I am currently on my 14th week in Byte aligners. So far the experience has been superb. The customer service is quick to answer any questions and the weekly trays have fit perfectly. If you are thinking about getting Invisalign, call Byte. They are fantastic and offer the same service at a great rate which is done in the comfort of your own home!

My experience with Byte was great from the moment I ordered my impressions - there was a mixup with my address. My kit was shipped somewhere else (my fault). The rep quickly resent me a new kit. The impressions are easy to do and they receive them quickly/. Can’t wait to start my Byte Journey.

The past few months I've been using Byte to correct minor crowding of my upper teeth and somewhat significant crowding of my lower front teeth with excellent results thus far. The Byte process is easy and relatively painless and I'm absolutely looking forward to the end result of my treatment in a few weeks as well as what I hope will be a long lasting and more improved smile.

Customer support was always friendly and though they were busy at times, they always contacted back quickly. My experience with my aligners was smooth, easy and high quality, never had a problem with them breaking. Would totally recommend to a buddy.

When I found Byte I was skeptical, but compared to other companies they offered me exactly what I was looking for. They are easy to keep up with and nobody notices them. Using the HyperByte when I feel discomfort is amazing. I would recommend Byte Me to anyone.

My experience with Byte was AMAZING. They were super responsive and helped me in every way possible. Any questions I had I was just one text away from a rep who could help me. I have a slight underbite and when I was a teenager I was told I’d Either have to get surgery, or wait until my jaw fully grows in to see if aligners were a good fit. I had questions about that, along with cavities, and other dental questions and they were so quick to respond. Byte is one of the cheapest on the market but also the most efficient. I strongly recommend this company!!

I've always been very insecure about my teeth growing up. But, I never got braces. This year, I decided that I am going to get them fixed to gain back my confidence. After 11 weeks of using Byte, my top teeth has shifted and it looks good. My bottom teeth treatment still has a long way to go, but I can see the improvement!

The entire process at Byte has been incredibly easy from taking pictures of my teeth to actually creating the mold myself and sending it in. I had braces as a kid and hated the experience of going to an orthodontist. Byte makes it easy and WAY less painful. They follow up at every turn of the way and also handhold you a bit if needed. They even give you easy financing options. Five star service for sure.

So far everything has been great! The customer service reps are extremely friendly and quick to respond. I have not waited more than 1 day for a response. I'm only on day 3 of my aligners but everything has run smoothly and I have everything needed to continue my treatment, no problems.

My experience with Byte has been generally good. The only thing I could take issue with is that I opted in for the night time only aligners and most of the support material was clearly made before this was an option. It's not a huge thing, recognizing that the instructions do not necessarily apply in all things and having to run the hyperbyte twice to get to 10 minutes' use time but it does feel like I'm a bit of an afterthought. I am about halfway through my aligners and I can already see my teeth moving and can imagine what they look like straightened out. All things considered, not a bad experience.

When I reached out to Byte someone immediately for with me and explained the process. Kit arrived in two days and they tracked my whole process. Any time I needed help not only were they texting me, but emailing and calling me through the whole process. I’m waiting on my aligners now. Give them a try. I will definitely recommend Byte to my friends and anyone else I come talk to. I will keep you updated!

I really like Byte’s customer service! They are quick responders and very reliable, and they will answer any questions you have within a short period of time over text message. The impressions kit was very easy to use and instructions were very clear.

I was always insecure about my teeth; I hated all the gaps I had. I already had straight teeth but had gaps in between almost every teeth. I just started my 4th week. So far so good. My teeth are whitening and I'm noticing a small change already. I'm excited to keep going and seeing more results. It's a dream coming true of having straight teeth. I have always been self conscious of them since I was in grade school. I've been shy all due to with everyone seeing my front teeth crooked.

I took the chance after I saw an ad for Byte on facebook when they were having a major discount deal for the Aligners. So far the service has been great. Byte is the most affordable way to fix your teeth even if you don’t have insurance! They have plenty of payment plans to consider and you can fix your teeth fairly quick! I had braces years ago and that’s not an option for me anymore but Byte was the perfect solution!

My uncle is a dentist and I am obsessed with teeth. My friends and family would tell you. About 3 yrs ago, I thought they moved, but I think shifted a little, but it was more selfies, that I started to notice , I'm not happy with my teeth. I got a retainer, but I still want them perfect. More because it changed my face shape for the better. I cannot wear a metal retainer. It's a nightmare. I knew going to an orthodontist, again, I'd be in metal retainers, that would have to be worn, at night, forever, if the orthodontist was good, they would tell you that. I did not want to use the other company, as reviews on their customer service, were terrible. Byte's customer service, the best, answered every question. I had a lot. I cant wait to receive my aligners.

Very individualized support team, as expected of a custom aligner company with the newest technology. Only good things to say so far, as I am currently awaiting the completion and shipment of my aligners. Byte also offers multiple whitening products, and so far I have been able to test the SNOW kit for a couple days.

I haven't received my aligners yet, but so far I have had a really good experience with customer support. The impression kit arrived really fast. The instructions were easy to follow and the material came really well packed. The team created my treatment plan in about 2 days after receiving my impressions.

I’m just finishing up week 2 of my treatment and I’m so excited to start seeing some big changes in my smile! I love how Byte sends you everything you need all at once so you don’t have to wait around for package after package. The customer service has been amazing since day one. Very prompt responses for every question and the whole process moves pretty fast and they check in on you throughout your treatment. The first two days of my treatment, my teeth were soooo sore I was worried how long the pain would last. The soreness almost completely went away within those first two days and it’s been smooth sailing ever since! So far, highly recommend.

I haven’t gotten the aligners yet, however the process so far has been good. The process to order was easy but I am reluctant on them working. When I asked for advice all they had said was order the first kits to see what they can do. Then I was sent the weeks it will take and what they will look like but nothing else.

When I first started with Byte I was skeptical that it would work for me. I saw a lot of reviews of people who had braces in the past and used bite to realign their teeth. I have never had braces and feel like my case was pretty extreme. I am on week 9 and am happy to say I have see drastic changes to my smile. It makes me excited for every event coming up and I cannot explain how happy I am with the company. I have not had one issue through this process. All correspondence has been quick and professional.

My aligners came 2 weeks earlier than expected, and they have been great so far! And I love the emails that help me with the “how to” part of them. I am pleased with the accessories that came with them and how easy they are to use.

Byte's treatment plan is so simple and easy to follow and effective in such a short amount of time in comparison to other online aligner providers. The HyperByte tool is easy to use and I use it at night before going to bed. The BrightByte is excellent and helps to keep my aligners clean each day. The impression kit process was fast and easy, the price is affordable, and my Byte Advisor was incredibly nice and eager to help. Just started using my first set of Byte aligners and so far I'm thrilled! I've had braces before but wasn't happy with the results and the brackets were SO annoying! I have gaps between my teeth that I always wanted corrected. I did not want the metal braces. I feel I am too old to have those and thanks to Bytes I can see my gaps closing up with the look of braces.

Health Hazard! And, I don’t have my re-printed aligners, still, yet!! I want my money back! Never pay them in full!! I received my initial Byte aligner treatment plan on April 9th, 2020, and I was thrilled. Everything was going great, until June 3rd, 2020 (not even 2 months into my 4 month treatment plan). Then it happened!!! My week 7, “UPPER” aligner wouldn’t fit. I contacted Byte. I sent photos so they could see that my week 7 UPPER aligner didn’t fit.

There are two things that I want to highlight about my experience. First, the time to receive and hear back about your molds from the impression kit is absolutely quick. The ability to go through the procedure of getting your teeth fixed is genuinely right at your hands with a company that intentionally wants to improve your smile and build your confidence. The second was the staff. The staff was extremely attentive especially my representative Nadia who was extremely helpful and kind. She was also knowledgable in the financing aspect of the aligners which made me feel absolutely comfortable in investing my money into Byte.

The process was super easy and you have a person designated to help you through every part of it. Super happy I did this and the only thing I wish was different is that I did it years ago! With financing options for everybody there's no reason to not do it. Even if you think your teeth aren’t that bad, why not make them perfect with Byte. Beyond grateful for them.

My experience so far with Byte has been nothing but exceptional. Every step of the way I've been assisted by a great team and their advisors are super attentive. My experience from the impression kit, to the treatment preview, to the arrival of the aligners has been nothing but phenomenal. I am constantly being updated by customer service through emails, and was even receiving help through text messages when it was time to purchase my aligners with Care Credit. I am thoroughly impressed with Byte.

This was one of the simply best decisions I have made. I’m not even all the way to the end yet (I’m halfway) and I can already see a difference and it is boost my self confidence! I could not be more happy. They have been excellent to work with and help with any questions and concerns I’ve had!

Love the customer service. So fast and efficient. The results are amazing too! I got my retainers February. Needed more adjustments done at the end of my 12 weeks. They sent me another kit, no questions asked! Now 7 weeks later my top teeth are looking great. Can’t wait for my lower teeth’s results!

My Byte experience has been great so far! My advisor was on top of everything and super helpful. Even the finance guy was super responsive and helped me pick the best option. I was a little bummed they didn’t accept my Dental insurance but regardless still a wonderful experience!

Updated on 10/29/2020: Byte from the beginning was simple and easy. The impression kit was not hard at all and I had received my initial aligners sooner than expected, which was great. I had two teeth that were not tracking properly so I began wearing my trays for 10 days rather than 7. By tray 5, we decided to go for refinement aligners. I have been wearing my tray 5 aligners for over a month now waiting for my refinement aligners. It has been really hard to stay motivated when you haven't seen progress for a month since you can't move forward, but I know it's for the best. Byte has been very supported this whole time. I just wish there was a way to speed up the refinements to get my progress back on track. Thank you Byte!

I was interested in fixing my crooked teeth after I had stopped wearing my retainers from when I had braces and they started to shift. Byte seemed like a perfect option as I could fix my teeth with no human contact (this was during the Coronavirus pandemic). The aligners themselves are virtually invisible, they are a little bit stiff at first but you get used to it. Taking them off is sometime a hassle but I have gotten used to it also. If I had one critique it would be that the customer service has been very slow however when I was eventually contacted they did the best to fix any issues I had. I’m excited to continue with my aligners and get my perfect smile!

I'm happy that I'm able to fix my teeth without the hassle of visiting dentist. At first I was scared my money might go to waste. I'm now on my 11th week and I can feel my front teeth moved inward. I'm happy to give Byte a five star.

So far I have not had any major problems. Everything was shipped in a reasonable time and instructions were easy to follow. Only giving 3 stars until after I'm done with treatment. Communication with a representative is decent. I did email with an issue I was having with my aligner and didn't get a response. I called the next day, but the department wasn't answering the phone and was told I would get a phone call. I didn't. I was eventually contacted and advised on what I should do.
