    I have minimal hearing loss, but it was enough that I noticed it in one ear. I got hearing aids from Miracle-Ear that go over the ear and then, the rubber part goes in the ear canal. So, the device sits behind the ear and then a little wire that goes in the ear canal. They were one of the newer ones during the time that I got them and although they're horribly expensive, they're good. Now, I can hear the conversation better and I don't have to say, "Ha?" as much. Miracle-Ear's customer service has always been really good too. They're easy to work with. It's been an overall good experience with Miracle-Ear.

    I’ve had my Miracle-Ear hearing aid for about a year and three months now. My husband got his hearing aid there and I went there, too. Mine is the over the ear one with the little knob in the ear. It’s very small. I wear them for meetings and when I’m going out in public and when shopping but I don’t wear them at home. I need it especially when I am involved with a couple of organizations that I gotta listen and take notes. Miracle-Ear makes a big difference. I’m more aware of what they’re saying. The only thing is no matter what I do with it, it comes out. It loosens up on my ear, but it works well 99% percent of the time.

    I had a good experience with Miracle-Ear. They were a referral from a friend and they also had a big sale going on. I went in and the customer service reps I dealt with were very good. The digital hearing aid I got works really well too. I use them more so at different times of the year than others, particularly when I would go hunting in the fall. However, I realized that I should wear them more often and putting them on should be a part of my daily routine.

    Having heard a lot more about Miracle-Ear than other companies, I decided I'd try something out and they sent us a little thingy out for free just to have my ear balls checked. It was really cool after I got them. We can sit out and hear the birds out in the backyard with the first set that we had. I'm very pleased with their customer service too. If I had an issue, they would jump right on it. And so, the experience has been really good so far. We went with the hearing aids that had the bigger batteries so they last a little longer. They had a couple of glitches but I wanna take the units back again because it never stays hooked up with the telephone. Other than that, I'm on a great piece.

    I had mastoids, so they removed the eardrums on my right side. I didn’t hear anything on that side at all and on the other side, I lost hearing, which is why I had the hearing aids for the left side. For about two years, I have been trying to get a hearing aid that I could afford. The problem was that there was no way I could afford paying it in two payments, which knocked out a lot of the places that I could go to. The Miracle-Ear is wonderful and I couldn’t ask for better. It does everything I expected it to do. The quality is excellent and I’m so comfortable with it that sometimes I forget I have it. I don’t have to say, “What did you say?” Or "I can't hear the TV, I gotta bring it up a lot higher." I used to put my volume up to about 30, but when I had gotten the hearing aid, I started coming down to 13. Moreover, if the hearing aid is good, the customer service is even better.

    I had limited hearing so I got Miracle-Ear's device. I got the one that goes over the ear and the plug inside the ears. Since I used it, I don't have to turn up the television and now, I can hear sounds that I was unaware of. In the beginning, the price was excessive then I got a letter and they lowered the price. It was more reasonable. I could have gone to the veteran’s administration and got one for nothing but I didn’t wanna travel while Miracle-Ear is close by so I went with them. Their reps were outstanding. One of my aids wasn’t working and I took it to them and they fixed it. It has been fine ever since. I’m very satisfied with Miracle-Ear. They’re really great. All the periodic check-ups are good and they keep the system going.

    I have Miracle-Ear's behind the ear style hearing aids and I love them. They're not uncomfortable and people don't see them, not that I care. I went with Miracle-Ear considering that they had set up some payments and with the way they treated me when I went in there. Their service is very individualized. There were other people in the waiting room but the doctor took care of me first. With my hearing aids now, the TV doesn't have to be so loud that everybody in the house is deaf.

    I thought I could hear better with Miracle-Ear and I got the unit that lays out in the back of my ear and then plugs into my ear. I told Julie, the staff, that I have problems when I go into a cement block basement like a church. We’ve been playing with the computer and now, we have it pretty well set. I have no complaints and I go several months before I see her again which is often during May. We did a little fine-tuning again and it’s getting well-adjusted to where I like it. Miracle-Ear has made a difference in my life and I’m very satisfied.

    My hearing loss isn’t too bad but I noticed that I don't hear things in crowds. I went to get a hearing aid from Miracle-Ear and they presented me with one that is behind-the-ear and then comes around inside the ear. The overall functionality and performance of the hearing aid is very good. However, it was a lot of money and the biggest problem I have is that my husband had passed away and I used insurance money to pay for them. So, if what I have isn't gonna continue working for me and if I have to have them done over or a new thing would come out, I wouldn’t be able do it because I wouldn’t have that amount of money to put into it again.

    Nonetheless, the two gentlemen who have helped me and the receptionist have done an excellent job when I went in at Miracle-Ear. And they explained things. Then I went in a week or so ago and I mentioned to them that it was bleeding in my ear. So, he looked inside and told me I needed to get to a doctor and have them look at it. I have done that and so I've been putting antibiotic drops in the ear. I still have to go back and be checked later this week but the Miracle-Ear staff has been good about it and helping out. They’ve been there when I needed them and they answered if I had questions. So, I felt like they were very fair and open. Overall, the Miracle-Ear hearing aid has a positive impact in my life.

    I went to a couple of different hearing aid companies but the technician who worked with me at Miracle-Ear was friendlier and more informative. I got the earbud and the receiver that's behind the ear. Whatever questions I had, the technician answered them all the time. Whenever I have even a small issue with the equipment, like the earbud, I can walk in just about any time and he sees to me immediately. Also, it is convenient since they are less than half a mile from my house and from my office. I've been with Miracle-Ear for eight years and I haven't looked into anything else. I can hear better and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the hearing aids.

    My Miracle-Ear hearing aid goes around my ear. It’s a small unit that sits on the back of my ear with a speaker that’s goes on into my ear canal. I got that style because it was the one that was gonna work the best. They’re expensive and that’s shocking at first when you see the size of them. They're not big, and you’re talking $2000, $2500 each unit, and I wear two of them. But the flipside of that is that you can hear, so the tradeoff isn’t that bad. Also, I have had a good experience with the staff at the office that I’ve been going to. I’ve sent the hearing aids out back to the factory since I had to have repairs done on them and the people at the office in Warwick have been more than cooperative. They’ve taken care of any issues right there if they could. And if they couldn’t, in the one case, they sent them back.

    The hearing aids work very well. I have an 80 decibel hearing loss. I would not hear the things that I hear. The volume on the TV, you would probably hear it out on the street if it wasn’t for the hearing aids. Also, I don’t have to keep trying to watch someone’s mouth and I didn’t realize I was lip reading. I don't miss parts of conversations because of the hearing aids.

    My husband’s hearing loss was closer to full than partial and I heard good advertising on Miracle-Ear. And so, we got him a style that has the earpiece going in and then there’s the other part over the ear. When he tried on the canal hearing aid, it felt good. The sales team here in Robinson area PA are wonderful. He quite frequently gets a lot of earwax build up and the team is very good about checking that for him. I like the service that we get with the hearing aid and that every time he has a problem it’s not another charge. Since he has had the hearing aid, he has turned the television down. But now my husband is going through Parkinson’s and dementia. And there are times when I have to still turn the TV down because sometimes he doesn’t quite get the hearing aid in. He thinks he does and then I have to help him get it in, and it works better.

    Why does Miracle Ear put aftermarket parts not genuine Miracle Ear parts when repairing aids. I was told I needed a repair so Paid $230.00. It was returned to me still not fixed and was told after these parts were used in it, it could no longer be programmed. I would need to buy a new one. I paid $4000.00 for these aids. I cannot afford to buy new. Is this a scam???

    My elderly mother was telephoned to go to the Miracle Ear Center for a "check up" for her paid-for hearing aids. She was then told that they needed to be replaced and they ordered her a new set, to be placed on her credit card for a mere $6000.00. Because she is in her mid 80's, she complied, as she does with any Medical Professional. We asked her if she was having any difficulty with her current ones, and she said that "no, they work just fine, but Miracle Ear said that they needed to order new ones." We cancelled the order before they were even sent to the Miracle-Ear Store. BUT Miracle Ear still received the order, and telephoned my mother to "come pick up your hearing aides. Don't worry they are already PAID for." (Sure, they are on HER credit card.)

    She dutifully picked them up. Miracle Ear confiscated her current hearing aids, "because the new hearing aids actually cost $8000.00 but the trade in value for her current paid for ones will reduce the cost to only $6000.00." The NEW hearing aids did not seem any different to my Mother. She stated that "they seemed the same as the other ones." We returned the new hearing aids within 3-4 hours, but Miracle Ear said, "Sorry, she signed a contract. Her other ones are ours now." Not only are they refusing to return her original hearing aids, they have been BLOCKING our phone numbers, despite being told that we have her Durable Power of Attorney. Disparaging remarks were made about my Mother.

    So far, my Mother has been without any hearing aids for over a month, and has missed out on hearing her Grandson's Baptism, another Grandson's Graduation, enjoying her Son's Baby shower, and Family conversations. She has been almost tearful, stating, "I just want my hearing aids back!" Elder Fraud is illegal and disgraceful. Please be aware that Miracle Ear seems to have no qualms defrauding the elderly.

    I am very pleased with my new hearing aids and being able to hear better than I have for several years. The testing at the Cahalan Street Office was very accurate and the audiologist was very thorough and kind. He took a lot of time evaluating my hearing needs. The front office staff was extremely nice and offered great service with timely appointments and keeping me up to date about the aids being made for me. She even sent me a handwritten thank you note for taking the time to be tested and meeting the staff. I was extremely impressed with all the staff and their non-ending efforts to meet all my needs.     Mom saw an ad in the paper - hearing aids for $895 - not chump change, but something doable. Went ahead and made appointment. They said they worked with lots insurance companies and Medicare. Okay, cool. Asked if this was any kind of bait and switch thing, where they advertise one price and it is actually not the price. The woman taking the appointment said, "No! Never!"

    I figured they would try to upsell us, no matter what they promised. Well... It was a huge bait and switch upsell - HUGE UPSELL - After we filled out forms that are 10% medical history and 90% convincing you need hearing aids, followed by an hour of soft selling and a 5 minute hearing test... We were finally told that the advertised $895 hearing aids are crap which really don't work for anyone hard of hearing - and we are told that nobody except for 3 people in, like, ten years, has actually ever gotten those. Then she says, "The next level up is $5k! Which are okay, but the $7k ones are better, and it's such a little cost difference, you would probably want that one."

    Oh - and my Mom's insurances won't work with Miracle-Ear (she said that insurance companies charge hearing aid companies to work with them, and it is all a scam - look who is talking). Are you freaking kidding me?! My Mom is hard of hearing. And if we need to spend $5k, we will figure out our budget and do it. But not after a bait and switch tap dance, and a hearing test with the results drawn on a piece of paper that looked like a whiteboard after a Vitamin/Timeshare pyramid scheme presentation at the Hilton. Who knows if these are good hearing aids or not? You can't try any of them before you pay for them and wait until they are "custom made" for you!

    They claim you can try them for 30 days and return them for a full refund if they don't work for you, but after reading through the many complaints on the Better Business Bureau website and other review sites online, I don't believe them. Miracle-Ear is a franchise, so some are probably better than others, but who knows. What a waste of time and energy. Plus, I now need to take a shower to get the slime off. Icky. Icky. Ick. Back to the drawing board to find an honest and more transparent company.

    After the specialist, Lyndi, gave me the hearing test, she fit me with ready fit customs. I have had drastic hearing loss in my left ear my whole life. After being fit with my programmed hearing aids, she walked behind me and quietly whispered can you hear me. I began to cry because I was so overwhelmed with the ability to finally hear. They have done molds to get me customs that are fit specifically to my ears now. I am amazed that I can hear sounds I have never heard in my life.     Miracle-Ear's prices were good so I got a hearing aid from them. My interactions with Miracle-Ear's reps have always been really great. They've been very friendly. The unit was cheap while the other cost of hearing aids was very expensive. I got a CIC in the ear because back then I was much younger and I wanted the unit to be discrete. I didn't want anything that was behind my ear. Before I got the unit, I couldn't hear much and with it, I was able to.

    I've been wearing hearing aids for about 15 years and I changed to Miracle-Ear recently. They came to the senior center where I go to play bingo and they said they might be able to help me. Their representatives were excellent. I particularly liked Margie and Chris. My hearing aids are expensive but they work pretty well. I got a hearing aid at one ear and a receiver in the other ear.

    The ones I had before I went to Miracle-Ear had been bought for two ears and they were almost $8000 which was a lot of money for me. Then they discovered that there was no hearing in the right ear at all and there was nothing they can do. They suggested the receiver which picks up what my other hearing aid is hearing and this receiver is a little cheaper. Now, people could talk to me on the right, whereas before I couldn't hear anything. If I'm in a crowd though, I have a hard time hearing some people but I can hear others who are across the room. Miracle-Ear tried to make adjustments but every time they turned it up higher on the computer, it starts making a noise. But they tried everything and they bent over backwards.

    I have a full hearing loss and I saw Miracle-Ear’s advertisement. I went with their behind-the-ear style and bought it from Dave. He told me all about it and I went by that. He was really good and he had good equipment, and I got a lot of other people that bought Miracle-Ear because of him. The cost, however, is too high like anything else. When these go, I’ll probably go shopping somewhere else to see if they got something comparable or cheaper. Nevertheless, the quality is the best so far that I’ve found. With Miracle-Ear, I like the idea that I can go anywhere, any city, and get service for it. Dave is my go-to guy, although there are others that are good too.

    My hearing was very troublesome on both ears and at the time that I started to go to Miracle-Ear, they were the only company that I had ever heard of. Behind the ear was the style that the salesperson recommended. The cost is excellent and the hearing aid is working pretty well.     I have a partial hearing loss. Miracle-Ear had placed a full-page ad in our local paper and it was "buy one, get one free", so I went with them. I had a good experience with their rep. The hearing aid was fine too, but it is not so good now. I’m not hearing so well and I need new ones. I went for a hearing test, but they said I had wax in my ears and they could not give me the test. So, I went to my doctor and had my ears cleaned out. I have not contacted them for another hearing test yet.

    I had total hearing loss in one ear and about 60% loss in the other. I have Miracle-Ear hearing aids that go behind the ear as I felt like it was the best for me to allow natural sound in along with the amplified sound. They were a bit expensive compared to what some of the other hearing aids cost but it was very fair to in relation to the product's quality. With my hearing aids, I could tell a huge difference in letter, sound and speech recognition when I’m speaking with others.

    I’m also very pleased with Miracle-Ear's customer service. I went to a Miracle-Ear in Memphis, which is not where I bought my hearing aids, and they still serviced them, gave me some extra knowledge about it and did a thorough cleaning. They never charged me a dime. Overall, I was happy and we'd definitely recommend others to have their hearing checked.

    I’ve always had a hearing problem all my life. I have partial hearing loss and thought Miracle-Ear's hearing aids might be a little bit better than the other ones. I’m always on the phone and it was suggested that a behind-the-ear would be a better fit. I really enjoy it and I can really hear everything with it. I started out with a really nice guy, Steve, and he was really good. I really appreciated him, but then someone else became my hearing specialist. I didn’t care for him quite so well. He wasn’t as customer service oriented as Steve was. I needed to get one of my hearing aids repaired and it had never gotten sent in for repair right away. I waited and waited. It was about a month before I had even gotten it back. And then I had to order a new one and he said, “We’ll see.” And I waited for about a month. He always had one excuse or another, whereas Steve was fast. I would recommend Miracle-Ear but not the one in Billings.

    I have partial hearing loss and when there'd be a lot of people in the room, it would be hard for me to hear. Miracle-Ear was the one that was in town so I went and got a hearing aid from them. I have the behind the ear style and I got it because it was the new program. They had the 48 things in there and I figured when my hearing gets worse, hopefully they can adjust it to that point.     I am 66 years old and I’ve had hearing aids since I was 13. I have been hard of hearing from birth. I read lips all the time and in grade school and junior high school, a lot of teachers wanted to put students in the class alphabetically. I was at the back of the room due to my last name and I told my mom I couldn't hear what the teacher was saying. That particular teacher did not want to move my seat, so my mother made the school change my teacher and I had a teacher who knew my family. He could tell that I was reading lips and I excelled. He was one of the people who told my mother that something was wrong and to get my ears checked.

    At that time, we went to Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and they did all kinds of hearing tests. They discovered I had hearing loss when I was 12 and when they fitted me with my Maico hearing aids, we were on the fourth floor at Wayne State University and one of the windows was open. They adjusted the sound of the device and I could hear the noise of a truck in the street four levels down. Maico was the only one that had hearing aids made for a nerve deafness and I stuck with them until they went out business. When I had to have new hearing aids, I went to an audiologist that dealt with Phonak in Marquette, Michigan, traded in my old Maico hearings aids and ended up paying $7,000 for hearing aids that constantly broke down on me. I got totally fed up and I was frustrated with all the other companies that promised things and couldn’t deliver.

    We ran across Miracle-Ear and I said I'd try them. We made an appointment, went to Escanaba, met with Paula and fell in love with her. She fitted me with my hearings aids, got them all adjusted and made it an enjoyable experience. I could hear the birds, which I couldn’t hear before if I came indoors or even through an open window. Paula made me realize things that I had known and forgotten for many years and so fitted me with my hearing aids and I am thrilled with them. Also, I am very happy with Paula. She’s always been there for me and I wouldn’t want to go to anybody else. I fell and broke my hip and Paula has an office where she works out of on Tuesdays at the hospital in my town, so my husband went to find her and she came over to see me for an appointment. I was all laid up on my back all day and she made my day. I wish the reps all were like her.

    I had heard about Miracle-Ear over the years and when I first started hearing about them, they were still doing hearing tests in the home. I was young and my parents questioned how could I get an accurate hearing test when there were all of those distractions and not even thinking about it, I agreed with them. Now, I realize that the best environment is when there are all those normal noises and distractions. Miracle-Ear opened up a lot of things that I couldn’t hear before and it even helped my comprehension of words. Things come through clearer and I interpret better.

    I have a reasonably moderate to severe hearing loss. I was at the point that I could not hear at all on the telephone and I couldn’t hear on the television even when it was at full volume. I have worked before with the doctor’s office. I had a hearing aid in one ear and when I told them about these problems, they never told me about the special apps and the new and different things that everybody was doing. And so when I read all about those, I went over to Miracle-Ear to talk to them.

    Miracle-Ear's customer service has been terrific and amazing in helping me. However, they ought to be doing one more thing. Everybody else says that there is an app that could get rid of the noise but it doesn’t work at all for me. It still needs work. I am socially disabled because every place I go, I can't sit around at the bridge table and hear what people are saying. Also, Miracle-Ear hearing aids are awfully expensive. I was very distressed that just at the end of my first-year warranty, they came out with a new model. I could get the full discount on them but it would have been thousands of dollars to replace it. When we started out, the rep was only in town for two or three days a week which was hard. I was left somewhat deaf and I couldn't do anything until she was in town

    Still, would never be happy if I didn't try the aids. It has been great that I can now talk on the telephone and hear the television since I have the app from Miracle-Ear. And my connection through the wireless thing they have now at church is amazing. I can hear everything perfectly. Plus the style I have now is easier than what I’ve had before and it’s very comfortable. I recommended them once and the person I recommend them to was very happy with her hearing aids too.

    My hearing loss was fairly noticeable and I had it tested when I was there in Miracle-Ear’s office. Different words were used and it was affecting my speech. I'm a pastor of the church, so it bothered me quite a bit. I went to my doctor and there were no options there, and they were very expensive. Miracle-Ear gave me some information and I picked mine up for $4,500 apiece. The same ones that were offered before were over $6,000 and it was very expensive. The guy I worked with at Miracle-Ear has been very gracious and very kind. The way that the reps treated me and followed up whenever there's an issue has always been prompt and very good. The team that I worked with was very kind and they got right on anything I would ask them about. They would take me right away to be able to address my issues. The Miracle-Ear team is doing great and I appreciate it.

    I purchased the hearing aid that is placed behind the ear and has a little wire that goes in. The other styles looked funny. And with this one, I can adjust it with my phone, and I like that. I’ve had it for about a year and a half. My hearing is a lot better now. It's not perfect but I’m just thankful that it has improved. I can pick up conversations better, although I still have a problem when there's noise. The hearing aid has a noise adjustment and it helps quite a bit. When there's noise all around me, without the hearing aid, it's very difficult. It's still a bit muddled, but it's a whole lot better than it was before.

    The hearing aid I purchased for over $4,000 dollars in July of 2017 does not give the quality of hearing that it should for the cost. I recently purchased two Britzgo aids online thru Amazon and the hearing quality is much better, I can hear clearly and distinctly sounds, I could not hear from the Miracle-Ear aids. I doubt if you will offer any reimbursement for what I paid for these, going in for adjustments will not improve the Miracle-Ear hearing. I will not recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone, I would tell other people to go elsewhere. My $99.00 device works much better than the Miracle-Ear aids.

    I had a problem with my right ear because I had shingles in it. I had partial hearing loss and Miracle-Ear had the best program. Furthermore, they follow up with customers for so many years after they buy hearing aids. They said the style of hearing aid that's behind the ear was the best one for me so I got that. The hearing aid was getting tuned into the TV and that’s all been taken care of. The people at Miracle-Ear told me about the programs on one of the check-ups and I was okay with that. Interacting with the Miracle-Ear reps has been an excellent experience and one of them, Dolores, always helps me. However, when we go to restaurants, it’s hard with screaming kids and all the noise there. So, I have to turn the hearing aid way down.     I had missed several appointments due to the fact I am a disabled senior and was dependent on a local driving contractor to get me there. I also have several physical problems. I understand the manager had to address the issue when I had to cancel again, but he was rude and arrogant and overbearing about it. He never even gave me a warning, like, "well, I'll give you one more chance." He just treated me like I was an absolute piece of crap, and was not in the least interested in my health issues or giving me one last chance.

    This Miracle-Ear was in Reno NV on S. Virginia Street. From the gate, he raised his voice telling me they were in business to make money and didn't have time for people not showing up for their appointments. It was irrelevant I was not responsible for it. Where do they hire these people? I keep hearing how "polite" and kind the Miracle-Ear customer service people are, and I have NEVER been treated like such a piece of meat whose only value was how much money they could get out of me. I found a very good local company called Reno Hearing Center who was very polite. If I am going to spend $5000 for a hearing aid I'd sure rather go where people don't treat me like dirt.

    I have almost full hearing loss. When I take my hearing aid off, I don't hear the TV at all. Miracle-Ear sent me a letter and I went to them. I wasn't hearing in my left ear and I wasn't hearing good in the other hearing aids, but when I had Miracle-Ear, I started hearing.     I started with Dahlberg Electronics 55 years ago in Golden Valley, Minnesota but they sold out eventually and ended up as Miracle-Ear. I was familiar with it and that was why I chose it. But they're very expensive and when one is retired and income goes down, it's harder to pay the high prices. Their representatives were very good though. I have one of my hearing aids in for repair right now. It wore out probably because of the humidity down in Florida. I was working in a house with a lot of humidity, putting some insulation, and it might’ve gotten dirty and corroded.     I've had Miracle-Ear hearing aids for about eight years now. My hearing loss was gradual but it had gotten to the point where I really needed the help of hearing aids for both of my ears.     When I went for the hearing test, I was hearing words but I wasn’t hearing the right words. They were saying blue and I was hearing basket. I got the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid that is behind the ear with a little piece that goes inside my ear. It's very expensive but if you need it, you need it.     I have a really bad hearing loss. I had a hearing aid and it kept going bad on me. I kept taking it in and every time that I do that, the hearing aid company was charging me. I got tired of it so I went to Miracle-Ear. I got the ones that fit in and come up out and over the ear. They're comfortable to wear and I like the way they fit. The performance has been very good as well. It’s better when I'm out and around people as I can hear what’s going on.

    Miracle-Ear's team has very good people too. They've been very nice and understanding. Also, the service has been very good. If there's anything that I need, I'd just call them up and they'd tell me to come in and they'd fix it up right away. I have partial hearing loss so then I got my Miracle-Ear hearing aids that go over the ear and they're wonderful. They're easy in, easy out.     I had one bad ear and one so-called good ear. The first hearing I got was 10 years ago. It was Siemens and the hearing aid was about $10,000 and in the ear. And I didn’t like in the ear, so I took it back. And then I got Beltone. I wore it for a couple of years and I didn't like it. Then a friend of mine said Miracle-Ear was my best shot so I tried it and sure enough it’s the best out of the bunch. It’s wonderful.

    I had three hearing tests and I wanted to make sure they were all giving me the same results. I was satisfied with the presentation that Miracle-Ear had. I have a partial hearing loss and it’s never been full by a long shot. I can always hear and I can hear without my hearing aids now. I went with the behind the ear style, which I use every day. It has several settings for specialized purposes for the TV, for noisy environments, and for windy environments. There is also a universal setting and a lot of times I never change it, but I can. Their reps were excellent and knowledgeable. Once I got the hearing aids, they had follow-ups. There was also a training program that you can go through in their office to help you adjust to hearing in different environments. I did that and then, I did that same program at home.     My hearing started failing over a number of years ago so I've been going through hearing aids since then. Hearing aids have really made it worthwhile or made it a lot easier for me to be part of the human race. I had experienced with Zounds and they didn't work out very well for me because they didn't have the features that I need. One of them is they call a TCoil which picks up a feel or picks up the audio like what I have now which is a wire loop by back of the chair I hook to the TV. They don't have that and so that doesn't work. And my hearing is really bad. They didn't have enough volume either at last. But Miracle-Ear has both of those.     Miracle-Ear is well-known and we took my mother-in-law there where she purchased her hearing aids. She got an implant and initially, her main problem was dealing with a lot of earwax. Then, she had a problem turning them up and down. We had them fixed it, so that was permanently at one setting.     The first hearing aids that I had went right inside the ear and I had them for about five years. I sent them for repairs but when I got them back they made my ear hurt inside so I quit using them. Plus, my hearing wasn't getting any better. When Miracle-Ear opened-up up here in the plaza, I went up there and got new ones that are hooked behind the ear. I like that their store is close and right here in town and so far, I like my hearing aids' overall performance. I work with Rick and he is good. He seems to know what he's doing and whenever I go there, he's pleasant. They felt that I was missing out a lot on conversations since I was constantly having them repeat what they said or just look them in the face and have them keep going. Jim, the gentleman we dealt with was very concerned and caring. And the hearing aid he recommended was fantastic and did a wonderful job. It had rechargeable batteries and they did fit very well on my father’s ears. It's important to keep his hearing at the peak performance.     My husband and my son used to tell me I need hearing aids. At that time, I kept asking, "What? What'd you say?" I didn't have a problem but other people did. I saw Miracle-Ear in an advertisement in the paper and it has a $1,000 coupon that you could save if you went to them so I decided I might as well go since I have the money. I deal with Jonathan in Bennington and in Rutland I call Cindy. Cindy makes my appointment and I see Jonathan here in Bennington. Cindy is a nice lady and Jonathan is a wonderful guy. When I went, Jonathan showed me the product. We decided then I went to pick the hearing aids up. He put them in for me. He does everything for me. The guy's excellent. My hearing aids are the ones that you put around your ear and then the other part goes inside your ear. With my hair, you can't even see it.

    I probably could have gotten something cheaper here in Bennington. Across Main Street, there is a place where people have been telling me that they get hearing aids for $3,000.     My hearing was bad. I had to have my TV turned up quite loud and I couldn't hear people unless they were facing me. I have heard of Miracle-Ear for quite a few years so I figured it was safe to go with them. We live in a smaller city and the doctor himself worked with me throughout the process. I was treated quite well. Larry did the hearing test and talked to me about the different hearing aids. I have the thing that goes behind the ear and then that little dot thing goes inside. My hearing aids are expensive. It wasn't top of the line but Larry recommended it because even though it was a little more on price, it was one that could have the added things later on if they came out.

    The cost is a lot for older people like myself. I'm on a limited income however I managed. Something happened and I ended up with a little money to where I could pay for the hearing aids 'cause I didn't want another bill. And compared to being able to hear a little better, of course it's worth it. But they're not going to be perfect like when you could hear because there are certain situations where there would be an echo or you won't be hearing everyone in the room.

    I have noticeable hearing problems with the usual characteristics of asking people, “What did you say?” And my wife saying, “Do you have to have the television on so loud?" And then I received a mailer from Miracle-Ear and they had a kind of an entry-level and a special offer that was more appealing. My hearing aid is behind the ear and then there’s the little insert that goes inside the ear. I like the idea that I didn’t have so much inside my ear at one time.

    The hearing aid made all the difference in the world in being able to hear things again. It’s amazing some of the things that I apparently had learned to not notice anymore. Plus the customer service team have been most gracious when I’ve had problems like element of the hearing failing.     I lost my hearing in one ear completely when I had surgery about 30 years ago. When I noticed the loss in the other ear, I noticed an article in the paper that says, “Come in for a free hearing exam.” It was Miracle-Ear and I went in and I didn’t like their prices. But they gave me a good price, so I bought one hearing aid. The hearing aid I got was the one behind the ear. It’s good but I have difficulty getting the hearing aid in and getting the extra little thing located in my ear.

    I only have one hearing aid and it is okay but since I’m deaf in one ear, it only picks good sounds coming from the other direction. And it was way too expensive but after I saw the service that Miracle-Ear gave afterward, I knew why they were expensive. My interaction with their customer service team was wonderful.     Primarily, I lack high frequency response and the ability to carry on a conversation in a noisy environment. I’ve noticed it many years back. I spent earlier in life quite a bit of time in the radio business where I wore headsets on but just for one year. But when I was doing University of Houston football games where I usually had a guest to interview at halftime during the ballgame that with the band on the field and all of the noises, without earphones, it was impossible to conduct an interview. And at that time I was in my 30’s and it is mostly the left ear. So the two ears are not exactly the same.

The hearing aid I got seemed to be what I liked and it could be hidden a little better than some of the bigger ones.     I had heard a lot about Miracle-Ear before purchasing from them. Some family members gave me advice and Miracle-Ear did take very good care of me. And they still do.     I purchased hearing from Miracle-Ear because the manager at the Nampa, Idaho center is a crook, I fill for the lies. Because I disputed the charges on HealthiPlan my credit rating went from a very high score to low and now I my other credit card has lower my available credit and it is probably only the beginning of my credit nightmare. And the credit bureau flagged me as having bad credit and it's only because of HealthiPlan Credit. So now I have hearing aids that don't work and bad credit, and owe $6000.00 for something that lays on the countertop. I know of at least 6 other people that feel the same way, so Miracle-Ear you really need to clean up your act and stop ripping off people that don't have money to buy hearing aid but are so desperate that will fall for your sales talk.

    My partial hearing loss was pretty bad and someone recommended Miracle-Ear to me. I've been going to them for almost 10 years and I've had good luck with them. I'm quite pleased with the girl rep that I've been dealing with ever since I started wearing my hearing aid. It's usually just her and the receptionist in the office, and they're both very nice people. All hearing aids, in my opinion, are totally overpriced. My insurance doesn't cover them, but Miracle-Ear offered a payment plan that I could use. I'm now on my second pair of hearing aid, which is a behind-the-ear model with the wire going inside. With this model, it's harder to notice that I'm wearing a hearing aid.

    Since I've had my Miracle-Ear hearing aid, I haven't been yelling at people as much as before. Its performance has been okay, but my hearing loss has gotten so bad that the specialist said he was gonna keep it if I wasn't getting it to work. If you have a hearing problem, you should go and have Miracle-Ear check it. I recommend them all the time. Miracle-Ear is a company that stands behind their product. I said, "Let's look at the hearing aid that I would be able to afford to get" and we went from there.     My husband's 75 and gradually getting to where he could not hear very well. When I saw the Miracle-Ear, I was satisfied with it so we chose that. We got the behind-the-ear style because of the comfort and the invisible thing. My husband goes for his check-ups and if there’s a little issue, Terry, our Miracle-Ear guy works really well in striking out the situation. He programmed different places we go to and the amount of noise that’s going on. When we go anywhere, he puts them on abut sometimes, if there’s a large crowd, it bothers him and so he has to tone it down. But, other than that, he’s pretty well geared for it.

    I also had my ears checked when my husband had his. Terry explained everything, put one in and did a few things. He told me to go outside, shut the door, and checked if he could hear me. And so, my husband was impressed with that. However, I was frustrated with the batteries ‘cause they’re not as long term as things. We have to replace them in several days.     I wasn’t communicating as well as I wished and I needed to have a hearing aid to hear better. Miracle-Ear was at a convenient area close to where I go shopping, so I went there to have my hearing test. Their customer service reps were very pleasant and accommodating. I had an opportunity to select what I felt was best for me with their help. The hearing aid has a battery and I insert it in my ear. And it doesn't show except this little thing that sticks out to pull it. It is very comfortable and I can hear everything with it. If I take the hearing aid out when I’m watching a TV show and the volume level is not very high, I cannot hear at all.

    Hearing aids were expensive everywhere but with Miracle-Ear Hearing aid, I got what I paid for. When I go to their office at Springdale, they’re very friendly. We sit and talk about personal things, and their rep asks if I have any problems, checks my ears every time, and clean and checks my hearing aids for me. Also, my insurance had run out and if I felt that the hearing aid was not quite loud enough, I would call them, come in, and the rep would fix it for me, and I wouldn't pay a dime. The rep had even gone above and beyond. He was kind enough to fix this little string used to pull the hearing aid out from the ear even if I wasn’t under warranty anymore. He couldn’t send it away because it would’ve cost me, so he had to do it himself in his office for nothing.

    I wanted a hearing aid that was less conspicuous, but I was not able to have one because my hearing loss was a little worse to have that hearing aid that cannot be seen. Other than that, I could hear better with the Miracle-Ear hearing aid I got, though things would not always be heard as clearly and they did say that it was gonna happen. Their customer service was wonderful and they would take care of my hearing aids until I die or I buy new ones, and I would recommend them to anybody.

    I could not always hear what people were saying and I sort of lean towards them so I could try to hear them. Then most of the time in restaurants, I could only hear a bunch of noise. Also, my step-sister and I happened to live together and there was something about her particular voice that I was having a problem with. She got so tired of asking if I heard what she said so she got me into Miracle-Ear. I first went to the branch in Bakersfield, California, then, we moved over here to Sun City two and a half years ago so I started going to the one on Bell in 99th. The rep in Bakersfield said that Miracle-Ear was throughout the nation so if there was some problem when I'm travelling or at someplace else, there’d always be an office and somebody that could help me, which was important.

    Miracle Ear is a great company. Everybody at the Bakersfield branch was always very friendly and very attentive. I could easily be accommodated when I go in and say that something happened and my hearing aid wasn't working. Here in Sun City, the reps are like that too. If it was something that they couldn't fix, they’d send it off and I got a loaner.

    I like my hearing aid very well. I could hear without it, but not as precise as opposed to somebody who could hear it all without them. A little itty-bitty part of it goes into the ear then it has the connection that comes out and goes over the ear. It’s not plastic but something like that. It's so easy to put in your ear, too. You put the little part in there and the other part goes over and depending on how you wear your hair, people don’t even know that you have it on which is part of the vanity thing because that was sort of my thing when I first got one. I didn’t want anybody to know.

    So far, I’m happy with my hearing aid. With it, I could get those sounds that I couldn’t hear before and that makes other people happy besides me. I feel confident with it and since Miracle-Ear has been in business for so many years, I’m not gonna have to worry about its quality. It's expensive and I’m on the monthly payment plan but it’s worth it to be able to hear everything I wanna hear that’s going on. I'd also recommend it and I’ve sent other people to Miracle-Ear to get tested. Somebody was asking about my Miracle-Ear aids back in California and I felt like I was a spokesman for the company. I told them to look at it and they said they didn't even know I had it on. I showed them the whole thing and told them the whole story.     The other hearing aids I’ve had fit into my ear, but I just wouldn’t wear them because they’ve never done me no good and I didn’t like them stuck in my ear. My wife’s mother had just bought hearing aids and all I had to do was get the earpiece transferred on them.     I wear hearing aids and I've been dealing with Miracle-Ear for about eight years.     I have a problem with my ear and my eardrum had to be burst to get the fluid off. That made hearing even more difficult. The ENT sells hearing aids so I tried theirs but those weren’t working. I had another set of hearing aids. They fitted me and they told me to come back if I have any problems. I went back twice but there ended up being problems and I gave up. Then I thought I would try Miracle-Ear. They’re supposed to be the best. Theirs is the third set I tried and it works better than any I’ve had.     My parents died and both my sister and I had bad hearing so we chose mom and dad's hearing aids. We went to Miracle-Ear and had them just fixed for our ears. I have the one behind the ear and it is fine. My husband also has hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. He's about 95% deaf and Paul from Miracle-Ear fixed his hearing aid so that it sits down on the eardrum and it really works well for my husband. Paul and I set appointments and he works around our schedule. I got new ones after my mom's hearing aids have worn out and I tried the plugs that go in the ear but I hated it. And so, Paul brought it back out to what's around my ear. I would tell others that if they’re comfortable with Miracle-Ear, then move on.     I have a really bad hearing loss and my husband choose Miracle-Ear for me. The hearing aid goes behind the ear with the little plastic thing going into my ear. I chose the model since I can’t sense anything in my ear that much and the little thing that goes in, I don't feel it. I also didn't want to look like I wear hearing aids. I never could wear earrings too. With Miracle-Ear, I don't realize half the time they’re there. The hearing aid was 7,000 something but it's great and I can hear.     My hearing loss was shaky and Miracle-Ear sounded like it might be a good thing. I was wearing hearing aids from another organization, so I went in and set up an appointment to visit them. I enjoyed the visit with Mike, the person at Miracle-Ear, and I liked what I saw. He was an outstanding individual, not only as a professional but also as a personal person. The relationships between him and his customers were outstanding as well. He was gentle, kind, always wanting to help and gave me the right answers.     I work and it was like speaking between offices when I was at my desk and people were in their offices. I knew I couldn't hear clearly everything that was being said. Years ago, my husband and I had seen something in the mail from Miracle-Ear where you could come in for a free hearing test. We went in and I ended up with the hearing aid that fits in your ear, wraps around it and the little piece is on the ear.

    While I had absolutely wonderful interactions with the customer service teams, I am a little disappointed in the hearing aids because I can't hear as clearly as I should. The very friendly rep always cleans the hearing aids, whether they need it or not, and she's able to turn it up. But I'm not even sure if it's turning it up. In the car recently, I thought it was horrible that I was hearing all this behind. I was messing with adjusting the behind noise and I felt like I was doing a lot of adjusting all of a sudden. But the background noise is still there even though you adjust the other ear. If I had to do it over where I'd have the period to change my mind, I might have given it back because they were expensive and I'm not hearing like I feel I should. My experience with Miracle-Ear was good, but I'm not satisfied with the product.

    Prior to getting in touch with Miracle-Ear, I didn't realize how bad my hearing loss was but my wife did. Miracle-Ear was reputable and would do a good job for me so I chose them and I started with the ones in the canal back in the early 2000. I now wear the ones behind my ear because the others weren't strong enough and I have a progressive hearing loss. The hearing aids' performance is very good and I’m on the Bluetooth right now with my phone. It's great for driving. I've been with the same Miracle-Ear staff until I moved in 2006 but they've always been great. They keep me very informed and helps me if it changes or not so I get a hearing test when I need it. The hearing aids are very expensive and along with the charging device and the Bluetooth, it was over seven thousand dollars but I am happy with what I have. Now, I can hear and I am no longer left out in the conversations.

    I have a slight hearing loss and I wasn't familiar with too many hearing aid companies. I knew Miracle-Ear is in Holden so it took me there, and I ended up getting an over the ear hearing aid. I have a little two-pointed tube that goes in the ear. Their customer service team has been very accommodating and nice. When my hearing aids were blocked up with wax, I got right in and they took care of it. They told me not to hesitate to come back.     I have checked out a few places before and I have had hearing aids from another store for a couple of years. While they were good, they didn't care for me as much. So I went down and checked Miracle-Ear and the people seemed nice. I have been with them for many years now. The people are outstanding. Laura is one there that’s where I go and she's excellent. Her mother works good and she got an assistant who works there as well. They do an excellent job, and are very concerned and always offer me coffee and a paper.

    What I have is the one behind the ear and then it goes into the ear, the little tiny thing. You don't see it too much and there’s a certain amount of pride that you don’t want to show it any more than you have to. I don’t like the one that goes completely in the ear and clogs the whole ear canal, that big one. And now, they’re gonna let me try one when I go in a couple of weeks. It's a test for my hearing, but then they’ll give me a new one. It’s smaller and better so I told them to let me try it for a couple of days and see if I like it.

    But while Miracle-Ear has made me hear a little better - up to 50%, when there are two or three people talking, I just can’t hear. I walk away. I also can't hear TV if two or three people start talking. I can’t understand any of it. Also, it's terrible on the telephone. Moreover, the cost is too high. I can't believe how they can get $6,000 in two little earpieces but that’s life in this day and age. I’m proud to work with Miracle-Ear. They have been super.

    For all the years I’ve been going to Miracle-Ear they have been great. I have been told by my regular doctor that I needed to look into hearing aids and then I looked into Miracle-Ear. The hearing style I go with has always been the one behind the ear, the one that goes over my ear and a knob goes in my ear. It was the best one for my type of hearing loss. In fact, the last one that I got was the best I’ve ever had. None of the other hearing aids, which are all Miracle-Ear accomplished hearing directly on the telephone like I can hear as if you’re standing right here in the room. This one pairs with my cell phone and that’s what I love about the whole thing. It's because I could never talk on the telephone since half of the words I hear could not be understood.

    So far, I haven’t had experienced any problems with this latest one. It's been far superior to the ones I had. Although, I'm still getting used to the newer plug that goes into my ear. I have experienced knobs falling out before and I have not even realized that they’ve gotten out of my ear. This latest mold is just perfect. Moreover, I've always had excellent care and follow-ups with their representatives. I go to all my appointments and if I have any problems, I give them a call and then I go in telling them that it’s full of wax or something like that. My ears develop a lot of wax so that's what I’m always going for. But my interactions have always been excellent.

    I’ve enjoyed everything and the attention I get from everybody was great. In fact, I’ve even dropped in once before and they were able to get to me very shortly. However, while the cost is high, I have used the trade-in. That helps with the cost for senior adults. And since my medical insurance doesn’t cover any of it, I have to pay the whole thing. My priority is to get one that’s good. I also prefer going to the same source and knowing my follow-ups and treatments and care. That’s why I’ve always stayed with Miracle-Ear.

    A couple of friends got hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and they’re real happy with them. They said that it’s one of the best companies that I can go to. And so, I gave them a try and everything has worked out great for me. Everybody I met at Miracle-Ear has been really nice. I dealt with Sheila in Albemarle, North California and she took care of everything. They remind me when my appointment is and I come over and she’s always there waiting on me. The first time I went in there, she said, “You read lips, don’t you?” I said, “Well, yeah. I have to.” I've lost about 80% hearing on my right ear and 70% on the left ear. I got the hearings aids and got them financed here. I got the ones that are behind the ear and they’re hidden. Sheila told me that it’s the most common and the one that most people went with.

    They work really good and the batteries usually last about a week, and they’re no trouble to change. They let you know they’re getting weak. They’re easy to put in and clean, and they fit well. There was one time something went wrong with one of them and Sheila had to send it somewhere to get it fixed. And then I got it back in about a week and a half. I just had a check-up this morning and she did a real good job. She knows what she’s doing. I had to do the annual check-up this time and I’m still the same as I was last year so that’s good. It’s not getting worse. It’s made a big difference. I hear things now that I used to couldn’t hear.

    One of the main reasons I got hearing aids was I drive a truck part-time. I have to do physical and be able to hear, and they fail me because I couldn’t hear the little clicker thing in my ears. I was told that I needed to take care of it and I’d be okay. So I did. Now, the hearing aids put my hearing back to 100%. I got a senior discount and paid a little over $5,500 for them and it was worth the cost.

    My hearing was a little impaired and that was definitely gonna be a little tough, but I got along fine. The only problem I had was that my wife has a very soft voice. I ended up working with Jim from Miracle-Ear and he did a good job. I see him every six months and have my ears cleaned, and he takes care of me. I put in the earplugs in each ear every morning. It's not what it's cracked up to be but it's the best I can get. It just doesn't work the way I had anticipated. I thought maybe I could turn them up louder or softer, which apparently I can, but it doesn't have any range. I asked them to help me with that but it was for $5,000 since the next step was to get me a new pair. I don't think I can do any better with the cost than what I'm getting. It isn't what I had expected or what I hoped to do but the experience with Miracle-Ear has been satisfactory.

    I went in and had a hearing test which indicated I needed a hearing aid!! I have had hearing difficulties for a year but has progressively gotten worse in the last six months. I went in to Miracle Ear - 1011 Glenmore Trail SW Calgary to find out about purchasing a hearing aid. I am with an organisation that will find work for disabled people and they find funding so people can buy hearing aids so people with disabilities can go back to work . My contact was with a Dr. **, and he did everything to prevent me from buying or dealing with Miracle-Ear. I told him they would give me $1500 for one ear and I needed it e-mailed over to the foundation I deal with!! He came up with a quote of $4000 both ears and refused to e-mail the quote!!     Miracle-Ear was able to take care of my hearing loss, and the hearing aids I have are fine. I like their length of time in the industry so I went with them. I got the behind the ear type because the other types didn’t fit for what I needed. So far, everybody at customer service was excellent. They were right there whenever I needed them. However, Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids are overpriced.     Miracle Ear called my 84 yr old mother, unsolicited, and told her she needed to come in and get her hearing aids checked.     My mother had hearing issues and the biggest one that bottomed out was clarity. My father-in-law and different friends and family have used Miracle-Ear so that was where we went and we have had a lot of success with it. We got the one that goes down into the canal and there's the fine wire that goes over the ear. We love the guys from the Miracle-Ear office. They remembered our names and that's something. Plus, the doctor was so personable. My mother kids around a lot and he'll kid around with her about her age and everything. She'll walk in like the decrepit old lady and he'd say, "Oh c'mon." We have a good relationship down there.

    When my mother has the hearing aids in, I can tell a difference because I don't have to repeat everything six or seven times. However, we've had issues with her putting them in. She can hear but she can't understand and they're aware of it at Miracle-Ear. I explained to my mother how much she impacts the rest of us when she doesn’t wear them. Lately, she would not wear them when there’s nobody around because she doesn’t have anybody to talk to. But I told her she should wear them. She is coming around because before, she would lie to me. I would ask her ask her if she has them and she would say yes and once I check the hearing aids case, they are there. I would walk back in and ask her when she got another pair. And she would say she would put them in.

    Miracle-Ear introduced us to the CapTel phone and that was a game changer. My mother has a great-granddaughter and they're so close. One time, Lexie called my mom and when she hung up, she went into her room and started crying. Her mother called me back and she asked if my mother was okay. I told her yes and she told me what happened. I said my mom didn't probably understand. She was probably on her own conversation and Lexie was on her own and something had upset her. So that was the key right there. I told my mother this is what happens when she’s not wearing them. So when we went in, I told the doctor about it and that I hope that it was a kick in the butt for her. Miracle-Ear has spent so much time with my mother, adjusting those and listening to what she's trying to tell them. I would tell others that Miracle-Ear went the extra mile for her and we're very happy with them.

    Bill's hearing loss is so profound and we had already bought hearing aids from two other companies, but decided to try Miracle-Ear. The Miracle-Ear hearing aids work better than anything else that we tried. All hearing aids are probably five thousand dollars a pair too expensive. They are extraordinarily expensive, especially when one gets the better ones. So, in comparison with the other hearing aids, the price of Miracle-Ear is right where they should be. Still, the technology that goes along with them, like the loop that goes around his neck and the Bluetooth, is great. They are comfortable for him to use for the most part.     After visiting several dealers, I found Miracle-Ear to have the best offer at the time of my hearing loss. That was a primary reason for going with them. The offer was if I bought one and didn’t like it, I could go to the other one. I tried the in the ear type and I didn’t like it so I went with behind the ear as my second choice. Also, the cost has been very good. My brother just recently went to Costco and his expenses were comparable. I’ve also gone to some private dealerships and they had a comparable unit for a lot more money.

    In my hometown, the service has been excellent. The owner of the business has been great. The service people have been great, too. I’m retired so I’m travelling and I’ve gone to some local dealers. Because their business is a franchise type, the local dealers have been not willing to take the time to resolve the issues that I’ve had. Using Miracle-Ear has good points and bad points though.     My doctor recommended Miracle-Ear due to partial hearing loss. The hearing aid goes on the outside of the ear with a plug inside the ear. They gave me a channel for regular, for inside the car, and for the wind, but I still have trouble with people that talk with a very soft voice.     My husband had a loss of certain frequencies in both ears. His hearing loss was getting worse, and his Miracle-Ear hearing aids were able to bring it up a bit. He has the hearing aids that have the little microphone things that go on the outside of the ear. And it helped him hear better while it was behind him as well as around. My husband went in to see the really small hearing aids when they had first come out, but those didn’t work with his type of hearing loss. But, Cliff, the man who runs the store that we go to did a lot of customizing work for him to help him hear things better all the way around.

    The Miracle-Ear sales and customer service teams have been wonderful. And they weren't really hard with him in fine tuning things for him. Cliff and his assistant Barbara have been really great. I've been with my husband for most of his visits there and they're really diligent about trying to fine-tune his hearing for him. His hearing aids certainly improved the quality of his life being able to hear things better.     We went into our eyeglass place and they had a sign up that said a free ear exam. We made an appointment for Miracle-Ear and had the exam and bought hearing aids from them. The representative was very pleasant. My husband and I both had an exam, and he took time with us. And other than that, the exam was thorough. My husband got two hearing aids while I got one. I got the one that goes behind my ear with a little wire going down into my ear, which was what was recommended.

    We've been very happy with the representative. And every six months, they make an appointment then we go in. He rechecks our machines and cleans them and off we go with no charge. Our hearing aids are great. I don't wear mine often because I'm at home a lot of times by myself and I see no point. There will be times when I would be wearing it and it's very helpful. But I have great grandkids and I prefer to take it off when they're around. I would recommend Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids to others. They won't even know that they have it on.

    I had my Miracle Ear hearing aids for 8 months, I can just hear a little better, this is my 3rd pair of different hearing aids in the last 4 years. I still have to ask everyone to repeat over and over, not to mention the noisy background. Cannot hear nothing!     Timothy is very happy with his Miracle-Ear hearing aids. It was fabulous. His hearing before was horrible. He had worn hearing aids for a very long time but he couldn’t hear everything that was generally going around him and the customer service was so horrible when we moved here. So, he sought out something new and different, and that happened to be Miracle-Ear. The one he got sits behind his ear. Melissa, the person at the location that he goes to, thought that was the best for him at that time when he first started going there. She and the lady that works the desk are very accommodating and whenever there’s an issue or an area of opportunity, she has no problems fixing it and making it better. No matter how small the tweak needs to be, she’s always able and willing to do that.

    Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids are extremely expensive, however, they do the job and that outweighs the situation except the fact that there’s always a new and better model which of course makes the price go up. And there’s not a, “You bought these ones, so now you can have a discount off of those ones or whatever.” And we have no medical coverage that covers medical aids for him. So, it’s a constant situation of a lot of out-of-pocket money if and when we decide to upgrade. So far, we’re very happy with the service that we receive at the location that we go to and probably, we’ll continue with them.

    Miracle-Ear helps me hear. I have a problem hearing people not pronounce their words well enough. There was a Miracle-Ear store right near us and the proximity is very helpful. It was wonderful with the Miracle-Ear team. I went with the in-the-canal style and the audiologist said this style was good. But the hearing aids are very expensive in the way I live. If I'm going to use and have them though, these are what I need. And so, I think they're perfect. But it's a pain in the neck. I wear glasses and the device that goes behind my ear conflicts with my glasses. And that's a problem that I haven't come up with any relief.     My husband said that I needed hearing aids. I needed the TV louder and sometimes I had trouble hearing people across the table from me in noisy restaurants. I tried two other hearing aids companies and my right ear was bothered, and so I returned the hearing aids and then we decided to try Miracle-Ear. My husband went with me and there was a lady there at Miracle-Ear named Betty and she was very professional and gave very good explanations and handed me with a hearing aid that didn’t cause pressure in my right ear. And so, I’ve stuck with it.

    The Miracle-Ear hearing aid hangs over the ear and has a little plastic with the part that goes into the ear. That part that goes into the ear was causing me discomfort. Betty made adjustments and I told her I was still having problems with the background noise since some restaurants we went to are so noisy. I also don’t wear them when I play gold because of the movement of the part that hangs behind my ear causes vibration when it’s windy. Other than that, the Miracle-Ear hearing aid is good. I can hear the people across the table from me most of the time and I have recommended it to other people.

I got the kind that goes around the back of my ear with the little wire and the little bud that goes inside and it's very good. When they're out I cannot hear so there's a big difference.     I had partial hearing loss and I kept asking people to repeat. When I go to a restaurant, I come home exhausted because I spend so much time focusing. So, I thought it was time to get a hearing aid. When I interviewed Paul ** at the Miracle-Ear store that I went to, I was very impressed. He offered a hearing aid that goes behind my ear because it had the most potential and seemed fine with me. His personality sealed the deal. Overall, the functionality of the hearing aid is excellent.

    If I have a problem, I go talk to Paul and he makes adjustments and we compensate. For example, I was in the Science Museum in New Jersey and a bunch of little kids came into the museum which had a very high ceiling. Of course, no matter how much I increased the volume, I was having trouble hearing. So, when I went to see Paul the next week, I explained this to him. He made the adjustment and now when I go to places where there are high ceilings and people making lots of noise, I can focus my hearing.

    While the quality of the hearing aid is excellent, I think it's an awful lot of money for senior citizens to have to be paying. Still, I'm pleased with what I have and I'm willing to pay that amount. I also have some friends who have Miracle-Ear and they feel that it's on the costly side. Now, I don't ask people to repeat things anymore. I just touch my ear and I'm ready to go. It has made my ability to go out and enjoy myself in restaurants 1000% better.

    One of my friends was going to a different Miracle-Ear place where she felt that the person there was pressuring her to buy an upgrade. I told her to go to Paul. She was so impressed. She called me up right away after the visit and told me that she could hear me on the phone when she couldn't do that before. She said that the other person didn't understand her. Paul didn't give her a new hearing aid. All he did was make adjustments. He treated her like a new patient and did the evaluation which made her feel very good.

    I’ve had Miracle-Ear going on four years now and they have been good every time I’ve been there. I’ve been around semi-trucks all my life and they’re noisy. And back in 1970 there wasn't any earplugs in the hardhats. So later on I can’t hear the real soft tones. I only hear anything medium. I got the receiver-over-the-ear hearing aids and the customer service team have been good. And now I can hear the smaller, quieter tones without trying to squinch a little.     My first experience with Miracle-Ear goes back 10 years. They happened to have an office near the rear entrance to a Sears Roebuck store that I patronized and I walked by and I started to realize I needed help with hearing. And I went in, became acquainted with a man called John and he was friendly and helpful. I now have the fourth version of Miracle-Ear so I have a loyalty to the brand.

    Miracle-Ear is some distance from where I live. I’m on the east side of Milwaukee and they’re in the next county to the west. But I see them about every three months and I have an appointment and they take good care of keeping my equipment in an operating condition. Once in a while if I have some situation or a problem they’re able to help me. I’m very satisfied.

    I know there’s a new one but what I do have is rechargeable batteries and I have the attachment to the TV. For some reason, with the hearing aids alone, I am unable to get satisfactory reception. Whereas I have the amplifier that’s hooked on to the TV and then I have a lanyard with a receiver that receives the information. I still depend on the TV volume to kind of round out the sound.

    I’ve had hearing aids with Miracle-Ear for 10 years. This is my second set of hearing aids and I've been very pleased. There are two people there that are very nice. Rob is a wonderful gentleman and I’ve liked him for years. He takes very good care of me from the Allen Park store and sometimes he works in the Trenton store, so any problems I have, he takes care of them. He sold me a set and I had them for at least nine years. Every two or three months, they were cleaned. There's also an older woman there that makes sure they handle the paperwork.     My hearing is terrible especially in my right ear. As a kid and as a sheriff's deputy, I shot a lot with pistols without any hearing protection. I'm 63 years old, so back then I didn't know anything about that. We're originally from the Lafayette, Louisiana area, and we got mails from Beltone and other companies. One came from Miracle Ear from Lafayette, Indiana and I started digging into it. I knew exactly where their address was in Lafayette and I decided to take a chance with them. So, I went to the one here in Jackson and they've been super with me.

    I have the Miracle Ear hearing aid that goes over the ear, then the little thing goes inside the ear. I've gone back a few times and recently I told this guy at their clinic, Ross, to change the little thing that goes in my ear. He gave me something and it really helped the right ear. So, next time I'm going there, I'm going to tell him to put in new plastic instead of the other kind of plastic. Those people here in the Jackson office have bent over backwards and helped me. They're good people and I haven't tried any other hearing aids, but I'm satisfied with mine. I also told a couple of people I know who need hearing aids to go see Ross.

    I'm glad I have my Miracle Ear hearing aid and I like it. Sometimes, if I'm outside or it's going to be wet, I don’t wear it. But I try and wear it when I'm going somewhere for supper. I've also looked at some other hearing aid brands and the cost of a hearing aid, being there's very little that insurance does, is kind of high. But Miracle Ear's price is in line with everybody else's and they give zero interest financing. For the quality, their product isn't at the top of the scale and it isn't at the bottom, but it's a damn good piece of equipment. It has helped me and after I got it, I don’t have to say, "What are you saying?" as often to the wife.

So, I got the rechargeable hearing aids but I've never really liked them. While it could be because of the shape of my eardrum, the hearing aids are never comfortable to wear and I hear a lot of noises that I didn't hear before.     I wasn't hearing well, but I didn't think it was that bad, except that people were telling me about it. Miracle-Ear was a lot cheaper than going to the other company that I started with. I've been going to Miracle-Ear for about 15 years and they've always been good. They're very thorough and they're always there for us, so we're happy with them.     My wife was telling me I could not hear her so upon her insistence, I went to Miracle-Ear. After they did the test, I decided to get the hearing aids and it has improved my hearing. I don’t wear them all the time especially if I’m not going to be somewhere where I’m talking with people. But when I have them on, there’s a big difference.

    I'm really wondering how I’m going to handle replacing the batteries when you got to rip that little cover. I tend to drop them when I’m doing it and if I’m not over a table, they would fall on the ground and get lost. So I have a problem with that and I wonder how many other people my age who may not have as good dexterity as I do have a problem with it. I’m 82 and the dexterity always diminishes the older you get. Also, I’m hearing from friends who may not be financially as well-off as I am, that the cost might be out of sight because they are very expensive. I paid $7,000 but I heard other people who are saying they went to Costco or to Walmart and they paid $3,000.

    I wasn't hearing good at all in my right ear and I had to turn the volume up for everything, such as the TV. My mother has a Miracle-Ear hearing aid and I have some friends in Oregon that have Miracle-Ear hearing aids too, and they've done nothing but rave about Miracle-Ear. I've also had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. I got from them the hearing aid style that I put it in my ear, then a little piece goes behind my ear, and this model is good. It fits me well and I like it. It has been 100% for the better for me since I've had my hearing aid. But it was very expensive. Being a widow and on a limited income, I wish Miracle-Ear had payment plans. But my son helped me pay for my hearing aid, so that worked out okay.

    The performance of my hearing aid has been awesome. If I have any problems with it, I call Miracle-Ear and they set up an appointment for me, then I go in and the customer service rep, Bert, fixes any problems for me. Bert has been with me since day one and he has been an excellent person to work with. He's very caring and understanding, and he listens to me. The last time I worked with him was a year ago. I was in Oregon and I sent my hearing aid down here, and he told me what to do. I paid for the service and he got my hearing aid fixed. I've had it for a while and it just needed an overhaul. Just like a car, it needs tuning up.

    It's a horrible thing when you can't hear. You try to read lips, but that doesn't always work out. But I'm very happy with Miracle-Ear. In fact, I just had my appointment with them a couple of days ago. I went there and Bert checked my hearing aids out, and everything turned out good. I'll go back there in July and I'll have a hearing test done then to make sure that everything's on the up and up.

    I have the behind-the-ear hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. I'm familiar with that model since that was what my mom had. I get along real good with Haidee and Mary, the reps of Miracle-Ear. My wife had her hearing aids from them too and they were really good. But my hearing has gone far enough and it’s bad enough that the hearing aid doesn’t really help. I can hear noise, but I can’t distinguish it. What happened was the middle frequencies are bad. So there’s not enough variation in the thing to allow me to understand easily. So I have to really concentrate. But that’s just my ear and it has nothing to do with the hearing aid. I wear them all the time and when I take them out, then I can really tell. I almost can't function with my ears. As long as I have the hearing aids in, at least I can tell when somebody is hollering at me.

    If you want the best, Miracle-Ear is where you want to go. If you want to go cheap, then go over to Costco or Sam's and you're going to get cheap then eventually not be satisfied. There's a Miracle-Ear location that happened to be next to my favorite restaurant and it's very convenient for me to go to every two or three months. I was going deaf and I didn't know it so I went there and got a hearing device which helps me to hear. I paid for the best, I expected the best, and I got the best. I've had the device for about 2 years now and it's good to have the representative located nearby. He cares about my ears, so he checks and makes sure that everything is A-OK.

    I've had Miracle-Ear for five years and I'm relatively happy with them. I still don't hear everything I would like to hear but I'm keeping up with them and still wearing them. I had another one first and I wasn't happy. But Miracle-Ear has been good to me. They keep check-ups every now and then and they have some good guys who take care of me when I go in there. They do a very good job. They have me come in a little bit more often to check out the aids and how they're doing. They'll also clean them. And they do anything that needs to be done.

    I'm 60 years old. Since 1987 started having ringing and hearing loss in both years. Finally about 4 years ago I finally realized enough is enough and went to Sears Miracle-Ear in Livingston NJ meeting Hellen and Chris with their low key expertise, no pressure sales, testing what it would sound like with aids and what I had been missing. Bought a pair. Not cheap by any means but brought me back to life what I had been missing.     I went to the office of Miracle-Ear in the old Macon Mall building because I needed to get my hearing checked. I was always asking people to repeat what they were saying. I got the really small hearing aids ‘cause my ears are small. Sometimes I can hardly hear with them and other times, they seem to be okay. But I guess it’s just me. But I have a problem understanding people when they talk. I can hear them okay, but to make out what they are saying, a lot of times, it is hard. I can’t do that. There can be a lot of improvements with it.

    When I lost hearing in my left ear, I went to a state plan that works with Miracle-Ear and got a free hearing aid. Meanwhile, my right ear needed a hearing aid, but I didn't have the money or the financing to get another one. Then the doctor at Miracle-Ear let me know about the Miracle-Ear Foundation and I had a chance of getting a new hearing aid for my right ear. So I applied for the foundation, they accepted it and I finally got it. I was very fortunate. I didn't have to pay for either one of the hearing aids.

    The hearing aids have been great so far. It's certainly not perfect and I don't expect to get my hearing back, but it's really improved and they get it as close as it possibly can. My family, friends and I appreciate it. I can hear a bit of everything of what my grandson, family and friends are saying now compared to what it was before because I couldn't hear and I had to read lips, so I keep asking them to repeat. Now, I don't have to do that. I constantly have appointments with Miracle-Ear. They give me hearing tests and see how my ears are doing and how my hearing aid is. They tune it up, check it out and they put a little filter that's inside. The doctor and people at Miracle-Ear are great. There's one nice doctor, and I have a bunch of them, that I absolutely enjoy going to see.

    Miracle-Ear is a great company and a great product and they treat you like good, everyday people, so I enjoy going there. In fact, I told a couple of friends of mine who are hard in hearing to check it out online. I also gave them the address of the place that they can go to here in Garner, North Carolina and get tested because Miracle-Ear is always having a free test, which is a great idea. It helps them sell some hearing aids, but it also helps some people who can't hear.

    I've had Miracle-Ear for years ago and I've bought from them three times now. I saw them in town and I stopped in. It was the same owner, Dennis, that I used when I lived in Jersey and I'm in Pennsylvania now. He was very good. Then, I dealt with his son. The quality of the new hearing aid is exceptional and there was a difference from the old one. I bought an over the ear model. It was small and it had more frequency. Before the latest purchase, I bought from them in the 90's. There was a plug that would make the ear move and it went right in the center of the ear. The sounds didn't sound amplified, like when you have an amplifier where everything was loud. Only the sounds that you need was picked up and elevated.

    The people at Miracle-Ear were so courteous and helpful. When I brought my hearing aid, they checked it out, cleaned it, and hooked it up to the computer to make sure it was doing what it was supposed to be doing. I go every couple of months, and the service is free of charge as it comes with the unit and it's wonderful.

    Miracle-Ear helps me hear what people are saying. It’s not perfect because I still have difficulty if they’re facing away from me but it’s better than not having hearing aids at all. I have the same model I started with which is over the ear because of its appearance. I go to get checked every now and then and see if we’re doing fairly well. Their people are really friendly. They ask me what problems I have and then they try to adjust it on the computer there. They’ve done a good job. Even though Miracle-Ear is costly, I’d still recommend it to others.

    This was my first experience with hearing devices and I was very confident of the gentleman who runs the business where I got them. I liked the professionalism and the service that the gentleman gave at the Miracle-Ear place. I got a little device that goes on my ear outside and then the wire connects to a little device that goes to my ear inside. But I’m not totally satisfied with the improvement I’ve received. When I was having trouble hearing in a conversation atmosphere in a crowded room, I thought I would regain the clarity that I used to find. But it hasn’t come back as total as I thought it would.

    Many years ago, I had to go and see a professional person about my hearing and that person told me about Miracle-Ear hearing aids. I first started out with the in-the-ear model. Right now, I have the behind-the-ear model with the tubes going in. My wife liked it very much and she got it. I asked about it and we had a deal made.     If one couldn’t hear, you couldn’t participate and wouldn’t know what’s going on. And at that point, people are getting old and don’t realize that they should have hearing aids earlier. That’s why Miracle-Ear gives tests. I couldn’t hear well and and I was lucky to get in when I did. They gave me a test and their technician was very good in explaining. When one gets a hearing aid, you have to trust the technician to know what you don’t know. He tested me well and wasn't pushy. I got the hearing aids that go over the ear for both ears because it seemed the most comfortable. They're so good, I’m still hearing so I’m very happy. Although the hearing aids are very expensive, Miracle-Ear stands behind their product. They do everything they can adjusting them and making them work. I have the hearing aids for over four years and I’m sure in time, they would have to be replaced, but I’m surprised that they're doing so well.

    I had quite a hearing loss. I got the visible hearing aids from Miracle Ear and they are awesome. They're the visible type, in one piece, and with no tubes. They fit right in my ear and don’t go on the outside of it. I sweat a lot and the battery of the ones I tried that fit in the back of my ear would short out by sweating. So, I went back to my original style that fit inside my ear. I really like my hearing aids and I have no problems with the functions. I also have controls through my phone if I need to. They are expensive but I have to have my hearing. They are also wonderful and since I got them, I could hear everything again and my hearing is back at 90%. Miracle Ear's rep has been excellent, too. He works with my schedule and knows that I could be late in the evening so he'd wait for me. If anybody needed anything for hearing, I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

    I quit working because my hearing had gotten so bad that I couldn't hear on the phone anymore. If you put really good ear muffs on and then have a conversation, that is how I feel with my hearing out. My dad did a lot of research about hearing aids and Miracle-Ear was who he went with. He had no problems with his so I went with them as well. Because of Miracle-Ear, I can hear my daughter's voice again and the person I am talking to when I'm on the phone. I have the behind-the-ear style. The other ones are so tiny and I was afraid I'd lose them. The behind-the-ear doesn't bother me in the least and they work. It is also comfortable that I forget I have them on. Also, it seems to me that if it's behind my ear, it's getting less gunky than if it was in my ear.

    It's just that it's really sad that there are a lot of people who can't afford them. I'm in a position that I can but I still wait until they have their sale if I have to get new ones. It would be nice if they can come up with a way to make them less expensive. But still, I have referred people to Miracle-Ear. In the place I go to, the reps were really friendly, super nice, answered every question I've ever had. They've been there for a long time, where some of the other places have come and gone. And to me, that says something about their product if they hang in there. And that's what kept me there.

    When I first got my hearing aids, I got a postcard in the mail that was giving me a deal where I buy one hearing aid and I get the second one free. I had also heard of Miracle-Ear, as opposed to the ones out there that you haven't heard of so then you're not sure that they're going to be the best in the world. Miracle-Ear also offered financing and I really liked the doctors that I saw. It was a good fit that it was time for me to get hearing aids and they were offering them at a reasonable price and manageable payments. Cost was definitely a deciding factor and I got ones that go behind the ear and then a little wire goes to the little thing that goes into the ear. That model was one step up from from the least expensive. It's great to have hearing aids when you want to hear. It certainly helps.

    I've been very happy with their people too. I would've never left Rick except that he was in Garner and they opened an office here in Fuquay Varina where I live. So I switched over to that office and I really enjoyed David. But then David left and I've seen Heather. Then today, I saw Jonathan who I had met him one other time when he was training under David.     My hearing loss was pretty bad. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was probably a 7. Miracle-Ear has very much made a remarkable difference. I liked them ever since first contact. The people there were great. They were friendly and saw to my needs. Anytime I needed anything, I called them and they got things fixed up. Any adjustments and stuff like that, they readily took care of. I got a behind-the-ear hearing aid. I can turn them off and on when I want to. The quality is really great. I’ve had them over three years and they haven’t gone bad yet. I use them everyday.     I've seen the Miracle-Ear ads in the paper and there was one store close to me, so I thought that I'd try them then see what would happen. After I went up there, I was very satisfied. The doctor in charge was very nice and explained everything to me very well. I like her. I have also talked to their reps and they were very friendly. It was very comfortable working with them. Whenever I asked questions, they always answered them. They've helped me a lot and I'm very happy with them the way they are.

    I got behind-the-ear hearing aids. I was going by what the prices were and thought I'd try these and see how it would work. And so far, they're working very well. Sometimes, though, it takes a little bit to get them situated. But other than that, I have no problems with them.     To whom should I lodge a complaint to about the Miracle Ear in Warrenton, Oregon taking advantage of my 88 year old mother? I recently took over her bills and found an exorbitant bill for a product my mother has literally never been able to use. Any fool can look at her fingers and see that she'd have trouble putting something in her ear three times that size, let alone something smaller than the width of a nickel. My mother has gone back in for help a few times and left frustrated when able-bodied people show her "how easy it is" to insert them into her ears, and then told a woman with vision loss that she can just look in a mirror...to put something she can neither see well nor handle into her ear.

    If I had been aware of this earlier, I would have put a stop to it. Unfortunately, my mother was too proud or embarrassed to say anything. So, in the meantime, she's paying hundreds of dollars a month for the privilege of financing $6,000 worth of equipment that has not for one second been helpful. Do we have any recourse other than to shout from the rooftops how displeased we are? I've emailed, I've called, and I've gotten nowhere. Fortunately I have several social media platforms and can find the time to use them if that's what is necessary. If a representative from Miracle-Ear could let me know sooner than later, that would be fantastic.

    Miracle-Ear was right around here locally when I started with them about five years ago. The first set I had was the inside-the-ear domes and they sweat a lot in the ears.     Miracle-Ear made me custom fit hearing aids that are quite comfortable and securely hidden in my ear canals. They're virtually invisible and allow me to easily wear sports helmets when needed.     I have one hearing aid that I got a few years back in that BryanLGH hearing auditory section in my left ear, and I knew my right ear was decreasing. I saw an ad about Miracle-Ear on the TV and when they sent out a card for a free hearing test, I did that and went to see what they had to say and where my hearing was at. When I dealt with their customer service, they were very professional and friendly. They cared about me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I decided to go ahead and get one of theirs. I got the one where the little piece fits in the ear and the other piece fits over my ear, and it was on a payment plan. It works better for me and they did it so that I still get a lot of the natural sounds.

    The hearing aid picks up the tones that I can’t hear whereas if I had the one that goes completely in the ear, I feel that it would plug off some of the sounds I would like to hear. I hear better with my right ear where the Miracle-Ear is and as soon as I have extra money, I'm going to get another one for my left ear that will match it. Miracle-Ear made my hearing a lot easier but I still have a hard time because the hearing aids aren't matching. They would be if I had one set of the same thing, but it still made quite a bit of a difference in my hearing. I would tell friends to look into it. I've had satisfaction with it and I believe they would too.

    My wife got her Miracle-Ear first and it was good for her so I gone mine a year later. So far, it has been good. I got the style with the tiny battery. It is the size of a ballpoint pen when it is open. The hearing aid is on the top of my ear and the wire goes into a fitting that goes into my ear way. This was what I could afford at the time I purchased.

    The only complaint I have is that they use the batteries up too fast -- they last for about two weeks. There is no way to charge them and once you use them, they are done. They’re throwaways and what I understood when I got my hearing aids was my batteries were supposed to be lifetime. I was supposed to get 10 when I went back for a check-up. And for a few weeks, I was not getting any. Then, the guy gave me six the last time I was there. The batteries are very expensive and I thought they would last more than a week and a half or two weeks. I did not know that when I bought Miracle-Ear, otherwise, I wouldn’t have bought them because that’s $4 every time I need batteries. Now, they told me how long they are supposed to last but they did not tell me that when I got them.

    Nevertheless, the sales and customer service have been very good and the people I’ve dealt with have been very nice. The audiologists were helpful and good, too. If the battery lasted a month, I would be satisfied. Still, with Miracle-Ear, I hear more than I used to. I would recommend Miracle-Ear. It’s a good deal and others should check it out.

    I got the Miracle-Ear hearing aid that has a little loop around my ear, which was what they thought I should have when they tested me, and I've had it for years now. It's a good hearing aid for me and it made me hear a lot better. I've had really good service from their customer service. I was having trouble hearing and one of their guys told me that it was because the unit had too much background stuff. So, I went back yesterday and he took the background stuff down. I could really hear really well right now. I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

    I’ve seen Miracle-Ear in lots of places. Then, I went to their place one day and told them to check my ears. Their reps suggested that I get the hearing aid with the microphone down in my ear and the body of it is behind my ear. I got that hearing aid style and it has been good for me. Miracle-Ear had nice customer service people and they did what I needed. They did a good job so far and from what I saw, it was a good experience.
