right away so I could have adequate time to check them out before deciding whether to continue with them. Apparently my account was reset when they sent the replacement contacts. It negated my skipped months and they sent me more contacts AND charged me. And REFUSED to give me my money back! How would I know that I needed to go back in and skip the next two months AGAIN!? The worst customer service ever.

I decided to switch to Hubble after being disappointed with my Acuvue contacts. It's so convenient to receive them in the mail every month without having to do anything. I love the branding and colors on the package - it always makes me happy! I've never had trouble with my contacts since switching to Hubble. Best choice I ever made!

I love Hubble Contacts. I had always had a monthly’s in the past, and never thought that I could afford daily contacts. When I saw their advertising on Facebook I was excited to try them. They are comfortable, flexible and I can’t believe I ever wore monthly contacts in the past. I am so thrilled with the price and I love them. Totally recommend.

Switching to Hubble has been the best subscription service I've ever chosen. Aside from finding an optometrist that works with Hubble, the entire process is convenient and cost effective. I needed daily contacts, cause I tend to fall asleep middle of the day with my sporadic work schedule so these feel great to use and dispose. The amount of waste, I would say is minimal compared to the convenience I'm getting.

I have nothing but great things to say! At first I was not that sure what I was getting myself into since it was a few years since I used contacts and I used to use high quality contacts from eye Dr. but a friend told me about this and told me it was very affordable and great quality contacts. So I said, "Hey why not!" I do not regret it one bit! Not to mention the first 2 months I only paid 6 bucks for my 60 contacts. Where else can you get a deal like that! Also their customer service staff always so positive and friendly even if you are not at the moment! I Highly recommend it!

Easy to use, and prompt customer service - I had issues receiving the free trial, and their folks immediately resent the trial. Very easy to use! The lenses themselves are fine - seem a bit thinner than other dailies I have used in the past but treat my eyes just fine! Recommend!

I have had Hubble for over a year now and I have been very satisfied with my experience, it has made getting contacts easy and I can update my subscription at any time. If I need more or less it's an easy update. I did have a harder time when my prescription expired. I needed to create a new account to restart the deliveries but their customer service was helpful with that. Overall would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for comfortable, affordable daily contacts!

I enjoy getting my contacts sent to my home. Overall the contacts are pretty good. However for every month supply I may lose 3-5 sets due to them being blurry or ripped so it irritates my eyes. For the price I suppose that is okay. Other than that Hubble is dependable on convenience and time. Quality is about a B+.

I have switched contact brands 6 times in the past year, and then I found Hubble. These lenses are very comfortable. I have long nails and I use to rip at least 5 contacts a week, the durability of these contacts was very impressive. I have not ripped one pair while placing them in my eyes. I’ve never “lost” a contact in my eye since I started my Hubble subscription. Their contacts are very durable while at the same time I feel absolutely nothing in my eyes.

I’ve tried a few brands of contact lenses and most have been uncomfortable, expensive or both. I decided to try Hubble after doing a bit of research and noticing that most reviews were positive. What got me was how easy it is to order and customize your frequency of delivery. The price is affordable for daily disposable contacts and the lenses are very comfortable and definitely last longer than others.

I have no complaints about these contacts for daily use. I think they are perfect, highly recommend! I was looking for something for my budget and came across these through the internet. I have them on 12 hours and my day with no discomfort once so ever.

The customizable delivery service men said don't have to worry about having without contact lenses for each month. The schedule can be changed depending on your frequency of use very easily on the website. The contact lenses haven't given me any problems so far and are comfortable to wear throughout the day.

My 11 yr old daughter have been using Hubble for about 3 months now. She hasn't complained once about the fit. The price is nice and she doesn't have to worry about trying to clean lens at her age.The only thing I have notice (I'm 39) is Hubble seems to be a little dry toward the end of the day, around 8 pm. I am not on the computer much during a shift, but when I have paperwork days, I have stopped wearing them on heavy computer days. It's not terrible and could possibly be just me, or just need a little wetting solution to solve the issue. It's a minor issue.

Hubble is a great company. They make a very good product. My vision is clear wearing them. It is great to be able to wear new contacts every day at a good price. I recommend to any one. Before getting Hubble I had to clean my contacts twice a day. Now all I have to do is put new ones in and throw old ones away. It is also great not to have to worry about ordering. Hubble arrives in mailbox every month with me not having to worry with ordering. I love Hubble.

The contacts are overall pretty good, sometimes my eyes become sore by the end of the day - I do however work in front of a screen and these are my first lenses so that may be normal! The customer service is great, once I opened a lens and it was torn and they sent me a month's free! The pretty packaging is a bonus...

I've had Hubble for a few months now and I've gotta say - you not only save time, but you save money! That's a big deal for me! The contacts are always moist, almost like they aren't even THERE. I definitely recommend Hubble to anyone who needs high quality lenses for the affordable price.

So far I have not had any issues. They aren’t the highest quality lenses but you get what you pay for. I made a typo on my shipping address while updating online after moving. My contacts were Returned to Hubble. The customer service rep was quick to help and sent me another set free of charge right away.

The first time they contacted my doctor but that subscription didn't work so I contacted Hubble in plenty of time (over a month) before my next mailing. They didn't contact doctor to change my subscription so they sent me contacts I can't use. I ask for a refund and the lady said, "O no we don't give you refunds." So now I have contacts I can't use. Buyer Beware!

I don't normally click on ads in my FB feed on my phone, but I gave this company a shot because the intro deal was worth giving them a shot. I received my "free" contact lenses quickly but was still in the middle of my current monthlies so I put them away for a later date. A week or two later, I received more lenses and noticed that they had charged me $35. This kind of business practice is shady - especially when there is no explicit agreement. When executing this on the phone, there was nowhere to mention that they would be drilling into my bank account at will. When I get around to trying these lenses, even if they're the greatest lenses I've ever worn, I'll never spend another cent at this shady place. They refused to refund and claimed that since they put a paragraph in light gray font at the bottom of my confirmation email that this excuses their business practices. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY.

The contacts themselves are pretty good quality. I do have issues sometimes with them not feeling super comfortable after a long day (either burning or feeling very dry), but day-to-day no major complaints. The reason I pay for Hubble is the convenience of having dailies shipped to my door. I would love for Hubble to add an option (or maybe I'm just unaware of it) to purchase more cost-effective longer-term contacts (like weekly or biweekly), since I do wear contacts every day, but this works for now. I would also love the ability to cancel my subscription through my profile online, but also not a big detractor. Overall, pretty good, the only reasons I didn't rate 5 out of 5 stars are because of the missing features I'd listed above. Definitely would recommend for people who wear contacts infrequently!

These contacts offer a significant cost savings over other daily lenses. I have been a contact lens wearer for 30 years and have sensitive dry eyes. These lenses were much more comfortable even after 16 hours of wear than other brands. I experience less dryness than with the other brands I’ve tried over the years. Also their customer service is amazing. I wanted to change my frequency - they completed this change for me instantly as well as sending me a month free. I also did cancel at one point for about six months - I had no issues whatsoever with this. I was not charged and did not receive product during this time. I highly recommend.

They say that you can cancel the subscription or you will get charged monthly. When I emailed to cancel the subscription I was charged $36 when it hasn’t been a month yet! They are liars and will deceive you. Don’t do it unless you want them to continue to charge your card!!!

For the price, and the quality, I don't know why I would choose another lens company. I love the packaging, and the convenience of their use. I don't use contacts every single day; sometimes I choose to use my frames, so having the ease of daily use contacts fits my lifestyle perfectly. Glad I found their ad on social media! It's never been the same since.

I found out about Hubble on social media - Instagram or Facebook I think - and since signing up straight away, I have received the correct prescription of contact lenses on time. The boxes of contact lenses are delivered straight to my house which is very useful indeed. Please keep up the good work Hubble!

I’ve worn contacts for over 15 years and have tried a lot of brands that are breathable to sleep in but since I can just throw these away and start with a fresh pair in the morning they’re just as easy! Even better for me because I don’t wear them every day. I usually wear contacts 2-3 days a week and glasses the rest of the time so these are perfect for me. I also love the convenience of delivery and skipping a month if I have too many leftover. Recommend!

I’ve been wearing contact lenses for 8+ years. So the hubble ad and decided to get the free trial knowing about the subscription which wasn’t the problem. The problem was that when I received the lenses and tried them on. They were very uncomfortable and they would start irritating after only a few hours! I contacted the customer service to cancel my subscription who was very help. But on that same day I received a parcel in a brown box not looking at the side of the box I opened it only to realize my Hubble contacts had arrived. So I told them that I would be returning it to them however they then said they can’t receive returns if the OUTER package is opened.

I am a Hubble user for life! I have been a contact lens wearer for 30+ years. Hubble has changed the game for me. No more, wearing old or dirty lenses. I love being able to wear a fresh pair everyday. Hubble customer service is great! If I have any issues or questions, they get right back to me via email. The ability to change the frequency of my deliveries is perfect. I will never go back to my old ways.

I saw the ad for Hubble Contacts on Facebook. I decided to try them since they were free for the first month. I have been wearing contact lenses for 34 years, so I can say that I was pleased with the performance of these lenses. They are super cheap and wear very well. I am nearsighted with a slight astigmatism and they still work just as well as the ones that are more expensive. Try them... What have you got to lose!

Hubble Contacts work great for me! They feel great to wear, no drying out my eyes like my monthly contacts, and they are at a fair price point. It is a little tricky to find how to cancel (it would be nice if you could do it online in your account, but you have to call in) but once you find the correct number to call their customer service was friendly and helpful. I'll be reordering with Hubble as soon as my supply of monthly wear contacts are gone.

Since switching to Hubble to order my contacts I now don't have to worry about them. I was previously going to my nearest opticians and ordering contacts as I go, which made it a bit of a hassle on my end. Now I can see when my next order is coming through on their website and can opt out of receiving them one month if I don't need them, which is my favourite option as I don't feel as restricted within the standing order. All in all I would recommend Hubble for anyone looking for a convenient way to keep on track of their contact lens subscription.

I have super dry eyes that are easily irritated, and these contacts destroy the competition in comfort. I used to use monthly contacts, but switched to Hubble when I saw the price and wanted to try dailies. They’re even great for people who wear glasses often (to work), but want something comfortable when they go out or are active. I like the dailies because I only use however many pairs I need. I don’t feel like I’m “wasting” a pair, like how I felt when I only wore my monthly contacts a couple times per month. My only complaint about Hubble is that if you have astigmatism, like I do, your vision won’t be perfect. Everything is clear, but a little “wonky.” I really hope they make contacts for astigmatism soon!

Hubble I have to say are very good contacts! Always ship quick and on time! You can update and get them shipped on what suits you! They're affordable and don’t break my pockets each month. Only thing I’d say is I have bad dry eye problems and they tend to move around in my eye a lot.

I’ve been ordering Hubble dailies since I participated in their free trial. I’ve always used extended wear contacts and found they were irritating my eyes because of my seasonal allergies. Hubble dailies are super comfortable, cost-effective, and the site makes it super easy to get your prescription to them so they can fill it quickly. I’ll be continuing to order Hubble in the future.

I was a customer of the higher brand contacts for years. While I was satisfied with the lenses, the prices were always outrageous. Until I found Hubble! What a difference! The quality of the lenses is just as good and the more well known brands and the cheaper price is just icing on the cake. Hubble is now my go-to for lenses and I recommend them to everyone I know that’s shopping around!

This subscription-based product is gold. They are way more affordable (letting me use my insurance to pay for glasses yearly), more comfortable than the Biotrue lenses my doctor suggested, and so much more convenient. If you have a Health Savings Account, you can set up your subscription to come out of that (which is amazing because my employer matches contributions to my HSA). I never run out because they always show up in the mail at the right time. My husband uses it and this is his first time with contacts! Thanks Hubble!

I’ve been subscribed to Hubble since the summer & I’m really happy I made the switch from my local optical provider. I save so much more money through Hubble, the website is user friendly and so I find it really easy to navigate my account & I like that at any point you can change your delivery schedule. I tell all of my contact wearing friends to subscribe to Hubble!

I love Hubble! The quality of the lenses is fantastic for the price. The ease of having them delivered monthly automatically is great and relieves my former problem of constantly running out of lenses! I wear lenses 5 to 6 days a week and love having a fresh, quality pair everyday.

Everything was great, the right product was delivered on time. The problem is when you want to cancel or change prescription. There is no response to requests, no contact phone number listed anywhere, no refund after 30 days even though they don't respond to you.

I ordered the trial and was automatically charged for a reoccurring subscription. After the first delivery, I tried to unsubscribe by email and phone call where I had to leave a voice message. I have proof of the original email, however, after 6 months without delivery I find a charge on my credit card. Again, I call to no one answering the call and send another email. Manuel **, Customer Experience Team, responded to today's email saying I never cancelled and the records he provided are totally bogus showing I chose to 'skip' my monthly orders. How weird since I have not been on their website since August 6, 2018. Today is February 18, 2019!

I have been a Hubble Contact Lens user for almost a year now and my eyes are doing well. Happy eyes!! If you take care of anything it should be your eyes that rank up high on that list! With Hubble Contacts you put a new fresh pair in every day. What could be better? The packaging is compact and appealing, arriving in my mailbox once a month. The contacts go in with normal ease and my eyes love them!! My eyes look healthy and clear. I have glaucoma and take eye drops every night before bed and I believe that using daily use contacts has been a big part of my excellent eye health. The cost is reasonable for the convenience and for just always having a spare pair if one goes down the drain! (Always a worry.) Most importantly though, if you care about your eyes, Hubble Contacts are for you!

I have been happy with my Hubble Contacts. I figured I’d give the free trial a chance just to see. It turns out it’s been the change I needed. This is the first time I’ve tried daily contacts and I think they’ve saved my chances of wearing contacts long term. I was terrible at changing out my contacts when they were supposed to so that turned into me wearing them for far too long and damaging my eyes in the process so now my eyes haven’t felt better since I am now wearing fresh contacts everyday. I have worn them for upwards of 18 hrs some days and still feel comfortable at the end of the day. Can’t be anymore happy with my experience.

Hubble offers a free trial of 30 lenses, which is how it gets people to subscribe. However, the lenses are poor quality and uncomfortable. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel and only allow you to call them during very narrow business hours. I tried to cancel and they still shipped me a box. Would not recommend.

I was drawn into subscribing to these after reading the free trial box and price. After two annoying encounters with customer service about charging me twice a month and refusing to cancel or letting me return the second shipment I was already annoyed with this company. Besides that I had also started noticing how blurred my vision became once I put the lenses on and how uncomfortable they felt immediately and started to worry it was my eyesight and not the contact lenses.

First thing is the ordering process was easy. The contacts are comfortable. But 2 times now I have ordered and was billed immediately to my card (they are quick to send you about half a dozen emails if your credit card is declined) but as soon as the funds were available they took them out and then didn't send the contacts. This happened not only with the free trial but with a monthly prescription as well where I had to be "on top" of them for not sending. I have back up lenses so this wasn't an issue but if I didn't I would essentially be blind for a few days. Both accounts I had to write their customer service which gave a quick and limited response and suddenly a few days later my contacts came. The inconsistency of the brand makes me weary to continue the service with them but for now let's see what next month brings.

Contacts are comfortable, clear, and fit just right. Delivery to your doorstep makes Hubble even better. It’s easy to alter frequency and change billing methods within your account. Comfort dailies at an economical price. It’s about time.

I saw a promo for daily wear contacts for $3. I signed up for the promotion, received the contacts and at that point was slightly impressed with the service...until I happen to be scrolling through my spam and saw email from Hubble saying something about a subscription. Upon investigation I discovered that I was enrolled for reoccurring monthly charges for contacts that I was completely unaware of... I must have overlooked the small print! At any rate I contacted Hubble immediately which happen to be the day that I was charged & contacts were to be mailed out.

I started using Hubble about a year ago and it's been a great experience overall. When I've had issues with contacts, they've resolved my problem quickly. If I needed to get my shipment sooner than expected, they've been able to accommodate. The product is great and the customer service is great and all at an affordable price. You can't beat it!

It was such an easy process to get my Hubble contact lenses about a year ago, and I haven’t had any issues since. When I was wearing glasses more and didn’t need as many lenses, I could pause Hubble for an extra month. When I was running low on lenses and forgot to order in time, Hubble has always gotten me my lenses in a pinch (usually less than 4 days!). Hubble is so convenient and the daily lenses have always worked great for me. I will continue to use Hubble for as long as possible!

Having moved from England to the US, I was shocked at the prices for monthly contact lenses. I came across Hubble quite by accident but could not be happier. Great, comfortable contacts. Highly recommend.

I've been with Hubble for a while now and absolutely love it. I came across the advertisement on Facebook and tried the free trial. I love these contacts because they are easy to order and updating your order is effortless. I did try another brand at one point but they didn't feel great as my Hubble contacts do. You can easily move your delivery date if needed, I've had a great experience and don't plan on changing.

I ordered these initially on a free trial, at first they seemed very good but after a few months of using them I’ve found they make my eyes dry and can feel them in after a couple of hours of using them. I don’t like the fact that you can only cancel via a phone call even though you sign up online.

I had been using monthly contacts for years and I always had problems with them scratching, getting dirty in solution, and being uncomfortable. I switched to Hubble about a year ago and daily contacts are so much better. I don't have to worry about infections and icky stuff in my contact case. I just put them in and go. I started using Hubble contacts early last year. I started with the free trial and they were okay, the only reason why I decided to use them is because they were cheaper. In December 2018, I got insurance which covered the good contact lens brands so I called, cancelled my subscription. The lady I talked to, tried talking me out of it for about 5 minutes and she hardly spoke any English. It was very difficult to understand her.

SO Sketchy!!! Sketchy because when you're signing up from your phone, most likely people are seeing the ad on their cell phone in fine print because it's so tiny (I mean customers do have vision problems right? That's why they are on this site...) that customers completely miss it and then get charged the monthly subscription! That is total corporate dishonesty and I hate companies who try to make money like this. The subscription price should be stated in the beginning not at the end of your purchase in fine print. Not cool!!! Plus keep reading other reviews. People are really dissatisfied with the quality of lenses too.

I first saw their ad on Facebook and decided to give the first 15 days a try since they were FREE!! I have never looked back since. Cheap, easy, and come directly to my house, can't get much better!!! I love Hubble Contacts!!!

I wanted to try out Hubble since they give the free trial. I'm on day 3 and noticed the left contact lens makes my eye very dry and feels like I need to take it out and re-moisten it. Not a fan. I'll be going back to Acuvue for my regular lenses.

Got the first free order - these contacts make my eyes really dry and just feel weird in my eyes. I've been using contacts for more than 15 years now and this is the first time I tried something this uncomfortable. The problem with the way they work - I got myself into subscription without realizing it. So got charged for another order after the initial free one. Sure, it's my fault - I should have read their scam in tiny letters they probably had somewhere on the first free order. Another bad part is that they make it impossible to cancel subscription online. You have to call them, their office hours are very limited. I feel scammed by these guys. Please don't even try their free order!!

I terminated my subscription with Hubble and yet I was still being credited for unwanted contacts on September 4, 2018 and October 2, 2018. I called in and complained about the situation and was told that the customer service representative that I first spoke with did not terminate my subscription. I was then informed that I could return the unopened contacts with a provided return label and be issued a full refund. I returned the unopened items within two weeks after receiving them and as of today January 24, 2019 I have not received any follow-up emails, calls or refunds.

Stay away from this company, it is a subscription based fraud. I filled out a form for a free sample, was told all I had to pay was shipping, 1 month later they charge me a fee for $36. Not only where the contact lenses they sent the wrong type because they never verifies with my doctor, but they never told me it was a subscription. Oh and good luck trying to cancel it, it's like a part time job.

Hubble really makes ordering contacts super easy! Also love how flexible they are with changing the amount or the date that your contacts come in. Would highly recommend to anyone! No one can beat their price either.

I love this company! It automatically charges and delivers on the schedule I set it on. I am way too busy to take time out of my day to get my contacts in a crowded mall or a far away store. The contacts are great.

I started wearing Hubble Contacts close to one year ago. I was hesitant because they weren't a brand I had ever heard of before, but I was eager to find something that was going to be convenient and comfortable. I am so happy I made the switch! My contacts consistently show up in plenty of time before I run out of the prior month. They are also extremely comfortable. Signed up initially to get my first box free. Was so impressed with the comfort of them I decided to keep my subscription. Easy to set up and always delivered on time. Completely hassle free. I was using Oasys contacts before and I find the Hubble contacts are comfortable for more time throughout my day. The snazzy packaging is a bonus too.

The contacts were okay but not as good as others, I attempted to cancel my subscription and found out that there is no way to do so online and you must call. I tried calling the multiple times during their list hours and no one would answer my call so I was charged another $44 for another month of contacts that I did not want. Terrible customer service and a very scammy system set up to trap people in a subscription by making it difficult to cancel.

Hubble makes contact ordering super easy and affordable as well! They fit my eyes perfectly and I’ve never had any issues - Hubble is lifesaver because I wouldn’t normally find time or money to go get my contacts elsewhere.

I’ve never had a problem with Hubble. It’s so convenient that it gets mailed right to me. I never have to worry about running out of contacts or having to go into my eye clinic to pick up more. It’s convenient and easy, and the contacts themselves are great as well!

I have been using contact lenses for almost 25 years now, so I have a LOT of experience with both the good and the bad. I have been on Daily Disposables for about 5 years or so now and love them! There is something nice about having a fresh pair every day and there is a lot of convenience when it comes to travel. I have found the lenses to be a good quality and I rarely have a lens that doesn't "feel right." One thing I find to be super helpful, especially in the morning with my eyes still waking up, is the imprint of the interior of the lens. If you hold the lens up to the light in front of you, the word "hub" is etched along the edge of the contact.

I've been using Hubble Contacts for about 6 months and could not be happier. The first month using them they took a bit to get used to and would dry out or make my eyes feel itchy. After my eyes adjusted however, they have been a great way to get my contacts. They are shipped right to my door every month and are very affordable for single day contacts.

Hubble contacts are the best I've ever used. Although I have a slight astigmatism, their regular contacts fit great and they're never uncomfortable! Not to mention the amazing price - they're the reason I haven't gone bankrupt! Plus the customer service is amazing; when Canada Post was on strike, I was worried that I wouldn't get my contacts in time. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement box for no extra charge! I can't say enough good things about this company.

I'm so glad I switched over to using Hubble Contacts! They are great quality and I find them super comfortable! As well, most daily contacts on the market are so expensive so what I love about Hubble is that they go out of the way to make them affordable for the everyday buyer. Hubble is incredibly easy to use - just upload a copy of your prescription, wait until Hubble verifies it with your doctor, and then you’re good to go! Easy to modify how often you receive shipments, e.g., I was going on a trip and wanted to have extra contacts so I changed my settings so that I received my next shipment sooner. I’ve never had any issues with the contacts themselves - I tend to get very dry eyes by the end of the day and can wear these lenses comfortably all day.

I really enjoy this service because it’s convenient for the busy lifestyle. It’s also way more affordable. I have pretty poor vision and often my contacts cost 90 dollars a box. So to pay monthly and cancel when I need to. Works perfectly for me. I am pretty satisfied with how fast the shipping is. It’s usually 2 days or less and the package is small enough to be left in a mailbox. All in all great company and product.

I usually have a hard time with contacts either ripping or being uncomfortable while they're in. These are comfortable and durable, and they're also very cost effective for daily lenses. I prefer these over the Acuvue lenses that I used to wear. Managing my subscription is also easy--I can skip as many months as I need to if I find I'm not wearing them as frequently or if I can't afford contacts.

My eye doctor recommended that I switch to daily lenses around two years ago. I started with Acuvue lenses and wasn’t super satisfied. The lenses felt great when I wore them, but when it was time to take them out it felt like I was trying to rip off a layer of my eye. So, when a friend suggested I try Hubble, I was on board for a change. The Hubble lenses felt just as good if not better than the Acuvue lenses but taking them out was so much less hassle. I absolutely love the lenses. I also like that it’s a monthly subscription which helps to spread the cost out in a more manageable way.

DO NOT BUY! These contacts ripped my cornea. They are made of old material and it does not supply enough oxygen to your eyes. I could barely see for 4 days while my cornea healed. When I tried to remove one of them it stuck to my eye. After multiple tries of trying to remove it, it must have finally come out on its own. The pain was unbearable and rushed to the eye doctor. He said that my cornea was ripped from these contacts.

Misleading marketing ploy with the "free box for only $3 shipping fee". They don't wait for you to tell them if you like their product or not and want more before they start charging your account and sending you more lenses. For me, I received the incorrect prescription when I ordered the "free box trial" and just asked if I could at least exchange the boxes (which were unopened) for the correct prescription and I was told NO. In the meantime, they had also already billed me for the next month at full price and had already shipped so now I have yet another month's worth of contacts on their way that I cannot wear but I have been charged full price for. And again, they would not cancel the January order and are making me accept them even though they are not my prescription strength.

I first tried to cancel with Hubble in September. They refused to cancel unless I call during business hours, which I can't do. I told them they don't have permission to charge my credit card and they still do it. Now they are still shipping on an expired prescription. This is a very very dishonest company that has extraordinarily poor customer service. And the lenses I get through my insurance are 10x better quality and cost me less. Don't waste time and money ordering from Hubble.

These contacts are alright. Not amazing, not horrible. They get dry quicker than all other brands I've tried. But they are cheaper and more convenient than all other brands I've had. The point is, I can see and wear them from about 5am-7pm max comfortably.

Uncomfortable and wrong prescription. They did not verify with my eye doctor. I called customer service and they were not helpful at all. I asked for proof of verification and the woman said that she would email it to me, but did not.

Hubble makes it so easy to get high quality, priced-right lenses delivered right to your door. The shipment frequency can be modified to fit your needs, which is really convenient. (I wear dailies but some days I wear glasses, so I can ship less frequently than every month and save even more money.) Currently, they offer shipments every 14, 28, 42, or 56 days. The actual contacts are comfortable and feel every bit as good as the ones I was previously getting from the eye doctor. You can also use your flex spending or HSA card as a payment option. If you are still on the fence, they offer a free box just to try them out. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who wears contacts and likes saving money!

I've been using Hubble for nearly a year and highly recommend them. The contacts are cheaper per box than the Acuvue I used to use and they are just as comfortable. Their customer service reps are also very fast, efficient, and helpful.

I have been having a terrible time over the last couple years finding contacts that do not irritate my eyes and last all day. My eye doctor suggested I try dailies instead of monthly contacts to reduce my issues. I had seen Hubble Contacts on Instagram and thought, "Why not?!" I have been using the contacts for about 5 months and I love having a fresh pair to wear everyday! Having them come directly to my home is amazing and I do not have to think about reordering or going without a pair. My eye irritation has significantly reduced and the contacts are comfortable to wear all day!

I purchased these in as I was having issues with remembering to order or setting up an appt or having to drop into the eye doctor office then dealing with rude people on some days or parking uuuuu lame. Then I saw Hubble on my Instagram and said, "Let’s give it a try." Year later!!! My experience has been great. They always arrive on time, they are perfectly fitted and my prescription - they come in an adorable box and ready to go.

I have been using Hubble Contacts for over a year now and find the service very convenient and at a very good price. I have found no significant difference using Hubble Contacts from the ones I used to get through my optometrist at a pretty substantially higher cost. They get delivered to my door on a schedule which I can adjust whenever I want. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I've been using Hubble Contacts for almost a year now and will continue to do so. The price point works for me and I like that I don't have to remember about re-ordering (something that I used to get behind on when I had to order them through my eye doctor). My eyes have tendencies to get dry so that is the only thing that I struggle with but it doesn't bother me enough to switch to different contacts.

I love the convenience of receiving a subscription of contacts. I don't have to think about it and can easily bring extra pairs with me when I need them. The contacts dry out for me, however. I also wish it was more eco-friendly - but the packaging and microplastics are definitely not.

Satisfied w the product, the contacts work well enough, my biggest complaint is that they can be drying (like all contacts). The autopay option is convenient, though there have been instances of delayed delivery and I’ve gone days w/o contacts as a result. Sometimes the contacts do dry out and pop out of my eye, which can be frustrating. Paying about $1.47/pair.

I love my Hubble contacts. I used to wear 2 week contacts and thought I couldn't afford the dailies but with Hubble I get the best of both worlds! They come on time, in cute packaging, and are of equal quality to my previous contact brand. :) I hope to always use Hubble. :)

I switched to Hubble a few months ago and can 100% recommended them. I pay by direct debit and the lenses arrive reliably every month. I never have to worry about running out and I find them much easier to use than my previous brand. I have no intentions of leaving Hubble!

I ordered a trial 2-week contact lens shipment. I did not recognize when doing this that this was also starting a recurring monthly subscription. Customers are not able to cancel a subscription online, and must call to cancel. I called Hubble to both cancel the subscription, and return the unopened contact lenses boxes I received a few days earlier. While Hubble states they would cancel the subscription, they would not refund my money or accept a return for the unopened contact lenses, and directed me to their terms of service.

Hubble has been consistently great, I started ordering them maybe a year ago. Service is great, the payment comes out monthly and they are always delivered within a couple of days. No more worries in terms of forgetting to order and running out. From a wear perspective the prescription is fine, they are comfortable - however can dry out a little by the end of the day!

Overall, I have had a great experience with Hubble. Saves me around $50 a month. I really like to monthly delivery. The lens are great, and whenever I have needed anything they are very responsive via email - really hassle free. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been using Hubble Contacts for about a year now. I've had no problems and the service has been reliable. Now understand, I don't have any extraordinary eye problems: I'm just nearsighted. It irks me to no end that if I want contacts, I have to go to an optometrist every year and get a new prescription, even though I know nothing has changed. When regular health insurance doesn't cover eye health, this means I either have to purchase eye insurance (which is always very limited in its coverage) or pay out of pocket. Then I have to pay for all the contacts. (Which often are barely covered by insurance if at all... But hey I get a $35 refund... Yay?)

I'm horrible about reordering contacts and end up wearing them too long. So happy I found Hubble! No reorder worries, be lenses every day! Plus, customer service is great! When I moved, one month's package was lost in the mail; Hubble replaced it without any fuss. As someone who is new to contact lenses I was drawn to the options of having them delivered to my house and not having to go pick them out myself. It was a perfect choice. Hubble is reliable, I know I will get my contacts just in time, never have to worry about running out. :) I tried some high street brands before this and none were as comfortable as Hubble. They don't dry out or move around. This is really important as I work with computers and that tends to dry out my eyes, but Hubble lenses get me through the day without blinking. :)

The problem I’m having is that we didn’t order anything else from them, they shipped contact lenses to us without our permission. One persons said we could ship the box back as long as it was unopened and then somebody we talked to said the rules have changed. This was supposed to be a one time deal only. Will never do business with these people ever again.

Don't get the Hubble free trial pair even if you cancel or call when you receive them and if you can't hear the trial pair or don't want the service for whatever reason you WILL be charged $36.00 a month for 1 year! They will say you will not be charged but then they will charge you. After you are charged they will say it is against their policy to refund anyone, even if it is Hubble's fault. Then they will say they can't find any record of your call, even if you have the call logs and recording you to self. Hubble tried to charge me 30 times last month and I didn't have the money and they kept trying, then on Dec 31st I got paid and they took the $36.00 the second my pay hit.

I have worn contacts for years and for years. I have always run out, or lost a lens (of my monthly pair) and have ended up screwed. However, now with Hubble not only do I get my contacts delivered to my door (on time and automatically so I don't need to remember) they are also daily contacts so if I lose lens it doesn't matter! They are also comfortable and most of all AFFORDABLE, these lenses won't break the bank!

The contacts Hubble sells are made from an old material (developed in the 1980s) manufactured by a factory in Taiwan. I found them to be uncomfortable to wear; they dried out my eyes. I talked to my optometrist and found out that Hubble contacts are made from methafilcon A - an extremely harmful material that has been discontinued by most companies. My cornea was damaged after wearing them for only 1 week. Apart from all of this, I also found out that Hubble didn't actually check my prescription with my optometrist, which is illegal and dangerous. There are other companies like Sightbox which offer great prices on safe, proven contact brands like Acuvue.

This company Hubble Contacts is sending ads that the contacts is free trial yet they charge my card. I now calling to cancel now they are telling they sent another one. They even sent me the wrong size of contacts which they won’t take it back. Such predatory and misleading business practice stop victimizing people in social media. I will report you to my bank. I hope the consumer affairs stop you from doing such awful business practices.

Arrive efficiently through post. I have not had a problem with the lens as such but possibly not a long wearing lens, I feel they get dirty quite quickly in London. I dislike the setup of account, how I can’t go online and re-order and that you have to phone to cancel a month if you don’t need them. Overall good service.

The customer service is top notch. You can easily choose when to skip deliveries if needed. I absolutely love the convenience of having daily lenses delivered to my home monthly!! $36 a month for fresh contacts every day, you can't beat that!

I was misled to believe I was only getting a free trial of contacts from this company. They sneakily signed me up for a membership and charged me a non-refundable $36.00. When requesting a refund I was told the contacts already shipped and because they were considered a medical device they were non-refundable. While the representative was on the phone I tracked the package to find out only a shipping label was created and the contacts had not left. This company is a scam. These contacts are the worst fitting contacts I have ever worn in 30 years of wearing contacts. Don't waste your time or money.

The contacts from Hubble are awesome! I love daily contacts because they do not irritate my eyes and are fresh every time I wear them. They are also very affordable and ship quickly in just a matter of days. I highly recommended Hubble Contacts!

I am so thankful Hubble offers contacts along with a visit to the eye doctor as part of the cost each month. It is so affordable. The company is eager to make sure I'm taken care of and I appreciate when they check in to make sure my eye appointment went well. They have fast customer service and great communication.

It is very nice to have them delivered regularly, instead of having to go into the doctor's office. They do have a tendency to dry out and fall out even with gentle rubbing of the eyes. After about 8 hours of wearing them, I have to change them out with another pair because they are so dry.

Incredibly convenient for the contacts to be mailed directly to you and to be able to avoid the time/cost of storing overnight with dailies. Not sure if it's because they are dailies and different materials but the contacts don't seem to sit on my eyes the best. They fall out more often than my previous contacts and are hit/miss when putting them in if they are correct or not. Overall decent experience to hold me over until I get Lasik.

I was getting annoyed with driving out of the way and going into a store I never go to for anything else to get contacts. They also never kept any in stock so I had to call and preorder. A friend started using Hubble and suggested it to me. It wasn't available in Canada at that time. I checked back a while later and it was available so I figured I might as well try out a free box. I was not disappointed! Contacts delivered to your home. They are comfortable and packaged well.

I was using Bausch & Lomb BioTrue daily contacts with no issue when I came across a free trial of Hubble so I figured I would give them a try. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the contacts. Every now and then I get a contact that doesn't feel quite right in one of my eyes so I have to throw it out and open a new one. Not sure if this is an issue with the contacts or just an issue with my eyes? I like always having a supply of contacts delivered to my door monthly.

I was reluctant to buy these contacts due to mixed reviews, but it’s definitely a lot easier for me to pay $36/month (price includes shipping) vs. several hundreds of dollars at one time. I haven’t had any issues with the contacts. They work just like other contacts I’ve ordered online or gotten through my doctor’s office. It’s easy to skip an order if you need to. Unfortunately, the contacts did not work for my husband though, which is why I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5. Hubble doesn’t ask for all the sizing information, so it’s kind of a standard one-size-fits-all, which may not work for everyone. Keep that in mind. But they do offer a free trial for your first order, so it’s a nice way to try things out. I hope that one day they’ll offer other sizes, so my husband can use their service too. I’ve been very happy with them!

Used a few different contacts. These by far are the best fit, they are made larger than most contacts and barely feel like they are in no irritation. I would recommend these contacts much better than Acuvue and Daysoft.

I’ve been wearing contacts since 2013, (Biofinity biweekly) I have tried other top brands but my eyes are so sensitive that even the biweekly ones weren’t good enough, after a week my eyes would hurt or burn and I used special contact solution and a 6 hour soak method to clean them. I wanted one day contacts but those are sooo expensive! I found Hubble through an Instagram ad. They sent me an entire first month for FREE! It took me a couple days to absolutely love them! The best thing I can decide how often I want my contacts. I don’t wear contacts everyday so I set it for every 55 days. I typically wear them almost everyday during the summer. I wear them in the pool, and beach.

These contacts are amazing! I have worn many brands, and these are by far the best. Having them delivered on a monthly basis is budget friendly, and convenient. Pricing is well below what I normally paid. Customer for life here!

I started using Hubble about 5 months ago and I’m so happy I did! I have an astigmatism and in order to get the specialty contacts I needed through my own doctor/insurance it was going to cost me over $200 a month! Hubble was a great solution for cheap one a day contacts that are still great quality. I can’t wear them at night (due to the astigmatism) but I’m completely fine with that and really only need them during the day. They are seriously the best offer for contacts out there. Also the packaging is super cute. If you listen to podcasts, they might be sponsored by Hubble and you can get a discount code! That’s how I started my subscription. I can’t see myself switching to any other contact brand.
