I have the Elite Plus model with the topper on it. I sleep on my back, and sides. I wake up feeling good and happy every morning. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Plus we sleep at least a third of our lives… so I can justify the price. I also had an issue with my initial order that they took care of. They were professional and nice. My Mom purchased a Helix mattress after I did, and she is very happy! Highly recommend.

Got a chance to try one in person at a Levin and that instantly put it in the lead. We were considering mattress in a box style beds because none of the general store brands were comfortable for both of us (me: soft, my wife: firm). We considered Sleep Number, but concerns about mold from leakage turned us off. We seriously considered Tempurpedic, and tried them in-store, but while the mattress was extremely comfortable for both of us, the price point was too drastically inflated for the marginal, if any, advantage over Helix. The website's discount code was the final deciding factor. Can't wait to swap out our old uncomfortable mattress.

I never thought I'd actually be able to get a Helix! I am delighted to know that it turns out to be the most advantageous choice for me as a side sleeper with a beautiful new platform bed. The purchase and selection and options are more than in reach and interacting on the site is intuitive and the test period is beyond valuable. I'm also appreciating doing business directly online without barriers negotiating with a third party. I just wish I had the option for set up.

Nice variety of mattress options to choose from at various price points. I appreciated the service I received when I chatted with an agent online about delivery, setup, and haul-away options. I am looking forward to trying out my new mattress arrives. Knowing their test it trial period policy also makes me feel relaxed about buying from Helix, knowing I can get a refund or exchange for a different style of mattress if the Midnight model I bought does not work out for my wife and me.

Reviewed many mattresses online for the best one for side sleepers. Our current mattress was sagging and needed to replace it. Looked online at several reviews and Helix kept coming up as number 1 best mattress. They have a good trial period and warranty. Like the idea of hybrid having better support. Hoping this is a heavenly sleep mattress!

I just placed my order for the Helix Midnight Elite. The ordering process was super easy. The assistance with choosing which mattress would work for us was great. The website informative and the chat responded to my questions promptly. I compared the Helix with Saatva Classic, Bear Elite, and Nolah. I found this model's construction and coolness feature capability would probably work best for our needs. I plan on doing another review on the deliver, setup and mattress once I have received my mattress.

I ordered one of their Helix Midnight King meant for side sleepers with a cooling top and pillow. 2ish years later I’ve just ordered their improved cooling pillow. As the first mattress I ever bought, I love it. I used to sweat all the time because of how much heat my old mattress retained, now with I sleep so much dryer and more comfortably!
