The main reason I decided to purchase Easy Rest was that I have a back problem and I wanted to be able to sleep comfortably. I often raise my head up because I have asthma and have to sit up. I can't lay flat. The sales reps were fine good people. The ones who delivered were fine too. The only thing is I didn't know it didn't have a frame on it. It's hard for me to lay in the bed without a frame on it because when I flip over, I'll almost roll out the bed. I'm a big person and it's just bad not having a frame and side rails to hold on to. I like my old bed better but I would recommend Easy Rest.

I love it. I'm breathing a lot better now and I don't snore anymore. And it's so comfortable I don't want to get out. I have no complaints about the bed or the service of the bed. The salesman was really good. He talked about diabetes and different kind of diseases, said the bed would really help and it really did. My legs don't hurt that much anymore when I get up in the morning and I don't have that much trouble with my back. The delivery crew was good and very polite. They showed us how the bed worked, and asked us how high we wanted it, if it was too high or if we wanted it higher. They were great.

I had back problems and when I started using the Easy Rest bed, I could elevate myself, ease some of the pressure on my back, and make it more comfortable. I like this better than my old bed because I can elevate myself, my back, and legs. Also, the vibration from the massage is working pretty good so far. It's working out wonderful for me and I'm sure that the more I use it, it's going to get better. The sales representative was very courteous and explained everything to me. The two contractors who delivered and set up the bed for me were also very courteous, did their job within a time frame, and were on their way. Overall, everything is doing good. It's a great product so far, and I have no complaints.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I thought I could sleep on my back and rest but I can't. However, compared with my old one, my Easy Rest bed is better. I've got acid reflux and raising the head part of it helps me. Not to mention a lot of people I've met at Easy Rest has been super. The delivery guys, the salesman, they all have done a great job. The reps answered all of my questions and the two delivery guys that came in here even made sure I had a telephone number to call them.

I couldn’t sleep comfortably on my old bed. But I sleep comfortably on this one. I had the bed that I was sleeping in before for approximately two years. I liked it. I liked the mattress. But it was a regular-sized bed and I didn’t need a regular size. I’m widowed and I’m 67. The bed was too big and I was having trouble sleeping at night without having a lot of pillows underneath me. So I was looking for a hospital type bed and ended up buying the Easy Rest, a twin bed.

I purchased the Easy Rest to be able to rest peacefully. I use the massager and the wave most of the time. It makes your blood flow. I have some muscles spasms and it eases my muscle spasm. I enjoy the bed really well. The sales representative and the delivery team were great.

We rest a whole lot better at night. The massage part helps us a lot, and the feet and head elevation helps us find a comfortable position. I have arthritis and my husband has neck problems, the vibrator seems to help with that. He also has sleep apnea, so raising the head helps. Sometimes our feet or legs swell, so elevating the feet helps. We had our previous bed for probably 6 or 7 years and it was horrible compared to the Easy Rest. It’s so nice to be able to go in at night and lay down and think, “Oh, how wonderful!” I have been telling people about it.

I got heart problems and other health problems so I needed a bed like the Easy Rest. It is much better and more comfortable compared to my old bed. The feature that I use most is the headrest. Their sales representative was great and able to answer all of my questions. Delivery team was on time and had it up in a short time. They showed me how to use the bed and answered all of my questions.

It was hard getting used to it because it’s so hard. But we're doing pretty good with it now. The old bed that we had about 4 or 5 years was a pillow top and was very comfortable. That’s why we had such a hard time getting used to our Easy Rest. But the old one was just a regular, not one that raised up.

It's wonderful. The only thing is I'm having a little trouble with the linens. Where can I find linens the length of the bed? It's a longer bed than the usual and their mattress is thicker, and I'm having to use double bed linen and they are too big and won't stay under the mattress.

I purchased an Easy Rest king bed. It is two twin beds bolted together. I paid $4,662.70 - way overpriced. I estimate the value to be about $2800.00 if it last. Not a good deal, salespeople lure you in by offering you a chance to win a free bed. Don't fall for it and don't set up appointment.

I chose to buy an Easy Rest bed because it goes up and down. I can’t lay down flat to sleep, so it puts me up where I need to be to sleep. I’m sleeping a little easier. We owned our old bed for a year. We bought it hoping it would help but it didn’t help. It was a flat, hard bed and we had to use them wedge things to prop me up. Now I can do it with the bed itself. The Easy Rest bed works better. Sales rep was good. It was hectic on delivery day but it was good. They did what they were supposed to do. Our experience with Easy Rest was wonderful.

It's great. I like the fact that it adjusts for my feet and my head to be up. That's where I'm comfortable. Because I'm in stage 5 kidney failure and I can't lay flat. Which is also the reason why I bought the bed -- I needed an adjustable bed. My other bed isn't adjustable, so I've been sleeping in a chair for almost a year and I'm tired of it.

We like the adjustable part of it, especially the head part. I had no problem at all adjusting to it but my husband had more adjustments to make because he’s used to sleeping on lots of pillows and he’s having a hard time getting rid of them. But he said the other day, “I’m finally getting used to it.” Anyway, we bought the Easy Rest because my husband had had a back surgery and he thought it might help. Our experience purchasing the bed was very good. Very favorable. The man that called on us here at the house was very knowledgeable. And then we got on the phone with his manager, of course he was the wheeler-dealer, he brought the price down to where we thought we might want to pay that much for it. The delivery team was very professional, very careful, very prompt and quick, and they did a really good job.

We purchased the Easy Rest bed because my husband, although younger has back problems and I'm a diabetic. And I asked the salesman about the finance charges, how much the percentage was that they would carry. He said it would be single digit or up to 12. The first company they went with, that we thought we were going with, didn't accept it. So they went with another one and there's this 20-something which was a surprise because to carry it, that made it go up a couple of grand. They said that it would help with me on the snorer. Still Randy says I'm snoring but I don't think that's the bed's fault. But each of us are a little disappointed in the mattress. It seems like we're getting a nest and we're sinking in. The delivery team was a couple of great guys. They took our old bed and put it in the spare room. They're both an asset to Easy Rest. We like the bed. We had the sheets we needed before it even was delivered so we were looking forward to it.

We needed a new bed because our other one was beginning to get a little old and wanted to get the best on the market so we purchased an Easy Rest. Their salesman was very good. Their delivery team did a good job, too. However, I felt at the time that all of it was overpriced. It was expensive. Also, we ordered some covers for it that were supposed to come right away, and we haven't received those yet. They said we'd have to pay shipping on it, which is going to be around $60. I'm disappointed about not receiving those covers that we ordered. So far our experience has been fair. I do use the elevation of the head of the Easy Rest bed as it makes me breathe a little easier. I've had a lot of congestion and it seems to help me.

The Easy Rest bed doesn’t bother me. The sales representative is a very nice person and the delivery team is fine. There was no problem there. But my husband is one I’m concerned with. He is the reason why I purchased it, and he doesn't sleep on it at all. I informed the lady that he couldn’t rest on it because it is too hard. Maybe they can give me something much softer.

We haven’t done much of anything with the Easy Rest bed except sleep in it as we’ve been busy. Half of the time I forget about it. They had a high-pressure salesman but I don’t remember anything he said. The delivery team was good and showed me how to use the bed when they got here. I haven’t noticed changes since using it, because I haven’t monkeyed around with it or adjusted it up.

I purchased it because I was beginning to have some back problems and I happen to become knowledgeable of the Easy Rest Bed, so thought I'd try it. I like it thus far. I'm enjoying it. It's a lot better than my old bed that I had for 10 years. The sales representatives were nice as well as the delivery team. It was a great experience.

My parents bought my Easy Rest for me and I sleep a lot better since I started using it. Resting the head up at an angle is more comfortable for me. I also use the vibrating a lot when I get off from work to relax my body. It was a best buy. The sales representative explained everything to me like how each button works. The delivery team was great.

We had been putting off getting the Easy Rest bed for a while because we were on vacation but when we called, they brought it right away so that was really good. I like that it's an adjustable bed and I can sit it up because I like to sleep on my back and it helps me if I keep it up just a little. We've had a really good experience dealing with their sales rep and delivery people. They put it together real quick and got everything right. We thought we had something that was wrong and went over it and everything was fine. It worked well.

The bed is working good. I'm resting in the bed better than I was in this adjustable chair that I had for about seven years, so I'm enjoying the bed. My wife also likes the bed. She said the wires in the heating part were a little rough on her back. But for sure she'll be appreciating that when the weather gets cold. The salesman was convincing and personable. He was considerate in explaining it and took his time to explain it. He is the one that convinced me to buy it. I would highly recommend him for any sales job. He's an excellent salesman.

We have a daughter that had the back problems after a rear-end accident. She has one of those beds and she’s very happy with it because it helps with her condition so we purchased too. Sales representative was a good salesman. Delivery team looked like they’re very professional about how they go about their business. They told us how it worked, what we needed to know about the bed itself and told us if we had any questions, we could contact that company and they would be happy to assist us. We haven’t had our Easy Rest that long but we enjoy it. It’s the best bed we’ve ever had. Very recommendable.

They were excellent. I have no problem whatsoever with the people that came out here, with the people I talked to at the home office or with the bed. The guy that came out to the house was an absolute gentleman. He worked with us best he could to get it to where we could afford to buy it. He called back to the home office and put me in touch with the personnel there, and I really appreciated what he did.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because it's adjustable and comfortable. Since using the bed my back doesn't hurt as much. The sales representative was pretty good as well as the delivery team. I really like the bed especially the adjustable part.

The Easy Rest bed is in good shape and I like what I've experienced so far. I've got a bunch of old broken bones and the weather makes a difference on them. I like that I can raise the bed high but I wish I could lower it. It's about four inches over the floor. I like the vibrate feature because it does make the aches and pains feel different. We finally got to the heat pad and oh man, you could turn it on about 15 minutes before you go bed, and it sure does make a difference especially in this cold weather we're having. I didn't know whether it had automatic cut out or not but I go to sleep and wake up in the early morning and it's already turned off. I have no complaints with Easy Rest and the last gentleman dropping the price about a thousand dollars on me made a big difference.

I was looking for something comfortable for my wife who has been bedridden for about 6 months. I got the Easy Rest bed and have no complaints with it. I use the adjustable head part, the head rest, for my wife when I feed her. The sales representative was alright and the delivery team seemed to be efficient.

I just got the Easy Rest bed so I have no experience with it yet. But their people were very friendly and very nice. However, whatever company that they have financed the bed for me, I don't think it's professional because my payment isn't due until the 24th and on the 16th she called me and asked me if I wanted to make a payment over the phone. Plus they're supposed to be billing me every month. Why would they call me on the 16th and my payment wasn't due until the 24th and asking me to make a payment on the phone? That I don't like.

The Easy Rest is a good bed but I just noticed that one side of the mattress on the bed seems to be not even. If I lie sideways across the bed, it's not too bad but if I lie straight, the left side of the bed seems to be lower than the right side of the bed. It feels like I'm going up a mountain when I go up to the other side of the bed. I can only either lie on the left side or the right side, but I can't lie on the middle because it doesn't feel right. Other than that, it's alright. I sleep better. It just that it seems odd that it doesn't seem even.

It seems like the Easy Rest bed is hurting me more than it's doing good. I had an adjustable bed before and this is more up-to-date than that one was.

It was a very good experience.

I really did feel like Easy Rest would meet my needs so I bought one. Also, their sales rep was very pleasant and she sold me on it. I like the bed. It's very nice. I like being able to adjust it according to if I want my feet up or my back up - just getting in a position that is comfortable for me. I wish I would have known enough to ask more questions with the delivery team. They did a good job and explained things but I didn't have the time to try out or really work the controls. I would have liked to have been able to work the controls with them to help me. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, Easy Rest really meets my needs as far as being able to elevate my legs and when I watch TV in bed I can adjust it and sit up or lie down. I'm happy with it. It's comfortable and easy to use.

However, the bed is just too hard. I don't like it. I thought it would help my back. I've been having a lot of back problems and I thought it would be softer but it's hard as a rock. My old bed had a hump in the middle but it was a lot softer.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for the comfort. I like the head up because I can breathe better at night. The sales representative was really good and worked a deal out that was really good. But the delivery team was in such a rush that I didn’t even get to try out to see if it went up and down before they left. I’m having an issue with that now because the vibrating part is so loud that I can only use it on the very low setting. They didn’t even set up my frame. The delivery could have been a lot better than what it was.

I owned our old bed for 5 years. I enjoyed the old bed. It took a little bit of adjustment to get used to being able to raise and lower this Easy Rest bed but the other one was an innerspring and this is a foam rubber. So it’s seemingly working out okay. My wife, Cecil, does better with the bed than I do. She likes to elevate and sleep. It helps her sleep better and for sinus drainage. Sales rep was good. He was a nice guy. Delivery team was great. They put it together nice. We had a rug put under it and made sure it was okay and we had a headboard but the headboard didn't really fit the bed so we had to do some adjustment after they left. The Easy Rest is good for us. We're enjoying it. Our experience with them has been great.

My Easy Rest bed is a little hard right now but I love it. I'm glad I got it. It's just great. I've already recommended it and have already given the number to somebody to call them.

We love our Easy Rest bed. It really helps my husband whenever he raises the head up a little bit because he sometimes has dizzy spells.

I bought the Easy Rest bed when I saw it advertised on TV. I have several beds in my house, and I've been sleeping on a bunk bed prior to the East Rest bed, but I like the latter a lot better. The ones who delivered my Easy Rest bed were pretty good guys. They took the other bed down and brought it in and made sure everything was working. All the people that I talked to were pretty nice but I prefer the older bed than my Easy Rest bed. I'm going to have to keep the Easy Rest for a while because I can't afford to go out and get another one, and I got to pay for it anyway. The only thing I use is just the head of it and I got it up a little bit. I don't use the vibrator that much. I sleep on my side and not the back and I was told that when I got the bed that the vibrator moved backwards and forwards but it just vibrates the bed and not in the spots it's supposed to. I thought it would be vibrating down lower in your back. It feels like it only does the top part, so I don't use it.

I use the vibration feature of the Easy Rest bed a lot because I got back problems. I like it. My experience with the sale representative has been very favorable and I had no problems with the delivery.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because you could raise the head and foot of the bed, and it has the vibration on it. I had my old bed for 15 to 20 years before I bought the Easy Rest. My old bed is not as comfortable, and I can't raise the head or foot or lift the bed. Since I started using the Easy Rest bed, my body no longer feels stiff in the morning when I get up. It's comfortable and good on my achy bones.

We decided to buy the Easy Rest bed because my husband likes it where you can elevate your legs or your head and for comfort. We had our old bed for 15 years and it's okay, we can rest on it but the Easy Rest is one that's for positioning and it's sturdy and of course, better. I like my Easy Rest bed very much and I'm very impressed with it. I bought it because I got a problem with my neck and lower back. I'm able to get a better night's sleep. I am able to use the pillows that came with the bed and it gives the back of my neck support where I have rods put in my neck. I am able to tilt my head and feet to the elevation level where I'm comfortable. The sales representative was as good as gold. I liked him a lot. The delivery team was really good too.

I have always wanted a bed like Easy Rest. I wake up feeling better. I use the massager and head lift feature because I feel more comfortable. The sales representative was great and the delivery team was okay. They worked it all.

The salesman gave me a real good sales pitch that made me buy the bed. He was a little pushy and kept telling me "Oh you really want this bed" and everything else and I kept telling him I can't make any payments right now because of my situation. I only get disability checks every month. He let me postdate a check and I've been able to make the payments every month and on time.

The guy that was selling the Easy Rest bed seemed to think it would take care of all my problems. He was quite certain that it would do me a lot of good. I have Parkinson's but it hasn't done anything for that. My old bed was actually a new bed, but it was just a standard pillow top type mattress and box springs. We bought it about a year prior to buying the Easy Rest. It was a good bed but it's a flat bed. With the new bed, I mostly use the sit up part of the back to raise the head because it's a little bit more comfortable than laying flat. But I wouldn't recommend the bed to anybody because of the price for what it does. For what they cost, they should do a lot better job. They're overpriced.

I was having some sleep problems. For 3 years I wasn't sleeping and then I bought a new bed. This month it's been two years since I bought it for $900 cash and the bed was okay. But then my older sister bought an Easy Rest. Sometimes I go in there and get a massage from her bed. And I used to go to the mall and used to stop by and get massage from people with their hands to help relax me. So I said why not get an Easy Rest bed then? And I did and I sleep better now. But I'm wondering if I should take the firmer one because this one when you raise it, the bed is like going in. They said I should turn the bed every month but I haven't turned it. But other than that this is the complete bed that I really want. I used to put two pillows to raise my head but now with the bed's ability where the head could be raised I don't have to double my pillows. I can use the remote to raise my head on the bed and I can also raise my feet. And I don't know if it uses more electricity but I like to put on my massage every night to massage myself and sometimes it massages me into sleep.

We're happy with the bed. But I wish I had gotten the one that we could individually raise or lower our bed if we wanted. I didn't get that one but I’m satisfied with this one. I slept better at first than I'm sleeping right now but I don’t know if that’s the bed.

It's very comfortable. I sleep good in it. They're very expensive but I'm happy with my Easy Rest. Bought it because I needed a new bed and wanted a bed that raises up and down with the different positions. It's a very good bed. Sometimes when I sit up or a lot of times (if I get a real bad headache, which I do often) I can get in the bed and put the bottom up a little bit so I don't slide off the bed.

The Easy Rest sales representative was very nice and the delivery team was very nice too. They came in, set them up and got out of there. I’m on oxygen so I don’t raise the head that much. I raise the feet more because I got water in my legs, down at my feet. When I raise the feet, the head comes off a little bit. Other than that, I really like the bed. I've wanted one for a long time. I recommend this bed because I sleep very well in it.

I didn't like my Easy Rest. It's no good. I was talked into it. They offered me discount but it is still overpriced. It was the type of bed I have been thinking of buying for a while, but I wake up feeling worse. I use it flat down most of the time. I use the head up and massage a little. I had my previous bed for 20 years and it was better. The representative was a high pressure salesman. He did not obey the Federal Law. He was supposed to explain cancellation to me but he didn't. I only had three days to cancel and by the time I discovered that, it was too late. I was under the impression that I was going to have 30 day trial. I thought it was automatic that I would have a trial period. I tried to cancel but they would never return my calls. The salesman said they would give me another top if I want but I couldn't contact them. It's a very poor business.

I had signed up for Easy Rest bed at the Catfish Festival. This bed is better than my old one. I sleep better at night and it's more comfortable. I use the vibration and I raise the head and feet part. The sales representative was polite. He went through everything with us really good. The delivery team was nice. I enjoy the bed.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because of my back problems. I could not sleep in a flat regular bed before and I was sleeping in a lift chair. The Easy Rest gave me an opportunity to adjust it where I can sleep in a regular bed. I use the head up and the feet up. I don't use the massage. Now I can sleep in a bed anytime. The sales representative was real nice and did everything we asked of her. The delivery team came, did the job and answered any questions we had. They just did what they were supposed to do which is to set it up.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because it went up and down on both sides, the front and back, and also because of the massage portion. Their sales representative was fine and the delivery team was great. They were quick. I've never seen anybody move so quick in my life and they explained everything. The bed is a nice place to sleep in. It seems like wherever your body should go down, it does. My wife and I are sleeping better.

I was looking forward to having my back and my feet up because with the Easy Rest I could raise my feet and elevate it and lift up my back, raise my head up a little bit. My back feels better. I sleep better at night when I got my head a little bit elevated and my foot too. It's a good and really nice bed. I'm glad I got it and it's worth the money. The sales representative was friendly and explained everything and the delivery team was nice. They got everything in and got the old stuff out and put it where I asked them to put it. I would recommend them to a friend.

I'm getting a good night's rest with the Easy Rest bed. I don't have leg cramps that I had before, just a good sleep. But the bed is a little bit too short.

The sales representative was good and very thorough. The delivery team was very good and helpful. They understood the product, how to put it up and set it up and how to remove the old mattress. They were very professional. I sleep a lot better compared to my bed of seven years, which was rough and slept horribly. I would tell everybody that if they want a good night's sleep, they should get Easy Rest. It’s a good sleep system.

My sister came the other night and she slept with me downstairs in this bed and she was like “Where did you get this bed from?” And I was telling her about it. She said “Ooh” when I told her the price. She goes “I can't afford one of these.” I said “I can't either. I don't know why I did that... That hip massage had me hooked.” The sales rep had that little handheld massager and he told me that was going to be in the bed. The massage really turned me on and got me wanting it!! Anyway, I'm 69 years old and I still try to work and I'm working 24/7. I now wake up energized and my back doesn't hurt as much as it used to. I've been using the massage that goes from head to toe for my back.

Sales rep was nice and good. He showed us what we needed to know and explained a lot of it to us which made it a lot simpler. Delivery team were good, too. They come in, done what they needed to do, put back what they needed to put back, take out what they needed to take out without any hassle, and then showed us how to operate the Easy Rest before they left. Overall it was a very good experience, and the mattress is great. Our old bed started out good and got worse but the Easy Rest has stayed good since we’ve had it. However, we did have a little problem. My wife was going to try to change the mattress and we were under the impression that we could do it within the first 30 days. We called and they said I had to wait until after the 30 days. But then after that, every time we called, we can’t get nobody to answer.... Anyway, my wife is more satisfied with it now. She just had back surgery and still has some problems but it’s getting a lot better since we started using the bed. I too am resting better (I can rest better when I’m sitting up a little) and my back don’t bother me very much. I can sit up a lot and watch television. I've been using the vibrator and the vibration seems to relax me so I could rest comfortably.

I love my Easy Rest bed and I've already recommended it to several friends and my own family. I wanted it after the salesman gave me the pitch. I raise and lower the top or the bottom and use the vibrator most of the time. I sleep better once I get to sleep. I still have trouble going to sleep and take sleeping pills sometimes. Sometimes I have to put the vibrator on to lull me to sleep. The sales representative did a wonderful job presenting the product. The delivery team was great. They came in, took the old bed out and put the new one in so fast. I didn't know it would be that quick and done efficiently.

Overall, a pleasurable experience. I’m not sleeping better with the Easy Rest, I like the sleeping better in my old bed, but as far as raising and lowering the head and the feet, my old bed didn’t have that capability so I like that better in this one. I do a lot of reading and computer stuff in bed so I usually raise the head up.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because since I broke my shoulder in 2013, I hadn't been able to sleep on my bed for some reason. I've been sleeping on my love seat and I was always in a curled up position. When the salesman came to talk to me about the bed I thought I'm going in the bed in the same position but more comfortable but I still haven't found a comfortable spot with the bed. It's too firm and I need it softer and I don't know how to go about it. Other than that, I like being able to adjust the bed. I like the height of the bed, because I have acid reflux and it helps. The sales representative was very good and very informative. The delivery team was awesome. They took out my old bed and put the new one in no time at all. It was a wise choice for me.

I was in a recliner for a year. I’ve had a back surgery and I was having to sleep in my recliner, so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I use the feature where I change the level of my head because I can’t lie flat. I have not noticed any changes since using it, but I do like it. It’s very comfortable.

Overall, our experience with Easy Rest was excellent. Everything has been good so far and I'd recommend them.

They were all right. But I don’t think they were fair to me. Adding something else that the guy who was here had already made up and talked to the man over in Nashville and then they’re going to turn around and send me a bill and tell me I owe $95 a month. I told him that I was going to pay $200 a month then they go up $203.17.

Neither one of us was sleeping good on the bed we had so we wanted to try the Easy Rest. I don't like it at all but my wife does. We were told when we bought it that we could adjust the bed separately the way we wanted but not so. The whole bed adjusts. The sales representative told us one thing but when they delivered it, it was something else. I haven't heard anything from him. I told him the day they delivered it that it wasn't what we're supposed to get but they said that's what he ordered. The delivery team did a great job but I'm not happy. The bed does not work separately and the way she has to sleep, I can't sleep. I sleep maybe just a couple of hours at night. My wife sleeps good when she's in there. When my wife sleeps, she raises the head and the foot and I can't sleep like that because I sleep on my side. I slept a lot better on the old one.

Easy Rest offered me a contract so I bought it. There is a hard spot right up through the middle of the bed. I had my previous bed for at least 10 years and it's an old type that has slats underneath it to hold the mattress up and that's what bothered my back. With the Easy Rest bed, I lay flat mostly. I also raise my feet up a bit because I have poor circulation in my legs. I still wake up in the middle of the night a couple of times. The sales representative and delivery team were all very nice.

I needed a new bed, saw an ad about Easy Rest and thought maybe I’d like it. The adjustable part appealed to me the most. Their sales representative was very nice. I liked her very much - very bright and very pleasant. The delivery team did fine. They were good and I was impressed with them. I sleep better with this new one compared to my old bed. I have not been having to use sleeping pills as much as I used to. I didn’t like it at first because it was too hard before I got my pad. After that, it's all right now. I read in bed a lot and usually use the feature where the top goes up.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for my girlfriend. It's comfortable. I have no trouble with it. The sales representatives were great.

I like Easy Rest. I put on the medium massage and medium wave because the full straight is a little bit too much but I'm liking it. It helps me go to sleep a little bit faster. It relaxes me and unjumbles my mind so I could go to sleep better. But I'm still adjusting to it. Sometimes I sleep flat. Sometimes I adjust it. I'm still playing with it. It's probably about the best bed on the market that I know of.

I cannot go to sleep on my back. About the only way I can go to sleep in my bed is to get on my left side if I can elevate it just a little bit. But I’m so disappointed in the Easy Rest bed. My wife said she is very disappointed too. I’ve got a head injury in '94 and it didn’t help me a bit with my head situation. I thought it was going to help me but it ain’t done a thing for me.

My husband loves our Easy Rest bed. He’s glad we purchased it. What made us decide to purchase one was the material we read about how the bed helps the bones and the heating and my husband was having trouble with his hips, knees and back. He used the massage more than the wave but uses both. And since the cool weather has started, he’s using the heat also. Their sales rep was absolutely wonderful, the nicest guy you would want to meet and seemed like he knew everything that we asked him, every answer to all of our questions and he wasn't pushy. He just was telling us the good points and let us make our own decision. The delivery team did an excellent job too. Easy Rest is a wonderful bed and we're pleased with it. I've used it myself and it’s great.

I had my old bed for about 15 years. It was getting too lumpy and I could feel the spring so I bought an Easy Rest bed. It feels like heaven and I don't snore as much. It can be adjusted up and down which appealed me. I've been playing my little games in my laptop or my phone and had to be sitting up a little bit. The bed is comfortable. The sales representative was nice and I didn't have any problems with the delivery team.

I've had a broken hip and two broken shoulders and have severe arthrosis. Our mattress was 35 years old and hard. So I decided to try an Easy Rest. I like the massage part. It helps my back a lot and I like the comfort. It’s a lot firmer than my old mattress. I really like it a lot. The sales representative was extremely nice and very well informed. I appreciated his excellent presentation. The delivery team was great. There were two nice guys. I gave him a tip and he said nobody had ever given him a tip before. He was real sweet. My dog likes it and loves the height. And my partner likes it also. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I enjoyed it.

The presentation was great. I just wish we would have had time to think about our decision instead of going right into it. I purchased the Easy Rest bed mainly for my back. I don't use it too often because I can't get comfortable in it. I can’t get it positioned right neither can my husband. Before this, I used to sleep on the couch for about 5 years and it’s more comfortable and better on my back.

We wanted something different without having to buy anything else as far as another bed is concerned. We've tried out others before and I wasn't happy with them. This one fits right inside what we had so it was easier for us to decide that this is it. We're still getting used with our Easy Rest and figuring out the right combination. Sometimes I get the right spot and I sleep all night long. We also use the head lift because my husband snores like a freight train. With his head lifted, it is easier for him.

I felt I needed another bed because I was going to try the one that stays up. I didn't have health issues but high blood pressure. Since using the bed I noticed that I sleep better in it. I mostly use the foot and the bottom, as well as the massage. I've been having trouble getting to sleep before. I lay down and I had trouble because I get insomnia, I believe. I like my bed now.

We wanted a better bed and were looking for the best. We bought the most expensive which we probably regret right now because there are other beds out there in the market that are less expensive, and we're a little disappointed with the functions of this Easy Rest bed. We thought this would be the Cadillac of beds. The sides of the bed seem to cave down and it makes the beds uneven. We've also tried to use the rolling waves and the vibrator but it doesn't work for us. The only thing I like about it is the movement. We go on one of the vibration systems at night to relax us and put us to sleep.

I have edema in my legs and need them propped up so I purchased an Easy Rest. It is better than my old bed that I've had for 7 years. Overall, the experience is nice, including their sales representative and delivery team.

My body needed a bed that was adjustable so I decided to get an Easy Rest bed and since then, I've been sleeping better.I use both the head and feet up. Dealing with their team has been a good experience. The sales rep was nice and wasn't pushy. The delivery guys were really quick. They did a good job.

I had been thinking of getting an Easy Rest for sometime. It sounded nice and it has vibration and you can move your feet up and down. My girlfriend was looking for one too so she also came over when the salesman came. She ended up buying one too.The sales representative was good because he talked the two of us into buying it. I don't see changes with my new bed except that my cats don't come near it unlike before. I have a good night's sleep in it all the time. I've had my previous bed for 20 years and the delivery team advised me to keep my bed frame and place the new one inside the framework since it matches my bedroom and its nice. It just bothers me because I am tall and the Easy Bed is short. There is a big space at the top and the bottom and my pillows keep falling off. I bought a wedge but it wasn't big enough to take up the space. I'm going to look for something to put behind the headboard so it doesn't have a big space behind the bed itself. That is the only problem I have with it.

I like the Easy Rest bed very much. It’s very comfortable.

The lady made a demonstration on the Easy Rest bed and it eased off the pain in my back so I purchased one. My back is not hurting like it did. I've had my previous bed for 15 years and it doesn't even compare. I'm much happier with this one. I have sleep apnea and raising my head a little bit makes me breathe easier and my feet don't swell as much with my feet raised a little bit.

Back in July, Easy Rest came out and demonstrated the bed. The guy was really nice and very knowledgeable in his presentation. Even though he was just a beginner in demonstrating, he did a very good job. I decided that I would buy myself a bed, and it has been great. The bed is so comfortable and the pillow is wonderful. I have really enjoyed my bed. I do not normally take pillows with me but I do now. About 21 years ago, I bought some adjustable head and feet bed but not as comfortable as these beds are. I am tired of having a twin bed so I went in and chose to have a full bed. I live alone except with my puppy dog. She loves the vibrator feature too. We are both pleased with our bed.

The sales representative was nice, he was an area manager. But the sales presentation was a little pushy because I wasn't given time to think about it. You have to make a decision right then because the price is lowered a little bit. Set up and delivery was fast. They were good. But I don't like that they do not have a booklet or something to explain. There's just a sheet of paper. And I know nothing about any guarantee or non warranty. The man who sold it to me said there's a top thin layer that is zipped in and can be exchanged. If I wanted a firmer one, it can be done without charge but there is nothing I can read that tells me about it. The paper just says to call the number for questions. It doesn't look professional and like a quality organization. Lastly, I really don't like that the queen size sheets don't fit. They're a little big for that so they're wrinkly and looks like a mess when I get up...

I like Easy Rest bed because of the adjustable feet and height. I can't sleep on my back. I have to sleep on my sides.

We got the Easy Rest for my wife. She is enjoying it and completely satisfied with it. My wife enjoys the vibrating feature and she can adjust it the way she wants to. She is happy.

I am still trying to get used to the Easy Rest bed and get to my comfort level. The sales person was very nice. She was very good at explaining what the bed does, what we should expect and who to contact if I have questions.

The sales rep was fine. I liked what he said about the bed and hearing him talk. Delivery men were great. I didn't have a problem with them either... But I wish I hadn't bought it... Anyway I’d like to have another set of sheets, if you could send them to me and not charge me for it.

I am kind of disappointed with Easy Rest. The bed is expensive. I thought maybe it would be better quality with you instead of going to the store. Also, at first the bed was a little bit hard but then it got soft as we slept on it. It doesn't rise back up like the memory foam does. It just stays down like the mattress is not firm enough. I wished I could have figured out more about how it felt then, but it was hard to tell by laying on it just one time. We tried it for a little while but I called back and was told to turn over the stuff inside. I don’t see how that would do any good because it’d be the same thing. So they sent a harder part that goes in there for $28. I haven’t decided what to do yet. I wish I could put memory foam in there instead.

I chose an Easy Rest bed because of the agent that came out to my house. I hinted to win an Easy Rest. They called me and scheduled an appointment with me. The salesman came out and convinced me to get one. I had two heart attacks and have a back problem, and I have COPD. So it helps me breathe better. The sales rep was intelligent and very persuasive but not on a negative part. He was explaining to me all of the advantages and disadvantages I can make. The delivery team was excellent. They took down the old bed and put it where I told them. They didn’t reassemble because I didn’t want it reassembled. They came in and did their job and went home. The bed is very comfortable. It’s excellent and I sleep better.

The hospital bed that we got and rented was not very comfortable. So when my husband came about the Easy Rest, that’s when we decided to buy it. Sales rep was great. He’s the greatest guy ever. He answered all our questions and helped us get a decent price. I have given his name and telephone number to several people that have come to see the bed.

When we were just looking into the product, the sales representative sat down with us, went over everything necessary and then he went even a step further... I’m on a very tight budget but he was able to work out something. He really was fantastic and they made it perfect. They were willing to work with us. Then came the delivery team who were pretty good and professional. They brought everything in, adjusted and put the bed together upstairs, then showed us the functions of the remote and all.

I needed another new mattress. I'm 84 years old today and so I had gotten a card in the mail for the free bed and then a chance of some raffle that I had. I thought this would be a good time for my age and everything, not knowing what your health is going to be. Yvonne, the representative, came out and we had a very enjoyable afternoon. I've also had back surgery and that was one other reason why I got an Easy Rest. I came home last Thursday and it has been a lifesaver. The vibrator's so good. I go in, lie down and elevate the bed. I've always slept on 2 pillows for elevation and for my legs, but this bed is godsend since I came home. And I got my free pillow.

I am enjoying my Easy Rest and like its adjustability feature.

Easy Rest bed is better on my back but we got a problem. It was a queen size bed but only adjustable for the both of us, and my wife and I both don't have the same settings. So one of us doesn't get a good night's sleep but the other one does. What we thought we were getting was the bed with the two separate settings. So we leave it down all the time because we can't afford it to set it just one way. Is there any possible way to exchange that? The sales representative was fine. Everything went alright with him. Everything was fine with the delivery team too. I recommend Easy Rest to everybody because I tried it out and I slept like a baby but my wife didn't because of the problem.

I couldn't sleep on a flat bed. I have to sleep upright so I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed. The saleswoman was straightforward. She told us what to expect and if there's any problem, we can contact her and relay the problems to her and they will get it fixed right away. The delivery people were professional. They set it up and did what was necessary, showed us how to operate the bed and so forth. So far we haven't seen any problems thus far. It's a little bit more than what we expected. This is the only bed that we own so far that can go up and down, and we're still to discover more about the other features.

We decided to have Easy Rest for a combination of reasons. My wife has very bad scoliosis and I figured it would help her sleep better. Now she sleeps very good and it doesn't seem like her back hurts nearly as much as it did. Personally I use the incline for the legs because I have problems with legs. My wife likes the vibration part of it because it helps her relax a little more. The bed's system is amazing.

I mostly got the Easy Rest bed for my wife because she has rheumatoid arthritis. She likes to be in a sitting position so I said, "Okay, let's check it out and see." We got to talking and the manager gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. I think they took off about $90 and they were going to give me the pillow. We were listening to the guy's speech and all that my wife was "Hey, I have to have that pillow."

I like the Easy Rest bed. I like raising my feet and my head up. I also like the massager.

It is pretty comfortable. It's a lot of money for a bed but they have a really good salesman as he was able to talk my girlfriend into it. Compared to our old one, the Easy Rest bed has the comfort of lifting the head or leg. I lift the head and use the vibration the most because it seems to relax me and I fall asleep after. I recommended it to a friend of mine, but the trouble is he can't afford it.

The Easy Rest bed is great. Before, it was hard for me to lie down and sleep because of the problems that I had and now I can adjust the bed to raise me up and I sleep great. I use the head part a lot more than I use the feet part because it's hard for me to lay down flat in the bed and get enough rest. The sales representative was great. He explained everything. He was understandable and not pushy. He was very cordial and we had a good camaraderie between the both of us and we got along fine. There were two young men that delivered it. They installed it in just a matter of minutes. The only thing that I kind of questioned is later on, I found this thing underneath the bed which they didn't really explain what it was for. It just took me by surprise and left me in the dark of what that was. I've shown the bed to several of my friends. They've laid in it and raised it. They said, “This is fantastic.” I've said nothing but good about it.

My experience with Easy Rest has been good. It's easy to set my two positions that I use - one for sleep (the flat on) and one for reading. I just have to push the button and had to adjust it a few times but it's perfect now and I like it. But we probably overpaid because it's pretty expensive.

We were told that with the movement of the bed, it could help our back and my husband's legs (as he has a lot of trouble with circulation) so we purchased the Easy Rest. The sales rep was really good and we enjoyed meeting him. The delivery team was very fast and explained how everything works and how to turn it on and off. They were very good in explaining everything to us and moved our other bed for us, put it up and everything was secured in just a short time. The bed is expensive but they gave us a good price so we're satisfied. It's comfortable and we're enjoying it.

I have back problems. I had my back and neck broken back in '89. I've got rods and plates in my neck and my back and it's hard to sleep. But since I started using the bed I sleep a lot better. I use the pop-up on the head and the back massage because it relieves some of the tension and the pain in my back. Getting an Easy Rest bed was something I wish that I had done a long time ago. There's no comparison at all with my old bed. It's like night and day. The Easy Rest is a little expensive but I get what I paid for so I don't mind. The only thing I didn't get that I thought would come with it was the heat massage, the heating unit. That wasn't included. But still I recommended it to a lot of my friends. I told a lot of my friends how nice it is. A few of my friends already have it.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I just need something to make me a little bit more comfortable. The first mattress they sent me was real hard and I couldn't even sleep on the bed. I had to go to another bed and so they sent me another one. It feels a little bit better but it's a little too soft really. I just hope I can get used to this mattress but it is a little softer than what I'm used to. I like my head raised up a little bit so I use the head elevation mostly. Overall it's a good experience. The delivery team was real good, they really knew what they're doing, except the financial deal part which the sales rep didn't explain everything so I will probably pay the thing off because they charge too much interest.

I sleep better than ever on it and my back doesn't hurt as much. It's a lot better than my old bed because it goes up and down and has the massage. I could let it up and down to adjust my body whatever I want, if I needed that. If I want to use the massage I can and the heat I can. It's sooo good. I have no problems with Easy Rest. I love it.

The salesman was courteous and pretty informative. Delivery was here on time. They were here at about 10:15 and they had our bed set up before quarter to 11 and everything with it. They knew what they were doing and they were courteous. The Easy Rest bed is great. I bought it for health reasons. The elevation helps my back and in my sleeping disorder that's why I sleep elevated all the time.

I don't sleep good at night but when I started using the Easy Rest bed, I sleep a lot better. I use both the head and foot elevation. I've never had a better sleep.

We purchased the Easy Rest for medical reason. We like it. It is better than the old bed. I’d recommend the bed to anybody. I tell people who come here to go lay down on the Easy Rest and see if they like it and they like it. It’s about the best thing here.

The sales representative did a great job. The delivery team came in, did the bed and showed me how to operate it and told me a little bit about it. It didn't take them very long. They were super. I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I needed to get my feet up so they wouldn't swell. It makes them stay down overnight. I have slept in a recliner for about 15 years. I get my head up where I need it, but my feet’s a little bit too low. If I get my feet high enough, my head’s too low. But with the bed, I get them more or less on an even plain.

We are enjoying our Easy Rest bed very much. Their sales rep came before and talked to us about the bed and when it was delivered. He was very informative and very polite. The delivery team did a very professional job. When they carried it from the front door to the bedroom, they were very careful and did a very efficient job. We use the head-up feature every night partly for reading in bed. I don't raise the foot that much, but I use the massage almost every night before I'm ready to sleep. I turn it on and I usually go to sleep before it turns off for the 30-minute period. Overall, the mechanisms of the bed operate very efficiently and very quietly. We like what we bought very much.

The sales rep gave a good presentation and we also did need the bed so we decided to buy an Easy Rest. We've enjoyed it. My wife sleeps better. I use the headrest and the footrest and just feel comfortable using both. The delivery guys were very good. Easy Rest has really been good for us. We had a very good experience with them.

I learned about Easy Rest from a friend who had a lot of trouble with pain and with her legs. She slept in a recliner for several years. A doctor told her that she had to quit sleeping in the recliner. One day I called and asked her if she’s still sleeping in a recliner and she told me she bought an Easy Rest bed and that now her legs are good. I also have problems especially with my left leg. I have cellulitis, an infection that makes leg swell up, so I thought I’ll try Easy Rest and it worked. I could raise the bed and put the rest up and my swelling is under control. I used to prop my legs up at night using pillows. When I roll and toss, those pillows in 15 minutes, are either off the bed or my feet are off. Across the board, I have the best experience. I’m completely satisfied. It’s doing what I want it to do.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because it looked like it would be very comfortable, and it is. Our old bed was good, but the Easy Rest is more comfortable because I can adjust it - my feet and my head, and the vibration where it can vibrate my body. It’s a good bed and I enjoy it. All of it was great. Sales rep was great. He demonstrated and explained to me all about the bed and was giving very good information about it. Delivery team was good too and put everything the way it's supposed to be.

I've always wanted an Easy Rest bed but the payments is what really made me choose them because when I called the others, they wanted the whole payment upfront. So being that I can make payments on it was really what sold us on it. Other than that, I really do need it. Their sales rep is very good, very helpful, and he had all the information. He explained everything, any questions he answered them, no problem. The ones who delivered the bed were good, too. Overall, it's been great. They just did everything the right way.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I had a lot of trouble with my legs and cramping and some of them at night - I wasn’t getting much sleep. Since having it, I haven’t had any cramps much at all in my legs. I raise the headboard and the foot and I sit and watch TV a lot from that position. When I sleep, I let it down almost level. Sales representatives didn’t force me into nothing. They were courteous. There were two of them here and were very nice. Delivery team was nice too. They came in, took the old one out, and set up the other one, made sure that it was working to suit me. As far as the bed and getting the rest on it, I’d recommend the Easy Rest bed. The bed is very nice and I enjoy the vibrator very much. I don’t know if I waited too long to tell them I want the softer one. It’s a little bit harder than I really like.

My back is giving me a lot of trouble and I could not lay flat in the bed. I had to sleep in my chair for nine months so I purchased the Easy Rest bed. I use the head part and raise the feet a little because if I'm on my feet too much in the day, my legs swell. I have to wear support stockings. They're normal now. The sales representative was very informative, very understanding and the delivery team were good. They came on a Saturday afternoon, setup the bed and explained everything. Now I get the rest that I didn't before.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because of my back. Compared to the old bed that I had for a few years the Easy Rest was better. I raise the head of the bed up a little bit because my head plugs up and I raise it up where it don’t drain into my throat. But since buying the bed I think my back is worse. I've been going to a chiropractor ever since. The sales rep that I spoke with was good salesman. The delivery team has done a good job. They were right in and right out. But if I had to do over with, I wouldn't buy it again. I just figured that it costs more than it’s worth.

We felt very, very pressured to get the Easy Rest bed. The salesman was very pushy and every time I said no, he got on the phone and called up somebody and they kept lowering the price. He was in my household four hours. I was very, very disappointed in that. Other than that, the bed works nice. It's just that right now the mattress is too firm and I got to call and order something softer. As far as the bed is concerned, it's fine. The man has tried and did more or less talked us into getting a bigger bed; we wanted a queen-size bed and we ended up with twin extra-long. He even said, "We sell the sheets." Then I found out later, the lady said, "We don't sell sheets."

The sales representative was very good. He negotiated a better deal for us than I thought we could get on the bed and I appreciated his professionalism and his knowledge. I would have to rank him with one of the better salespeople that I've heard lately. He was very effective at what he did, he was very, very positive and very, very helpful. The delivery men were very efficient as well. They came in, and they set it up faster than I thought they would be able to and got it working and then went over the controls and how to use it and the phone numbers of places to call if we had any issues or problems to get help.

I have back trouble and that’s the reason I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I broke my back in the past and have problems with it all the time. Since using the bed, it's much better. It’s wonderful. I can lay down in it and lift the feet and head up a little bit, and my back does not hurt at all. Sales representative did a very good job. The delivery was fine. They were good boys. I would recommend Easy Rest to anyone.

My experience with Easy Rest is excellent. It works fine and I sleep like a log. I like particularly the fact that you can adjust the position of the mattress. That's important for me. I'm glad I bought it.

My wife wanted the Easy Rest bed, as she got trouble with her neck and she can't use it - she just has to lay with it flat. The sales representative did very well. He really pushed you, and doesn't tell you everything. You'll find out things that he's told you after you get the bed. The delivery team was excellent, no trouble. The bed is about half of what I expected.

I'm very pleased with the Easy Rest bed but I am also disappointed in one aspect: the reason that I had purchased the bed was in order to be able to gatch the bed slightly. I have a bad back and I had been having difficulty sleeping. I’m actually more comfortable with the bed flat, but I do use the elevation as I have a habit of sitting in bed in the mornings and reading and having coffee. Other than the disappointment about my back pain, I’m quite happy with it. Overall, my experience with Easy Rest has been very satisfactory.

The only reason I bought the bed was because the Easy Rest lady talked me into it. She was very nice, and so is the delivery team. Nothing about the bed appealed to me and I'm not using it like I should. I don't use any of its features. I just sleep on it. This bed got a lot of lumps in it. I sleep better on my old bed. I can't sum up my experience as good. I think the bed is not that hot. Right now, I don't really like it.

I purchase the East Rest bed when they gave me the 20 year warranty on it and I couldn't sleep in the bed I had. I've had the frame for a long time, but the mattress wasn't that old but my back just killed me when I slept in it. So I quit sleeping in it. I sleep better with the Easy Rest bed. I have to have my head elevated to sleep. I like the bed, it's great. I would recommend it to anybody.

I don’t like the Easy Rest bed. My hip crushed and I have had congestive heart failure, and that’s why I thought it would help with my breathing and all. Sales representative came and I told him that I didn’t feel like it. He said he’d give the demonstration and he kept talking. The man talked me into it. I was sick. I shouldn’t have bought it. They told me something about the free pillows, and the man kept on talking. I didn’t know what I was doing and I bought it. I can’t blame him for it; I blame myself. The delivery boys were nice though.

If I had it to do over again, I wouldn’t buy the Easy Rest. For one, when I ordered the mattress, I was under the understanding that I could change the top of the mattress for the first 90 days and it wouldn’t cost me anything. And then I called to have it replaced and they said it would cost me $67 in shipping fees. And then number two, the salesman told me that the price of the mattress would be $3400 and I had it financed. And when I got the last bill, I owe more than what I originally borrowed to begin with. Their charge will be 59% interest. I would not recommend your financing at all.

So far Easy Rest has been all right. I decided to have one to make my back not hurt as bad. It felt a lot better now since having it. It is a lot better than my old bed. I often used the headrest and the feet rest because it makes me sleep better. Also, their sales rep was real polite. The delivery people were great, too. I'd buy Easy Rest everywhere.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I have to have my legs elevated. I should do that two to three times a day because of circulation and I had knee surgery on both knees and the veins aren’t what they used to be, especially the left leg because I have like nerve injury in surgery. If I go to bed with my knees and the feet swollen and I put that up all night, I get up in the morning and it’s much better since using the bed. The swelling goes down. I like it because I could adjust it. And I told them to get me a firm mattress and they did so I’m glad. If I want to read or watch TV, I like my head at a certain angle so I don’t have to strain my neck. When I want to sleep, a lot of times I put the head thing down a little bit. But the feet thing, I have that up every single night. It’s better for my health and better to sleep. It’s like sleeping on a health bed. I hope it lasts me the rest of my life.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I was amazed with the bed. You can raise the head or feet up so you don't sleep flat. With it I sleep throughout the night and when I sleep, I raise both my head and my feet up. It's a nice bed. The sales representative and the delivery team were nice.

I purchased the Easy Rest for my wife and her legs. The first month using our new bed was pretty good. She uses the feet up most and I use the head up a little bit. We had our old bed for about 10 years but its mattress is more comfortable than this one. It feels so lumpy. But I'm going to have them come back and fix it.

I sleep on the Easy Rest bed. I decided to purchase it because of my back, my hips, my body. Since using it, I’m sleeping better. At least I’m sleeping now. I’m not rolling and tossing all night. I had been switching around mattresses and the last one I had was supposed to be one of these memory foam mattresses. I bought it from Walmart. It had to have dementia or Alzheimer’s cause it didn’t remember nothing. Easy Rest bed is out of this world compared to it. I recommended it to three people already. I use the massage and the head lift features the most, because they make me feel more comfortable. I’d recommend Easy Rest. Sales representative is one of the best that they got. Experience with him was great. He explained everything that would go on with the bed. Delivery team were great, too. It’s a great company.

I had a king-size Craftmatic before, but it was about 50 years old so it was time to be worked on or replaced. It was breaking down in the middle, lengthwise, because my grandson and bunch of neighbor kids use it for trampoline when I was away in the hospital. I was going to contact Craftmatic and see if they could fix it up for me, but I saw an ad on the Easy Rest, answered it and followed through with it. A gentleman came and presented it to me. I liked the way the thing was looking when he presented it to me so I bought it.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I was hoping it would help my back - it helped a little. I use the feet up with the massage because it makes me feel good. The sales representative was nice as he can be. They delivered the bed and I was satisfied. They are the best. It was a wonderful experience.

I love my new Easy Rest Bed. I saw it in one of the commercials, and was appealed by its sleeping range. And I felt better using it. I had my old bed for quite a while and you can’t get comfortable with it. But with this new bed, I'm comfortable and can go to sleep. I feel better with the upright position.

Easy Rest reps convinced me that it would help my back so I got one. I've noticed some changes since using the bed. My old bed lays flat; Easy Rest doesn't. I often keep the feet-up since it seems to relax my back. Their sales reps were all nice. When they came and delivered it, that guy was nice too. Overall, it's just a good bed. I had a great experience with them. I'm pleased with the bed.

I wasn't impressed with Easy Rest. It doesn't seem to have helped me in any way. The salesman was good. He sold me on the thing and I bought it. I went in it blind and I wasn't sleeping that great. I wouldn't recommend it myself but that's just the way it is. Different folks have different strokes.

The Easy Rest bed is a little bit hard. I thought there’s foam thing inside of it, but it’s just a solid piece and I’m still having a hard time sleeping. Anybody that’s normal, that doesn’t have problems like me, will probably think it’s a marvelous bed. But I've had a knee surgery, and it’s hard for me to sleep - my hip and my leg are really bothering me. I'm still trying to figure out all the bed features. Sometimes both head and feet come up together, and sometimes they come up real high. I have to learn how to use it. But it’s a good bed. When I lay down on it, I like the way it lays and I can always roll myself to watch TV.

I'm wheelchair bound most of the time and I need elevation on my legs for edema that's why I bought Easy Rest. With Easy Rest, I raise my legs mostly and a little bit on the head. The sales representative was kind and considerate. He really did a nice job. The delivery team was good. I had no problems.

Everything so far is good with Easy Rest. I purchased the bed because I wanted one and have a breathing problem. I've had two or three different beds but I like the Easy Rest bed and I enjoy it. The sales representative was fine and the delivery team did a good job.

I like my Easy Rest bed. I was quite surprised when my husband purchased it. We had our old mattress for about 35 years and it was just the flat king size bed. This one vibrates and it's a lot better. It's very comfortable. I like the fact that you can raise the head and the feet as the doctors have told me to raise the head of my bed. I also like the massage and the wave action. The sales representative was good. He was very nice, very polite and easy to talk to and very friendly. The delivery team were also very good, efficient, came in and did their work and did what they had to do and left. I would recommend them.

I work during the night shift and it’s going back and forth from night shift to day shift during the weekends so I was having trouble sleeping. Since I started using the Easy Rest bed, I’ve been sleeping better. I like it because it’s adjustable. I frequently use the feature for reclining, to bring the back up. It reminds me of sitting in my recliner out in the living room, watching TV. It’s easy to doze off then. The Easy Rest sales rep was good. I was happy with him. The delivery team was good, too. They were very professional. I’m satisfied with Easy Rest and would recommend them to a friend.

They gave me a better deal. I got an $8,000 bed for a whole lot less for almost half the price, and so far so good. The bed is helping my back and I hope it would continue. However, I'm afraid that the top mattress would sink and they said after 30 days I could get a new one if it wasn't firm enough but I haven't bothered to try and get another one already yet.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I needed a bed and it seemed like a good idea at the time. Since using the bed I noticed that it’s really a little harder than a normal bed to get accustomed to. The feature that I use the most is the headrest. The mattress is thick, solid. One thing I do miss with the bed because it’s so high, it’s higher than normal. When I sit on the edge of the bed, I slide off it. In other words, there’s no hard edge to the bed and that’s because of the levitation, etc. But a hard edge would make it easier for me to sit on it. I sit with my legs on the floor and perform some exercises that way. So it makes it just a little bit harder. The sales representative was good and thorough. The delivery team was excellent. They really went at it just matter of fact and did a good job. Overall, it’s a good, solid bed.

I don't understand what has been happening to me since I've been sleeping in with it. I've been having trouble after trouble. There's something wrong with my neck and shoulders. I don't know whether it's the mattress or what and we would like to try another mattress. It may do something. I called the customer service to let them know but she said she knows nothing wrong with my mattress. I thought this thing would make me feel better not make my life worse. I was sleeping good with my back but then also my back started giving me trouble down the lower part of it. It's been happening to me ever since I had it.

I was not sleeping good at all at night. Then, I got something in the mail from Easy Rest. The next thing I knew, I had an appointment set up where the sales representative discussed the bed. He was very well informed. I enjoyed having him. So, I thought I would try the bed out. Afterwards, the delivery people came and did an excellent job exchanging the bed out. They were very polite. Since I started using it, I have been sleeping better. Everything that the rep told me about the bed has happened. I really enjoy it. My old bed, which I used for well over 10 years, doesn’t even begin to compare with it. I would certainly recommend Easy Rest. They were excellent.

I don't sleep well at night and I have back pain, arthritis and stuff and the person that sold me the bed convinced me that Easy Rest was great for those things to relieve a lot of those issues. The bed is comfortable. However, it hasn't helped with any of those issues. My old bed was flat and is as comfortable as the new bed when it's flat but it didn't raise the head or the foot and it didn't vibrate. Those added features in an Easy Rest bed are good but the vibration system to me is very light. It's not quite what I expected. Bed is also definitely overpriced. It is a comfortable bed but $6,000 is a lot of money though. If I had it to do over again, I would not purchase the bed.

We had an old Easy Rest bed that we used about 10 years, so we decided to replace it with another one. This one’s just a little bit more comfortable than the other one was. My wife and I both have to sleep with our heads at an angle, so we frequently use the feature for tilting. We use the vibrator a lot, too. The Easy Rest sales rep was polite and explained each feature. The delivery people were nice. They did everything we asked them to do without any kind of complaint.

Our old bed was good but we've had it for quite a while and we wanted something new and different. So when my husband heard about the Easy Rest, he had a lady from Easy Rest come by. My husband liked what she said so we ended up buying it. We paid cash and got a discount. Delivery was good. We had no complaints at all about that. They came in, took the old bed down, took it into our storage area, and then put the new one up.

I needed a new bed so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I put the head and the feet up. I'm still having problems going to sleep but I enjoy laying on it. It's got a good, soft cushion on it. The sales representative was nice and the delivery team did good. They came in and got it put up quick.

The mattress I was sleeping on was probably 15 years old. It was a good mattress but I like Easy Rest better. It's very comfortable for me and I sleep better. I've owned a number of beds and none of them have been a mechanical bed, like the Easy Rest that enables me to raise my head, body and legs. So I'm really, really crazy and very happy about it. For one with a back problem it's wonderful! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

The Easy Rest bed is a lot better than my previous bed. It's higher off the ground, and it helps me. I purchased it because I don't sleep very good and I got a bad back. With the Easy Rest bed, I'm not as stiff as I used to be when I got up in the morning. I lift my feet up in the air and it helps my legs. I really like the bed, I just wish that it would have been a little wider than what I got.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed about a month or so ago. I had to have a bed that I could raise my knees higher than my heart. I've been sleeping in a recliner for 18 years on account of my back and I had neck surgery so I had to have my head raised. Medicare would've paid for a hospital bed but I didn't want a hospital bed in my house. I called the company and a man came and he demonstrated everything and I felt like it was what I needed and I wouldn't take nothing for it. He was excellent, nice and courteous and he was a good salesman. I find everything he said the bed would be and it has done exactly what he said it would do. The delivery team were just excellent too. They came late, it had been dark. I've been looking for them earlier but they said they had so much to do so I understood. Everything worked out fine.
