Online ordering was simple. Quick delivery. The mattress itself looked nice. But it measured at 10in which looked too small for my very large bed frame. I didn't find it comfortable at all, I slept on it through the adjustment period. I had a pillowtop before so I was hoping this would help my back pain but definitely made it worse. Was unable to return right away, I had to wait 30 days. The process to return was a little frustrating but I did get a full refund.

I attempted to cancel my order right after it was placed. They told me it was processing and too late to cancel. I waited for all items to be shipped to my house and argued to have some rerouted to return to the distribution center. They only partially refunded my money. I have been on the phone for hours on hold and nobody in customer service has followed through with my requests for call back from supervisors. It was the worst purchasing experience to date. I never take the time to leave these types of reviews but I made an exception for these frauds!

Really nice mattress with support and comfort. I was worried about ordering a bed in a box but am very satisfied so far. We have had it about a month. I have already recommended it to several other people.

We can't sleep anymore since we got the mattress three months ago. We have complained about it in so many ways, we're tired of waiting for a response. Don't buy this mattress. It's too soft and we never seem to be able to return it.

We bought the mattress and base. The base broke shortly after purchase but customer service to get it refunded off the account went above and beyond. I also have chronic back pain and this mattress has actually helped to relieve some of that so I get better sleep.

Firstly, please know that Nectar deletes and negative reviews or comments on their sites and social media. I tried to post this on BBB and nectar removed all reviews and complaints from the site. Ordered a Full mattress, frame, protector on 2/28/2020. Received tracking info on 3/4/2020 for the mattress protector ONLY. I figured other items would ship separately and hadn't left warehouse yet. 3/8/2020 still nothing, so I email customer service. Get told that mattress and frame were shipped and got returned to warehouse, they asked if I returned them. I said, "No, I never received any tracking info whatsoever for those two items." Received an email confirming a reship, but I never received the promised tracking info, yet again. 3/9/2020 I reached out via chat to ask for expedited shipping, which they could not offer. Fine, I received a $35 refund for my troubles. Also told via chat that my protector would arrive 3/9, which it did not.
I emailed nectar CS the morning of 3/12/2020 because I now had NO record of any items shipping to me. I received a curt reply with a link to an invoice that still hasn't updated to this very day from Emilio F. Reached out via chat that same day 3/12/2020 because mattress protector still had not arrived and I needed my tracking numbers. Agent told me there was an issue and that it would be reshipped. Also gave me tracking numbers for all 3 products.
On this day I learned that my mattress was delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS, in a completely different part of the city. This is after speaking with nectar and being in almost constant contact for the past week or so. Tried to retrieve via FedEx but it did not work out. After speaking with FedEx I was told that Nectar would need to file a claim. I wrote a detailed email to Nectar to let them know what had happened, and I got a response from Rushelle W. that indicated that she obviously did not read my email. She provided tracking numbers for my items for some reason.
At some point I speak to someone about filing the claim and doing something they called a "tracer" for my items. Rep says it should take 3 business days. At least a week goes by (I don't have the chat transcript) and I hear nothing from the company. Finally, on 3/24/2020 I email them asking for an update. Someone tells me that they are "currently prepping my items for reshipment". I say okay at first but then change my mind. I replied to the email requesting a refund and receive no response from a previously active email chain. I waited four days to provide ample time for a response and never got one.
3/28/2020 I chat and request a refund. CS rep asks the same questions over and over again just like everyone else. He files the FedEx claim that I guess never got filed and processes a refund for me, allegedly. Tells me I should receive an email confirming my refund and the amount within the hour. I do not receive such an email. Instead, the next day 3/29/2020 I get one confirming a refund, which seemed like a response to my previous email requesting such. Says wait 7-10 business days for it to be applied and does not mention the total at all, nor does it look like the previous refund email I received for the $35.
I waited 10 days (4/13/2020) before reaching out again inquiring about my refund. The rep is clueless and again asking redundant questions about what items I did or did not receive. Eventually she issues a refund for the mattress and says that the protector showed delivered on the 6th or 7th. I do not know where they sent the protector, but it was not to me. Finally, April 16th I got a refund.

I bought this mattress because I wanted an upgrade from my previous mattress and thought it would be worth investing some extra money for good sleep. Unfortunately this did not work out for me because I have the impression that I am too light to sink into it properly (160lb). I am a side sleeper but this mattress always "pushes" me to rotate and I end up sleeping on my back most nights. This has led to a sore back, more snoring than I would have liked and hence also sore throats more often than not. I have had to place a pillow behind me when sleeping so that I don't end up on my back.
The worst part is that when I tried to return it with their return policy, they did everything they could to not let it happen. You know those cheap companies who sell you something and when you go ask for it they won't give it to you? That's exactly what you get here. So make sure you buy this if you're 100% sure you want this mattress, but do not rely on the return option. It seems like the Purple alternative is much better with returns if you are not sure of what to buy. I am now stuck with a $1000 king mattress that I can't use, but I am planning to find a lawyer to help me out.

I ordered a Nectar queen size mattress on March 28th. Their website advertises 1-2 day shipping. Giving the impression that your mattress will ship quickly and be delivered within a reasonable amount of time. It is now April 17th and Nectar cannot tell me when the mattress will be delivered. To make matters worse. In order to receive a refund they have to deliver the mattress and I have to send it back with their shipping label. Horrible way of conducting business. Their Facebook page is full of dissatisfied customers. I was so vocal on their site that they removed my posts and blocked me from making any more comments. Do not purchase from this company. They are not worthy of your hard earned money.

Nectar advertises a 365 day warranty, however, they do not honor this. After one night on the mattress I knew it was not for me. It was uneven, higher on one side, and not very firm. It sank after a few minutes on it and became lumpy after laying on it for a while. I notified Nectar that I wanted to return it, but their policy is you must keep it for 30 days. There was no way I could sleep on it for 30 days due to the discomfort so I sleep on a sofa bed. After the 30 days, I had to find someone to take the bed as Nectar does not help you dispose of the mattress. Then you must take specific pictures of the mattress, fill out a form with the name of person taking the mattress , along with the address and signature and return it to Nectar. I was told my refund would be processed in 7 to 10 business days. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED! After reading other reviews, I am concerned I may not receive my refund.

I believe Nectar stalls and puts up many roadblocks just to get out of refunding items because most people just give up. The sad thing is the mattresses seem to be comfortable and I would have ordered them again. I own several homes and was planning on putting the mattresses in all of them. Now I would never order from them again. I can only imagine what it would be like to return a mattress under the advertised 365 trial period. I tried via e-mail, phone and chat to get them to respond to a faulty foundation that was $275 of the order. They had every excuse in book why they were not responding. Claimed I was outside return period. Only reason I could prove I was not is they sent one automated email that I had kept that said they would get back to me in 24 hours.
When I finally reached someone on chat they made me take pictures of the foundation which since by this time I was in Wisconsin and the foundation was in Florida I had to pay someone to take them. They were aware of that but insisted nothing could be done without pictures. Then another large period of time goes by and again they tried to say I was outside return period until once again I produced the e-mail. They then approved the return but would not process it until I sent them additional pictures of the tags cut off and the foundation on the curb for pickup. I would have done this in the first place since I had already replaced it and send them receipt for the replacement period but I was never told this would be a requirement or could I find it listed in return policy.
I spent $100 $50, each time to get someone to take pictures and dispose of the foundation. They once again delayed the refund and said I need to understand they have a very small return section. They took many weeks and I was given a few days each time to produce the pictures or lose the refund. When I finally did receive the refund it was not correct amount so I am still dealing with them.

Bought the Nectar Bed in good faith. Was attracted by promises and representations made on their website, including their 365-day "Risk Free" trial. After a few weeks, my wife regretfully concluded that she did not like the bed. It's too warm for her. We both were also bothered by the lack of edge support, and I was finding it a bit soft as well. They want you to try the bed for 30 days before returning and, being about 5 weeks I thought a return should be no problem.
Nope. They do not want to honor their promise. As others here have noted, they keep asking for info or requiring things of you only to put another obstacle in front of you rather than take the bed back and give you your money. They also don't answer your questions or give reasons why they continue to obfuscate. Don't trust them.

DO NOT order! We ordered a queen mattress, adjustable bed frame, sheet set, mattress protector, and white glove service. When they arrived to set up the bed a piece for the bed frame was missing. We figured not a big deal. It is an easy fix with a trip to the hardware store. So we let them finish. We opened the sheets and mattress protector to put it on the bed and they do not fit. So we get a tape measure out. Sure enough we were given a full not a queen and when we sat on the mattress it completely compressed to the bed frame (we tried this in the store and it did not happen). We call customer service sit on the phone for about an hour, having to take photos of the just delivered bed with measurements, only to be told they have to wait for a supervisor to get back to them within 24 hours before they can start the return process.
At this point we are beyond frustrated and have no bed to sleep on. So we have to go buy another bed. We call and ask for a full refund and are told our mattress is defective while I sat on hold waiting to start the refund process. I never received an email after I had to hang up and get back to class verifying the process was started. So I called back again the next morning. Spoke with an agent and told I wanted a complete refund since I had to purchase another bed or sleep on the floor until they can figure the exchange out. The rep. Gina M told me it was just a mistake and sometimes those happen, but they would not give a full refund.
Instead because of the inconvenience they would exchange my mattress. As if giving the mattress I actually bought were a huge favor to me. I asked for a supervisor after heated exchange. Supervisor told me the exact same thing. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. As a customer you are an inconvenience to them even when the mistake is their own. Do not waste your time or money.

I was really happy with our Nectar king bed at first. It met every expectation on the list until about 2 months. The mattress developed a dip where I slept. My spouse stated feeling the same. We are very fit and athletic so this was not due to being obese or heavy. Nectars cannot be flipped but spun around. So basically, my husband and I just switched out wells in our bed after doing this. We considered buying another, maybe this was just a fluke. A random defected mattress. So we began the return process.
Really like that the company has you donate to a legit non-profit company so those in need can get a "new" bed, they are very thorough about this. Have to remove tags, submit the paperwork to them before the refund process can even begin. This is where we totally lost confidence in this (Dream Cloud is their related company, FYI) company. I submitted all the paperwork, found an organization to take the bed and was told that I would receive a full refund within 7 to 10 business days.
I'm on day 15 with no refund. I can never get through on their 800 customer service number so I submitted endless emails. I finally resorted to Dream Cloud chat service via the customer service site. A representative promptly researched the refund and said it would be completed within a couple of days. That was 5 days ago. I sent another chat message and didn't receive an answer, again. This is not uncommon it seems when it comes to refunding the money.
Very prompt with HOW to get rid of the bed, however now it's spotty at best with communication regarding the refund of almost a thousand dollars... Hence, we will NOT order another bed from Nectar or Dream Cloud. This is just not okay. Another hint, it took me calling numerous non profits until I could find one that would accept "another Nectar" mattress. Call your area non profits and check yourself. This was another sad surprise. So, order at your own risk. Because that great money back offer is not seamless nor easy.

I wish I can give a zero review. I created this account just to give my rating. I ordered a Nectar mattress during the black Friday deal. I was told delivery with be 2-3 business day. I waited for a month and yet didn't get my mattress so I went to Cardi's furniture to buy a new mattress. I sent them tons of emails to cancel my order and I don't need the mattress any more. Called their customer services for days and did not get hold of anyone. I went to dispute the transactions with my bank. For some reason the emails my bank sent me went to my spam mails so I wasn't able to reply on time. Anyways, now I have to deal with the merchandise in January and they told me there is nothing they can do until March 1st 2020.
I contacted them on their live chat and all what they said was, the order has been delivered and they can not give me a refund. I spoke to a manager and she said "Since the order has been more than two months and shows at their system the mattress was delivered, they can give a refund". Their issue with FedEx is now at my expense smh. I asked when date the order was delivered, one representative said on the 12/15/2019 and another said it was delivered on 12/20/2020. Things don't add up. Stay away if you can because I've been scammed!!

I went to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site and there are a couple of hundred complaints against this company. What these complaints describe is exactly what has been happening to me. You send them what they ask for and then they need more. I've given them my order date, my order number and the FEDEX tracking number and sent photos but that's not enough, they always need something else. I ordered my Nectar mattress/bed on March 14, 2019. I loved it in the beginning but then it started to sag on the side I get in and out of.
I wrote to Nectar and they asked me to take pictures and send them which I did. They asked for pictures of the 2 white tags on the mattress which I could not find because they are on the bottom of the mattress. I am in my 60's and my bedroom is tiny. I now have to pay my handyman to come over to lift the mattress so that I can get a picture of the tags. They might have told me upon purchase to take a picture of these tags before putting the bed down.
On top of that, I have now been told to put something heavy like a gallon of milk on each side of the mattress and take pictures of that. The hoops I am having to jump through to get this mattress replaced are ridiculous but they refuse to do anything until I provide them with everything they are asking for. I even bought the extra insurance which obviously was a waste of money. After all of this, if I had it to do over I never would have bought this mattress. Guaranteed for life is a joke. It is guaranteed until this company goes out of business which I fear will be soon given their refusal to honor their promises or until they put up so many hoops to jump through you give up and purchase another mattress. MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY A NECTAR MATTRESS!

I ordered 2 Nectar mattresses to replace older ones that were getting bad. Approximately 20 minutes after I placed the order, my wife found better mattresses at a discounted price. As it was after business hours I sent an E-mail to cancel the order, including all the pertinent information. I received an automated E-mail stating that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. 2 days passed by, so I called customer service 5 times that day. No one EVER answered. 8 emails and 3 more calls, and no return correspondence. The next day I get a shipment notification and tracking number.
I contacted FedEx to return the order, which they did. However, Nectar had only given me One of the tracking numbers, and 3 days later Mattress #2 showed up at my door. 1 day later I finally got someone on Chat (Kimberly J, who as far as I know is the only customer service rep that works there) and I was issued a return label. 8 days after delivery of the 2nd Mattress, I still have no refund issued. The Credit card company is currently looking into reclaiming my $$. Just a Horrible experience. Don't buy expecting an easy return. How they remain in business is a puzzle to me.

My wife and I slept on our new Nectar for about 30 days and it gave us terrible back stiffness. The return process is a nightmare, you can't ever get anyone on the phone or to return your emails. It's been 3 months and we have still not received our refund. I've been leaving them messages on Facebook and now I am forced to call our credit card to try and get our money back that way. FYI - I am typing this review as I wait on hold for their customer support one last time. It's been 30 minutes and counting. Mike

Bought Nectar mattress in November 2019. Came 2 weeks later and set it up, slept on it first night and my hips were numb in the morning and we both had back pain. It's way too hard. We tried to get used to it but decided at 30 days it was not a good bed for us. They have a 365-day guarantee. I tried to call Nectar and at the same time tried to start chat online. I held on to phone on hold for next service person for 1 hour and hung up. The chat had me 25 in line and finally got a service rep an hour and a half later.
I was told to take pics of bed with pics of the 3 tags on bed. I made her hold while I did it and sent them. She said I had to wait while review person looked at pics. The next day they offered me a foam topper, I said no, then they offered me $150 to forget the whole thing, I said no, I want a full refund. A few days later I was approved for refund as soon as I donated the mattress and sent them a pic of a valid receipt with their full name, address, my name and address and 1 queen Nectar mattress on it.
I called all charities and they cannot accept used mattresses because of bed bug issues. I did find a charity that has a sanitation station and would accept it. The charity says they receive dozens of Nectar mattresses and already knew about receipt requirements. I had to donate $75 to them to pick it up because of distance. I sent the donation receipt to Nectar and a few days later they said my returned money would appear as a credit on my credit card in 7 to 10 business days. Tomorrow is the 10th day. I am doubtful about getting my money back. Better Business Bureau has 100 complaints. I had to work very hard to get my money back and pay $75 to BOOT! If I don't get my money in 2 days it's lawyer time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NECTAR.

Received the Nectar mattress in November 2019, tried it – bad smell and woke up with headache and breathing problems. Sleep in other room to let it air out. Tried again and same thing. Contacted nectar, told I had to try it for 30 days. It is now in my basement wrapped up. Finally got contact with the company, told to send pictures which I did, told no order number on pictures. Called again and they told me they had the pictures. My e-mail address was on the pictures and sent with their request for pictures. Received a e-mail to donate to charity and send copy of donation for refund. Who accepts a used mattress. No one I contacted would accept it. Live and learn if it's too good to believe. I am now stuck with a useless piece of memory foam.

Purchase & delivery was fine. However, the first test of the bed was way too soft for us! I purchased based on the majority rule of “perfect” support. I will NEVER buy another bed without testing at store first. Called customer service to be placed on hold for over an hour. Then opted for the call back...still waiting. Called another day, a week after delivery.
58 mins later was given a 15 minute lecture on how the foam needs 24 hours after unpacking to raise. Was told I’d be sent an email to respond with numerous pictures, including the virtually impossible full 4 corner view, virtually impossible to take without getting up on chair/ladder. But my complaint has nothing to do with damages, I simply do not like the support which is key to a mattress! After sending email, I received their auto reply that they’d be in touch with me within 24 hours. A week later I’m still waiting. I’ve resent my email 2 times now n no response. Guess I’ll find an hour to waste n try my luck on another call. Certainly not owning up to their guarantee/return policy.

We purchased a king Nectar for our new home in August 2019. Within one month, my back started to hurt as well as my spouses back started to get sore. Our sleep has become disrupted. We found that both of us have dips now on each sides of our bed. We are athletic people and NOT obese so our weight is not to blame. This mattress started to break down rapidly from day one. Now we have a small rip. We have attempted reaching customer service via the phone for 2 weeks with NO help. We are put on hold via automated service "you will be helped by the next available rep..." After 1 hour....you get automatically disconnected. This happened 3 times folks. So I opted in for the call back "We will call you back and you will not lose your place in the queue"...wrong. A week later, and no call back.
Now we are struggling with an expensive mattress that we cannot sleep on. We can't get it returned or a refund. I am appalled with this business. Don't get duped by their fast email response...they are automated as I keep receiving the same email asking for the same information (numerous pictures of the mattress and pictures of the tags). Did so....still no reply EXCEPT for a survey on how well they handled the service!!! We're not sure what to do now....we need to buy another bed but the $900 that Nectar got for this was a waste and we want our money back and this mattress gone. DO NOT GET STUCK LIKE US. Read the reviews. We didn't and here we are. Same boat as so many.

I ordered a king size mattress. Tried it for about 6 months and sleep got worse and worse. I contacted customer service by email after not being able to reach anyone by phone, even after leaving my number for callback. First emails wanted to replace mattress with another one, I said no as I had already purchased a replacement mattress. Then they wanted me to keep and give to someone else and refund 25 percent of cost. Then they wanted photos, so I sent 10 photos as requested. They 3-5 days to review. Then nothing. Now I have started over, sent photos again, then nothing. I would not recommend this mattress and they do not do what they say.

** My order number is **. I usually don't make complain but I have to make this bad review on the Nectar mattress and their SERVICE. I got my mattress and I opened it but it had a really strong smell. At first, I thought it was a new mattress smell and would go away soon. I opened all my windows during the day time to have fresh air and let this smell go. I and my fiance have suffered from the smell. After 3 months of using the mattress, my fiance told me she cannot use this mattress. She could not have quality sleep because of the smell from the mattress and she felt like she can taste the smell from her mouth.
So I have reached out to the Nectar support team and explain this smell and they agree to replace my mattress. I was like 'okay' that's fine cause I just want to give it a try again cause the Nectar has good reviews and worth $1,000 for King size mattress. But in order to get the replacement, you have to take a photo of each corner of the mattress by using a ruler to check the height of the mattress. GUESS WHAT! The mattress was DEFECTED. The mattress height supposes to be 11 inches but it was 9 inches.
I thought about and I got pretty upset because I have used the defected mattress for three months and ask for them to compensate those months. Nectar got back to me saying that they will give me $25 credit.... hahahahahahahaha. Really amazing credit is it? I felt really disrespectful, so you know what I want to return this and get my money back. At first, Nectar gave me two donation partners for me to donate the defected mattress to their partners, partner with Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army. Moving Families Forward: Phone: 818-749-2525, email: **. I reached out to the Habitat for Humanity but they do not accept the mattress. So I called moving families forward and email them but never got the callback nor reply email.
So I have to go back Nectar support team again and explain all that and had to choose the disposal option to get the full refund of my payment but I want to change to local community donation.I have to pay for the mattress disposal. It seems like I have to deliver the mattress to the disposal which is far from my home and the mattress is KING size. Otherwise, I have to pay for the pickup.
The KING size mattress won't fit into my car (Sedan). It is really frustrating that I have to go through all these stressful processes to get my money back. Nectar is the one who sent me the defected mattress and I am the one who has to suffer because of the mistake that I did NOT make? I am dealing with this mattress for a month now and I am sick and tried chatting with the support team over and over again. This is the worst purchase experience I ever had for my entire life. Very disappointed with the way Nectar handles. Hopefully, if you are purchasing the Nectar mattress pray not to get the defected ones.

It's hard to believe all these 5-star reviews haven't been posted by the company, as my experience was completely different. First off, when the mattress arrived on my doorstep the box itself looked as though it had been kicked down the street, dropped from a roof, and run over by a truck for good measure. This was the WORST packing job I've ever seen in my life, as the mattress appeared to be STUFFED into a too-small box with no exterior box, then sloppily taped all around. One side was even gaping open, as the tape had come open due to the excessive pressure contained within. There were even a few boot prints and holes on the outside, and parts of the mattress protruding from within to complete the picture.
I know Nectar is trying to save a few bucks on the shipping cost as they're cheaper than Casper, but, trying to toss a delicate item like a mattress in a flimsy box and hoping it gets to its destination in one piece is NOT the way to retain customers. Anyway, I contact the company to rectify the issue and they offer me a measly $25 credit on a nearly $1,000 mattress. Blamed the entire thing on FedEx, even though it was their poor packing that caused 50% of the problem. Terrible!

We liked this mattress at first, but within a few months found it unbearable. I bought a pillow topper to try to break the hardness of the mattress, with only a little success. Memory foam is much too firm for us and we never sleep through the night anymore. Constantly tossing, waking up 4 times every night, always tired. Never feel rested...
The frame is also very cheap. Looks alright but is supported underneath by two small, hollow metal rods that don't actually connect to the bed frame in any way?? You sort of just have to lift up the bed and shove them up vertically onto some wing nuts. Awful. Constantly shifting around, and if you take them out (or WHEN they fall off on their own from any movement on the bed), the mattress sinks down towards the floor. DO NOT BUY. Did lots of research before buying. Mattress started to dip in middle after a few weeks. Back started to hurt, decided to return. Not responsive, and so far have not received a good answer to our issue.

My fiance is 5'6" 95lbs. We didn't know that this would be a problem. As it turns out the bed feels super firm for her. Within one week, we contacted their customer service about how firm the bed felt for my fiance. Initially, they offered something to cover over it, but they retracted their offering because it's not over 30 days. I am writing this post 3 weeks into taking in the mattress and they refuse to take the mattress back till AFTER 30 days. Customer service insists that after 30 days the bed will be softer. However, my fiance is already having hip and lower back pain from this mattress. BUYER BEWARE!

They charged our credit card almost 2 weeks prior to shipment. Frame was damaged by FedEx during shipment. Foot motor had a connector attached to it that appear to be smashed (possibly used/defective) when used to build the bed. Multiple emails with no suggestion of how they were going to resolve. I would not buy any bed online going forward. Go to the store where you can do a face-to-face. I will issue a return on the bed.

Wonderful feeling of comfort and support. Every stretch while resting is a joy. No aches and pains in the morning like with my old innerspring mattress. I am pretty old so I don't spring out of bed in the morning, but that is not a fault of the mattress. I wish I had had this mattress when I was younger. I would most likely be in better shape now lol.

Comfy but firm. Does not bounce like a spring mattress which is good. I would recommend this mattress but was hesitant to give top marks on survey, because nothing or no one is perfect! Send me free samples of pillows, toppers, sheets and blankets I will write more reviews!!!

I purchased a Nectar mattress because it came with a trial period of 365 nights and a forever warranty. I purchased the king mattress probably about 1 year and my wife nor I have had one complaint or problem with it. I figured if they gave me 365 nights to try it out, that it must be pretty good. We love the mattress and it is just the same as the first night we slept in it. It took my wife a couple nights to get used to it, but our old mattress was shot and the Nectar is a firmer mattress. I got used to it right away. Would recommend to anyone.

It is a very soft mattress with no springs in the mattress. No springs makes the bed more comfortable and more durable as well. It is easy to cover the mattress with a sheet and to fall asleep on the bed as well. The price of the mattress was the best for the quality of the mattress and the mattress had certain features that other mattresses in the store at the time did not have. But sometimes the mattress I have makes noises when I move in it even though it is not that old of a mattress. I am a big guy so a squeaky mattress is nothing new but for it to happen so quickly is utterly disappointing.

Nectar Sleep was on sale, and it was going to fit in my loft. The sales girl highly recommended it, and the display was very comfortable. I sat on it and lost track of time. It is amazing. I just wish I got a bigger size as I assumed it wasn't going to fit. I need a Cali King and it would do me better but I love it. The sturdiness and Gel memory foam of the Nectar mattress gives me so much life. It’s the perfect fit for my room since it’s weirdly sized. Easy to move around my room too.

I read a lot of reviews online and out of all of them Nectar Sleep seemed like it was the most genuinely high quality mattress and so far it's really been that way. I like everything about it. It's one of the best mattresses I've ever bought for myself and I'm glad I decided to go with it instead of another one.

Nectar Sleep has a lengthy trial period -- which is great, because my significant other and I are both picky! -- and it has a forever warranty. Who wouldn't take advantage of that? I was able to order it online with ease, as I think a lot of us get nervous that the product won't be the same in person. I just wish the mattress was a little softer. While I do appreciate the firmness and I know it helps my significant other to sleep like a baby, it sometimes feels as though I am confined and if I'm not careful, I can strain my back.
But I like the way the mattress feels. It is cool to sleep on, which is great for my significant other and I, as we tend to get hot throughout the night. I also love how sturdy it is. My significant other is a very light sleeper, so it's helpful for when one of us has to get out of bed, or when one of us (me, in particular) moves around a lot in their sleep. Overall, it is of great quality and texture, which is important as we tend to be very sensitive.

I liked the materials, the comfort, and the recommendations that they had already given me, and I have already used that brand several times and I see it as useful and necessary. The size is also important. But this mattress is very hard. I prefer a softer mattress and the decoration interests me too. I also look at the brand very much. Sometimes the brand does things wrong, and high prices without any reason.

I saw Nectar Sleep a lot online. As well, I saw many reviews and decided to give it a try and to test it out for myself to see if I really liked it and I did. I like the firm yet softness of the mattress and how easy it is on my back and how it allows me to have a good nights rest without having to toss and turn just to get into the right position. The only thing that I can say is I wish it could retain moisture a bit better. I sweat a bit in the hotter months and sometimes wake up still feeling a bit damp and I rather be dry than wet when I wake up in the morning.

The king size of the memory foam mattress is much needed and welcomed by myself and my husband and recommended by most of our family. It also has it benefits. It was worth the cost which was acceptable.

The multiple layers of foam and gel make this mattress the best ever. There is even a layer that keeps you cool. That is very important for me because I sweat a lot during the night. I like that it does not have springs and I feel springs are the old way to make a mattress. I love the different layers they cradle my body. I had looked all over and compared so many mattresses. I liked that this one gave you a chance to try it for 90 days and if you don't like it they will take it back and refund your money.
