Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids Reviews

I am very happy with Miracle-Ear. We went with them mostly because of what was on the paper and also because it was so handy for us. It's next door to the Randy’s Restaurant where we go a lot. I go to the one on Chaparral in Scottsdale, and Kristina, their rep, is very nice. I got the hearing aid that has the brown part that goes behind the ear. It's what Kristina recommended. I'm happy with my hearing aids. I hear much better with them on and I would recommend them.

From Seatle, my wife and I moved 80 miles south to a little town called Shelton and there were no hearing aid companies there at that time. The nearest one was located in a Sears store in Olympia, Washington which was 30 miles away. That was the handiest one and that’s how I got hooked with Miracle-Ear. There is now a Miracle-Ear store that opened in our little town, but even though I could just drive down three-quarters of a mile and deal with the technician here, I still drive 30 miles to Olympia because they’ve been so good to me. I've been pleased with the technician who has always worked with me and with the owner of the store as well.

I lost one of the hearing aids that I had and I saw in the newspaper that Miracle-Ear was having a small sale, so I went over there to check them out. Also, I wanted to try something different because the provider I had wasn't really the best. My Miracle-Ear hearing aids are very good. I can hear very well with them. The model number that I got is very nice and comfortable, and it fits behind my ear. The Miracle-Ear store I went to is a very wonderful place. The person that I had, who I call doctor, was very knowledgeable and he really ran through everything with me. They did a wonderful test on my ears. They did an excellent job overall. I've been over there numerous times where one of the hearing aids wasn't working right. They fixed it right away, right on the spot. So, I haven't had any problems at all with them.

The reps from Miracle-Ear are wonderful. They showed me all the styles and I liked the one that goes in the ear. I hear more since I got it especially when I watch TV.

It was a personal recommendation from somebody that sent me to Miracle-Ear and on I went. It's been 10 years ago since I tried somebody else and a little over five years ago, I got the first set of hearing aids with Miracle-Ear. The difference in the technology was greater at the time. So, it was an advantage to wait the period of time that I did and get something that was much more suitable for my use at the time. I can hear a lot better now. I miss less stuff and I'm sure all the people around me appreciate that I'm not saying "What?" all the time.

I had Miracle-Ear Hearing aids some years ago. Recently, I got the ones that go over in my ears and it’s super. The new ones are fantastic compared to the old ones. I also take my hearing aids up there once in a while and they check them out for me. Mike, one of their reps, is really good.

The Miracle-Ear hearing aids definitely are an improvement over the old ones that I had. But they're never perfect and there are always problems. In fact, I go back to see the guy at Miracle-Ear at least every other week for some adjustments, changes and problems we've had with them. But because I have pretty severe hearing loss and they're doing all that can be done, I don't have any complaints about it.

I can hear better with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids which loop over my ear and then go into the canal. That was the only model that was suggested to me. My interactions with their sales and customer service teams have been fabulous. Their people were wonderful, caring and thorough. Miracle-Ear is the best but it's very expensive. Other people are going to Costco where they get the devices for a quarter of the price. But I have a payment arrangement with Miracle-Ear.

I was thinking about getting a hearing aid when the mailer came. It was an ad for Miracle-Ear so the timing was just right. I went there and I usually look at a couple of different places but the guy was extremely helpful and I just trusted what he was doing so I went with them. The rep did a thorough assessment and he explained thoroughly how to use it and explained the assessment of my hearing. I like that they're always willing if I have a problem be it a cleaning problem or a battery problem, I can come in, they can fix it and the lady doesn't charge me. I got the smaller one which you don't see much. It fit me and my needs and that was suggested. It's behind the ear, very tiny and goes on top of the earlobe. It wasn't intrusive and you could use it with your smartphone.

I had gone to an audiologist and wasn’t too impressed with him. When I came home, my husband saw an ad and said that I go to Miracle-Ear. I'm very happy with them and the way they ran the test.

I went in to Miracle Ear for the check-up and found out I was practically stone-deaf. My wife read out ten words and I got one of the ten correctly. Then they made some adjustments after the test and put the headphones on me and tole me that was what I'd get with the hearing aids.. Then she read off ten different words and I got them all correct. I literally started to cry because we’ve been married 35 years and I could understand her crystal clear. I never realized how deaf I was.

We liked the people at Miracle Ear. I got the behind-your-ear style of hearing aid as per their recommendation. We went to the sales and customer service team at least twice a week in the beginning until we got the hearing aid to where it was comfortable. The service they provided was great and I can hear better now.

It was my husband that started with Miracle Ear and then that's when I started going there. They've been very courteous and the guy there has been very helpful and tries hard to get it adjusted right because I'm not that used to the hearing aids. They were very hard to adjust. I had to go in quite a bit there to have them adjusted at first because it was too loud, sort of an almost distorted and blurry sound, especially on the right ear. I also go in about every four months to clean my ear and clean if there's wax on the hearing aids and they put on a new plastic cover.

Miracle-Ear had a special in the Des Moines paper. That's what brought me in although I ended up not getting the special. I got the over the ear model because I thought I could pass it on to my kids when I die. I'm comfortable with the service and I like their rep really well. She's good with me and very knowledgeable. I haven't had my hearing aids that long but I'm satisfied with it. It helps when I wear them but it doesn't help much for me to hear on the phone. I'm happy with them.

Miracle-Ear has helped me hear better. They're a good group of people to work with and I'm satisfied.

I've been associated with people who have worn hearing aids and oftentimes I would hear horror stories from those that initially would hear just loud noise as opposed to clarity and definitive noises. I was in counseling the deaf so I know sign language and I was around lots of people with hearing aids and cochlear implants. So, I have knowledge of hearing and the things that it can and cannot do with the various devices. We were in the neighborhood and I was driving by Miracle'Ear's office in Austin and I decided to stop in. I went to another store for a time and didn’t get a very good service, so I came back to Miracle-Ear. I wanted hearing aids that met all of my needs by the separation of external noises from direct conversations, and Miracle-Ear has met these needs.

I went to three different hearing aid companies before I settled on Miracle-Ear. When I first got them, I was a professor teaching at the university and I told my students the very first day that I don’t hear that well so if they ask me a question and I'm ignoring them, they can assume I didn’t hear them and that they should wave their arm or something. Then about halfway through the semester, I said that I’m going to get my hearing checked and maybe get some hearing aids. And they applauded. They were really glad when I got these.

I met a girl that worked at Miracle-Ear and she sold me their hearing aids. It works good for me and I can now hear with them. I'm very happy with Miracle-Ear. Their service is fantastic and their people are very nice.

Three stars because our experience is not over! My folks received a card in the mail with an offer stating 'no obligation' for a hearing test and ended up buying $10,000 worth of hearing aids! And they are not happy with them! Tomorrow I will go back with them and see if Miracle-Ear will refund the money, but my folks are so upset tonight. They are 87 and should not have been talked into this purchase. This just takes advantage of the elderly. If they give a refund tomorrow (or not), I will update this review.

Miracle-Ear was handy. Their hearing aids have given me back my hearing that I didn't have because I only had it on one ear and at the time I thought it was sufficient but I needed both of them. When I went in their place, their people took the time and explained to me what’s happening.

I've blended in now and I don't have to ask, "What did you say? What was that?" Now that I have Miracle-Ear, I can hear better than I did before. Their rep looks out for me and makes sure that they ask the right questions on what I'm dealing with. Then they make the adjustments accordingly after that. I'm very thankful that their customer service worked with me. I got their hearing aids that go behind the ear because it's cheaper. Then they called and asked me if I need to come back, which I did on the first of the month. They gave me the hearing test again to find out how I stood. One ear was worse than the other, so they made adjustments on that hearing aid. We do that once a year and I've had nothing but positive experiences with Miracle-Ear.

I worked with Miracle-Ear 20 years ago as a telemarketer. I knew to talk to them about the hearing aids because my husband has had Miracle-Ear hearing aids since 1994. He has warranty on them. I did go to another provider and checked them out. I also went to the ear, nose, throat doctor and they had some available too. But when it came down to making my purchase, Fred, at Miracle Ear in Chattanooga, was very good to work with. I could come in and get adjustments or get them cleaned and I don’t have to pay $25 each time I come in and see him. Actually, we went in to get ours cleaned last week and found out Fred had left the week before. I was kinda lost there, but Barbara, a girl at Miracle Ear, took care of the cleaning and she did something else to one of my husband's. She’s very good, but Fred is very very very good.

My uncle had Miracle-Ear hearing aids and had a really good experience with them. When we decided to get it for my mom, it made things a lot easier for us. The rep who assisted us was great and I love him. I would recommend Miracle-Ear to others.

I had been using Miracle-Ear's competitor but I was dissatisfied with them. I then got the behind-the-ear hearing aid from Miracle-Ear because of the amount of hearing loss I had plus the deal that was presented at the time I purchased. My hearing is now much better. The hearing aid works well and overall, I've had a great experience with them. Their rep in Chambersburg is wonderful and she deserves a raise.

I already had some in-the-ear hearing aids before but it was only for one ear and I didn’t like it. They always had to be refitted and it just didn’t work so I hadn’t had a hearing aid for two years since my main damage is just in one ear. But, I went to this gentleman at Miracle-Ear and they had a nice program. I couldn’t believe that I could actually have them put in my ears and they worked. When I'm tested, I walk outside and the hearing aids worked and I got to wear them for 60 days without paying for them. I then went back, asked them for a deal, and I bought them.

Miracle-Ear had a promotion of a certain price so, I decided to check it out. I did compare prices and when I went to Miracle-Ear, I was very satisfied with the product so, I stuck with them. I got the one over the ear and then goes into the ear. It's small, convenient and it was easy to replace the battery. Also, their customer service staff and receptionist were great. The one that services my Miracle-Ear in Meriden every three months is super. He's very professional and I rate him a 10. Every time I go in, they take it apart, clean it out good and ask me how I'm doing and if there's something to be adjusted, they adjust it. I've had it for almost two years and it's great. I can hear better when other people talk and I usually have to turn my television way up but now, I don't have to. I would recommend this hearing aid to anyone.

The people that run Miracle-Ear office out here are excellent. Tina is as knowledgeable as anybody that they have on staff anywhere and I would put her up against anyone. When I have an issue, I just set up an appointment, go in, and she takes care of it. I ask my questions, she asks me how I'm doing and makes adjustments to the hearing aids if I need them adjusted. I would love to have the in-the-ear out of sight hearing aid, but behind-the-ear is the only one I could afford. I had to send them back in once and she's replaced the receiver in both ears at least once. Other than that, hearing is a wonderful thing and I really like my hearing aids.

I'm practically deaf in my left ear. A lady I know said her husband got the best care and attention when he went to Miracle-Ear rather than some of the other places he had gone to. The earpiece I'm using, which I got for its cost, goes behind my ear where it picks up the sound then sends it to the little piece that's stuck inside my ear. I'm comfortable going to them. I go for regular check-ups and from time to time, and if the earpiece goes on a fritz, I bring it to them and they clean it. Last week, there was a problem with the earpiece itself so they had to send it out. But hopefully, I'll be picking it up when I go there next Tuesday or Wednesday.

I was checking out different places to see and Miracle-Ear was the best. They really helped me and they were so kind and willing to work with me. Others always would be bothering me with phone calls or mass mailings, wondering what was going on. But the Miracle-Ear reps are not really bothering, just letting me know when my appointments are and if I have to reschedule, they don't charge on a schedule change. So it's been absolutely wonderful. They've been so good to me and I've talked to other people about getting them also.

The person at Miracle-Ear that takes care of me has been there 100%. She's been very kind, understanding and nice. She shows how the hearing aid works. I go back at certain times and she cleans them and gives me a free hearing test. I got the design that's in my ear. I like it. Nobody would know that this thing was in my ear and I'm not ashamed that it's there. I don't have to adjust the hearing aid because it adjusts by itself. I can go in a room with a lot of people talking, go to church and stay there for a few minutes and everything will level out. The hearing aid won't overpower me, and I could charge it fast, too.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aid makes my life better because I can hear. I couldn't do without it. And their rep has been excellent about helping me. When something goes wrong, he would get right on it and fix it.

I went into Miracle-Ear and had my hearing tested and it seems to be a way of getting better hearing. Their sales and customer service reps are good. Now, I can hear better with Miracle-Ear and I don’t say "what" so often.

I got the behind the ear hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and I like the cost of it. However, I can't wear them at work because it's too loud here for that. But when I'm at home and outside, it's tremendous. I love it. Their reps were also unbelievable. I can't explain how good and polite they were. They also answered all my questions. If I knew anyone that needed hearing aids, I would definitely recommend Miracle-Ear.

My mother needed hearing aids badly, and Miracle-Ear was the fastest way to help her. The reps were very kind to my mom and they’ll pull on every which way they think we need. They were also so helpful in working with her with the bills. She got a hearing aid with a little funnel made of plastic and she's more comfortable with that style. Now she feels much better, but sometimes she has a problem so we have to go over to Miracle-Ear and try to adjust for her hearing. I will definitely recommend them.

Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid has been wonderful. I want something invisible so I got the one that goes in my ear and the phone part is behind my ear. With this, I was able to participate and hear what others are saying. When I first went in, I was new and they explained a lot of things to me, which I really appreciated. And anytime I've had any problem with my device, I take it in and it's fixed immediately. They're working on it to solve my problem and it's wonderful. They've always been nice, polite, warm and welcoming. I really like it there. Miracle-Ear is a great company to do business with and I have been a customer for about three years now.

I purchased a Genius hearing aid for 5000.00 with a three year guarantee. It started giving me trouble after 10 months. Could not hear anyone 2 feet away, would not allow conversation from one room to the next. Technician was very helpful in trying to fix problem but to no avail. Decision was made to send unit to whoever makes Miracle aid (starkey- I think). It is now three weeks since mailing and still no response. I have worn hearing aids for 40 years and this is the first bad experience of a new aid.

I had surgery on my ear about three times and it got worst each time. So when my friend, who was really pleased with Miracle-Ear, told me about it, I decided to there too. I was pleased with the way they treated me. They fitted a hearing aid in the ear that I had surgery in, but it was a big bulky one. And when I upgraded, Sheryl, the rep, suggested that I get one for the other ea, too. So I got another one and I couldn't believe the difference. It was just wonderful. She wanted me to come back in a week to check it out and see how it was doing, but I couldn't wait the week. I went back that day and told her how much better it was.

Miracle-Ear is the first store I went to and I like the results. I couldn’t hear before but now I can. The hearing aid has helped me with conversations with other folks, watching TV, and listening to lectures. The customer service team is very good and they've taken good care of me. Every time I needed new batteries or have a “little plastic thing” cleared out from the ear wax, they would do it. The whole experience is excellent.

I have a problem with hearing so I thought I'd go to Miracle-Ear. And they had a good deal in the paper at the time but I ended up getting something that cost me a little bit more. The rep there told me what I needed and said, "You’re better off with this product here." And then I took it. I got the one that goes behind the ear and the other part is in the ear. I can hardly notice it and it has a button where I could hear a tone. It says if you're in a noisy place you put it in this setting. Now, I know I can hear a little better if I got the hearing aids up. However, I don't wear them all the time. But the product seems to be okay and the service is good, too. Their staff are great and the doctors are very courteous and they care when I go there. They clean the hearing aids and help to change the battery if I need it. I also don't have a problem making appointments or changing appointments if I can't keep them.

I've worked for the railroad in a shock environment since '73 and had a lot of hearing loss. After looking at information, I decided to go in and check with Miracle-Ear. They've impacted my life in a very good way. When I put the hearing aids in and walk outside, I go “what's that noise?” and stop for a moment and think those are birds chirping. I haven't heard in a while. I didn't even realize I haven't been hearing that before. When family members talk, I'm not constantly saying "what did you say?" or misinterpreting like when they say something like “get your hat” and I thought they said to get the bat. It's been an improvement.

Miracle-Ear has been around a very long time. I saw their store located at Plaza 4 and dropped by. The behind the ear hearing aid I got from them has helped me a great deal. I'm so proud to have them. Nothing is going to give me back what nature gave me, but I can at least hear most of what people say to me now. The store that I go to on North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia is just wonderful. I feel like I'm part of the family.

We went to Miracle-Ear to get a feel of what I needed, then we decided to go with them rather than go looking around with others. I am very pleased with the results. I don't think my hearing was that bad but the machine says otherwise. And it’s much pleasant around here now with me being able to hear and not saying "What?" all the time. My reps Nick and Nicole have been wonderful during the course of the year. When one of them was not working, I cleaned it and what not, it still wouldn't work, so I had to go over there. Nicole took it apart and vacuumed it and fixed it right then and there. That has been the case through the year. In other situations where I couldn't hear out of it, they were very helpful and it's delightful that they take care of me that well.

With my Miracle-Ear hearing aids, my life has improved big time. I've been well satisfied with them. I like the way they cost so I went with them. Their customer service was great. Any problems I got, I can get right in and the rep that handles me is really good. My experience has been great.

My mother is used to reading lips and didn’t realize that until we went through the process of getting the hearing aid. She realized that she was relying more on that and that she wasn’t able to hear that well. So she wears the Miracle-Ear hearing aids everyday and she’s very happy with them. We appreciate the follow up where they clean and service them. My husband has hearing aids and he’s gone through another place and once he left that they don’t follow up anymore and Miracle-Ear does with my mom. Also, the reps have been very nice. If it's snowing out and we weren't able to make it on time, they're very accommodating of rescheduling when it's convenient for us and we don’t have to wait. We get right in and they always call and remind us of our appointment.

I tried other hearing aids from other competitors, but didn't like what they did so I looked in the telephone directory and went by Miracle-Ear. I like the way they tested me and tried to fix my hearing. But my hearing's so bad I don't think they're gonna be able to get it to where I can hear. In fact I just sent back my hearing aids today. I have a problem when there's a lot of people talking. When my wife, son and I were in the restaurant, it was hard to hear what people were saying at the table. I know I have the ability to turn some of the sounds off but it's hard.

Miracle-Ear in Modesto Stockton Tracy. Could not hear correctly with piece. They were suppose to send ear mold and it took 10 months. Was promised a rebate never given. Wrote to company and was promised an upgrade. No response from company. I paid 8000 and it is not working correctly.

I like the professionalism that I received from Miracle-Ear. The hearing aid that is behind the ear fits me better than any of the others did, to my facial features and hairline so I got that model. You can't tell I got them in and I can also hear better. The sales rep was a caring person and she wasn't pushy with trying to sell me a product. She made sure that it was what I could afford and what I wanted. Then, the customer service teams are always pleasing. I've had mine over a year and they've never tried to get me to upgrade because I could hear the test and I know there's new and advanced hearing aid to come about. All in all, they have great service, reliable and punctual in their appointments. I highly recommend them.

I've been using Miracle-Ear for years and it's been very good to have. It's been better than any of the other ones that I had. This is the second pair I've had from them, and this behind the ear style works better than my first pair. My hearing is pretty bad and the ear canal in one of my ears goes up. So the lady at Miracle-Ear Quakertown, Pennsylvania fussed through this for a while, trying to get the hearing aid in there and stayed in. The customer service teams here are very nice the first time I went there. In fact, they're going to set up an appointment for a hearing test to adjust one hearing aid to make it a little better for me.

I got Meniere's and I've been having hearing loss. At first, I went to RadioShack and got an amplifier. After about a year, that died. Somebody told us of Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids. So, I set up an appointment with them and went in. I felt like there was no pressure. Their rep didn't try to sell me two hearing aids. He only sold me what I really needed. He put me in the sound booth, and he went through the tests and said that I just need one hearing aid in my bad ear. He went through it and put the hearing aid in and did the amplification. I always thought I needed a hearing aid for my left ear, which is my good ear, but I actually needed it for the right ear.

The Miracle-Ear sales reps were great. I was green at this and didn't know what to expect. It was the first time I'd ever had hearing aids, and they were very nice, helpful and got me the right ones. I wear short hair and I didn't want it to show so I got the over the ear with a tube that goes in. The hearing aid is perfect as far as the hearing itself. There's background noise that is still bad but that's few in all. It's a different store now than what I was with because there's not one in Jeff City anymore and I wish there was one. So I have to drive to Columbia and that's the only thing I don't like.

I knew that I had a hearing problem when I retired and having a hearing aid was the first thing I was going to get. I was in Minnesota and moved to Arizona, and I wanted a product that could be serviced anywhere I would be. I chose Miracle-Ear because they had a familiar sign to me and I was so blessed to find the right place to go. It has been five years ago and buying Miracle-Ear was the best thing I ever did. I had the behind the ear model because I trusted Matt that this would be the right thing for me and I think it was the right decision. Matt and the Miracle-Ear team was great and when he went to practice in his own facility now, I moved along with him because I trust him and he served me so well.

The Miracle-Ear reps have been really good with me. I have gone over several times to have them check my hearing aid to make sure it was all right. They've done what I asked them to do and explained what the problems could be. So, I'm satisfied with the way they've treated me. Also, the hearing aid is doing what it's supposed to do.

My experience with Miracle-Ear has always been outstanding. I can hear now and I've been in great shape ever since I bought a couple of hearing aids from them. Luckily, I'm a veteran and eventually I got into the system. I have hearing aids from the VA but Miracle-Ear takes care of me as far as the cleaning and fitting. They've done this for quite a while and they never charge me. Their people are very courteous and helpful. The hearing aids I have now are modeled after Miracle-Ear. They sit on the edge of the ear going to the ear canal and it works well. VA doesn't give me those rechargeable batteries but I buy some from Miracle-Ear every other year. All in all, I've always been happy with them. Most of my older friends are also hard of hearing and a couple of them went to Miracle-Ear and through the years, it worked out well for them too.

One day, my daughter and I were going to the post office in Temple and we had to go across the bridge to cross this railroad track. There was a train going on to us and I didn't say anything. She says, "Mom, didn't you hear the train going and the whistle blow?" I looked at her and said I didn't, and that scared the living daylights out of me. I never realized that my hearing was as bad as it was and it really surprised me, but now I can hear better with my hearing aid from Miracle-Ear. After we went there for my hearing test, I got the one that goes over and into the ear. I love it because it is silver and it blends in perfectly with my earrings. It's very comfortable, too. You never know they're on. Plus it was very easy to take care of and it's also easy to put on and take off.

I got a Miracle-Ear that fits around the ear and I like the little part that goes into my ear. They are 200% better than what I had. They're clearer and a lot easier to use. Also, I love their customer service teams. Anytime I call, they'll answer the questions I have. Anytime I stop by, they'll clean my hearing aids for me. They are really nice people.

My wife got her Miracle-Ear hearing aids first before I did. The rep that I dealt with was very professional. It's a good thing I have someone come and clean the hearing aids and encourage me to plug my ears and remember not to sleep with them or shower with them. It took me a long time to get adjusted as it made my ears itch. Also, the batteries need changing and do the beep-beep, the wind blows in it and it'd whistle. It was a new and different experience. I had to wear them for about a year before I got accustomed. My hearing is not getting better but Miracle-Ear helped me in preserving the hearing that I have.

I currently have the newest Behind-the-Ear style from Miracle-Ear. There was a lot of difference after I started to use it. This is the third pair I've gotten from them and I've been very satisfied. The customer service at all their places in both Washington and Arizona has been great. I recommend them and now my son also goes to Miracle-Ear.

The person from Miracle-Ear who I deal with in the Danbury office is highly professional and has always been very accommodating. They have also always been very responsive. I got the behind my ear hearing aids and it's made a great difference in my life. It's been a wonderful experience, that's why I have recommended them to a friend.

I was missing a lot, but Miracle-Ear Hearing aids gave me my life back. I was very pleased with their sales and customer service team. They're wonderful and they provided great service. I have nothing but praise for Miracle-Ear.

I went with Miracle-Ear's Behind-the-Ear model upon the Doctor's recommendation. But at first, there was another brand that I looked up on the internet and it sounded decent, and after I looked at it for a while, it didn't appear as good as the Miracle-Ear is. Every time I went to Miracle-Ear, right from the beginning, they treated me well and answered all my questions. There were no problems and they were very professional.

I went to an ear specialist and they told me that I needed hearing aids. So I called my dad and asked him to go with me to pick some out. He highly recommended Miracle-Ear's product and their rep, Ken, and so we made the appointment and went there. He has worn hearing aids for around 30 years and has done several things, and Miracle-Ear has been far most the best choice for him and also for me. Some people at church got their hearing aids at Costco. They did save lots of money but still can't hear anything. On the other hand, my experience with Miracle-Ear has been excellent. If and when the time comes for me to replace or upgrade my hearing aids, I will go back and deal with Ken again.

I had a different hearing aid company before and they didn't fit me good so I tried Miracle-Ear. I got the behind-the-ear type as it worked the best. Their rep was very nice and our experience has been good.

I was having hearing problems and the problem wasn't the volume more than the clarity. For example, when someone is speaking and says the word "boy," it may sound like "toy" to me. The ear pieces that I received from Miracle-Ear allows me to be able to hear clearly. It sounds like what the people are really saying which was important. Even the volume is great and Miracle-Ear worked really well for me. I wear two of the earpieces and I've had mine for more than three years.

I had a problem hearing so I went to Miracle-Ear and they were nice and informative. I had three representatives but they were all good. I book my appointments when needed, and when I have to go there and I don't have an appointment, I have to wait for a while but I'm usually seen. If I could afford the small one that I could put with my phone, I would have gotten that. But my in-ear model is very comfortable, it works fine for me, and I'm satisfied with it. Without it, I wouldn't be able to hear clearly. I have recommended Miracle-Ear.

I'm very, very satisfied with my Miracle-Ear hearing aid. Leslie in the Dallas office was very helpful. She raised the higher part of the spectrum for me the last time and I'm right about the best point possible. The hearing is as good as it's going to get. Any higher and I'd hear a lot of background noise that I don't need. I have a good experience every time I've been there.

I got a Miracle-Ear hearing aid years back at Sears. I had it for 13 years and it finally died on me. Then I found out that they were no longer at Sears and moved to Salida so I went over there. When I walked in, I felt like I've known them for years. They went way and above the call of duty and were so wonderful. Losing my hearing is a dramatic thing to go through and they made me feel so good about getting the hearing aids because I had to get two. Coleen, who is the audiologist there, is an unbelievable and great woman. I hear everything now and it's incredible. People before would be repeating words when they talk to me but now, I could be a distance from them and hear them. Also, because of Miracle-Ear, I'm learning ASL now so I've been going to groups and I have an interpreter that works with me. The hearing aids has brought out so much to me and I thank them so much for it.

My mother and other family members have tried other brands but they liked Miracle-Ear the best. I've had my hearing aids since 2008. I have no normal hearing left but I'm not so impaired that I need my whole canal blocked. I'm a chaplain and I wouldn't be able to hear what people are saying without it. In January, I went to Miracle-Ear with my mother to get our service done at one time, but there was some kind of family emergency with the audiologist. So the new audiologist who just got certified made some adjustments for me and it was horrendous. So I came back and forth in the office that day. I got there at nine and it was 1:30 or so before we were done because she didn't know what she was doing. It wasn't working so she had to make calls to get help. I'd explain what was going on with it and they weren't communicating with each other. It squealed every few seconds and she couldn't really get them fixed.

Miracle-Ear offered a free hearing aid test. They weren't pushy but there the guy, who I guess was the leader of that crew, kept on pushing me and he said to me "I'll give them to you for $5000 instead of $5800." And I'm saying to myself, "Holy crap." I didn't think my ears were that bad but when the doctor told me that I lost all my hearing, I was a little taken back by it because I could not tell the difference. They claim that I needed the hearing aids, but I didn't feel as though I did. It cost me over $5000 and I spent what I didn't want to spend. They tell me it's almost $6000 good group of hearing aids and I said, "Okay, I believe you."

I tried Miracle-Ear's Behind-the-Ear first then went with the Receiver-in-the-Canal and liked them better. They've been beneficial and they make me hear better. Their customer service team is really good to take care of stuff. One of their reps checks and cleans my hearing aids for me every once in a while. I would recommend them.

My husband wanted hearing aids first and Miracle-Ear is where we went because that’s where he wanted to go. We had great interaction with their customer service. We like the size of the behind-the-ear model and it was the newest thing when I got them. It's not that I don't like them but I’m home most of the time alone and don’t wear them. I've even pulled them out of my ear at a mall and flipped them across the floor. So if I’m going to be in a congested area, I don’t wear them. But I plan to. All in all, we are satisfied with our experience so far.

Two years ago, we went over Miracle-Ear and had my hearing checked. I got my first hearing aid there and their customer service reps have been very good and were able to answer all of my questions. They always take care of my earpieces whenever I go in for an appointment.

I got the one that goes over the ear. I was told that was better than the ones that fit in the ear. I spend six months down in Surprise and six months up in Show Low, and I go to see to each one of their representatives once while I’m in there. Debbie, the one in Surprise, does very good. Also, I’m very happy with Charles up in Show Low. They both do an excellent job. If I have a problem, they fix it.

My wife had Miracle-Ear before I did. I got the behind the ear and I love the product. Our counselor is excellent too. I'm very pleased with them.

My hearing wasn't really bad but in certain occasion my wife told me that maybe I need to check my hearing. And by chance, I received a letter from Miracle-Ear and I said, "Let me go and check." They found out that I have some hearing problem. Initially, I met the senior person that work with Miracle-Ear and he was knowledgeable about hearing and we discussed it in length. It looks like there's a lot of staff changing there but all of them are friendly. I don't know everything about hearing aids in general. They never gave me alternatives in terms of style but only showed me one kind. I use it and I am satisfied. I hope I will continue to be satisfied.

I got a behind the ear hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and it's okay. I sometimes hear a lot better. They're doing a good job.

In the 80's I had TMJ really bad and I knew I had a hearing loss. But when I had it checked that time they said, it's not really bad enough for a hearing aid but it's from my TMJ. It progressed and I had a really profound hearing loss in my left ear and a mild one in my right ear. I read about Miracle-Ear in the paper, so I called them and made an appointment.

I've had my Miracle-Ear hearing aids for a few years and I wear them because I have some deficit in hearing. But I don't particularly like them because some noises are too loud and screech in my ear, and this bothers me more than not having them in. The style I went with had a little tube that fit into the ear and there's the thing over the back of the ear. By and large, it's been fine with Miracle-Ear. The gentleman that worked with me was very good, nice, and easy to talk with, and he understood things. But right now he's retired, and there's another gentleman that has taken his place who is very nice as well.

My mother-in-law got a coupon from Miracle-Ear in the mail and she went and got her hearing aids and I went and got mine next. They recommended the behind the ear and I didn't have a problem with it. I can watch TV now. The people that I work with are great. Have no complaints at all. I have recommended them.

My husband's almost deaf and he's had hearing aids before. But a few years ago, we went back to Miracle-Ear and got more powerful ones. Even though they are so expensive, the most important thing is that he hears me now.

I've had very good interactions with Miracle-Ears' customer service reps. My hearing aid works fine and I'd recommend it.

I'm retired and I knew that I was losing hearing, so I stopped in at Miracle-Ear. Now I hear my wife a lot better and that's a big deal. And I play in a band and now I can hear what the director wants to play next instead of going, "Huh?" I have a program in there for just hearing what's in front of me. It cuts down the noise behind me. I have, of course, the adjustment for how loud I want to hear it. So it works really well, I like it. Also, I got the rechargeable batteries, so I don't have to put in batteries all the time. Last time I was in, they have a new service rep and she's just dynamite. She's really nice. I recommend Miracle-Ear to anybody.

Miracle-Ear's people are super. I just go in every couple of weeks and have my hearing aids cleaned out. They've been good with scheduling and rescheduling as well as checking up when the batteries were going down. Their rep carries on the conversations and diagnoses how it's going. Recently, on the telephone if I don't have my hearing aid positioned just right, I have to ask people to speak it up. But everything's been great. I had gone to another company for years and my insurance changed, so that's what brought me the Miracle-Ear and the device works well. It's been a real big help, especially in restaurants and when we go to the theater occasionally. The button is right there where the ear piece fits my ear, and if I don't position it, it goes from the normal to the distance which is a big change.

I originally was with another hearing aid provider. I inadvertently destroyed one of them because I had set it on my TV stand while I was eating walnuts and grabbed that instead and bit into it. It was gonna cost a bit to fix it. I really wasn't happy with the inserts that I had on that. So, I went with Miracle-Ear. The other kind that I had was an insert that fit the ear canal and set into the ear. It wasn't comfortable. So, I thought I'd try the one that goes behind-the-ear. I'm not totally deaf. I can hear a lot of things but in noisy environments, I don't pick things up too well. It helped. I can hear my wife now even when she's whispering. Everything has been pretty good. Miracle-Ear have been very supportive, very helpful. They've been there when I had a problem. And they tried to accommodate me when I need to see them without an appointment. I'm very satisfied.

I had a set of hearing aids but my wife had been talking about Miracle-Ear, and they offer free testing so we went there. We started in Cedar Rapids but they opened an office in North Liberty which is about half the distance otherwise. So, we moved there and we like the staff there as well as we did in Cedar Rapids. To some degree, my Miracle-Ear hearing aids increased my productivity. I’m thankful that my hearing is not completely gone but it’s very easy to miss things. If people were soft-spoken, I either had to be very close to them to pick up most of what they’re saying or ask them to repeat it. The hearing aids eliminated a fair amount of that. In a crowd, not everything is crystal clear but it’s better. My wife and I have upgraded to what we understand is their top of the line hearing aids. As far as we’re concerned, they’re very outstanding pieces of equipment.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids are okay but I have some complaints at times. They just stop working and I play around with it to activate it again. I talked to the technician about that but they denied it. But the technicians are generally very accommodating. They're very attentive and take care of me. They want to make sure my hearing aids are clean and work right. They try to answer my questions. I had a little problem with it a year ago and when I went down to the Miracle-Ear center, they were very helpful. Their rep tried to sell me a new set of hearing aids and they always do that but I didn't need to pay another five grand.

Miracle-Ear was a convenient location for me. I have not worn hearing aids before, so I started with behind-the-ear and it made me hear much better. I'm also very pleased with their customer service. I've had to go in and have them clean my hearing aids and they fixed a couple of things. I'm going back in a couple of weeks for a little checkup. They were very helpful, very friendly, cooperative, easy to work with. They're also very accommodating to get me in on a short notice basis with the issue I had. And I feel real comfortable when I go in there to talk to them. And if I have any questions, I don't hesitate to call. I'm very satisfied and I would recommend Miracle-Ear product to anybody. I'd also recommend Anthony and Daniel who work there.

I've been using my Miracle-Ear hearing aids for twenty years. It's been good and I hear people. Sometimes I have trouble understanding some people talking, but sometimes, everybody has trouble hearing and understanding some people and their dialect or location. Other than that, I have no complaints. The service has been great.

My husband who was ill and dying knew I had a hearing problem and insisted I see Miracle-Ear in case something happened to him. That was my first experience with Miracle-Ear and over 12 years of using their hearing aids, I've had three different sets which were very helpful. Although I have to go all the way to Coeur d'Alene and I was in Bonners Ferry, I managed to go and get checked at least once or twice a year. Their team members are good representatives of the company. Miracle-Ear is the best and I definitely would recommend them.

I hear things a little bit better with Miracle-Ear. I went in and talked to them and got the behind the ear style with the tube in the ear canal. They suggested that one and it felt comfortable. The customer service team ran a couple of tests and showed me where my hearing was. It was a very gratifying experience. I found out I didn’t hear as well as I thought I did.

I took the test at Miracle-Ear and bought their in-the-canal hearing aids. I would recommend them.

I read about Miracle-Ear in the paper, and seen the ads quite a few times and I was kind of impressed. So I called and made an appointment. I was very impressed with the lady that I had. My son was with me that day, so we just went ahead and got them that day. The procedure was very simple. I've been going to the same lady all the time and got to know her really well. It's been a very nice relationship. The hearing aids that I have goes in my ear and then it goes up behind my ear and the little things goes up behind my ear. They have a little watch you put them in and it charges when you're not using them. It's been great. Its been over a year and I'm getting worried that the batteries are gone down, but I don't notice it yet. And she told me that I would know it because there will be a little signal that would tell me the batteries are low. Overall, I love Miracle-Ear.

I haven't liked the Miracle-Ear devices from the beginning because I wear glasses. They may have bettered my hearing for a while, but all the time when I take my glasses off the hearing aids fall at the back of my ears. When I originally went to them, they told me I can't hear in my left ear. One of the fellas at Miracle-Ear had the devices in my left ear and had it working good for me. That fella has died. I went back, another fella changed the hearing aids around, and I can't hear anything. That recent fella learned that they overpowered the devices, but I feel I don't have enough power now. I used to take the hearing aids out at night and I automatically could tell a big difference, but now I couldn't.

I've been using my Miracle-Ear hearing aid for at least a year now. Everything works well however, I have one problem. My hearing in the high frequency is not really good because I was working in the steel industry but it’s a part of the system. I still hear pretty good except in noisy environments, like in a restaurant. I still have the same problem that I had before that sometimes I cannot understand the person who is sitting maybe three feet away from me.

My sister in Arizona has a Miracle-Ear set. With the in-the-ear model, the range for hearing went from not just the front but the back and the sides. Their customer service team was very knowledgeable, too.

I've had my Miracle-Ear hearing aids for about four years. The sales rep was okay but the hearing aids are not the best quality.

My hearing was diminishing. One ear is way gone that I wouldn't understand anything. However, we have a problem in the state where if you have hearing loss due to your job, they send you to a state recognized place to get your hearing aids and you get what they decide to give you. I defied that to find someone who is really happy with their hearing aids. I originally went to an independent outfit and this company brought some girl in, and they played with in-the-ear aids a couple of times. Miracle-Ear came up with this behind-the-ear model and people I talked to who've had them said it's the only way to go. With Miracle-Ear, my hearing is now coming back. It's worth keeping. Also, their staff has always been good with their in-depth counseling. They are pleasant to deal with and always there to answer questions.

I hear better with the hearing aids. When I take them off, I can tell the difference. My husband goes in with me when I go to the store and one time when a salesman asked me about the hearing aid, I told the salesman I have it so that I can turn down the TV volume to walk in the house because I can't stand the TV. The salesman looked at my husband and said, "So somebody else has a hearing problem." My husband said he can't afford the hearing aids and Miracle-Ear made him a deal enough where he couldn't refuse. My husband now has hearing aids in both ears. So we're happy.

I liked the lifetime warranty and the one on one care I get. The price wasn't bad too. I love Miracle-Ear's customer service. I call if I have a problem and they take care of me. They're great and I'd go to them if I need hearing aids again. I can hear a lot better now.

I have always been using Miracle-Ear. Customer service seems to know what she's talking about and is very knowledgeable with what she does. It's extremely comforting. It was not a case of "let me check on this or let me check on that." Miracle-Ear takes care of my problems.

I had a different set of hearing aids before but it didn’t work out. It was exorbitantly expensive but performed very poorly so it was a bad experience. I had waited a little bit then saw Miracle-Ear and gave it a shot. And so far, it’s been working out pretty good. The previous company also told me that my hearing in my left ear was gone but I found out that I still have partial hearing in that ear. They put me in a booth there at Miracle-Ear and made me hear with both ears so it was a very revealing incidence.

I have the hearing aid that goes in the ear because I don't like the one that goes over. The Miracle-Ear hearing aids are really good. I buy the battery package and they last quite a while. Their staff helps us a lot. They check our ears and our hearing aids.

They do more advertising and I heard more about them than I did anybody else. I've had my Miracle-Ear hearing aids going on three years now and everything’s working great. With the Miracle-Ear, I can hear better. I had no problems with their sales team and I’m very satisfied.

I have been a customer of ME for over 12 years. I have had several aids as my hearing has gotten worse. The newest set was in Dec. 2016. It was the most powerful that they made - behind the ear. The cost was well over $4000. When they work they do a great job. The problem is that one or both have been in "their shop" over 15% of the time that I had them. I find that the quality of the product from them has deteriorated significantly. This is to the point that I cannot suggest to anyone, even an enemy, that they use Miracle-Ear. They keep sending me a different aid but it does not last long. For the cost they are far below expectations. Anyone reading this should give careful consideration before purchasing their product. This truly pains me to say this as I used to be proud of my hearing aids.

Miracle-Ear was next to my daughter's office so we went down and talk to the people there and they've been very nice. They explained everything to me and gave me the exam. I never thought I'd like them but when I can't hear, I got to put up with it. I got the big one that fits all the way inside. I have a bad right hand and I can't feel to put it in, so I have to use my left hand to put in the right ear. Now, I can hear everything and I'm happy with them. I go back every four months, and they check it and talk to me. They've been great and helpful.

My grandmother back in the 60's had Miracle Hearing Aid. They’re something different back then but I've never heard anything that wasn't good about them over the years, so I decided I'd try them first. I like the person where I bought my hearing aids very much. She does a nice job. With my hearing aid I can hear a lot better than I could before. I work from a desk down at Wilson Hospital and I can hear people much clearer. The only thing is that I have some wax build up and putting the hearing aid in possibly makes it plug up quicker. Right now I can't hear anything out of that ear even when my hearing aid is in, and if I could get that one ear unplugged it'd be better. Overall I have recommended Miracle-Ear to a couple of people and they've both gotten them.

I've had three sets of Miracle-Ear hearing aids in 15 years. I'm satisfied and pleased with them. The sales reps and I have had very fine interactions.

I had a different brand of hearing aids before but the place where I got them went out of business. So I went to Miracle-Ear and got the hearing aids which go behind the ear. I chose it because you can't really see it. As for their customer service, they are really good. They're very friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall, I'd recommend them.

Miracle-Ear had a little kiosk at Walmart and after I got started they went ahead and got themselves a regular office. Their office is about a mile or two closer to my house so that worked out great. A lot of times I just walk in off the street and they wait until the next person is out and they take me in and take care of me, so I'm 100% satisfied. They do a great job. I got the hearing aid that goes in the canal since the more power I need the bigger the hearing aid. If I need a lot of power I have to have the hearing aid behind the ear with a big battery and big mother board, and I'm at a stage where I could wear it in the ear. I can hear better with it, but all hearing aids amplify noise and sometimes I don't do that well with conversations. I'm 88 years old and some restaurants play funky music way too loud and I can't hear the people across the table. Miracle-Ear could do better with the human voice but my hearing is a lot better than without them.

First time I bought hearing aids was with Miracle-Ear. They contracted to do the job and did it very professionally. I’ve got hearing aids that work well and I love it when people do their job.

I went to Miracle-Ear at Riverdale, Utah because I received a mail offer for a FREE hearing test, evaluation and 30 day trial. I ordered hearing aids but a week later I decided I couldn't afford them. I talked to the manager, Todd **, and told him I wanted to cancel the order. He said I owe him $568.50 for professional fees. The hearing aids were never programmed or fitted to me. I never had them. What professional fees could I possibly owe him?

I had a wonderful experience with Miracle-Ear. They're right here in Willow Grove which is very convenient. I can't get around too much by myself, and they constantly check up and have me come in and check out my hearing aids. They've been very nice and accommodating and I can't hear at all without my hearing aids.

Miracle-Ear has been okay. However, it is very distressing that they keep mailing indications that they can upgrade my hearing aids without telling me specifically what they're talking about. It's very frustrating because I don't know what is new and what isn't. It's not fair to a customer to keep telling them that they're out of date. My hearing aids are only a couple of years old and it doesn't seem that it's been improved on in two years. I can't wait until my next appointment to ask the audiologist what his opinion is. The last time I did that he said there's no difference. But I don't know if that's still true or not because that was several years ago. But other than that, I'm satisfied with Miracle-Ear and I would recommend them.

We're very pleased with our experience with the Miracle-Ear ear specialist and his assistant. My mother had previously gotten hearing aids from one of Miracle-Ear's competitors but she had a really unpleasant experience with them. She paid much more money and she had problems from the onset particularly because they were very small hearing aids that fits into the cavity of the ear. The batteries didn't last long which was the first issue. Then she had multiple problems and there was a difficulty with getting the problems resolved from the other company which is not the case with Miracle-Ear.

I tried Avada but it didn't seem to work so I tried Miracle-Ear. I got the one that goes around my ear and sticks in. It's got a hole in it so I won't get an ear infection because air gets in. However, Miracle-Ear has not affected my life as much as I wanted it to. It's hard for me to hear in crowds because the hearing aid is like a loud speaker. It enhances everything. So it's hard if I talk to somebody in front of me. I have to read their lips a lot of times and I don't hear my wife a lot here at home. It's helpful a little but not really great. My hearing is so bad. I've worked in a metal stamping department and loud noises and the hearing aids won't gonna help my hearing.

I heard that Miracle Ear was a very good unit and that we had one locally where we live. So, I went to get a hearing test to see how that works and see what they thought. I got a hearing aid form them that goes into the hear, and the pick up piece is behind the ear since it was less intrusive. So far, it has improved my hearing considerably. Their rep was usually very cooperative. He checks everything out and goes a little above and beyond what's normally expected. However, one of my biggest problems is the cost and the fact that they want me to renew at an outrageous price. A few years down the road they think that I should upgrade because of technology, but another $6,000 is nuts. Nevertheless, they did excellent follow up and service. I've already recommended people to them and had some buy from them too.

The Miracle-Ear sales rep was great and I’m real happy with the service. I’ve been back a couple of times and they’ve readjusted my hearing aids for me. They're the best and I recommend them to anybody that needs it.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids have made my life a lot more clear. I've had three different sets and each one has been bigger and better. One of them had a little accident when my dog ate it so I had some new ones then. Right now I have the model that goes behind the ear with just the little plastic thing inside the ear, then a piece that is supporting that goes inside and goes around in the ear. The first ones I got were completely inside the ear but I like these better. They seem to stay in the right place. However, I have to always remember to take them out before going into a pool. One time I forgot to take them out before going in and they didn't do too well in the pool. The reps I dealt with have been very easy to talk to, answered questions for me and were very good. I had the best experience wiith Miracle-Ear. I'm glad that I went there in the beginning and I never thought about going anywhere else.

My father has been using Miracle-Ear hearing aids for a long time. I’m his caregiver. I started taking care of him seven years ago and he already had Miracle-Ear then. He never complained about them, he said they work well so we’ve been going back. In fact, he already got his second pair. The Miracle-Ear store we go to has a young lady plus a gentleman and his colleague who runs the office. The young lady has been excellent. She always calls me and gives me very good appointments and reminders. Ian, the gentleman who has just recently left, was also excellent. There’s another young lady now who is very good, too.

I've had hearing aids from Miracle-Ear for years. They were very patient and I enjoyed visiting with them. They recommended the model that goes in the ear and comes out over the ear and that's what I have now. They're good, however, they're a little bit expensive, especially for somebody living on a fixed income.

I live at Smith Crossing and a Miracle-Ear rep came one day to do testing. I don't have a great hearing loss but I know that it's good to try to take care of it when you can before it gets real bad. So far, I've been very pleased with my hearing aids and one thing that I liked about my particular model is that I have a special setting on it for my tinnitus. It also has rechargeable batteries which are really nice. I plug it in at night and they last about 12 hours which is usually enough to get through a day. The hearing aids are very good with the telephone, too. Also, there's a new gal that comes to the Smith Crossing and she said they'll place a little protectors wax on the hearing aids that help to hold them in place. So whenever I need that she'll check it.

I'm satisfied with them. I’m reasonably happy with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids.

I was a travel nurse and I was doing an assignment down south and a friend recommended Miracle-Ear to me. The office was near where I lived and everything was convenient. Now that I have my hearing aid, I can hear and I can adjust it to different places that I’m in and it’s just wonderful. I already recommended it to a friend.

Other people that have dealt with Miracle-Ear and had a good experience with them in the past gave me some referral. The reps were very friendly and efficient. They've always been very polite, nice and I don't have to wait long when I go to their store. I'm in and out pretty quick. Sometimes I still have a little problem understanding people. I also have problems with certain pitchiness and more on the telephone. But generally, the hearing aids have done really well and I can hear a lot better. I have the one behind my ear with a little wire that goes into the ear. I like the fact that it doesn't show and my hair will hide it. I can also use the charger with it better. It's been an excellent experience and I'm very satisfied.

Miracle-Ear is definitely a good product. Their staff also treated me well and they service and clean the hearing aids like they’re supposed to and I have no trouble with them. But one thing about hearing aids is I can hear pretty good but I cannot tell what direction the sound’s coming from. Other than that, I would recommend them to somebody else.

My brother-in-law had in-the-ear hearing aids and he had some issues with that. He didn’t think they were all that great so I got the one that goes behind the ear. My audiologist also figured it's the style that'd be good for me. I'm on my second set now of hearing aids with Miracle-Ear. I started using them after I retired from work and I wear them all the time. I’m happy with what I have and I’m sure I’ll stick with it. I’m satisfied too with the way they work at Miracle-Ear. They do an excellent job and I'm impressed with them. There was a time the hearing aids were getting a little bit weak. One of the guys at Miracle-Ear cleaned the filters and stuff out of them, and they sound much better.

My mother was so happy with her Miracle-Ear hearing aids that I also got mine from the same provider. She has the expensive one that has more adjusting while I have the middle-class one which I’m also very happy with. It fits in my ear. It’s got the volume from one to four and then it’s got the three different settings. And I can control them for the noise around me. Moreover, the gentleman in Miracle-Ear in Twin Falls, Idaho is so friendly and thorough. He cleans my ears and pays very close attention. I’ve cleaned my hearing aids and he puts some tips on them this time. And they are so awesome in that Twin Falls area.

I’ve heard of Miracle-Ear for a long time, and when I started needing a hearing aid, there was a Miracle-Ear down the street from me and I thought since I knew that name I’d go there. I got the one that goes into my ear and then the main part of it is around the back of my ear since I didn't want it to show. It's very comfortable and with it, I can hear my grandkids and I can hear in crowds as well. After a week, Miracle-Ear had me come back and check the hearing aids out to refine what settings I was on. They showed me how to use the app on my phone for my programming and then I’ve seen them every four months ever since for them to clean it. The people are very nice and easy to get along with, and they know exactly what I need. They’re also very knowledgeable and it's been an all-around good experience.

I got the behind-the-ear model since that was what's recommended to me by the individual there, who was attentive to my needs and was clear in explaining the product. Over the years, I used to drive a forklift a lot and the noise from that didn’t help my ears. I was nervous and having trouble hearing things. I went and took a test and Sarah, the rep at Miracle-Ear said I needed a hearing aid. She took care of that and I’m happy with them. Sarah's a very good person. She knows what she’s doing and she has helped me out quite a bit with them. When I’ve gone up to her she’s very thorough in her examinations and when I’ve had a question she’d answer them. She also seems like she's in no hurry.

We did our research online, compared products and decided that Miracle-Ear was where we wanted to go. They had a sale at the time I made my purchase. I got the hearing aid that goes behind the ear, which didn't show much and was comfortable. The young lady behind the desk does a fantastic job and has a great personality. The doctor I had was excellent. Miracle-Ear has definitely made my life better in most cases. Some cases with my grandkids, the level of their voices is not conducive sometimes to my hearing aid, but most of the time, much better. It's nice to be a part of some conversations again.

Miracle-Ear has been a pain in the butt until just recently. My hearing aid wouldn't stay in my ear. They got a new person over where I go and she fixed the things that held them in my ears, so everything is fine now. The place that I go to has changed five different technicians, so there is no consistency there. But they do what they're supposed to do. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with them.

The people at Miracle-Ear who sold the hearing aids to me are very good at what they do and they know what they're doing. They're great people and I really like them. They service my hearing aids and I buy my batteries from them. However, I'm not real happy with it. I don't hear as well as I think I should for what I paid for the hearings aids. My hearing aid fits over the ear and has a little wire that fits next to ear drum. They did a pretty good job of selling it to me because it has Bluetooth. It was supposed to be able to hook up to the TV and the phone in the car, but I don't use that since it's too cumbersome. That was a bad choice on my part because I thought it would do more than what it does. I still have a hard time hearing, especially my wife when she's off to the right of me. When I sit and watch TV and I put it on a number 3 and it doesn't seem to change anything.

My daughter had me go see Miracle-Ear's hearing aids when I was in Trevor's and I enjoyed them. They've been helpful. I like my first pair, which were the expensive ones. I couldn't afford to get them again so my current pair is not as strong, but they work well. The saleslady gave me something I could afford and I appreciated it. I'm 88 and I used to have trouble in a room when there's a lot of people talking at once. I can't pick up all of what they are saying. But now I can hear people talk.

I got a card in the mail about Miracle-Ear which came at the right time and their store is convenient for me so I decided to go with them. It has changed my life quite a bit. I can hear a lot better now and I know what's going on in the world. I got the one which wraps up over the ear because I have a bad right hand and that worked the best for me but I don't notice it. A lot of times I get in the shower and forget I got them in which is not good. I go out every so often and they clean and check them, make sure they're all working good, and that the volume is right for me. And if I have a problem, we get that straightened out. So far, they've been fantastic. It's been a really great experience for me.

Miracle-Ear has helped me on my hearing. I had very bad hearing from where I worked at and was almost deaf. People kept telling me I was practically deaf, and my kids would get very upset when I have to have them repeat what they say because I have to watch their lips to see what they were saying. That's how bad it got. Then I was going back to school so I had to get something so I can hear.

I had a very bad experience with another hearing aid provider. I got a terrible thing put in my ear and I couldn't even get it in and it was so heavy. It was a disaster that cost me $400 to take back. Miracle-Ear did much better and I was very pleased with the service I got from Mike, who has been very courteous and nice to me. I don't enjoy using my hearing aid since it tickles and I need some new little things that go into my ear. I was up in Hudson before I went home last year, and the rep put some new things on it to make it stay in my ear and they weren't right. I had to come in down here and get them fixed. I've been to three different Miracle-Ear places and they've all been very satisfactory. They've called to offer me service when I didn't even ask for it, and they have lots of service areas. I don't have to go back up to Edison Mall if I don't want to.

I've heard about Miracle-Ear for years and when I finally needed hearing aids, I told myself I'm going to them. I’ve always liked the way they advertised the hearing aids and their people were very considerate. They always call after my appointment to make sure everything was okay after I had seen them. All I do now is go there to get my hearing aids cleaned. They have to do it since I wouldn’t be able to clean the hearing aids myself. I got the ones which are inside the ear because I wear glasses and over the ear ones won't be good with that. Also, I would have had a hard time getting the little ones out of my ear since my fingers are bad. I hardly feel my hearing aids and I now hear better.

Everybody was pestering me to get the hearing aids. So I went to the Miracle-Ear store with my wife. When they gave me a test, they hooked me up to the machine and the difference was incredible. I expected bionic ears for the cost but it's a slow process. However, I assume it's working well. I used to shout at everybody I was talking to but now I talk low and my wife is the one that's doing the shouting. I think she could use hearing aids but she says she has no problem hearing. She also likes to keep the TV loud while I like it down low now.

I really like my Miracle-Ear doctor. He's very professional and very educational. They also have very professional customer service staff. I don't take the hearing device out and I sleep with it. The only time I ever take them out is when I shower. I do whatever it is they tell me to do and it's working, and now, I can hear a lot of things that I didn't use to be able to hear and I was hearing things that I didn't even know there was any sound to.

Miracle-Ear had an offer then that if we buy one hearing aid, we get the second one at half price so we purchased from them. With the hearing aids, now, I don't have to have the TV up really loud. I run a daycare and it was getting harder to hear the kids talking, and so it's really helped with my job. I got the one behind the ear as recommended by their rep. It seemed to fit better in my ear and it was within my price range. Their rep was really friendly and when I go in every three months, she checks my hearing aids and cleans them. She's very personable and she remembers stuff about my family. It makes me feel like she really cares about me and that I'm not just another customer.

My wife had previous hearing aids but she wasn't satisfied there. We've been with Miracle-Ear for quite a few years now. She's got the one that fits in the ear and it has the little tiny wires and because her ear canal is different they had to custom fit that. We see Miracle-Ear people in Duluth, Minnesota where she got the hearing aids that she had, and down here in Sun City, Arizona. We feel that we're getting much better service down here in Arizona than we do in Minnesota. The people here seem to have more experience. The people in Minnesota are like trainees or just haven't been at it as many years. We just feel more comfortable with the technicians who check her ears, the hearing aids, the level of her hearing capabilities that type of thing. However, the main dissatisfaction is the batteries. Some of them last as long as they're supposed to, but others don't.

The Miracle-Ear hearing aids have helped me. I live in a retirement home and there’s a lot of activity going on and I miss a lot because I’m troubled with tinnitus as well. And with the hearing aids in my ear, my head is full of a lot of stuff. Then the reps were easy to talk to and always on time and I never had to wait for an appointment. It was all around, a good experience. I would recommend them to a friend.

I had hearing aids from a clinic and their service was so-so. I wasn't satisfied with what I was getting so I tried Miracle-Ear and I've been extremely satisfied. I have the Behind-The-Ear style and I was worried when I first got it for fear that I would knock it out, which I had done with another one that I tried from a clinic. I was taking a scarf off then I knocked it onto the floor twice and that made me very leery of this type. But as it turned out, the one from Miracle-Ear stays in my ear quite well so I'm pleased with that.

My husband badly needed hearing aids. Then there was a Miracle-Ear place half-hour from our home so we went and he got the hearing aids. But he lost the pair right after the warranty ran out on them so we had to buy a new one. The second pair wasn't as good for him as the first pair was. He has a lot of wax in his ears which he gets cleaned out but we have to run a half-hour drive every week to get the hearing aids cleaned out. And he has a lot of problems with them. I told him he should've just bought a bunch of cheap hearing aids and we wouldn’t have paid near as much and he could’ve run and got another pair. It's been a terrible and expensive experience for us.

Miracle-Ear had a sale going on so we bought from them. And now I can hear better in some situations. I chose the behind the ear model, with the little thing that goes inside my ear, because that's what they offered and I didn't want the kind where the whole thing goes in the ear. It's so comfortable that most of the time I don't realize I have it on. Most of their sales and customer service team were nice and I like them. They worked with me, answered my questions, and took care of us. Every so often we go back and they check the hearing aids and clean them. However, they kept changing people everyday.

I had heard good reports about Miracle-Ear and didn’t even check out the other providers. The gentleman in their office talked about the behind-the-ear model so that's what I got and with it, I can hear. He’s a very thorough, friendly, down-to-earth and neat guy. He didn’t try to talk me into something that I'm not interested in. If I got a problem, which I’ve never had any major ones, he talks on a normal level and doesn’t try to put on airs. I go back every three months and their service has been great. The Miracle-Ear aid does what I need and I’m satisfied with it.

I like the Miracle-Ear hearing aid. They have an office in Hanford and it was convenient and the man that runs the office does a good job on following up with everything. My hearing's pretty bad and it helps me hear better. I'm deaf in one ear and the other ear isn't all that good either. I have the one that fits behind the ear and he said it's one of the top of the line. It's comfortable but sometimes it bothers me but it's okay.

I’m very happy with the people at Miracle Ear. They’ve been very polite and helpful. I’ve enjoyed talking to them and them helping me. I can go in any time that I need to for batteries. They’re very nice to help me as soon as they can get to me. In the past, I was really despondent because I couldn’t hear. I couldn’t talk to people very much because I couldn’t understand what they were saying, but now my hearing aids help me a lot. It’s been a couple of years since I got them and when I get them in the office and have them set, I don’t think about them anymore and they don’t bother me unless something happens that I can’t hear something. I took a chance and went with Miracle-Ear because I couldn't hear and my family was putting a lot of pressure on me to get hearing aids. One of the ladies convinced me that the behind the ear model would be the best one for me. She was sweet, always checked the hearing aids to see what was going on, and she tried hard to get them to work. I can hear with them but there's always an echo. The saleslady has done everything and adjusted them, but nothing has helped. It's very frustrating. I don't know what's causing the static. They were very nice at the Miracle-Ear store. I lost the first hearing aid that I got from them, but that one kind of irritated my ear a little bit. The second one that I got was smaller and more comfortable. I listen to a lot of music and since getting my hearing aids, they sound so much better. Before I was like hearing it in mono, but now the music sounds more enjoyable. Chad, the guy who runs the local store, was a gentleman. He was very friendly and it was a pleasure working with him. I go down the store on a regular basis and they clean out the hearing aid for me. Also in the beginning too, they adjusted my hearing aid a few times and made it just right. I'm very satisfied with them. I recommended a Miracle-Ear hearing aid to a church member and he got one and I got a $50 check. That was nice.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids are very successful for me and I enjoy them. Everyone is also very accommodating and I’m happy with the people and their service. I work with Genna and she’s very knowledgeable and helpful. If I have a problem, I just come right in and they fix it up. So, I feel very good with them. With my Miracle-Ear hearing aids, I definitely pick up conversations easier, and my voice teacher says I’m doing better. It made me feel more confident and more at ease with people. In fact, I just got an upgrade. I have a small thing over my ear and then it has the little rubber thing that goes in my ear. It was supposed to not give me the background noise or the feedback. It’s been good. The price is hard and I’m still paying the debt for it, which is the part that I don’t like, but I don’t have to pay for check-ups or anything like that.

I was experiencing what I thought was some hearing loss. I went to Miracle-Ear office and made an appointment to have a hearing test. I was happy with the presentation of the product and the outcome of my hearing test. I got their top of the line Genius behind-the-ear model. I like the features and have enjoyed the benefits of having that particular model. The receptionists Heather and Janine have taken care of every need I've had. Heather has been exceptionally competent in talking with me about everything. I talk to clients all day in my work and some clients' voice doesn't carry as well as others. Miracle-Ear has been a tremendous help to hear more clearly what clients say. They provide excellent service but the biggest thing to me has been their convenience and their willingness. They stay on top of everything.

I don't hear well if I don't have my Miracle-Ear Hearing aid. Everyone there has been good to me. I got the little ones that go into the ear canal which they thought would be better. I started out with the one behind my ear and this latest one is my third set. We switched because they have been updated and I do like it.

Overall, it has been a good experience. The service is tremendous, the hearing aids and batteries are good. In fact, everything’s good.

Miracle-Ear has made my hearing better and I can hear what I’m told with it. I take them out at night and when I go to my water aerobics, but I’ve been satisfied with them. The reps are very nice and their customer service is very good. I’m glad I got them and I really count on them. I’d recommend them.

A friend at church recommended Miracle-Ear, so I had to try it. My hearing aids are doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I can hear and interpret a little better with them. I got In-The-Ear hearing aids. The people at Miracle-Ear recommended it. They said it should work better for me. Working with the Miracle-Ear sales and customer service teams has been fine, and my experience has been very good.

When it was time to get hearing aids, I automatically chose them. I was familiar with the brand, they were conveniently located in the store where I worked and I knew that I’d be able to get continued service in town and not suddenly find them gone. I chose Miracle-Ear too for the product they have, choices, and their service. I have a very good relationship with the Miracle-Ear people that I deal with. Doreen has been trained well and knows all the answers to the questions I might have. She has been very understanding about keeping me informed of new possibilities in hearing aids and has been understanding that I probably am not ready to get new ones just yet because I barely got the old ones paid for. Robin, who works at the desk, is more than happy to help me with what she can too.

Miracle-Ear is very nice. My hearing is clearer with it, and mother has used one too. I got the top of the line style and I'm liking it, so far. Their representative takes good care of me. We have appointments and then I get my batteries. All my interactions with them have been positive and I have recommended them to a friend.

I had a hearing check at Miracle-Ear because I thought I was having problems. Their facility was very convenient. I've had two different hearing aids that I wasn't too thrilled with because they were uncomfortable. It wasn't really working. I always felt like everything was underwater and muffled. In the last pair that I had, there was something defective with it. I thought it was just my ears doing something because it was working, and then all of a sudden, it went dead. Miracle-Ear was very diligent with me and I do appreciate what they did. That's how they got this new pair for me. Their staff Tracy suggested this new pair. It a little tube that goes in your ear which I like a lot better than the other two. It is totally different. I would highly suggest this pair to other people. Their team provided great service.

A cousin of mine had used Miracle-Ear and he referred me. I got the one that goes in the ear and it has been working well. I wasn't shown but one style and I didn't know that there were other styles until after I had gotten my hearing aid. However, I can now hear much better. Miracle-Ear has made sure that I come back for my checkups, and that I'm using the aid correctly and understand how to clean it. They are friendly and professional and seem to have my best interest in mind.

Miracle-Ear was in the local mall where I shop and they seemed pleasant enough to work with. I'm on my third set now, and I've got the one that fits behind the ear. I prefer them over the kind ones being stuck in the ear. The first two people from the customer service team that I've talked to weren’t very experienced and quite as knowledgeable. But it has gotten better. The man I have now is very knowledgeable. I’ve been working with for the last three years. He’s very knowledgeable and I think he’s the top salesman for this particular group I go to. Their service is good as well. They have me come in a couple of times a year to check over the hearing aids.

I’ve been wanting hearing aids because family members have been addressing my issue for a long time. So I googled Miracle-Ear on the internet and found our branch was convenient, right in our local Walmart establishment. I live in a small city and there wasn’t a lot of choices but it worked out good. Having the hearing aids is indescribable and it’s everything I thought it would be. It's not natural hearing and I can tell that it’s amplified deal, but on conversations it’s a wonderful experience. There are times that I can't quite get the definition of some of the words and it is not as crisp as what I would like but I'm hearing a whole lot better. And then being a truck driver, I have a little necklace on for Bluetooth. I stream books on tape and music all day long and I love it.

We got an advertisement from my insurance company and got a discount on the Miracle-Ear hearing aids. It was my husband's first hearing aid and it was advised to get the model with the tube that goes into the ear canal and is formed like the ear. They were almost $4,000, though it has been my favorite because I don't have to yell to speak to him. The customer service is beautiful here in Amarillo. The rep is so nice and she'd adjusted them regularly in the first year. They are really helpful and we could just drop by there anytime and they'd take the time to adjust. Great ladies to work with. My husband is very satisfied with Miracle-Ear and we have recommended them to several people

I saw an ad in the paper about a free hearing test so I went ahead and did it, but Miracle-Ear told me I didn't need any hearing aids. Then last year, they notified me to come back since I haven't had my hearing checked in a year. I was told I could benefit from hearing aids. Their sales and customer service teams have been nice and helpful. They have given some tips about things. They suggested an R-I-C model so I got that and they were very comfortable. Also, the batteries last well. I would have loved to have the other one that was very small and does the Bluetooth, but I can't afford it.

I had a hearing test in the Department of Deaf and Hard of Hearing and they recommended going to Miracle-Ear. I got an over-the-ear device and I hear well. I've had for about three years now, so I get an annual checkup. I don't have any problems and I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

My mother had a Miracle-Ear at one time and I’ve also heard good things about them in so far as their servicing goes. The cost was a little bit more which I wasn’t real happy with but I also could see somebody from Miracle-Ear right here where I live so that was an added benefit. I got the behind the ear ones which are a lot more comfortable. I had more problems with earwax in one of my ears so that was always a problem with the in-the-ear ones.

It was a very pleasant experience going over there. I always recommend them to people. We live about 40 miles away from them, but now they’ve just opened a Miracle-Ear in Burnsville, where we live.

Miracle-Ear was a referral by a family member and the fitting was better with them. I currently have their RIC model which is over the ear and in the canal, and it's comfortable. It's been excellent working with their reps too. Miracle-Ear has greatly impacted my life and I can hear. It's been a good experience and I recommend them all the time.

My daughter took me to Miracle-Ear and my problem turned out to be that I cannot relate well to high pitch sounds. If I’m in a crowded room, I have a hard time distinguishing what people were saying. The team at Miracle-Ear is very good and I've had nice visits each time for the four times that I've been there. They are very accommodating. I happen to live quite a distance away so it’s a little bit more difficult for me to get there by myself. If I ran into a bad weather, they were more than willing to change appointments knowing the distance that I had to travel. Also, the lady who did my testing and fitted me for the hearing aids was extremely friendly and very helpful. She’s had to change the inner size parts a few times because it seems like neither one of my ears are the same.

The rep I talked to at Miracle-Ear was real nice so I decided to buy from them. The hearing aid helped me a lot. I can hear really well now and I'm very happy with them. I have the one that's outside the ear and only a bit over the ear. It's the next one down from the most expensive one and has the Bluetooth. When I wear it, I forget it's even there. I had a little problem with the Bluetooth end of my hearing aids at one time and the rep I talked to worked it out until he got it just the way I wanted it and it works great. I'm very happy with them and would recommend Miracle-Ear to anybody.

I was told to come with my wife, probably because I had mentioned that she wanted me to try a hearing aid. It sounded ideal.

I've been pleased with Miracle-Ear. They were close and the one I heard the most about so I purchased from them. So far, it has made hearing a lot different, for the good. I have an In-the-Ear and I like it a lot better. It works better too. One time I had the one behind the ear and I personally thought that it was not the function of the ear because it's behind the ear and that it should be in the ear, and then the ear would have a purpose. With the Behind-the-Ear, I could hear people really good behind me, better than I could the people in front of me but I didn't really care what they were saying behind me. I wanted to know what the people in front of me were saying.

I used to have a different hearing aid years ago. I had the one piece that stuck in the ear before, a couple of years back. It worked good on one ear only. About three years ago, I got from Miracle-Ear the one that hangs over the ear. There are wires and a little filter on the middle piece that goes down in the ear canal and then the wire comes up with the main part of the thing up on top. It lies in the ear lobe there. I hear better when I put it. I just wish I could keep the wax out of the ears that clogs up the hearing aid but their reps clean it out and take care of it. Overall, Miracle-Ear is great.

When Miracle-Ear was in King of Prussia at the Sears store, we walked in there, decided to have a hearing test and it proved that I needed help. Miracle-Ear was wonderful and very helpful. Also, they had nice and very knowledgeable people. If I have any problems, I call up, they tell me to come in, and we get it straightened out. With Miracle-Ear, my life is good. It works very well.

I got the tiny hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and then I got insurance on that, but then I lost it. It was the tiniest one they have that goes right into the ear canal and has a little antenna. I got a second one and then I lost that too. I had a box I was carrying around with me and somewhere along the way, I lost it. But they were both great and they really helped. I didn’t go back again because it's expensive and I didn’t have insurance again. I'll have to see when they have another deal going again.

I had another hearing aid before, but the gentleman who was in charge there moved and never sent me any notice that he's moving. Then, I went to the mall and saw Miracle-Ear and some of my friends had told me about them. With my previous hearing aid, I went with the In-the-Canal style. Then, at Miracle-Ear, they suggested that I go with the Behind-the-Ear style. It's strange because sometimes I would like to hear a little better, but if I take off my hearing aid, then I realize how important it is. But, number one, I think it's very expensive.

I got the behind the ear hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and I'm definitely hearing better. Their customer service has been helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased and I've also recommended them.

I knew I had a hearing problem and Miracle-Ear offered a free hearing test. I have hearing aids now and I'm back in the swing of things around people. I'm able to hear what's being said and not left out in the dark. I'm very happy. I have the behind the ear style and it was one of the top of the lines at the time. Their customer service team is excellent and always keeps me up to date. They personally call me just to check up on me and I'm very pleased.

Miracle-Ear Hearing aids have been real good to me. I'm hearing a lot better since I have them. Plus, their customer service was excellent, too. I'm extremely pleased with Miracle-Ear and the people that I dealt with. I have recommended them.

My Miracle-Ear experience has been good because they have a good person to take care of my issue in their Hyannis office. But, their price is very high and there should be some way that most people could get decent hearing aids without having to pay so much money. I know that some of the government workers have medical insurance that pays for it, but most of the people don’t have insurance and most of us are not independently wealthy. It really is a hardship and I know that some of my friends don’t have it although they need it because it's too expensive. Miracle-Ear should be a leader in that in the country. I'm sure they'd get even more customers if they would lower the prices.

I was having difficulty hearing and was asking people to repeat what they said. And since Miracle-Ear was close to where we live, we went to them years ago and got the behind-the-ear model. I also got new ones a few months ago. Their customer service guys have been very nice. Both Matt and the receptionist have been lovely and most helpful. I'd recommend Miracle-Ear.

I'm hearing better with my Miracle-Ear hearing aid. I got the hearing aid that rests on top of my ear and then goes into the canal. The cost was a consideration for it along with its effectiveness, the amount of hearing loss I had, and that it is only in one ear. Miracle-Ear's customer service people were very good. I'm satisfied and I’d recommend them.

I found out that Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids were state-of-the-art. I went with them when I needed one. The audiologist tested my hearing and recommended me the hearing aid that’s placed behind the ear then there's a tube that goes into the ear. And that’s what I got. It’s been very beneficial and I’ve been very happy using it. It's been very much more enjoyable to be able to hear what I want to hear. I have it adjustable for when I want to cut it back ways, too. Also, the customer service team especially Paula and Fred have been great.

Steve, the first person that I saw in Miracle-Ear, was very knowledgeable and personable. I had a good feeling every time I went in there. He's not there anymore but the people that replaced him were nice too. I signed up for their insurance program My Essential, so that when I have a problem, I bring it there and it's all covered. At one point one of them wasn't functioning at all because the wire got disconnected from the unit. They put a new one on, so everything was fine. The hearing aids have helped with me always having to put the closed captions on the TV programs because I can't understand what they were saying. I have recommended Miracle-Ear to someone that I used to see occasionally and had a problem. He went and got the hearing aids too, and he's very happy with them.
