Overpriced and uncomfortable. Customer service is poor. Try to cancel your subscription and it will take several emails and several phone calls. Refuse a delivery and they will still send it back. At 1-800-CONTACTS a customer can order unlimited contacts and if your prescription changes at any time you have unused contacts, you are able to send them back and be reimbursed. Not here. You will be told that your unneeded contacts are a "medical supply" and cannot be returned. That sounds logically, however, the contact cases are medically sealed. Overall, the quality of the lenses is poor. The edges are too sharp and not at all like higher end, better quality lenses. Seems to me that Hubble is only interested in monetary gain and not the well being of you or your precious eyes.

After 7 months of no orders, out of nowhere they charged my card and sent contacts. My prescription is different so they are useless as well as I am going through a divorce and the card they charged is in my soon to be ex-wife's name. Now I will have to answer to it in court. I explained it to them and they said, "Too bad." Hands down the worst customer service in the world.

I thought I was getting a good deal on contacts. The customer service was good but the product should not be worn. I just came back from my eye doctor, who has been taking of my eyes for 20 years and he told me to stop wearing the product. My eyes have always been in good shape but he said that it does not look like I am wearing a daily contact. The oxygen levels your eyes receive with the Hubble contacts is very poor. He says the cheapest daily contacts he deals with have a level of 38 while Hubble has a level of 8. I was shocked. Now I have a full box of contacts that I paid $114 for they have to throw away! Hubble won't give me back my money because I have had them for 15-days. I am not happy!

Worse customer service I am have experienced. Supposedly verified my prescription yet sent me the wrong one. People on the phone were completely rude. People via email gave robotic automatic responses. Ridiculous "policies".

I emailed Hubble's customer service 3 months ago to cancel my account as their contact irritate my eyes. I have a normal prescription and use another, fairly cheap brand from my optometrist but their brand did not work for me. They would not allow me to cancel online, and I never got a response back letting me know they can't cancel over email (which also doesn't make sense.)
They charged me again, 3 months later, without warning after they already sent the package and are unwilling to finally cancel my subscription and return my money even though I did not authorize it and tried to cancel already. Terrible customer experience and low product quality. Would not recommend!!! They try to trap you in subscription and obscure how to leave while they continue charging you!

Hubble claims on their homepage that, “You can easily cancel or modify your Hubble subscription to suit your needs.“ What I experienced couldn’t be further from that. I received my $1 trial lenses and a week later I tried them on for an event. I was unhappy with the comfort of the lenses so the following day attempted to cancel my subscription. This was on June 14. You must call during daytime office hours to cancel subscription which is really is not the simplest method.. this could be done with a tap of a button online. Regardless, they informed me they had already charged my card $118 CAD and shipped my next box that morning. They informed me they had no control now and I must wait to receive the box, return it, and then I’ll get my refund. Simple right?
It is now July 11th, almost a month later and I haven’t received my refund. I have received the order but have not been able to send it back, due to invalid return labels that have been provided to me. Local post offices simply won’t accept it. Hubble employees have provided no help. The customer service I have received is appalling. Instead of rectifying what has been an arduous and awful experience they have simply stopped communication with me and have refused refunding my money. What was a simple $1 offer was too good to be true, and now I am dealing with a Better Business Bureau Complaint. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Hubble.

I attempted to cancel my Hubble subscription in March because the contacts were low quality and uncomfortable. I emailed and was told I had to call. I was traveling abroad and called from a local landline that used a digital long distance service. I was told everything was cancelled. Now, in July, I was charged $33 with absolutely no warning, and they are refusing to issue me a refund for contacts I do not want because I do not have "proof" of the call from a landline, which of course is impossible. Four customer service reps have not been able to adequately understand or address the issue. This is essentially theft, and Hubble refuses to do anything to fix it. I would not be surprised if much of their revenue comes from lying to customers about cancellations and then refusing to refund them.

I got a shipment of contacts I never ordered. In fact, I had cancelled prior to the shipment. They send one anyways and charge my card, and THEN they tell me they can’t offer returns (ALTHOUGH THE BOX WAS NEVER OPENED). How are you going to send me something I DIDN’T ASK FOR and then proceed to CHARGE ME FOR IT.

I cancelled my account on March 19, 2019, because the product was causing trouble with my eyes. The rep informed me at that time that my order had "just shipped" and so I would be receiving another box and the charge for the contacts would stand. Fine. I still have that box in July. Today (July 9, 2019) I found ANOTHER charge on my account - pending from from Hubble. I immediately called, because it's the only way to cancel... They claim that I reactivated my account and asked for the contacts again and that they "just shipped" and the pending charge would stand again.
I asked where they were being shipped to because we moved around the same time that they claim I reactivated my account. But my address was never changed. What good are contacts to me if they're shipped to a state I don't live in anymore?? I asked them to DELETE my account. The rep said he'd send me an email confirmation. Nope... Got an email saying my account is cancelled. And you can't remove your card information. So they could come back and charge me again if they wanted to. They wouldn't cancel the order or the charges. I have since emailed, filed a complaint with the BBB and will tell everyone I know to avoid the Hubble scam. This is ridiculous. I never want to see this company's name on my bank statement ever again.

I informed Hubble my prescription was incorrect DURING the 16 day trial. The trial period is a short window and not actually 16 days. My understanding from emails with customer service was that my subscription would naturally be cancelled because they could not accommodate my prescription. However, when the trial window closed, Hubble charged my account for a monthly subscription, DESPITE BEING FULLY AWARE that their contacts would not work for me. When I pointed this out, the person on the phone (whose line was so horrible I had to have her repeat everything she said twice) could care less. Simply because I did not call them, as opposed to emailing them of the problem, I am out $36. Horrible customer service.

I called to cancel my subscription and to get a refund for an order. I was unable to cancel due to being out of the country. When I called, I was called "sir" several times after stating I was not a man. Was told I could not get a refund after seeing directions on how to get a refund, and was apologized to over and over. The icing on the cake was when I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on ignore for 15 min, which at that time I hung up. The contacts are not as great as they claim. The only thing that is true is the fact that they are cheap. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I signed up for the trial with paid shipping. I must have missed the fine print that automatically signs you up for the monthly subscription without a prior cancellation. My card was charged over $40 on a Sunday when customer service is not open. In order to cancel, you have to call customer service M-F, 9-5. Conveniently for them, when I did call to cancel, the order had shipped and could not be refunded. Now, I will have a box of cheap contacts from China that don’t fit and fall out and I get to pay for them. Just swell. Buyer beware!

These lenses are terrible. They are made from a very old, outdated (aka cheap) material that eye doctors do not recommend anymore. This material does not let your eyes breathe nearly as well as the newer materials used by other brands. My son and I both had consistent and significant problems with fit and comfort. They also fogged up and shriveled after being in the sun for a while or going in the pool (not under the water - just around the pool) to the point where we could no longer see through them and had to remove them.
When I contacted Hubble about the concerns, I received a generic response saying "our lenses are made in the same factory as many of our competitors." This did NOT answer our concerns, but also told me that they're leading people into thinking they're comparable by saying "same factory" - which is NOT the same is same materials and formulas. We cancelled and changed brands. They may be a bit more expensive, but sooo worth it! Night and day.
I told my eye doctor about the concerns and he told me he would never recommend them. Then I looked online and saw other doctors saying the same thing. I should have done more homework before ever trying these. Two months of discomfort and dry eyes. I like the concept of getting lenses automatically by mail (only reason I gave one star instead of zero), but I wish they would offer higher quality lenses comparable to other Dailies out there that doctors actually do recommend.

I attempted the $1 trial pair of contacts, however the order never processed: my card was not charged, I never received the contacts, no confirmation email, nothing. 2 weeks later Hubble takes $41 out of my account for a subscription. I tried to "log on" to cancel my subscription, but I actually didn't have an account because my subscription was NEVER confirmed. I emailed their customer support & was told they don't give refunds & I should log on to cancel my account. He brushed me off after giving BS robotic answers to my concerns. Never would I recommend Hubble.

I decided to try one of these contact subscriptions I see advertised all the time and I went with Hubble because they had seemingly the best reviews. Long story short, I did the free trial which was two weeks worth of contact lenses and I absolutely hated them. They made my eyes extremely dry much sooner than what most contact lenses are supposed to. My eye doctor advised me that an individual is supposed to be able to wear contact lenses for up to 8 hours COMFORTABLY. I wanted to rip Hubble's lenses out of my eyes after around 4 hours. I decided that maybe I just needed to get used to them but nothing helped.
So my two week mark had come up and I called the cancel the subscription but they had already charged me the $36 for a month's worth of contacts that I simply could not wear. I asked for my money back and they gave me some stupid excuse. So now, I am stuck with these awful lenses until my actual name brand contacts come in. SO MAD! Don't even waste your time because they don't even offer to help at all.

I decided to try these contacts because they were $1 for the trial and why not. I signed up for the trial and I immediately call to cancel, 1. Because I don’t trust myself to remember to cancel, 2. I wanted to be able to try them out on my terms before I got charged full price in two weeks. About two weeks after I order my trial I get an email saying that they could not verify my prescription so I needed to take an online assessment. Weird, because I have never had an issue with this. I do the assessment and two weeks later I get my trial. Before I even had time to try them I get charged for a month ($35) and I was furious. I called to tell them I had already canceled my subscription and I wanted a refund.
They told me that because I had done the assessment, that means I consented to un-cancelling my subscription. I know they had asked me to do the assessment because I had immediately canceled and that didn’t benefit them, so they scammed me. I have never been so frustrated with someone over the phone ever. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they couldn’t because they had already sent out the new shipment. They didn’t even wait two weeks before charging me and letting me try the trial lenses.
Since I had the lenses I decided to try them. 1 out of every 2 lenses is damaged and I have to remove them. They hurt my eye. It feels like there is something constantly poking my eye. I don’t care that they promise $1 for 15 lenses, they are a nightmare to deal with and their lenses are horrible quality. Go somewhere else to get your lenses, they are scamming people.

I've been using Hubble contact lenses for a few months now, and I've had a very pleasing experience. I had to leave my house for a couple of months so I had to cancel my subscription on the phone, but when I came back I easily restarted it on my profile. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. I don't have to think about buying contact lenses anymore as they automatically arrive every month. They are also very comfortable and the design of the packaging is really cute. The price is reasonable for the quality and they always arrive on time. It's also quite handy to be able to change the monthly dates on the profile. The only thing to improve for me would be the possibility to cancel the subscription directly from the profile.

I'm disabled and have a friend that is on disability. I helped set up his account for him. In the first order I used my PayPal account because he didn't have it, but set up billing going forward on his account. He got the 1st order all good, the next order he forgot was coming because they don't send a reminder a few days before. This caused him to bounce his rent, well almost. I took care of it, he then emailed them saying he needed them to send a reminder or cancel his account because his disability is he forgets. Well this month no reminder until he gets a notice he didn't have enough in his account. It was late. He emailed them like it said in one of their websites to cancel his account. So you think end of story, well no.
Then after responding to his email, go back find my information and bill my account, I get a notice right away. So at 9:53am their time I call and tell them to credit my account and cancel the order. Now this woman who I could barely understand reads from a script saying she can't, the order went out. I said, "No it didn't, you processed it 10min ago." She doesn't know what to say and starts saying again the order was shipped. I said, "It didn't, Amazon can't even ship that fast." I can't tell she reads the script. I said, "Let me talk to the manager." She tried to get me to change my mind by saying again the order shipped. So she puts me on ignore for 10 min, comes back on says she talked to the manager and she said the order shipped, she can't refund me.
I said I want to talk to the manager and again 10 min to get they'll call me back. Well at some point just before they close, they called. I was working and he said he would email me. We letter said, "Too bad order shipped." I write back "That's not my problem. I didn't authorize the use of my account for payment." Again that's ignored and I'm told order shipped, can't refund me. Can't or don't want to. I have screen print showing account to bill. What they did was illegal and theft. So be careful, then don't send reminders so people forget and don't cancel. Greedy.

They I can return it without opening the box but in their ads they said that they a sample but it's not. They send me lot and I thought it a sample so I open it so how can I return? Hubble Contacts are great. They’re affordable and great quality. This review is about the customer service department. I wear glasses 95% of the time, and only wear contacts in special occasions or when I go out in the evenings. That being said, I made it known to Hubble multiple times that I do not need monthly packages. Every month, I get a delivery, and every month, I email customer service asking to pause/cancel my account, and every month, they confirm that they will not send me any more packages and charge my account. It’s the sixth time now that I’m getting unwanted contacts and I have way more than I’ll ever need. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get this one thing done.

I always heard about daily contacts, but always avoided them as they were usually expensive. Years of biweekly and monthly contacts really started taking a toll on my eyes. Dryness, discomfort, carrying around my glasses (because I couldn’t last a whole day with my contacts in), eventually it started causing me to get headaches. In steps Hubble contacts. I heard about it on podcasts and a free two week trial. Hard to resist, nothing to lose. Here I am, six months later. No more dryness, my Hubble contacts are lightweight/comfortable/I wear them all day. No more headaches. No more messy/sticky contact solution and cases. No more pressure to make dry contacts last for a month, in fear of running out. They show up at my door every month. Super convenient, and even more affordable/fair pricing. Thank you, very much a positive change in my life.

Hubble is a great company. I order contacts for both my sons through Hubble. They come in perfect condition every month like clock work. My boys are high school age and love them. It’s so much easier than worrying about solution and cases. Traveling, no problem. Throw a few pair in your travel bag. These contacts are low stress and highly effective. Thank you Hubble! Now... If you only made them for astigmatisms... Then I would order them for myself too!

I've tried multiple brands of contacts before and they were either uncomfortable or super expensive. What I love about Hubble is that it's so convenient since I receive my contacts in the mail every month and it's affordable! If I decide that I want to skip a month, I can easily fix my delivery schedule or call their super helpful customer service. I know it's bad to sleep with contacts, but sometimes, I accidentally do. What I like about Hubble is that I can easily remove my contacts even though I had it on while sleeping (I do not recommend sleeping with contacts at all!) Overall, I am pleased with the service and the quality of my contacts and I would recommend anyone to try it out and see if it works for you!

I love using Hubble because I don't have to go anywhere, they verified my prescription with my optometrist for me. The contacts are comfortable and best of all, I don't have to drop hundreds of dollars at one time for a prescription of contacts. I just wait for them to come to me and that's it!

I needed contacts and didn't want to pay an outrageous amount of money for them. I came across Hubble Contacts while scrolling through Instagram one day and decided to try them out. I loved that my first box was free! I really enjoy using Hubble Contacts. They make my life so much easier and the experience of having to order contacts - hassle free! I don't have to worry about having to reorder them each month because Hubble Contacts automatically orders them for me. Thank you for making my life so much easier. I will definitely continue to use Hubble Contacts. For the price and convenience - they can't be beaten!

My teenage son wanted to get contacts after wearing glasses for years. I heard a lot about Hubble and figured we would give them a shot. We did the two week trial period first to see how he would like them. He didn't have any issues with them drying out and thinks they're super comfortable. After the two week period, we continued with our subscription. He has never ran out of contacts. Their site makes it so easy to update how often we want the contacts mailed to us and we can always extend the length between mailings if we have too many, since there are days he wears his glasses instead. We love the convenience of them.

The Hubble website is easy to use and you can change the frequency of your shipments. It’s nice to be able to travel and not have to carry lens cleaning solution or storage containers. The price isn’t bad considering you are paying for the ability to simplify wearing contacts!

I’ve been wearing Dailies now for many years, and it is the best thing I did, as I suffered many problems with monthlies- allergies, irritation, infection etc... and never again since making the switch. I was very happy with the dailies I was using, but 1-2x/year I would have to research all the sites for the best prices, search for specials and discount codes available, and would drop hundreds of dollars in one shot, for the discount that came with buying a year’s supply. Then I came across Hubble, and found that their pricing was right around what I was paying after all that research, and the thought of breaking the payments up monthly seemed easier, so it was certainly worth a try. I decided to order the two week free trial, and compare them to the lenses I used. I found that the Hubble lenses are just as good, and so much more convenient! I’m thrilled with my subscription!

I have been wearing Hubble contacts for 6 months. In January I got a horrible eye infection from my weekly lenses so my doctor suggested I switch to Dailies. My only issue was the cost. After researching I came across Hubble. They're inexpensive and are delivered to you monthly without any effort or thought which is super convenient for my busy lifestyle. They are comfortable and reliable. I love daily lenses and don't ever see going back to storing and cleaning lenses. I save a bunch considering the lenses are only 33 dollars with shipping for a month supply and there is no need to buy saline solution all the time.

This is the first set of contacts I've ever used. For the convenience and cost I don't think you can complain. I'm sure they're not the most comfortable in the world but they work for me. They don't hurt my eyes or agitate them. I don't really notice them at all. If you're looking for contacts that work and won't break the bank these work.

I genuinely love that this is a subscription service and that I never have to think about it. The fact that the first 15 are free is what sold it to me. The boxes are cute and the quality of the contacts are great. The reason why I’m giving it a 4 and not a 5 is because of the price.

I have always struggled with finding a daily contact that was not only comfortable but affordable as well. Hubble Contacts has been my saving grace for the last 6 months. They are comfortable to wear all day. I love that I can just toss these in the trash at night and have a fresh pair in the morning. At $30 a month you can't beat that. I will continue to purchase from Hubble from here on out. Customer service is also wonderful. Thanks Hubble.

The company is a breeze to communicate with, which is wonderful. The contacts are inexpensive and make getting ready in the morning a breeze (plus I spend less money on contact fluid which is a plus). However, the lenses easily dry in my eyes and I have had the misfortune (more than a dozen times) of the lens warping during wear somehow, making my experience uncomfortable to the point where I need to swap out the lens for a new one. When that happens, I feel cheated (I've been a contact lens wearer for 25 years and this was a first).

I ordered a trial pair of Hubble contacts when I saw their ad on Instagram. I used their mobile site to do so. I never received any updates on the status of my order, and when I logged in, it showed that I had NO order. I tried to alter my subscription to push back the next order date because I had not yet received the trial lenses, but my profile did not give me the option to do so. I figured the problem was their mobile site, but it turned out that their desktop website showed the same issue. There was NO ORDER, and I was not given an option to skip/alter my subscription, or to cancel, as advertised by the company.
Next thing I knew, they charged me for a full month of contact lenses. I tried to call them to not only ask for a refund but to also ask that they cancel my account. They refused to help me, and had the nerve to say: "It's not our fault that the website did not work for you. Maybe you should have called us sooner." Excuse me? Then whose fault is it? Neither the mobile nor the desktop website works properly as far as allowing consumers to log in and alter/cancel their subscription. In fact, it further makes me feel like this is a scam because they refused to refund me, then hung up on me, and clearly intend to keep charging my card even though I specifically asked them not to. Don't waste your money on this company. In addition to the reported discomfort and eye infections reported by other consumers, and the low quality of the product, the customer service is even worse than the product itself. Stay clear away!

So the contacts are decent but when I signed up for the trial box, they sent me and charged me for an entire box of contacts before I even received the trial box to try. I emailed asking for a refund and they said they can’t refund anything but that they would cancel my subscription. Here I am 3 months later still getting charged, and when I emailed them asking for a refund as I had requested and been promised a cancellation, they said no and that I had never asked for cancellation. I sent them proof of my email asking for a cancellation and the response certifying my cancellation and they never responded. And they only communicate through email. So the low quality of the contacts is not anywhere near worth for hassle.

I was jaded on contacts because I could never find a brand that fit comfortably. I tried three other daily brands and was about to give up when I tried Hubble. I didn't try Hubble at first because they are a little more expensive than the rest, but they are totally worth it. This is what contacts should feel like.

I started wearing one-a-day contacts when I found out I was pregnant with my son 2 years ago. After trying several brands, Hubble is BY FAR the most comfortable and I don't have to keep track of how long I've been wearing my current pair. Their automatic shipping option keeps me from waiting until I'm on the last pair to order. I'll be using Hubble again and again.

I like that I don't have to treat them like gold as I did with my other lenses. I can also get a stockpile that way I have extra. This makes life easier for me. I also don't have to go to the doctor for them, while I do need a prescription to order, I can order from anywhere and also you don't have to worry about forgetting to reorder in time because they automatically ship.

Best contacts I've ever worn! Very lightweight and great accuracy with my prescription. Been using for about a year now! They come in packaging that is great for travel and use on the road. The fact that they are disposable is also a plus if you cannot find the time to use solution!

I started wearing Hubble contacts less than a year ago. After getting them, I noticed they seemed to bother me more, so, I changed them more often. I finally canceled my subscription because I felt the quality was not good. I wore Acuvue since I started wearing them at 21, I’m now 46. I never had any problems that I can recall from them. On March 27, 2019, my right eye became swollen and red. Within four hours the light sensitivity was so bad that it nearly brought me to my knees. I called my ophthalmologist. She diagnosed me with a corneal abrasion and infection. On March 31, the pain and infection was so bad that I called my on-call dr. He agreed to meet. He stated it was the worst infection he had ever seen and told me he was getting me in with a corneal specialist the next morning, April 1, 2019.
I got in with a corneal specialist as promised. I had to be driven because I couldn’t open my right eye. At my appointment, I was told I had suffered a corneal melt. Yes, that’s where the cornea has literally melted. I had a corneal ulcer which got infected which caused the melt. He informed me I was in for a long road. He said he would try to save the eye through a cornea transplant but the possibility of losing my entire eye was great. I have seen him every week since. I’ve lost vision in my right eye which has made it difficult to work, drive and perform everyday tasks. I’ve had to take daily eye drops and oral antibiotics several times a day every day since April 1, 2019. I’m constantly dizzy and nauseous because my right eye is like I’m looking through plastic. I’m 46 years old and have had to have help in things I’ve normally been able to do. I’m seeking an attorney. I’m appalled that something is still on the market. You definitely get what you pay for.

Hubble has been a life changer for myself. I used to be an irresponsible contact user as I am very busy and going to the eye doctor did not fit in my schedule. That being said not going meant not getting new contacts and I would make contacts last as long as possible, which was not healthy to my eyes. Once I discovered Hubble I now wear a new pair everyday. I've been using them for almost 7 months and it has change my life. Thank you Hubble for making this such a simple process.

Honestly wish I had better things to say, but you get what you pay for. Inexpensive because they are cheap. I got my first box and let one auto charge go through and cancelled right away. I can’t go longer than a few hours without my eyes feeling extremely dry and uncomfortable. Currently I am wearing a pair that I put in about 3 hours ago and I really want to rip them out. For now I’ll finish my box, and get some eye drops, but I do not recommend unless you plan on wearing them for no longer than 3-5 hours a day.

I started using Hubble when my normal contacts started irritating my eyes. It's been a really good experience. The customer service is awesome and were able to change my prescription and bump up my delivery date within a couple emails. Also, the contacts are comfortable and convenient.

Hubble contacts are very affordable and convenient. They're easy to put in and take out. I was very satisfied with the comfort. I would recommend them to anyone. I like the fact that you can get a subscription in that have two older than yourself every month are automatically sent to you. I think it is convenient to not to have a doctor's prescription to purchase them.

I’ve always wanted to try daily contact lenses, but the price or is scared me off. After finding Hubble, I will never go back to regular contact lenses. I love the freedom that daily lenses give me. I just throw a pack in my suitcase and I don’t have to worry about bringing cases or contact lens solution. It’s seriously the most convenient thing ever.

I like them. Especially for the price. They get a little dry and uncomfortable, but overall, they are good for the price. I am pleased with the product, although I wish there was one specific for customers with dry eye. I have dry eye, so they get a little uncomfortable at the end of the day.

I had been wanting to get contacts for over 2 years but didn't know where to go. And as a busy mom of 4, I could never find the time to check places out physically. When I saw an ad for Hubble Contacts on Instagram, I thought, why not? If it doesn't work, I can always cancel. And it worked! Fabulously! Without worrying about it, I had contacts delivered to my door every month. And when I didn't use enough to need a new shipment, it was easy to push back the next shipment so I wouldn't end up with more than needed. I highly recommend trying it out!

So far these are the most comfortable contacts I've used. This is the best part of these contacts, of course. Having the contacts delivered, rather than having to go purchase, wait in lines, etc., also make the ease of use so convenient. They are not the cheapest contacts I've used, however, again, they are the most comfortable, which is invaluable.

I think that in the dictionary, under the word "convenience", we should find the Hubble logo! All the things to remember -- prescription, buying, picking up, keeping solution and cases on hand, etc etc, can be forgotten with a Hubble order. Hubble Step 1: they arrive. Hubble Step 2: you wear them. That's it!

I’ve been using Hubble Contacts for a few months now and I have had the easiest and most satisfying time. I never worry about running out of my contacts & I am always (finally) taking out my contacts at night without worry of using my last set. I’m very glad to have Hubble as my contact lenses company. Life has been so much easier because I don’t have to go anywhere since my contacts are mailed to me every month.

It is so convenient to receive contact lenses every month. The quality of the lenses are great. You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between these and other contact lens brands that cost sufficiently more. Seriously! There's nothing to complain about!

I have a monthly subscription with Hubble. Anytime I have a question or when my contacts got sent back by the post office within 3 days they sent an entire new set without being charged for extra shipping. My insurance does not cover contacts but the price is very affordable at $33 per month and $3 flat shipping. Customer service is very quick to respond by email within less than a half hour. I highly recommend their product and services. The contacts are comfortable and last all day and are disposable. My 13 year old proudly wears them and enjoys them.

I’ve loved using Hubble Contacts for the most part. They are comfortable and really high quality. The reason I didn’t give a perfect score is that I’ve had instances where there was no solution in a sealed contact, leaving it completely dry and making me waste one and leaving me with an uneven number of contacts. This has happened to me at least 3 times in my last month's batch. I will continue to use and love the product but there is definitely room for improvement!

I couldn’t be happier with my Hubble Contacts. This was my first experience with daily lenses, and I initially tried these and another brand, but found the Hubble lenses to be a much better fit for me. The convenience factor and fast shipping make a usually annoying process of ordering and sometimes waiting for contacts a thing of the past. I highly recommend them, and suggest you try them if you wear contacts!

I've been wearing contacts for years. The thing I like about Hubble is long as your script is current you just sign up, confirm your script, auto pay and basically forget about it. It's great. I only have to meet with it once a year to redo my script then upload and done. I get home from work and the package is at my door and I'm set. Very comfy lenses. Just two issues which is the norm: 1. Air will dry your lenses fast - norm and 2. Sometime when you open the lens packs about 1 out 7 the lens is backwards but simple flip fix. Other than that amazing deal and the cost is slightly below average.

Prior to wearing Hubble Contacts I was wearing extended wear contacts that I was only actually suppose to wear for 2 weeks but would end up wearing them longer because I just could not afford to purchase contacts all the time but then I learned about Hubble. Now I was very skeptical at first because they are daily lens and not expensive at all but I figured what the heck. I’ll give them a shot and I am so glad I did! My eyes are no longer irritated and don’t have junk coming out of them! Hubble contacts are awesome and very affordable!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but Hubble is one of the worst subscriptions if you want any communication from the company to confirm that they’re taking your money. I signed up for the free box and I had no idea that it even went through until I received the box in the mail. I got no email, and my account showed nothing about me having a subscription or anything like that. I tried them out, didn’t like them, and went back to my “account” to see what I needed to do. Still nothing.
When I called customer service after being charged for a product that did not work for me and did not even show that I was getting it, she told me I could’ve always changed the delivery date on the website so I wouldn’t get charged right away. This was after I explained that absolutely no sign of a subscription would show up on my account. I even checked again with her on the phone. Her best response to that was basically “They already shipped sorry, have a nice day”. This company is worthless.

I have been with Hubble for over 2 years now. They have the best quality contact lenses for the price. They are just as good if not better than the name brand and not to mention they are delivered to my door every month at low cost. If I went with name brand I would spend over $700 a year. Hubble is $36 a month shipped! Never had an issue with the quality either. I’m telling you give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I had tried Waldo before finding a free trial of Hubble Contacts, so I can compare and contrast the two. Waldo lenses were incredibly hard to get in my eye and even after several months, I had to allot an additional 5-10 minutes in the morning just for lenses. As with any previous lenses, I had mild discomfort towards the end of the day (about 11 hours in) but all in all, they were solid. However, I then tried a free trial of Hubble Contacts. They were immediately easier to insert and still are. I still have mild discomfort, but only around the 14th hour of wearing them. They've always been on time or early with delivery too.

I’ve always had a difficult time with contacts. I even had lasik eye surgery to avoid contacts. Unfortunately, after a few years my vision went back and I had to go back to glasses. I was so disappointed. Then I heard about Hubble daily and I figured I would give contacts another try. I’m so glad I did because now I am able to wear contacts again without any discomfort.

Hubble isn't worth your time or money. They lure you in with a trial pair, and then try to scam you out of as much money as possible. I went for the trial pair, as it was only $1, and I wanted to see what they were like. They were extremely uncomfortable, and I wasn't interested. But I didn't know I'd suddenly been locked in - they don't let you cancel your subscription online. You have to physically call in, ala Comcast, and you can only do so during the workday, M-F 9AM-5PM, which most people can't do (and isn't at all compliant with California law), minimizing the chances that most people cancel their subscription.
So, your only option is to then "Skip" the next charge, and if you forget to do this even once, you'll wake up to a charge posted at Saturday on 4AM, minimizing the chance that you respond quickly. Then, even if you send an email that Saturday morning, they'll wait a full day to respond to guaranteed that the fraudulent order is already being processed by UPS and therefore cannot be reversed. These are awful, unfair, shady business practices, and not at all what a company trying to make ordering contacts painless should be striving for.

I am impressed with my Hubble contacts. I began to try the services approximately 4 months ago. I was waiting for my contacts to either be late or something wrong with the contacts. I figured at such a cheap price, there had to be a defect. To my surprise, I haven't had any issues with my contacts. Each month my card is charged and a few days later, I receive my daily contacts in the mail. I have never been without contacts. A few months ago I was told by my doctor that I had to wear daily contacts due to my eyes being sensitive to the material that the weekly and monthly contacts are made of. Well crap, I thought. That’s gonna be expensive. And the idea of having to remember to order them etc just gives me anxiety thinking about it. I found Hubble on Facebook. It’s awesome I never have to remember they send them automatically and it’s so affordable. They are also very comfortable contacts which is a nice surprise for me and my sensitive eyes. I meant to only try out the company for the trial since I was already happy with my contacts I was getting. But they won me over. I never have to worry about running out of them or having to reach out to a store to get more. I get my new contacts before I even have to worry about them being low. The contacts fit great and I don't ever have dryness. I don't have to carry contact solutions or cases when I travel. Hubble has made the experience enjoyable. On top of that, they are very affordable!

I've been using Hubble Contacts for the last 6 months. They're a great solution for me because I work in a dusty environment around chemicals as a car retailer. Hubble is the greatest alternative to big brand contacts I have ever used. I admit I was skeptical at first considering they were new and I hadn’t heard of them yet. However they constantly were in my Instagram feed and I have them a try. A month's worth of contacts for $36 is something that just can’t be beat. If you have certain eye issues like astigmatism, they won’t cover that but they are still fantastic to use. Considering I have an astigmatism in my right eye I was nervous they wouldn’t work for my eyes, but they are perfect and I’ve been using them now for about 6 months. This a purchase definitely worth every penny and their customer service is also divine. I am so happy I found them.

Consistent sizing and comfort make all the difference in this industry and I am happy and proud to say I am customer of Hubble. I have been a contact lens wearer for 13 years. I had used various brands, for dry eye, extended wear, you name it, I probably tried it! I was tired of dealing with dirty contacts, running down to my last pair and having to wait for my order to come in through my eye doctor. I decided to give Hubble a try, not only for sanitary reasons, but to not have to deal with keeping track of the same pair for a month at a time. I will never go back to extended wear! Dailies are so easy to manage, you always have a clean pair and the subscription service is so easy to manage! I recently discovered daily lenses and compared Acuvue, Waldo and Hubble. Walton was too thin and flimsy and felt like I had plastic in my eye. I could not tell the difference in wearing Acuvue and Hubble and went with Hubble for the price and convenience! I've been wearing Hubble for about 6 months and absolutely love them!

I have been wearing contact lenses on and off for a long time and have always been looking for a simple solution to not forgetting to order more lenses! Hubble has made that much easier. I was also surprised about how good the quality of lenses are. My eyes barely dry out even after long days and I don't remember a time where I have had any trouble putting them in early in the morning. Overall a really great service and product. I started the cheap trial for these lenses not knowing what to expect. I've been wearing disposable lenses for 10 plus years and prefer a subscription service so I dont run out. They are delivered every month with no issues, are packaged well too and all communication is great. The lenses themselves are good, I've not had an issue with quality and have been using them for 6 months now. I would recommend trying them. I dont think you will be disappointed.

I have been wearing my contacts from Hubble for about 3 months and I have had no problems at all. My vision is a bit clearer than my old contacts of the same script. I am not sure how that works, but it has been my experience. The comfort is fine also. I was having some end of day redness with my old contacts but I notice that has not been happening with these contacts. I will continue ordering primarily for the convenience.

They make buying and wearing contacts easy and affordable and take the hassle out of remembering to order when you are close to running out so much easier. Hubble sends you 30 pairs of contacts each month. It was really easy to subscribe. To cancel you have to call them during their business hours and it’s pretty easy. I ordered them because I didn’t have a car for a little while so it was just convenient to get them delivered. It is pricier than what you’d pay if you went somewhere like Costco to purchase daily contacts but you’re paying for convenience. Would recommend to anyone.

At first I was skeptical about ordering prescription contact lenses online. Once I receive them and wore them for a couple of days. I realized it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Especially knowing I do not have to wash my contacts every day and then store them at night in a solution case. I just put a new pair in every morning and then go about my day. I carry a spare set in my pocket just in case I need them. Then Hubble sends me a new month supply every month. It is so convenient I wouldn’t do it any other way.

At first I was wary about wearing daily contacts because my vision is so bad and with something like eyesight it's really hard to switch what you're used to....however who am I to pass up a free 2 week trial? Let me just say I was hooked after a week. Nothing beats a fresh pair every day plus there's always extras you can bring with you in case you have any mishaps. I adore Hubble Contacts. Why?
1. Cost- at half the price I paid for my contacts last year. Hubble makes contacts beyond affordable.
2. New daily contacts = no eye allergies, no concerns about infection, and I don't have to pay for contact solution or keep it in my house. In addition to saving on the cost of my contacts from the eye doctor (even with insurance Hubble is half the cost), I am saving on the expensive contact solution I purchased from Costco. (Around $17 every other month, annually $102, not to mention the hassle of going to the store.)
3. Automatic. Don't have to think about it.

Hubble was my first ever experience wearing daily contacts, and I can’t deny that in every way they have made my life easier. What a relief to know reliably contacts will be coming your way before you ever run out! Plus, the packaging is adorable and the website is incredibly simple to use. As a new daily wearer though, I do think a lot about the waste that is produced from this practice. Because Hubble is such a new company, it would be really cool to see them doing something distinct from others on this front to minimize their waste impact. Just a thought! Overall I really have no complaints.

I started using Hubble contacts at the beginning of this year and have had a pretty good experience! Overall I've had issues with prior lenses solely because I have pretty sensitive eyes and have developed allergies to multiple contact lens solutions (even Clear Care). Once I started with Hubble, I've been able to easily get my lenses delivered to me. They fit well and I haven't had any issues adjusting to them or with any sort of allergic response which is great! Also haven't had any issues with them drying out throughout the day like others have mentioned. Previously I was paying $140 for a 6 month supply, so ultimately this may not be the CHEAPEST source, but still feel like I'm getting a pretty good deal.

Before I started using Hubble, I was paying $200 a month for dailies through my doctor. My insurance wasn't helping, and I knew paying that much wasn't sustainable for me. I was going to have to wear glasses more, which I HATE, but then a friend of mine suggested Hubble. It was SO easy to sign up, to get my trial boxes, and to eventually subscribe to the service. Customer service has always been super helpful and pleasant, my deliveries are always on time, and the contacts are good quality and comfortable. I can't recommend Hubble enough as a source for affordable daily contact lenses, and honestly, I never thought I'd ever be able to use the word "affordable" when describing contacts, but here we are. Hubble's experience has been a great one for me! I'm more of a glasses wearer so having the option to choose how frequent I want my contacts delivered has been wonderful, especially finically. They are very comfortable for daily wear. I have very sensitive eyes so if I have a long day with them - I put a new pair in for a refresh - but that's simple because of having a decent amount of back up!

I love my subscription to Hubble Contacts for a couple of reasons. The first being the convenience of the monthly subscription and being able to skip a month if needed with just a simple call. Customer service has been great thus far and beginning my subscription was super easy!!! I didn’t have to go through loads of red tape. I ordered the Hubble contact lens at the discounted 2.99 for a trial 2 week supply. First time in after a few hours eyes got itching and I took them out only to have mad severe red eyes so badly I couldn't wear contacts for 5 days, so after a while I swapped one Hubble one Waldo. Guess what yep Hubble eye severely irritated and red again... These are hard to get out. I thought I was going to have my doctor remove. I never have had any issues with any other brand. Stay away. Hubble isn't a good choice!! These are going to cause someone serious issues. I think they are cheaply made and don't care about consumer. I've tried to talk to someone and nope nobody has emailed or called me back yet.

Awesome! I’ve never had contacts that went in easier! I usually struggle to get them in and once I finally do it feels like there are rocks in my eyes for the next hour or so. And as far as the ordering process, they arrived quickly and the verification process was painless. Two weeks after receiving my free box of contacts, my prescription changed and I was unable to log in to Hubble to let them know. I sent emails that were apparently answered by name (Edwardo, Maria) but no Hubble in the address (therefore I missed them). So they kept on sending them and charging my account. I finally googled and found a phone number but the customer service person I could barely understand just kept saying we do not accept returns and we do apologize! So frustrating!! I did finally get her to cancel my order and she said, "Rest assured dirt is done". I said to send me email verification and had to call again when I didn't get it. I never got a straight answer about why the website said my email address was not valid therefore I could not log into my account to make changes or cancel my order. I definitely do not recommend Hubble contacts for that reason.

I tried Hubble through Instagram with the $3 shipping and handling. What I got was lenses with no correction and nothing but hassles trying to deal with customer service. They didn’t even offer to replace the lenses! Now I’m stuck in a subscription that I have to call to cancel. Somehow I missed that when I signed up (and I looked!!!!). The Instagram sign up is much different than their normal web page...even the shipping price is different. Just save yourself the hassle!

The contacts are very comfortable and extremely affordable! I usually wear the contacts for about 14-15 hours and they stay nice and moist. Any later than 15 hours you will start to feel your eyes drying out. But considering the price of a monthly supply, the positives definitely outside the one negative which isn't really a negative as you shouldn't wear dailies for more than 16 hours anyways. :)

Since May 22nd 2018 Hubble has ran my debit every single day for a year. I have emails from the middle of May confirming the cancellation of my subscription. Someone named Kevin informed me that it was cancelled. They have ran my card over 300 times and I don't know what else to do besides close my account....

I ran out of my Costco brand contacts and decided to try Hubble. The product has been good, I can't tell difference between former product, and the convenience of getting them shipped to you is handy. I've had to adjust my prescription once so far and while I wish that could be done online, corresponding with customer service has been a positive experience as they are quick to respond.

I had a very bad experience with Hubble. I would not order from them. First of all, I read several websites that claim that the Dk/t (oxygen permeability) of their lenses is too low for eye health. Second of all, I think they are a scummy company. They require you to call in to cancel your subscription, making it more difficult, and wasting more time than if they had a way to cancel on the website.
More specifically to me, they have a confusing website, which has different pages for changing your delivery frequency and skipping a delivery. I tried their free trial, and wanted to delay the next delivery until I could try another company. When you go to your profile on your mobile phone, you land on the subscription page. I changed my subscription frequency, thinking I added extra time before my first order. A few days later, I got a notification that I had been charged and my first order shipped. I was told that changing my subscription frequency was not enough, and that the first order goes out automatically, unless you “skip” the delivery on another page.
They don’t accept returns, because they are “medical devices,” even though everything is in sealed boxes and the individual lenses are sealed in foil. If they were a reputable company, they would refund my money, whether or not they could resell the contacts. They wouldn’t budge. It’s ok. I’ll wear the contacts. Only one month's supply. I would never do business with them again. I’m trying Waldo and another subscription company, which both have higher water content and acceptable Dk/t value.

I thought I'd give them a try as an alternative to going through my eye doctor as the cost was much more in line with my budget. Well, you get what you pay for. Like a number of other reviewers, they were extremely low quality and can't be worn for more than a couple of hours at best and dried out so badly they were nearly impossible to get out of my eyes. Obviously I immediately called customer service to cancel and figured that was the end of it.
Today I found out they did charge my card and have sent another month of lenses. When I reached out to customer service they told me that they could not call back the delivery, which was initiated just this morning so I highly doubt it's already been shipped especially since they could not provide me with a tracking number. They refuse to refund my money and claim they have no record of my initial call, even though I have a nearly 15 minute call to their number on canceled in my phone's call log, well before the deadline for this order to be canceled. Bottom line - AVOID HUBBLE AT ALL COSTS.

I received the wrong prescription on mail and even when I emailed them to try to cancel payment that I noticed on my bank account of (36.00) of a subscription I was not even aware of when I order my (FREE contacts for 3 dollars shipping) they still charged me. When I called the agent didn't allow me to speak to a manager. He simply said he was one and if I spoke to someone else they would say the same thing... After that he just stayed quiet. Didn't give me any resolution but to cancel my next order which by the way is an INCORRECT prescription.
I can't believe they charge you for incorrect prescriptions and how little solutions they have. It's very disappointing to see how Hubble takes advantage of people with FALSE advertising and sending out wrong prescriptions and still having the audacity to charge. I hope this helps someone... Do not get free contacts at Hubble. They are not free and if you're depending on this to see stay away because they might send the wrong prescription. Hope this helps!

The idea of daily contacts for a $1 a pair is great, but not actually saving me any money. Paid for the convenience of being able to change out my contacts every single day. The lens itself took a while to adjust to my eye. It's a little bit bigger than what I'm used to wearing and it only comes in one size. Lenses were never clear, even though they obtained my subscription. I can tell it's a problem with the Hubble lenses because when I switch back to my normal brand it's clear as day. I also wear extended wear lenses so my eyes don't get dry, but a couple hours after wearing Hubble lenses my eyes dry out and get itchy.
My normal brand lenses are also cheaper than Hubble lenses so there's no reason for me to keep being a customer. A shipment of mine was processed on 5/5 and I called the day after to cancel my subscription. They weren't able to cancel my shipment and they don't offer returns so now I'm stuck with a box of contacts I'll never use. Contacted customer service to complain and they didn't attempt to remedy the situation at all. In Canada you're able to return your contacts but in the U.S. Lenses probably are great for others, just not for my eyes.

I ordered contacts from them in March, I did the "first box free" deal.... ok fine, so I paid $.99 for a box of contacts. After wearing them for a couple of days (not the same ones, I wore them for a day at a time) but every time they hurt my eyes & didn't seem to fit. Finally once I got them right they still didn't seem right. So I just figured I would go some place else, I called & canceled my subscription & was told everything was good.
The next month came & I got charged $33.00 on my account for Hubble Contacts, which I DIDN'T ORDER. When I called the company to tell them they said "Oh so sorry, I can fix that" but when I asked if I would see my money back they said "Oh no sorry, we can't do that". So they sent out a box of contacts to an address I no longer live at but they can't refund me the money.... I don't think so. I told them I moved & they said "Oh well we can send a new box to the new address". I tried to tell them "I don't want new box. I want to cancel everything". They said they had canceled it out. I had to get a new card after this, just to be safe. I am STILL waiting on my REFUND of $33.00 from them.

The contacts are okay for the price you are paying. However the customer service is not helpful whatsoever, and they make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I wanted to cancel, but only my next order was canceled and I was still charged for contacts. My subscription as a whole was never canceled like I had requested.

After using monthly contacts for years, and finding them becoming more and more uncomfortable, I decided to give Hubble Dailies a try. What a positive change for my eyes! First off, I love the convenience of the recyclable packaging and no longer dealing with solution and plastic cases. Much easier for traveling! Second, I love that there's a fresh pair going in my eyes each morning. No buildup or irritation like I would experience with the monthlies. Also a fan of the ability to set my delivery preferences. As I still try and wear my glasses from time to time, I take longer than 30 days to use the 30 pack, so being able to adjust when they are delivered to me is extremely convenient. While in the long run monthlies were cheaper for me to purchase, I'm sold on the comfort these provide my eyes and don't mind spending a few extra dollars.

I was hesitant about doing a subscription for contacts, but Hubble has truly made it easy and uncomplicated! You have all the control on when you get your contacts, you can skip a shipment, you can delay a shipment, you can choose how often you get a shipment. I was afraid the contacts wouldn't fit or would be uncomfortable mainly because the only contacts I had ever tried before these were from the eye doctor. Hubble has made it all easy and convenient and I would definitely recommend signing up and giving them a try!

I'm not one to go out of my way to write a review on a company but I am really dissatisfied with Hubble. I ran out of contacts and knew about Hubble from Instagram. I decided to give it a try since the contacts are fairly affordable. I placed my order and then got a call from my eye doctor saying that they could not verify my prescription since Hubble is a third party vendor they don't work with. I assumed since my prescription didn't get approved that I would get notified and they wouldn't charge my account.
A few days later a box arrived in the mail. I called customer service and told them the situation and asked them to please refund my account as the contacts aren't even my correct prescription. They told me that they don't take returns and I cannot be refunded. The customer service representative was super unhelpful and wasn't willing to work with me. Don't order from them, the contacts may be affordable but you are better of ordering from your doctor's office to assure that you get the correct lenses without any hassle.

I have been wearing contact lenses for the last 20 years. I recently switched over to Hubble and it has been the worst experience of my life. My eyes are killing me. I have to change my lenses sometimes more than once a day. I have finally gotten pink eye and one of my eyes. That is my last straw. I will never wear these things again as literally they have infected my eyes from the lack of oxygen. These are dangerous and should be taken off the market.

So I ordered them to see what the bustle is about and they were so painful for my eyes. Then I looked up what they were made of and realized that the reason they hurt so much is because the lenses are so thick that they literally restrict oxygen flow to the optic nerves. Then I tried to cancel it and they of course didn't and still charged my account so I emailed them and they said they wouldn't refund me or cancel my subscription.

I needed to get daily lenses that were fresh every day and I could toss them away at night, but also ones that didn't break my bank account. I decided to order some contacts off Hubble after seeing their amazing offer on Facebook for £3! Was quick and easy to order and they came quicker that I thought x. I wasn’t sure that I would be able to get away with the contacts as in the past they have never felt comfortable as I have flat eyes. But I was so pleased when I found them so comfortable I often forgot that I had them in and would forget to replace them! When I fell ill my pay dropped and I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford to keep buying my contacts x. I got in touch with Hubble and they were so helpful and agreed to not send a months supply and restart the month after x. I was so pleased as in the past I have had to just cancel if I have had problem with payment and then never got round to restarting the process to order again x. Hubble has made it so I don’t need to worry x. I know that my contacts will turn up next month and I don’t have the stress of having to reorder x.

I’ve been a wearer of 2-week lenses all of my adult life, and I’m pretty active so glasses tend to just get in my way. I’ve been using Hubble dailies for about 6 months now, and I don’t think I’ll be going back to the longer wear lenses. Not only is it nice to not have to worry about solution and keeping the case clean, but I’d occasionally wear my 2-week lenses a little too long without noticing, and I feel my eyes are much happier and healthier with a new pair every day. It’s easy to cancel/postpone deliveries as well, I’ve used that feature a few times. Overall, love it. Totally wish I could recycle the packaging, though. Make biodegradable or recyclable packaging and I’m 100% on board for life!

I tried a few different dailies brands and Hubble has been, by far, the most comfortable, not to mention affordable. It was easy to get set up and I haven't had any issues so far. My only wish is that I'd get an email when my shipment is going out - only way I know (aside from checking the site/remembering the dates) is when I see a charge on my bank account.

I like Hubble Contacts. I get them in the mail. I don't have to worry about an eye exam for a while. All is good BUT I hate having to call to cancel. I work nights so I'm not up much during the day so it makes it hard to cancel when I'm ready to.

I have enjoyed my Hubble contacts. I have been using them for over six months now. I used to wear long wear ones but I travel a lot for work so having these daily ones are very convenient to just throw away at the end of the day. I also like now I am putting in a 100% clean lens every day instead of one cleaned in a solution. They are delivered in a timely manner and I like that you can change the frequency of the auto ship.

I started wearing these contacts for over 5 months and noticed that they just didn't feel right. I looked at the prescription on the box and noticed the base curve was different than the prescription my eye doctor had given me. When I contacted Hubble I was told that they only have 1 size available and that I should return the rest of my contacts. WHY WOULD YOU SEND SOMEONE THE WRONG PRODUCT FOR MONTHS?

I was looking for daily contacts with a relative good price and quality. Hubble and Waldo came up on my search. I tried both and ended with liking Hubble contacts the best for comfort, fit and price. I had to end my subscription because I moved overseas. Soon I will be back in the States again and will be reordering from Hubble.

It is very easy to sign up for their service once you have a valid contacts prescription. They will verify it and send you your contacts by mail on a regular basis. Once you are charged, you receive your next month's worth of contacts by mail within a few days. They are great!

I started with Hubble about 9 months ago. I initially didn’t like the feel of the contacts but wanted to finish out the free trial. By the end of my trial I no longer wanted to cancel and my normal contacts are now uncomfortable and bother my eyes. I love daily contacts and Hubble makes it economical and easy.

So I started this back in May 2018 and was quite happy with a free order (excluding shipping). I was initially going to cancel my subscription since I did not want to pay the extra amount to get 30 pairs every month. However having said that, it is pretty economical with regards to you being replenished every month. I have enough contact lenses and do not need to worry about them finishing out. Now onto the PRODUCT: Hubble Contacts are extremely soft to the eye, light & moisturizing to wear. I work 9 to 5 every day and sitting in front of a computer does strain my eyes- however with the Hubble contacts, I feel at ease and I can go longer wearing them later towards the night as well. DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION to everyone out there- to try them out.

I actually like how easy it is to purchase contacts when you don’t have insurance and there is no hassle to pay extra to go to the eye doctor to get a contact lense fit, but the only thing is I think it does get a little expensive every months and it costs a little more, but other than that I’ve had a good experience!

I signed up for Hubble lenses after seeing an advert on Instagram. I was skeptical at first, but I've been happy with the quality of the lenses for the price. They're not the cheapest on the market, but I find them comfortable through long days in front of a screen/on my motorbike/climbing. Other reviewers have complained about customer service. My experience has been good. Prescription changes and cancellations have to happen by email and phone respectively, but the customer service team is responsive and helpful.

I loved the idea of cheaper contacts so I purchased 1. Hoping it would really help me out. After the first month of trying them I knew something was wrong because my eyes were dry and I could tell the next morning that my eyes were getting worse with sight. Now I’ve never had single day contacts before so I thought maybe that’s my eyes getting used to them... I was wrong, second and third month passed and my eyes were drier every morning, mind you this is outside of my allergies.
I talked to an eye dr in passing at my work and was troubleshooting why my eyes were so dry. She told me that Hubble Contacts are so bad. They don’t allow oxygen within the lenses like the new age contacts such as Oasis, etc...hence why they are cheaper and convenient. I’m definitely canceling and switching back. She said I need to stop using them now for the betterment of my eye health. I have to now see a dry eye doctor and use eye drops to help bring my eyes back to normal if I can.

Entirely web based company that allows you to do everything possible on the website for your account. Other than allowing you to cancel. They only allow you to cancel if you call a certain number between 9-5 PST. This is criminal if you ask me and anyone with a drip of sense knows this an unscrupulous business practice. They should not be allowed to be in business with these immoral policies. They are simply bad people at the end of the day and there is no other way to put it. To make it this difficult to cancel your account is absolutely asinine and anyone from the company that reads this should be ashamed of themselves. I have been using Hubble for about 6 months now and have been very pleased. Out of all of the different brands of contacts I have tried (which has been A LOT) Hubble has by far been the best! They are high quality and very affordable plus I love the convenience of having them mailed directly to me without having to remember to order them. I have been using Hubble for about a year. Initially I chose Hubble because of the low price but I soon realized how reliable the service is. I love that I can adjust the schedule of how often I receive lenses. When I find my supply running low or have too many lenses, I just go and adjust the order frequency. The quality of the lenses is also top notch!

I love Hubble! I've been subscribed to Hubble Contacts for about six months now and I don't see myself switching over. The fact that they're so affordable AND comfortable amazes me! The main problem I was having with my contact lenses is that they would dry out so fast as my day went on and I would have to constantly wet them. But with Hubble, maybe one time I need to wet them while they are in use. And the fact that they're disposable is great because I have a fresh new pair waiting on me. And you can adjust how often you want to receive your prescription. I think that's my favorite feature. But I definitely have recommended Hubble Contacts and I will continue to do so!

Was on a regular prescription. I cancelled last year. They sent two more monthly supplies. I cancelled again in January. It finally stopped. This month I was charged $73.85 and $27.92. Customer service said it's because I had two accounts. It's funny how you pay in advance at a $30 price and they withdrew $73 and $27 within days apart? Am seeking the reimbursement for product I didn't get. It has cost me time and suffering and will post this every day until reimbursed.
