Luuf mattress materials
Luuf mattresses use CertiPUR-US-certified foams, which are tested by independent labs to be free from harmful chemicals and low in volatile organic compounds. Some foams are infused with graphene and gel to help conduct heat. The mattresses are covered in breathable, stretch-knit fabric to allow airflow.
Each mattress also includes individually wrapped coils arranged in zones to support different parts of the body and improve air circulation. For fire safety, Luuf uses barriers made from cotton and rayon instead of chemical-based alternatives.

Yes, your Luuf mattress or adjustable base includes a 10-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, provided you use and care for it according to the manufacturer’s care and use instructions.
Does Luuf offer a trial period?
Yes, you get 100 nights to try your Luuf mattress. The company recommends sleeping on it for at least 21 nights to adjust, and if it’s not right for you, returns are accepted within the 100-day trial period.
Where is Luuf available?

Luuf mattress company will not reply to me. I have attempted to contact them in order to exchange my mattress per their return policy. I have contacted them by phone, goes straight to voicemail. I’ve left numerous voicemails. No response. I’ve emailed them for 2+ weeks. I received one response that Brooke would contact me by the end of the day and she never did. Their chat on their website does not work. I filled out the contact form on their website with no response. This horrid company does not respond. I purchased from their website solely because of the return/exchange policy. Now I am our $1000 for a mattress that is like sleeping on concrete. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
