I LOVE my Helix mattress. I had one years ago, so when my husband and I were looking for something to replace his old one, Helix was our #1 choice. I was a bit worried that it would be too soft, but it’s perfect!! It seriously feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud and the cooling feature has made it so I don’t wake up hot in the middle of the night (which was happening often with our old mattress). Honestly, I was waking up with back pains before and in one night with my new Helix, all pains are GONE. Not saying this thing is a miracle worker, but it’s pretty darn close.

I’ve had the Helix Midnight Luxe for almost 3 months now and it’s really comfortable. I’m a side and back sleeper so I wanted something soft but still firm enough and the Midnight Luxe was perfect for that. There wasn’t really a break in period unlike other beds I’ve had. The one thing I will say is that I sometimes wake up really hot but there’s so many factors that play into that (it’s currently summertime in Phoenix so I’m used to it). But I probably would’ve added the extra cooling layer add on in hindsight. Other than that my wife and I are really happy with the bed.

Very soft and very comfortable, but not as soft as the reviews made it out to be. I wouldn't say it's like "sleeping on a marshmallow". We got the Luxe with the zoned support. We actually still use a mattress topper to make it feel more balanced. But with that said, 6 months later it's still getting more comfortable with time. My husband is 6 foot tall and maybe 220ish pounds and I'm 5'3 and maybe 140ish pounds. We're both side sleepers. I think the zoned support is a better fit for him than for me. I'm learning that if I'm too close to the edge (like my elbow can touch it) it's not as soft. I have to make sure I scoot a little further towards the middle for the softer experience. Not sure if it's the way the bed is built or if the "soft spot" is where I do most of my lounging/computer work.

We purchased the Helix Kids - Twin for our four-year-old son. When it comes to purchasing a big item, it matters to me that we can get a lot of use out of it. That's why I chose the Helix Kids, because it has two sides -- a firmer one for when he's younger and a softer one for when he's older. With that kind of thoughtful design, he'll be able to sleep on this mattress for years to come. Right now, he's using the firm side, which is still incredibly cozy. He loved it right away and consistently sleeps through the night on it.

Terrible experience, mattress in the store feels great, it breaks in pretty quick and your hips sink considerably lower than the rest of your body, leaving you in knots and significant back pain. They won't stand by their product; it breaks in shortly after that return window and you're stuck. Beware.

The Helix mattress company is one of the worst companies ever existed on this planet. They are a scam. I would not recommend them at all. The run around and the customer service are not worth it. We spent $7000.00 between a king size mattress, the puffy base sheets mattress covers and were lied to, the mattresses were uncomfortable. They separating in the middle. The customer service is HORRIBLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE IN BUSINESS TO SCAM YOU. BUYER BEWARE

The purchase went well. We bought from a retail store, tried out the mattresses, and husband is 300 lbs. so we wanted to make sure it would live up to the hype. Seven months later, his side is cratered whereas my side remains blissfully wonderful. This mattress was supposed to withstand a 1000 lb sleeper. Clearly not. So, my problem is now worsened by the lack of response. I am also told that the retailer won't give a cash refund, because they "don't do that" and my only option is a replacement of .... another mattress that sags after seven months?

I first started researching mattress brands when I began to experience severe back pain with my current mattress. I had heard good things about Helix, and when I went to the website, it was very user-friendly and the quiz was helpful for determining which mattress would be best for my needs. We’ve now had our Helix mattress for two years and it is as comfortable as the day we bought it. We’ve since bought a second mattress for one of our children and plan to buy more Helix mattresses in the future.

The mattress is incredibly comfortable and the cooling technology is great. The delivery was quick and the setup was quick and flawless. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my blind purchase of this mattress.
