I ordered one of their Helix Midnight King meant for side sleepers with a cooling top and pillow. 2ish years later I’ve just ordered their improved cooling pillow. As the first mattress I ever bought, I love it. I used to sweat all the time because of how much heat my old mattress retained, now with I sleep so much dryer and more comfortably!

I have searched for over three months for a nice comfortable mattress and I keep coming back to Helix because of all the reviews. Seems like everyone that buys a Helix mattress loves them a lot. I even purchased a mattress at a store, but I sent it back after one week and then I bought a helix mattress online.

I went to Google AI to ask what’s the best mattress for me, with back surgeries and aching joints in morning, after reviewing several mattress suggestions we decided the best for my condition was the Helix. Was right for both me and my wife. I gave height and weight plus age to the AI and it recommended the Helix. I also added the extra support and mattress waterproof cover in case of spills. We didn’t need the extra cooling cover as my wife is cold natured. As of today there is a discount code that reduces the overall price plus shipping is free. Added service can be obtained with delivery and setup with fee for those with that need.

I’m in my 70’s. I feel so cool purchasing our mattress online (new school) with the help of **. I filled out a questionnaire and they suggested a few brands. We are so fortunate to have SleePare in SF. They have a showroom of online mattresses to try. We tested out mattresses for over 30 minutes. On the way out, I asked our representative if there was something we missed. Earlier this year we purchased a Helix mattress at a mattress store after seeing them online. We have enjoyed this bed so much that we decided to purchase a second one for another bedroom for family who visit and other guests. It will also come in handy in the summer when we want to escape the heat and sleep downstairs. Helix has great sales which we have been happy to take advantage of!

I liked the ease of choosing the right mattress through the sleep quiz. I do think choosing add ons and explanations of the needs of the adjustable base for a king could be a little more streamlined and clear.

We choose the Helix Midnight Luxe because we wanted a new bed but were unsure which we recently went to Marriott Fallsview and Spa and while Marriott makes their own I took a picture of the tag and did an AI search on the best match only then we were willing to put down some serious money for the investment of our sleep. The hotel didn't have an adjustable bed frame but we know that will elevate our experience. I just ordered today. Can't wait for them to come.

This is the third mattress I've gotten from Helix. So far the only issue I've had with any of their products is the adjustable base. One half of the King base decided to start raising itself randomly. Had to just unplug it.

Like what I heard about how comfortable podcaster's sleep experience was with Helix and I made a mental check that the next time I needed a bed I would prioritize Helix. Recently I moved apartments and needed a bed ASAP and went to Helix website. I found the online experience and the customer service help with "Ryan" to be excellent. The service rep was excellent in recommending the Helix Lux "Dusk" mattress, "Waverly" Bed Frame base and Cotton Blend Sheet accessories. Also appreciated that Ryan informed me that as a teacher I could take advantage of special teacher promo.

So good I bought a second one! Moving into a new home with a second bedroom, and I want every guest of mine to have as good a sleep as I do. It is phenomenal, not too soft–not too hard. Plus, it comes right to your door. I would recommend this to anyone.

I just placed my order today and hope the mattress will alleviate my back pain. I called and spoke to a representative named Ryan who was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. I'm glad I did, as the mattress he recommended was not the one I was looking at. The customer service was great, and I believe it will extend to the products as well. The 120 day trial period was also a plus. The verification process to use FSA/HSA, or HRA was simple and quick.

Website is super easy to use and they offer a lot of options. I haven’t received my order yet but I’ll check back in once I get my first impressions.

The Slats are 3 inches too short for a King Foundation base. They don't reach each side rail. The slats are cheap and there is No velcro to keep them in place. Now what do I do with my New Helix Midnight Luxe that I bought for $2,623 plus tax? Looks like I have to go on Amazon and buy a different set of slats. I feel like the $400 price tag for this foundation base is ridiculous and has poor quality.

Helix provides ample information to make your purchase of a mattress topper. There is detailed information about each component and information is easily accessible to understand the warranty and trial period. Overall a very helpful websites my only suggestion would be to make customer reviews of mattress toppers available to help customers select which topper of their collection would be best for them.

Heard Michael Smerconish talk about Helix on his radio show, so I did my research on the best bed reviews for 2026 and decided to purchase a Helix Twilight Elite. I ordered online direct with Helix - website was really easy to use and got exactly what I wanted with just a couple of clicks. Pricing was better online direct with Helix than in a retail store since they gave my husband a generous military discount. Delivery to my home was quicker than if I had our local store order it for me and I didnt have to deal with any high pressure sales people. Highly recommend Helix - thanks Michael, you were right!

I have two Helix mattresses from 2019 and they are FANTASTIC. I had a warranty issue with one of them and working with Helix to get the replacement was... phenomenal! They took care of the issue and within 10 days, the situation was taken care of. I won't have any other mattress but a Helix!

Terrible experience, mattress in the store feels great, it breaks in pretty quick and your hips sink considerably lower than the rest of your body, leaving you in knots and significant back pain. They won't stand by their product; it breaks in shortly after that return window and you're stuck. Beware.

The Helix mattress company is one of the worst companies ever existed on this planet. They are a scam. I would not recommend them at all. The run around and the customer service are not worth it. We spent $7000.00 between a king size mattress, the puffy base sheets mattress covers and were lied to, the mattresses were uncomfortable. They separating in the middle. The customer service is HORRIBLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE IN BUSINESS TO SCAM YOU. BUYER BEWARE

The purchase went well. We bought from a retail store, tried out the mattresses, and husband is 300 lbs. so we wanted to make sure it would live up to the hype. Seven months later, his side is cratered whereas my side remains blissfully wonderful. This mattress was supposed to withstand a 1000 lb sleeper. Clearly not. So, my problem is now worsened by the lack of response. I am also told that the retailer won't give a cash refund, because they "don't do that" and my only option is a replacement of .... another mattress that sags after seven months?

Really liking the comfort of the bed. Had some lower back pain after the last mattress and it seems to have gotten better with this one. The order did get damaged on delivery, but they were quick to remedy the situation and send a replacement (and take the original.) Overall a good experience.

You can be very confident with the results of the sleep quiz. My wife and I are two different sleepers with 2 different firmness preferences, but honest answers in the sleep quiz gave us exactly what we needed. The sleep quiz could've saved us a lot of time from visiting mattress stores and reading online reviews. I LOVE my Helix mattress. I had one years ago, so when my husband and I were looking for something to replace his old one, Helix was our #1 choice. I was a bit worried that it would be too soft, but it’s perfect!! It seriously feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud and the cooling feature has made it so I don’t wake up hot in the middle of the night (which was happening often with our old mattress). Honestly, I was waking up with back pains before and in one night with my new Helix, all pains are GONE. Not saying this thing is a miracle worker, but it’s pretty darn close.

This is the best mattress we have ever slept on, it’s the perfect balance between firm and soft. When we go out of town we really notice how our quality of sleep is not as good as compared to when we are at home.

I give it 3 stars for two reasons: 1) We tested out the mattress at a store and it was more firm (which is what we were wanting) than the mattress we received. Sitting on the edge of the bed, it sinks down quite a bit and that’s not what we experienced when we tested it out at the store. 2) The cooling layer that we paid an extra almost $200 for…so NOT worth it. You can’t feel it under a mattress protector and sheet or even just a sheet alone. I don’t recommend spending the extra money for that. It’s a total waste. Apart from both of those complaints, it’s not a terrible mattress, just not exactly what we were expecting, especially for the price point.

Excellent mattress with a very essential level of back support that all mattresses should come standard with! I’m very happy that I gave Helix a try, they did not disappoint. The adjustable frame was also a wonderful addition!

I am very pleased with my mattress purchase. The reason I selected the Helix Mattress was to increase my sleeping comfort following back surgery. My sleep is more restful and I have fewer nights that are interrupted by back discomfort. I would have preferred a mattress that could be flipped rather than just turned 180 degrees to reduce the possibility of mattress sag. There is not much, just a little at the edge of the mattress.

Bought the Helix Midnight Luxe and tried it out for a month. After a month it was still a bit too stiff for me, but customer support helped out right away and they shipped me a Sunset Luxe very fast and arranged for someone to pick up the Midnight Luxe. All free of charge and happened very fast!

When shopping for a mattress for our guest room, we decided to get the exact same Helix mattress that our daughter and her husband have at home, since they will be the most frequent users of our guest room. They did a lot of research before buying their mattress and have been very happy with the comfort of the mattress. So we figured this was a good choice for us too. The buying process for us was easy, delivery was on time and the mattress is, indeed, very comfortable.

My partner and I consistently comment how this mattress was the best investment. It is such a game changer for both of us. We both sleep in different positions and it allows us both for to have the best sleep.

I’ve had the Helix Midnight Luxe for almost 3 months now and it’s really comfortable. I’m a side and back sleeper so I wanted something soft but still firm enough and the Midnight Luxe was perfect for that. There wasn’t really a break in period unlike other beds I’ve had. The one thing I will say is that I sometimes wake up really hot but there’s so many factors that play into that (it’s currently summertime in Phoenix so I’m used to it). But I probably would’ve added the extra cooling layer add on in hindsight. Other than that my wife and I are really happy with the bed.

For something that is going to be costing you thousands of dollars, you want to have confidence in the purchase (especially when making that big a purchase online). In the case of something like a mattress that you'll spend about a third of your life in, the investment is worthwhile. I can say that I am very happy with my purchase, and would happily recommend Helix!

Some of the best sleep I've ever gotten! Highly recommend buying from Rooms To Go to have the delivery. The Midnight Elite is a very heavy mattress and is recommended to have someone else lift it! Very comfortable with great support!

This is the best mattress company I have ever experienced. The mattress we bought is perfect for us and met all the features we were looking for in our research. We are very satisfied and have been enjoying our mattress very much.

Very soft and very comfortable, but not as soft as the reviews made it out to be. I wouldn't say it's like "sleeping on a marshmallow". We got the Luxe with the zoned support. We actually still use a mattress topper to make it feel more balanced. But with that said, 6 months later it's still getting more comfortable with time. My husband is 6 foot tall and maybe 220ish pounds and I'm 5'3 and maybe 140ish pounds. We're both side sleepers. I think the zoned support is a better fit for him than for me. I'm learning that if I'm too close to the edge (like my elbow can touch it) it's not as soft. I have to make sure I scoot a little further towards the middle for the softer experience. Not sure if it's the way the bed is built or if the "soft spot" is where I do most of my lounging/computer work.

I have very serious back problems. I can say that the mattress is very comfortable and maybe helps a little, but it is mostly just a cozy mattress. I would make the purchase again on the quality of the mattress alone.

After years of hip pain, we tried the Helix Midnight Elite and now I have a pain free sleep experience! I find I don’t need to adjust my position through the night and some nights, I sleep right through without moving!

So far the mattress has been great. Easy unpacking, any packing smells cleared very quickly. Mattress is taller than our old one, and feels better for side sleeping. Mattress also hasn't gotten nearly as hot as our old one, and I tend to sleep very hot.

I looked through a variety of sleep reviewers to help find my perfect mattress. It had to be firm but plush. It had to allow me to sleep cool all night. Helix meets all my need and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I spent a little over six grand on a bed for my wife and I. Helix had a company contracted (load up) to install it. The lady had never put a helix bed together. She had to use YouTube. She didn’t install it right, she broke my frame, damaged my bed. Couldn’t finish it all in one day so they had to send another contractor the next day. On top of that she was supposed to be there between eight in the morning and noon and didn’t show up until almost 5:30 in the evening. The second contractor showed up the next day at about six in the evening and didn’t leave my house until almost 12:30 in the morning the next day. That was completely unacceptable. The second contractor was really good. They fixed all of her stuff and did the other things we needed done but being there after midnight was not good. I had to be at work at 7 o’clock the next morning.

I purchased a mattress about 8 months ago. It was never exposed to moisture, but it was placed directly on the floor. Recently, I discovered mold growing on it. When I contacted customer service, I was shocked by their response—they didn’t ask any follow-up questions or try to understand the issue. Instead, they simply told me to buy a mask, gloves, and mold spray, and to clean it myself. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I’m not sure what kind of material the mattress is made of, but if it isn’t suitable to be placed on the floor, that should have been clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I would have expected at least some guidance or support, not a dismissive response.

We purchased a Helix luxury mattress a few months ago, replacing a different brand. The old mattress was all foam, and despite being "firm", was actually quite spongey, and uncomfortable, and we seldom slept through the night, waking up with back and hip pain. The Helix mattress, with its hybrid construction, was immediately more comfortable. After a few nights of adjustment to the different feel, we were quite happy with it, and tend to sleep through the night. We wake up feeling more refreshed and less stiff.

We purchased the Helix Kids - Twin for our four-year-old son. When it comes to purchasing a big item, it matters to me that we can get a lot of use out of it. That's why I chose the Helix Kids, because it has two sides -- a firmer one for when he's younger and a softer one for when he's older. With that kind of thoughtful design, he'll be able to sleep on this mattress for years to come. Right now, he's using the firm side, which is still incredibly cozy. He loved it right away and consistently sleeps through the night on it.

Best mattress we have ever owned, better than when we owned a soft-sided water bed. Always sleep great. Get more sleep with less repositioning due to increased comfort while sleeping. My husband had a stroke and was very uncomfortable, have tried 3 previous mattresses and they didn't work for him.

I just got my mattress about 4 months ago and the center of it is already sagging when I lay on it. It looks fine at a glance but when pressure is applied to the middle vs anywhere else it’s a very noticeable difference in how much it dips. Waking up with back pain from it.

We have had the mattress for about 6 months. We are noticing that there is a significant amount of drooping around the edges of the mattress. The right side seems to be sagging downward. This was an issue we never had with our Purple Mattress. This is usually something you see after years of owning a mattress not in the first year.

Great mattress, even better with the cool topper as it keeps the bed from getting too hot. Makes the bed a little slippery so you may have to get your sheets a strap to not move off the bed. Sleep great, back feels better. Upgraded my old mattress from a foam mattress.

I got referred to this site from the Dr. John Delony show, whom I respect greatly, and will now order more products in the future because of how much I like this one. Honestly wavered greatly over this decision. There are a lot of options in the online hybrid bed space. I went with Helix for a lot of reasons, and it turned out for the best. I'm tall, and relatively heavy. No matter what I do, I'll always be 200+lbs. I knew I wanted something with the weight rating to keep from sagging and becoming doughy over time. The bed is firm compared to many I tried, but the edges are very supportive, very little motion transfer, and above all else I find it phenomenally comfortable. Months in, I only recently realized that I have not woken up sore on this mattress a single time. It was a near nightly problem with the prior mattress. I would easily and gladly repeat this purchase. In fact, I'm cutting this review short. It's bed time, and I'm looking forward to it.

I sleep much better on my Helix Sunset Elite - Queen-sized mattress than I did on my previous mattress. I can recommend this mattress for anyone with lower back issues. Helix Customer Service is excellent. The folks in the service department are friendly and easy to deal with.

We had a cheap mattress prior to purchasing our Helix and I was waking up with neck, shoulder, and/or back pain basically every day. Ever since we started sleeping on our Midnight Luxe, I no longer wake up with pain! Hard to tell if the extras we paid for were worth it or not (the cooling layer and extra memory foam layer) as I do still get hot at night, but other than that, we love the mattress!

The title says it all. As someone who struggles with tossing and turning most of my life, waking up multiple times at night to adjust my sleep position, this bed has been a game changer. Helix Midnight was recommended to me as a side sleeper and it is awesome. Definitely would recommend.

We like our new mattress but have found that we need it to be firmer. The surface does not feel flat but undulates under the weight of our bodies. We did not order a mattress topper and wonder if that would make a difference. We would be glad to get some advice on the matter.

My husband and I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on mattresses. So buying one online was as big decision for us. But, I am so glad we made the decision to purchase a Helix. We both sleep so well at night. No more restless nights for us. We are definitely customers for life!

My experience was bad as you sent me a defective mattress or the wrong size. I was not even able to try the mattress as it didn’t fit in the box frame. Also, it took me almost two weeks to have the mattress picked up and get refunded and be able to order another mattress.

I’m really impressed by the Helix mattress. It is incredibly comfortable and the perfect softness. My only complaint is the box it came in was very heavy and difficult to move. Recommend paying for installation if you live alone. I don’t have an elevator so it was very difficult to bring up the stairs.

As a plus size I probably should have ordered the equivalent mattress but wanted to save $500. I'm still happy with the mattress but it required buying a box spring. The frame is excellent, just excellent.

I've had the mattress and adjustable frame for a few months now and it has been nothing short of spectacular. Starting with the comfort of the mattress being the perfect softness for me being a side sleeper so I've been getting better night's rest. And I can't say enough about the adjustable frame, probably because I've never had one, but this thing is awesome. Being able to sit up in bed and watch TV at the touch of a button is great with the preprogrammed buttons and then to be able to hit another single button at bedtime to go straight to laying flat. The relaxing floating mode is cool for just a nice wind down mode after work sometimes. It has been a wonderful experience so far and I expect for many years to come.

We purchased the Helix kids mattress for our 4 year old. We love the concept of the mattress and that we can just flip it when he is older instead of having to purchase a whole new mattress. Packaging was obviously heavy and I couldn’t move it on my own, which was expected. We also got 4 pillows with it and everything expanded without issue. The quality of the mattress is great. My son finds the mattress comfortable and sleeps really well. My husband and I also find it comfortable and often fall asleep when putting our son to bed. We are currently saving to buy another helix kids mattress for our daughter because of how much we like the bed.

Would give the actual mattress a five however delivery and setup was terrible. I have sent this at least a couple of times and never get a response. Feel like I should receive a refund for the service provided. My husband had to help and the men that were sent did not have a clue what they were doing.

We were looking for a good, solid mattress. My husband is a big and tall guy. We bought the Helix Plus Luxe. The mattress was super heavy and it was difficult to lug the box upstairs. We unwrapped it and it unfolded easily. It feels very solid and I hope that the weight of it means it will last many years. We've had it a few months now and are still very comfortable on it.

It is very soft & helps me to relax so I can get a good night's rest, a person needs that, it will help you to wake up feeling refreshed. My daughter recommend this mattress to me because she had bought her one & I am so thankful she did, being able to pay it out helped me a lot, check it out. You'll be glad you did.

After receiving our mattress, the first week was great. We got great sleep with no pain. However, it didn’t last. Our back, neck, and hips started hurting again just like our last mattress. I do like the sheets that came with it. The pillow however is all in lumps so those definitely don’t last.

We wanted a firm mattress because we have back issues. We first tried the more expensive and what was advertised as firmest mattress. We slept on it for a month. It was not firm at all. I returned it for the version I have now also advertised as firm. This mattress is softer than that last and we struggle more now with our back issues. It’s not a good mattress for us and we are extremely disappointed spending almost $2,000 on this mattress.

Delivered in a timely manner. The mattress is not comfortable to me as I am a side sleeper. I thought within time I would like the mattress but that is not the case. It is still uncomfortable. Added a topper mattress. I guess I need to test drive before buying from now on.

Very happy with our experience. Streamlined ordering and delivery! I completed the sleep style questions and ordered the recommended mattress that is very comfortable and works well for both my husband. The mattress that was recommended still creates a very warm sleeping experience while I was hoping for one that helped me stay a little cooler, however. Overall, I was surprised by the efficiency and professional experience I had with Helix.

I've had my tier 3 Helix mattress for a several months now and not only do I get deep uninterrupted sleep but it also helped eliminate the neck and back pain that had been tormenting me for months. This model is also the side sleeper and true to their word, I have yet to be woken up by my own tossing and turning in the dead of night.

The mattress arrived on time and was easy to set up. My old mattress left me with a sore back after sleeping a full night on it. I have had the Helix Mattress for a few months now, and I'm happy to report I have not woken up once with a sore back. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I purchased the mattress based on reviews that said the Helix Plus was good for larger people. My husband is an invalid and weighs 260 lbs. The order form said that the mattress required the foundation. I didn’t look for an explanation and simply ordered it. I did that believing your statement they were returnable if we weren’t satisfied. When the mattress and foundation were delivered, the height of the bed was ridiculous. My 6’2” husband couldn’t sit on the bed with his feet on the ground. This was not only uncomfortable for him but also dangerous. When I went back to your website to find out why we needed the foundation, I found that a foundation was not needed if we had a properly slatted bed, which we did have.

We have had this mattress a little over half a year and it's already starting to sag and become uncomfortable. At first it was great. We got good sleep now. We wake up with back pain and me my wife and I are rolled to the middle of the bed. My warranty is already expired and they won't take the mattress back so I guess we will be sleeping in pain until we can afford a purple! Hope this helps your decision.

We like the mattress more and more. We had slept in our son’s bed when visiting and inquired about the mattress. When we moved, we took the opportunity to get a larger bed. The credit card we used resulted in air miles. Months later, we still comment on how much we like the bed. Not only is it comfortable, it’s quiet. Husband is a super light sleeper but I can now turn over or get out of bed without waking him.

My wife and I genuinely look forward to climbing into bed at the end of a long day. I did all the research and finally landed on Helix, and we couldn’t be more happy with that decision. We love the new mattress! It's a perfect firmness and manages the overnight temperature very well. Our only regret when purchasing is going with a Queen instead of a King as the Queen is tighter than we expected!

I have bad neck and back pain and can’t sleep comfortably most the time so I thought switching beds and pillows would help so we spent thousands and it really didn’t change much still have a lot of back pain at night and when I wake up. So I wouldn’t recommend if you think it will change your life.

I bought four different beds to compare to buy my own bed. I am a disabled back senior. I bought my grandson a Neptune and he says it’s pretty firm. I bought my son a Dream Cloud. He says it’s way too soft. I did go premium on all these beds so I have a king split bed. I thought softer on my back would be good so bought half dream cloud and the other half Helix. Through the weeks of trying which bed I liked my back was burning when I woke up with a dream cloud, and my back was refreshed when I woke up on the Helix. if it was just a little softer, it would be perfect so because of my neck and my upper back I sleep sideways on my bed, my upper body on the dream cloud in my lower body on the Helix. I could only do that cause it’s just me and my dog in this king size adjustable bed. So yes, I would recommend this bed to anyone. Also, the delivery was way better than Dreamcloud. Dream cloud took a very long time to be delivered.

I bought two extra long twin size mattresses for our adjustable base king size bed. I ordered a Dusk Luxe - Twin XL and a Midnight Luxe - Twin XL. Both had the Glacio Tex feature. The Midnight Luxe was for my husband who has some lower back pain and is mostly a side sleeper. He loves it. I sleep on my stomach a lot and ordered the Dusk. I did have some regret about ordering the Dusk because I did feel it was a little too firm for me. I reached out to customer service about my concern and they shipped me a plush mattress topper at no extra charge. This helped greatly although it did make my mattress slightly higher than my husband's side. We put a two inch piece of foam from an old mattress topper under his mattress and it leveled the bed up pretty well. I probably would order a Midnight Luxe for myself if I had it to do over. The mattresses sleep considerably better and cooler than our old blue memory foam mattress. The pillows and sheets which were included are also very comfortable. I would recommend the mattress to others.

We have struggled with finding a mattress we both love for several years. Our Helix mattress is perfect. I used to wake up with a sore back and neck. Since getting our Helix my back pain is gone. I look forward to coming home to our Helix whenever we are away. The only critique I have is the mattress elevated our bed. But after a few nights of good sleep I do not ever notice how high it is.

I really wish I had made this purchase so much sooner. I am sleeping like a baby, my bed is my favorite place to be. It is so wonderful that even my grown and married daughter spent the night at my house when I was out of town so she could sleep in my fed. Her quote was “I want to sleep in your bed, it feels like sleeping on a cloud!!!!”

I only bought two pillows from Helix and I was so excited but when I got them, they were so flat and they told me just to shake them out. Well, that didn’t help so I wanted to exchange them, but they were trying to pressure me into keeping them. I ended up getting so frustrated. I just returned them and the whole process was about six weeks, which in my opinion is ridiculous. Then I didn’t even get a full refund. They kept $40 for shipping which they never told me about. The whole process has been over two months and I’m still dealing with them because they only respond via email and it takes them a few days for every email. If they are like this with two pillows, I can’t imagine trying to return a mattress. NEVER AGAIN

Helix Twilight Luxe for $2500 is not worth the buy. After sleeping on this "FIRM" mattress for less than 1 year. We have the worst back pain of all time due to the breakdown of the bed, and it being way too soft with NO support. We hope to get a warranty on this product but are having no luck with starting this process!

Purchased the Helix Midnight Luxe mattress in Oct 2023. Started out with great nights of sleep but as time went on, especially after the 100 day trial we noticed huge sagging in the mattress. Now my wife and I have even more back problems and this was supposed to help solve them. I've contacted their support to see if it's a defective mattress because that's all I can hope for. Extremely disappointed in this experience so I can't confidently say that we'll ever refer anyone to using this mattress.

Purchased a Helix mattress 5 years ago. Currently has a huge dip in the middle of the bed. They claim to have a 10 year warranty but their "Team" cannot seem to see the dip in the photos. I have included photos with the dip being deeper than 1 inch.

Our Helix mattress is the best mattress we have ever owned. We are truly glad we ordered a Helix mattress. It’s so very comfortable. My husband and I sleep great every night. It also is still in great shape. No sleep divots…. no holes where your body lays all night. We would not hesitate to order a Helix in the future.

My son loves his new big boy bed. It's super comfortable even for us parents! I like that we can flip the bed over when he's older to give him different firmness options. The packaging for the mattress was super fun too and graced our living room for months after being thoroughly colored :-).

I've gotten a lot better at going to bed now that my mattress is comfortable. It is a great bed and it's very comfortable, opening it was really fun. Feels like a pretty high-end bed to me. My fiance and I now sleep like rocks and hope to get more mattresses in the future for the kids.

We ordered two Twin XL mattresses and one lasted less than three years. I decided to order a replacement and made sure to get the exact one as I had before. What I was sent was a Twin and not a Twin XL. It was also not the one for bigger people so the mattress is several inches shorter than my husband’s. But because we were moving and didn’t open the box to set it up right away they wouldn’t help! We’ll never buy from here again!

We love our new bed. The mattress is comfortable and everything was very easy to set up. We are well past the 100 day trial period and no complaints at all. We upgraded from a queen to a king and are loving it. So far we have remained cool and or warm without extreme temperature differences.

Ordering was easy, everything came timely enough. It was a two person job to put together and it is a very comfortable bed. I want to order another Helix for the guest room. I would be confident that my family and friends were comfortable on it. I would recommend purchasing a Helix bed to anyone.

I ordered one mattress, and then six months later ordered the same one to go alongside it, but it was not the same mattress. The firmness was completely different. The tags on both mattresses matched with her identifying numbers, but the mattresses were different. When I called to talk to the customer service, they just said they could send me a new topper to help them try to match. What I really want is two mattresses that are the same. If he likes to contact me again and help me get two mattresses that are the same I’d happily pay full price.

I left ALL beds, mattresses, pillows, sheets, and blankets behind with the 310 year old house when I sold it. Moved into a new condo, meaning pretty much everything in the place (2 bedrooms) was new too. My daughter recommended Helix, fine, went with it. Extracting the heavy mattresses from their shipping cartons was a bear, but since then I’ve been quite please. Quality items.

It was time to move on from our 10yr old $5k Tempur-Pedic mattress. We were hesitant to purchase a box mattress, but all concerns went away the moment we jumped in for our first night sleep. The mattress is certainly good for side sleepers and I think most product review articles are spot on. Delivery and setup went smoothly. The only issue we ran in to was with the pillows, where they began to be quite lumpy within the first 6 months. But Helix was great and has already ordered replacements for us.

The Helix midnight lux mattress has been amazing. I had horrible sleep habits and my sleep has improved greatly! I love the rest I'm getting now. I received it very quickly, the packaging was great and it was so easy to set it up. It is will worth the cost. I would highly recommend this product.

I did do my research and used the Helix mattress selection feature during ordering. I am a big guy and selected a mattress for heavy people (firm). But, I also have joint pain. Did not have any selection or a recommendation for heavy person with joint pain. I should have given the joint and back pain selection more of a consideration than heavy person firm recommendation.

Mattress is comfortable and appears to make me sleep better. The only problem I have is if I sleep close to the edge it will tilt a little making it harder to stay in the bed without rolling off. As long as I sleep 4-6 inches from the edge, it is fine.

Sadly we did not end up keeping our mattress but the customer service to have to transferred where it needed to go was efficient and professional. It really could not have been easier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The bed was great as well but didn’t fit my husband's needs.

Bought for our 4-year-old daughter transitioning from a crib, this bed is incredibly comfortable and offers two different firmness levels to grow with her as she gets bigger. Also cleans up easily in case of an accident. I’ve taken naps on it, as well, and it’s super comfortable. Worth the money.

The mattress is good for me as a side sleeper. I find the mattress comfortable and supports my pressure points well. I suffer from chronic neuropathic pain and the Helix mattress is a great improvement from my past mattresses. I recommend Helix for side sleepers with chronic pain issues. We really like the mattress a lot. Our only issue was that we spent a good bit of money on sheets that don’t fit it at all. They were way too big. I wish they would tell you which mattresses they do fit. Would purchase a mattress from Helix again.

We initially ordered the twilight luxe but it didn't work for my Husband. Helix stood by their warranty/return policy and we opted to switch to a midnight luxe which we love. We even had an additional customer service win when we initially thought there was a lump in the second mattress, to our shame, turned out to be the pillow underneath. The customer service agent was so kind with our admittedly very stupid mistake. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and we love the mattress now.

This company is top-notch. I bought a King Koil Sleep Mattress. I had an issue and a defective mattress. They said tough luck. Disgruntled, I turned to Helix. The mattress was amazing. There was a slight hiccup, and the customer service handled the matter exceedingly smoothly. The mattress is the best I have ever slept on, but the highlight was the delightful and seamless customer service. I am thrilled with the mattress and the customer service. 10 out of 5 stars!

We love our new Helix mattress, but the pillows that came with it are horrible. A few years ago, we received pillows with my daughter’s Helix mattress and everything was amazing. A year later we ordered the same mattress for my son, and had to return the first one that came. It was lower quality material and did not inflate correctly. The pillows with his were definitely cheaper also. Then, just last year, we decided to try a Helix mattress. We love our mattress, but again the pillows are cheap and horrible.

We spent a lot of money on a furniture store mattress just for it to start sagging in 1 year. I looked up best mattress for plus size and the Helix Plus showed up. We gave it a try and LOVE it. 6 months in and we sleep comfortably. It is very heavy and broke our expensive, but cheaply made, bed frame. We just went to the hardware store and replaced the cheap broken wood with more sturdy wood. Good as new. I definitely recommend if you want comfortable but sturdy mattress.

We purchased a Helix mattress for our bed and loved it so much we also got one for our daughter and then purchased another when we upgraded to a king bed. We love coming back to it when we’re away on a trip and can absolutely tell a difference in our sleeping and how our bodies feel. We will be loyal Helix customers for life!

It arrived in easy enough packaging, expanded well once in place, and is the most comfortable mattress ever. No movement transfer from my partner. Does not feel hot. It’s the best!

We purchased a mattress and wanted to return for a different size. Customer Service suggested buying the second mattress and when it shipped we could receive a refund and start return process. We did that in mid November. It took 4 weeks for Helix to connect us with 'Sharetown' a third party to pick up the mattress for return. They immediately let us know they are not available in our area and now it is our responsibility to destroy or donate the mattress. At that point we would need to take pictures and get signatures in order to receive a refund. Helix markets as this company where you can try the product and it's easy to return. Instead they make it complex, communicate poorly and keep multiple credit card payments. Comfortable mattress but would have preferred to work with an honest business.

Love my Helix. It's changed my life. I used to wake up with a lot of shoulder and back pain and didn't realize how much of it was from my old mattress. Also used to think I was just a sweaty sleeper but since getting my Helix I feel so much cooler and more comfortable at night. Can't recommend this mattress enough.

I purchased the Helix Plus in December 2022. I choose the product based off quiz on website and our body type. Well it’s fine when me and my spouse stay on our side of the bed but when we lay in the middle we sink. I wish I have know this earlier but due to my husband's job traveling he’s never home. The pictures they wanted me to submit with string and a ruler does not show the issue we are having. Who wants to be intimate in quick sand? I think that’s as appropriate as I can say it.

Very disappointed. Bought the Helix Luxe King mattress and got severe lower back pain within days. I thought I need to give it enough time for it to settle according to my body. But here I am 3 years later. With more back pain. I am a side sleeper and my arm goes numb within 30 minutes of being on one side. That causes a ton of tossing and turning and my wife sleeps horrible because of that too. Switching to a nectar mattress now. Much cheaper and way better reviews than this.

We paid almost $1,300 for mattress that started sinking after less than 2 years. After contacting customer service they came back to us as to what foundation we used. Even though the tag on mattress says clearly "this mattress can be used with or without a foundation" (I will attach the picture of the tag for everyone to see). After asking what does the foundation have anything to do with it? They keep dodging the question that, "We can't help you unless you send us picture." This is clear as day as they are looking for a way to not honor warranty after mattress started sinking in less than 2 years. Even though it was suppose to have an 10 or 15 year warranty.
