Love my Helix. It's changed my life. I used to wake up with a lot of shoulder and back pain and didn't realize how much of it was from my old mattress. Also used to think I was just a sweaty sleeper but since getting my Helix I feel so much cooler and more comfortable at night. Can't recommend this mattress enough.

I purchased the Helix Plus in December 2022. I choose the product based off quiz on website and our body type. Well it’s fine when me and my spouse stay on our side of the bed but when we lay in the middle we sink. I wish I have know this earlier but due to my husband's job traveling he’s never home. The pictures they wanted me to submit with string and a ruler does not show the issue we are having. Who wants to be intimate in quick sand? I think that’s as appropriate as I can say it.

Very disappointed. Bought the Helix Luxe King mattress and got severe lower back pain within days. I thought I need to give it enough time for it to settle according to my body. But here I am 3 years later. With more back pain. I am a side sleeper and my arm goes numb within 30 minutes of being on one side. That causes a ton of tossing and turning and my wife sleeps horrible because of that too. Switching to a nectar mattress now. Much cheaper and way better reviews than this.

We paid almost $1,300 for mattress that started sinking after less than 2 years. After contacting customer service they came back to us as to what foundation we used. Even though the tag on mattress says clearly "this mattress can be used with or without a foundation" (I will attach the picture of the tag for everyone to see). After asking what does the foundation have anything to do with it? They keep dodging the question that, "We can't help you unless you send us picture." This is clear as day as they are looking for a way to not honor warranty after mattress started sinking in less than 2 years. Even though it was suppose to have an 10 or 15 year warranty.

Bought the Helix plus last 2021 for I am a heavy weight cancer crippled individual, before purchasing this very expensive mattress I ask if it can handle a 450 lbs ma. Helix assured and guarantee me the product can and is designed for it with total assurance from their part, less than two years now both sides gave up and sag. Now I been trying to reach them through email and they refused to acknowledge or even check the mattress in order for them to improved and develop more better but instead ignored a legitimate complaint, therefore their warranty is not true and their product is questionable in terms of durability.

Got the Midnight Luxe King as a gift from friends who listen to Dan Bongino! Amazing mattress, that relieved shoulder and hip pain without feeling like you are sinking. Exactly as advertised. HOWEVER, we just moved our movers lost foundation screws and broke support beam. Helix told to buy new foundation altogether because I don’t have the original order number! Come’on Helix you can do better. You don’t need to charge $400 for 4 plastic screws, a piece of particle board, two brackets and have me send a perfectly good foundation to a landfill.

Sheesh! Where to start? So many choices... Ghostbed, Casper, Purple, Nectar, Helix etc, etc. If you really take time to watch all the review videos as well as hitting all the forums and various websites dedicated to doing mattress reviews, the decision process only gets more complicated. For example one website says the Helix Luxe in not the best for side sleepers and has terrible off gassing odors, then the next website says it's perfect for side sleepers and they detected no off gassing odors. Adding to the confusion... some websites offer comparison charts like - Casper vs Nectar or Helix vs Purple etc.

Purchased the queen dusk luxe mattress and base back in October 2020. 2 months later one side of the bed has collapsed and sunk. I am 180lbs so don’t think my weight is to blame. The pillow top of the mattress actually causes more heat to build up, not cooling like they claim. Despite the bed designed to be medium to firm, it is soft and not suited for anyone but a back sleeper. I sleep on my side and wake up in pain. They offered a topper to firm it up, but is it helpless. I have had $300 mattresses that are much better and last for years. The Helix barely lasted through the trial. Very disappointed.

Purchased this mattress in May 2019, after having a very positive experience with their older mattress line in my main home. This mattress is extremely soft out of the box, which was unexpected for a medium firm mattress designed for side and stomach sleepers. I reached out to the company and expressed my concerns via email. I was told this mattress is actually firmer than the original mattress I purchased in May 2016. In fact, this new mattress was so soft, my husband sunk to the frame of the bed when lying in it. The response for from Helix was to send me a firm topper, when I requested to return the mattress while in the sleep trial. This improved our experience but did not last long term.

I bought a Helix mattress and an adjustable bed base/frame. I eventually donated the mattress, it was too firm. The Helix adjustable bed frame is not needed as I’m upgrading to a Queen. Helix has a 100 night trial that includes the base and after emailing them multiple times with no response, weeks later customer service said the base isn’t returnable. It states on their return policy that the merchandise is returnable. I’m still waiting on a response weeks later as they have yet to acknowledge my email.

I was hesitant to buy a mattress online, but I really needed a new one and COVID-19 prevented me from trying in store. This was definitely a different experience for me. I ordered the mattress that the online quiz fit me to and within about a week and a half my mattress was delivered. Unboxing was straightforward, you slide it out of the box, align it with your base and cut open the plastic. It pops open and comes to life as soon as you cut the plastic. It took about an hour to open all the way up and I put sheets on it and went to bed after 2 hours. There were no strange odors or off gassing that I noticed.

For me Helix is generally a good product but their customer services need some little improvement. Access to details information about the product is of great importance to ensure consumer confidence and recommendation.

Finding Helix was very interesting, I haven’t heard anything about the company until I had sleeping issues. I was mostly recommended to Helix to feel relieved when I sleep. So I got in touch with a representative name Josh and he knew more than I did when it came to how I could sleep better. Without his preferences on their supply I would still be waking up at night.

I purchased a queen-size dual comfort mattress from Helix after researching dozens of types of memory foam mattress companies. Helix has great value for the money, excellent quality of mattress that met almost all my needs, and guaranteed a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied.

I loved the concept of a foam mattress customizable to both people....my husband felt his side was too soft and I felt mine was too hard...the company sent a topper to try to resolve which I felt was a very good customer service gesture but it just made my husband's side softer. The mattress is ok....there is always a risk when you can try something out in person... The good news is that after a couple of years the mattress does not have the "dip" you get with a spring mattress so I am very happy about that... Worth a try for sure.

It is an easy to move light weight and comfortable mattress that is easily delivered to your house. It has a lot of back support and is firmer than other comparable mattress brands. I only wish it were a better price so I could throw out all of my other mattresses and replace them with the Helix one I use in my personal bedroom. I also wish they offered free shipping but that's not that big of a deal. I honestly chose it because of the online reviews I read. I compared several different brands and for the money this was the best deal. It also rated high on the basis of comfort and support for my back which is important for me due to back problems.

I chose this one based on the price. I felt that this would be a good buy and the durability made me consider it overall. This is the best one that I felt and I knew I would use it forever or as long as it lasted. However we consider it to be a lifetime purchase. It feels when I'm lying on it well I'm sleeping on it basically whenever I want it. It feels like the only mattress I need. I'm glad I picked out this one and I would improve it by adding a cashback bonus to miss for all buyers. Said I liked everything about. It is comfortable and I don't know how I would live without it.

I thought it was cool and I like the comfortability of it. It showed a lot of good strengths and I think it was the most comfortable mattress I ever had.

I had seen good reviews on it on the website which made me interested to find out more about the brand. I even talked to people at work to see if they have ever heard of the brand. I never thought the reviews would be so accurate to me. I never knew a mattress to hold up for so long as this brand. It was such a firm and long lasting mattress. Padding layers were very nice. I had one in the past where they became very worn looking and this one looked brand new for awhile.

It was on sale and I needed one for my bedroom since I recently just moved. I saw it had great reviews online and I had a gift card to buy it. Very reliable brand for this type of Mattress. The mattress is comfortable, soft, durable, and easy to move. I am able to clean it effectively with no issues. I have had quite a few relatives complimented me on this mattress. I am always looking forward to come home and relax on my bed because of this mattress. But I wish it was more bulky as far as height. Maybe I should have bought more than one to make my bed taller. I would love to see if there are any new innovative one out there since it has been a while since I purchased this mattress. I have recommended it to all my friend to buy this mattress.

When I had first starting to research mattresses, I went to several furniture stores to compare prices. I had spent close to $700 purchasing the mattress at the time. The furniture store provided free delivery and the whole process went well. The one thing I dislike is its brand name but I like how the mattress is very reliable. The durability of the mattress is great. There is a 30 year warranty, and after close to 10 years, the mattress is still in good shape. It is very appealing and doing great.

I been dealing with this brand for years and I don't got nothing but good for this brand. All positive about the comfort of this mattress. Nice, appealing. It has great quality sleep and comfort. I chose this mattress over other brands because it was more reasonable than other mattresses and also I like the quality of the mattress. I really like sleeping on it very much and also sitting and doing other stuffs in bed. I like that it is very comfortable to sleep on. It is perfectly soft, not too soft and not too hard. But I wish the price was a bit more reasonable. Nowadays all of them are so expensive.

Helix Mattress is great as it won't bend or mound while sleeping. Stiffness of the mattress is the important factor that I look into consideration when buying a mattress as I don't want the mattress to lose its shape. Cushion effect is what I would like to add to the mattress.

I hear a couple of positive things about this brand before and I decide buy it (I have a lot of time with this mattress). Also the features of this mattress looks very straightforward and confident and was recommended by a couple of friends. But in the last time this brand has lowered your quality to other emerging brands and need improve your adaptability to the new needs of the market. Also the price I pay in the moment I buy it was a kind of high. But I like the comfort, the durability and the design overall. Also this mattress provide me a good night sleeps since a years ago.
