Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids has been very good. I got the behind the ear model and the ear bud pops in my ear and a little piece that I push into my ears so it holds it in. The customer service team has been very good and I visit them every three to six months. They check the hearing aids out, making sure that it’s clean and the wires are pushed through. Usually, I don’t have to do anything other than changing the batteries. However, I find that when I wear a hat, I get a little feedback, or if it’s raining outside and I wear a wide-brimmed hat, the rain hitting the hat is like a machine gun. If I’m driving with the car window open, it’s also not a good thing.
I don’t wear it all the time but what I like best about it is that whenever I’m working in the yard, I can every little sound out there. When I’m at the beach, I volunteer to put the fire out in the lighthouse, and I can hear the birds and the ocean waves a lot clearer when I'm wearing the hearid-aid. Also when I have company, I can hear everything going on. In fact, I couldn’t really hear all of those things before so I like to wear them especially when I’m outside. But sometimes when I’m watching television, I put the words at the bottom of the show because sometimes it’s too noisy. Also, when I go to some retired people that I worked with, several of them have it as well. And one of my wife’s good friends has Miracle-Ear so we often talk about good experiences with the difference it’s made to both of us.

I had used another hearing aid provider before and I wasn’t happy with them so I went in one day to a Miracle-Ear location near where I lived. Their rep was incredible. He was honest with me and he wasn’t trying to push anything on me. He told me exactly what worked with me with payments and I’ve been with them ever since. It’s a big investment and a lot of times, it’s not covered by any kind of insurance so people put out a lot of money. However, when you go there, you’re not getting a sales pitch and you’re not being pressured into buying anything. They’re being honest with you, telling you what you need and getting what you need for the right price. And that’s what I like most about it.
I tried the one with a little rubber piece that goes in the ear and sits behind the ear but I have a latex allergy and the tubing and the little piece that goes in the ear was causing a great deal of itching. I couldn’t go with that model so I have the In-The-Canal hearing aids. Anytime I have a problem, they'd tell me to come right in and they'd take a look at it. They checked up on my hearing aids right before the warranty ended to make sure nothing was wrong with it. They’ve always been very honest and polite and easy to talk to.

My wife and I had both been discussing the idea that I thought I was having a hearing problem. One day, I had a hearing test which confirmed that I do have a hearing loss. Just by dumb luck, the local newspaper here had a full page ad that said, if you're a New York State retiree, which I am and so is my wife, you qualify for potentially free hearing aids, or a substantial portion of money towards them. So I called, and the person on the line said we have New York State Empire insurance. That was probably a person that worked for Miracle-Ear and signed me up for an examination with the local people here in The Villages, Florida. The receptionist, as well as the person in the back, were very nice and they've done well for me. I had the test and it was almost identical to when I had the test from the place prior to that, so I signed up for hearing aids and I got them right now.
I got the Behind-The-Ear model that is probably entry level. I wasn't sure how they would feel on a long term basis, but have been very happy with them. I had to have one of them repaired a short while ago when the warranty ran out. They sent me a note saying that I should come and let them see and examine how I'm doing. The one in my right ear crackles a little bit and they said they'll look at it at that time. Other than that, the hearing aids are comfortable. I'll be looking to get a more advanced set of hearing aids in another year or so, when I qualify again.

Before getting Miracle-Ear, I had some other hearing aids that I wasn’t happy with. I was concerned with how I would hear. The first set of hearing aids that I had with another company, I was very concerned that I’d hide the hearing aids as much as possible. So I thought I'd try Miracle-Ear and by the time I got it, I was only concerned with the quality of what I was hearing and I could’ve cared less whether the appearance wasn’t so perfect but the behind-the-ear is the best. I was pleased I found a better pair than what I had been wearing. I appreciate the four different settings because they allow me to transfer settings when I need to have a different experience.
Both people that I have worked with at Miracle-Ear have been absolutely excellent, as well as the secretaries. The present secretary of the place where I'm going is a former student of mine. One time I had some problems when I was on vacation and it was nice to be able to look and find the nearest Miracle-Ear hearing aid person and have them just pick me up as if I was their regular customer. Also, I really appreciate that after I spent the money to get a quality hearing aid and to have a company follow-up on that hearing aid sold with excellent free service on a routine basis, that is absolutely outstanding of a company. I've already recommended Miracle-Ear several times.

I have a good experience with Miracle-Ear for a few years now. I hear much better and it allows me to be comfortable around people. The behind-the-ear style is comfortable to use. Their personnel is very nice and easy to work with.

I've got three sets of hearing aids and Miracle-Ear has been the best so far because it makes life easier and has improved my hearing. It's been very positive with them however I had a problem with my right ear hearing aid so I sent it to them and it took about 10 days. They checked it out at the office and decided that it was something that needed to be fixed. There wasn’t something they could do there so they sent it right in. Other than that, I'm very happy and I would recommend them.

I've been very happy with Miracle-Ear. The person there, Peter, is excellent. He takes care of me every time I've gone in. The hearing aid is good. However, I have a lot of wax in my ear and have a problem with that but he usually cleans the hearing aids out and tells me what to get in order to clean them at home. I hear okay, but sometimes, I don't catch the meaning. I'm in a noisy environment because I live in a senior center and we have a lot of people talking, so the hearing aid is as good as I could hope for at this time. I'm looking forward to hoping that they develop a hearing aid that'll allow me to connect digitally.

My experience with Miracle-Ears has been good. I've had them for a number of years now, and it's helped me considerably. I currently have the Behind-The-Ear as recommended. It was lightweight and not noticeable. Their customer service team has been very good and very helpful. I've gone there for adjustments whenever I needed them. They’ve made the adjustments and they clean them on a regular basis. It's been a very positive relationship with them.

I bought a pair of behind-the-ear ones from Miracle-Ear as it was the best one they had. Their representatives have all been good. When I had a problem with my right ear because the hearing aid wouldn't fit right for some reason, they changed it and put a kind of adaptor to it and then it did fine. My wife kept on saying that my hearing was going bad because I'd put the TV on louder than she'd like to have, but now, I could hear the TV better. Miracle-Ear has done a wonderful job and I've recommended a whole bunch of people.

I’d heard about Miracle-Ear and I have a friend who had them and he was happy with them. I got them, too, and they work. Their sales and customer service teams are very good. They clean my hearing aid out every time I go and they’re really helpful. I nearly lost one one time and they readjusted and put some new earpieces on them so they would fit better. They’ve been very good. I’m happy with them and I’d recommend them.

Miracle-Ear hearing aid is comfortable to wear. The only disappointment I have is that I don't really hear as good as I like. I go to a place and I can't hear what the people are saying on stage. I go to church and I can't hear the priest all the time. But I can hear ordinary things like conversations when I'm speaking to someone. As far as going to Miracle-Ear, I'm very happy since they're always very, very kind and informative to me and take very good care of me. I have recommended them several times.

I have the Miracle-Ear mini MEBluConnect and I bluetooth to my phone and to my TV. They’re hidden, but the bluetooth is the most important to me. I also love the two ladies at Miracle-Ear. They’re more like family than me going to see a hearing specialist. They are great and they treat me wonderfully. One of them takes my hearing aids apart and cleans them for me. Then we sit and talk about family. We really enjoy the company of each other.

My mother had a Miracle-Ear and she had always liked them. I got the Behind-The-Ear style because it wasn't as noticeable as the other one. It wasn't heavy and I liked the looks of it. I've been very satisfied with my Miracle-Ear experience and I would recommend them.

I've had Miracle-Ear hearing aids for 20 years. However, there was one time that I chose another provider, but I went back to Miracle-Ear because I know their service is good, and so I stayed with them. I had a model that opens and goes over the ear and then the tube in the ear mostly because the one in the ear was not strong enough for me. Right now, I have the one that has the remote control that I hang around my neck, where I can turn up the volume, then I can go to my phone, any old music or anything that'll play and run it right into my hearing aids.

Miracle-Ear is the most popular brand among hearing specialists and that's what they suggested I try. They have excellent people. I got their behind-the-ear aids and it has been great. I had the in-the-canal before but I kept having problems with them. It would squeal every time I open my mouth. But with these, I don't have any squealing or extra noise. These are much better.

Miracle-Ear has been great. The receptionist has been very pleasant and professional. When I was in school, I could never understand the foreign language that I was trying to learn and I would get it wrong when I re-pronounced the words. Miracle-Ear talked about frequency and not being able to hear certain people when they are talking to you or having sound garbled rather than actual verbiage. I bought the behind-the-ear model because I like the fact that it is practically invisible. I have recommended Miracle-Ear to a couple of friends.

I picked Miracle-Ear because it was closer to where I live and was in a safe area. Where I could’ve gotten the hearing aids before, I didn’t like the area that it was in. I have the behind the ear model because my brother had gotten hearing aids before and he used to say that he really liked it better so I thought I'd try it and see if I liked it, and so far I have. Customer service has been very friendly, helpful, and nice. Anytime I went in to the store, the reps have always been prepared to work with me. I like Miracle-Ear and have had a good experience with them.

Miracle-Ear was close and convenient. I got a Behind-The-Ear style because the representative recommended it and it's the kind that my father and mother had. Working with the sales and customer service reps have always been really good. I just wish that my hearing aid worked as good as my ears used to when I was 20.

I went to four different places and I like Miracle-Ear better. Also, they're closer to my house than any of the other places and easier to get to. They seemed to be more knowledgeable, helped me more than the other providers, and answered my questions. Plus, I was changing insurance that would pay $1,500, and they worked with me on everything with the insurance and it was a wonderful experience. Moreover, there was a big coupon with a sale. Even though I can hear out of the ear, it was the buzzing and the humming noise that I constantly had, and the hearing aid has made a tremendous difference. I don't feel like I'm going crazy all the time now. All in all, my experience has been great.

I've had Miracle-Ear for a long time. I had the old style that just set in your ear. And then, they talked me into the newer style that goes in my ears. I also got rechargeable batteries. Their customer service is good. They take care of me when I come in and clean my hearing aids.

Miracle-Ear was widely recognized and they were very close to my home. I went in and they did a good job. The people there in the office are wonderful. The rep knows what she's doing and she's very helpful. And they're always extremely friendly. I've had Miracle Ear for a couple of years now. I had a slight hearing loss, so it makes it easier when I go to church meetings and things like that.

Miracle-Ear have been around a long time and I figured why not check them up. I was having hearing problems. I had an 80 percent hearing loss in one ear and 30 in the other one and it did help me hear things that I hadn't been hearing. Moreover, their rep has been real good. He checks me every time I go in and make sure the hearing aids are functioning properly. And if I got any problem, all I got to do is call him.

I have used Miracle-Ears in 2004 right after I retired. I was a range master teaching firearms on an indoor and outdoor range. When I formally retired from the police department I had lost my hearing. The Miracle-Ears that I purchased in 2004 was $4,000 at that time. It was expensive but it lasted me for quite a time. However, the set started going apart so I went back to Miracle-Ear to see about having them replaced or worked on. I was told that they were outdated and that they could not work on the aids anymore and to try to go after the new set. The staff that we had locally were really good people, courteous, patient and more than willing to answer any questions I had. They were also thorough and very considerate. They always made me feel welcome when I was there, and I've never had any negative feelings about attending to appointments.

I had a great experience with Miracle-Ear and I have never been happier. That's why we go to Escondido. I like the people there very much and they are very thorough. The customer service reps adjust my hearing aids much better than I had experienced in Kingman. Without my hearing aids, I can't hear and understand what's going on around me. People could be talking about me and I wouldn't know.

I had a friend that had used Miracle-Ear and referred me to a place in Houston. My hearing is not very good and I still struggle. Every time I go back, I try to see what's happening and what's today's innovation to make sure I'm getting the best hearing I can get. So it's a continuous process for me. I still have difficulty with listening to speech and understanding. I hear a lot, but I don't sometimes get the clarity I need. Overall, my experience has been good and I'm satisfied. A lot of it depends upon the technician who's there in the office doing the work.

We checked around for pricing and service in different places. Because we couldn't get to where we wanted to go, we thought we'd check Miracle-Ear and we liked the place. It's really a good experience and we're glad we chose Miracle-Ear. The service is wonderful. They take care of my husband very well. I've known about Miracle-Ear most of my life. I got their behind-the-ear model for comfort. I had the one that was in the ear before and it was uncomfortable. Miracle-Ear is very close to where I live which is convenient. They offered me the behind-the-ear hearing aid and it has improved my life. Their people have been excellent and although there has been a change-over in the staffing, I did not find it to have any problem in the service that they gave and I'm very happy with it. In fact, I saw them a couple of weeks ago. If others ask me, I certainly would suggest that they use Miracle-Ear.

I saw Miracle-Ear in the basement of Sears. Their representative appeared to be more knowledgeable than the two others that I talked to because she could answer my questions while the others beat around the bush. Hearing aids are extremely expensive and I got the behind-the-ear because of the cost. I can now watch TV. Without the hearing aids, I couldn't. Also, I don't hear any of the high frequencies, so I couldn't be in a conversation with more than one person without wearing them or I couldn't understand anybody. Miracle-Ear has a great team of people who are very knowledgeable and customer-oriented.

I went to the free hearing test by Miracle-Ear over here inside Siemens about two years ago, then I went somewhere else but chose going back to Miracle-Ear because they have a credit option. The person that I worked with was very honest and thorough. Steve was able to answer all of my questions and my appointments are always right on time when I go there.
I had a problem when I was getting ready to go on vacation but cannot hear from one of my hearing aids, so I called and I left Steve a message. Then he ended up calling me in the evening and gave me a suggestion which fixed my hearing aid. I really appreciated his after-hours service. I'm in an administrative position so it's important for me to hear and understand what people are saying, and my clarity is better with it. I am very happy with the model that I got and the people that I've been around for months don't even know that I have them.

I can hear a lot better because of my Miracle-Ear hearing aid. They came out with some new ones but we're on a fixed income so I couldn't trade up. But the young man has helped me a lot with the ones I got. He checks them and does everything he can to help me utilize the hearing aids. They got really good people in Rochester.

I got a Behind-The-Ear model that's top-of-the-line from Miracle-Ear. I liked the features that they added to it over the one I had before. The hearing aids changed things a lot and I can't figure out how I could get along without them. The people with Miracle-Ear are excellent too. They seem to be really interested in getting me comfortable and the equipment working properly. Their service is always very good and I am well-pleased with them.

5000.00 for 2 pieces of plastic. Can't understand speech on most TV programs - cds on car radio blare. Previously used MD Pro but wouldn't stay in ear very well. Otherwise comparable to Miracle-Ear. Audio person has adjusted. Am going tomorrow to see her for appointment.

I was in Sears a lot so I kept walking past a Miracle-Ear dealer that was in Sears. I liked the idea that Miracle-Ear has a network of dealers around the country, so if I'm traveling and need some help with my hearing aids, I can expect to receive it. I went in for a test and decided to go ahead with their recommendation. The unit I chose is comfortable and you can't really see it. I also have the Bluetooth connectivity.
The hearing aid has helped me because it has improved my listening ability. I was having enough hearing loss that it was annoying and I would have to ask people to repeat a lot. The biggest negative factor in any hearing aid is that it tends to make you more aware of the background noise because it's amplifying it. It's good on amplification but sometimes it amplifies what you don't want. But I can dial it down somewhat, and in my next visit I'll have Miracle-Ear try to dial it down even more.
Customer service has been terrific. I couldn't ask for anything better. They're very helpful and I get good reminders from them if I have an appointment. I usually see them every six or eight weeks, and they do cleaning for me. Then every four or six months, they may do a quick hearing check to see if I've lost any more hearing or if my hearing aid needs to be adjusted. One thing I like is that I can go in there if I'm complaining about any particular sound that's bothering me and I can actually see what the rep is doing. The service at the Miracle-Ear store in Laguna Hills, California has been great. I have recommended them to friends.

I've been with Miracle-Ear for a number of years - this is my third set of hearing aids from them. The device is absolutely necessary at this point, I really can't do without it as I am still working at age 75. I have the Behind-The-Ear model since it's working the best for me right now and I'm used to it. Their people have been very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I had confidence in their testing. Moreover, I like the continuing care I'm getting.

I've heard about Miracle-Ear for years and I haven’t had any problems with them at all. I’m able to hear better because of it. I’ve gone in about every three months since I got the original purchase, and they check everything over and gave me a second hearing test in the process. They also give me free batteries. I’ve had two different audiologists that I've worked with, and both of them know exactly what they’re doing ‘cause everything online is computerized. They’re very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable people.

I had a hearing aid from another company before that did absolutely nothing. Then I was referred to Miracle-Ear by a friend that had one of his relatives working there and I'm wearing their hearing aid now. The device helps but I could still do better. Of course, they have better ones now but they keep costing more and more and I just can't afford it. Still, I've gotten excellent service from them. Whenever I want to, they'd test me again. They clean the hearing aids and sometimes give me batteries.

40 years ago when I was a whole lot younger and my hearing was not too good, my doctor recommended Miracle-Ear. I went, got one earpiece, and put it in. As I've gotten older, have moved around and have needed more help, I go to the Miracle-Ear people. The store I go to now is great. I go in for cleaning on a regular basis on schedules that work for me. My hearing’s getting worse all the time and it's hard to do anything with my left ear. I compare notes with everybody that I talk to about hearing aids. They get them all over the place such as Walmart and Costco. I've told them that I've been really pleased with mine which are the behind-the-ear ones. I've had them now for about a year and a half and they've helped greatly so I'm pleased with them.

I was wearing hearing aids and I wasn't very happy with them. I got the Miracle-Ear and I'm very happy with it. It fits behind the ear, and I wear it for work. I don't get the claustrophobia that I get with the mold, so I like it much better. I'm very happy with the people at Miracle-Ear. They've treated me extremely well, done anything I've asked, and went the extra nine yards to help me out. They'll do anything they can to make me happy and I have recommended them to friends. I stick with the one I'm doing business with on Miller Road.

I'm having a terrible time with my hearing aids. I've been to Miracle Ear so many times to have them adjust the hearing aids. The last time, they put a smaller plug on it and then it plugged my ear so much that I couldn't even hear. It irritated me so I didn't wear them in quite a while. The staff is excellent though and I wish they were my best friends. They're all so nice and they go out of their way to help me out. Whenever I call, they always seem to fit me in around my schedule and I would definitely recommend them. One of their staff named Jeff has really tried very, very hard to try to get something that would work for me and nothing just seems to help me out. It's just that I got a funky body system and I'm allergic to a lot of different things, and Miracle-Ear just has not worked for me.

I've been really happy with my Miracle Ear hearing aids and I love the office that I go to in Nevada. Everybody there is really great. I got the behind-the-ear model where there's a small bud in my ear with the wire going up to a very small receiver on the back of my ear for the cost and the comfort. It's just been a really great experience.

Miracle-Ear is great. I was recommended the over the ear style hearing aids which I liked. I am impressed with the customer service in every branch I've traveled, especially in Las Vegas, because when my left piece went out, they fixed it. Their service is excellent and of the highest form.

I was looking for hearing aids and I had a large pool of different providers I was going at, and Miracle-Ear happened to be one that has free diagnostics. I liked the fact that everything is done in-house (it's not sent out to China). They showed me all the different models and I was happy with the behind-The-Ear model. I'm very happy with the service, they make sure that everything is perfect. I'm losing my hearing because of the cure for my cancer and my hearing aids have helped me dramatically. It was fantastic working with the people at customer service, they check everything. If I have the slightest little problem, they tell me to come right up and they'll check it to make sure. When I have a question about the hearing aid itself, they answer my questions (even the very simple ones). I've gotten exemplary service to make sure that I was more happy with the hearing aids. They worked terrifically and they're comfortable.

I’m a minister and in my profession, I need to be able to hear, to listen to what’s being said, and to answer correctly. I went to two ear specialists and they said that I didn’t need hearing aids but they also said that I started reading lips. I purchased the most expensive pair of Miracle-Ear hearing aids that I could, which was $3,000 for each one. My experience has been very good and it seems that I hear better. The last time the specialist checked me, he said they’re not going to get any better but they're a little improved when I went. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear.

I have a Miracle-Ear behind the ear hearing aid for about six or eight months now, and it helps listen to the TV and talk on the phone. The accessories are very convenient. Their agents are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. It's also easy to get appointments as they never tell you they can't fit you in and I really like that whole setup. It's been an amazing experience.

I originally had some hearing aids that were donated to me that were in the ear and although I could hear very well, my own voice did not sound natural so I decided that maybe I should try a different design so that I could judge what might be best for me. Then I was visiting a friend down in San Diego area and I mentioned that I needed to have my hearing checked. She said she knew a place so we made an appointment and we had done it together. Miracle-Ear let me try the hearing aids for a week or two and it turned out that it worked much better than the in-the-ear pair that I had been using. I went with the over-the-ear style which is very small that you generally can't see them so they're great. Without it, I probably wouldn’t be employed because my hearing got to be so bad that I couldn’t function in the business environment. It's been a fantastic experience for me.

I have worn hearing aids my entire life. I know what I am looking for in a hearing aid, as I have had 30 years of experience wearing them. When I learned that I could stream audio from my phone to my hearing aids I was ecstatic! I had been waiting for just such a feature before I bought a new set of hearing aids. In January I paid nearly $7,000 for a pair of hearing aids that I was certain would be top quality. Sadly, I am very disappointed.
The package came with a transmitter that would stream audio to my hearing aids as well as act as a microphone to answer calls. Sounds great right? Wrong. I can't use it to answer the phone. No one can hear a word I say even if I hold the mic right next to my mouth. In the 5 months since I purchased my hearing aids I've had to have the neck loop (for the blue-tooth transmitter) replaced TWICE. Today my right hearing aid went into a constant reboot cycle. What kind of quality instrument has so many problems in five months? The materials and construction are shoddy.
I do not look forward to the time when the warranty expires as I will either need to buy a new set (from a different manufacturer) or look forward to repair bills every couple of months. DO NOT BUY THESE HEARING AIDS! I am dissatisfied enough that I'm going to post this review to as many places as I can find and that should tell you something about the level of my disappointment.

Miracle-Ear was the only one down on the town where we used to live and I got my hearing aid from them. They suggested that the behind-the-ear model is supposed to be a better model, so I went with it. I've always had a good experience with them, so I've recommended them to several guys.

Miracle-Ear has been the best thing that I ever invested in. Their staff is very nice and pleasant. They keep good appointments to make sure my hearing is good. I went with the over the ear model and it comes with a recharger. The recharger gets the humidity out there, any water that could get in their ear mode. My hearing seems clear and I don't hear any scratchy noise like the ones I had before. The price was not what I expected to pay but it's beautiful. I can hear the birds chirp. I love every day with my Miracle-Ear experience.

I went to another hearing aid company, but it seemed like Miracle-Ear had better stuff and more to give than everyone else. I felt most comfortable with the unit that is behind the ear. Other than having to replace the batteries, everything's working fine. I've been satisfied with the people working at Miracle-Ear. They've been helpful all the way around.

My brother-in-law had Miracle Ear and it was very successful for him. My life's much better with their hearing aid and I can hear our conversations. I went with behind-the-ear style as my canal was too small. Their customer service team was really good. However, at the time that I got them, they had a lifetime replacement battery, and they don’t do that anymore. But it's been a very good experience and I have recommended them.

I've worn Miracle-Ear hearing aids since I got married. Their staff are very good, polite and on their toes. They keep me posted on when my appointment is. So far, everything seems to be going okay with the hearing aid. If somebody talks to me and asks what kind of hearing aids I have, I always say it's Miracle-Ear. Sometimes they say that it's a lot of money and that they'd rather go to Sam’s Club but I tell them, “Well, you pay for what you get.” I know Miracle-Ear hearing aids are expensive, but they’ve worked for me all these years.

I've dealt only with one office and they've been very good. In fact, that was what convinced me to go with Miracle-Ear from the start. Karen is the audiologist and the person who sold me the hearing aids, and I couldn't have been more impressed with what she knows about it and her ability to answer the questions along the line. I've got friends that got hearing aids at some discount place and maybe they got a better deal than I did on price. But the service and follow-up makes me feel comfortable that if something goes wrong, Miracle-Ear will take care of it. We'll see if that really happens, but so far so good. I would recommend them, no question about that.

I saw Miracle-Ear on Modesto Bee and got a letter in the mail with a coupon and I was curious. I went to see them and I was happy with what they had to say so I got hearing aids for both ears that day. I can hear now and I don’t have to turn it up full blast and listen to my son tell me to turn it down. I like the sales and customer service teams and they’re very, very nice, helpful, and efficient. They always let me know when it’s my appointment and call me ahead of time.

My dad used hearing aids for quite a while and I’d seen ads from Miracle Ear. They’re one of the best ones in the market. They seem to work all right, except everything sounds loudly distorted. I have to practically be right on top of somebody to understand what they’re saying. When I watch television at home, I can hear very clearly because those are like earphones and you put them right on your ear. At our daughter’s house, she has a TV and I put Miracle Ears on. I turn it up pretty loud and have to turn my head to the TV to partially understand it. So it’s not like natural hearing, but it’s not supposed to be. I also can’t hear anything out of the left ear, but that’s my worst ear for hearing so I don’t need to try anymore. By and large, I’m pretty happy with Miracle Ear.

My Miracle-Ear behind-the-ear hearing aids exceeded my expectations. It was $6,500, which is the most expensive model, but I figured I’d go with the best to start with. Their sales and customer service teams have been fantastic. They make follow-up calls to make sure I get in for the adjustments. I made a good choice, and so I’ve already recommended them to other people - it’s a question of whether people can afford it or not, but Miracle-Ear is definitely a great company.

I found out I had a hearing problem in 1995 and I've had Miracle-Ear since then. My experience with them has been great. I like their customer service and their product. It's good. In the past, I’ve had the behind-the-ear, in-the-ear, and right now I have the top-of-the-line in-the-ear and it has the batteries that are over-the-ear. Miracle-Ear has improved my life because I am able to decipher and comprehend what people are saying. It doesn’t take the place of real ears but works as a substitute.

Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids has helped a great deal. I wasn’t even aware I had that much of a hearing problem and now I very much am and they helped a lot. Every three months, I go in there and they clean the hearing aids and every now and then check my hearing again. That's been very satisfactory. Though, the hearing aids are very expensive and that surprised me a bit initially. But what I’ve come to realize is that I get a lot more than just the hearing aids because that service is a major factor. Things do come up with the hearing aids that I can’t explain and I don’t know about and it’s great to be able to go in there and get those problems solved.
The group up there changed. Their manager is different now but our boys, it’s been a pleasure working with them. They’re very courteous and helpful. They’re very expensive and I’ve had to upgrade them over time. The first ones, one of them finally just failed completely and they would have had to repair it. But instead of that, they told me to get a more advanced version of it, which I did. It worked as well as I would have expected. It was an excellent experience overall.

We were with another hearing aid provider but really needed some good ones, so we went with Miracle-Ear. We didn’t like the cost, but knew that’s probably the best we could get. I got the style wherein the receiver sits on the top of the ear and a little tube goes in my ear because I thought it was the best model. I like that I could turn the sound up or down. There are certain situations where I need a little more and I just push a button. Early on, the left ear part just didn’t work like the right ear part. I talked to them about it, and they sent it back and got me another one or did something to that one. They both work great now. I'm very pleased with the hearing aids and the treatment I received from their employees. They are very cooperative and good about telling me that I need to come in at an appointed time. If it was about a day before I have to go there, they’d make a phone call to remind me, which is great because I'd forget. I love them.

I was working in an office and then a guy came in from our community. I noticed he had two hearing aids and my husband had never had but one. I asked him about them and he told us about Miracle-Ear. He sent us to the store where he had gotten it. The personnel that we have dealt with particularly were the Davises in Georgetown in the Wolf Creek store. They're very personable, always there to help, did an excellent job and made us feel very comfortable. We've used the hearing aids ever since then and my husband's been very pleased with them. There was something in the advertisement and I wanted to try Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids to see what it was like. I went in and the people were very nice and very friendly. They gave the necessary time for the patient's satisfaction with clarity and explanations. We bonded and I stayed with them. I count them as friends. Miracle-Ear improved my lifestyle greatly. I liked Miracle-Ear's location and I had an excellent evaluation from the technician who I saw when I first went in there. I really appreciated the time they spent in not only checking me but showing me how the equipment worked so I decided he was the person I wanted to deal with. I got the Behind-The-Ear model but I had a couple of problems with it. They’re so lightweight that I hardly know I'm wearing them sometimes. One time, one of them fell out and I didn’t even know I lost it for a while. It landed in a parking lot. Luckily, I happen to be walking across that same lot four days later and I found it. Nevertheless, Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid made my life and my wife's as well a lot easier. It made me feel young again. Additionally, the maintenance has been good and there’s been real good follow-up from the office as far as telling me when to return for appointments.

Miracle-Ear is excellent. They're right on top of things and ready to help whenever you experience a problem. My aunt was a customer of Miracle-Ear and I found the representative at that time in New Hartford very patient with her. He dealt with her repetitious questions without showing any annoyance. When I found that I was experiencing problems with hearing, he was the first one I thought of. This hearing aid has given me a better relationship with my family and friends and has aided me in my daily activities. I haven't had any problems with my Miracle-Ear. If I had a question or a concern, all I'd have to do is go over or call them and they'd walk me through whatever the situation was.

We interviewed two people and the rep from Miracle-Ear seemed to be #1. He was wearing them and was better informed, too. I went with the style that was recommended and since I started using it, I turned down some volume on the television. Everything’s been positive so far. Miracle-Ear was the least expensive at the time when we looked up hearing aids online. I got the one that has a little cone that goes in the ear and the ear piece that goes behind the ears as it was what they recommended. Their sales people were really wonderful. I wish though that I could hear better when I’m not at their office because I hear just fine at their office but have more trouble hearing at home. So far, it’s been a learning experience.

My son and my daughter-in-law told me about Miracle-Ear and my experience with them has been a winner from day one. They have a great sales and customer service team. I got a behind the ear model since I didn't want something to put in my year and I couldn't pull it out. My life has been a lot better since I had it. I went to my ear doctor because I was having shell noise and hearing problems, and he recommended that I get hearing aids. I made a phone call and went to Miracle-Ear, and I met with their people and was impressed. I’ve had nothing but incredibly great service ever since. I was just there yesterday and Rachel and Telly have been tremendous to work with. I’ve met other customers when I’m in there and everybody has the same positive attitude. It’s a great culture that they have there.
One of the things that Miracle-Ear doesn't tell people, which I appreciate, is that I was at the beginning stages of tinnitus when I went to the ear doctor. And I know no one says the hearing aids cures tinnitus, but in my case, when I put it in I realized that I didn’t have tinnitus anymore. The way I knew was when I took it out and didn’t wear it for four or five days, my tinnitus started to come back. So if I wear the hearing aid, it also takes care of any potential tinnitus problems I might have. So it not only improves my hearing, it also takes care of that. I've been using Miracle-Ear for almost over a year now and I'm very pleased. They are absolutely outstanding.

The person who gave me the test the first time I went to Miracle-Ear helped me with my decision to choose them. In fact, the people at Miracle-Ear are always helpful and if I have a problem, it’s always taken care of. I didn’t like the first hearing aid I had, though. They put the mold in my ear, and it felt like I was walking around with a finger in my ear all the time. I now have a behind the ear model. The mic is inside the ear and it works a lot better. I only have one ear that I use, but I can hear. When I first started, I had two hearing aids and now I only have one. The other ear is deaf, and it’s pretty hard when I don’t have the hearing aid in.

I heard about Miracle-Ear and thought I'd go and get my ears checked. Tests in the ears were good and I ended up with fine hearing aids. The customer service team was awesome and the service they provided is excellent. If I have an issue, I'd go right in, and they take me and correct whatever I'm hearing and what I'm not hearing. I had another hearing aid before but I wasn't satisfied. I would shop at Sears and Miracle-Ear had an office there. I was wondering how their hearing aid is so I went there to get an appointment. I'm now on my third pair, and I've had Miracle-Ear for a long time. This latest pair is a small one and works real good for me. The others were bigger. I have recommended Miracle-Ear to people and three of them have hearing aids from them now.

I've been very happy with Miracle-Ear. My brother had them first and he liked them so I decided to go with it too. I'm a retired school teacher and I do stuff with teaching. I wouldn't even be able to do it if it hadn't been for this hearing aid that I wear. I have this for four years, and every six months or whenever I feel that I wanted, they give me an opportunity to have them cleaned or have my ears checked for earwax. I had three other sets with UNC and the Miracle-Ear is my fourth pair. This has probably been the one that I've been able to use with longevity. I would definitely recommend it. I already did refer a former colleague that I taught with and he also chose Miracle-Ear.

The individual who advertised Miracle-Ear was a student of mine some years ago. I talked to her, and she is a very caring individual and does everything possible to make it a good experience for everybody. I am now using my second set of hearing aids which is an upgrade from what I first got. I still wish I could afford some other fancy model, but these hearing aids definitely make my life much better. I'm not that deaf but conversations in a room are a challenge. It's much better having the Miracle-Ear hearing aids than without them.

I saw an ad for a pair of hearing aids for $899 and free with fed gov't ins (which I have). I was "not a candidate" for those hearing aids but I was a candidate for a single hearing aid that would still be free with my insurance. Free because my insurance pays $2500. Yet, somehow I still paid $350 out of pocket. I could have lived with that, but I still couldn't hear people talking or tv. I could hear some things incredibly loud (urinating sounded like Niagra Falls), but not the things I need a hearing aid for. Unfortunately, the fine print says that they have a 15% restocking fee, so it would have costed me more to return it than to just throw it away. I did go back a few times for adjustments, but it never got better. You also have no way of knowing whether you're getting a new aid because it comes in a generic "Miracle-Ear" box. I ended up giving it away and I have to wait several years before my insurance will pay for another.

Miracle-Ear has improved my life because without it, I don’t hear anything. I have the one that goes behind my ear so it's not visible as it was when I used the other ones. But I have a problem since my ear has been losing skin and they gave me a sock that looks like crap. I put that over the ear and it's ugly so I don’t wear it out of the house. But other than that, everybody that works with Miracle-Ear is really great and they're very nice to their customers. I couldn't have gotten any better anywhere else and I've been very satisfied with them.

I went to several places and Miracle-Ear gave the best price for dual hearing aids. Their product is a bit better than most of the places I had gone to. I hear better and it gives me a better quality of life. I got the style that's over the back of the ear and in the canal because they told me it's the style that I needed. Two years ago, I went to Missouri where my daughter and grandchildren live. My son-in-law said, "You know, Nan, this is really getting to be annoying. If you don't go and get hearing aids before Taylor gets married, you're not going to hear anything." I'm self-conscious and don't want any big thing showing in my ear. I heard that Miracle-Ear was small. I immediately called them, made an appointment and got the hearing aid.
My grandchild, Taylor, got married last September, and I had the hearing aid but it was a very big disappointment because my battery went out and I didn't hear a thing at the reception. I didn't realize what was happening. Now I know and I've got a pile of batteries that I can use and I only have one set that I put in the charger. I love the hearing aid. I just had an appointment last week to get them checked, and everything's fine. So, now I don't go back until the end of August.

I didn't know what I was missing until I started using Miracle-Ear. My hearing has improved. I've had two styles from them and this is my second pair. It is rechargeable and sits behind the ear. Most people don't know I've got hearing aids. As for the people at Miracle-Ear, anytime I've gone in there to have my hearing aids serviced, they've been prompt and the service has been very fast. Everybody was friendly, too. It's been an extremely pleasant experience with Miracle-Ear.

My hearing aids from another company broke - the ones that went in the ear and did not have the battery at the back of the ear. I replaced batteries often with the 312. Miracle-Ear offered free hearing tests so my husband said, "Well, I can't go wrong with that. I'll go and take a free test." They also asked me if I wanted one so I also took it.
Jeff who comes down here in Norwich on Tuesdays is a great salesman. It was him who sold the hearing aids to us. He talked me into changing because I had no plans of doing it. I always try to get in when he's here and I'm sorry that he's here only one day a week. I like him a lot. Since he came into town, we have three different hearing aid centers and they now compete. I also went with Dr. Linda here in town. She's fine and I have nothing against her. I've already recommended Miracle-Ear to one of my friends.

I just sent my hearing aids in and Miracle-Ear sent out new ones to me a short time later. Now I’m having another issue with them and they’re almost out of warranty. I’m really worried about it. When Miracle-Ear take them in, they need to fix them right. But my overall experience is excellent, and Maureen does a good job.

The Behind-the-Ear model was recommended to me so I got that one from a friend who sells Miracle-Ear hearing aids. And it definitely helped me hear in restaurants and I can participate in conversations better. The customer service has been excellent. I was hearing in just one ear all my life, and it kept on getting worse, so I went to Miracle-Ear for a hearing test, and found that I was born deaf in my left ear. Then I was told I could use a hearing aid, and because I was reading articles about how hearing loss could cause dementia, among other stuff, I went and bought one. A lot of other providers wanted a lot of money for their hearing aids, but when I walked in Miracle-Ear's store, they were running a special. I'd get a $6,000 hearing aid for $1,000, so I got it.
My biggest problem was my wife and daughter got tired of repeating themselves. I did the purchase so they'd leave me alone. Although they still don't leave me alone, I enjoy having my Miracle-Ear hearing aid. I got the one that goes inside the ear because I wear glasses. The reps I worked with were excellent. I have no problem with them at all, and they've become friends of mine too. Although I had to send the device back, they fixed it, and sent it back right away. I only did without it for two or three days. Then they also gave me a whole new valve outside and it works real good. Overall, it was excellent.

I've lost a lot of hearing and my Miracle-Ear hearing aid makes my hearing very good. I had over-the-ear ones that I liked, but was getting too much static so I went to the inner-ear one. I don’t know if I’m happy with the inner-ear one, but I’m going to try them for a little while and see if they suit me very well. Their sales and customer service teams are wonderful. They helped out a lot with some of the issues that we had with our hearing aids.

My husband had been with ReSound for years, then their rep retired and left the area. Miracle-Ear sort of took over. At the time, he had fairly new ReSound and was having a terrible time with them. They were sending somebody up here from the Miami office and she tried to fix them. Finally, it was decided to get rid of the ReSound and give him a deal with getting into Miracle-Ear. Now we both have Miracle-Ear. I have the behind the ear style because it was the new hearing aid at the time. I can hear a lot better with it. Their team was also great. It was a pleasure to go over and get the checkups.

The hearing aids have worked fine. I've had them for 10 years and have updated at least two times to different units. The Miracle-Ear hearing aid is a very good unit. They stand behind it 100%. I've had no problems whatsoever and the troubles I've had, they took care of immediately and did a good job. They're nice people and I've got nothing but good to say about them.

If I could give anybody a million accolades, the girl at the Miracle-Ear office in Henderson would deserve more. That’s how good she is. Any time I ever went back there, the service could not be better. She makes me very comfortable to go see her. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

I had been to a doctor and he told me I was borderline but I wasn’t qualified to have hearing aids. My husband got aggravated because he knew I wasn’t hearing good. He’d seen Miracle-Ear on the paper and he said, “Well, why don’t you just go and let them check your ears?” I said, “Yeah, but I just had it checked by a doctor.”
Miracle-Ear checked and they decided that I needed the hearing aids. After they examined me, they said, “Well, you fall in this category, so these you’re not compatible for. These other ones, you are.” And the girl there that was helping me pick them out matched it with my hair color perfectly and that was awesome. The tiny cord or the back that goes behind my ear matched with my hair color. One doesn’t even know they’re on. She also helped me pick out the kind that was right for me and it made a world of difference. It was night and day. When I’m not paying attention, my boss says, “You don’t have your hearing aids in today, do you?” So I wear them every day unless my ears are leaking. These bad boys are in from the time I get up to the time I go to bed.
Additionally, their reps are absolutely wonderful. If I call them when I’m having trouble, or if my ears have leaked a lot, all I do is call their office and tell them what’s going on. They get me in on a Monday or a Friday, because that’s when they’re in Statesville and they take care of it. They put me on new earbuds and they clean out the old ones well.
If I had listened to the doctor, I would still be suffering. Miracle-Ear took me in, they tested me and got all of the points where they need to be, and it is just fabulous. My work has improved so much because of Miracle-Ear. It’s like I’m a different person. I love my Miracle-Ear. They’re comfortable to wear. They have little earbuds that go in my ear but then the amplifying piece goes behind my ear. If anyone is having trouble, they should go in and let Miracle-Ear diagnose them.

I wear my Miracle-Ear hearing aid everyday. I have the behind-the-ear model with a tube to a loudspeaker that goes in the ear. It also has the magnetic loop feature which is very helpful to me. I’m a comeback customer. I’ve gone through several Miracle-Ear improvements as the product itself has improved. What is most important is the quality of the service. The person that runs the Tallahassee program is very concerned with giving me the best product she can and helping me maintain it. I give top recommendations for the people at Miracle-Ear. They keep me abreast of what the options are and as my hearing decreases they bring me up to the latest thing that will help. It's a good product. Keep up the good work.

Miracle-Ear has made a difference in my life. I hear much better and I can understand people most of the time. I was working with small children in a school and was having a hard time understanding them so I went into the Miracle-Ear store after passing by one of them in Sears and doing some research on it. I talked with Dave and he's been very good with me. The crew in Hanford are nice people to work with. I can call them anytime or pop in if I've got a problem and they take care of it. I was able to keep my job for a long time because the hearing aids helped me a great deal in understanding the children and working with them better.

I had one ear that had an aid in it, but was very unhappy with it. I never wore it because it always made me feel imbalanced. I got an in-the-canal model of hearing aid from Miracle-Ear until the hearing got to the point I needed more power, and now it fits over the ear and into the canal. They have one of the most outstanding specialists in Fort Collins. It was a terrific experience.

I've been using Miracle-Ear for many years. I'm on my fourth set and I'm totally satisfied with it. Initially, I dealt with the folks in Maryland where I lived then I moved down here and my involvement here for the past 13 years now has been with one individual and it's been a wonderful experience. 20 years ago, there was an invitation to come see a demonstration and have my ears checked. I remember going to a hotel there in Maryland, Cecil County and meeting with a representative of Miracle-Ear there. I've had so many over the years as my hearing has declined and they had to make adjustments to it.
There may be a hearing aid out there that suddenly I can hear beautifully. I do understand as explained to me that many of the instruments that are available now are nothing more than microphones in the ear. So I appreciate the fact that mine is digital and the latest thing they have, and it seems to adjust well to different circumstances. I'm happy with it, I won't switch.

I've been a salesman most of my life, and I was impressed with the Miracle-Ear salesman. When I look at him, the smile and the way he talked seemed to be very honest and sincere and I could see that the he knew what he was doing. I bought my hearing aids in Port St. Lucie, and the people there are absolutely great. I had a little minor problem with the hearing aid and they took care of it immediately. I'm very happy and confident of what I've got. It took a while to get used to the hearing aid, and now, it's improved my hearing because sometimes when I don't have it on, it seems like I still hear pretty good. I'm very pleased with the investment and the whole nine yards.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aid has tremendously impacted my life. The girls there have been super and very accommodating to my needs. The girl who interviewed me suggested the behind-the-ear model, and I liked it. I went the first time with the intermediate hearing aid and then a year later, I upgraded to the better, top-of-the-line model. The customer service team is wonderful. They've helped me out with suggestions. Three months ago I got tinnitus and didn't realize it. I was having this ringing in the hearing aid and the rep said, "Do you have that ringing when you take your hearing aid out?" I said yes and the rep replied that she thought it was tinnitus. She put a program that would appease it and it solved my problem. I've had a great experience.

I heard so much about Miracle-Ear and they seemed like a good company to work with, so I made an appointment with Isaac over here in Laguna Hills. Everybody has been great. They provide excellent service and follow-up. Isaac knows exactly when I go in. I tell him my issues and he corrects it right away. I took the behind-the-ear hearing aid, and it fits well and is more comfortable. Everything is working great.

I'd heard that Miracle-Ear is really good so decided that's where I'll go and it has lived up to its reputation. The hearing aids are working great and made it a lot easier to hear people and the Church music when I go every Sunday. They're comfortable and I have sensitive ears, I couldn't stand anything solid in my ear. The customer service here in Auburn are really nice. Every time I have a problem, I run in and they take care of me right away so I don't have to worry at all.

The Miracle-Ear hearing aids that I have now is my third pair. I've enjoyed having them. I bought the first pair when I went to Germany back in 1985. When I second-tripped to Germany, which was 11 years ago, I upgraded and got the new ones. In June, it will be three years since I had the current ones. Without them, I would have had a problem. I could hear everything that's going on and I've been very satisfied with the hearing aids.
This morning, I was in and tried out a pair of the new ones. My ears got tested and it seems like I'm going to go for the new ones. It's not cheap and a little more than I wanted to spend, but I can get a decent rebate on my old hearing aids so I'm going to try them for 45 days. If for some reason I don't like them, I can always return them.
The service has been excellent, especially now that Miracle-Ear moved where they are. When it used to be over in Sears, it was all right but every time I went in, there was a different person. So now, two guys are there and it's great. I like the way they're running the office. Both fellows are nice and always happy to see me. I go in every four months and they've been very friendly and explain everything. Even the receptionist is always very friendly when she calls up to make an appointment or if I have to call her. I've been recommending Miracle-Ear to my friend.

When I bought my hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and I got the top-of-the-line, at that time, I was told that when I needed new batteries, that they would be $30 each. I got the behind-the-ear style because they didn't offer me anything else at that point. They haven't made a huge amount of difference. Then when I went in this last time for a checkup, I was told that the batteries are now $60 each. It's absurd that they're charging that amount for this teeny, tiny, little battery. It was a misrepresentation and that's outrageous when you paid this much for your hearing aids, initially.
Supposedly, you can buy over-the-counter batteries but they're not rechargeable and Miracle-Ear wants you to buy their Miracle-Ear battery. When you've spent this much money, you want to do what they tell you to do. You don't want to jeopardize these things in any way, shape or form. It's not that I don't like the Miracle-Ear. In fact, I'd recommend it. But they need to be upfront about what these things are going to cost you in the future.
Also, when the initial person who fitted me with these left, I should have been given some explanation as to why he was no longer going to be there because he had indicated to me that he would be there for me when I needed some help. There's a very nice young man who has taken his place but it was kind of interesting that someone didn't explain to me as to why the person that I had seen at the beginning had left and what was happening.

I liked the service that Miracle-Ear provides and so I got a hearing aid from them. Since I don’t have any hair on my sides, the hearing aid would show too much so I went for the one in the ear. It has helped me a great deal. I am really thankful that Miracle-Ear got a store over here. They're wonderful. About every three months, I have a rep of theirs adjust my hearing aids. She’d work on them and does a great, great job. She’s an excellent person. I have told people about Miracle-Ear and would also recommend them. I got a brother-in-law who's looking into it, too.

My life is better with Miracle-Ear hearing aids. The first ones I got screeched a lot but the second ones are so much better. In fact, I even sleep in them, one in my left ear. I got the one that hooks over my ear and then goes in. Their sales and customer service teams are wonderful, sweet and very helpful. If I have any kind of problems, all I have to do is call and make an appointment or stop in, and they take care of it.

Miracle-Ear has been excellent. Jack has the hearing aid with a little unit behind the ear, and then it goes almost invisible in the ear and goes down into the ear canal. He goes to Miracle-Ear on a semi-regular basis and they are always professional and courteous. I’m glad he has them.

My hearing problem maybe existed from the time I was born. One time, Miracle-Ear was in Sears and their technicians said I should try them on. I did and speech was sharper and there was some motor humming that I never heard before. I thought I still want to function and I need to drive so I got one. I’ve had them now for about 10 years and I like them. I can hear my grandchildren and the sermons in church. I got the style that goes behind the ear. I like the narrow tube that’s in my ear. Also, they gave me one-on-one individual attention. I felt that the rep was listening to me.

I went to a few places, and I thought the person at Miracle-Ear who was doing the hearing test was very competent. The people were very accommodating when I was having my hearing aids adjusted to get the best sound. I went back and forth, two or three times a week, and I felt like I was really important. Once I settled on what I liked for the sound, I now just go for maintenance.
I had a lot of difficulty particularly with the audiophile of the TV and with groups of people when we’re out together. With my Miracle-Ear, I can obviously hear better. I’ve got the app for my phone and I can adjust everything with it. When I first got my first two hearing aids, I went back and they had an upgrade on the same model. They gave me credit for my first one. Overall, it was a very easy process. There was no question about the differences that they’ve made once I had the hearing aids.

We talked to some people and they had good look at Miracle-Ear so we thought we’d give it a shot. I had hearing aids before that went behind the ear and I didn’t want that again. I like the Miracle-Ear better. It goes in my ear, you don't see it as much as you do the other one and it's not as big. I also couldn’t use my old hearing aids on the phone because I couldn’t hear. The Miracle-Ear doesn’t buzz or ring, and I can hear with them.
Everything has been wonderful from the time I got the hearing aids until now. We’ve had regular maintenance and the lady we got them from checks them and does whatever she has to do. I would recommend Miracle-Ear to anybody I thought would need a pair. My wife’s going to get a set. They’re a little expensive but they’re not as bad as some places. I’ve tried the ones we see advertised on TV too, and they were no good.

I have a friend who had a very serious ear problems. She’d been to Mayo Clinic, Mass General, and all over. She also went to Harvard Hospital School of Medicine. The best that they could suggest is a cochlear implant. She went to Miracle-Ear and she told us, “They did more for me than all these other places.” She was very happy with Miracle-Ear. She sent us there and my husband’s happy with his Miracle-Ear, too. It’s doing well. We’re very happy with Miracle-Ear. It's been an excellent experience with them.

Miracle-Ear had my hearing checked and they said I wasn’t quite ready for a hearing aid but I knew that it was getting worse, so I decided to make the appointment. I don’t wear the hearing aid every day, I wear it at certain occasions when I know that I need to be able to hear better. When I go to the gym or swim, I can’t wear it there. I have behind-the-ear style in both ears. I inquired about the smaller ones that went right in my ear and they said I wasn’t a candidate for those. They had had my husband stand out in the hall and say something and I could hear him out in the hall after they put it out, so that’s what made me realize. I hear stuff I don’t want to hear too. It’s artificial hearing but it does help, especially in church and meetings.
Everything’s been wonderful. They’re very cooperative and help me out with a problem or a question. Ryan was the gentleman that I dealt with and he was phenomenal from day one. The last time I went for my check-up, there's another gentleman and he was also very helpful. They made adjustments for me and said that if it didn't work out, I could call back anytime, but I have to wait for the specified time to come back. So I’m very satisfied with the whole works. I’ve recommended other people to go there. The whole experience was painless and much needed.

I've been quite satisfied with Miracle-Ear. Somebody must've told me about Miracle-Ear and how good they were and I'm real pleased. They're helpful and I enjoy going to them. They're interested in me and they try to do everything to help me. It sure helped my hearing. I still at times have trouble hearing. Like on the phone, I can understand some people better than others, but as a whole I think it's just me. I've come back to them often and they've put up with me, and I really appreciate it. I’m extremely pleased with Miracle Ear. They have the best deal especially the three-year warranty which was really good. I only need one hearing aid in my left ear and it helped me greatly. I didn’t really realize how much I wasn’t hearing until I got it. I always thought anyone on my left side was mumbling but now, I can hear them pretty well. Shepherd, one of Miracle Ear's employees, has been great. I've seen him for some accessories to help with hearing the TV, and anything that I’ve asked for, he’s been more than happy to help me out.

Miracle-Ear have an office that is very convenient to my house and the people there are very helpful, congenial and I like them, so I decided to go with them. I got their behind the ear hearing aid because it's the most economical. I've had my second pair and it's so much better than the first pair I had and although using it is not like having good ears, it is better than no hearing aids at all.

I've heard about Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids forever and that's where I take my dad for his hearing aids. I took him there once to get his aids adjusted. Now I also have a little difficulty hearing but it's not critical, so I got the behind-the-ear one like everybody else. My father says that when the hearing aids go down in the canal, they just get smaller and harder to deal with. But it is the only one he'd wanted even though I didn't want to see it behind the ear. Half the time, I don't wear them because I don't exactly like hearing aids and there's nobody home during the day, so I see no point in putting them in. But they're fine and there's nothing wrong with them. Their sales and customer service teams are easy to deal with, too.

My experience with Miracle Ear was great. Years ago when I first moved to Tallahassee, I found out that Miracle-Ear was in the Governor’s Square Mall. What happened was my hearing aid bounced off onto the top floor of where I was working and it broke and Hennessy, who was a hearing aid specialist at Miracle Ear here in Tallahassee was very helpful to me back then. As a matter of fact, I had great interactions with the sales and customer service people at Miracle Ear. Two years ago, I had to get new hearing aids because my other ones were dying, and they’re very helpful. It was great service all the way.

When my brother from Texas was here, he told me that I needed hearing aids since I'm missing out on a lot. He left a paper showing an ad that Miracle-Ear had a special, so I called them. And since they had an opening that afternoon, I went up there and got my hearing test done. The rep said I had 41% hearing loss, and after being fitted, I could hardly wait until I got my hearing aids. I got the Genius behind-the-ear hearing aids and they took care of a lot of background noise. The rep also said that with my hearing, there would be a room for adjustments and things. The sales and customer service guys at Miracle-Ear are very friendly and helpful, and I’ve been very satisfied with my experience.

Both of my sons were born hard of hearing. Our first son wears one hearing aid and our second child wears two. And then it didn’t make any sense, so I went and saw a doctor. He said it has something to do with my wife’s blood type and mine. I inherited my hard of hearing being a musician back in the ’60s. I was playing the music real loud back in those days. Rock and roll. I’m very pleased with the reps from Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids. I even told them that I definitely named their product highly. I have their model that's almost invisible. It goes inside and has an amplification. It’s the one they advertise on TV. I can hear good right now like on the phone. People noticed a big difference in me not saying “I beg your pardon,” and “What?” It’s just amazing and I’m very pleased with it.

We kept driving by the Miracle-Ear place in Cobleskill. We're always interested in it and then we got something in the mail for a free hearing test so we took their card and asked them. We got the hearing aid for my husband - the one that goes inside the ear that has a barely-visible wire that goes up and around the back of the ear. We got the device for $5,805. The one problem he has with the device is that he's got to open it up if he ever gets some earwax on it. Jeff, the person from Miracle-Ear who my husband sees all the time, has been absolutely wonderful with him. Jeff also gave him sweat bags for the device since my husband sweats a lot. Moreover, the hearing aid is not Bluetooth capable although even if there probably is one like it out there, we can't afford it.
My husband can hear wonderfully now with the hearing aid. It made a world of difference in him because he hunts. He even turns the TV down a little now. He's also more alert which is good since he works in contracting wherein he has to be very aware of his surroundings. Those who cannot hear have a consistent humming in their ears and they can't even hear their own voice. My husband had that, which made him a very angry and short-tempered person. My kids have also watched him in the past two years almost losing his balance. He was also starting to teach himself how to read lips. Now that he can hear, it's magnificent that my kids are able to talk to him without him leaning forward. It's a life-changing experience not just for the person that gets the hearing aids but also their family, friends, co-workers, and everyone else.

My experience with Miracle-Ear has been excellent. When I was living in New England, I had a massive ear infection and needed a hearing aid, and I've had a couple of hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. I moved and have been living here for 24 years, so I’ve been using the local center for 24 years and got my third hearing aid since. I can hear with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids, which is the purpose of using them and I usually get the top one. I’m at the Miracle-Ear center every week for the rep to make adjustments and for the new program. My last ones were good, and I’m very pleased that these new ones have certain advantages. They are an investment.
Miracle-Ear has a pretty good rep. Jim is superior to any reps I’ve had and I became good friends with him. I didn’t care much for the people I had to work with in New England. I don’t know if they maintain an office anywhere. The rep would come to my home and several times he’d bring a buddy along, which I didn’t appreciate. Hearing aids, in its essence, helped me so I don’t care if they show or not, but I like to keep some things private.

I heard good things about Miracle-Ear, and it's the first and only place I went to. I got the behind-the-ear one for my hearing loss, and it has greatly improved my quality of living. It was an acceptable remedy, and I like it better than the one in the ear. The two offices that I have associated with, in Pennsylvania and in Arizona, have been fantastic. They clean the hearing aids and provide the replacement attachment as necessary. Their service is great.

My husband had a hearing aid that he had gotten in Florida and they told him that he could not hear at all in his one ear and never would be able to. When we moved up here a year and a half ago, we went to Miracle-Ear. They did a different kind of test and he can hear in that ear. We got the piece that goes in the ear with little wires with the thing that sits behind the ear. He can hear a lot better now. Overall, it was very pleasant experience. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. He enjoyed going to just talk with them.

The Miracle-Ear hearing aid is better than my previous one. It's easy and the charger works. However since I've had the batteries in September, their life went down. In the past few weeks, I put the batteries in at 7 o'clock every morning and by 5 o'clock in the afternoon, both of them have died and I have to put them back to the charger for a while. So I went to the person I bought the batteries from and he gave me the kind that doesn't need to be put in the charger, and they're working great. But still, I've got rechargeable ones ordered and I'm going to pick them up next week. I also had the volume reset once or twice. Their customer service team has done great. I'm tickled to death. Excellent product and service.

When I first went to Miracle-Ear, there was a lady named Kelly who was such a wonderful person, but then she moved. Miracle-Ear brought in this other lady and she took everything that Kelly did and undid it. I went back a couple of times and it never got any better. So when I finally made another appointment, I walked in and there was a man there who said that he was going to be the new person there. I've only seen him once and he's a fabulous person. He told me that he had 30 people come in and complained about the woman that was there before. I have since found out that I have other friends that go to Miracle-Ear that apparently agree with everything I said and they loved this new guy. He has fixed everything that the other girl had undone and I'm quite happy with him right now, he's the man-version of Kelly. It's been a great experience. My hearing aid goes behind my ear and is absolutely fabulous. I would recommend them to anybody.

The people from Miracle-Ear's sales and customer service have been wonderful. On the other hand, the benefit of the product itself is not as well as I'd hoped. I still have trouble understanding things. I love music but it still sounds awful. Even songs I know and can sing along with sound terrible and I’ve been back many times. I have things adjusted and have been to four different audiologists. They all tried to help me but it doesn’t help - it must be my ears. But overall, I'm happy with their service.

I liked the presentation of Miracle Ear and I bought the behind-the-ear model because it was affordable to me. Their reps have been great. Plus, I like the system they got where I go in every three, four months and get rechecked and have the hearing aids checked out. I could hear a lot more and I'm very happy with everything that they've done.

I got the behind-the-ear hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and I hear better with it. Their customer service teams all do very well. This company has been very good and professional. I'd recommend them.

The hearing aid provider that I had was independent and went out of business. When I needed a new tube and earpiece for my hearing aid, the folks at Miracle-Ear in South Charleston were so kind that even though it wasn’t their product, they put that tube and earpiece on for me and did not charge me. That was a good PR that I decided when I needed it, I would go to them. I ended up losing that hearing aid within a couple of weeks, so I knew that I was going to go to Miracle-Ear. They only sell in pairs and it’s been wonderful. I did not know how much I was not hearing until I got this set of behind-the-ear hearing aids from them. I’ve been back twice for minor level adjustments and they’re always just top notch. They’re kind, courteous and right there on the spot, ready to do everything. I recommend Miracle-Ear. It was a professional, satisfying and helpful to my health experience.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aid has been pretty good. I have the behind-the-ear model and it helped me hear a little bit better. Their team has been very friendly. I’ve been very happy with them. They did a good job. They let me know when I have to go in and help me with the batteries and cleaning, which is great. I have nothing bad to say about them. They’ve been very good to me and I like them.

I didn't like the company that was covered by my insurance and then we checked out the Miracle Ear and their prices were much better. Since I needed to pay for them myself, they did some financing for me and my husband. Although I hated the idea of getting hearing aids, my husband and I were delighted. Working with Maureen and Dr. Terry was 100% excellent and they provided outstanding service. They were also very thorough and caring, and listened to what I would have to say and then they would explain things where I could understand it. I learned more really than I had ever even thought about ear itself.
I have the earbud that goes inside the ear and then it feeds behind. With Miracle-Ear hearing aids, I could hear much better and my husband enjoys them also. Somehow the Miracle Ear was located in Sears Department Store in the mall but the only thing I was concerned is whenever they talked about moving their office. However, they moved closer to us, so we are very satisfied both husband and I. As far as I'm concerned, it's an absolutely great experience with Miracle Ear.

My daughter told me to see how Miracle-Ear will treat me and how I'll feel with their hearing aid. I'm working for a huge hospital, Kaiser Permanente, and they have other brands but were not right for me. The Miracle-Ear device helps a lot. It's comfortable and I find myself at home when I put it on. A person which is having problems with the ear tends to speak louder. I despise that and try not to do it, and the hearing aid is helping me. Also, I'm very happy with the rep who took care of me, Edwin. He's a lovely person. He's very patient, gentle, and wonderful. It's been a great experience and I will recommend Miracle-Ear. It is a great product.

My husband had prior hearing aids that didn’t help at all. We went to the store of Miracle-Ear very doubtful, came out hopeful and now we are satisfied. We bought the piece that goes in the canal and behind the ear. It helped him a lot. His hearing is never going to be perfect because he has tinnitus as well. But he knows that this particular hearing aid that he has is the best. He appreciates it and is faithful to wearing them.
We dealt with Katy and she’s a true professional. She’s gone over and above anything that we could expect. We look forward to being with her because not only is she very capable and skillful, she’s a pleasant person to be around. It makes us feel welcome and as though we matter. If we ever have friends who are in a similar situation, we will certainly recommend them.

The customer service team at Miracle-Ear did a good job but I’ve had more problems since I got these hearing aids. It’s not their fault, probably mine. I can hear stuff without the hearing aids and a lot of times, I take them out so I won’t hear all the noise in the room. I have a problem with the one on my right ear. It feels like it’s plugged up and it doesn’t do anything and I have to clean it a lot.

I got a behind-the-ear hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and it's excellent. It's very small and fits perfectly. The sales and customer service rep and technicians were excellent. Everybody is good.

I’d recommend Miracle-Ear to a friend. My other hearing aid was coming out of warranty so I just got new ones and they work well and help me hear. The first one I got goes in the ear, and the other one goes around the ear with the battery at the back. I learned the day after I got my first pair that I needed them. When I came to work, I went by the water fountain and I hadn’t been hearing that it made a lot of noise. I asked someone, “Is it always that noisy?” and they said, “Yeah, all the time.”

I was having hearing problems so I bought a Miracle-Ear hearing aid and I could hear better with it. The customer service team was good. The only gripe I have about Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids is the battery life. It doesn't last at all. But, overall, I would recommend them to my friends.

I received a notice from Miracle-Ear and since it seemed like it was the best thing for me, I decided to get my hearing aids from them instead of from other providers. With Miracle-Ear I hear much much better and I'm even surprised at all the things I wasn't hearing before. Every time I had a question about the hearing aid, I just called and their customer service reps cleared it up completely. They are wonderful people to be associated with.

I can hear better with Miracle Ear hearing aids. I don't have to ask people to repeat as much. Also, I have a very positive experience with their sales representative. I'm still getting used to my hearing aids though.

I can hear better and I'm very pleased with the hearing aids I have. The Miracle-Ear people have been very attentive in having me back accordingly and checking to see that things are going well. They were thorough and explained things well. They were able to discuss any problem I had and do adjustments with the hearing aids.

I learned about Miracle-Ear through my mom who was using the service. Now I am using one and it's pretty comfortable. It has greatly impacted my life, it was easier for me to listen and understand. Their sales representative was absolutely fantastic, very easy to talk to and explained what my hearing problems were. He's very attentive and concerned. He was able to meet my needs based on what I wanted, not to force anything on me, but to work around those things that he knew that I wanted. It's an excellent service.

I had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. I'm having a hard time hearing and my husband found out about them. The price is good and I like the size of the hearing aids. It's comfortable to wear. Their staff is a wonderful group. I like them. They kept asking me questions about the hearing aid and wanted to know how it's doing and if I had any problems. Everybody is concerned about my hearing. Before I even left the store, they wanted to make sure I'm comfortable with the hearing aids. I would recommend them.

I had an aunt who saw a Miracle-Ear ad in the newspaper that they had some discount. I looked into it because I was watching a TV show episode that I had watched seven years ago and I was astonished at how bad my ears had deteriorated. I couldn't even hear the dialogue well and had to have the volume turned up and even that wasn't really working. So I went to Miracle-Ear and immediately was given a demonstration. Once they did the hearing test and when I saw how dramatic it was, I was like it's the only way I could go! Else, I couldn't very well not be able to hear and it's not a safe environment. It's the way life is. I live in an apartment complex and work a third shift schedule, so even on my nights off, the hearing aid works out well that I don't have to turn the volume up on the TV and I turn the volume up in my ears. I'm very impressed with it, especially when I have an aunt who has ‘ears’ herself.

My mom has used Miracle-Ear forever. Everything’s great. They're very attentive to everything we need and are always there for us. We started out with a behind-the-ear model and it didn’t work. It kept on falling out. Now they finally put an extension on it to try and hold it in. I still cannot get adjusted to them, but it's not Miracle-Ear’s fault.

My mom chose Miracle-Ear because she travels and since they are nationwide, she could go anywhere to get her hearing aids fixed or cleaned. Their customer service and sales teams were great and knowledgeable. They called us when my mom was getting ready to travel to my sister's house and she let them know that she'd be up in that area. It has changed her life 100%. She can hear better now and she wished she has gotten them a lot earlier. It was a great experience and we are highly satisfied.

I had another kind of hearing aids but they were going to change them on me and had to buy new ones from them if I was going to get another set. I decided to go to Miracle-Ear and try them instead, and I like them better. Part of the hearing aid goes in the ear and then the battery part is on the back side of the ear. I hear a lot better. There’s a little problem that I need to have help with wherein sometimes when I talk, it is echoing in my ear. I have to work with the lady at Miracle-Ear when I go on Thursday and see if we can adjust it. Sales and customer service are very good and nice people.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aid is a mixture of both Behind the Ear and In the Ear. It seemed to do the trick and the price was reasonable enough. Their sales and customer service team have been great too. They follow-up anytime and adjust my hearing aid as needed. I’m very happy with their service. My overall experience has been very positive and it’s helping a lot.

I knew that Miracle-Ear is a good and established company. Their people have all been great, very supportive, friendly, and kind. Since having the hearing aid, it made some social activities possible which makes a big difference. Mine has the Bluetooth connectivity and I can use it with the television. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone. It's a very positive experience.

I can hear more background sounds now that I have a Miracle-Ear. I went for the one that goes behind the ear because I liked the features that it had and I really didn’t care for the ones that fit in the ear. I also had a good experience with their customer service team. Anytime I needed anything answered or changed, they’ve done it for me. I’m happy with the service and everything that I get from them. I have no complaints but I only wish they’re cheaper.

I was happy with what I found on my first trip to Miracle-Ear. I didn’t think I could tolerate something stuck down into my ear so I got their behind-the-ear hearing aids. Now I hear better with it. When I was in their location, their staff treated me real well and I got along fine with their sales guys. Their team would also make an appointment every six months and I go in. I've been happy and very satisfied with Miracle-Ear that's why I have recommended them.

I've always known about Miracle-Ear and they happened to be conveniently located. The sales representative was definitely great. They made my experience a very easy process. I wear my hearing aid during the work week, and I tend to go without them on the weekend.

Miracle-Ear is near the mall that I go to. I walked in to buy a hearing aid from them and I got the one that goes in the ear because I didn't want my hearing aid to be on the outside. It was great until I lost one. I am yet to go to the store to find out if they are able to replace it, but my experience with them has been fine.

Miracle-Ear is very locally convenient for me that’s why I picked them. With the hearing aids, I get the best comments on my hearing. I still have a long way to go, but I hear much better and it makes me focus a lot better than I did before. It's been very satisfying. The hearing aid goes behind my ear with the cord going in my ear, and it feels comfortable for me. The receptionist and tech person are very good. I've known the tech person for quite a while, and we get along fine. They're very professional and call me to remind me of my appointment. If there's a problem, I go right down there. If I lose the hearing aid, I have the insurance coverage. They also send me batteries every month. I'm very happy with Miracle-Ear and I will recommend them.

Please make the GeniusControl app compatible with the Microsoft [Windows] Lumina Phones. I had it on my old Android Phone. I downloaded it to my Lumina 735 and it says installed but I cannot find the app. This would be greatly appreciated by those of us that have a Windows Phone.

I’ve had to wear hearing aids for around 15 years - it’s just a part of me. I had another provider but I did not like their hearing aid that was in the ear and was unhappy with their service, so I changed over to Miracle-Ear to get the behind-the-ear aids. I've worked with a gentleman before who was working for another provider so when I found out he had opened a Miracle-Ear here in Carlsbad, I went with him. Now, I do hear better so I'm very satisfied with Miracle-Ear and the service that I get with them.

I've known Miracle-Ear over the years and they're the better hearing aid provider compared to others. I have one of their hearing aids which goes in my ear and the rest of it is outside on top of my ear. It's been a good experience and if I don't have them, I'd know about it right away. Additionally, their sales and customer service team has been really good. I've had several problems and it's all been handled to my satisfaction.

Miracle-Ear has been around for such a long time, and when I noticed that one was pretty close to my neighborhood, I decided to go there. I had been to some other places and was not happy at all. But the people at this particular Miracle-Ear location are wonderful folks. Cristina, the agent on the Chaparral and Hayden location is incredible. As a matter of fact, I’ve referred them to two other people, who also got hearing aids there.
My Miracle-Ear is a behind-the-ear hearing aid and it's changed my life completely. It seemed to be the most convenient one and its price was right. But after about a month, I had to get a different hearing aid with a larger battery because the first battery I got was smaller and after eight hours it kind of pooped out and I had to put it back in the charger. And because I don’t always go to bed at six o’clock every evening, I thought it’d be a good idea to get something bigger. I’m very happy with what I have, and I've had a fantastic experience with Miracle-Ear.

I couldn’t hear very well so I went online and looked Miracle-Ear up. They were only 5 miles away from my house so I just called them and went there after. I trusted their rep's judgement based on her experience and knowledge and got two of their behind-the-ear hearing aids. They have good service and good product, and their people are friendly and knowledgeable. They take care of their customers right away. And that all has to do with who they are and them working for a good company.

I decided to purchase my hearing aid from Miracle-Ear because of listening to their TV promotion and the proximity of Miracle-Ear to me. I was unaware of my lack of hearing until I went to see Chris at Miracle-Ear. Chris is an incredible man and he's the only one I've been dealing with ever since. Not only is Chris professional but he is personal as well. He makes me feel very, very comfortable when he goes through the routines and the testing, etc. I have a Miracle-Ear that has three choices: for normal hearing, for TV and for taking over the sound around me. It's also stereophonic. Miracle-Ear has changed my life, it's awesome.

Miracle-Ear did a good job and it’s my mom's first experience with hearing aids. We see the customer service team often because she’s always saying this one is too loud, this one is too this and that one is too that. They were very helpful, patient and nice to her. They also go to the nursing home and see her. She can’t answer all the questions that they want and they really do take their time to be there. They are very thorough with her. She would always go in so funny and say “How do you guys make any money after you do my hearing aid?” And they said, “Well, we're helping you buy another set.” So mostly she needed them and she did eventually.
She just got a new set seven months ago and they are still trying to get those tuned to be what she need, and they take good care of her. She got the style of the molded ones that’s designed in her ears. She had a bit of trouble with it because she couldn’t put it in herself because she’s an elderly now but I do it when I go up there, see her in the morning and tuck her in. After that, it’ll be okay.

I’ve got poor hearing no matter what and Miracle-Ear helped me out greatly in a lot of ways. I’ve had hearing aids before and I had little plugs pushed into my ear. I felt like there was a vacuum in there and I didn’t like them. So, Jimmy from Miracle-Ear set these and they feel great. I got the style where the speakers are on top of the ear and it’s wired over the ear and nobody can see them. Also, Jimmy does over and beyond his duty. He and his secretary were great, sensational and did a super job so I’ve told other people about them.

I was a consultant for Miracle-Ear. I have a difficult hearing problem and had a hereditary one, and Miracle-Ear has helped me hear better. I have the new, top-of-the-line behind-the-ear one, and I like it. I chose that model because I know I have a very difficult issue. So, when the new model came out, their consultant called to tell me that it was out, and she thought it might help. It’s probably been the best. Prior to that, I always wore a CIC and I like those very much. But I’ve had a little bit of a harder time because I have the problem of the pressure on my ears with wearing them for a long period of time. Additionally, their representative is wonderful even though she is quite new. The manager came and helped her since I don't just have a normal hearing loss.

My husband tried another hearing aid brand and wasn't pleased with what he got. He wanted to try something different so he tried Miracle-Ear. When I went with him at the store, everything was done well. When we called and had a problem or had to reschedule, it was done efficiently. When we had a problem with his hearing aid, Miracle-Ear replaced it. We had no problems whatsoever.
Miracle-Ear's a place where satisfaction is guaranteed. They're concerned about the customer and they do everything they can to meet the needs of the customer. The hearing aids made a big difference in my husband's life. He can hear better and it's given him more confidence being out among people. He's happy with it.

I've had Miracle-Ear for about two years now and I'm happy with them. It's been wonderful and was excellent because I can hear now. I like the features and I also have the rechargeable batteries which I think are really nice since I don't have to replace batteries all the time. My hearing aids are invisible as well. A lot of people don't even know that I wear hearing aids. In addition, the sales and the customer service team were very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

I like the lady that I worked with at Miracle-Ear. All interaction I've had with Miracle-Ear has been very good so far. They've been wonderful whenever I went to them to have my hearing aid adjusted or cleaned. It seems better since having my Miracle-Ear hearing aid. I'm very satisfied.
