My husband tried another hearing aid brand and wasn't pleased with what he got. He wanted to try something different so he tried Miracle-Ear. When I went with him at the store, everything was done well. When we called and had a problem or had to reschedule, it was done efficiently. When we had a problem with his hearing aid, Miracle-Ear replaced it. We had no problems whatsoever.
Miracle-Ear's a place where satisfaction is guaranteed. They're concerned about the customer and they do everything they can to meet the needs of the customer. The hearing aids made a big difference in my husband's life. He can hear better and it's given him more confidence being out among people. He's happy with it.

I've had Miracle-Ear for about two years now and I'm happy with them. It's been wonderful and was excellent because I can hear now. I like the features and I also have the rechargeable batteries which I think are really nice since I don't have to replace batteries all the time. My hearing aids are invisible as well. A lot of people don't even know that I wear hearing aids. In addition, the sales and the customer service team were very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

I like the lady that I worked with at Miracle-Ear. All interaction I've had with Miracle-Ear has been very good so far. They've been wonderful whenever I went to them to have my hearing aid adjusted or cleaned. It seems better since having my Miracle-Ear hearing aid. I'm very satisfied.

I went to Miracle-Ear six years ago. There was an ad in the paper that said they'll give you a free hearing test and you could try the hearing aids for two months free. So I went there and they had a guy who was excellent. He doesn’t work there anymore, but now they have a new guy who’s also excellent. Anything I want, they're very nice to me and accommodating. They remind me of my appointment and welcome me by name when I come in. I paid $2,000 for the hearing aids, wore them for two months, and was so happy that I upgraded to the $5,000 hearing aids. It like it so much and I'm going to wear it for many hours. I have tinnitus and the hearing aids help me with it. Miracle-Ear gave me a disc to learn how to listen better. They had a program at that time, which was really good, where you learn how to listen and where to sit in a restaurant. It impacted my life, and I'm very pleased.

I like what I got when I went and checked on Miracle-Ear. I can hear better. According to my hearing loss, their rep gave me a choice among three different ones. He just called yesterday to getting a check up set up. From the dealings I've had so far, they are the best.

The hearing aid model that my husband got was suggested by the gentleman who did the testing because of the noise in his workplace. The person in the Miracle-Ear office made everything understandable for him. The salesman explained the reason why the hearing aid had to be set the way it was and went through the whole thing with Michael and me. He hears better, even the smaller sounds that I make. I don't have to yell at him. It's totally different. The overall experience with the people that worked with us was excellent. I would recommend Miracle-Ear for anybody.

I had two sets of Starkey and I didn't like the people working with it, and so I switched to Miracle-Ear. I like them better. We have this young man from their sales team and he does a very nice job. He described all of the testing equipment and it's set up well. I hear better but I don't like the heavy stem going from the ear to the back of the ear. The automatic charger is a very nice thing versus changing the batteries. I've had the hearing aids adjusted when I was six month's into it. It's a bit overpriced, but they're doing their job and the offices are well-run. I'm happy with Miracle-Ear.

Miracle-Ear had a price promotion so I got a hearing aid from them. I went with the behind the ear style which is just small and it seemed to fit me best. With Miracle-Ear, I hear things I didn’t know I wasn’t hearing so that’s been an improvement. Though I have nothing to compare it too, I’m satisfied. Customer service has been really nice and they’ve always notified me on my next appointments, etc.

When I ordered my hearing aids I knew exactly what to expect. My brother had previously purchased a set and he told me word-for-word what to expect. The salesperson did not disappoint, but even knowing she was giving me a canned speech and a pre-determined "bargain price," I bit on the hook. To make matters worse, I bought the "Genius Link" so I could listen to various bluetooth outputs. This last, I was slow to learn, should have been called "Idiot-Link." I'm now $6,500 into the mess, but they give me free batteries for the first three years.
I am now on my 5th Idiot Link. "You can't wear it next to your body." "This is a new and improved model." "You must have gotten it wet." "My, you wouldn't expect that cable to separate like that." You get the idea. If you are out of the rocking chair more than twice a year, these are not for you. The equipment is very over-priced and unreliable. You will always be to blame because "You got them wet" or "You are cleaning them wrong." These aids are not made for active people. Do yourself a favor and buy a less expensive aid -- you could not buy less quality!!

I could hear a lot better with my Miracle-Ear. I got what they showed me which is the behind-the-ear style which might have been the most expensive one. It goes inside the ear and then behind the ear. It’s very small and one cannot see or say that I have a hearing aid. Additionally, their sales and the customer service teams have always been very nice, polite, and professional. Whenever I need an adjustment, they take care of me right away.

I’m a musician, so not being able to hear at one side of my head was really affecting my performance and my ability to enjoy listening to other musicians. I also was not able to hear my wife at the restaurant at dinner. The first provider I tried, I didn’t like them. Miracle-Ear was very close so I went down there. They were very professional in their audio test and gave me a set of hearing aids to try for so many months and a money-back guarantee if it didn’t work. I was never pushed into anything. It worked fine so I stayed with them.
After I had the first set for about a year and a half, Miracle-Ear came out with some new technology and they advised me of that. I went to get those and they were even better. Miracle-Ear is there anytime I have any problems, like when they had stopped working over the weekend and got me in right away, figured out what the problem was, fixed it, and I was on my way. I have recommended them, and other people that I’ve recommended them to have also purchased.

I needed a hearing aid and saw an ad of Miracle-Ear in The Berkshire Eagle. It sounded pretty good so I went to them. When I had a problem with the hearing aid, I called their customer service team and they immediately took me in. They scheduled me to see how it's working and also for the cleaning of the instrument. Overall, I've got an excellent experience with them.

2/25/16 have a purchase agreement for the amount of $3120. I paid the $120, the rest of it is to be paid by the NYS Empire Plan. After a month I checked with the Insurance co. and they said no claim was put in. I called the main office telephone no. 631 462 3572 and spoke with Patricia. She said she would and did submit another form and to check with NYSHIP in a week. I called on 3/17/16 and she that she received e-mail confirmation from NYSHIP that the claim was received. She refused to give me a claim number or to send the e-mail confirmation to me to prove that the claim was accepted.
I called the corporate office and was told to get in touch with their consumer affairs during the central hours of 7 to 6. I called at 11 a.m. eastern time and was heard a message that they were closed and please call back during their hours but leave message. I left my name and telephone number. I have a contract that allows me to get a full return of my money within 45 days for any reason. I told Pat I wanted my money back. She hung up on me. If you can provide the proof that a claim was put in for my insurance, then I will be satisfied. However, I do not feel that I have been properly assured since it is nearly one month since the original contract was made and no progress has been made to negotiate in good faith. Please look into this for me.

Miracle-Ear is my first hearing aid and I chose them because of their after-purchase service. The style I got is the top of the line and I feel like it has helped me. When I first got the hearing aid, the Bluetooth part was very sensitive to water. Every time I sweat it, it would die on me. But I think they have addressed the problem.

I knew I needed a hearing aid for quite some time. I went online and read different types of reviews. Then a friend's father went to Miracle-Ear and he was quite happy with it so I went to Miracle-Ear as well. Erica did the hearing test, walked me through the process of buying a hearing aid and their differences. She was very good. She suggested a model she thought was the best for my need, and I looked and read up on all the different hearing aids Miracle-Ear had and it seemed it's the best for me. Plus it's small and easy to wear. It's a lot of money to buy a hearing aid so I wanted to make sure that I purchased the good one. The battery started going dead after just a couple of days and so I took it back to Erica and she said that she needed to send it off to have it either corrected or replaced. Miracle-Ear ended up replacing the model.
I was very happy with my experience with Miracle-Ear. They've been very good and always helpful if I need something. I'm a teacher so it's important that I'd be able to listen to my students. I work in a computer lounge so it has to be relatively quiet. I had to get down and try to hear my students and sometimes it's hard. Miracle-Ear helped me understand what they are saying at a whisper level so it has helped.

I got hearing aids from Fluke Hearing and I had a lot of problems with them. I was always going back for our readjustments and they’ve moved to different places so we’d have different places to go. I got tired of it so I went with Miracle-Ear. The fellow that tested my ears and worked with me on hearing aids was Chad. He’s very nice, professional, explains absolutely everything to me, and I’ve been real happy with him. His office girl is real nice and helpful too. I just had one of the hearing aids fixed and there was no charge. It’s been all good and we've been very pleased.

On my job, I’m a lot by myself so I think “Why do I need a hearing aid when I’m alone?” Then there are some times they get annoying in my ear so I thought “I don’t want to wear them today” so I just leave them out. Probably not a good idea but that’s what I do. After so many hours they get a little bit uncomfortable because my ear pieces are a little bit bigger than what my old glasses were. Otherwise, I’m getting along well with them when I wear them. I also had a great person to work with in sales. He was absolutely marvelous. He explained everything and was just a great guy. I went in once for an adjustment and the sales guy took care of me very well. I would’ve liked Miracle-Ear to be cheaper though.

I had been trying to figure out how my communication with my mom can get better, so when I got a flyer from Miracle-Ear I went straight there and didn’t even look up anybody else and got one for my mom. The people at Miracle-Ear were superb. The doctor and the assistant over there were excellent. Now I had to watch every word I said because she could hear me all the way to her bedroom.

I told the guy there that I wanted the best hearing aids right now in the market and I don't care how much is the price. So he gave me the model that goes inside the ear canal and I am very satisfied with everything I buy.

When one of my hearing aids broke and couldn't be fixed, Miracle-Ear was introduced to me and I bought it. The one that goes in my ear and another part goes behind my ear was recommended to me. It is very good. Also, I can go to them and they adjust the hearing aids for me. They've been very good at that and I go in once a month to have the aids checked. Sometimes, we bring the volume up and sometimes down. Everybody there is great - the sales and customer service team, technicians, and staff. I love them.

I was in an accident 19 years ago and after being hit by a car, all the head trauma caused my hearing loss. I used to have really bad anxiety on going out in places because I couldn't hear anything behind me, on my left side of my ear, but things are way better now that I can hear stuff. Miracle-Ear's sales rep recommended their in-ear model to me and having it is wonderful. When I need batteries for it, I can go get batteries and they gave me the ones where if they're not working, I could clean them with rubbing alcohol, and then they seemed to work a lot better.

I like Miracle-Ear. The hearing aid I got from them fits my ear well but it's got a noise - like crumbling potato chips constantly in my ear - and they can't get it out. I brought it back to them a couple of times and it still has the same problem. But Liz at their front desk is exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable, and their sales and customer service teams have been very friendly. I'm happy with the experience.

I didn’t realize how impaired my hearing had become. I was misunderstanding what people were saying and it can sometimes make for some embarrassing situations because people misunderstand it with mental impairment as well. It became a social issue. I became friends with Miracle-Ear's staff on a very quick basis. I have always felt that they are very professional. I was confident once I had my interview that they were qualified to make the decision on the appropriate hearing aid style I'd have.
It's an expensive piece of equipment and I refer to it as my diamond earring because they would be really nice ones. I have them for a year now and I found that it's a complete package. They have follow-ups, available if I have questions, very quick to help me if I have any problem with the functioning of my devices, and very willing to do it at no additional charges. It has been fantastic.

I purchased hearing aids from Miracle-Ear in Cape Coral Florida. I absolutely love them. I used to have the behind-the-ear kind but because I perspire from my neck up terribly, my old hearing aids shorted out. They were Oticons. This time I traded in my Oticons and purchased the in-the-ear canal aids. I didn't enjoy how they have to fit them but the results are well worthwhile. I went in for my appointment to pick up my new aids and they are awesome. I can perspire all my body needs to and my aids don't short out. I can hear better than ever and it's like a new life for me. My wife told me I couldn't hear and I had to get a hearing aid. So I went to the store and got myself a Miracle-Ear. I wear it daily and I can hear and it has been very good. I got the ME5300 model with the Genius Link. I work and I'm on the phone a lot and this Genius Link is without a doubt one of the greatest things in the world. I just love it. The people in the store at Bell Road has been absolutely fantastic.

I'm able to hear better with my Miracle-Ear. I put it in my ear in the morning and I take it out when I go to bed. Their sales reps have been very nice and helpful. Anything that I have, I will go in and ask them and they'll take care of it.

Using Miracle-Ear hearing aid has made a big difference in my life. I hear a lot of things now. I became part of conversations again, and mainly, I can hear everything that’s being said when I go to mass on the weekends which is the most important. That was very important to me because I didn’t like that I was missing a lot of words in dialogues and in prayers when I was at mass. I’ve dealt with two different people at Miracle-Ear and they’re both very pleasant and professional.

I got my first Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids through Sears in Woodfield. It was a lot bigger than the second one that I got recently, although both are behind-the-ear models. My hearing was pretty bad at the time and I think they thought that a bigger earpiece would be better for me. Since I used Miracle-Ear, my life has been tremendously better. My hearing aid is working fine for me.
The first person I had interacted with, Nick, retired already and the guy who replaced him seemed like he quickly wanted to get me out of the office because it was time for him to go home. I didn’t care for him at all. But the rest of them had been tremendous. I also bought the rechargeable hearing aid and we charged it every night. I believe it was $200. It was supposed to last a year but it went out in about three months. I don't know why but they did tell me when they sold it to me. So now, we have to take it back in and see what's going on there.

I have a good friend that grew up with my children that runs the Miracle-Ear in Idaho Falls. Their hearing aid has been very good, especially as I'm an instructor in a college system and I find them invaluable now with hearing my students. Their store reps have been very positive and knowledgeable.

Miracle-Ear reps have been nice, helpful and ready to take my questions and give help. It's very satisfying dealing with them. They helped me understand that I had a hearing problem to begin with because I started hearing things that I didn't know I wasn't hearing. I appreciate the hearing aids, enjoy using them, and it makes me much more sensitive to people and aware of people and things.

My father needed a hearing aid and when the state of North Carolina had the program to help purchase whatever we needed for, they had Miracle-Ear in the list. I've heard of it before and I wanted to do the test there. With their customer service reps, everything is quick. They keep us both informed of any changes and about any batteries, or if there are any supplies that are needed that the office gives out. Care is excellent. Since he's had the device, he's not yelling as much and I notice the music is not as loud now. I used to go over his place, and I'd yell at him to turn the music down as he's asking about what I was saying. It's a whole lot better and I'm sure his neighbors are happy too.

I’ve been looking at hearing aids for some time and have tried others. One of the things that made me chose Miracle-Ear was the rechargeable batteries, and the other was it was better than the one I had before. I had tried a lot of the hearing aids in the ear canal and I felt like I was in a tunnel. The ones behind-the-ear were much better because I could hear surrounding sounds as well as the sounds of the hearing aids.
I’m not completely deaf so I can take the hearing aids out and hear but when I’m listening to the TV, the words are not clear and that’s what I didn’t have with my last pair which I’m trying to get with this pair. I had a pair before that had the piece around the neck and it goes right from the TV to my hearing aids and that was beautiful. I tried getting the new one from Miracle-Ear and it’s very expensive at $300 and I couldn’t get it to work. I had their rep come down to the house and see if he could make it work, but he couldn’t either. It was really what I was looking for. The enunciation of words through the hearing aids with just the TV is where I have the biggest problem. If I try to raise the volume on the hearing aids, it hollows it out.
As far as the experience with the Miracle-Ear rep, it's been very good. I’ve been in their office several times trying to get the hearing aids adjusted to where I can hear clearer sounds and I’m still not there yet.

My wife found Miracle-Ear. They had a better reputation so I chose them. The Miracle-Ear rep is very helpful and she works with me. My hearing isn’t all that bad, and I’m still in the process of getting my hearing aid tuned. It takes about two adjustments and then I get to try it out before she sets it in place.

I understand and hear a whole lot better and the hearing aids have considerably done a lot for my marriage. At first, I had some whistling and it turned out that it was from a wax buildup in my ears. Once they got the wax vacuumed out, everything was all right. Every time I visit for a check-up and an adjustment, everything has been great and I couldn't ask for my experience to be any better. I'd recommend Miracle-Ear.

The gentleman from Miracle-Ear has done a very good job. Ken described what the product is like and how it can work which was what really sold me. The Miracle-Ears work very well in my ear. They stay in there where it's supposed to. I had another type of aids before that were just little plastic type of aids that go in the ear. When I talk, it tends to squeeze them back out so about every ten minutes, I had to push them back down in so I could hear which was really frustrating. That's when I said, "Well, I'm going to go over to Miracle Ear and see what they have to offer."
Any time I see a product that really works good, I don't mind promoting it. I'm very happy with Miracle-Ear and have recommended them to people where we live - a nice, big complex where there are lots of people. They'll ask me, "How do you like your ears?" "Well, I think they're the best that I've ever had," and I tell them to go over there and see if they'd want to take and try them out.

This isn't the first time I've used Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids. I've had the in-ear model before but I wasn't satisfied with it so I chose the behind-the-ear style and I could hear better with it. I've had nice interactions with their people but I wasn't pleased with the last time I called. I was told that whenever I needed batteries, I could just call. But the last time it took them forever to send me some batteries.

I went to an ENT and an audiologist, and I didn’t like them. I decided to go to Miracle-Ear and checked them out. I liked their representative there. They treated me very well, were very thorough, and continue to be very helpful. I don’t wear the hearing aids a lot because I don’t go out a lot. But when I do go out and I am around other people, I wear it and it helps a lot. I’m very happy with my experience. The only thing that I have run into is when I talk with other people who have other brands of hearing aids and they paid a lot less for theirs than I did mine and they’re very happy with the features that they got. I sometimes wonder if I needed all of the bells and whistles.

A good friend of mine recommended it was the place I should go and now, I'm doing much better when I'm in a crowd since I can turn it down a little bit and still feel some of the background noise. We have been to 70 hearing places and there was nothing they can do, and the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids flyer we got in the mail said that they do free hearing tests, so I called and scheduled an appointment, went out there and Wendy told me that she had something that would be of benefit to my husband and would help him with some of his hearing. We decided then to go with Miracle-Ear and got the behind-the-ear hearing aid. The only person that we have seen is Wendy, and she comes to our little town from another town two days a week. Our interactions with her and the service she provided were wonderful. She has been really good, knowledgeable and helpful. She talked to Norris, and she explained things about his hearing and how it’s going to take time for him to be able to hear.

I have a friend who had used Miracle-Ear and she recommended them to me. So far, it’s been good. I can hear much better in church than I could. Plus, their team is very helpful and easy to talk to. I don't wear my Miracle-Ear as much as I should because I've always found things being in my ears to be sort of irritating, but I can hear better because of it. Their reps are very pleasant and kind. They answered all my questions and were reasonably involved in how I was making out with it. They’re very customer friendly and they try to do whatever they can to help me get the best benefit out of the hearing aid, which is a little different from some of the other experiences I’ve had.

I drive 260 miles to see the audiologist who fit my Miracle-Ear. I'm in a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee and I drive almost to Cincinnati to go see the guy. He's the only person I've ever felt comfortable with my hearing aids in my ears. I've had three sets of $5,000, $6,000, $7,000 hearing aids prior to these and I've never heard like I do here. He set up a program for me, didn't use a stock program and went through my hearing. It's like if you'll be quiet for a minute, I can read your thoughts. I can hear that well. I would recommend Miracle-Ear to anybody. As a matter of fact, I have to several people that cannot believe the level of hearing I have now.

And the times that I've been there, they've been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm well-pleased with the service. I went in to get a test and found out I needed hearing aids so I purchased a pair at Miracle-Ear. We tried both the over-the-ear and in-the-ear type but I liked the over-the-ear better so I got it. Having the hearing aids helped a lot and I can now hear better. I’ve been with Miracle-Ear for about eight years now, but I think they keep changing people. I get used to one person and all of a sudden, they’re gone and somebody else is there. That isn’t what I like, but it’s nothing I have any control over.

The man who was there when I got the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids explained everything. He gave us little gifts too. I do hear much better with the hearing aids. I keep going back to get it readjusted because I'm picky. I'm a musician and sometimes the hearing aids irritate me, but the man there works hard at fixing it. I like the fact that I can go back and explain to him what I want. He puts it on the computer, works at it and tries to get it the way I want it.

I had a hearing aid from a previous company for four years and one day I was getting it checked where I bought it and I heard a frying noise in one side. I told it to the guy there. He said, "Uh-oh. That's bad news." I said, "What do you mean?" He says, "That's gone bad. They only last about four or five years." I said, "You mean I spent $4,000 and I only got about four years on it?" He said yes and that a new one would cost $4,200. I told him I have to think about it. So that's why I went to Miracle-Ear. I saw their ad in the paper to try it and they're a thousand dollars less than my previous one. I don't know what was going on and why they changed people. They didn't understand what was going on because I did see one gentleman for my first visit who did the preliminary testing and the next time I went to get an adjustment on it, he was gone. It was a new representative there but he's okay.

I purchased a behind-the-ear hearing aid from Miracle-Ear because of the convenience since I have to wear a hardhat. I'm in construction and I drive a gravel train. With the dust and dirt, it's easier to keep clean. Also, with this, I don't have to buy another one. It could be reprogrammed if my hearing changes which was one of the main reasons why I bought them. The lady that sold this to me couldn't get any better. She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They have great service. Now, I can hear and don't get hollered at so much any more for everything being too loud and it has enabled me to pass my DOT physical. Everything worked out perfectly and I've already recommended them to different friends.

Miracle-Ear helped me a lot, although there were a few changes that we needed to make to it. I got a model that was within my price range and was the only one that was available to me then. I, however, felt that they were more about their sales than them identifying my hearing. We did the hearing test, but it felt like the rep didn't focus on that as much as he should have. When I was younger, they told me that my left ear heard better than my right ear and I was always severely deaf in my right ear. But, when I did the hearing aid test, it was completely different. So, I didn't know which one to believe. Now that I have my hearing aids, I'm hearing better out of my right ear. I've never had a hearing aid in my right ear before, so I rather have a good hearing aid in my left ear versus having two. Nevertheless, I was impressed with being able to hear a lot more than what I did, like hearing the crickets and hearing my dogs drink out of the water bowl.

We've been going to Miracle-Ear for a number of years. There was a flyer in the newspaper that came out which coincided with my husband's health insurance offering a financial rebate for the purchase of hearing aids so we followed up on it. We had an appointment for a set time and waited an hour and a half before we got brought in. Their office is clean and they're cordial. Generally, they're very professional but then my husband was not comfortable with the person who replaced Matt, the person we had dealt with. Matt went out of his way to come and check my husband's hearing aids when he was in a nursing home - very accommodating up until this last visit.
Since having Miracle-Ear, his life has improved and can hear better. I'm not shouting at him as much. He has the one that is beige in color and has a plastic tubing that goes into the ear for that was what had been offered and he was comfortable with it. Everything was great until their change in staff. Overall, they've been very good, but based on this last experience, it wasn't that great.

I chose Miracle-Ear over other providers out of convenience more than anything. I was teaching and I had trouble hearing kids and large crowds. I had 30 years military and that's what screwed up my hearing. I got the Behind-the-Ear style because it seemed the best for me. The sales and customer service team was excellent. Wayne at the Miracle-Ear in Modesto, CA stole Glen's money. Glen is 94 and has terrible hearing. He has tried two other companies, but Miracle-Ear promised to help. They set him up with $7,000 hearing aids. They had to be adjusted at least 10 times, three sets of batteries, and finally, Wayne admitted they were broken. So he fixed them. The next week, they still did not work properly. We returned them and were assured a full refund. We recorded this conversation, with a video. Glen returned the hearing aids. Miracle-Ear has them! Also videotaped. It has been one month, no refund. They still have the aids, and we emailed the corporate office last week with a 2 day promise to return our call. It has been 5 days. NO CALL! The worse company ever. Exploiting old people. I plan to review on every site, contact an elderly ombudsman rep and file a complaint with APS and the BBB in all states they do business.

Miracle-Ear made my dad's life better. I'm grateful he has those hearing aids in. We're on the second set of LACE and it's helping him. He went with the most expensive hearing aid. It's the $8,000 one with the Bluetooth. The nice thing about this is we've programmed them. The staff put a setting on it so when we're in the movies, my dad can turn them down when it's too loud. The couple at the Miracle-Ear office is the nicest, kindest and most understanding couple ever when dealing with the elderly. Michelle needs to be recognized for all the hard work she does there. She is an outstanding, bright sunshine of a day when I come to bring my dad.

I was really pleased with the treatment and advice I had been given at Miracle-Ear. I had a test done and I'm in almost a year already and I'm very happy with everything that was promised. They're in Bristol which is not even four or five miles and now they've moved closer to me so it's really convenient. I'm really happy. I love my hearing aids and nobody can believe that I have them. I cannot convince others that they were in my ear and I don't have a lot of hair covering it but it's so well-made that it doesn't bother me anymore. I used to cry in the beginning but my daughter says that I'll learn it. I'm 83 years old and it's a little difficult but people at Miracle-Ear are patient. A couple of times I went in there and they showed me different shortcuts.
The hearing aid is a delicate little instrument and it gets loud when I'm in church. Even though I lower it, it still brings up a lot of excess because they have a system in the church that amplifies this. So I don't put them in church because I'm in the choir but I wear them all the other times. I'm also trying to be careful about unusual circumstances like on the airplane. So I take them out. I also have my little box and put them in when I get into the car. So that's convenient for me because they're so easy to go in and they're very nice looking too.
It has also helped me a lot and hearing all those endings that I wasn't hearing. Now I notice the difference if I get in the car and I haven't had them in my ears and I usually have my radio on. I didn't realize that difference until I started wearing these. Not to mention, it's very handy and it's not more or less out of my element because I like to dress up really nice and it's very comfortable. In fact, I have them in now and I feel like it's part of me already. It's a very good decision I made to do this.

I used to work at Sears in Fort Worth, Texas, and Miracle-Ear Hearing had a little office there in the store. I needed hearing aids, so I went in and had them test me. That's when I started out, back in the 1980s. The sales rep was great and helpful. However, I would like to see the company's remote control devices come down in price a bit. And the one I have could work a lot better. It's working great at the moment, but there are times when it doesn't get connected when I turn it on, and it doesn't work at all. On the whole, it's been well. They're probably the best one can buy.

I'm very satisfied with Miracle-Ear. I got the behind-the-ear hearing aid because I didn't want something clogged in my ears and it'd be too hard to get in and out for me. However, I don't think the one I got goes well with my television and it isn't the same as it was when I first got it. I told them about it when I went there. Still, so far, it's a good business for what's charged and I've had a pleasant experience with them. I would recommend them.

Miracle-Ear has helped me quite a bit. The new hearing aids I have now are far better than my older ones. I’ve had hearing aids for close to seven years now. The technology's improved so much. Mine was one of the better models and was suggested to me. I meet their staff on a regular basis, and since I got my new hearing aids, I've seen David every couple of weeks to make sure they're set up properly. He's been excellent. I'm very satisfied with Miracle-Ear on the whole.

I was starting to have a little trouble with my hearing and Miracle-Ear made an offer for a discount - they would throw in an extra $50 if I came in. It seemed to make good sense in my ears, so I checked in and found out I did have a problem. The girls over there were so kind every time I come in. I love Miracle-Ear! I got the over-the-ear earpiece that goes in with a little cord attached. I think that was the top of the line. If I have problems hearing the TV and I don't have the earpieces in, I just turn the TV up. However, since my wife is coming back from China tonight, I’ll be turning the TV down and probably put my earpieces in tomorrow. Whenever I've had a problem with the hearing aid, I've taken it in to the husband and wife team at the Miracle-Ear down the street and they have taken care of it right on the spot. She does the bookwork and he's the technician. They are both absolutely fabulous people. So I walked in with a dead earpiece and walked out with one that's working.

Don't buy hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. I've been back numerous times since I've had my hearing aids and I need to go back again now. The right one isn't working, and I've had nothing but trouble out of them. The people have been super nice at the store, but I am not happy with the product. It is in no way worth what it costs.

My husband knew that his hearing was really bad and he'd been putting it off. We received something in the mail from Miracle-Ear and we went by to check it out and he got his hearing aid. After a year, Miracle-Ear also checked my hearing when they checked up my husband again, and I was advised to go ahead and get a hearing aid and I did. We've been in lots of visits and went over everything that we needed to. Miracle-Ear worked pretty good for us.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Miracle-Ear. They have this little thingy that almost looks like a wire that has to fill my ear in order for me to hear because I have severe hearing loss but I can't take it. It cost a lot of money but I don't even know what model it is. The ones I have now is my third set. It is the bigger one and in-ear. I've had some problems with these and their staff said that this model has so much circuitry in it. It is one of the models that they have a lot of problems with. The sales representatives were absolutely wonderful, very accommodating, friendly and knows what they're doing.

My husband has had a Miracle-Ear hearing aid for years. He has always had good care from them, so when I needed one they were my obvious choice. My hearing is horrible, and I was having trouble with the TV and group conversations and my hearing aid has helped a great deal. I have the little thing that goes in my ear and it is connected to the battery holder that goes behind it. It was recommended by the man that we've been working with for years at Miracle-Ear. He said I can try it and if I don't like it, I can try something else. It works fine and the price was right, so I went with it. Miracle-Ear was recommended to me by somebody I go to church with and I've always liked that they stand behind their product. In addition, their staff are 100% professional and the same can be said about their service. I got their behind-the-ear style because that was what I could afford, and they've impacted my life in a good way. However, I can't wear them right now because I got them serviced. For some reason, they're not working. I work in fast food so I have to wear a headset for the backroom and I think the headset overdid the hearing aid.

Their sales, receptionist and customer service team were wonderful - very nice and professional. I went with the style that goes behind the ear but the little piece goes in my ear because that's the one I could afford. With this device, I can hear, and I don't have to keep saying, "Huh, huh what you saying?" My husband doesn't have to keep repeating, so it makes him happy.

I've had other hearing aids and they weren't very satisfactory so I thought I'd try Miracle-Ear. I got the behind-the-ear model which was what the audiologist suggested because my hearing is very poor. I'm doing very well with them. I can hear better. Their customer service teams were very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought the behind-the-ear hearing aids with a little tube from Miracle-Ear and a lot of people don't even know I've got them. They have fantastic people and I'm going to stay with them as long as I can. They treated us well and we're happy with them. We've stayed and done three upgrades with them and I've been pleased especially with Alan. He's been the backbone that has made us appreciate Miracle-Ear. Whenever I need something, he takes good care of me.

Miracle-Ear was an improvement for me although I probably overspent when I bought the hearing aids. I listened to what they had to say and went with the In-the-Canal style. The sales reps were very good. They take very good care of their customers.

Originally, the hearing aids that I had was of the same style as my uncle's Miracle-Ear hearing aids way back in the '70s. They were the tiny ones that went inside the ear and I liked them. But then my hearing got progressively worse, and since insurance companies don't cover anything like that and I don't have a lot of money, I then went with something that I could afford and got refurbished ones that went on the back of my ear.
I have insurance on the hearing aids but I don't know what it covers. It would probably be a little bit better if Miracle-Ear reps would cover that a little bit more. But other than that the service is fine. They're nice people and I can hear better with my hearing aids.

I won Miracle-Ear earplugs at a gun show. It's great when I go shooting because they work really good. They're both plugs and hearing aids. I can talk to people normally without shouting and when I fire, they automatically turn on and block the noise, which is cool. The lady who was at the booth where I signed up either owns or manages the Miracle-Ear store in Hurst, Texas and is also a gun enthusiast so we have stuff in common to talk about. She and her staff are really nice.

I started having hearing problems so I went to Miracle-Ear to have them checked. The young man who worked there was very nice and he made me decide to choose them over other hearing aid providers. The young man, who I've been going to ever since I got the first one, is an outstanding representative. He does over and above his call of duty, and he's also been very fortunate that he's had some very good people to work for him. Needless to say, without my Miracle-Ear, I wouldn't hear. Overall, I like it as long as it works and the rep's been good to me so I have no problems.

My husband chose Miracle-Ear because it's well-known and his friend worked there. He wasn't quite satisfied with his first hearing aids from there so he went to another place but he was not satisfied with those and went back to Miracle-Ear. Their customer service people are always very accommodating, professional and courteous. Having the aids has impacted him in many ways because he can go anywhere and hear now. He couldn't hear me and thought I was mumbling before.

I got the Miracle-Ear hearing aid because of the previous experiences of people that I know. A friend of mine went over to Miracle-Ear, got a hearing test and they said, "Yeah, you need them but not quite yet so why don't you hold off for another year or two?" That impressed me as being wonderful because they're not automatically trying to put you into getting hearing aids. I'm also a retired mailman and two of my customers had Miracle-Ear aids. In addition, their customer service team is very helpful and pleasant. The gentleman that does the testing and the fitting was very nice to talk to.
Since I got the hearing aid, I got to be careful of what I'm doing. For instance, in the good ear I took the hearing aid out when I went to the movies because with the movies, they put the volume on full blast. It takes a little bit of getting used to but other than that, it's doing good. I got the style that fits up behind the ear and the little wire goes over the ear and then into the canal. The comfort was most important that's why I chose that model. I didn't care how I looked because I wear my hair a little bit fuller, so no matter what I've got in my ear, my hair hides it pretty well.

I still have a good amount of hearing coming in, so they wanted to leave part of the opportunity to have sound coming in. Thus I decided to go with the style that wraps around behind the ear and it got the molded thing that goes down into the ear. The Miracle-Ear sales and customer service teams were very good and I'm very happy with the hearing aid that I have. It has impacted my life very positively, it has increased my productivity at work. I wear it a good deal of the time, especially when I'm in church as I need to hear the prayer requests, and they come in because I'm a pastor.

I had the old clunky ones before and when the Behind-the-Ear became more available or more affordable, I stayed with them. I've had them for 10 years now. Also, I don't feel I need my hearing aid but they do help like when I go to church or when I'm with a group, and I'm satisfied when I do wear them. I’ve recommended Miracle-Ear to a couple people. The hearing aid is okay. I have the over-the-ear model. I had one that was in my ear for a while and that was kind of hard to change the battery and I felt this was better. It doesn’t show because I have a longer hair. Nonetheless I still don’t hear well. I don’t hear in a group, even though I have an adjustment on it. I don’t hear TV properly. I don’t hear people talking clearly. I can probably hear them. I just don’t know what they’re saying. It’s fuzzy, especially towards the end of the day. I guess my ears get tired. And in church, I have a hard time hearing when people don’t speak out loud. So it’s not like your regular ears.
Miracle-Ear's sales and customer teams are okay. There are two different offices - it's a father and son business. I wish I could go to the one that was a little farther away because I heard that the younger man takes a little more attention individually. The father cleans my hearing aid when I regularly go in and that's it.

I love Miracle-Ear. The only thing I don't like is they get wax in my hearing aid but it's because I have a hole in one of my ears - it's because of my ears, not Miracle-Ear. I go there to get my aids adjusted at least once a week. The customer service is good. They are friendly and very helpful answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable talking to them. They're very understanding. I like going there and I don't have a problem. I can call them up when I feel like I can't hear out of this ear even though I've changed batteries. They will let me in and will squeeze me in if they have to.

Miracle-Ear had a discount deal and I heard that the hearing aids were good so that's where I went. They recommended that I get the behind the ear model. I do carpentry work and they said this would be better for me, and it helped a bunch. Customer service has always been good. If I ever need anything adjusted or cleaned, they've always done it. They've done everything they said so I'm happy. It's been a good experience and I'd recommend Miracle-Ear.

My hearing aid from Miracle-Ear is a little piece that goes in the ear and has a battery that goes behind. I chose that model because it’s convenient and inconspicuous. The hearing aid has helped me a lot in understanding people when they talk, and it’s good to be in a group and be able to hear the conversation. My husband's had Miracle-Ear for years. We chose Miracle-Ear because a friend recommended it. The first ones we bought in Cincinnati was from the Miracle-Ear inside Sears. Anytime he needed something done, he went over and they did a really good job for him. We moved to Florida in 2007 and then he bought another pair inside Sears in Tampa. He had problems with them all the time and every time he would go back, a lot of times the person wasn't even there. So he'd call, try to make appointments when he would go back and the Miracle-Ear guy could never fix them while he was there. My husband always had to send them out and the charge was always either $150 or $200. My husband did that four times.
Then we moved to Georgia. We were looking at different hearing aids, we went in the Miracle-Ear store and they do the adjustment. They make the appointments and don't charge. We had a terrible experience with them in Florida and the only reason we went back to them in Georgia was because there's somebody there that we knew. Also the Miracle-Ear person in Georgia that took the old ones and looked at them to try to fix them while my husband was waiting for his new one, when he looked at the serial number, they were used hearing aids. It had a date of 2004 on them which is probably why the guy in Florida could never fix them. Except for our experience in Florida, I would recommend Miracle-Ear. They have been wonderful to work with and we always had really good service from them.

I've had Miracle-Ear for about nine years and I'm now on my second pair now. I got the one that goes over ear with the little white thing that goes in. They were the cheapest and they're the ones I originally had. The hearing aid definitely helped and my life's much better. The only problem I had was when the rechargeable batteries in the second set didn't last eight hours. I got about halfway through my day and it would be dead. When I'm out working or out shopping, I can't charge them up. What I ended up doing was to carry a couple of small regular replacement ones that I had in the original hearing aids. In addition, Miracle-Ear's doctor and the receptionist have all been great. Every two or three months, I have my hearing aids cleaned by them. They also test my hearing every now and then to see if it's getting worse and they make the adjustments. I am very pleased with them and the service that I get.

I wasted $7000, that's what I feel with the hearing aids I got from Miracle-Ear. I can't hear anybody with them. I went back to the doctor and he made an adjustment but I still can't hear. I have a wife and a daughter and they talk so low that he put a super scoop on, trying to let me hear what they're saying, still no good. Then he did an ear check and set them up. So when I'm in the room, it's nice because there is no noise. But when I go outside, I have to put up with the outside noise, go back inside to get them readjusted and it still doesn't do it. So they have good service but it's not worth a hill of beans. I will tell somebody not to go there to buy them.

My first Miracle-Ear hearing aid was fine but I'm not happy with the ones I have now. I had the kind that went in the ear, the first time, and I thought I'd like to try the behind the ear this time because I wanted one that isn't noticeable and they were supposed to be better. But I perspire a lot and I've had trouble with the transmitters. On the other hand, the customer reps were good, nice and helpful. The service was also very good and everything went fine.

I went for a test and I thought the Miracle-Ear hearing aids could help me. I bought the one that's inside the ear because I wanted the least visible and something I would be comfortable with. My problem is I hear the volume fine but I don’t differentiate the words so I don’t always understand, and the hearing aids helped me hear better although not 100%.
They keep switching the people at my place. Some of them I like and some I don’t. The next to last person that was there was very helpful, professional, nice, and caring. Then there was somebody put in the office that I did not like at all, had an attitude, and didn’t help me. I just made an appointment for a check-up next week for my mother and I and I heard there’s a new person that’s supposed to be better than the last one. The receptionist knows me and she said I’ll like this one.

At the time I lived in Philadelphia, there was Sears which was very close to where I live. So I thought I'd check there and I walked out with Miracle-Ear hearing aids. It's not a regular hearing aid, but it does help. I’m really lost without it and every time I take it in for service, they must have some way of telling how much I wear it. They said, “You wear it awful lot.” I said, “Well in the morning, it’s the first thing I put in my ears. And when I go to bed, it’s the last thing I take out. I’m a veteran. I can’t hear." The customer service team would clean and adjust my hearing aid. They’re really nice people there--very cheerful, confident, and try to please the customer in every way. They couldn’t be better.
It’s been about 20 years that I've had hearing aids. I was still a patrolman and I would hide them. When they have sirens on, I have no hearing protection. I also didn’t have time to put anything in the ear when we get into a fight when I was in the military. In fact, when I finally used an M16, I was caught in a jam and the guy kept on screaming at me, “Put a clip in, stupid.” I couldn’t believe it. Overall, I'm very satisfied and a happy customer. I have recommended them to friends and quite a few had got them.

We went to the Miracle-Ear office in Great Falls because I knew a friend who had also done business there. Sales and customer service teams were great people to work with. They're very knowledgeable and very easy to do a transaction with. It was a wonderful experience to get a problem resolved easily. The service is good and I was treated fairly because they also provided the year’s supply of batteries which was very admirable.
The hearing aids I purchased fit into the ear with the attachment on the back. It's made it easier for me to hear people. I don't have to turn that tv off that far and I don't have to ask people that frequently to repeat what they have said. I'm saving a lot of time that I can do other things. A number of years ago, it was noticed in the newspaper that Miracle-Ear was setting up a customer area in the lobby inside Sears. We went there, they checked my hearing and said it was slightly off. It led to further appointments and then later to get the hearing aids. The Miracle-Ear sales and customer service team are a fine pair. They are very nice people. The personnel is friendly, and I really like them. My hearing isn’t all that bad, so I hardly ever wear the hearing aids. I did for a long time but it didn’t seem to make any difference. Miracle-Ear has made my life much better because I'm able to hear with it. I had an excellent experience with them. However, I had a problem with one of my hearing aids for quite some time and it would take about four weeks to get the hearing aid back from them, and I did not find that acceptable. But their sales and customer service teams have been very good. Lisa, who runs the store in Shelby, North Carolina is very friendly and good. She goes above and beyond to help me out. She even switched out for me that bad hearing aid that I had so many problems with the last time I brought it in because she had gotten one in from repair.

I have had Miracle Ear hearing aids for more than 2 years and they have never solved the problem that I purchased them for. The problem: I can't hear in meetings. And I go to a lot of meetings and I miss 50% of what's being said. I have adjusted, readjusted, taken them in for service etc. etc. and there is virtually no change. And they cost a fortune. The people are very nice, but the last time I was there, the technician told me to go to my doctor and get my ears cleaned out. Which I did, and it made absolutely no difference. I still can't hear in meetings. If that's what you're looking for, don't waste your money.

I've been with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids for five years already and I had the behind-the-ear style which fit better. I can't hear a lot of times and, in crowds or if I go for coffee in the morning and people were taking, I turn them on really high and I still got a hard time. This last time, they had them on a special and I wasn't happy for the price I paid but they're working. However, their reps have been good. When I have problems, they will correct it.

Since I got my Miracle-Ear hearing aid, I can hear. I'm not saying "Huh?" all the time. I chose the behind the ear style because the lady there, Leticia, said that that would probably be the best one for me since I still have some hearing in my ears, so it was better to have the type that I could actually hear out of my ear and hear out of the hearing aids at the same time. The Miracle-Ear sales and customer service teams are top-notch. The team here in Roswell is a super team and they've gone out of their way for me at times. I had them open their office one day on a Saturday because I was out of batteries. Overall, my experience with them was awesome.

My mom has gone to another company before but she didn't like the hearing aids when she went out and tried them. We got the Miracle-Ear and the rep was informative on how the hearing aids work. I was having some obvious hearing issues. If anybody were to whisper, I'd have to say that they tell me later because I could never hear whispers. When I went out on dates, I would always sit next to them as opposed to across from them because otherwise, I couldn't pick up conversations. When I was setting up my will and I was talking to my cousins who are both attorneys in a very, very quiet conference room and I found myself constantly say, "What? What?" And this is with no noise at all because it's extremely quiet. And that's when I finally decided, "Okay, I need to talk to my doctor and check this out."
I got my ears checked and my doctor said I got 50% hearing loss. Miracle-Ear brought clarity to my life. When the hearing aids were put on me, everything was so sharp. I've got two little grandsons and I hear them clearly. When I left my home to get Miracle-Ear for the first time I had my television on a volume of 40. But when I got home with the hearing aids, I now can listen to my TV comfortably at seven. Everything is crystal clear. It's wonderful.
Also, the professionalism of the people that they have is stunningly good and they are very friendly. The product itself way excels anything that you might hear about any other product. I'd recommend them. Once, I was able to refer one friend that made a purchase. In two years or whatever it is, I'll probably be buying the next generation of their product.

I find Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids to be enriching. I can hear things I wouldn't have heard before. I recognized that most of the tones that I had a problem with were sharp, high tones, which meant a lot of feminine voices. It improved communication considerably and has positively impacted my life in a marriage relationship. I've recommended them to my mother and to my wife. I'm happy with my Miracle-Ear that I wouldn't be going out of the house without it. I now have the behind-the-ear model from them, although I've had other ones over the years. My hearing loss progressed in one ear because of otosclerosis and I was told that with the model I have now, they can turn it up more as I needed it and I would hear better with it. That has, in fact, been happening. Also, the people from Miracle-Ear have been delightful and helpful. At any time that I have had any concern or issue, they were able to make an appointment for me very quickly. They've sat down and listened to what I said was the problem.
Occasionally, a setting needed to be adjusted in my hearing aid because things have changed. One time the tube was blocked and they took care of that immediately. Recently, I had trouble with the mold in one ear of the hearing aid. They tried to take it off and they could not get it to function again, so they made me another one. It has been a worthwhile and pleasant experience with Miracle-Ear and I have recommended them a number of times.

Miracle-Ear has helped me and I can hear better. It didn't cure me but I know it doesn't do that. I got the behind the ear style and it's got the wire run into your ear with a speaker there. I don't think it was the bottom line, but it wasn't the top line. It was what I could afford right then. Furthermore everything was great with their sales and customer service teams.

I’ve been very happy with Miracle-Ear. My relationship with them has been very good. The girls there are great and they’ve been over there a year and a half now.

I was out there at Miracle-Ear about an hour ago and got some new domes and new batteries put on hearing aids for me. I'm well satisfied with it. Also, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

I went to Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid back in '92 or '93 and got a hearing aid at that point. Then, four or five years ago, I took it in and had it checked. They had some new and better ones so I decided to upgrade. Now I have the one that goes in the ear. It's so small and clear and it's perfect. Nobody can even see it and I love them. Miracle-Ear's great and I've already recommended them to several people.

Miracle-Ear has made my husband's life much better. He has the Behind-the-Ear style and not the great big one that goes into the tube thing. The Miracle-Ear teams were also great, very friendly and nice people. They're not pushy, which we like and they gave us all the options that we could go with.

I've been with Miracle-Ear for at least six years, and it has impacted my life favorably. I've been dealing with the same rep ever since I bought my first set. My hearing aid is in for repairs right now and it's been in there for well over a month, so I'm still waiting to get it back. I do have another set of hearing aids from a different company, which I keep it as a backup especially when I travel.

I’ve been pleased with my Miracle-Ear devices. I have to do a couple of things: clean my ears every day to make sure there’s no wax build-up and clean the little devices more frequently. I have an assortment of batteries because we changed the configuration or shape of the left ear unit because it kept falling out. The battery size increased when the shape changed, so I had to live with this at two different battery sizes. The left ear takes a 312 and the right ear takes a number 10. After three days, the batteries seem to run down very much, but at the church on Sundays, I am able to hear every word the priest says the whole time he was talking. I’d recommend them.

I had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. I was told about how it could change my ears so that I can push at one button and go to the television, so it makes it louder. Their staff put that on the last time I was in to see him, and it made a big difference. I'd definitely recommend Miracle-Ear to a friend. The only problem I had with it is when I go out of the room after watching television and I forget to change the button, my wife speaks to me and she knocked me over. There's plenty of volume there and I forget to turn it off when I quit watching TV, otherwise, it's great.

Customer service is very good. All I have to do is call up Peter and he sees me. I always buy the best there is, and for Miracle-Ear I bought the GENIUS model. It cost me $6,000 but it stinks. It's only good if somebody is looking directly at me and talking directly to me, that's the only way it works. It doesn't work for TV and movies. TV Ears works much better for TV and that was only $35. With Miracle-Ear, if I'm sitting at a card table and there were three other people and they're all talking, I can hear them but I don't understand a word. I can only understand them if they look at me and talk directly to me. I am dissatisfied with it overall.

The sales and customer service representative at Miracle-Ear were very good. They're excellent and able to explain the products and warranties. The style I bought was the expensive one. It's the small device that goes behind the ear. It was the better of the choices I had at that time and it helped me tremendously.

I am very, very happy with Miracle-Ear. Their people are excellent especially Carla. She is always very kind and not condescending and I like her. I was in the other day to see her, and she's made several adjustments with the hearing aid.

Miracle-Ear hearing aid has been helpful. A person doesn't get their hearing back 100%, no matter what anybody does. And they really work to try to do the best they could. That's why last year, I bought my third set. The first two were in the canal, and this one is over the ear. Their team has been very helpful too and very courteous. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience.

I have a Miracle-Ear hearing and it's a very good feeling that I can hear. The only problem with the device is that things get real loud and I don't know whether it's my ears. Also, every once in a while it shuts down too. But other than that, I wouldn't take nothing for it. I would very, very much recommend Miracle-Ear.

My life before Miracle Ear was asking people to repeat themselves several times and if I still didn’t hear by the 3rd or 4th time I would just say “oh ok” or “yeah”. If someone was not looking directly at me, standing more than 3-5 feet away or walking away from me while they were speaking their words would get garbled and they would start to sound like the adults from Peanuts. As a server being able to hear is a big part of my job. Those who sat in my section always got the best service though. I would have to go around the table and be right next to the guest as they ordered. And I could forget about talking on the phone. No matter how high I had the volume it is never enough. I have to go to another room alone to even hear half of what is being said to me. I can’t have a conversation in a car without feeling as though I have to sit on the lap of whoever is talking.
I don’t even remember how long it has been since I have heard the sound of birds chirping. However, the worst feeling on the planet was when I could not understand my own children. I am a mother of 3, ages 7, 6, and 2. My 6 and 7-year-old both speak in very quiet voices, almost mouse-like, and when they feel as though they are in trouble their voices get even quieter. I would have to ask them to repeat themselves and speak up when they are talking to me several times until finally they just give up trying to talk to me.
I decided just before Thanksgiving that it was time to do something about my hearing so I scheduled a free hearing test for the following day. When I went in for my first appointment, I was greeted with friendly faces and warm smiles. Upon completion of my hearing test I was informed that I was going to need hearing aids. Joy the audiologist walked me through exactly how bad my hearing really was. It has always been one thing to know that it was bad but it's another to see how bad it is. Joy then walked me through the different options I had for my hearing aids. I knew right then and there that I was never going to be able to afford them. That was when they told me about the Miracle Ear foundation and they thought that I may qualify to receive my hearing aids at no cost. So they got me the application and walked me through it.
I turned it in a few days later and it was immediately faxed in. I was told that it was going to take at least 4 weeks to hear back from them whether or not I had been approved. Much to my surprise, I receive the call 3 weeks later saying I was going to be getting my hearing aids. I had an appointment to have my molds made and then 2 weeks later I had my first fitting.
The day that I got my hearing aids, Joy walked out of the room to get a different size for the ear bud for my left hearing aid. She and I had a conversation and to me it sounded like she had been in the room the whole time. She even took me outside so that I could hear the birds. I started to cry right then and there. The best feeling however, was when I got home. I walked in the door and after being greeted by the dogs, I heard a little voice say “mama” followed by a giggle and an “I You” my toddler’s way of saying I love you. It was a day full of firsts for me and I know none of it would have been possible without the help of my Miracle Ear team. I can honestly say that they have changed my life for the better.

I learned about Miracle-Ear through my daughter because that's where she got her hearing aids at. And I had a great experience with them. Every time that I've been to the Miracle-Ear by the mall, their customer service has been real nice, polite and concerned about my hearing - they treat me like they should treat an old person. I got the behind the ear hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and it has helped in my life a hundred percent because I can hear people. I used to sit down in either the first or the second pew at church because I couldn't hear the minister or the choir, but now I sit back with my friends in row twelve and I hear just fine with Miracle-Ear. So I highly recommend them and I have told my friends from Sunday School class (we are all seniors) about Miracle-Ear.

I was suffering from hearing loss for many, many years until I finally decided I needed some help. Miracle-Ear Hearing is located in the Sears Roebuck store and that's the only place I really knew about, so I went and saw them. I can't believe how loud the TV had to be without my hearing aids. It has made a great improvement on my family life. They don't have to be repeating things and annoying other people. Moreover, the staff at Miracle Ear is very good. I originally started with Victoria, she left, and I've had other people. But everyone I've really dealt with is very knowledgeable, caring and very, very good. I'm very happy with them. I can get in and give my tips, to have my hearing aids cleaned and they're very accommodating.

Miracle-Ear hearing aid is a great deal in terms of its impact on my mother's life because now, we can talk to her and she can hear. My mother went with the hearing aid style that fits into the ear canal and it doesn't go behind the ear. She had tried other ones, not Miracle-Ear, that went around the ear and it didn't work for her. Also, Katie, a staff at the West Park branch -- where I take momma to, is very friendly, cheerful, sweet and helpful. We're very happy and pleased with her. She tries to hear any problems that momma is having and she tries to fix them if she can. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with Miracle-Ear.

I hear better with the Miracle-Ear. I have the behind-the-ear because they're small and undetectable. Also, the Miracle-Ear people are nice. I like them. I've been in there three or four times and they've taken me right on in and adjusted and cleaned my hearing aid. They even call and check on me once in a while.

We have a scheduled service with Terminix but when it gets closer to their time to come out, we see a few scorpions. Then once they're out we don’t see any for about another three to four weeks. But their technician is good and brilliant.

I'm an attorney and I had to hear better. The Miracle-Ear hearing aid style I have is the one behind the ear. It was suggested by the audiologist because my hearing had deteriorated to a point where she said behind the ear would give me a better hearing. I've had Miracle-Ear for a couple of years and the service has been good. I have one more year where I can renew my warranty. I'm going to do that in January and then after that, I'll decide what I'm going to do about the hearing aids.

I'm doing fine with Miracle-Ear and I can hear, and the people I deal with are extremely nice. It's not the first time our family has had dealings with them. As a matter of fact, I have two very close family members who have them right now. We've been very happy with it. I would rate it very excellent.

I got Behind-The-Ear hearing aid, which was presented as being something that would best help me, from Miracle-Ear Hearing. It works very well. I also have a battery charger and batteries that last for a year and that is very nice.

I’m 84 and I've had three different companies with hearing aids over the many years, and Miracle-Ear has been the greatest by far. Chris was a very smart, young man who was knowledgeable of his equipment. I've had little bit of audio experience in the past, so he and I can communicate well. He did an excellent job, and I'm well pleased.

The first hearing aids were very good. The last one I got, I have a lot of trouble with them plugging up with wax because they’ve got screens and stuff so I have to go back about every two and a half months and have them all cleaned. The other ones I had didn’t have all these high technology on them so I didn’t bother so much but they are good hearing aids. Interactions with the people at Miracle-Ear have been excellent.

I was told I might have hearing problems so I had my ears checked and I did. Miracle-Ear was in the Sears store so I figured I'll go with it. I got the hearing aid in the ear canal. It fit well so I liked it. The customer service and sales representatives at Miracle-Ear always give me another appointment and I always pop up every three or four months. He's name is Isaac and he's very good as far as I'm concerned. I would recommend them to a friend.

The style that I got from Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids goes behind the ear. I chose that model because I have a lot of fluid or moisture in my ear, so the all-in-the-ear thing wasn't a good option for me. The Miracle-Ear store reps are heaven-sent. They're polite, informative, and great.
