I am very pleased with Hubble contacts! I’ve never had any issues with the contacts or the company. They arrive when they are scheduled to. The price is very fair. They are very comfortable to wear even if you fall asleep with them in. I would 100% recommend Hubble to anyone who wears contacts!

For years I've had dry eyes and problems with my contacts. I switched about a year ago to Hubble and have not had any problems with my contact lenses! These are great, they are easy to get and I'd recommend anyone to have them.

I’ve been wearing Hubble contacts for almost a year now and I could say that I am truly satisfied with everything about the company and its product. I first saw the advertisement on Pinterest with the 2 week free trial so I said why not, and I have never gone back to glasses since. Customer service is FANTASTIC! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy every month so they’ve made it easy to customize your shipments and they come right on time. It’s definitely worth to try them out! Hubble contacts are for contact wearers who are looking for a cleaner, convenient, no accessories needed vision correction process! I love using Hubble. It’s worth the money and my eyes have had less bouts of dryness! I’ve even worn them overnight (I know you're not supposed to) and had less discomfort than with my old lenses from Acuvue! I don’t know what I’m gonna do when I run out of money. Lol.

I’ve been using Hubble contacts for over a year now and am thrilled with how much I’ve been saving! They’re comparable to the name brand contacts and you don’t really notice a difference. Their online customer service is also super responsive and quick.

Lenses are great - arrive in time. Lenses do not bother my eyes. For the past year I did not have any issues with the daily lenses that I've been using. I will continue to use Hubble and their lenses.

Hubble Contacts is a great product and customer service is wonderful. I receive my contacts on time every month with no issues. I had one issue when I first ordered with the prescription being wrong. Best and most comfortable contacts I've ever worn. And I have been wearing them for over 40 years. You just can't beat the price! They come individually packaged and so convenient. You are shipped 30 days of contacts and at the end of the day, you just throw them away. They take the smallest amount of insert solution I have ever used because they are so light and saturated from their packaging. You feel that there is nothing in your eyes. Great money spent on quality lenses.

I've been using the Hubble Contacts service for a few years now and I can't recommend them enough to others to friends and family. There have been a few instances where I've had to call customer service. Once for a shipment that did not arrive and once when my change of address was not noted. Both times, I got a swift resolution that made sure I got the contacts when I needed them. Lastly, it's convenient and less expensive than my doctors' office.

I've been using Hubble for a year. The service is nice because I don't have to worry about running out of contacts and they are affordable. The only downfall is that by the end of the day my eyes are strained, but it's not big enough a downfall to cancel since I just throw them out and start a brand new pair the next day.

I've been using Hubble Contacts for a year. My prescription recently changed days after I received my monthly order. I notified them of the change in my prescription. They sent me a one month supply and I only had to pay the shipping. Great customer service.

I started using Hubble about 2 years ago. I love the price and the flexibility to change ship dates when you don’t need contacts. It’s very convenient to receive the contacts at my door instead of having to make an extra stop to pick them up somewhere. I don’t have to think about it or worry about forgetting them.

I called to cancel my subscription and they told me that it been canceled over a year ago. When asked why am I still getting recurring charges and boxes sent to my house she then said that they verified with the doctor about my prescription and that that is why they canceled it last year but still show that nothing is active in their system but yet I keep getting charges. She would then change her mind no I mean this year and she couldn’t even say anything straight. When asked to speak to a supervisor she didn’t even place me on hold and I could hear them yelling at each other back-and-forth about canceling in another language. There were probably four or five people arguing over cancellations on the call center phones. Do not do business with this company. I WAS TOLD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES TO GET ANY MONEY BACK AFTER ONE YEAR OF TRYING TO GET THEM TO STOP CHARGES.

Hubble Contacts are the best. I love being able to have fresh contacts everyday and not have to buy Saline solution or store them. Just throw them out every night and start over in the morning. I always thought it would be too expensive but it’s quite cheap when you think of saving on daily care.

User friendly contacts, like the writing on the lens to help determine correct side. Can easily place order on hold if need be. Price is cost effective, compared to other lens companies. Customer service is friendly.

I have been with Hubble for over a year now. Hubble is overall a good company and I do not have too many complaints on their actual contacts aside from the fact that two times I received blister packages that were completely dry (It was only two individual lenses so no big deal). However, I do have a big issue with their customer service team. 1. they are only "available" via email and do not have a support number which is annoying when I need immediate service. Sometimes it takes hours or days to hear back via the support email. 2. I recently had an experience where my contacts were over a WEEK late. I tried contacting support but they were unable to help me and simply said: "it is a delay on the shipping company, not us". Like what? That's not my problem. Choose a better shipping company then.

My husband and I travel all over the country for business, and it was difficult to fill my prescription in each new town or city. Sometimes they wouldn't carry my lenses or they would be out of stock, and I would have to wait. Sometimes waiting wasn't possible. In addition, my original lens manufacturer sold to another company and I found bad lenses in every other box of 6! It's so simple to change my delivery address, and update my prescription. And knowing that my lenses are new everyday give me peace of mind. Thank you, Hubble!

I love them. Never have to worry. Pop one in a day, traveling, take as many as you need, no need to bring a bunch of stuff. Keep in bag, friends house, locker, etc. Last all day then throw away!

My journey with Hubble started last year, August 2018. Hubble shipped me the first 15 pairs of contacts for free. I paid only 4$ for shipping. I gave it a try. Since then, I use Hubble every day. It was a little bit uncomfortable to put them on, in the beginning, but after a few YouTube videos, I got it. I am really happy with their contacts.

My experience with Hubble has been great! I currently have the subscription for my son. After skipping the next shipment, he realized at the last minute, while out of town that he was down to his last pair. I was able to contact customer service through email and get the contacts sent by the next day without any hassle.

I have been wearing contacts most of my life and can say that Hubble delivers a optimum contact wearing experience. The contacts do not irritate the eye and since they are only worn once a day, are not susceptible to frequent contact worries such as pink eye. The contacts deliver on time, so no worries about being without contacts. Great product and invention!

I joined Hubble last year in an attempt to find some kind of contacts that were comfortable and affordable. Because of my job (hair stylist) my ophthalmologist told me I needed to wear disposable dailies. Of course, the only ones that would suit me were $99/box. I am lucky that both eyes wear the same Rx otherwise it would have been two boxes at $99. I tried Hubble on a whim with a two week free trial. These contacts are honestly the most comfortable I've ever owned. They don't dry out while I am at work blow drying and encountering chemicals. I don't need to use eye drops to rewet them.

It's so nice that I don't have to remember to reorder my contacts or go pick them up, plus they're so cheap! I do feel like the contacts dry out quickly, usually about 8 hours. Their website isn't the easiest to navigate if you want to change your ordering time. Recently, they added state taxes to the charge without giving subscribers advanced notice. Overall though, I am satisfied and will continue using Hubble. Thanks for making it easier!

I've been using Hubble for a little over a year now and have had such a great experience with them. Signing up and uploading my subscription was really easy and only took several minutes for me to do. I always get my contacts on time and even in advance before I run out of my current package. I've tried several different contact brands over the years and the Hubble contacts have been my favorite by far!! They never dry out or bother me throughout the day. Not only are the contacts and the service great, but the price is an awesome deal!

I have been a Hubble customer for several years and I must say it has been a fantastic experience. I have sensitive eyes and contacts have always made my eyes hurt after only an hour or two wearing them. My doctor had me try several brands that were marketed as super thin and the latest best technology for sensitive eyes and those with astigmatism. Well, none of them worked, and my eyes were in pain after a very short time.

I am so happy that I tried Hubble Contacts. When I first received my Hubble contacts, I had a condition that would not let me wear my contacts. When I was almost over the condition, I could wear contacts a few hours at a time. They were so easy to deal with that I fully changed over to Hubble contacts. I no longer have to worry about having saline or contact cases. I just carry an extra set of lenses with me. It's also nice that I can use a new set of lenses every morning. Love my Hubble!!

I initially tried Hubble through a free 14-day introductory period two years ago and I have not looked back! I used to purchase lenses through LensCrafters or my eye doctor - ACUVUE, Optix and Aqualens. I have a strong prescription (3.25) and sensitive, dry eyes. I use dailies. The pricing is better on Hubble and I never have to think about it since new boxes are sent every month. From start to finish, the Hubble process is easy, product is good and customer service is accessible and reliable. When my boxes of contacts started to pile up, Hubble offered to pause my subscription for 6 months without any fees. I had a couple of pairs that the lenses were ripped and Hubble replaced them at no cost. Definitely recommend!

I have terrible allergies and was told I needed to switch to daily contacts or only wear glasses, as the two week contacts made my eye allergies worse. Purchasing daily contacts from my eye doctor was so expensive so I switched to Hubble. Since switching my eyes are no longer red or itchy, they are great.

I heard about Hubble online doing research for affordable soft contact lenses. I tried 1 800 Contacts but they were expensive and I had to jump through hoops to get proof of my prescription, then wait a longer time to get the actual contacts (which I passed up on) then I found Hubble. They were doing a $1 first pair and then I subscribed. The cost is nominal and I can see pretty clearly considering I am nearsighted and have a very high prescription with severe astigmatism. -11.0 R and -12.0 L and I still have issues seeing but this was awesome that they even went that high.

An easy way to get contacts delivered to your door! No hassle. Their website is a bit clunky on the back end (in regards to managing your subscription and changing the frequency of your delivery dates) but other than that, I've had a great experience. I've been using Hubble Contacts for over a year!

I am happy to recommend Hubble. The contacts are high quality but so much less expensive than the Acuvue lenses I was previously wearing. Not having to worry about my supply since they come in the mail on a continuous basis a real plus. I have found the customer service to be very responsive. There is no reason not to try Hubble. My eyes are easy to get irritated and had to use extra moisture daily before. I tried out Hubble and it works fine! Since then I've been using their contacts and no irritation happened. They are super helpful from the get go! All you need to sign up is your prescription, a card, and an address! There are so many AMAZING things that makes Hubble special. First, knowing if your contacts are inside out! Anyone who uses contacts knows that if they are inside out, it’s like pushing a bottle cap into your eye. To avoid this, Hubble has a little “hub” inscribed so you know if they are inside out or not. Secondly, their deliveries come usually 3-5 days early and with 1-2 more than you need in a month so you have extras! With these extras, you can sometimes save up for a whole month, which brings up point three. If you need ANY service or to make alterations, their support is amazing and have ALWAYS emailed me back by the end of the business day! You set your subscription, and sit back! Moving is a breeze, too, and they fit and feel amazing!

Hubble Contacts has made the annoyance of running out of contacts something we never think about anymore. The ease of use is amazing, you can change prescription strength without problems and even add more or less deliveries as you see fit. We even had an issue once due to not realizing we were running out quicker than normal and Hubble helped us out and sent the contacts out right away. Customer service is prompt and efficient, I can’t imagine ever going leaving this service. I would recommend to everyone.

I’ve had a positive experience with my Hubble contacts. They are the cheapest single-use contacts I could find on the market. Plus, it’s really easy to change the frequency of your deliveries through their website. So, for example, if I wear my glasses a lot one month, I’ll just go in and push my delivery date back. I’m a sucker for subscriptions. This is super easy and affordable. My eye doctor informed me the patent that Hubble purchased is an old style of contacts and aren’t as “breathe-able” as the new name brands. They’re comfortable for me and I have no issue physically. Would definitely recommend.

My experiences with Hubble Contacts have always been great! It was easy to get my prescription to them, it was easy to set up my payment schedule, and delivery schedule. They make it easy to space out your orders so that you can get them as infrequently, or as often as you like. They also have many promotional opportunities for their customers, and the cost of the product is MORE than reasonable. I plan to continue buying Hubble Contacts as often as possible!

When I found Hubble I was pretty new to contacts. I was not fond of monthly or weekly contacts. I loved the feeling of fresh just opened contacts. But insurance only covered so much and the out of pocket through the eye doctor was crazy!! Hubble was an amazing alternative! I get contacts delivered right to my door for an affordable price. I also love that I can use my FSA or HSA card. The customer service is extremely helpful if there is ever a problem or just to ask a question.

Hello I have been a Hubble Contacts customer for almost four years now. It is an awesome company with great customer service. I am a working mom to an infant so I don’t have time to be bothered with contacts that I have to use solutions or contact cases. I don’t even have time to go to the eye doctor every month to pick up the contacts. Beauty about Hubble Contacts it is delivered to my door every month. No need to buy contact solution or contact case. Just pop them in my eyes and dispose of them at night which cuts down on the germs as well that you do find in contact storage cases so I highly recommend this company.

I have been wearing contacts for about 5 years give or take. They can be very costly but with Hubble the quality & price are great. When I try putting other contacts on my eyes get very irritated. The contact it's feels very thick so that's why I would choose Hubble Contacts any day. I have referred many friends & family members to try Hubble's contacts.

I’m not generally one for subscription services but Hubble Contacts is a no brainer. No more am I overpaying for contacts, waiting until the last minute to replenish, or dealing with any inconveniences of my eye doc back home. Now I don’t even have to think about it and barely feel it out of my bank account, they just show up at my door and are perfectly breathable and stay well hydrated throughout a long day's wear (and we’re talking 15 hour workdays). Also no commitment and super nice customer service! They’re bomb!

I have been using Hubble for over a year and I LOVE their product! The ease of having an auto shipment, or changing it anytime I need to makes life so much easier. The daily contacts have helped my eyes during allergy times, when they tend to get very goopy and icky and my contacts are no longer affected by this. One a day contacts are generally so expensive. Even with my vision insurance it's over $500 for a year supply. Hubble made it easy to order and the price point is on par with buying a year supply without having to spend $500 all at once. They are shipped regularly and the one time I dealt with customer service they were polite, prompt and resolved the issue immediately. Would 100% recommend!!

Hubble Contacts are an easy solution to daily contact wear. The fit is good, and I haven't ever had an issue with them. No more contact solution needed - and the customer service is top notch. They are always available, and can move your ship date quickly to accommodate when you might need more. 1.5 years in, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Without Hubble I would be without contact lenses. Hubble gave me the opportunity to purchase affordable contact lenses because I cannot afford any other brand of contact lenses. I have had a couple instances when an order did not ship correctly or a contact lens came damaged but the Hubble customer service corrected this immediately and also threw in an extra set of contact lenses in for free. I found out about Hubble from a FB ad I think and after months of being without contacts I decided to try it out. I love the price and the fact that you can change the frequency they come at. I wish however that they were a little more breathable. I can usually only wear a pair for about 6 hours or so and then my eyes start to get really irritated. I wish they had a little more breathability and were a little more long wearing.

Hubble hasn’t been perfect. I’ve had lost shipments, and weird payment issues, but overall the customer service is great. The contacts are comfortable and you just cannot beat the price especially for daily lenses. They are good quality as well, I’ve only had one torn lenses in the 3 years I’ve been using them. Will continue to be a customer for a long time.

I find Hubble to be one of the easiest subscription services that I have. Not only is it super affordable, I can also skip months if I don’t feel that I need. The only thing I wish they had was some sort of UV protection, otherwise I’ve been a member for about 3+ years. :)

Hubble Contacts is the easiest way to get contacts. I don't have to think about it. They ship right to my door. Would recommend to anyone. I will not switch to any other contact b rhe and at this point. It is easy to use the site and skip a month if you wish. 5 stars.

Been using Hubble ever since a bad experience with my eye doctor supplying me and prescribing lenses that didn't fit well. Switched to Hubble and even without my insurance I'm still spending less than I would going to the eye doctor using insurance. Packaging is great. Ships on time, never an issue.

I actually love having a subscription service that I don’t have to worry about going and refilling my contacts!!! I have had a few bumps but in the end I have been taken care of. I had been looking for daily wear lenses for a long time as my eyes always got dry by the end of the day in other lenses and wanted something I could easily dispose of. I have been using Hubble for over a year and they are fantastic... eyes rarely get dry (and if they do, I simply throw out lenses) and the price is far better than any other lenses I have found. Life changing... and save money on contact solution.

Like most others I began using Hubble contacts due to their free week trial offer (at the time) and right away I decided to keep my subscription with them. Not only did I love the idea of now having 1-a-day contacts, BUT having them shipped to my job every month was so convenient! I was also paying a lot LESS than I was for the contacts that I used prior. Not to mention they come in the cutest packaging, which makes it exciting to open them up each month, and see what new color the box will be. :)

I tried Hubble lenses and I find them so convenient. It was the best decision I've made for my eyes. No more hassle of cleaning and storing lenses. Always a fresh pair. Very comfortable. Using fresh lenses meant no more dry eye problems from repeated use. It's a great product.

The $1 box offer that Hubble uses in their advertising and marketing does not make it clear that you will be entered into a subscription and charged in full for another shipment within 16 days upon signing up to try out a box for $1. Very shady marketing. Contacts are ok.

Hubble charged my account for a subscription of $39.00 2 weeks after paying for the $1 trial. This is 1 week after the trial contacts were supposedly delivered to (the local post office by the way). I paid through PayPal which requires merchants to give advanced notice of 10 days before the billing of the subscription. Such advanced notice was never given. And even if it was given, how could I possibly know whether or not I wanted to pay the subscription if I didn't even receive the trial contacts? SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. STAY AWAY.

BEWARE OF RECURRING PAYMENTS EVEN AFTER CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. The contacts themselves seemed like they would be a relatively good solution, however the daily lenses were not comfortable and became dry before the end of the day. The product itself however wasn't as bad as their customer service. When I tried to cancel my subscription online, it stated that it was cancelled and all was good. Then I kept receiving the product. I logged back in to cancel my subscription, and I was told that there was no longer an account associated with my email address. I contacted customer service telling them that I had cancelled my subscription and no longer wanted the product, but that it was telling me my account no longer existed when I tried to go in and unsubscribe (again).

As someone who has been wearing daily contacts for over 15 years, I know the struggle of forgetting to order the next box. My favorite thing about Hubble is they send it like clockwork every month & I don't have to remember to order another box! I had used Focus Dailies for 14 years and switched to Hubble a year ago. So much more affordable and I didn't have to sacrifice quality! They are super comfortable, don't dry out my eyes, durable, and saved me $100s/year. Highly recommend these contacts!

I've had a positive experience with Hubble's contacts. They're a reasonable price and are always good value for what you pay for them. I like the subscription box, although wouldn't give them a 5* review only because the subscription options always assume you wear 30 pairs in 30 days. In my case, I might wear 15 pairs a month but don't have that freedom without manually cancelling the next order.

I am no longer able to wear contacts for about a year. I went onto the website to cancel my subscription. Going through removing all of my data, my Chrome autofill somehow filled in the credit card information because the other card is no longer good. I immediately called your customer service literally within two minutes of this happening. The contacts will be wasted. I cannot use them For an unknown time. And I have been using and enjoying the contacts for a time. Elton about it if possible and had me on hold for over 10 minutes while he was doing I don’t know what. He said he was trying to see if he could stop the order. He tried to say that it could be too late, it could be going to be shipped. Impossible. Within two minutes or five that’s when I called. There’s no way that order was pulled, boxed and addressed to me.

I am writing this to save you the money and PAIN this brand has caused me. First of all, you can actually get much higher quality contacts for cheaper! Don't fall into this trap like I did even though it seems like a great idea. When I got the free trial, I put them in and they literally burned and scratched up my eyes. I did some research and the material used in the contacts is extremely outdated. Most contact lenses nowadays allow for sufficient oxygen flow to the eye; Hubble Contacts do not which can cause swelling to the cornea. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!

I love these contacts because of how simple Hubble's system is! They are exactly like my old contact brand (Acuvue Moist Daily)! Just like that brand, though, they do get a little dry after 12 hours of wear. Nothing too troubling if you have rewetting eye drops on hand in the evening!

I love these contacts! Contacts that are supposedly good for a whole month start to irritate and almost scratch my eyes after a week or two - keep in mind that I clean them properly every time. I was getting really tired of having to tote around all of the stuff necessary to taking care of them properly, and just the general discomfort I felt when wearing them, so I started looking for a different option, that's when I found Hubble. I gave them a try, and fell in love with them. They are so comfortable, easy to use, and don't require all of the fuss and care that normal contacts do. I love how I feel like I'm not even wearing them, whereas with normal contacts I could always tell that I was. Hubble contacts are so wonderful and comfortable!

I used to buy contacts from my local eye doctor's clinic, but I found paying for daily contacts (Dailies) to be too expensive. I looked into additional contact providers online and found Hubble offered daily contacts at a more reasonable price. I've been using Hubble ever since and I am very happy with the product and the service Hubble provides. It's very seamless to cancel your subscription at any time and re-start it, and I have found the contacts to be similar in quality to the Dailies I used to have.

The product is always delivered on time, conveniently in a letter-box-sized and quite pretty package, and always timed well with a few days to spare on direct debit so I never have to worry about running out. They have never got my prescription wrong - totally trustworthy. Really good customer service for when I got it delivered to an old address and it had to be returned, and very quick, polite refunds when need be. The product itself is slightly more flimsy than other lenses I have had before, and is harder to tell if it is inside-out or not, but they are also a lot more comfortable and don't dry out compared to other lenses. Very happy overall and don't see any reason to switch provider.

I've been using Hubble for over 6 months now after switching from a major high street optician. Their service is so easy to use - after setting up my order I decided I wanted to reduce the frequency of when I receive my contacts - I did this in about 2 minutes on the website, so simple. I received the wrong lenses and called and they said they would send the right ones when I send the others back, I sent the others back but never received the correct lenses, calls were made and promises were made that never were for filled, did never receive the lenses.

I ordered these contacts for my daughter who plays sports. With this being her first ever pair they worked out great and she loves them! They don't irritate her eyes and they don't tear. Definitely great contacts!

I'm a +10-year contact lens wearer and had settled with Acuvue Oasys lenses. They were a 2-week lens, which were working great until I moved to a quite arid climate and began developing some irritation with them. Dailies became my new necessity and moved to Hubble. I've worn Hubble contacts for just over a year now. They're OK. But I do notice a couple of recurring issues with them that I never, or almost-never, experienced with other 'brand name' contacts:

I’ve been using Hubble for the past 6 months (approx) & love the fact that my contacts are auto delivered to my house monthly for a reasonable price. For me it’s a no thought process especially since I procrastinate on getting new lenses when I run low. The only problem that I have had with Hubble Contacts is that every now and then I will have issues with ONE contact. It doesn’t matter which eye I put it in the contact will bother it & I end up having to trash it.

The Hubble model of sending out daily contacts is so appealing to me, and their service was great. They didn't have my exact contact size in stock, so I tried the closest fit, and they unfortunately didn't work. When I called to cancel my subscription, the Hubble representative was so efficient and empathetic, and she didn't try to make me keep the subscription. Fingers crossed that they start producing my size! 10/10 customer service.

I’ve only been a Hubble member for about 8 months, but thus far the experience has been efficient and occasionally when I’m not wearing contacts I email and they move my contacts to the following month so I don’t incur additional fees for overflow contacts. My email return time is customarily within 3 or so hour, which is also greatly appreciate. I suggest giving them a try, ultimately go with what works for you, but Hubble works for me. :)

The service they provide is outstanding for what they charge. I no longer have to worry about running out of my expensive brand name contacts which were never in stock in shops. There is absolutely no noticeable difference between the contacts they send me and the ones I used to purchase. Highly recommend their service and product.

These are very comfortable to wear all day, and more affordable than going to the big name places and ordering in bulk there. It's very easy to adjust the delivery schedule, so if you don't wear your lenses on the weekends, you don't have to worry about extras piling up.

Blinking and having a piece of silicone take a ride upwards on the underside if your eyelid, wedging itself at the precipice of your eye socket is a less than fantastic experience. I was paying to be a member of the eye care club. These are more affordable and the shipping process saves me a trip to the eye doctors. I always have some extras after my initial free month so I don't have to worry about ripping, or a damaged contact, or even running out.

I was excited to find a contact brand offering such an amazing deal. The contacts came quickly, arrived in a cute box with nice packaging, but were ultimately not for me. They dried out my eyes and seemed very flimsy, especially since I had two of them tear while in my eyes. However, my experiences here may not be universal: this was my first time using daily lenses and so if you are accustomed to thinner lenses, they might work for you. My problem is with the customer service. They were always polite and responsive, but were not at all helpful in actually resolving my problem. I will not be ordering from them again. If you don't anticipate having any problems with the daily contacts, I guess you should go ahead and try them, but just know that the customer service reps will not actually do anything for you if you have problems.

So let me begin by saying that if it wasn't for their auto ship and super affordable contact lenses I'd be endlessly trying to find the next best deal for my contacts... Ordering them was so easy and I love the comfort of the lenses. They are as comparable to all those expensive brands of contact lenses but at a fraction of the price. The only thing I wish they offered are Toric lenses. Other than that it’s super simple, I always get my new box before I’m out of my current ones.

I started using Hubble a few months ago on the recommendation of a coworker. I have been really pleased. For years, I used expensive 14-day lenses and I was never quite satisfied with the experience of placing them in little dishes each evening. It turns out I should have been using disposables all along. Hubble made it super simple to order my lenses--they got in contact with my eye doctor to make sure the script I gave them was accurate.

I started using Hubble Contacts because I saw that there was a free trial. After I tried the lenses, I subscribed because the product is convenient and reliable. I never have to worry that I will run out because they always come on time. They worked out so great for me that my husband also began using the Hubble contacts service to get his contact lenses.

They offer $1 contact lenses for the first time buyers and I had to fill out all of my credit card information to pay the $1. I did fill out all of my info and received the product. However, the problem was, they just automatically charged $120 on my credit card and sent me another pack of contact lenses a week later WITHOUT any notice or confirmation. To get this fixed and cancel their automatic monthly delivery, I had to call them and talk to them for 10 minutes. I found that this process was also very inconvenient and felt like they made all this process difficult for their customers intentionally. I sent the package back to their warehouse to get a refund 3 weeks ago and they say they didn't still get my package back to their warehouse, so can't give me a refund.

Makes dealing with contacts very easy, the price is affordable, and the contacts are super comfortable even with my dry eyes. I recommend them to anyone. Also, the time from shipping until they are received is pretty quick as well and if you call to support you have the option to expedite.

Hubble has made it so easy to keep getting my contacts. All you need is your prescription and they will send you your contacts on a monthly basis. I first tried it when I first moved and couldn't get into an optometrist quickly. I went back to getting contacts the old-fashioned way at one point and went back to Hubble because Hubble was so much less expensive. The contacts themselves are high quality as well. You can either provide your prescription or Hubble can call your optometrist to get it. The whole process is so easy, and customer service is really responsive. I highly recommend Hubble Contacts.

Hubble makes it too easy. The contacts are on an auto-ship program and, as someone who was notorious for forgetting to reorder contacts in the past, this has been the greatest! As far as convenience and price are concerned I think Hubble has very little competition. The contacts are well packaged and arrive probably about 1-2 weeks before I run out of fresh lenses. The quality of the actual lens is okay. The lenses dry out quickly, and are less comfortable than Acuvue contacts. I will say I typically wear them for about 12 hours so when I say quickly I mean in comparison to other daily lenses which I have forgotten I had one because they were so soft. For me price and convenience were my two main concerns and Hubble has been unmatched. The contacts allow me to see, and the service is absolutely fantastic!

Wow, I've been wearing contact for over 10 yrs now and it's always been such a hassle, till now. I read an advertisement about Hubble on the web awhile back, it seemed to be to good to be true, no cases, no solutions, just pop them In each morning, and pop them out and into the garbage at night. So I initially signed up via a FB ad for a free month of contacts. I was eager to get out of the Acuvue contact game and spend tons of money 1-2x per year to order a 6 month or 1 year supply. Hubble was perfect in that they send you the contacts at a predetermined time frame that YOU choose, they come in the mail and are really quality contacts. Love the company and the product.

Overpriced and uncomfortable. Customer service is poor. Try to cancel your subscription and it will take several emails and several phone calls. Refuse a delivery and they will still send it back. At 1-800-CONTACTS a customer can order unlimited contacts and if your prescription changes at any time you have unused contacts, you are able to send them back and be reimbursed. Not here. You will be told that your unneeded contacts are a "medical supply" and cannot be returned. That sounds logically, however, the contact cases are medically sealed. Overall, the quality of the lenses is poor. The edges are too sharp and not at all like higher end, better quality lenses. Seems to me that Hubble is only interested in monetary gain and not the well being of you or your precious eyes.

After 7 months of no orders, out of nowhere they charged my card and sent contacts. My prescription is different so they are useless as well as I am going through a divorce and the card they charged is in my soon to be ex-wife's name. Now I will have to answer to it in court. I explained it to them and they said, "Too bad." Hands down the worst customer service in the world.

I thought I was getting a good deal on contacts. The customer service was good but the product should not be worn. I just came back from my eye doctor, who has been taking of my eyes for 20 years and he told me to stop wearing the product. My eyes have always been in good shape but he said that it does not look like I am wearing a daily contact. The oxygen levels your eyes receive with the Hubble contacts is very poor. He says the cheapest daily contacts he deals with have a level of 38 while Hubble has a level of 8. I was shocked. Now I have a full box of contacts that I paid $114 for they have to throw away! Hubble won't give me back my money because I have had them for 15-days. I am not happy!

Worse customer service I am have experienced. Supposedly verified my prescription yet sent me the wrong one. People on the phone were completely rude. People via email gave robotic automatic responses. Ridiculous "policies".

I emailed Hubble's customer service 3 months ago to cancel my account as their contact irritate my eyes. I have a normal prescription and use another, fairly cheap brand from my optometrist but their brand did not work for me. They would not allow me to cancel online, and I never got a response back letting me know they can't cancel over email (which also doesn't make sense.)

Hubble claims on their homepage that, “You can easily cancel or modify your Hubble subscription to suit your needs.“ What I experienced couldn’t be further from that. I received my $1 trial lenses and a week later I tried them on for an event. I was unhappy with the comfort of the lenses so the following day attempted to cancel my subscription. This was on June 14. You must call during daytime office hours to cancel subscription which is really is not the simplest method.. this could be done with a tap of a button online. Regardless, they informed me they had already charged my card $118 CAD and shipped my next box that morning. They informed me they had no control now and I must wait to receive the box, return it, and then I’ll get my refund. Simple right?

I attempted to cancel my Hubble subscription in March because the contacts were low quality and uncomfortable. I emailed and was told I had to call. I was traveling abroad and called from a local landline that used a digital long distance service. I was told everything was cancelled. Now, in July, I was charged $33 with absolutely no warning, and they are refusing to issue me a refund for contacts I do not want because I do not have "proof" of the call from a landline, which of course is impossible. Four customer service reps have not been able to adequately understand or address the issue. This is essentially theft, and Hubble refuses to do anything to fix it. I would not be surprised if much of their revenue comes from lying to customers about cancellations and then refusing to refund them.

I got a shipment of contacts I never ordered. In fact, I had cancelled prior to the shipment. They send one anyways and charge my card, and THEN they tell me they can’t offer returns (ALTHOUGH THE BOX WAS NEVER OPENED). How are you going to send me something I DIDN’T ASK FOR and then proceed to CHARGE ME FOR IT.

I cancelled my account on March 19, 2019, because the product was causing trouble with my eyes. The rep informed me at that time that my order had "just shipped" and so I would be receiving another box and the charge for the contacts would stand. Fine. I still have that box in July. Today (July 9, 2019) I found ANOTHER charge on my account - pending from from Hubble. I immediately called, because it's the only way to cancel... They claim that I reactivated my account and asked for the contacts again and that they "just shipped" and the pending charge would stand again.

I informed Hubble my prescription was incorrect DURING the 16 day trial. The trial period is a short window and not actually 16 days. My understanding from emails with customer service was that my subscription would naturally be cancelled because they could not accommodate my prescription. However, when the trial window closed, Hubble charged my account for a monthly subscription, DESPITE BEING FULLY AWARE that their contacts would not work for me. When I pointed this out, the person on the phone (whose line was so horrible I had to have her repeat everything she said twice) could care less. Simply because I did not call them, as opposed to emailing them of the problem, I am out $36. Horrible customer service.

I called to cancel my subscription and to get a refund for an order. I was unable to cancel due to being out of the country. When I called, I was called "sir" several times after stating I was not a man. Was told I could not get a refund after seeing directions on how to get a refund, and was apologized to over and over. The icing on the cake was when I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on ignore for 15 min, which at that time I hung up. The contacts are not as great as they claim. The only thing that is true is the fact that they are cheap. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I signed up for the trial with paid shipping. I must have missed the fine print that automatically signs you up for the monthly subscription without a prior cancellation. My card was charged over $40 on a Sunday when customer service is not open. In order to cancel, you have to call customer service M-F, 9-5. Conveniently for them, when I did call to cancel, the order had shipped and could not be refunded. Now, I will have a box of cheap contacts from China that don’t fit and fall out and I get to pay for them. Just swell. Buyer beware!

These lenses are terrible. They are made from a very old, outdated (aka cheap) material that eye doctors do not recommend anymore. This material does not let your eyes breathe nearly as well as the newer materials used by other brands. My son and I both had consistent and significant problems with fit and comfort. They also fogged up and shriveled after being in the sun for a while or going in the pool (not under the water - just around the pool) to the point where we could no longer see through them and had to remove them.

I attempted the $1 trial pair of contacts, however the order never processed: my card was not charged, I never received the contacts, no confirmation email, nothing. 2 weeks later Hubble takes $41 out of my account for a subscription. I tried to "log on" to cancel my subscription, but I actually didn't have an account because my subscription was NEVER confirmed. I emailed their customer support & was told they don't give refunds & I should log on to cancel my account. He brushed me off after giving BS robotic answers to my concerns. Never would I recommend Hubble.

I decided to try one of these contact subscriptions I see advertised all the time and I went with Hubble because they had seemingly the best reviews. Long story short, I did the free trial which was two weeks worth of contact lenses and I absolutely hated them. They made my eyes extremely dry much sooner than what most contact lenses are supposed to. My eye doctor advised me that an individual is supposed to be able to wear contact lenses for up to 8 hours COMFORTABLY. I wanted to rip Hubble's lenses out of my eyes after around 4 hours. I decided that maybe I just needed to get used to them but nothing helped.

I decided to try these contacts because they were $1 for the trial and why not. I signed up for the trial and I immediately call to cancel, 1. Because I don’t trust myself to remember to cancel, 2. I wanted to be able to try them out on my terms before I got charged full price in two weeks. About two weeks after I order my trial I get an email saying that they could not verify my prescription so I needed to take an online assessment. Weird, because I have never had an issue with this. I do the assessment and two weeks later I get my trial. Before I even had time to try them I get charged for a month ($35) and I was furious. I called to tell them I had already canceled my subscription and I wanted a refund.

I've been using Hubble contact lenses for a few months now, and I've had a very pleasing experience. I had to leave my house for a couple of months so I had to cancel my subscription on the phone, but when I came back I easily restarted it on my profile. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. I don't have to think about buying contact lenses anymore as they automatically arrive every month. They are also very comfortable and the design of the packaging is really cute. The price is reasonable for the quality and they always arrive on time. It's also quite handy to be able to change the monthly dates on the profile. The only thing to improve for me would be the possibility to cancel the subscription directly from the profile.

I'm disabled and have a friend that is on disability. I helped set up his account for him. In the first order I used my PayPal account because he didn't have it, but set up billing going forward on his account. He got the 1st order all good, the next order he forgot was coming because they don't send a reminder a few days before. This caused him to bounce his rent, well almost. I took care of it, he then emailed them saying he needed them to send a reminder or cancel his account because his disability is he forgets. Well this month no reminder until he gets a notice he didn't have enough in his account. It was late. He emailed them like it said in one of their websites to cancel his account. So you think end of story, well no.

They send me contact for a dollar. After few weeks they charge me 118 dollars and I email their support. They I can return it without opening the box but in their ads they said that they a sample but it's not. They send me lot and I thought it a sample so I open it so how can I return? It is already open. Misleading ads. Careful on buying on this company.

Hubble Contacts are great. They’re affordable and great quality. This review is about the customer service department. I wear glasses 95% of the time, and only wear contacts in special occasions or when I go out in the evenings. That being said, I made it known to Hubble multiple times that I do not need monthly packages. Every month, I get a delivery, and every month, I email customer service asking to pause/cancel my account, and every month, they confirm that they will not send me any more packages and charge my account. It’s the sixth time now that I’m getting unwanted contacts and I have way more than I’ll ever need. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get this one thing done.

I always heard about daily contacts, but always avoided them as they were usually expensive. Years of biweekly and monthly contacts really started taking a toll on my eyes. Dryness, discomfort, carrying around my glasses (because I couldn’t last a whole day with my contacts in), eventually it started causing me to get headaches. In steps Hubble contacts. I heard about it on podcasts and a free two week trial. Hard to resist, nothing to lose. Here I am, six months later. No more dryness, my Hubble contacts are lightweight/comfortable/I wear them all day. No more headaches. No more messy/sticky contact solution and cases. No more pressure to make dry contacts last for a month, in fear of running out. They show up at my door every month. Super convenient, and even more affordable/fair pricing. Thank you, very much a positive change in my life.

Hubble is a great company. I order contacts for both my sons through Hubble. They come in perfect condition every month like clock work. My boys are high school age and love them. It’s so much easier than worrying about solution and cases. Traveling, no problem. Throw a few pair in your travel bag. These contacts are low stress and highly effective. Thank you Hubble! Now... If you only made them for astigmatisms... Then I would order them for myself too!

I've tried multiple brands of contacts before and they were either uncomfortable or super expensive. What I love about Hubble is that it's so convenient since I receive my contacts in the mail every month and it's affordable! If I decide that I want to skip a month, I can easily fix my delivery schedule or call their super helpful customer service. I know it's bad to sleep with contacts, but sometimes, I accidentally do. What I like about Hubble is that I can easily remove my contacts even though I had it on while sleeping (I do not recommend sleeping with contacts at all!) Overall, I am pleased with the service and the quality of my contacts and I would recommend anyone to try it out and see if it works for you!

I love using Hubble because I don't have to go anywhere, they verified my prescription with my optometrist for me. The contacts are comfortable and best of all, I don't have to drop hundreds of dollars at one time for a prescription of contacts. I just wait for them to come to me and that's it!

I needed contacts and didn't want to pay an outrageous amount of money for them. I came across Hubble Contacts while scrolling through Instagram one day and decided to try them out. I loved that my first box was free! I really enjoy using Hubble Contacts. They make my life so much easier and the experience of having to order contacts - hassle free! My teenage son wanted to get contacts after wearing glasses for years. I heard a lot about Hubble and figured we would give them a shot. We did the two week trial period first to see how he would like them. He didn't have any issues with them drying out and thinks they're super comfortable. After the two week period, we continued with our subscription. He has never ran out of contacts. Their site makes it so easy to update how often we want the contacts mailed to us and we can always extend the length between mailings if we have too many, since there are days he wears his glasses instead. We love the convenience of them.

I have been wearing my Hubble daily wear contacts for a few months now and I’m very satisfied with them. I will definitely continue to order them and wear them daily. I like the convenience of having them delivered to my home automatically every month and I don’t have to remember to order them.

The Hubble website is easy to use and you can change the frequency of your shipments. It’s nice to be able to travel and not have to carry lens cleaning solution or storage containers. The price isn’t bad considering you are paying for the ability to simplify wearing contacts!

I’ve been wearing Dailies now for many years, and it is the best thing I did, as I suffered many problems with monthlies- allergies, irritation, infection etc... and never again since making the switch. I was very happy with the dailies I was using, but 1-2x/year I would have to research all the sites for the best prices, search for specials and discount codes available, and would drop hundreds of dollars in one shot, for the discount that came with buying a year’s supply. Then I came across Hubble, and found that their pricing was right around what I was paying after all that research, and the thought of breaking the payments up monthly seemed easier, so it was certainly worth a try. I decided to order the two week free trial, and compare them to the lenses I used. I found that the Hubble lenses are just as good, and so much more convenient! I’m thrilled with my subscription!

I have been wearing Hubble contacts for 6 months. In January I got a horrible eye infection from my weekly lenses so my doctor suggested I switch to Dailies. My only issue was the cost. After researching I came across Hubble. They're inexpensive and are delivered to you monthly without any effort or thought which is super convenient for my busy lifestyle. They are comfortable and reliable. I love daily lenses and don't ever see going back to storing and cleaning lenses. I save a bunch considering the lenses are only 33 dollars with shipping for a month supply and there is no need to buy saline solution all the time.
