Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids Reviews

I have minimal hearing loss, but it was enough that I noticed it in one ear. I got hearing aids from Miracle-Ear that go over the ear and then, the rubber part goes in the ear canal. So, the device sits behind the ear and then a little wire that goes in the ear canal. They were one of the newer ones during the time that I got them and although they're horribly expensive, they're good. Now, I can hear the conversation better and I don't have to say, "Ha?" as much. Miracle-Ear's customer service has always been really good too. They're easy to work with. It's been an overall good experience with Miracle-Ear.

I’ve had my Miracle-Ear hearing aid for about a year and three months now. My husband got his hearing aid there and I went there, too. Mine is the over the ear one with the little knob in the ear. It’s very small. I wear them for meetings and when I’m going out in public and when shopping but I don’t wear them at home. I need it especially when I am involved with a couple of organizations that I gotta listen and take notes. Miracle-Ear makes a big difference. I’m more aware of what they’re saying. The only thing is no matter what I do with it, it comes out. It loosens up on my ear, but it works well 99% percent of the time.

I had a good experience with Miracle-Ear. They were a referral from a friend and they also had a big sale going on. I went in and the customer service reps I dealt with were very good. The digital hearing aid I got works really well too. I use them more so at different times of the year than others, particularly when I would go hunting in the fall. However, I realized that I should wear them more often and putting them on should be a part of my daily routine.

Having heard a lot more about Miracle-Ear than other companies, I decided I'd try something out and they sent us a little thingy out for free just to have my ear balls checked. It was really cool after I got them. We can sit out and hear the birds out in the backyard with the first set that we had. I'm very pleased with their customer service too. If I had an issue, they would jump right on it. And so, the experience has been really good so far. We went with the hearing aids that had the bigger batteries so they last a little longer. They had a couple of glitches but I wanna take the units back again because it never stays hooked up with the telephone. Other than that, I'm on a great piece.

I had mastoids, so they removed the eardrums on my right side. I didn’t hear anything on that side at all and on the other side, I lost hearing, which is why I had the hearing aids for the left side. For about two years, I have been trying to get a hearing aid that I could afford. The problem was that there was no way I could afford paying it in two payments, which knocked out a lot of the places that I could go to. The Miracle-Ear is wonderful and I couldn’t ask for better. It does everything I expected it to do. The quality is excellent and I’m so comfortable with it that sometimes I forget I have it. I don’t have to say, “What did you say?” Or "I can't hear the TV, I gotta bring it up a lot higher." I used to put my volume up to about 30, but when I had gotten the hearing aid, I started coming down to 13. Moreover, if the hearing aid is good, the customer service is even better.

I had limited hearing so I got Miracle-Ear's device. I got the one that goes over the ear and the plug inside the ears. Since I used it, I don't have to turn up the television and now, I can hear sounds that I was unaware of. In the beginning, the price was excessive then I got a letter and they lowered the price. It was more reasonable. I could have gone to the veteran’s administration and got one for nothing but I didn’t wanna travel while Miracle-Ear is close by so I went with them. Their reps were outstanding. One of my aids wasn’t working and I took it to them and they fixed it. It has been fine ever since. I’m very satisfied with Miracle-Ear. They’re really great. All the periodic check-ups are good and they keep the system going.

I have Miracle-Ear's behind the ear style hearing aids and I love them. They're not uncomfortable and people don't see them, not that I care. I went with Miracle-Ear considering that they had set up some payments and with the way they treated me when I went in there. Their service is very individualized. There were other people in the waiting room but the doctor took care of me first. With my hearing aids now, the TV doesn't have to be so loud that everybody in the house is deaf.

I thought I could hear better with Miracle-Ear and I got the unit that lays out in the back of my ear and then plugs into my ear. I told Julie, the staff, that I have problems when I go into a cement block basement like a church. We’ve been playing with the computer and now, we have it pretty well set. I have no complaints and I go several months before I see her again which is often during May. We did a little fine-tuning again and it’s getting well-adjusted to where I like it. Miracle-Ear has made a difference in my life and I’m very satisfied.

My hearing loss isn’t too bad but I noticed that I don't hear things in crowds. I went to get a hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and they presented me with one that is behind-the-ear and then comes around inside the ear. The overall functionality and performance of the hearing aid is very good. However, it was a lot of money and the biggest problem I have is that my husband had passed away and I used insurance money to pay for them. So, if what I have isn't gonna continue working for me and if I have to have them done over or a new thing would come out, I wouldn’t be able do it because I wouldn’t have that amount of money to put into it again.

I went to a couple of different hearing aid companies but the technician who worked with me at Miracle-Ear was friendlier and more informative. I got the earbud and the receiver that's behind the ear. Whatever questions I had, the technician answered them all the time. Whenever I have even a small issue with the equipment, like the earbud, I can walk in just about any time and he sees to me immediately. Also, it is convenient since they are less than half a mile from my house and from my office. I've been with Miracle-Ear for eight years and I haven't looked into anything else. I can hear better and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the hearing aids.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aid goes around my ear. It’s a small unit that sits on the back of my ear with a speaker that’s goes on into my ear canal. I got that style because it was the one that was gonna work the best. They’re expensive and that’s shocking at first when you see the size of them. They're not big, and you’re talking $2000, $2500 each unit, and I wear two of them. But the flipside of that is that you can hear, so the tradeoff isn’t that bad. Also, I have had a good experience with the staff at the office that I’ve been going to. I’ve sent the hearing aids out back to the factory since I had to have repairs done on them and the people at the office in Warwick have been more than cooperative. They’ve taken care of any issues right there if they could. And if they couldn’t, in the one case, they sent them back.

My husband’s hearing loss was closer to full than partial and I heard good advertising on Miracle-Ear. And so, we got him a style that has the earpiece going in and then there’s the other part over the ear. When he tried on the canal hearing aid, it felt good. The sales team here in Robinson area PA are wonderful. He quite frequently gets a lot of earwax build up and the team is very good about checking that for him. I like the service that we get with the hearing aid and that every time he has a problem it’s not another charge. Since he has had the hearing aid, he has turned the television down. But now my husband is going through Parkinson’s and dementia. And there are times when I have to still turn the TV down because sometimes he doesn’t quite get the hearing aid in. He thinks he does and then I have to help him get it in, and it works better.

Why does Miracle Ear put aftermarket parts not genuine Miracle Ear parts when repairing aids. I was told I needed a repair so Paid $230.00. It was returned to me still not fixed and was told after these parts were used in it, it could no longer be programmed. I would need to buy a new one. I paid $4000.00 for these aids. I cannot afford to buy new. Is this a scam???

My elderly mother was telephoned to go to the Miracle Ear Center for a "check up" for her paid-for hearing aids. She was then told that they needed to be replaced and they ordered her a new set, to be placed on her credit card for a mere $6000.00. Because she is in her mid 80's, she complied, as she does with any Medical Professional. We asked her if she was having any difficulty with her current ones, and she said that "no, they work just fine, but Miracle Ear said that they needed to order new ones." We cancelled the order before they were even sent to the Miracle-Ear Store. BUT Miracle Ear still received the order, and telephoned my mother to "come pick up your hearing aides. Don't worry they are already PAID for." (Sure, they are on HER credit card.)

READ CONTRACT CAREFULLY. My 30 DAY TRIAL period began the first day they loaned me hearing devices and NOT the day I ordered them! I signed nothing on my first visit. They fraudulently backdated the contract and would not accept a return within the trial period. Yes, the staff is very nice until you ask to return the hearing devices. BUYER BEWARE!

I am very pleased with my new hearing aids and being able to hear better than I have for several years. The testing at the Cahalan Street Office was very accurate and the audiologist was very thorough and kind. He took a lot of time evaluating my hearing needs. The front office staff was extremely nice and offered great service with timely appointments and keeping me up to date about the aids being made for me. She even sent me a handwritten thank you note for taking the time to be tested and meeting the staff. I was extremely impressed with all the staff and their non-ending efforts to meet all my needs. I would heartily recommend them. My experience at their office was never short of excellent.

Mom saw an ad in the paper - hearing aids for $895 - not chump change, but something doable. Went ahead and made appointment. They said they worked with lots insurance companies and Medicare. Okay, cool. Asked if this was any kind of bait and switch thing, where they advertise one price and it is actually not the price. The woman taking the appointment said, "No! Never!"

After the specialist, Lyndi, gave me the hearing test, she fit me with ready fit customs. I have had drastic hearing loss in my left ear my whole life. After being fit with my programmed hearing aids, she walked behind me and quietly whispered can you hear me. I began to cry because I was so overwhelmed with the ability to finally hear. They have done molds to get me customs that are fit specifically to my ears now. I am amazed that I can hear sounds I have never heard in my life. I want to thank Lyndi for fitting me with these and giving me the ability to hear. I’m hearing sounds I never heard before, and that I didn’t even know existed. Thank you Lyndi for helping me hear.

It was convenient with Miracle-Ear and I would recommend them. Their reps have been very nice too. I got the behind-the-ear hearing aid as it appealed to me and I thought it was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be. I have a slightly not bad hearing loss and with the hearing aid, I could hear and understand people better. It helps and I’m satisfied.

Miracle-Ear's prices were good so I got a hearing aid from them. My interactions with Miracle-Ear's reps have always been really great. They've been very friendly. The unit was cheap while the other cost of hearing aids was very expensive. I got a CIC in the ear because back then I was much younger and I wanted the unit to be discrete. I didn't want anything that was behind my ear. Before I got the unit, I couldn't hear much and with it, I was able to.

I've been wearing hearing aids for about 15 years and I changed to Miracle-Ear recently. They came to the senior center where I go to play bingo and they said they might be able to help me. Their representatives were excellent. I particularly liked Margie and Chris. My hearing aids are expensive but they work pretty well. I got a hearing aid at one ear and a receiver in the other ear.

I got the Miracle-Ear hearing aid that goes around the ear. I like its overall functionality and performance. I can hear better. My interactions with the reps, as well as Betty, the secretary who takes care of everything, are very, very nice. I’m very satisfied with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids and I recommended it to somebody.

I have a full hearing loss and I saw Miracle-Ear’s advertisement. I went with their behind-the-ear style and bought it from Dave. He told me all about it and I went by that. He was really good and he had good equipment, and I got a lot of other people that bought Miracle-Ear because of him. The cost, however, is too high like anything else. When these go, I’ll probably go shopping somewhere else to see if they got something comparable or cheaper. Nevertheless, the quality is the best so far that I’ve found. With Miracle-Ear, I like the idea that I can go anywhere, any city, and get service for it. Dave is my go-to guy, although there are others that are good too.

My hearing was very troublesome on both ears and at the time that I started to go to Miracle-Ear, they were the only company that I had ever heard of. Behind the ear was the style that the salesperson recommended. The cost is excellent and the hearing aid is working pretty well. I've had interactions with the local customer service and I go there frequently. They replace the needed parts every six months and test my hearing at least once a year. I'm satisfied with Miracle-Ear.

I have a partial hearing loss. Miracle-Ear had placed a full-page ad in our local paper and it was "buy one, get one free", so I went with them. I had a good experience with their rep. The hearing aid was fine too, but it is not so good now. I’m not hearing so well and I need new ones. I went for a hearing test, but they said I had wax in my ears and they could not give me the test. So, I went to my doctor and had my ears cleaned out. I have not contacted them for another hearing test yet.

I had total hearing loss in one ear and about 60% loss in the other. I have Miracle-Ear hearing aids that go behind the ear as I felt like it was the best for me to allow natural sound in along with the amplified sound. They were a bit expensive compared to what some of the other hearing aids cost but it was very fair to in relation to the product's quality. With my hearing aids, I could tell a huge difference in letter, sound and speech recognition when I’m speaking with others.

I’ve always had a hearing problem all my life. I have partial hearing loss and thought Miracle-Ear's hearing aids might be a little bit better than the other ones. I’m always on the phone and it was suggested that a behind-the-ear would be a better fit. I really enjoy it and I can really hear everything with it. I started out with a really nice guy, Steve, and he was really good. I really appreciated him, but then someone else became my hearing specialist. I didn’t care for him quite so well. He wasn’t as customer service oriented as Steve was. I needed to get one of my hearing aids repaired and it had never gotten sent in for repair right away. I waited and waited. It was about a month before I had even gotten it back. And then I had to order a new one and he said, “We’ll see.” And I waited for about a month. He always had one excuse or another, whereas Steve was fast. I would recommend Miracle-Ear but not the one in Billings.

I have partial hearing loss and when there'd be a lot of people in the room, it would be hard for me to hear. Miracle-Ear was the one that was in town so I went and got a hearing aid from them. I have the behind the ear style and I got it because it was the new program. They had the 48 things in there and I figured when my hearing gets worse, hopefully they can adjust it to that point. My interaction with their sales reps was very good. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable being there. My hearing aid helps me during conversations and I’ve recommended it to a lady who got them.

I am 66 years old and I’ve had hearing aids since I was 13. I have been hard of hearing from birth. I read lips all the time and in grade school and junior high school, a lot of teachers wanted to put students in the class alphabetically. I was at the back of the room due to my last name and I told my mom I couldn't hear what the teacher was saying. That particular teacher did not want to move my seat, so my mother made the school change my teacher and I had a teacher who knew my family. He could tell that I was reading lips and I excelled. He was one of the people who told my mother that something was wrong and to get my ears checked.

I needed some hearing aids and my husband is a Sears employee and Miracle-Ear was in the Sears store. My experience with Miracle-Ear has been excellent. The hearing aids work well and I’ve been very pleased over the years. I bought a second set and that is the best example of satisfaction. The first kind of hearing aids I had was in the ear and the ones I have now are the ones that sit behind the ear. These are the best thing for my hearing at this time. Also, Miracle-Ear's customer service was excellent. When I needed a change or an improvement, they are always able to do something for me. The cost of the hearing aids is fair as well. Overall, it's a good product and I’ve recommended it to several friends. In fact, my friends got it and what’s really nice is that I’ve gotten a couple of $100 coupons because of my recommendation.

I knew that my hearing was deteriorating. I couldn’t hear my granddaughters and I missed a lot of conversation. We also went on vacation with our family and I spent a weekend not being able to hear things. And I just came home and decided I was gonna get a hearing aid. I picked up the paper and Miracle-Ear had a big ad. So, I called them and made an appointment. I was very satisfied with their customer service. They were very thorough and so far, I’ve always been happy with them. The hearing aid is very good quality, too, and it has helped with one of my main problems which is hearing everything over the phone, especially when people talk too fast.

My husband's hearing was bad and it would've been fully lost if I didn't get him some hearing aids. I got Miracle-Ear because of their quality but I was quite flabbergasted with the cost. They have very nice people though. They worked with me well and they explained everything. My husband has the ones that go behind the ear and he loves them. I also got hearing aids about a week ago but they're the ones that stick in your ear and I don't like them. They're not very good. One is too big and it hurts my ear. I get a pain in the head trying to get it in. I have too much trouble with them and I'm going to exchange them for something like my husband's. It'll be a lot easier.

I have a reasonably moderate to severe hearing loss. I was at the point that I could not hear at all on the telephone and I couldn’t hear on the television even when it was at full volume. I have worked before with the doctor’s office. I had an outstanding experience at the Burleson Miracle-Ear. I responded to a mailer and I'm glad I did. I had my hearing exam and wasn't surprised to learn I have some loss of hearing. The staff was outstanding. I was comfortable and they made me feel like family. I would especially like to thank Lynett ** and Camille **, they were outstanding. Our receptionist was exceptional. My hearing loss was fairly noticeable and I had it tested when I was there in Miracle-Ear’s office. Different words were used and it was affecting my speech. I'm a pastor of the church, so it bothered me quite a bit. I went to my doctor and there were no options there, and they were very expensive. Miracle-Ear gave me some information and I picked mine up for $4,500 apiece. The same ones that were offered before were over $6,000 and it was very expensive. The guy I worked with at Miracle-Ear has been very gracious and very kind. The way that the reps treated me and followed up whenever there's an issue has always been prompt and very good. The team that I worked with was very kind and they got right on anything I would ask them about. They would take me right away to be able to address my issues. The Miracle-Ear team is doing great and I appreciate it.

The hearing aid I purchased for over $4,000 dollars in July of 2017 does not give the quality of hearing that it should for the cost. I recently purchased two Britzgo aids online thru Amazon and the hearing quality is much better, I can hear clearly and distinctly sounds, I could not hear from the Miracle-Ear aids. I doubt if you will offer any reimbursement for what I paid for these, going in for adjustments will not improve the Miracle-Ear hearing. I will not recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone, I would tell other people to go elsewhere. My $99.00 device works much better than the Miracle-Ear aids.

I heard a lot about Miracle-Ear, so I figured I'll try it. I have partial hearing loss and got their behind-the-ear model as I liked it best and it's great. I hear a whole lot better and it's good for the price. Their customer service is very nice as well.

I had a problem with my right ear because I had shingles in it. I had partial hearing loss and Miracle-Ear had the best program. Furthermore, they follow up with customers for so many years after they buy hearing aids. They said the style of hearing aid that's behind the ear was the best one for me so I got that. The hearing aid was getting tuned into the TV and that’s all been taken care of. The people at Miracle-Ear told me about the programs on one of the check-ups and I was okay with that. Interacting with the Miracle-Ear reps has been an excellent experience and one of them, Dolores, always helps me. However, when we go to restaurants, it’s hard with screaming kids and all the noise there. So, I have to turn the hearing aid way down. Nevertheless, having the Miracle-Ear hearing aid has made my life better. I recommend Miracle-Ear.

I had missed several appointments due to the fact I am a disabled senior and was dependent on a local driving contractor to get me there. I also have several physical problems. I understand the manager had to address the issue when I had to cancel again, but he was rude and arrogant and overbearing about it. He never even gave me a warning, like, "well, I'll give you one more chance." He just treated me like I was an absolute piece of crap, and was not in the least interested in my health issues or giving me one last chance.

I have almost full hearing loss. When I take my hearing aid off, I don't hear the TV at all. Miracle-Ear sent me a letter and I went to them. I wasn't hearing in my left ear and I wasn't hearing good in the other hearing aids, but when I had Miracle-Ear, I started hearing. I bought mine two or three years ago when they made new and better hearing aids than the old ones, and the newer style made me hear better in my left ear. I got the one that goes behind my ear, then goes in the ear. The overall performance of my hearing aids is good and the customer service team at Miracle-Ear treats me good. While the cost of the product was a bit high, it's okay.

I have a partial hearing loss and Miracle-Ear was handy. Also, their CS reps were very nice and helpful. The behind the ear hearing aid was recommended by the gal and that’s what I have. I’ve had them for about six years and they’re expensive, but they do the job. Miracle-Ear has been very good and I'm able to hear the soft-spoken people better like my granddaughters who speak so quietly.

My husband has had Miracle-Ear hearing aids for a couple of years now and he's not very happy with them. One will be higher or the other one will be lower and he's gone several times to have them adjusted. As a matter of fact, they even had to send one back and then my husband got a new one. The reps have been excellent though. When he's had the hearing aids taken care of, the person is very receptive to his problems. But he's done several adjustments and if my husband could, he would go to another company.

I started with Dahlberg Electronics 55 years ago in Golden Valley, Minnesota but they sold out eventually and ended up as Miracle-Ear. I was familiar with it and that was why I chose it. But they're very expensive and when one is retired and income goes down, it's harder to pay the high prices. Their representatives were very good though. I have one of my hearing aids in for repair right now. It wore out probably because of the humidity down in Florida. I was working in a house with a lot of humidity, putting some insulation, and it might’ve gotten dirty and corroded. Overall, I've been satisfied with Miracle-Ear and I have recommended people who have gotten Miracle-Ear as well.

I've had Miracle-Ear hearing aids for about eight years now. My hearing loss was gradual but it had gotten to the point where I really needed the help of hearing aids for both of my ears. I tried Miracle-Ear and since then, I've had three different kinds of hearing aids from them. I lost the first two sets wherein one was the in-the-ear style. I now have over-the-ear hearing aids with a little plastic thing that goes in the ear and these are the ones that I liked the best. They’re very expensive but they’re worth it. Tracy, the rep from Miracle-Ear that used to be at Sears in Dickson City, Pennsylvania and is now located on Kaiser Avenue, has been very helpful and really sweet as well. I've always had a very good experience with Miracle-Ear. I have recommended them to people and I have friends who have hearing aids from them.

I could hear hardly anything before I got hearing aids and it's been three years since I got Miracle-Ear. The people there have been wonderful and the device is very good. I'd recommend it to everybody. When I meet people who are having a hard time hearing, I tell them they should go and hear about it.

My hearing was bad and I was half deaf. I heard positive things about Miracle-Ear, so I got my behind-the-ear hearing aid from them and I love it. I don’t have to worry about being bulky-looking. I also like that if I move, it won’t weigh down in the ear. It works great and is well worth it because with it, I can hear a lot better. I could hear my grandchildren, my children, and my husband talking to me. And anything to improve your overall health of any kind is worth the price. Also, the people at Miracle-Ear have been the sweetest bunch. I love them. When you come in there, they greet you. Everybody is so friendly. I've had such wonderful experiences with Miracle-Ear.

When I went for the hearing test, I was hearing words but I wasn’t hearing the right words. They were saying blue and I was hearing basket. I got the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid that is behind the ear with a little piece that goes inside my ear. It's very expensive but if you need it, you need it. The rep who tests me each time I go in is very good at what she does. The hearing aid is a pain in the neck to have and I have to keep changing the batteries in it. But it helps me to hear so it's worth it.

I have a really bad hearing loss. I had a hearing aid and it kept going bad on me. I kept taking it in and every time that I do that, the hearing aid company was charging me. I got tired of it so I went to Miracle-Ear. I got the ones that fit in and come up out and over the ear. They're comfortable to wear and I like the way they fit. The performance has been very good as well. It’s better when I'm out and around people as I can hear what’s going on.

I went to Miracle-Ear and I had my ears checked. The representatives I've worked with were very nice people. I have partial hearing loss so then I got my Miracle-Ear hearing aids that go over the ear and they're wonderful. They're easy in, easy out. The cost is fair and it's probably better than the first pair I had. I had one set before from another company and I don't remember them working as well. Now, I can hear and I'm real proud of my Miracle-Ear. Plus, it is adjustable. When I go to church, everybody comes in before it first starts and they're all saying "hello" and talking so it gets so noisy and I turn them way down. Then once everything starts, I turn them back where I want them. Actually one day, there as a little old lady sitting behind me. She couldn't hear so I put one of them in her ear and she was so excited that her face lit up. So I gave her the other one to wear during the service so she could hear what was going on. I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

I have partial hearing loss and we picked the Miracle-Ear behind-the-ear hearing aids. The sales and customer service representatives did fine. The hearing aids cost a lot of money but it's all right. Now, my hearing is better.

The people at Miracle-Ear Wilbraham have been very, very good. I can go back every four and five months and they’ll check it out and make sure everything is okay. I like that. In fact, if I were to get new hearing aids, that’s where I’ll go. And it's the closest one. I have a partial hearing loss and I went with the behind the ear style because of the price and I liked it. It's fine.

I had one bad ear and one so-called good ear. The first hearing I got was 10 years ago. It was Siemens and the hearing aid was about $10,000 and in the ear. And I didn’t like in the ear, so I took it back. And then I got Beltone. I wore it for a couple of years and I didn't like it. Then a friend of mine said Miracle-Ear was my best shot so I tried it and sure enough it’s the best out of the bunch. It’s wonderful.

I had three hearing tests and I wanted to make sure they were all giving me the same results. I was satisfied with the presentation that Miracle-Ear had. I have a partial hearing loss and it’s never been full by a long shot. I can always hear and I can hear without my hearing aids now. I went with the behind the ear style, which I use every day. It has several settings for specialized purposes for the TV, for noisy environments, and for windy environments. There is also a universal setting and a lot of times I never change it, but I can. Their reps were excellent and knowledgeable. Once I got the hearing aids, they had follow-ups. There was also a training program that you can go through in their office to help you adjust to hearing in different environments. I did that and then, I did that same program at home. However, it’s not offered anymore, but that was a good program that Miracle-Ear offered.

I heard a lot about Miracle-Ear and different people that I had talked to were satisfied with them. I think my husband had them at one time in his lifetime. And then when I went there, the people were very nice and friendly. And so, I just continued and went back there. The behind the ear hearing aid I got looks like what a woman should wear. They were a little high-priced but then nowadays, you don’t get anything for nothing. And I have had good results with them and they fit well. My hearing is clearer with the hearing aid and the sentences seem to go together. If I don’t wear them, it’s hard. I've been satisfied with them.

I have partial hearing loss and I found it handy to get my hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. I have the ones that go behind the ear, which are plenty expensive, but are worth the expense thinking that I can hear good. I've also been real pleased with the people I've met when we were in their office.

Considering the recommendations of people and friends, I turned to Miracle-Ear to get my hearing aids as I was having a partial hearing loss. I opted for the ones behind the ear since they're the most comfortable to wear. My hearing aids have been doing excellent and my wife doesn't have to yell anymore and she doesn’t have to listen to the TV or radio blasting. It’s worth the cost. I've also had excellent experience with Miracle-Ear's customer service. I go there every couple of months for them to clean the hearing aids and check my ears. Everything has been great.

My hearing started failing over a number of years ago so I've been going through hearing aids since then. Hearing aids have really made it worthwhile or made it a lot easier for me to be part of the human race. I had experienced with Zounds and they didn't work out very well for me because they didn't have the features that I need. One of them is they call a TCoil which picks up a feel or picks up the audio like what I have now which is a wire loop by back of the chair I hook to the TV. They don't have that and so that doesn't work. And my hearing is really bad. They didn't have enough volume either at last. But Miracle-Ear has both of those. Their customer service is excellent, the quality is top-notch and at the same time the price is sky-high. But I'm willing to pay that.

Miracle-Ear is well-known and we took my mother-in-law there where she purchased her hearing aids. She got an implant and initially, her main problem was dealing with a lot of earwax. Then, she had a problem turning them up and down. We had them fixed it, so that was permanently at one setting. We have had very good interactions with the representatives and we particularly like Cory who comes to Houghton Lake area. The Miracle-Ear devices are really expensive, for me personally, but we’re very happy with the overall experience. Also, I would recommend others to go there for sure.

The first hearing aids that I had went right inside the ear and I had them for about five years. I sent them for repairs but when I got them back they made my ear hurt inside so I quit using them. Plus, my hearing wasn't getting any better. When Miracle-Ear opened-up up here in the plaza, I went up there and got new ones that are hooked behind the ear. I like that their store is close and right here in town and so far, I like my hearing aids' overall performance. I work with Rick and he is good. He seems to know what he's doing and whenever I go there, he's pleasant. However, the hearing aids cost me around $6,000 and for somebody that's 76 years old, that kind of money is hard to come up with sometimes. But even though they are expensive, I like the way they work. I have also recommended Miracle-Ear to others.

I had hearing aids before I went to Miracle-Ear but the one they had me tried had better clarity to it. I've been using Miracle-Ear hearing aids for about two years now and I love them. I have the Genius model before the newer one that just came out. And while the cost could be less, the people I deal with are excellent.

I have partial hearing loss and my children encouraged me to go ahead and get hearing aids. They felt that I was missing out a lot on conversations since I was constantly having them repeat what they said or just look them in the face and have them keep going. I heard the company Miracle-Ear before, so I looked them up and they are just fantastic. When I go in there, it’s like going and visiting family. The girl at the desk is just wonderful. She's very friendly, sweet, and accommodating. I love my doctor too. He's very personable. He always has time for a little chat and asks about my family and I ask about his. We also talk about different things. But, he’s very thorough. He’s always making sure that my hearing aids are clean. I clean them before I go in and he’ll say I’m doing a very good job then he’ll go clean them again. That's one doctor’s appointment that I look forward to.

My father's Costco hearing aids were no longer working and I looked online and Miracle-Ear had great ratings so I made an appointment with them. Jim, the gentleman we dealt with was very concerned and caring. And the hearing aid he recommended was fantastic and did a wonderful job. It had rechargeable batteries and they did fit very well on my father’s ears. It's important to keep his hearing at the peak performance. We got the five thousand dollar pair of hearing aid and then he had hearing loss in one of his ears so we were debating whether or not to get the new technology that Miracle-Ear offered. It’s been a year ago when the five thousand dollar pair of hearing aid was presented, but they’re not as good as the new technology and we need to pay another five thousand five hundred. So, I’m a little torn because it’s expensive. Other than that, it’s a great product and they provide excellent service and we recommend Miracle-Ear.

My husband and my son used to tell me I need hearing aids. At that time, I kept asking, "What? What'd you say?" I didn't have a problem but other people did. I saw Miracle-Ear in an advertisement in the paper and it has a $1,000 coupon that you could save if you went to them so I decided I might as well go since I have the money. I deal with Jonathan in Bennington and in Rutland I call Cindy. Cindy makes my appointment and I see Jonathan here in Bennington. Cindy is a nice lady and Jonathan is a wonderful guy. When I went, Jonathan showed me the product. We decided then I went to pick the hearing aids up. He put them in for me. He does everything for me. The guy's excellent. My hearing aids are the ones that you put around your ear and then the other part goes inside your ear. With my hair, you can't even see it.

My hearing was bad. I had to have my TV turned up quite loud and I couldn't hear people unless they were facing me. I have heard of Miracle-Ear for quite a few years so I figured it was safe to go with them. We live in a smaller city and the doctor himself worked with me throughout the process. I was treated quite well. Larry did the hearing test and talked to me about the different hearing aids. I have the thing that goes behind the ear and then that little dot thing goes inside. My hearing aids are expensive. It wasn't top of the line but Larry recommended it because even though it was a little more on price, it was one that could have the added things later on if they came out.

My hearing loss wasn't severe at all, maybe about 10%, and somebody referred Miracle-Ear to us. My interactions with their reps were excellent and I got the one behind the ear. The quality is excellent and its cost seems to be a little higher but at the end, I don't know what everyone else offers. So far, my experience has been great and we've recommended people there.

I've been wearing hearing aids for 15 years now and have been with Miracle-Ear for five years or more. Before being with them, I could hear a little closer, but not from a distance. I had had hearing aids back then but they move. I was at the mall and saw signs that Miracle-Ear had a special something going on so I went with them. I like the behind the ear style, but I wear reading glasses and when I would take them off, my hearing aid would come out too. Their customer service team was so nice, friendly and helpful. I like going to them. They adjusted my hearing aid to make sure that I can hear properly. The hearing aid's expensive though. Other than that, I'm really pleased with them.

I have noticeable hearing problems with the usual characteristics of asking people, “What did you say?” And my wife saying, “Do you have to have the television on so loud?" And then I received a mailer from Miracle-Ear and they had a kind of an entry-level and a special offer that was more appealing. My hearing aid is behind the ear and then there’s the little insert that goes inside the ear. I like the idea that I didn’t have so much inside my ear at one time.

I lost my hearing in one ear completely when I had surgery about 30 years ago. When I noticed the loss in the other ear, I noticed an article in the paper that says, “Come in for a free hearing exam.” It was Miracle-Ear and I went in and I didn’t like their prices. But they gave me a good price, so I bought one hearing aid. The hearing aid I got was the one behind the ear. It’s good but I have difficulty getting the hearing aid in and getting the extra little thing located in my ear.

I had a constant ringing in my ear, but I can hear a lot better with the Miracle-Ear. I went with them because they had something that wasn't bulky. The Genesis 2 was recommended and I got it at an excellent cost. It has one piece that goes in my ear and another one that loops behind my ear. It's great. Their service is excellent. They know what they're talking about and they can answer any question. I don't have to wait for somebody to get back with me the next day or the day after, whatever the case may be. They take care of it on the spot. I have a ball with them too. When I go over to them, we talk, poke on each other, and they're really sweet.

I have very poor hearing. I talked with several hearing aid companies and I liked the way Miracle-Ear handled themselves, gave information and how the product was going to function. My interactions with their reps were absolutely super. I had the over-the-ear the first time and I was very dissatisfied with the way it operated. It just didn't seem to give me the clarity that the in-the-canal did wherein it shuts out other noises, background stuff. Overall, Miracle-Ear's quality is good and I liked my overall experience with them.

Primarily, I lack high frequency response and the ability to carry on a conversation in a noisy environment. I’ve noticed it many years back. I spent earlier in life quite a bit of time in the radio business where I wore headsets on but just for one year. But when I was doing University of Houston football games where I usually had a guest to interview at halftime during the ballgame that with the band on the field and all of the noises, without earphones, it was impossible to conduct an interview. And at that time I was in my 30’s and it is mostly the left ear. So the two ears are not exactly the same.

My hearing loss was pretty serious before. I've used other hearing aid companies, and I knew Miracle-Ear was the best. The dealing I had with their service team was great. The hearing aid I got seemed to be what I liked and it could be hidden a little better than some of the bigger ones. It has a little piece that goes behind my ear, and its receiver is sitting over in front. It works fine and its overall performance is very good. It had a high cost but the hearing aids stand for themselves and I think it is only fair. My hearing has improved and I can hear people now. Miracle-Ear hearing aid made my life much better all the way around and I'm thankful to God for them.

I had heard a lot about Miracle-Ear before purchasing from them. Some family members gave me advice and Miracle-Ear did take very good care of me. And they still do. My units are under warranty and I go in every so often. They clean and take care of them. They make sure everything is working correctly and that the battery doors lock right. If I'm having any problem, they take care of that as well. I definitely would recommend going to them. They should keep doing what they're doing. My behind-the-ear hearing aids have given me a lot better hearing.

I purchased hearing from Miracle-Ear because the manager at the Nampa, Idaho center is a crook, I fill for the lies. Because I disputed the charges on HealthiPlan my credit rating went from a very high score to low and now I my other credit card has lower my available credit and it is probably only the beginning of my credit nightmare. And the credit bureau flagged me as having bad credit and it's only because of HealthiPlan Credit. So now I have hearing aids that don't work and bad credit, and owe $6000.00 for something that lays on the countertop. I know of at least 6 other people that feel the same way, so Miracle-Ear you really need to clean up your act and stop ripping off people that don't have money to buy hearing aid but are so desperate that will fall for your sales talk.

My partial hearing loss was pretty bad and someone recommended Miracle-Ear to me. I've been going to them for almost 10 years and I've had good luck with them. I'm quite pleased with the girl rep that I've been dealing with ever since I started wearing my hearing aid. It's usually just her and the receptionist in the office, and they're both very nice people. All hearing aids, in my opinion, are totally overpriced. My insurance doesn't cover them, but Miracle-Ear offered a payment plan that I could use. I'm now on my second pair of hearing aid, which is a behind-the-ear model with the wire going inside. With this model, it's harder to notice that I'm wearing a hearing aid.

Prior to having my current Miracle-Ear hearing aid, my hearing was spotty. However, if I was looking directly at someone, and they were talking loud enough, I could hear them. I dealt with Miracle ear before and I traded in my old unit for my current one. Their representative recommended me the unit that fits in the ear with the hearing part behind the ear. So I ordered that hearing aid. Despite being in the hospital for almost a month, Miracle-Ear was able to hold the hearing aid for me until I got out. It was expensive but nevertheless, I think I've been hearing better since obtaining it. I'm happy with my Miracle-Ear.

I almost have no hearing in my left ear due to a birth defect where the bones are all fused together in my ear. And over the years that I've had my hearing aids, I've lost a lot of hearing in my right ear. Miracle-Ear has been able to keep up and I hear fairly with the behind the ear hearing aids they recommended. Though sometimes, it wouldn’t work as well as I like and they're a little expensive, but I'm willing to pay because I need it.

I was losing my hearing. I contacted Miracle-Ear and when I went there, they gave me a hearing test and hearing aids to try out for months. Then I picked the hearing aid that I wanted. I didn't want the bulky ones so I got the one that goes behind my ear and with it, I can hear things. My experience with their team has been very good as well. Any time I need an appointment I just call up and they give me the fastest appointment they could give me. And as long as they keep going where they're going, everything will be fine.

Everybody from Miracle-Ear has been great and I love Rick. He showed me a hearing aid that goes behind my ear. Then he filled out papers and I went through a Grant program, so it didn't cost me anything. I can hardly hear at all, but I'm able to hear things that I haven't been able to hear in a long time with their help.

I have partial hearing loss and I received my Miracle-Ear hearing aid in the mail. Mark, the rep that worked with me, explained the whole thing and how the system would work. I said, "Let's look at the hearing aid that I would be able to afford to get" and we went from there. The hearing aid style that I went with has a little camouflage thing that goes over the ear and it has a link that goes down in the ear canal itself. That was the model that was demonstrated to me and its performance was all right. My Miracle-Ear hearing aid has enabled me to hear a little bit better than I did before, although I understand that some of the tones may not come back. I'm satisfied with Miracle-Ear and I'd tell a friend to go and try them.

My husband's 75 and gradually getting to where he could not hear very well. When I saw the Miracle-Ear, I was satisfied with it so we chose that. We got the behind-the-ear style because of the comfort and the invisible thing. My husband goes for his check-ups and if there’s a little issue, Terry, our Miracle-Ear guy works really well in striking out the situation. He programmed different places we go to and the amount of noise that’s going on. When we go anywhere, he puts them on abut sometimes, if there’s a large crowd, it bothers him and so he has to tone it down. But, other than that, he’s pretty well geared for it.

I wasn’t communicating as well as I wished and I needed to have a hearing aid to hear better. Miracle-Ear was at a convenient area close to where I go shopping, so I went there to have my hearing test. Their customer service reps were very pleasant and accommodating. I had an opportunity to select what I felt was best for me with their help. The hearing aid has a battery and I insert it in my ear. And it doesn't show except this little thing that sticks out to pull it. It is very comfortable and I can hear everything with it. If I take the hearing aid out when I’m watching a TV show and the volume level is not very high, I cannot hear at all.

I was having trouble hearing my grandkids. I decided to go with Miracle-Ear because of their follow-up care. I got their behind the ear model as it was the one that was recommended as best suited for my needs. Their customer service has been excellent all the way. They’re very caring, stayed in touch, they made sure that you’re comfortable with your hearing aids, and you’re not having any problems. If you have problems they'd get you in right away to correct the problem. Their quality was excellent and the cost was high. Now I don’t have to ask the kids to keep repeating themselves and I can hear a lot better in a crowded room. I would definitely recommend Miracle-Ear over anybody. I would tell my friends to don’t be afraid to go with them.

Hearing aids were expensive everywhere but with Miracle-Ear Hearing aid, I got what I paid for. When I go to their office at Springdale, they’re very friendly. We sit and talk about personal things, and their rep asks if I have any problems, checks my ears every time, and clean and checks my hearing aids for me. Also, my insurance had run out and if I felt that the hearing aid was not quite loud enough, I would call them, come in, and the rep would fix it for me, and I wouldn't pay a dime. The rep had even gone above and beyond. He was kind enough to fix this little string used to pull the hearing aid out from the ear even if I wasn’t under warranty anymore. He couldn’t send it away because it would’ve cost me, so he had to do it himself in his office for nothing.

I could not always hear what people were saying and I sort of lean towards them so I could try to hear them. Then most of the time in restaurants, I could only hear a bunch of noise. Also, my step-sister and I happened to live together and there was something about her particular voice that I was having a problem with. She got so tired of asking if I heard what she said so she got me into Miracle-Ear. I first went to the branch in Bakersfield, California, then, we moved over here to Sun City two and a half years ago so I started going to the one on Bell in 99th. The rep in Bakersfield said that Miracle-Ear was throughout the nation so if there was some problem when I'm travelling or at someplace else, there’d always be an office and somebody that could help me, which was important.

My hearing loss wasn’t very severe before I contacted Miracle-Ear. It is in both ears and the only time I have trouble is in a lecture type thing where the speaker drops their voice but I don’t have much problem with conversation. I have the hearing aid that goes in my ear canal and they were the expensive ones at that time. My lady audiologist told me they were the best and I took her advice. I only dealt with her and she was excellent and had a good personality. I paid the cost of Miracle-Ear’s hearing aids and I’m satisfied. The functionality and performance are good and once in a while, I go in and get the hearing aids tuned up. There was a lot of competition but I relied on my friend’s satisfaction. I have recommended Miracle-Ear and I told my friends that I don’t wear the hearing aids very much but Miracle-Ear is very good at keeping them updated, cared about their product and wanted my experience to be good.

The other hearing aids I’ve had fit into my ear, but I just wouldn’t wear them because they’ve never done me no good and I didn’t like them stuck in my ear. My wife’s mother had just bought hearing aids and all I had to do was get the earpiece transferred on them. I’ve had hearing aids for 20 years, but Miracle-Ear is better than anything that I’ve ever had. I got the kind that goes behind the ear and a little cord to go into the ear. My mother-in-law and I got that for nothing. It cost me $98 to get the hearing aid fixed and I thought it was a good deal because they worked excellently. It has impacted my life a lot because I can hear what people say. I couldn’t hear anything before when I go to church and I sit in the front row.

I wear hearing aids and I've been dealing with Miracle-Ear for about eight years. When the batteries ran out of juice, I needed to get new ones so I went to them and they always do a free checkup. In the 20 years that I've been wearing the hearing aids from Miracle-Ear, their customer service has been first class all the way because that's what they do. They answer me, get back to me and they know what they're talking about. They're also polite and would ask me what I need.

I have a problem with my ear and my eardrum had to be burst to get the fluid off. That made hearing even more difficult. The ENT sells hearing aids so I tried theirs but those weren’t working. I had another set of hearing aids. They fitted me and they told me to come back if I have any problems. I went back twice but there ended up being problems and I gave up. Then I thought I would try Miracle-Ear. They’re supposed to be the best. Theirs is the third set I tried and it works better than any I’ve had. I have friends that have other kinds and I keep telling them they need Miracle-Ear.

I had a mild hearing loss in one and moderate in another and it was bothering me at work. A very, very good friend in our church recommended Miracle-Ear and I got the kind that sits inside and around the back so it won’t be seen. It was very good and very, very comfortable. The customer service was excellent. Their rep goes beyond checking and cleaning and regularly has me come back, checks me every time for free. The cost was very good and over the years, it’s going to pay off because of all the free checks I get. They serve me well. Now, I hear television better. I was able to hear my boss better since I retired. So far, my experience with them has been good.

My parents died and both my sister and I had bad hearing so we chose mom and dad's hearing aids. We went to Miracle-Ear and had them just fixed for our ears. I have the one behind the ear and it is fine. My husband also has hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. He's about 95% deaf and Paul from Miracle-Ear fixed his hearing aid so that it sits down on the eardrum and it really works well for my husband. Paul and I set appointments and he works around our schedule. I got new ones after my mom's hearing aids have worn out and I tried the plugs that go in the ear but I hated it. And so, Paul brought it back out to what's around my ear. I would tell others that if they’re comfortable with Miracle-Ear, then move on. If they’re not comfortable with them, then don't do it because they have to have a good strong working relationship with the hearing aid people.

I have a really bad hearing loss and my husband choose Miracle-Ear for me. The hearing aid goes behind the ear with the little plastic thing going into my ear. I chose the model since I can’t sense anything in my ear that much and the little thing that goes in, I don't feel it. I also didn't want to look like I wear hearing aids. I never could wear earrings too. With Miracle-Ear, I don't realize half the time they’re there. The hearing aid was 7,000 something but it's great and I can hear. Sometimes, I have to go up and get the thing changed because the hearing quality goes down. The people up there are wonderful, Sunshine, the guy that works there, and the receptionist, Linda. As long as the hearing aid is fresh and new, I hear pretty well although I still have trouble with certain sounds like men's voices, low voices and televisions. Other than that, people should go for Miracle-Ear too.

I've had good experience with Miracle-Ear so far. I have borderline hearing loss and I got a hearing aid from them that goes over the ear and in the canal. Their customer service is very cooperative and nice. However, its cost is way high for what I’m getting out of them because I don’t feel like I’m getting that much out of them. I have a lot of trouble hearing certain people and I have a lot of problems hearing in a crowd. But go and try them. Maybe it's better on some people than others.

My hearing loss was pretty bad. A friend of mine told me that Miracle-Ear had good hearing aids at a cheaper price. I got the mini ones that go behind the ear. My audiologist said they were the best ones for me. The hearings aids are fine. Without them, I don't hear. I wish they were a little cheaper but for the quality they used, they're excellent. I love this hearing aid. I can turn on the background noise when I go out so they are a lot better than the other kind that I had. There wasn't a whole lot of adjustments. I can adjust these to different things. I wish I could afford the wireless one though. Miracle-Ear is the best thing that I've ever gotten.

My hearing loss was shaky and Miracle-Ear sounded like it might be a good thing. I was wearing hearing aids from another organization, so I went in and set up an appointment to visit them. I enjoyed the visit with Mike, the person at Miracle-Ear, and I liked what I saw. He was an outstanding individual, not only as a professional but also as a personal person. The relationships between him and his customers were outstanding as well. He was gentle, kind, always wanting to help and gave me the right answers. He checked me for the fifth time, whatever is not required, but made it very pleasant. I didn't want to leave the office because I was having fun as he was doing his thing and I was chatting with him.

I have a moderate hearing loss and I heard from people that Miracle-Ear is a good company so I decided to check them out. When I visited them, they were very professional so I decided to go with them. The consultant said that I have some hearing so I would not want to block that off so I took their recommendation and I have the old-style hearing aid where it goes behind the ear and it’s small. My hearing is better and I have no issues with them. I can enjoy conversations and I hear much more in the woods so I'm happy about that.

My interactions with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids have been very good. We didn't have the opens anymore so I got a RIC. We're satisfied with everything and I would suggest others to at least give them a try.

My right ear is almost completely deaf. I tried another hearing aid but didn’t like it, so I went with Miracle-Ear. I got the thing in my ear and then the other thing behind my ear and I don't even realize I have it in. It's convenient to use and I'm satisfied. The Miracle-Ear reps treat me well and handle any problem that I have. I’m perfectly happy with them.

My hearing loss was irritating and I saw Miracle-Ear advertised. The interactions with their employees were way above very good and they have been very accommodating. The Miracle-Ear hearing aid has helped tremendously because I can hear the children better and all the little sounds that I've missed out on. The TV does not have to be up so loud, too. I’m happy with the product and the people that work there.

I work and it was like speaking between offices when I was at my desk and people were in their offices. I knew I couldn't hear clearly everything that was being said. Years ago, my husband and I had seen something in the mail from Miracle-Ear where you could come in for a free hearing test. We went in and I ended up with the hearing aid that fits in your ear, wraps around it and the little piece is on the ear.

Prior to getting in touch with Miracle-Ear, I didn't realize how bad my hearing loss was but my wife did. Miracle-Ear was reputable and would do a good job for me so I chose them and I started with the ones in the canal back in the early 2000. I now wear the ones behind my ear because the others weren't strong enough and I have a progressive hearing loss. The hearing aids' performance is very good and I’m on the Bluetooth right now with my phone. It's great for driving. I've been with the same Miracle-Ear staff until I moved in 2006 but they've always been great. They keep me very informed and helps me if it changes or not so I get a hearing test when I need it. The hearing aids are very expensive and along with the charging device and the Bluetooth, it was over seven thousand dollars but I am happy with what I have. Now, I can hear and I am no longer left out in the conversations.

I have a slight hearing loss and I wasn't familiar with too many hearing aid companies. I knew Miracle-Ear is in Holden so it took me there, and I ended up getting an over the ear hearing aid. I have a little two-pointed tube that goes in the ear. Their customer service team has been very accommodating and nice. When my hearing aids were blocked up with wax, I got right in and they took care of it. They told me not to hesitate to come back. I've had to go in a lot with the wax and I'm very satisfied with what I've paid. I do very well with the hearing aids and I can understand people and even the television better. I would highly recommend them.

I have checked out a few places before and I have had hearing aids from another store for a couple of years. While they were good, they didn't care for me as much. So I went down and checked Miracle-Ear and the people seemed nice. I have been with them for many years now. The people are outstanding. Laura is one there that’s where I go and she's excellent. Her mother works good and she got an assistant who works there as well. They do an excellent job, and are very concerned and always offer me coffee and a paper.

For all the years I’ve been going to Miracle-Ear they have been great. I have been told by my regular doctor that I needed to look into hearing aids and then I looked into Miracle-Ear. The hearing style I go with has always been the one behind the ear, the one that goes over my ear and a knob goes in my ear. It was the best one for my type of hearing loss. In fact, the last one that I got was the best I’ve ever had. None of the other hearing aids, which are all Miracle-Ear accomplished hearing directly on the telephone like I can hear as if you’re standing right here in the room. This one pairs with my cell phone and that’s what I love about the whole thing. It's because I could never talk on the telephone since half of the words I hear could not be understood.

A couple of friends got hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and they’re real happy with them. They said that it’s one of the best companies that I can go to. And so, I gave them a try and everything has worked out great for me. Everybody I met at Miracle-Ear has been really nice. I dealt with Sheila in Albemarle, North California and she took care of everything. They remind me when my appointment is and I come over and she’s always there waiting on me. The first time I went in there, she said, “You read lips, don’t you?” I said, “Well, yeah. I have to.” I've lost about 80% hearing on my right ear and 70% on the left ear. I got the hearings aids and got them financed here. I got the ones that are behind the ear and they’re hidden. Sheila told me that it’s the most common and the one that most people went with.

My hearing was a little impaired and that was definitely gonna be a little tough, but I got along fine. The only problem I had was that my wife has a very soft voice. I ended up working with Jim from Miracle-Ear and he did a good job. I see him every six months and have my ears cleaned, and he takes care of me. I put in the earplugs in each ear every morning. It's not what it's cracked up to be but it's the best I can get. It just doesn't work the way I had anticipated. I thought maybe I could turn them up louder or softer, which apparently I can, but it doesn't have any range. I asked them to help me with that but it was for $5,000 since the next step was to get me a new pair. I don't think I can do any better with the cost than what I'm getting. It isn't what I had expected or what I hoped to do but the experience with Miracle-Ear has been satisfactory.

My husband has been using Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids for the past seven years and he likes his so I also bought from them. I chose my husband's model - the little round knob that goes into the ear with the round pad behind the ear - and I've been using it for the past two years. Their reps were knowledgeable and they were able to answer my questions with videos and maps. I would give my friends a wonderful reference on Miracle-Ear.

I went in and had a hearing test which indicated I needed a hearing aid!! I have had hearing difficulties for a year but has progressively gotten worse in the last six months. I went in to Miracle Ear - 1011 Glenmore Trail SW Calgary to find out about purchasing a hearing aid. I am with an organisation that will find work for disabled people and they find funding so people can buy hearing aids so people with disabilities can go back to work . My contact was with a Dr. **, and he did everything to prevent me from buying or dealing with Miracle-Ear. I told him they would give me $1500 for one ear and I needed it e-mailed over to the foundation I deal with!! He came up with a quote of $4000 both ears and refused to e-mail the quote!! They need better people with knowledge about salesmanship or they will go out of business in short order.

I have a bad hearing loss so I looked for a good hearing aid and I found one. I chose the one that has a part going into the ear and the rest behind the ear because it is what was recommended. For the most part, my experience with Miracle-Ear has been decent. I still have issues but I just have to live with them. The hearing aid certainly has improved my lifestyle and it does everything I need it to do. The rep who I've been dealing with in the store where I bought my hearing aid has retired so I was turned over to somebody. But the store was quite far from home and out of the way for me so I chose to go with the one closer to home and they have been better with me. The care I get there is really excellent and the rep is really wonderful.

The Miracle-Ear hearing aids are very good. I'm a counselor so I need to hear well. I talk to people for a living and I need to be able to understand what they say. A big part of my problem was not being able to hear but comprehending what people say. And the Miracle-Ear behind-the-ear hearing aids have helped tremendously in that area. They were a wonderful investment and I have intentions of continuing my Miracle-Ear experience. I have had a great experience there and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Miracle-Ear was close by so I bought my hearing aids from them. Their rep suggested the ones that go behind the ear and they work perfectly for me. The cost in relation to the quality of the hearing aids was great. Also, my hearing aids have improved my hearing and my life a 100%. Before it was always whether I understood people or not because I couldn't hear them completely but now I can hear them. Also, their reps were accommodating and wonderful so I go back every so often for a checkup. Their rep is absolutely wonderful with checking everything out and making sure that my hearing aids are working well. I appreciate them so much.

My behind-the-ear Miracle-Ear hearing aid has made hearing a whole lot better. I chose the brand for the price and they are convenient too. The team is very courteous, friendly and nice. They are always there when I need them.

Miracle-Ear was able to take care of my hearing loss, and the hearing aids I have are fine. I like their length of time in the industry so I went with them. I got the behind the ear type because the other types didn’t fit for what I needed. So far, everybody at customer service was excellent. They were right there whenever I needed them. However, Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids are overpriced. I understand the company's investment in the engineering, the investigation and how to create, research and develop have to be recovered but I still think that all hearing aids are overpriced. Nonetheless, I’ve had a good experience with them.

Miracle-Ear had a deal going on for the cheap hearing aids and I got a coupon out of a newspaper. We went out there and lo and behold, I needed them. I dealt with Kayla and her husband and both have been really good. They’re nice people and they've helped me a whole lot. I would definitely tell others to go out there. I can't even tell that I've got my behind-the-ear hearing aids on and they've been very good. There were things I forgot about like birds, and I can actually hear now.

Thus far, I haven't been to any other hearing aid companies except Miracle-Ear and my experience using their hearing aid has been very good. I got the one that goes inside the ear. It is very comfortable and it doesn't show. It was very expensive but it's a good hearing aid. The quality is also very good and I enjoyed it. Also, the interaction with the customer service has been very good. Since having the hearing aid, I can hear my husband. The sounds were a lot clearer and I don't miss so much what's going on. I would tell my friends to get one if they needed it because they're missing a lot.

Miracle Ear called my 84 yr old mother, unsolicited, and told her she needed to come in and get her hearing aids checked. She came home having signed over a $4,000 credit agreement for new hearing aids that she just "had" to have. If she can't hear a pin drop when those things get here in 2 weeks, I will camp out on their doorstep until she gets her money back. I will post a follow-up.

My mother had hearing issues and the biggest one that bottomed out was clarity. My father-in-law and different friends and family have used Miracle-Ear so that was where we went and we have had a lot of success with it. We got the one that goes down into the canal and there's the fine wire that goes over the ear. We love the guys from the Miracle-Ear office. They remembered our names and that's something. Plus, the doctor was so personable. My mother kids around a lot and he'll kid around with her about her age and everything. She'll walk in like the decrepit old lady and he'd say, "Oh c'mon." We have a good relationship down there.

Never Worked, Wasted over $4500 - Gets wax and has to be cleaned at supplier's office. Never worked. Have gone back several times, provider cleaned wax with his vacuum cleaner, worked for two days, then was full of wax which I could not remove myself. Provider supplied cleaning tools which did not work.

Bill's hearing loss is so profound and we had already bought hearing aids from two other companies, but decided to try Miracle-Ear. The Miracle-Ear hearing aids work better than anything else that we tried. All hearing aids are probably five thousand dollars a pair too expensive. They are extraordinarily expensive, especially when one gets the better ones. So, in comparison with the other hearing aids, the price of Miracle-Ear is right where they should be. Still, the technology that goes along with them, like the loop that goes around his neck and the Bluetooth, is great. They are comfortable for him to use for the most part. He also has many interactions with the representatives from Miracle-Ear and they were fabulous. He dealt with Seana and she has helped him more than anyone else ever had. So, for anyone's hearing loss needs, they should definitely go to Miracle-Ear.

Our experience at the Laconia Miracle-Ear was excellent. He evaluated us both. And recommended the best possible hearing aids for us. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs assistance.

After visiting several dealers, I found Miracle-Ear to have the best offer at the time of my hearing loss. That was a primary reason for going with them. The offer was if I bought one and didn’t like it, I could go to the other one. I tried the in the ear type and I didn’t like it so I went with behind the ear as my second choice. Also, the cost has been very good. My brother just recently went to Costco and his expenses were comparable. I’ve also gone to some private dealerships and they had a comparable unit for a lot more money.

My doctor recommended Miracle-Ear due to partial hearing loss. The hearing aid goes on the outside of the ear with a plug inside the ear. They gave me a channel for regular, for inside the car, and for the wind, but I still have trouble with people that talk with a very soft voice. The two girls up at Miracle-Ear are the best and they do everything I need. One day, one wasn’t working. I brought it up there and they called me an hour later and I picked it up and it was all fixed. They did a great job. The hearing aid cost a lot of money, but I love Miracle-Ear and I love the two girls up there.

My husband had a loss of certain frequencies in both ears. His hearing loss was getting worse, and his Miracle-Ear hearing aids were able to bring it up a bit. He has the hearing aids that have the little microphone things that go on the outside of the ear. And it helped him hear better while it was behind him as well as around. My husband went in to see the really small hearing aids when they had first come out, but those didn’t work with his type of hearing loss. But, Cliff, the man who runs the store that we go to did a lot of customizing work for him to help him hear things better all the way around.

I bought hearing aids with Miracle-Ear three different times, and I've always had real good luck with them. I got the behind the ear style. The hearing aids were $2,000 a piece, but they're the best quality that I have used. I’m happy with ithem. We got a group that meets up at McDonald's and I can hear them talking now and I can participate in the conversation. Also, the Miracle-Ear representative was a good guy and he took care of my needs and still does.

We went into our eyeglass place and they had a sign up that said a free ear exam. We made an appointment for Miracle-Ear and had the exam and bought hearing aids from them. The representative was very pleasant. My husband and I both had an exam, and he took time with us. And other than that, the exam was thorough. My husband got two hearing aids while I got one. I got the one that goes behind my ear with a little wire going down into my ear, which was what was recommended.

I have a partial hearing loss. It was affecting my business. I was in a meeting and I couldn’t hear but there was a lot of people around the table. I got the Behind-The-Ear unit from Miracle-Ear. I wanted the In-The-Canal but they said that with my hearing loss it wouldn’t work for me very well. I wish that they would get one that would fit in the ear, a little bit smaller, a little more discreet that is strong enough to help me. The hearing aid is expensive but I can hear better so I guess it’s worth it. Overall the hearing aid's functionality is good.

I had my Miracle Ear hearing aids for 8 months, I can just hear a little better, this is my 3rd pair of different hearing aids in the last 4 years. I still have to ask everyone to repeat over and over, not to mention the noisy background. Cannot hear nothing! These are behind the ear aids, but they sound like a muzzle over their mouth when they speak. The rep is very nice and tries to work with me to get my hearing better. All that money I spend on them and did not get no better results. I'm very disappointed!!

Miracle-Ear was close by and they sounded very good and they were. The customer service team was very good. I like the way they presented everything and treated their customers. We saw the style that goes in the ear and around and I went with that. And we liked it. It's expensive but what isn't? We can hear better with the hearing aid. It's better going out now and my husband is very satisfied with it. The only thing is that the batteries don't last very long. They last for a week.

Timothy is very happy with his Miracle-Ear hearing aids. It was fabulous. His hearing before was horrible. He had worn hearing aids for a very long time but he couldn’t hear everything that was generally going around him and the customer service was so horrible when we moved here. So, he sought out something new and different, and that happened to be Miracle-Ear. The one he got sits behind his ear. Melissa, the person at the location that he goes to, thought that was the best for him at that time when he first started going there. She and the lady that works the desk are very accommodating and whenever there’s an issue or an area of opportunity, she has no problems fixing it and making it better. No matter how small the tweak needs to be, she’s always able and willing to do that.

My hearing loss is significant and I was having trouble communicating. I got a Miracle-Ear hearing aid and it is wonderful. I couldn’t do without it. I had a bad experience with a different provider and I decided to try Miracle-Ear instead. I heard good things about it from a friend of mine. Miracle-Ear's sales and customer service teams have been wonderful. They’ve had some turnover at the office I go to. And I’ve been with three different audiologists there, but all have been the best people. Now that I have my Miracle-Ear hearing aid, I don’t say, “What? What? What?” all the time. It helped me with relationships. And it has helped with phone calls, which were really difficult for me. I’d tell my friends to go to Miracle-Ear and never look back.

Miracle-Ear is local and so we called them for an appointment since I have bad hearing loss. I got behind-the-ear hearing aids, which was recommended by Michael. He was outstanding, treated us like he was concerned for our well-being, and showed compassion. We had no idea what hearing aids cost and he gave us multiple choices that we could get and we went mid-stream. We also got the insurance to cover a replacement of the hearing aid if it’s lost for any reason. Now, I have a lot of good hearing and it’s amazing what I’ve missed.

Miracle-Ear's reviews were good. I did some research on them as well because they are located in different places in the United States. My home is in Tennessee, and there was one near where I live. I got behind-the-ear hearing aids, which was what the gentleman at Miracle-Ear said would be the best after testing my hearing. The Miracle-Ear representatives have all been very satisfactory and I've had a good experience. And if I had a friend who would be thinking about hearing aids, I would suggest they go to Miracle-Ear.

Miracle-Ear helps me hear. I have a problem hearing people not pronounce their words well enough. There was a Miracle-Ear store right near us and the proximity is very helpful. It was wonderful with the Miracle-Ear team. I went with the in-the-canal style and the audiologist said this style was good. But the hearing aids are very expensive in the way I live. If I'm going to use and have them though, these are what I need. And so, I think they're perfect. But it's a pain in the neck. I wear glasses and the device that goes behind my ear conflicts with my glasses. And that's a problem that I haven't come up with any relief. Other than that, I'm very happy with it and I change the batter every now and then. I'm very pleased with the service I get.

I have a partial hearing loss. I got hearing aids from Miracle-Ear purely because of the local representative. It was excellent with the Miracle-Ear team and I got the behind-the-ear style. The cost was awful high but it's all been okay.

My husband said that I needed hearing aids. I needed the TV louder and sometimes I had trouble hearing people across the table from me in noisy restaurants. Miracle-Ear had an offer and contacted people in their area. It was passed on to me, although I didn't use the offer. I'm very pleased with Neil. He's up to date and very supportive of my feelings. My hearing loss was partial. Behind-the-ear style was recommended to me. I could go to church and hear most of what the minister was saying. And I didn't feel the need to turn the TV up as loud. I'm pleased as well as my family. I recommend it highly. It has worked for me.

My hearing loss got worse and my kids told me to get a hearing aid or else. We had a Miracle-Ear in our little town in Eastern Oregon. The girl at the place was testing a behind the ear hearing aid. They recommended it to me. I chose to get one from them and I've been well-pleased with it. However, like everything else, I thought that the hearing aids cost too much. Still, after I got the hearing aid, I got such good service and I figured it was worth it. The hearing aid does well and I've enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear.

I had substantial hearing loss and someone who got Miracle-Ear Hearing aids referred the hearing aids to me. I got the kind that goes around the back of my ear with the little wire and the little bud that goes inside and it's very good. When they're out I cannot hear so there's a big difference. I just go back where I got them for my check-ups. But anytime I'm on the phone with anyone they're always very pleasant and they're like "Are you all right now?" And it's always very nice. The hearing aid is expensive but worth it for the quality of life I get and that of my mate since it's been a real good change for him too.

I’ve had Miracle-Ear going on four years now and they have been good every time I’ve been there. I’ve been around semi-trucks all my life and they’re noisy. And back in 1970 there wasn't any earplugs in the hardhats. So later on I can’t hear the real soft tones. I only hear anything medium. I got the receiver-over-the-ear hearing aids and the customer service team have been good. And now I can hear the smaller, quieter tones without trying to squinch a little. I could’ve updated to a newer style but I liked the style I got so I stayed with it. It helps me more at work than at home.

I've had a partial hearing loss in both ears. I've heard good things about Miracle-Ear for taking care of a customer after purchasing from them, and they have lived up to that statement from beginning all the way. I like the looks of my hearing aid and that it goes all the way in my ear. I have long hair and I could hardly see it. Costs of hearing aids are always high, but the quality of mine is good. Miracle-Ear has been wonderful, and I'd tell my friends to go for it and get one close to their homes. Miracle-Ear is always willing to take you in even if you have the slightest problem.

My first experience with Miracle-Ear goes back 10 years. They happened to have an office near the rear entrance to a Sears Roebuck store that I patronized and I walked by and I started to realize I needed help with hearing. And I went in, became acquainted with a man called John and he was friendly and helpful. I now have the fourth version of Miracle-Ear so I have a loyalty to the brand.

My hearing was declining so when Miracle-Ear had an advertisement about free consultation, we went there and I got the hearing aids that can be hooked onto the iPhone. I can adjust them that way and that was better than all the rest. Barry at the store in Albany, New York is awesome and he really takes care of the clients that he works with. I always see him when I go there for follow-up and I’ve also recommended other people who have consequently seen him as well. While no hearing aid is as good as one's own hearing, I hear better with the hearing aid now.

I’ve had hearing aids with Miracle-Ear for 10 years. This is my second set of hearing aids and I've been very pleased. There are two people there that are very nice. Rob is a wonderful gentleman and I’ve liked him for years. He takes very good care of me from the Allen Park store and sometimes he works in the Trenton store, so any problems I have, he takes care of them. He sold me a set and I had them for at least nine years. Every two or three months, they were cleaned. There's also an older woman there that makes sure they handle the paperwork. She’s been there for a while and I've known her for years. If I have a problem, I call and within a day, I'm in the office. When I need other things, I'm going back to Miracle-Ear.

I have terrible hearing loss. I was at a car dealership and my hearing aid didn’t work really well, so I went over to Miracle-Ear and they tested me. I bought the higher-end hearing aid and it sounded better. I worked with a great, young guy who was very professional and explained everything in great detail. I’ve been back to him quite a few times since I got the hearing aid set about a year and a half ago. I can hear everything now and I also got a notice that they wanted to do my annual hearing test. Everything has been perfect and I’ve sent quite a few people at Miracle-Ear.

While it's not severe, I have hearing loss on my left ear. Miracle-Ear has a reputation and they have a location near my house. I got a hearing aid that is less noticeable. It goes behind the ear and has a little wire that goes into the ear canal. The representatives have done very good and I’ve gone back for schedule appointment where they made adjustments and everything has been fine. Now, I can hear quite a bit better.

I have a gradual hearing decline. I had been someplace else and I wasn’t happy with them. And so, I landed happily at Miracle-Ear. This company has better service and the actual instrument is better. I have the plain hearing aid that sticks in the ear and has the little thing that goes behind the ear, and it is good. I go frequently to the customer service guy named Hugh because he changes the buds on the hearing aid. He is wonderful. And also, I had an incident where part of the hearing aid broke, and they were really great. They sent it away. It was under warranty, so there was just no problem. I just have been very pleased. They were pleasant to be around, too. The cost of the unit is right on par, having been involved with another company. With it, I can hear a little better. I would really recommend them. I'm a big fan of Miracle-Ear.

My hearing is terrible especially in my right ear. As a kid and as a sheriff's deputy, I shot a lot with pistols without any hearing protection. I'm 63 years old, so back then I didn't know anything about that. We're originally from the Lafayette, Louisiana area, and we got mails from Beltone and other companies. One came from Miracle Ear from Lafayette, Indiana and I started digging into it. I knew exactly where their address was in Lafayette and I decided to take a chance with them. So, I went to the one here in Jackson and they've been super with me.

One of my ears didn't hear anything and the Miracle-Ear rep recommended that I get the hearing aid that goes in the ear. It fits behind the ear, and then a little wire brings it around into the ear. They are expensive but everything seems to work well. The customer service team is always at the desk and they take care of whatever I need. Their service has been great and I can hear better now.

Miracle-Ear is a good company and their representatives have treated me good. I didn't seem to hear as well as I thought I should. So, I got the rechargeable hearing aids but I've never really liked them. While it could be because of the shape of my eardrum, the hearing aids are never comfortable to wear and I hear a lot of noises that I didn't hear before. I can hear my hair and these types of things are annoying sounds that I don't even need to hear as far as I'm concerned. Still, I would recommend Miracle-Ear. Go with them and look for their promotionals which are good sales.

There was a lot of ringing in my ears and ringing from a loud noise. I checked Miracle-Ear out and it was all that they said it was. They had good service and they were really on top. I got hearing aids that are in-the-canal and I’m comfortable a big deal. It's had a big impact on my quality of life.

Miracle-Ear was one of the many places I went to to check out prices and get my hearing tested. I liked the people that were there. Their customer service team was fantastic. Kelly, the lady who did the hearing test and the person who told me about the hearing aid originally was an exceptional, very talented, and well-informed person who took care of her clients from A to Z. I got in-the-ear hearing aids because I wanted something more hidden and the one that goes around the ear is too obvious, so I don't like it. The hearing aids' functionality is very good and I'm happy with it. My hearing before getting Miracle-Ear hearing aids was fair to bad and since having them, they made a difference in my life. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience with Miracle-Ear.

My mother is 86 years old and her wearing Miracle-Ear hearing aids makes a big difference. I don't have to yell at her anymore just to hear me. My dad, who passed away almost three years ago, got her hooked up with it. She got the ones where the wire goes in and the battery part goes back of her ear. I'm very pleased with Miracle-Ear. The rapport between us and the technician, and also the secretary is great. If we have any questions, they got the answers. Also, the customer service team always confirms the appointment ahead of time. I like the girls who are in Miracle-Ear's office too. The way they treat my mother is fantastic.

I wasn't hearing well, but I didn't think it was that bad, except that people were telling me about it. Miracle-Ear was a lot cheaper than going to the other company that I started with. I've been going to Miracle-Ear for about 15 years and they've always been good. They're very thorough and they're always there for us, so we're happy with them. A lot of people are paying a lot more for their hearing aids, so I don't think we're paying too much for ours.

I have progressive hearing loss and I understand that I was losing hearing and having a harder time. I went to a Miracle-Ear location near me and got an in the ear hearing aids, like an earbud. It was the latest out at that time. Also, I had topnotch interaction with the service team. The staff members were very good and the technician's professionalism is good. The cost of the hearing aids is high, but the quality satisfies me. Given the loss of my hearing, the overall functionality and performance is good. There's a great improvement in my hearing right away even if it's still depreciating. I've already recommended Miracle-Ear in the past and still recommend them now.

I had moderate hearing loss. I heard good things about Miracle-Ear and they came to my workplace once a month. My experience with them has been great. The reps have been great and our interactions have been fine. I got the style of hearing aid that's behind the ear because Miracle-Ear happened to have a good price on it that day when I bought it and I was very pleased with the cost. I got a good deal on the hearing aid I have because it happened to be a discontinued model. But its performance has been very good. Having my hearing aid has impacted my life very positively. Since using it, I hear the correct words that are spoken, not mushy words. I don't have to ask people to repeat themselves and I haven't misinterpreted words. I would recommend Miracle-Ear to anybody.

My wife was telling me I could not hear her so upon her insistence, I went to Miracle-Ear. After they did the test, I decided to get the hearing aids and it has improved my hearing. I don’t wear them all the time especially if I’m not going to be somewhere where I’m talking with people. But when I have them on, there’s a big difference.

I had a complete hearing loss on my right ear. A friend of mine recommended Miracle Ear and they have been great. Their rep has always been able to help me with anything I've ever asked him and the hearing aid that they gave me is fantastic. It's got the little tan thing that goes behind my ear, then a little bitty wire, and the little clear part that goes in my ear. That model was the only one their rep offered to me and it's doing good. For how it works, you get what you pay for and the quality is higher than what I hear other people say that theirs are. Since I had it, I could understand people's voices more clearly in a dining atmosphere or if there was a lot of background noise. I could understand what they were saying and I could tell from which direction those sounds were coming from better. I've also recommended Miracle Ear to several people. Anybody who was a hearing problem should go to them.

My husband has partial hearing loss and he wasn’t having very good luck with the hearing aid he had before. Then Miracle-Ear happened to come to town, and so he ran and had his ear checked. They fit him a new hearing aid, and he got the one that go into the hole of his ear and has a little thing over the top of his ear. It seemed to be what would help him the most and it works very well. It has been fine and he has had it since July last year. The hearing aid is very expensive but it's been worthwhile. He doesn’t have to have me repeat every time I open my mouth, so it's much better.

I have bad partial hearing loss and I got hearing aids that are outside thinking I could hear better with them. But it's the one that go in the ear that is better for me. Also, I hear better with them if I'm talking to people. Finally, while the cost is high, the overall functionality and performance of the hearing aids is good.

I wasn't hearing good at all in my right ear and I had to turn the volume up for everything, such as the TV. My mother has a Miracle-Ear hearing aid and I have some friends in Oregon that have Miracle-Ear hearing aids too, and they've done nothing but rave about Miracle-Ear. I've also had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. I got from them the hearing aid style that I put it in my ear, then a little piece goes behind my ear, and this model is good. It fits me well and I like it. It has been 100% for the better for me since I've had my hearing aid. But it was very expensive. Being a widow and on a limited income, I wish Miracle-Ear had payment plans. But my son helped me pay for my hearing aid, so that worked out okay.

I have the behind-the-ear hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. I'm familiar with that model since that was what my mom had. I get along real good with Haidee and Mary, the reps of Miracle-Ear. My wife had her hearing aids from them too and they were really good. But my hearing has gone far enough and it’s bad enough that the hearing aid doesn’t really help. I can hear noise, but I can’t distinguish it. What happened was the middle frequencies are bad. So there’s not enough variation in the thing to allow me to understand easily. So I have to really concentrate. But that’s just my ear and it has nothing to do with the hearing aid. I wear them all the time and when I take them out, then I can really tell. I almost can't function with my ears. As long as I have the hearing aids in, at least I can tell when somebody is hollering at me.

The product itself is expensive, but it's well worth it. It helps me immensely with my hearing and the service was excellent. Their representative named Charlie was the technician and he did an outstanding job. I really appreciated his assistance and patience with me. I had an outstanding experience.

I have the receiver-in-the-canal model from Miracle-Ear and I like that it wouldn't be seen. It's also working as it should. The reps also know what they’re doing. One of my ears’ hearing aid kept popping out and she knew exactly what to do to fix it. I’ve had no trouble since then. They’re also guaranteed for almost a lifetime with what we’ve paid for them so that’s what I’m hoping for.

I went in, got tested, and got the over the ear hearing aids. They work great and I am completely happy with them. Also, the people I dealt with were extremely nice. If you want the best, Miracle-Ear is where you want to go. If you want to go cheap, then go over to Costco or Sam's and you're going to get cheap then eventually not be satisfied. There's a Miracle-Ear location that happened to be next to my favorite restaurant and it's very convenient for me to go to every two or three months. I was going deaf and I didn't know it so I went there and got a hearing device which helps me to hear. I paid for the best, I expected the best, and I got the best. I've had the device for about 2 years now and it's good to have the representative located nearby. He cares about my ears, so he checks and makes sure that everything is A-OK.

I've had Miracle-Ear for five years and I'm relatively happy with them. I still don't hear everything I would like to hear but I'm keeping up with them and still wearing them. I had another one first and I wasn't happy. But Miracle-Ear has been good to me. They keep check-ups every now and then and they have some good guys who take care of me when I go in there. They do a very good job. They have me come in a little bit more often to check out the aids and how they're doing. They'll also clean them. And they do anything that needs to be done.

I got the really small hearing aids ‘cause my ears are small. Sometimes I can hardly hear with them and other times, they seem to be okay. But I guess it’s just me. But I have a problem understanding people when they talk. I can hear them okay, but to make out what they are saying, a lot of times, it is hard. I can’t do that. There can be a lot of improvements with it.

Before the latest purchase, I bought from them in the 90's. There was a plug that would make the ear move and it went right in the center of the ear. The sounds didn't sound amplified, like when you have an amplifier where everything was loud. Only the sounds that you need was picked up and elevated.

Miracle-Ear helps me hear what people are saying. It’s not perfect because I still have difficulty if they’re facing away from me but it’s better than not having hearing aids at all. I have the same model I started with which is over the ear because of its appearance. I go to get checked every now and then and see if we’re doing fairly well. Their people are really friendly. They ask me what problems I have and then they try to adjust it on the computer there. They’ve done a good job. Even though Miracle-Ear is costly, I’d still recommend it to others.

This was my first experience with hearing devices and I was very confident of the gentleman who runs the business where I got them. I liked the professionalism and the service that the gentleman gave at the Miracle-Ear place. I got a little device that goes on my ear outside and then the wire connects to a little device that goes to my ear inside. But I’m not totally satisfied with the improvement I’ve received. When I was having trouble hearing in a conversation atmosphere in a crowded room, I thought I would regain the clarity that I used to find. But it hasn’t come back as total as I thought it would.

I have the hearing aids for over four years and I’m sure in time, they would have to be replaced, but I’m surprised that they're doing so well.

I have great interactions with the Miracle-Ear team. They listen and are easy talk to, and I tell them how I feel. I have partial hearing loss and I got hearing aids that are in the canal of my ear so others can’t see them. I like the cost for its quality. But one time, I had a problem when something came undone in one and then the representative fixed it. I like Miracle-Ear and I have recommended them to people saying that it's where one should go if they’re looking for hearing aids.

I had quite a hearing loss. I got the visible hearing aids from Miracle Ear and they are awesome. They're the visible type, in one piece, and with no tubes. They fit right in my ear and don’t go on the outside of it. I sweat a lot and the battery of the ones I tried that fit in the back of my ear would short out by sweating. So, I went back to my original style that fit inside my ear. I really like my hearing aids and I have no problems with the functions. I also have controls through my phone if I need to. They are expensive but I have to have my hearing. They are also wonderful and since I got them, I could hear everything again and my hearing is back at 90%. Miracle Ear's rep has been excellent, too. He works with my schedule and knows that I could be late in the evening so he'd wait for me. If anybody needed anything for hearing, I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

If you put really good ear muffs on and then have a conversation, that is how I feel with my hearing out. My dad did a lot of research about hearing aids and Miracle-Ear was who he went with. To whom should I lodge a complaint to about the Miracle Ear in Warrenton, Oregon taking advantage of my 88 year old mother? I recently took over her bills and found an exorbitant bill for a product my mother has literally never been able to use. Any fool can look at her fingers and see that she'd have trouble putting something in her ear three times that size, let alone something smaller than the width of a nickel. My mother has gone back in for help a few times and left frustrated when able-bodied people show her "how easy it is" to insert them into her ears, and then told a woman with vision loss that she can just look in a mirror...to put something she can neither see well nor handle into her ear.

Miracle-Ear was right around here locally when I started with them about five years ago. The first set I had was the inside-the-ear domes and they sweat a lot in the ears. I wasn't too happy with them. They got outdated and I bought newer ones about three years ago. I've got the behind-the-ear now and they definitely help out. Also, their customer service was good. I'm happy with the way things are going.

It is the size of a ballpoint pen when it is open. The hearing aid is on the top of my ear and the wire goes into a fitting that goes into my ear way. I got the Miracle-Ear hearing aid that has a little loop around my ear, which was what they thought I should have when they tested me, and I've had it for years now. It's a good hearing aid for me and it made me hear a lot better. I've had really good service from their customer service. I was having trouble hearing and one of their guys told me that it was because the unit had too much background stuff. So, I went back yesterday and he took the background stuff down. I could really hear really well right now. I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

My Miracle Ear rep, Conrad, recommended I get the over-the-ear unit. He was very helpful in explaining a lot of things and led me to the right path. I still have problems with my hearing aid but Conrad helps me whenever I try to get it adjusted. I'm also trying to get used to it to get it more working the right way.

Dwight at the Mt Airy Miracle-Ear is amazing. Not only is he kind and personable, he really explains everything and doesn't think any questions are dumb. I would tell anyone that has hearing problems in the Mt Airy area to go see him. Even the price was great!

I’ve seen Miracle-Ear in lots of places. Then, I went to their place one day and told them to check my ears. Their reps suggested that I get the hearing aid with the microphone down in my ear and the body of it is behind my ear. I got that hearing aid style and it has been good for me. Miracle-Ear had nice customer service people and they did what I needed. They did a good job so far and from what I saw, it was a good experience.
