Miracle-Ear was close by and they sounded very good and they were. The customer service team was very good. I like the way they presented everything and treated their customers. We saw the style that goes in the ear and around and I went with that. And we liked it. It's expensive but what isn't? We can hear better with the hearing aid. It's better going out now and my husband is very satisfied with it. The only thing is that the batteries don't last very long. They last for a week.

Timothy is very happy with his Miracle-Ear hearing aids. It was fabulous. His hearing before was horrible. He had worn hearing aids for a very long time but he couldn’t hear everything that was generally going around him and the customer service was so horrible when we moved here. So, he sought out something new and different, and that happened to be Miracle-Ear. The one he got sits behind his ear. Melissa, the person at the location that he goes to, thought that was the best for him at that time when he first started going there. She and the lady that works the desk are very accommodating and whenever there’s an issue or an area of opportunity, she has no problems fixing it and making it better. No matter how small the tweak needs to be, she’s always able and willing to do that.

My hearing loss is significant and I was having trouble communicating. I got a Miracle-Ear hearing aid and it is wonderful. I couldn’t do without it. I had a bad experience with a different provider and I decided to try Miracle-Ear instead. I heard good things about it from a friend of mine. Miracle-Ear's sales and customer service teams have been wonderful. They’ve had some turnover at the office I go to. And I’ve been with three different audiologists there, but all have been the best people. Now that I have my Miracle-Ear hearing aid, I don’t say, “What? What? What?” all the time. It helped me with relationships. And it has helped with phone calls, which were really difficult for me. I’d tell my friends to go to Miracle-Ear and never look back.

Miracle-Ear is local and so we called them for an appointment since I have bad hearing loss. I got behind-the-ear hearing aids, which was recommended by Michael. He was outstanding, treated us like he was concerned for our well-being, and showed compassion. We had no idea what hearing aids cost and he gave us multiple choices that we could get and we went mid-stream. We also got the insurance to cover a replacement of the hearing aid if it’s lost for any reason. Now, I have a lot of good hearing and it’s amazing what I’ve missed.

Miracle-Ear's reviews were good. I did some research on them as well because they are located in different places in the United States. My home is in Tennessee, and there was one near where I live. I got behind-the-ear hearing aids, which was what the gentleman at Miracle-Ear said would be the best after testing my hearing. The Miracle-Ear representatives have all been very satisfactory and I've had a good experience. And if I had a friend who would be thinking about hearing aids, I would suggest they go to Miracle-Ear.

Miracle-Ear helps me hear. I have a problem hearing people not pronounce their words well enough. There was a Miracle-Ear store right near us and the proximity is very helpful. It was wonderful with the Miracle-Ear team. I went with the in-the-canal style and the audiologist said this style was good. But the hearing aids are very expensive in the way I live. If I'm going to use and have them though, these are what I need. And so, I think they're perfect. But it's a pain in the neck. I wear glasses and the device that goes behind my ear conflicts with my glasses. And that's a problem that I haven't come up with any relief. Other than that, I'm very happy with it and I change the batter every now and then. I'm very pleased with the service I get.

I have a partial hearing loss. I got hearing aids from Miracle-Ear purely because of the local representative. It was excellent with the Miracle-Ear team and I got the behind-the-ear style. The cost was awful high but it's all been okay.

Miracle-Ear had an offer and contacted people in their area. It was passed on to me, although I didn't use the offer. I'm very pleased with Neil. He's up to date and very supportive of my feelings. My hearing loss was partial. Behind-the-ear style was recommended to me. I could go to church and hear most of what the minister was saying. And I didn't feel the need to turn the TV up as loud. I'm pleased as well as my family. I recommend it highly. It has worked for me.

My husband said that I needed hearing aids. I needed the TV louder and sometimes I had trouble hearing people across the table from me in noisy restaurants. I tried two other hearing aids companies and my right ear was bothered, and so I returned the hearing aids and then we decided to try Miracle-Ear. My husband went with me and there was a lady there at Miracle-Ear named Betty and she was very professional and gave very good explanations and handed me with a hearing aid that didn’t cause pressure in my right ear. And so, I’ve stuck with it.

They recommended it to me. I chose to get one from them and I've been well-pleased with it. However, like everything else, I thought that the hearing aids cost too much. Still, after I got the hearing aid, I got such good service and I figured it was worth it. The hearing aid does well and I've enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear.

I had substantial hearing loss and someone who got Miracle-Ear Hearing aids referred the hearing aids to me. I got the kind that goes around the back of my ear with the little wire and the little bud that goes inside and it's very good. When they're out I cannot hear so there's a big difference. I just go back where I got them for my check-ups. But anytime I'm on the phone with anyone they're always very pleasant and they're like "Are you all right now?" And it's always very nice. The hearing aid is expensive but worth it for the quality of life I get and that of my mate since it's been a real good change for him too.

I’ve had Miracle-Ear going on four years now and they have been good every time I’ve been there. I’ve been around semi-trucks all my life and they’re noisy. And back in 1970 there wasn't any earplugs in the hardhats. So later on I can’t hear the real soft tones. I only hear anything medium. I got the receiver-over-the-ear hearing aids and the customer service team have been good. And now I can hear the smaller, quieter tones without trying to squinch a little. I could’ve updated to a newer style but I liked the style I got so I stayed with it. It helps me more at work than at home.

I've heard good things about Miracle-Ear for taking care of a customer after purchasing from them, and they have lived up to that statement from beginning all the way. Miracle-Ear has been wonderful, and I'd tell my friends to go for it and get one close to their homes. Miracle-Ear is always willing to take you in even if you have the slightest problem.

My first experience with Miracle-Ear goes back 10 years. They happened to have an office near the rear entrance to a Sears Roebuck store that I patronized and I walked by and I started to realize I needed help with hearing. And I went in, became acquainted with a man called John and he was friendly and helpful. I now have the fourth version of Miracle-Ear so I have a loyalty to the brand.

My hearing was declining so when Miracle-Ear had an advertisement about free consultation, we went there and I got the hearing aids that can be hooked onto the iPhone. I can adjust them that way and that was better than all the rest. Barry at the store in Albany, New York is awesome and he really takes care of the clients that he works with. I always see him when I go there for follow-up and I’ve also recommended other people who have consequently seen him as well. While no hearing aid is as good as one's own hearing, I hear better with the hearing aid now.

I’ve had hearing aids with Miracle-Ear for 10 years. This is my second set of hearing aids and I've been very pleased. There are two people there that are very nice. Rob is a wonderful gentleman and I’ve liked him for years. He takes very good care of me from the Allen Park store and sometimes he works in the Trenton store, so any problems I have, he takes care of them. He sold me a set and I had them for at least nine years. Every two or three months, they were cleaned. There's also an older woman there that makes sure they handle the paperwork. She’s been there for a while and I've known her for years. If I have a problem, I call and within a day, I'm in the office. When I need other things, I'm going back to Miracle-Ear.

I have terrible hearing loss. I was at a car dealership and my hearing aid didn’t work really well, so I went over to Miracle-Ear and they tested me. I bought the higher-end hearing aid and it sounded better. I worked with a great, young guy who was very professional and explained everything in great detail. I’ve been back to him quite a few times since I got the hearing aid set about a year and a half ago. I can hear everything now and I also got a notice that they wanted to do my annual hearing test. Everything has been perfect and I’ve sent quite a few people at Miracle-Ear.

While it's not severe, I have hearing loss on my left ear. Miracle-Ear has a reputation and they have a location near my house. I got a hearing aid that is less noticeable. It goes behind the ear and has a little wire that goes into the ear canal. The representatives have done very good and I’ve gone back for schedule appointment where they made adjustments and everything has been fine. Now, I can hear quite a bit better.

I have a gradual hearing decline. I had been someplace else and I wasn’t happy with them. And so, I landed happily at Miracle-Ear. This company has better service and the actual instrument is better. I have the plain hearing aid that sticks in the ear and has the little thing that goes behind the ear, and it is good. I go frequently to the customer service guy named Hugh because he changes the buds on the hearing aid. He is wonderful. And also, I had an incident where part of the hearing aid broke, and they were really great. They sent it away. It was under warranty, so there was just no problem. I just have been very pleased. They were pleasant to be around, too. The cost of the unit is right on par, having been involved with another company. With it, I can hear a little better. I would really recommend them. I'm a big fan of Miracle-Ear.

My hearing is terrible especially in my right ear. As a kid and as a sheriff's deputy, I shot a lot with pistols without any hearing protection. I'm 63 years old, so back then I didn't know anything about that. We're originally from the Lafayette, Louisiana area, and we got mails from Beltone and other companies. One came from Miracle Ear from Lafayette, Indiana and I started digging into it. I knew exactly where their address was in Lafayette and I decided to take a chance with them. So, I went to the one here in Jackson and they've been super with me.

One of my ears didn't hear anything and the Miracle-Ear rep recommended that I get the hearing aid that goes in the ear. It fits behind the ear, and then a little wire brings it around into the ear. They are expensive but everything seems to work well. The customer service team is always at the desk and they take care of whatever I need. Their service has been great and I can hear better now.

There was a lot of ringing in my ears and ringing from a loud noise. I checked Miracle-Ear out and it was all that they said it was. They had good service and they were really on top. I got hearing aids that are in-the-canal and I’m comfortable a big deal. It's had a big impact on my quality of life.

Miracle-Ear is a good company and their representatives have treated me good. I didn't seem to hear as well as I thought I should. So, I got the rechargeable hearing aids but I've never really liked them. While it could be because of the shape of my eardrum, the hearing aids are never comfortable to wear and I hear a lot of noises that I didn't hear before. I can hear my hair and these types of things are annoying sounds that I don't even need to hear as far as I'm concerned. Still, I would recommend Miracle-Ear. Go with them and look for their promotionals which are good sales.

Miracle-Ear was one of the many places I went to to check out prices and get my hearing tested. I liked the people that were there. Their customer service team was fantastic. Kelly, the lady who did the hearing test and the person who told me about the hearing aid originally was an exceptional, very talented, and well-informed person who took care of her clients from A to Z. I got in-the-ear hearing aids because I wanted something more hidden and the one that goes around the ear is too obvious, so I don't like it. The hearing aids' functionality is very good and I'm happy with it. My hearing before getting Miracle-Ear hearing aids was fair to bad and since having them, they made a difference in my life. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience with Miracle-Ear.

My mother is 86 years old and her wearing Miracle-Ear hearing aids makes a big difference. I don't have to yell at her anymore just to hear me. My dad, who passed away almost three years ago, got her hooked up with it. She got the ones where the wire goes in and the battery part goes back of her ear. I'm very pleased with Miracle-Ear. The rapport between us and the technician, and also the secretary is great. If we have any questions, they got the answers. Also, the customer service team always confirms the appointment ahead of time. I like the girls who are in Miracle-Ear's office too. The way they treat my mother is fantastic.

I wasn't hearing well, but I didn't think it was that bad, except that people were telling me about it. Miracle-Ear was a lot cheaper than going to the other company that I started with. I've been going to Miracle-Ear for about 15 years and they've always been good. They're very thorough and they're always there for us, so we're happy with them. I have progressive hearing loss and I understand that I was losing hearing and having a harder time. I went to a Miracle-Ear location near me and got an in the ear hearing aids, like an earbud. It was the latest out at that time. Also, I had topnotch interaction with the service team. The staff members were very good and the technician's professionalism is good. The cost of the hearing aids is high, but the quality satisfies me. Given the loss of my hearing, the overall functionality and performance is good. There's a great improvement in my hearing right away even if it's still depreciating. I've already recommended Miracle-Ear in the past and still recommend them now.

I would recommend Miracle-Ear to anybody.

My husband has partial hearing loss and he wasn’t having very good luck with the hearing aid he had before. Then Miracle-Ear happened to come to town, and so he ran and had his ear checked. They fit him a new hearing aid, and he got the one that go into the hole of his ear and has a little thing over the top of his ear. It seemed to be what would help him the most and it works very well. It has been fine and he has had it since July last year. The hearing aid is very expensive but it's been worthwhile. He doesn’t have to have me repeat every time I open my mouth, so it's much better.

I had a complete hearing loss on my right ear. A friend of mine recommended Miracle Ear and they have been great. Their rep has always been able to help me with anything I've ever asked him and the hearing aid that they gave me is fantastic. It's got the little tan thing that goes behind my ear, then a little bitty wire, and the little clear part that goes in my ear. That model was the only one their rep offered to me and it's doing good. For how it works, you get what you pay for and the quality is higher than what I hear other people say that theirs are. Since I had it, I could understand people's voices more clearly in a dining atmosphere or if there was a lot of background noise. I could understand what they were saying and I could tell from which direction those sounds were coming from better. I've also recommended Miracle Ear to several people. Anybody who was a hearing problem should go to them.

Miracle-Ear does a good job. Miracle-Ear is close to me and was the only one in town at the time I got hearing aids. The customer service rep who helped me was very good and friendly. I like him. I have bad partial hearing loss and I got hearing aids that are outside thinking I could hear better with them. But it's the one that go in the ear that is better for me. Also, I hear better with them if I'm talking to people. Finally, while the cost is high, the overall functionality and performance of the hearing aids is good.

I wasn't hearing good at all in my right ear and I had to turn the volume up for everything, such as the TV. My mother has a Miracle-Ear hearing aid and I have some friends in Oregon that have Miracle-Ear hearing aids too, and they've done nothing but rave about Miracle-Ear. I've also had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. I got from them the hearing aid style that I put it in my ear, then a little piece goes behind my ear, and this model is good. It fits me well and I like it. It has been 100% for the better for me since I've had my hearing aid. But it was very expensive. Being a widow and on a limited income, I wish Miracle-Ear had payment plans. But my son helped me pay for my hearing aid, so that worked out okay.

My aunt had Miracle-Ear hearing aids and she said that the hearing opportunity was better. The brand name sold itself and the audiologist I used, Wossen, was great. I went with behind-the-ear hearing aids and I can hear now. Also, I relocated to a new state. I ended up with another fellow and Mitch is outstanding as well. In fact, I bought a warranty from them.

I have the behind-the-ear hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. I'm familiar with that model since that was what my mom had. I get along real good with Haidee and Mary, the reps of Miracle-Ear. My wife had her hearing aids from them too and they were really good. But my hearing has gone far enough and it’s bad enough that the hearing aid doesn’t really help. I can hear noise, but I can’t distinguish it. What happened was the middle frequencies are bad. So there’s not enough variation in the thing to allow me to understand easily. So I have to really concentrate. But that’s just my ear and it has nothing to do with the hearing aid. I wear them all the time and when I take them out, then I can really tell. I almost can't function with my ears. As long as I have the hearing aids in, at least I can tell when somebody is hollering at me.

I had gone to a different company and tried one of their hearing aids. I felt like they were trying to get me to buy two and I didn’t really need a second one. I went to Miracle-Ear and talked to Laura, the audiologist. She was very good, efficient and effective. She and the rest of the staff did a good job. The hearing aids have definitely helped and I'm able to hear better. I bought the one that goes over the ear, and it fit the best and I felt like it was the most effective. I'm very happy with Miracle-Ear and have referred several people to them.

Try Miracle-Ear because they'll be well worth your investment. Knowing their reputation, I went to one of their locations and got one of their products. The product itself is expensive, but it's well worth it. It helps me immensely with my hearing and the service was excellent. Their representative named Charlie was the technician and he did an outstanding job. I really appreciated his assistance and patience with me. I had an outstanding experience.

I have the receiver-in-the-canal model from Miracle-Ear and I like that it wouldn't be seen. It's also working as it should. The reps also know what they’re doing. One of my ears’ hearing aid kept popping out and she knew exactly what to do to fix it. I’ve had no trouble since then. They’re also guaranteed for almost a lifetime with what we’ve paid for them so that’s what I’m hoping for.

I got a Miracle-Ear advertisement in the mail and they had a special deal going on, so I called the one near me and I set up an appointment. I went in, got tested, and got the over the ear hearing aids. They work great and I am completely happy with them. Also, the people I dealt with were extremely nice. Miracle-Ear has good hearing aids and I would recommend them to anybody.

We've been going to Miracle-Ear for years and they've been very good to us. They have always been very nice and pleasant and we've been very pleased with them. It's better to have hearing aids than not. Mine go in the ear, which were what they suggested at the time and I've had 'em for years.

If you want the best, Miracle-Ear is where you want to go. If you want to go cheap, then go over to Costco or Sam's and you're going to get cheap then eventually not be satisfied. There's a Miracle-Ear location that happened to be next to my favorite restaurant and it's very convenient for me to go to every two or three months. I was going deaf and I didn't know it so I went there and got a hearing device which helps me to hear. I paid for the best, I expected the best, and I got the best. I've had the device for about 2 years now and it's good to have the representative located nearby. He cares about my ears, so he checks and makes sure that everything is A-OK.

I've had Miracle-Ear for five years and I'm relatively happy with them. I still don't hear everything I would like to hear but I'm keeping up with them and still wearing them. I had another one first and I wasn't happy. But Miracle-Ear has been good to me. They keep check-ups every now and then and they have some good guys who take care of me when I go in there. They do a very good job. They have me come in a little bit more often to check out the aids and how they're doing. They'll also clean them. And they do anything that needs to be done.

I'm 60 years old. Since 1987 started having ringing and hearing loss in both years. Finally about 4 years ago I finally realized enough is enough and went to Sears Miracle-Ear in Livingston NJ meeting Hellen and Chris with their low key expertise, no pressure sales, testing what it would sound like with aids and what I had been missing. Bought a pair. Not cheap by any means but brought me back to life what I had been missing. Seeing them now in Florham Park since moving still both have the perfect touch of giving personalized service like being treated like a family member. Very happy with their service.

I went to the office of Miracle-Ear in the old Macon Mall building because I needed to get my hearing checked. I was always asking people to repeat what they were saying. I got the really small hearing aids ‘cause my ears are small. Sometimes I can hardly hear with them and other times, they seem to be okay. But I guess it’s just me. But I have a problem understanding people when they talk. I can hear them okay, but to make out what they are saying, a lot of times, it is hard. I can’t do that. There can be a lot of improvements with it.

I've had Miracle-Ear for years ago and I've bought from them three times now. I saw them in town and I stopped in. It was the same owner, Dennis, that I used when I lived in Jersey and I'm in Pennsylvania now. He was very good. Then, I dealt with his son. The quality of the new hearing aid is exceptional and there was a difference from the old one. I bought an over the ear model. It was small and it had more frequency. Before the latest purchase, I bought from them in the 90's. There was a plug that would make the ear move and it went right in the center of the ear. The sounds didn't sound amplified, like when you have an amplifier where everything was loud. Only the sounds that you need was picked up and elevated.

When I lost hearing in my left ear, I went to a state plan that works with Miracle-Ear and got a free hearing aid. Meanwhile, my right ear needed a hearing aid, but I didn't have the money or the financing to get another one. Then the doctor at Miracle-Ear let me know about the Miracle-Ear Foundation and I had a chance of getting a new hearing aid for my right ear. So I applied for the foundation, they accepted it and I finally got it. I was very fortunate. I didn't have to pay for either one of the hearing aids.

Miracle-Ear helps me hear what people are saying. It’s not perfect because I still have difficulty if they’re facing away from me but it’s better than not having hearing aids at all. I have the same model I started with which is over the ear because of its appearance. I go to get checked every now and then and see if we’re doing fairly well. Their people are really friendly. They ask me what problems I have and then they try to adjust it on the computer there. They’ve done a good job. Even though Miracle-Ear is costly, I’d still recommend it to others.

This was my first experience with hearing devices and I was very confident of the gentleman who runs the business where I got them. I liked the professionalism and the service that the gentleman gave at the Miracle-Ear place. I got a little device that goes on my ear outside and then the wire connects to a little device that goes to my ear inside. But I’m not totally satisfied with the improvement I’ve received. When I was having trouble hearing in a conversation atmosphere in a crowded room, I thought I would regain the clarity that I used to find. But it hasn’t come back as total as I thought it would.

Many years ago, I had to go and see a professional person about my hearing and that person told me about Miracle-Ear hearing aids. I first started out with the in-the-ear model. Right now, I have the behind-the-ear model with the tubes going in. My wife liked it very much and she got it. I asked about it and we had a deal made. I was fine with it and I don't even know that it's there. The customer service has been very good. Any time that I had a problem and I needed to get a hold of the reps, I could normally make it within that day. I've been very satisfied and I'd tell friends that they'd be very satisfied too with the product.

If one couldn’t hear, you couldn’t participate and wouldn’t know what’s going on. And at that point, people are getting old and don’t realize that they should have hearing aids earlier. That’s why Miracle-Ear gives tests. I couldn’t hear well and and I was lucky to get in when I did. They gave me a test and their technician was very good in explaining. When one gets a hearing aid, you have to trust the technician to know what you don’t know. He tested me well and wasn't pushy. I got the hearing aids that go over the ear for both ears because it seemed the most comfortable. They're so good, I’m still hearing so I’m very happy. Although the hearing aids are very expensive, Miracle-Ear stands behind their product. They do everything they can adjusting them and making them work. I have the hearing aids for over four years and I’m sure in time, they would have to be replaced, but I’m surprised that they're doing so well.

I had quite a hearing loss. I got the visible hearing aids from Miracle Ear and they are awesome. They're the visible type, in one piece, and with no tubes. They fit right in my ear and don’t go on the outside of it. I sweat a lot and the battery of the ones I tried that fit in the back of my ear would short out by sweating. So, I went back to my original style that fit inside my ear. I really like my hearing aids and I have no problems with the functions. I also have controls through my phone if I need to. They are expensive but I have to have my hearing. They are also wonderful and since I got them, I could hear everything again and my hearing is back at 90%. Miracle Ear's rep has been excellent, too. He works with my schedule and knows that I could be late in the evening so he'd wait for me. If anybody needed anything for hearing, I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

I have great interactions with the Miracle-Ear team. They listen and are easy talk to, and I tell them how I feel. I have partial hearing loss and I got hearing aids that are in the canal of my ear so others can’t see them. I like the cost for its quality. But one time, I had a problem when something came undone in one and then the representative fixed it. I like Miracle-Ear and I have recommended them to people saying that it's where one should go if they’re looking for hearing aids.

I quit working because my hearing had gotten so bad that I couldn't hear on the phone anymore. If you put really good ear muffs on and then have a conversation, that is how I feel with my hearing out. My dad did a lot of research about hearing aids and Miracle-Ear was who he went with. He had no problems with his so I went with them as well. Because of Miracle-Ear, I can hear my daughter's voice again and the person I am talking to when I'm on the phone. I have the behind-the-ear style. The other ones are so tiny and I was afraid I'd lose them. The behind-the-ear doesn't bother me in the least and they work. It is also comfortable that I forget I have them on. Also, it seems to me that if it's behind my ear, it's getting less gunky than if it was in my ear.

I got Miracle-Ear hearing aids that go around my ear. They were cheaper than the other Miracle-Ear models, but they work fine and I hear better with them. I’m very pleased with my hearing aids and my representative. She's wonderful. If I have any trouble with my hearing aids, I call her and tell her I need some help. I recently took over her bills and found an exorbitant bill for a product my mother has literally never been able to use. Any fool can look at her fingers and see that she'd have trouble putting something in her ear three times that size, let alone something smaller than the width of a nickel. My mother has gone back in for help a few times and left frustrated when able-bodied people show her "how easy it is" to insert them into her ears, and then told a woman with vision loss that she can just look in a mirror...to put something she can neither see well nor handle into her ear.

I got the Miracle-Ear hearing aid that has a little loop around my ear, which was what they thought I should have when they tested me, and I've had it for years now. It's a good hearing aid for me and it made me hear a lot better. I've had really good service from their customer service. I was having trouble hearing and one of their guys told me that it was because the unit had too much background stuff. So, I went back yesterday and he took the background stuff down. I could really hear really well right now. I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

Their reps suggested that I get the hearing aid with the microphone down in my ear and the body of it is behind my ear. I got that hearing aid style and it has been good for me. I purchased hearing aids in 2014 and needed some parts replaced. I am a senior 84 yrs old - I have no means of getting to Miracle-Ear's facility so I called and asked if same could be sent to me in mail. The receptionist - Jennifer said she could do this - requested credit card no which I gave to her - this was on 1-12-18. After 2 weeks went by I had not received parts so I called and was told they were not sent to me because I had not given credit card nos - which I had, this was on 1-25-18. I then put in a complaint and mgr called me and said parts were mailed to me. I never received them. She said they needed to see the aids to give proper parts - wanted me to mail aids to them. Didn't trust them because why did they need aids when they said they already sent them. I don't believe mdse was sent to me. I no longer want to deal with them since I was lied to and mgr tried to cover up same. I will try to find another spot which is more truthful to seniors.s

I wasn't happy with the results from the hearing aids that I had from my previous provider and my wife was on my back telling me to get better ones. So, we went Miracle-Ear and they were so much better. We went to the one in Kingsley, New York and their people there are great and very professional. My experience has been extraordinary and wonderful.

Around 12 years ago, we had a good man who sold my wife the Miracle-Ear hearing aids and he took good care of her. We’ve bought three different pairs from Miracle-Ear and her most recent pair has the amplifier outside the ear and a little plug-in into her ear. She is now 92 years old and her hearing is really bad. The hearing aids have been very good for her. Their guys have always been good too. We would periodically go in and they would adjust and take care of her hearing aids all the time. We’ve been very satisfied with them.

I went down to Miracle-Ear’s shop and had a hearing test and I liked the staff. He put the hearing aids in and went in the other room and said something and came back and asked if I heard it and I said yes. Their customer service people has been wonderful. If I have a question I call them and they answer it right away. They have me come in for four months check. I got the little one that fits behind my ear. They have rechargeable batteries that you plug in, which was really good.

I bought the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid that goes behind the ear and the rep whom I worked with was really proficient. It seemed like she knew what she was talking about and I was satisfied with the quality of the information that she gave me. However, I'm not satisfied with the quality of the hearing aids. They go in and out and then they quit. I have had the hearing aids for about a year and for the first six months or so, I've worn them about 13 hours a day and seven days a week. But, I have changed the batteries of the hearing aid in my left ear about three times then it quit completely. It hasn't been working for about two weeks now. I paid cash for the hearing aids and I would be mighty disappointed if Miracle-Ear cannot do anything with them.

Ever since he's got the hearing aids, and he's got them for a while now, he interacts with people. Before, there'd be a group, but he'd stand on one side so, it has improved his life 100%.

I have been using Miracle-Ear for more than 10 years now. When I got my first set, I noticed that I could hear birds singing. I'm now on my second set and I have the over-the-ear model where there's a small part that has a clear line that goes into the ear. I even bought one of these wash machine things and it helps some.

The Miracle-Ear sales rep was a great person and my husband loves his hearing aids. It has helped him a lot and he can hear better now with them. There are times that he can't hear others, but most of the time, he hears a lot better with it than he can without it and he's enjoyed them. He's also pretty comfortable with it.

My insurance has a program where I can get some but it's all through mail order and it's at a discounted price. It's all done mail order and you don't get that personal service. The first young lady that I had was the very first one that fitted me. She was really sweet but when I went back for a recheck, she wasn't there anymore.

I just wanted to say that Rick and Amber at the Smithfield location are very good. I had my first hearing test in about 20 years last week. I was always scared to go have it tested because of the way people use to treat us over 20 years ago with hearing tests. The room was very nice and the test was easy. They were very patient with me and took very good care of me, making sure to explain my hearing loss and what it means in a way I could understand. I am very proud that I went to the Smithfield Miracle Ear to get my hearing tested. They treated me with respect and took very good care of me. I picked up my hearing aids today and so far they have been real good. I have never been able to hear this good! I will be recommending some of my family members to go here without hesitation. Now my husband wants to go so he can hear the fleas on our dog!

I'm now on my fourth pair of Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids. I have the type that goes behind my ear and it has really helped me. I have the two-wave thing. When I'm out in the public with my daughter, I can turn them up and that blocks out some of the background noise, and I can hear when I'm shopping. So, I like what I have. However, they are so expensive. I'll never ever be able to get another one because these were over $6000 and when you're on a fixed income, you can't do that anymore. So far, my experience has been great. I got along with their reps, from the secretary to the technicians. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. But when you get used to one rep and you really like that person, six months or a year later they're gone. You have somebody else. They change so much and that's my only problem with them.

The Miracle-Ear that's only four miles from my house is a very good outlet and it's very convenient for me as well. I met the manager and his name is Jessie. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And he didn't try to talk me into something. I had stupid questions but he treated me pretty good. He reviewed and explained everything to me, and he also talked me into getting stuff for my TV and something that I needed for my Bluetooth. Everything worked out great. Another young lady that took Jessie's place knew what she was doing and she repaired my device which only took 15 minutes. Also, the receptionist was great. When I call in, she finds a way to get me in as soon as possible.

Our Miracle-Ear hearing aids have been a big help, particularly for TV viewing. Miracle-Ear was the first one we investigated and we liked the information we got. My wife and I bought their top of the line model that goes in the ear. The quality is good, they’re easy to use, and I like that they’re rechargeable. Also, we don’t have to replace batteries for about once a year, which is an advantage to us.

I went to Beltone way back, then three years later when Miracle-Ear came up again, I gave them a try. With my Miracle Ear hearing aids, I can hear better. But I don't like them because they're a pain in the butt. I can tune them down a little bit but I can't tune them up. Also, I wouldn't know if the battery gets weak until all of a sudden, they let me know about it. So that's also one of the reasons why I'm not hearing well. Our experience with Miracle-Ear has been great and the people there have been very honest and outright about what they could and could not do.

Bill had another hearing aid provider and he wasn’t happy with them. We changed to Miracle-Ear and he likes them when they work, they keep breaking on him all the time. Miracle-Ear took the hearing aids in and neither one of them work. In the meantime, the right one started working. I tried to boil his ear up with peroxide occasionally and John from Miracle-Ear told us that most of the time when we bring him in, they're full of wax and he had to blow them out. He had the top of the line that he could reset. They were little and they went all the way in his ear. So when he had to get the last one, John suggested that he get the lesser one because it was good hearing but it’s bigger and he’s good about it ever since.

Two years ago, we received something in the mail which made us aware that there was some special thing going on where a Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids rep was going to be at the Shelby location. They had the free hearing aid check and offered interest for the financing. My wife hadn't had an up to date hearing exam at that time so she had the exam and they talked with us about the new aids. We ended up purchasing the model that went behind the ear and it has worked out well.

I was in law enforcement for almost five decades so hearing is very important. But I have significant hearing damage. Miracle-Ear is a good hearing aid. My biggest problem was the noise background but they are working on that. Another thing that I have a problem with is that they do work out and I realize all of a sudden, I’m not hearing what I think I should hear. I poke them into my ear and I do hear more. I don’t know if that’s anything that can ever be fixed because after you wear something or do something with your body just so long, it’s going to adjust to that. But I am satisfied as a person could be with hearing aid. I’m also perfectly satisfied with all of the people and with the service. I am due for a hearing test and if I keep my appointment, they would clean and check the hearing aids and check my hearing.

I tried Miracle-Ear to see if it was what I thought it to be. I got the hearing aid that's placed over the ear since the person who examined me said that was the only thing that could really enhance my hearing. I wanted the one that's inside the ear that can’t be seen but they said that wasn't compatible with my hearing loss. The hearing aid has improved my hearing and I'm satisfied with it. Their customer service team was very good. They were very efficient and forthcoming with the information. They also follow up.

Frank did a professional job and made the hearing test seem like it was a personal thing. I was very impressed. I did it for my wife. Since then, my hearing has eroded even worse. I can barely hear at all without my behind-the-ear hearing aids but with them on, they help me tremendously. I can get around and I don't feel bad about talking with people now. Their audiologists, the ones that do the review and the testing, are very good, too. They're well-trained and they spend enough time with me. I'm not rushed and that's reassuring. I've gone once to Auburn, but I didn't like that place so well. Their audiologist there was not as well trained as the other two in Marlborough.

I have been well pleased with the way Miracle-Ear worked. I couldn't hear my grandson and certain people. In the frequencies they spoke at I couldn't hear them at all. And I can't be saying, “ha, ha” 10 times to my grandson and certain people. So I thought about getting the hearing aid just see if it does do any good for me. And I'm pleased with the way Miracle-Ear worked.

I went to their store and Mike was fantastic. He made me feel comfortable and was very caring. It was like, “It’s okay. We can fix this. There’s no problem.”

When I got hearing aids from Miracle-Ear, I was given a good price on the model that I picked. I see their customer service rep every six months and he goes through everything and checks my hearing aids. When I'm talking on the phone sometimes, I hear the rattle of the phone when I put it up against my ear. Other than that, the hearing aids are excellent. Miracle-Ear is pleasant and they did a good job. I'd recommend them to anybody.

I have been a proud hearing aid wearer since the age of 12. I started at that time in Ohio with Miracle-Ear. In college I ended up switching to a different brand that just was not as good. I am SO incredibly glad to be back to wearing Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids in my adult years. The office staff are helpful and the overall atmosphere is positive and environment is clean. My hearing aid specialist, Rick **, is seriously one top notch guy and is incredibly personable. I use to have the whole white coat syndrome, but that is completely out the window! I no longer have anxiety when it comes to having hearing aid appointments or annual hearing exams. They are super accommodating, also, in helping find the best avenue in terms of price of hearing aids. They have many options based on prices, but also multiple ways to look at financing/help.

Miracle-Ear is close by here and I’ve had their hearing aids about three years now. Their reps are very friendly and knowledgeable and they do fine service. The hearing aids work fine and I’m happy with everything. I’m going there sometime next week and get my piece replaced. I couldn’t do without the hearing aids because if I can’t hear, I wouldn’t be enjoying life. Somebody asked me about Miracle-Ear the other day and I referred him to them.

My mother had Miracle-Ear hearing aids years ago and she had a good experience with it. I got it too and it's improved my hearing. It helps me to hear the words and help me pronounce the words better. The people where I got the hearing aids at were courteous and helpful and I'm well satisfied with my experience with them.

20 years ago, my husband decided that he was tired of repeating everything to me and Miracle-Ear was convenient. I had a card and he wanted to go so we did. Dealing with their representatives was always pleasant and very nice. They did their best to get the hearing aids adjusted and they did. The first that I got was a small kind that you couldn't see in your ear. Now I have this thing behind my ear and a little thing in my ear. The hearing aids have improved my life. I wouldn't be able to hear without them.

I went with Miracle-Ear because they were the best and the best known. Their hearing aids have improved my hearing greatly. I'm 86 years old and I have a little trouble with background noise but I think that's part for the course. You can't even see the hearing aids because it comes in different colors, so it matches my hair and behind my ear. The little thing that goes inside your ear is tiny and the little plastic wire sits right in the curve of your ear and you can’t see that. I've always found their people very good too. When I started out we lived in North Jersey and I went to the one around the Hook, New Jersey. Then I moved over to Rockaway and the girl there was very good. I moved in with my son after my husband passed away in Kenilworth, New Jersey so now I go to the Miracle-Ear in Linden, New Jersey. The feller in Linden is the son of the lady in Rockaway and he's very good. I'm very satisfied with Miracle-Ear.

We have moved twice since I got my original Miracle-Ear hearing aid. I've had two different consultants that I've worked with and both of them have been very knowledgeable and professional. I felt that I could trust both of them which was very important. After I got my hearing aid, my husband decided to get his and we have been very pleased. Thereafter, two sisters decided to get Miracle Ear and have been happy with them as well. Getting the hearing aids have made quite a difference since we didn't realize how poorly we were hearing until we could hear well. They are easy to care for and I know that I can call on the person that I got them from at any time and they'd take care of any issues I have. I'd tell my friends that Miracle Ear hearing aids work well and are easy to care for. I'm very pleased with it and now they can get them cheaper in some other places but I think they're paying for services as well as the product.

I went to Miracle-Ear, they fitted me and I’ve been really happy with them. Having the hearing aids is wonderful. It’s really good to be able to hear. I have the ones that have a little thing that fits behind my ear then comes around and goes inside. Those were the hearing aids they had then. But I was told that Miracle-Ear has a lot of new improvements and I should go back in three months. They were going to check and see if I want to try the others.

I had used two other brands before and now, I got Miracle-Ear and it has the same problem as they did. When you’re in a noisy environment, you can’t even talk to the person next-door to you. The main reason I got Miracle-Ear is that they had the speaker in the ear canal rather than behind the ear and with a hollow tube running down to the ear. All I have is a wire running down to the little speaker. It’s better to have the speaker than a hollow tube running down. They also clean my hearing aids. Their rep has been so good to me to try to adjust everything on it and she’s still doing it even after three years that I’ve had it. I’ll have her change some of the frequency responses of it and she’s very happy to do it. She wants me to bring it back anytime I have a problem. I’ll recommend Miracle-Ear.

I purchased insurance to cover any issues I may have with my hearing aids through Miracle-Ear. Last week my dog eat one of my hearing aids. When I called to request replacement the girl said she would have to look into to it as this would be the second time I had to do this. She called back later that day to say that my insurance had expired before they got the paperwork. I called my brother who has the same insurance and he said he has always been notified. I am not getting any help from the North Attleboro MA office in getting this resolved.

I've been very happy with Miracle-Ear. I got the behind-the-ear hearing aid, which was what the guy I was working with recommended. It is wonderful and I love it. My family enjoys it too because now, I can hear them. Miracle-Ear's service is fantastic. I loved the guy who worked with me from the very beginning. He was so personable and so patient, and he made me feel comfortable. Then he moved and so, I followed him over to his new place, and now I found out that he left Miracle-Ear and I wish he hadn’t.

Miracle-Ear addressed the problem I had without a lot of confusion. And everything I’ve done with the company has been great. The Miracle-Ear team has been concerned if my hearing aid is doing what it's supposed to do. I had a couple of questions in the beginning and they answered and addressed them to my satisfaction. I got the behind-the-ear hearing aid with the plugs into the ear. It has a volume control on it, too. I wasn’t looking to spend a lot of money for a high-priced aid, and the one I got did the job for me.

My husband went and got his Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids. I went and got mine as well because I found out that I was lacking hearing in my left ear. I went with the style that goes over the ear and it works for me. I had a great interaction with their rep, Georgia. She took her time and answered all the questions and was very friendly. I’m very happy with my Miracle-Ear hearing aid and I’d tell others to go down there and be tested.

I went in for a hearing test and Miracle-Ear did a good sales job, so I got the hearing aid which goes behind the ear. It has worked out pretty well and has improved my life as I can hear better especially in seminars and in large groups of people, I can hear from a little farther away. I also hear what my wife is telling me to do. Their reps are excellent and friendly people. I’ve been able to get the hearing aid cleaned and adjusted to get it towards behaving the way I wanted it to because sometimes it buzzes on me, especially if I give somebody a hug and they lean against my ear. We made a significant investment, and I know there is competition out there, but we’re happy with Miracle-Ear.

Miracle-Ear's technician was head and shoulders above the other people I interviewed. He seemed to know what he was doing and he appeared to be more concerned about my hearing and what was going on with me. Others that I met were more hard selling. Also, the audiologist that I worked with had all of the licenses or credentials on the wall. I'm happy with my hearing aid. I went with the one that's over the ear because it appeared to be what I needed and it fitted well. That was five years ago and my experience with them continues to be very good. Having Miracle-Ear can be life-altering and I trust them more than the others.

We saw the Miracle-Ear office when we went to Kennebunk and we went in. We got the hearing aid that goes behind and has a little tool that goes in my husband's ear. That's what was offered us and what the tech said was the best for him. They have adjusted the price the best they can but still, my husband was teary when we paid $7000 for it. The customer service was good as they were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, I feel that my husband doesn't hear any better. He still has the TV's volume high like before and has the ringing in his ear for a long time that still bothers him a lot. Last night he even took his Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid out and put it on the table because he couldn't stand it. It was ringing so much in his ear. I regret it for him to get the highest price. He would have done good with the half of that because he doesn't need the 90 something channel. Other than that, we had a good experience overall.

My husband passed away two years ago and he had received in the mail a free hearing test from Miracle-Ear. I called and explained to them. I had 25% hearing loss in one ear because I had gotten a really bad ear infection up in there. I also worked around loud noises for about 15 years. So I asked Miracle-Ear if I could do the test and they agreed. I was put in a little booth with the egg crate all in there. Then they told me I definitely had hearing loss which I already knew since it’s amazing some of the things I think I hear, like when somebody says something totally different than the way I hear it and some of them were funny.

I got the behind-the-ear style of hearing aid from Miracle-Ear. I had never heard the birds sing unless it was right close to me, and the first time that I put the hearing aid on in the morning after I got it, I went outside and I couldn’t believe everything I was missing out on. Something failed on one of my hearing aids right away. I took it in and they sent me back a brand-new hearing aid. Their customer service is really good. I go in and their rep takes care of everything for me.

I'm on my third set of Miracle-Ear hearing aids. Back in the day, before they were Miracle-Ear, they were independent and offered more than one company's product. I'm currently using the Genesis 2.0 and the hearing aids are doing what I need them to do. Their reps have always been helpful, explained everything that I needed to know, told me how to use the features, and gave me options for additional features that I opted not to take. They're doing a fine job and I’ve been happy with them.

Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids has provided hearing aids to family and I like them very much. I went to the Riverbridge office in Florida and they've been very helpful to me. I have spoken with the head of the franchise and she was wonderful. I like her personality and she was just a joy. Her explanations were thorough and she took a lot of time getting things to the best state that they can be in for me. Their hearing aid has made my life much happier. I can hear better and it has allowed me to travel north.

Miracle-Ear was in my neighborhood and I happened to go in there for a hearing test and loved what they had to offer. I got the one that I could make adjustments on my phone. For various hearing situations, I could use my phone to change my settings versus having to try to figure out those tiny hearing aids. This is my second set because I move up after about a year and a half when something else comes out bigger and better. I might as well get the best that money can buy. My hearing loss is pretty severe but, now, everything’s good. I can hear and I’m loving it. I get my cleanings every so often I go in there and they take care of me when I have any issues. They’re awesome! My experience with Miracle-Ear has been excellent and beyond. I’ve told many friends to go there if they need something. They’re really friendly and approachable.

Miracle-Ear was running a good special that I liked so I went in. I liked the place and their staff, too. So far, I am completely satisfied and happy with them and their product. The hearing aid helps me a lot. I have the one that hooks behind my ear and goes in the ear. It's on a charger and it’s little so it's not in the way and it's very comfortable.

I got over-the-ear hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and I've been really happy with it. But after a certain time, I've had some problems with it and they sent it back in for it to be reconditioned. I've been happy with everyone except for one rep who didn't listen to me when I went in one time. I had to go back and have my unit redone because of that. Still, I had told a couple of people of how happy I was with them.

There's a Miracle-Ear store close to us and they're offering a hearing test. The people there are wonderful and accommodating. But my husband still has difficulty hearing because he has heavy wax in his ears and so they get stuffed up a lot. Also, the hearing aids are not quite what I expected. He had difficulty hearing with them since he's had them. It was very expensive and I spent over $5000 so I expected a little bit more for the quality. I'm not as impressed with the hearing aid as I thought I was going to be and that it was going to solve the problem. Other than that, the technicians, the receptionist and the whole experience is good. They're almost like family and I would highly recommend them and that particular facility.

I had a different provider and it wasn’t helping me as much as I thought it could. I wasn’t hearing good enough so I tried Miracle-Ear. I had my first Miracle-Ear several years ago and I can hear a little better with it. It goes over my ear, unlike the one I had that was just inside my ear. For many years, Mike was a great representative and I liked him very much. He left the company and when Miracle-Ear moved to a place in a shopping mall, most of the people during that time were also very good.

I saw an advertisement in The News-Enterprise in Elizabethtown about Miracle-Ear. It looked like a good deal in the paper so I went to look at them. The Miracle-Ear hearing aid improved my hearing. I have the model where a part goes in my ear and another part would hook behind my ear. The person there said that that model would be best for me, and their sales rep was good and informative. He was also nice to talk to. I would have liked for their price to be different, but other than that, I would recommend Miracle-Ear if somebody asked me. I'd recommend where I got them at as well.

I went to Miracle-Ear and got over the ear hearing aid from them. It got a little plastic and was the only style that was offered to me, but it made my hearing better. Their reps were also great, polite, knowledgeable and they took time with me. They were helpful as well if I needed anything.

Once a month, Tasha from Miracle-Ear in Nebraska City would go down to Auburn, where my mom lived. Tasha was doing checks with folks and then offering hearing aids, and I bought one for my mom. My mom loved the people at Miracle-Ear. We started out with Tasha, and she knows her stuff and she has done adjustments for the hearing aids. She’s very personable, prompt and courteous, and she has great customer service. My mom lost one of her hearing aids once, and Tasha helped us get it sorted out and replaced. Tasha has had a couple of assistants over the years and both of them have been wonderful. I saw Tasha a couple of weeks ago when I was back in Nebraska and went over and had mom’s hearing aids cleaned.

I had gone to another hearing aid provider and wasn't satisfied so I was waiting until I saw Miracle-Ear. I got interested with them and got a behind the ear hearing aid. Their customer service reps were very accommodating and I've always had good experiences there. I still see their reps and I go every few months. They clean the hearing aids, check to see how I'm doing and offer hearing test periodically. They're doing everything they can for me and I'm quite pleased with the way my situation is being handled. The Miracle-Ear hearing aid has improved my life and I can hear what people are saying in crowded situations and not rely so much on reading their lips. It's not perfect but in my situation, it is the best I can get.

My sister had hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. I take her down there periodically and when I needed new hearing aids, I went there too. I used my CareCredit and the other company wouldn't allow me to do that, so I went to Miracle-Ear. I got hearing aids outside of the ear since it’s easier, but the other ones are less money. I get them checked periodically as well and Miracle-Ear takes care of you right away, and I don’t have any waiting time. People get mad when they have to repeat things, but the hearing aids make it easier to hear and take away all the frustration.

Everyone at the Miracle-Ear office was patient and kind. They were always helpful and on time, too. Their office manager is beyond good, and their audiologist seemed to be very knowledgeable. I got the hearing aids that fit over my ear and its little bud goes in my ear. So far, I can hear. And the first time I wore them in a restaurant, I thought I could be a spy. I can hear everything that is going on around me. It was a pretty neat experience. I have told several friends about Miracle-Ear and encouraged them to go to them for their hearing problems.

The Miracle-Ear hearing aids my husband got has been a definite improvement for him. It's convenient using Miracle-Ear since they have a location close to the house. His were the ones behind the ear and it was the latest and greatest model when we got them, and the least obvious too. He can hear better with them but not like a normal person would be able to hear. I can certainly talk to someone while the TV is on but he can't. If he's watching TV and I want to talk to him, he has to turn the sound off on the TV. It's very distracting for him. Also, a lot of times when I'm talking in a normal tone of voice, he thinks I'm yelling at him. He doesn’t adjust them as efficiently as he should.

I had to get hearing aids to pass my CDO test, and I had gone to another place first but they couldn't get me in. I then went down to Miracle-Ear. I only had a week to get hearing aids, and the specialist said she could do it by Friday. I bought the top of the line behind the ear ones that cost $10,000. The specialist worked with me and answered my different questions. She put me in that boost and it came up the exact same numbers. So far, so good and I passed my test this year too. I'd recommend them.

When I saw more advertisements and heard that Miracle-Ear was good, I chose to get two behind the ears hearing aids from them. They’re a little high in price but I couldn’t ask for any better service. Their customer service called me to schedule appointments. I went back four times and the rep went through everything slowly with me. I also had the app on my phone where I can turn it up or down. She made it clear what I had, what I was doing and what I can do with it. The hearing aid affected my life a lot and made a big difference to it. Before, I went to meetings and had conference calls and I had been missing half of them. But now, I'm back into swing. I feel good about it and I even advertise for them.

If I had written this review a month ago, I would have rated Miracle-Ear 4 stars. I have been dealing with the Cicero, NY store for about 18 years, before it was a Miracle Ear. Always liked the service. This last month went in to get my 3 year old hearing aids cleaned and checked and when the tech came back from the other room where he cleaned them, told me the left was not working well. Usually he checked the level while in my ear. I thought nothing of it. He pointed out that my insurance benefit expired in a month and I should get a new pair. I agreed. He apparently had the paperwork partially completed already. I signed the agreement without really reading the pages of fine print, and then noticed the $6,400.00 price tag. I asked about paying as I had previously, interest free in 18 months, and he informed me that the time limit by the credit co. was now 12 months. I went home distressed.

I saw Miracle-Ear’s ad in the paper for a free exam and I went with it. They've been very accommodating working with me when I've had to cancel appointments or when I just walked in one day. My hearing aid has the receiver in the canal with the thing that goes over behind my ear. It helps when I'm out with a group of people. We also have our little building studio theater with our local actors and actresses going to that, and it's much easier to understand what they're saying.
