Delivery had 3 failed attempts….there was a little rain and left. The mattresses are covered in plastic …no more to say. It was a nightmare. Thankfully they fully refunded. My patience ran out.

Ordered a Box springs and could not deliver as promised, their payment system never showed the payment and canceled order with no communication. Will never order anything from them again. They could learn a thing or two from Amazon. They will be out of business with this type of customer service.

Delivery went quickly and smoothly! Calvin and Tarik were very pleasant and professional. They arrived within the window time frame and made the new setup and haul away look easy!

Worst experience ever! The district manager actually sold us a purple mattress and went over clearly all the terms of the 120 day trial. The mattress was awful for us and we are returning. We understood the restocking fee and that there were some items that were non returnable which was fine but they are adding additional fees and prices for "free" items that we did not get for free. This is the the worst experience we have had with a company in our lives.

I had one of the worst buying experiences of my life with Mattress Firm. The salesperson straight-up lied just to close a sale. I was told I could exchange the mattress for ANY bed in the store because of the price I paid. It was completely false. I was also told I could use any payment method moving forward, but turns out I’m locked into using a checking account only. That was never disclosed honestly.
They also promised sheets with the purchase and never delivered over a month later, still nothing. Because of that, the mattress ended up with stains, and now conveniently, that voids the warranty and any chance of exchange. The mattress itself? Not even close to worth the price. My couch is more comfortable. Now I’m stuck paying for YEARS on a mattress I don’t even want, all because of deceptive sales tactics. This place doesn’t care about customers, just commission.

After sleeping one night on the Pressure Smart 2.0 extra firm, king prime, the mattress top looks like a wave. This is my second mattress with the same problem.

I purchased a mattress and they put charges for services that I did not receive for $99. I made the mistake of trusting them and I did not check my bill. Later they refused to refund the stolen money. Never again I will go back to the Brooklyn NY store at 245 Atlantic Ave.

I purchased the perfect sleeper oasis pillow top. It started to sag within 2 weeks. I weigh 140 lbs. I requested an exchange to another mattress I was charged 150.00 return charge. I was told of a delivery date for the new mattress of 10 days. That was pushed up to over a month? Also the mattress that I purchased I saw on sale 300.00 cheaper. I called and requested the price difference. Was told it would take 5 to 10 days for the difference to apply. 14 days later I still didn’t get the credit and calls to customer service has gone unanswered (leave your number and we will call you back). Still waiting, In the meantime time my credit card has been charged and payment due before I even received the new mattress. They should not charge your credit card until the merchandise is delivered. 😡

This review is based off the delivery service only. Our mattress was scheduled for free delivery today with a time frame of 8am-8pm. 12 hour window is ridiculous, people work and have things to do. I never got any texts or emails the day of for status of delivery. I called the store I bought it from if they knew roughly what time it would be delivered, lady said around 4:30-5pm. Ok why couldn't they text me that? So I'm waiting for the doorbell to ring or a call or text when they are at my house, nothing... I look outside and see the mattress was delivered propped up against my garage door... Seriously? Why couldn't they call me so they could help me move it inside the garage? Very disappointed with their delivery service!

I purchased, what I thought was a premium mattress from Mattress Firm, Feb of 2024, just a bit over 2 years. I started to notice the mattress was sagging under my weight, big dish-like sag. I am but 178 pounds, not a big man. I turned the mattress, and in 6 months, same thing in the new area. If you sit on the side where I sleep, it squishes right down to the base. I then tried placing towels in the dished area but they were too hard to sleep on. I filed warranty, they sent a tech and he agreed, "this mattress has issues".
He said, "Sit tight, you'll hear back from the company." The company then said and I quote, "This is normal wear and tear" and denied any warranty. Are you kidding me? My last mattress lasted 20 years!! Due to horror situation, I was getting horrible backache all the way up my side. I now had to move downstairs to another bedroom and the pain went away. I am horrified by their lack of caring and arrogance. I'm so angry to have been scammed by what I thought was an honest company. Very sad.

I had a disappointing experience with Mattress Firm. I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame, but when the second mattress arrived, it was too firm for my liking. I was told I needed to wait 30 days for a return, but then I was informed that the return was denied because the tag was supposedly removed —something I did not do. Additionally, the delivery team scratched my hardwood floor by dragging the mattress across it. The salesperson was kind, but I was unable to reach a manager through the email provided, as it went unanswered. I even tried contacting Tempur-Pedic directly for assistance, but they were unhelpful as well. Given that I invested over $5,000, I am quite disappointed with the service. I cannot recommend this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service. Did not honor a promotion. Corporate called me and told me that it was my fault by not writing the fine print. They acknowledged that the promotion was in effect at the time of my purchase and would send me a 30% coupon off future purchases. I said not to worry about it as there would be no future purchases.

On 2 Sept 2026, I purchased Sleepy's by Sealy Spring Medium Mattress. This mattress is TRASH. Mattress is advertised as Micro-Lift™, Anti-Sag™ technology for lasting comfort & support. I weigh 117Lbs and 4.5 Mths later the mattress is already sagging. I contacted Mattress firm and they pushed it off as manufacturer's warranty is past 120 days. My denial email stated sagging is "not covered". "Sagging or body impressions less than 1.5” . Sagging or body impressions less than the amounts indicated are caused by the natural compression". If the mattress has body impressing/'sagging of 1.5 inch before you lie on it, imagine what happens to that area when you add 117Lbs? I understand normal wear & tear but this should not be happening after 4.8 Mths of use.

Just had my new mattress delivered by Pepe and Diego. What a great experience. Both of the men were professional, friendly and explained in details the maintenance of the mattress over time. On 10/19/2025, I purchased two mattress same brand Frisco 2.0 Medium Euro Pillow Top Mattress (full and queen). The sizes/measurements of these mattresses don't correlate to the bed frames, they are smaller and don't occupy the whole bed. The sleep expert (L) in Everett Store 1130 Southeast Everett Mall Way, Everett, WA 98208 who sold me this brand stated that it was very firm. I slept on the mattress in the store and felt it was firm. It was delivered on time and when I slept on it was terrible, my body hurts, purchased the Queen for my mum and she says it is the worst mattress she has slept on. It sinks in when she is sleeping and she now sleeps at the ends or alternates where she puts her legs. She adds some form of stuff on it to feel comfortable.
When I called Mattress Firm and also went to the store, they said they would accept to return and then exchange for another mattress (still in the 120 day window) but will deduct $250 from each for restock fee. I am stack with these mattresses and now I have to buy a top cushion that is firm. I bought this brand at my Mum's place so that when I am sleeping over with my daughter, we use it. I regret, would have purchased from Mor Furniture. Not advertising but Mor Furniture has the best mattresses. Wanted to save money but it cost my sleep as well as for my mum. I would suggest not buying from this company because you will curse.

My mattress started developing sag spots within months. First one they opened a claim against the warranty. They requested specific pictures that I provided. Long story short, they closed the claim on me! They are telling me there is a yellow stain, which is impossible. I have a padded mattress protector, a "pee" protector (senior dog), and a regular sheet. They argued with me about the stain! I threatened to do a chargeback on my credit card. I had to hire a handyman to remove the mattress per their photos request - that cost me $50! I am almost 67 and am not able to lift a lot (old back injury). The corporate website has a web page for contacting them, however after 3 times, they never called/emailed me. Customer Service agent was rather "alpha-ish" on my calls with them. They patronizingly opened a warranty claim only to be closed by them unbeknownst to me. STAY AWAY!

Worst mattress I have ever had; previously had a BeautyRest bought at Mattress Firm which was great for 7 years. This one; they said was comparable but 1" deeper (no issue). The sales rep was horrible; push, push, push, and I mean not "plush". Online rep just wanting sale and promising big if I didn't like it and told lies. Can't get a response from BeautyRest or MattressFirm; don't even consider buying from MattressFirm; bad experience.

I bought a $1100 mattress 5 yrs ago. It started sagging. My back very sore. I filed warranty claim. They offered me 20% coupon for purchase of new mattress. I already bought new from another company. They aren’t offering me cash. Beware of warranty policy.

I am very disappointed with this company. I was looking on-line and just wanted to price a mattress and box spring. I had a chat with Alexandrea, I told her what I was looking for. She gave me a price, when I asked for a link to see what I was going to purchase (I wanted to see what the mattress and box spring were going to look like) she tried to get me to buy the warranty, sheets and everything under the sun. She asked for name and address. I never gave my credit card information. when I clicked on the link. I only saw the one mattress, she said she misunderstood, and placed the order without my permission.
I told her I would go to the store myself and check out the product. Well, it seems Alexandrea was not happy with that and said I was not going to find anything at the store because she had a bigger selection. I didn't know they were so desperate for a sale. I received an email late that night that the order was placed. I would never recommend this company.

We purchased two open box Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Hybrid mattresses, and waited at allocated time for delivery. They never showed, but claimed that no one answered the door. Also, we left the garage door open while waiting for this delivery. They counted it as a missed delivery, so we re-scheduled. While waiting for the second delivery attempt, again a now show. When we called, they said they sold our mattresses to someone else, and were trying to force us to buy new mattresses at more than double the price. They refused to resolve the situation, other than wanting us to pay more money. Complete scam.

I had to cancel a mattress delivery from Kearny Plaza located at 196-230 Passaic Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032. The customer service rep. did an excellent job in helping me with the cancellation and explained the other options to me very well. He canceled my order and was very understanding about. He understood why I had canceled. Because of my building delivery issues, I had to cancel the order. Thank you, **.

The mattress is 9 months old with a 10-year warranty. I spent $3,000 for this mattress and a frame. The mattress came with a 10-year warranty and it was the firmest mattress you could find. It's already sinking, the edges have no firmness, it's one of the worst mattresses I've ever purchased. I called about the warranty and they want me to access the site, printout measuring devices, take photographs and send all this back electronically. I do not have access to do that. The only other option they gave me was to pay them $79.95 to have somebody else come out (a third party) and then tell me it takes 5-6 weeks for them to come back with a decision.
This should not be. A $3,000 mattress, the store 2 miles away they need to honor their warranty, do the work, get someone out here and take care of this. When you get a 10-year warranty with a $3,000 mattress they need to honor their warranty for free, that's what a warranty is. It is not a free warranty if the customer is required to do all the work and then rely on a photograph to make a determination. Not having the option or the ability to do that should not result in me having to pay $80 to get a third party out here to honor the warranty that came with a $3,000 mattress.
Never again. I consider them a misleading and dishonest company. I am 60 years old and I spent $3,000 for a mattress. The least they can do is get someone out here and honor their warranty instead of trying to charge me another $80 to do this. This is their job. They are misleading and dishonest. Never again will I use this company and I will never recommend them to anyone in the future.

TEMPUR-PROADAPT MEDIUM HYBRID MATT V000246968 KING. Bought 4-24-2021. Was going to return it. Didn't feel like the one I laid on at the store. Was going to replace with a different one. Was going to be restocking fees, pick up, delivery+++ etc. So figured maybe just needs broke in. Didn't want to be a pest after spending $4,974.92. Yes choose an ease adjustable foot and head zero g for $799 then Tempur-Pedic brand frame for $1,400-$2,300+ without being told would void my mattress warranty!!!! Maybe got a year sleeping on bed till could not sleep on any longer without hurting everywhere. Been sleeping on the couch for the last year. Only now we have had it for about 5 years and sagging spots but can't claim warranty because didn't buy their frame. Read the terms. Don't get the short end of the stick. Feel will never buy from again.

They lied to me about the removal about the frame. I was very explicit about what I had and was assured it would be removed with the old mattress. Now I have to get a handyman to remove the frame.

Last week my wife and I went shopping for a new bed at Mattress Firm. We were greeted by Winston and he happily asked us mattress preferences/questions and put our answers into a Mattress Firm program that gave us best matches of beds. Winston was very patient and took all the time we needed to have us lay on each bed and determine if we liked it or not. And if not, we moved onto the next bed, and the next bed. Eventually we found our new bed and Winston was able to order it and we got our new bed delivered and set-up 3 days later. We were very happy with the entire process and Winston was fantastic. We LOVE our new bed. Highly recommend Winston at Mattress Firm! Thank you again!

I won't buy a mattress from Mattress Firm again. We got a Mattress only with the bundle of two pillows and sheets. We paid for one pillow, because the bundle did not include the pillows he showed us. The President's Day sale says you get the mattress and a bundle (2 pillows and sheets set) and a $300 Visa card. We did not get the Visa card of $300. The sheets are horrible and I called to see if we could get different sheets and they said no. But if you come in they can give us a discount on other sheets which we are not interested in spending more money. We spent over $2700 dollars. Very disappointed in Mattress Firm will not go back there again.

If there was a zero I'd mark that. Wish I would have read this before we bought the bed - my fault. To summarize it was really the fact that after I submitted a claim, and it was denied, they cut me off 100% on line and via phone. When making the claim online there isn't anywhere to document a concern. Just send in pictures. They think everyone has the same bed with a box spring, my client did not have a box spring so I had to put in another picture of the sagging bed or it wouldn't move forward. I didn't meet their criteria but again, not able to communicate differences.
All I can say is that they should look at different populations and lump everyone into one group. I have an 82 year old lady that has an extremely sore back, with dementia on a fixed income and she wasted $1000 because no one could talk to me after THEY determined it didn't meet the warranty criteria. I would say a bed lasting less than 2 years shows the quality of the product and word of mouth travels fast.
