The sales rep had very good knowledge of the product and he presented himself beautifully. If I had a question, he was right there to answer it for me and we had no problems whatsoever. The Easy Rest bed lets me easy rest better. I'm so happy with it. But the only thing is that they didn't tell me that it had to be turned. I live by myself and I can't turn it. I have to go get somebody to come turn it for me and that's a pain in the tush. The pillow isn't worth a toot. It's awful and hard. I don't use it.

The two guys that delivered our Easy Rest bed were very professional, nice and kind. Since having the bed, we sleep well at night time. We're very happy.

The delivery of my Easy Rest went great. They were really nice. They showed me everything, step by step. They gave me a free pillow too. The bed is great. I enjoy it. I like that I have the slot bed where you could plug your phone into it and your tablet.

An Easy Rest bed sounded like a good thing. The rep was delightful. There were two men that came out. One was older. It was very obvious that the older one was the one in charge simply because a couple of times, I asked the younger one a question and he said that the other gentleman would talk to me about that. They set the bed up and told me how to use it, and they were very pleasant. However, I probably got caught up in spending more than I should have for it. I got the split king and I've been having problems with the mattresses sliding. I called Easy Rest and they will send me a pad to put under each mattress. When I got the product, it was a beautiful mattress cover that goes on the top. Also, I like that I can raise the head or foot, or both. It has a built-in vibrator, massager.

The sales reps were wonderful and explained everything in detail. My grandson likes the bed very much. It has made it a lot easier for him to sleep and rest. He wouldn't even get in his other bed. But this one, he goes to bed and sleeps and gets good hours of sleep. I'm very satisfied with the Easy Rest bed. It does exactly what the reps told us it would do.

The salesman and the person who delivered the bed were nice but I don't feel like Easy Rest is what they advertise the mattress to be. It’s lumpy in spots to me and it's hard to get out of. I have slid off of it into the floor. I'm not really as happy as I thought I would be. Other than that, it’s okay but I wish I went and got myself something somewhere else.

Working with them was a very good experience. They were very professional and sweet. The delivery of the bed was great. The bed is comfortable. We like to raise our head and watch television so that's good.

Everything went very well with Easy Rest. The representative was a doll and she was great. The delivery went spectacular, except they had a little trouble finding my place. But the rep finally got there. I love the bed. I use the vibrate every night and I always have my feet up in the air. I’m very comfortable. I'm enjoying it very much. I wish it was a little lower but when the rep mentioned the height, I should have double checked on that one. I was supposed to get a free pillow and then one that was supposed to come through the mail. But I haven’t received that.

The reps did a very nice job and were very pleasant. The delivery took no time at all and they were here when they were supposed to be and did the job. For some people, the Easy Rest bed is great. But having slept on a Sleep Number, it's not like I made a major change. I just went from one to the other which are the same thing. I should have kept it. I'm not impressed nor thrilled with the Easy Rest bed. It was a waste of money. I was given the impression that this was going to be so much better for me and I could sleep at a more of an angle, which would take stress off my back and my stomach. But half the time, I can't even sleep on it. I go in the living room and sleep on the couch. It’s not comfortable. People should do some physical shopping at these places that have beds that are adjustable at a much lower price.

I like the Easy Rest bed’s flexibility. I have vibrations in it and later on, there'll be heat. The bed can go up and back, and it can raise my feet up or down whichever way you want to go. I have it tilted a little up and I seem to rest better.

The experience with the reps was very nice. They were very helpful and the salesman was very good. The two guys who delivered the bed and set it up were pleasant. They went in there and did their job, and they asked me to see if it was okay. It better be because I can't fix it If it's not right and I’d have to call them back. I'm very happy with the bed. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I can adjust how high my head is. The first few days I got it, I used the heat and it helped to relieve the pain I was having. Easy Rest sent me a heated mattress cover. I didn't know that was coming and that came the other day. I was gonna buy one.

The guys who delivered the bed gave me a little idea on how it was going to work. I sleep better since using the Easy Rest bed. It’s more adjustable than my older bed and fits to where I need it. I can bring my feet higher and sometimes, it’s set up in the TV position. It’s more comfortable for me.

I liked the sales rep very much and the delivery team was nice. They were very clean and didn’t make a mess. They were awesome. When I used the Easy Rest bed, it was good on my back and my knees.

My experience with the rep of Easy Rest was okay. Everything went well with the delivery too.

I'm a polio survivor, so I have a hard time getting in and out of bed. The whole bed would have to be one that would raise and lower from the floor, like some of the hospital beds. I can get in bed, but I have to lift my leg up to get in, and that's true with any bed that I use. I had my old bed 20 years and it stopped functioning as far as raising and lowering is concerned. The Easy Rest bed was down, and that was wonderful. I'm not gonna be up in the air all the time. Also, any time that I can raise and lower my head or my feet is a blessing. The delivery people came in, delivered the bed, and took my old bed, and so far, I'm satisfied with my Easy Rest bed.

Overall, I really like the bed. Also, the sales rep was fine and the installers did a good job.

I really love the Easy Rest Bed. I feel so much better sleeping. I like that I can go up and down whenever I want and I can adjust it well. People are missing out on a whole lot if they don't get this bed. I just wish I had gotten the longer one. The delivery also went really well. They took my other bed. They had a lot of stuff to get rid of and they did a very good job cleaning. They had the place look nicer than it was before they came.

The Easy Rest is a comfortable bed. I'm very satisfied with it. I've used the massage feature on several occasions. The half-hour before I go to sleep at night, I watch TV and the ability to raise the back of the bed up so I don't have to stuff pillows under my shoulders and my head is a nice feature.

The Easy Rest rep's personality was great. She was amazing. She was very friendly. She was very professional. She sold me. The delivery guys were quick and prompt. I'm enjoying my Easy Rest bed greatly. I love it. I enjoy the massager. I'm thinking I might get one for my king-size bed.

I had a lot of pain, so I figured the Easy Rest bed would help me with some of the pain I have. So far, I like it. It's hard. It keeps my feet above my heart, which is a good thing. As far as the delivery team, they were very nice. They came in, did their job and they demonstrated everything to me. I love the bed. I love the efficiency and respect that the people gave when they came out. They were very respectful and honest.

The Easy Rest rep explained their product well. The delivery people were timely, and they demonstrated and set up the bed. The bed is very comfortable and I sleep more soundly. I use the foot and the head incline the most, so I could breathe easier and sleep easier at night.

I love the vibration on my Easy Rest bed, I like the lights up underneath it when I get up in the middle of the night, and I love being able to elevate my legs. The Easy Rest sales rep was very friendly and nice. The delivery team was really thorough and made sure the height was like I wanted it. They set it up and they were very friendly, too. I had a good experience with Easy Rest.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and laid out everything ahead of time so that I knew what I was getting into and how long everything would take, including when I would get the product once I'd purchased it. It went very well, as well as the delivery. We live in a mobile home and the delivery guys had to maneuver to get everything in. They were very pleasant and were willing to do whatever they needed to do to get the bed into the house. They set it up then brought me in to see if everything was good. I had no issues at all. The Easy Rest bed is a little stiff for me though. My old bed was all broken in and very soft. My new bed is taking some getting used to, but I realize that's with anything brand new. I've put a sponge topper on it, and that's working better for me. It a little softer.

The delivery people were knowledgeable of what was going on, and I didn't have any trouble with that. It took them an hour to get the whole thing in. I used my old bed frame and what they did on my bed itself, they just set the thing right down the middle of the bed. It was an easy job. They took my other bed down as well. I thought there was gonna be a heater with it for the wintertime, but I didn't receive that. They said it would be shipped later. I also thought they were gonna put the bed 24 inches from the floor, but it's too high now. I'm going to try to get it lowered back in some way. Other than that, this bed is 70% better than my old one and it's comfortable for me. I can curl up and sleep on it, but I can't do it on another bed. I like raising my head up too. I've recommended Easy Rest to some people.

The sales rep and installers did a great job, and I’m just enjoying sleeping on our Easy Rest bed. I have the feet up and the head up, and I like it, but my husband doesn't. Apart from that, I'm having a problem. I wanted to send more money than they want me to send to pay for it, and my husband made a check out and sent it in because he didn't know that they were going to take it out of my account. It has been a little while since I called Easy Rest, but we just don't seem to be able to get it together and I'm just waiting for my check balance to come in and see what they've done this month.

The delivery guys were very nice and helpful. When they took the old bed out, I was going to vacuum for them and the guy said, "Oh, no, we'll take care of that, ma'am." Also, I absolutely love our Easy Rest bed. We got the vibration and that was a big thing because it calmed all of my and my husband's muscles. We're in our 80s, so anything that helps us sleep better, we're all for it.

I'm a veteran and I was getting the Easy Rest bed at half price. When I asked how much it cost, the rep told me 160 a month in less than three years. That's the only reason I agreed. I was also in a hurry to have something different. But when I got the paperwork, it says it was going to be $210 per month in three years. It’s $160 a month for five years. I was disappointed. That's not what I agree to but I got stuck with it. The man was telling me they couldn’t do anything about it. I already signed the papers. It was my fault for not reading every little piece of paper. That aside, the man did a good job answering any questions I had. Also, the bed feels comfortable and I like it. I have a massage feature on there and I use the up and down feature the most. I would recommend the Easy Rest to somebody but I would also advise that they pay attention to what is being said.

The Easy Rest rep wasn't pressuring and he was good. What we didn't understand was that he presented a deluxe model, but he didn't recommend it. I was like, "Why would you present a deluxe model that doesn't have this and this and stress buying the middle one?" The only difference between the middle one and the deluxe was the headrest part change. There were also several bells and whistles that didn't come with it. Also, the fact I don't think there was a military discount on it, that turned me off because I'm retired military and I've been spoiled to military discounts.

The techs had to disassemble the bed to get it upstairs and had to put it back together. They put a different type of legs on it and put it the way I wanted it. They did a good job. But I'm still not happy with them because they were supposed to send a heating type of blanket and another pillow that I've never received yet.

The Easy Red bed is comfortable. When my legs hurt, I put it up. It's been good. When the installers came, they told me about the bed and showed me how to work it. However, they never gave me the other pillow that they said that they were gonna give me.

I wish that we had gotten the one where my husband can adjust his side of the bed and I can adjust my side of the bed too. But other than that, we haven't found any fault with the Easy Rest bed. The installer explained everything to us. He also gave us the booklet that came with it. However, when they told us what date we were supposed to be getting the bed, they were a no-show. When we finally got in contact with someone, they told us that the truck broke down in North Carolina. We didn't get the mattress until a couple of days later. But they didn't even try to get in contact with us to let us know. I had to reach out, to keep calling to find out what was going on. I wasted over half a day waiting for them to deliver the mattress.

When I get in the bed, it's soft. I can also raise my head and feet when I want to. When I'm tired, I get in there and relax. I love the bed. Everything is great about my experience.

The sales reps were nice people, and they seemed to be very good. They explained everything to me, what to do and about the payment. Easy Rest's options are good. I would have taken the king size if I had enough room, but I don't. I already have one king-sized bed in the house that my daughter brought here to me from her house, and I was using that before I got this one. I like my Easy Rest bed. It's soft and when I’m tired and I go to lie down on it, it makes me feel comfortable. It helps me sleep a little better, and I like the texture of it too.

The Easy Rest bed was something that I had been thinking about doing for a very long time. Somebody called and I consented to an appointment for somebody to come to my home and tell me about it. I ended up buying the bed. The delivery was as smooth as silk. The crew followed all of my instructions to the letter. The person who set it up was very efficient and gave me the right instructions. Everything is an A plus. I really like the bed. It's everything I had hoped it would be. The only downside is the outrageously high interest rate that I'm having to pay. I'm thinking about having my bank switch it over to a lower interest rate. Other than that, everything’s fine.

I like the zero gravity and the massage on the Easy Rest bed but it is uncomfortable as hell for me. My king size bed, which is two beds, literally has a groove down in the middle where I fall into if I try to roll over or if me and my wife wanna cuddle. It makes it very awkward and uncomfortable. I was thinking about calling back to try to either replace it or just not deal with it anymore. Because to spend that kind of money on the bed, I don't want to have to be feeling that problem either.

I got the queen size bed from Easy Rest and it's perfect. It was a little costly but the sales guy was good and explained everything. The delivery was fast. The reps took the old bed out, put the new one in and put it together quickly. I raise my head up on the bed so I could get comfortable to sleep at night. And then I turn on the vibrator so it relaxes the muscles in your legs and your back, and I fall asleep easy.

The Easy Rest reps gave me a lot of information and I bought their product. The two guys that did the delivery were excellent. They put the bed together and they spent some time showing me how it works. I love my bed and I feel very comfortable. The whole bed is fantastic. I would recommend Easy Rest.

We had supposedly won a free bed in a sweepstakes thing. A week later, a guy called and canceled the appointment. They were gonna get back to us. That took two months. We got another call from Easy Rest and we thought it was that. A guy came out to talk to us and we realized we didn't win any bed and that this was somebody else. We just listened to him.

The Easy Rest bed is very easy to handle. I adjust it just the way I wanna sleep in, and it is not bad. When I started with the bed the first time, everything was funny. "Why is it this way?" "Why is it that way?" But once you get used to it, everything is okay. It’s also highly overpriced, but we gotta live with it. I needed the bed for my back, and it is much more comfortable than just a regular flat bed. It's just gonna take a little more while till I get used to it. So far, everything is good and I hope it lasts so it’s worth the money. Also, the first guy told me that heating pad is gonna come a bit later and I received it.

The sales rep was good, and the guys who came to install were pretty fast, as well as nice and courteous. Even though I'm still trying to get used to the bed, I can sleep better in it. It's also easy to use the remote and I like being able to adjust the bed up and down like if I want to watch TV, which I hardly ever do in the bed.

The delivery team looked like they knew what they were doing and they were friendly and cooperative. I was gonna keep my headboard and the footboard, but they did not fit and they informed me of that. The Easy Rest bed gives me a little exercise. I can get some different movements -- head, feet, and back. That’s different.

The sales guy was great, and the guys that came and delivered were really nice. They knew I have problems with my leg, and they were really good getting everything done. I like the way the Easy Rest bed raises my legs up at night. Also, I can get up and move in the mornings a lot easier than I could before, and I'm sleeping better. I wouldn't give up my bed.

I thought I was getting a heated bed, but it wasn't. They told me that it was very comfortable and wasn't hard. But the Easy Rest bed is hard. I wanted a softer mattress. We got rid of a very nice mattress and this one’s uncomfortable. Also, when they demonstrated how to use the Easy Rest bed, it looked to me that they made the bed raise flat and up but we can't get it to do that.

We thought that the Easy Rest bed is going to be helpful for my old people but it’s very costly and they are not happy about it. Every time I move the remote to bring the bed up, they said they feel nauseous.

The delivery person came in, put everything together and explained to us how to use the remote. He brought extra legs for the bed too. He was very polite and if I had any questions, he answered that. I haven't had the bed that long to do a whole lot with it, but I'm very satisfied with what I'm already doing. Occasionally, I raise the lower part, but the most I do is raise the head part. We've always used a full bed, and the Easy Rest bed is working much better. My lower back some of the time would ache and this bed has helped me. I don't have nearly as much acid reflux and I'm sleeping better and longer in this bed too. I'm not waking up near as much like I was with the old bed.

The salesperson was very professional and nice. He could answer my questions with no problem, and I liked him. I sleep real well in my Easy Rest bed. It's easy to get in and it's very comfortable. However, I've got several bills in the mail saying I owe this much money but I don't know what I'm supposed to owe Easy Rest. One said, "Congratulations. We've certified that you can do your downpayment." Then I get another in the mail and it says they won't take payments. I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

I like the bed 'cause you can let it up and down in the direction that you want it. It's a good quality bed. It helps support my back. I'm still waiting on my free items though and it's been over a month. I'm supposed to have a blanket but the only thing I got was my mattress cover.

The sales reps did good. They informed me to where I needed to go and I pretty much did everything. Also, the delivery went well, and the bed is good. I like the softness and how it goes up and down. People will get the best sleep ever with it.

The lady who came to the house was real good, and the people who put the bed together seemed like good Christian knowing fellows as well. My wife said the bed is set too high though. The legs on it look like they may come apart in the middle. Other than that, I'd recommend anybody to have an Easy Rest bed. I got a bad knee and I like that I can raise my legs up. It helps quite a bit.

I don't like that the man that came to sell the bed to me never even called me back to see if I like it. It's been two months now about. I like vibration of the bed. The only thing that upset me about it is that the mattress is so hot. I'm very, very disappointed with that mattress.

My experience was good except for one thing. They told me that they would finance it but when they came out here, who they were gonna finance it with was going to make 26% interest. No way I'm paying that kind of interest so I went ahead and paid cash for it. But I love the bed. I like that it raises your head and feet. I read a lot so it's good for me to help to raise me up so I can read better.

The rep was a great guy and a fantastic salesman. The only thing that I would recommend is to let people try the bed for a week, but I understand that they can't do that. They're too far away for putting it together. However, if I spend that much more money on anything else, I'll try it out before I buy it. The Easy Rest bed is nice. I liked the features on the one that I bought, the underlight, and I thought it was going to improve my problems in sleeping, but it doesn't. I sleep good with the bed, but the cheaper one would have been fine with me.

They made sure that the new bed was up high enough so that I could store some things underneath it. I like the Easy Rest bed. I like the ability to adjust the head and the foot, and it is very comfortable, too.

I like to read on the bed so I like to have the head of the bed up. Then I have to put it down before I go to sleep.

The girl that came out was fantastic. She was very polite and explanatory. She showed me the film. The delivery went well. The guys were nice. They were supposed to have been here at noon but their truck tore up. They didn't get here till 5 o'clock in the afternoon. They explained everything to me and showed me how the bed worked. I love the bed. I like being able to sleep in a bed and not in my recliner, and have it to where I can adjust it. I slept upstairs in my recliner for 20 years because I couldn't breathe at night but now that I have Easy Rest, I'm resting real good.

The salesman was extremely good at his job but I'm not enjoying the Easy Rest bed to the tune of the over $3,000 I paid. When I first slept in it, I ended up not being able to move and going to the chiropractor. I was so messed up that he couldn't even work on me. I bought it because I have the 18 Fibromyalgia points. I have a little bit of scoliosis. I also have osteopenia and some arthritis. The chiropractor asked me what I did and I told him I lifted up the head and the foot of the bed. Maybe I did it a little too much so I started just doing it way gradually, which I'm still only lifting a little bit. But I haven't noticed any benefits at all. Sometimes in the middle of the night, I flatten it out because I'm kind of uncomfortable. I am not happy. I wish I would have just bought a regular fur mattress. They tell you you can return things in three days but in three days, I wouldn't have known how unhappy I was.

The rep showed me what was available, gave me some options, and showed me how the Easy Rest bed would work. I had to delay the delivery because I was in the process of moving and they worked with me on that. I'm please with the bed.

I've always used about four or five pillows to elevate my head. But now that I have the Easy Rest bed, I don't have to. I can elevate the bed to make it more comfortable for sleeping. The Easy Rest bed is a little bit more comfortable, the fact that I can move it around.

I needed the Easy Rest bed for the massage part of it and that works very good. The only problem is that I can’t get sheets to fit under it good. They could make the bed thinner.

The Easy Rest is better than what I had before. But I have a back pain. I thought the Easy Rest would help my back. But it doesn’t help at all. I still have this back pain the same way.

I've enjoyed the Easy Rest bed. I like that it vibrates and you can raise your feet up a little high. I sleep better and can't get enough of the bed. I've told a lot of people about it and they’ve asked some brochure.

The reps were very considerate and respectful. Everything was great and the Easy Rest bed is comfortable. My husband still experiences a little back problem, but it's getting a little better everyday. We like the massage. My husband uses it twice a day, in the morning before he goes to work and in the evening when he's getting ready to go to sleep. We haven't gotten the beginning package yet though.

I like the salesmanship from the salesman, and he was a good seller. Also, the Easy Rest is a comfortable bed. I use the vibrator and the massage, the head and leg tilt, the light under the bed, the flashlight and the phone charger. It's great. I tell everybody about it, but nobody can afford it. I took my life savings to buy it.

I did not catch when the salesman told us that we would have to take our frame out. And when the men got here and removed our mattress, they said, “All your mechanism,” right down inside the frames that I had. So, we kept our headboard and footboard. And the Easy Rest bed sits inside that with no obstructions, where it worked out fine. I'm satisfied with the equipment so far. The vibrating system works okay. My wife uses the Easy Rest for the elevation of the head. And she can raise herself up almost to a sitting position. That's a feature she likes.

I'm not resting all that good with the firm mattress on the Easy Rest bed. I can't lay in it overnight. I get up and get in the chair. It does everything that it's supposed to do but I need something a little softer. The guy who sold it to me cared only that they got it and brought it. I need him to call me and let me know if he's got something softer than that.

The sales guy was very nice. He sold me right away. But the mattress is poorly constructed. It's breaking down. It is too hard. It's giving away on the side that I get up and down on. I'm disappointed in it.

I like the part where you can turn over and when somebody else is sleeping with you, you don't know when they turn over. So nobody wakes you up because of flipping or flopping in the bed. It's a real good mattress. It holds up. It does what the sales rep told me it would do. I put the head up, and then you can go up to the lounge abbreviation, which helps you a whole lot. I can pull it up, and also let it down so far according to what I need. It's a good investment and it's worth every dime I paid for it. It's helped with getting a good night's sleep. It's the best thing I've ever done for me and my body.

My husband wakes up a lot during the night but the Easy Rest bed doesn't seem to have affected that at all. It's not an uncomfortable bed, but I don't find it to be especially comfortable. I was surprised that when the head comes up, it kind of bunches up around the middle of the bed. I've been in a hospital bed before where the top will come up and everything stays smooth. But with the Easy Rest, it creates a hump where the top would meet the bottom. If I were to do it again, I wouldn't do it.

The Easy Rest is better than the bed we previously had. We use the adjustable part and the vibrate massage part.

The sales reps were nice and honest and the delivery was fine. I can't say they were on time but they were professional when they got here. Also, I'm satisfied with the Easy Rest bed. It's better than my other bed was. My other bed was giving me back aches and this one doesn't. When I get my new home, I'm buying two. It's good on my back.

I had fun with the rep. We laughed, joked and talked. But first, he gave me all the pointers about the bed and I had a good time pulling his chain. He pulled my chain and I ended up buying a bed. When it was delivered, the reps took my old bed out and put it down in the basement, hooked the new one up and showed me how it worked and all the positions. It's got a night light on it. So, when I get up at night, I don't have to fall around and click a light on. I got enough light to go to the bathroom if I have to. They were very nice. My previous mattress wouldn't bend. I couldn't have set it up or raise my feet or my head, and it didn't vibrate. With the Easy Rest bed, I can lay in bed and set it up so I can watch TV and still be comfortable. When I get ready to go to bed and cut the TV off, I go right to sleep and I sleep all night. No turning and twisting. Most of the time, I sleep around six to eight hours, which is more than I usually do.

The rep was very kind and explained everything to me. He let me see a video of the bed. He talked for an hour at a time and he wasn't pushy. The delivery went fine but the crew took the wrong mattress out. So, they wrapped it back up, put it back in, then they got another one, unwrapped it, and it was perfect. I sleep very well on the Easy Rest. I love it. When I go to bed, if my legs are aching and I put the foot part up, and I adjust it with the one on my side on the head part. It puts me to sleep right away. The mattress is so soft and comfortable. Also, you can get a free massage and put the heating pad if you want heat. You can adjust it any way you want to your comfort. It's just wonderful. Comfy is what I was looking for and now I've got it. I've enjoyed this bed ever since I got it. I get a lot more rest than I used to. I'm glad I got this bed.

The Easy Rest bed is better for me, because I can go up and down sometimes when I need it. When I get cramps on my legs, I pull up the bed to relax my legs. Something’s wrong with the bed though. Sometimes, when I try to put it up and press the remote control, the bed does not move. The remote control is up, but it's not working. I have to plug in the plug and pull out then plug it in, and the remote works. Other than that, the features are good. They got everything in there that I needed. The massage for my back, on my neck, is better for me. Sometimes I need something hot in my leg, and they sent me something for putting in the bed for heat two weeks ago.

Easy Rest sent a sales lady out who went through the whole spiel, and she was very nice. The delivery team was very good too. However, the product was larger than our bed frame is and I was a little disappointed in how that fits on our bed. It doesn't fit in the bed frame itself, which I thought it was supposed to. It's just standing by itself. The original bed was 54 by 74 and the Easy Rest is 54 by 80. Our bed frame at the foot end is low and the bottom end of the product sticks out.

The sales rep was wonderful. Also, the Easy Rest is a wonderful purchase and excellent quality of bed. I like the vibration feature.

My Easy Rest bed is getting better every day. I had not heard about it before, but the gentleman that came and talked to us was very nice and friendly. He did a good job of showing us what it would do and it is fine with me. It didn't take the delivery people long to bring it in and put it up. I like the vibration on the bed, but my husband doesn't like it. The only thing I don't like about the bed is the sheet problem. We have a comforter on top of the top sheet, and somehow, the top sheet seems to want to go down to the foot of the bed, but that's not unusual.

I had a salesman come out, and he talked to my grandpa who decided to give Easy Rest a try. They did pretty good. My grandpa is enjoying the bed and it's helped him sleep better. He wasn't really sleeping too good. Now, it's like he sleeps all the time.

My Easy Rest bed is fantastic. No matter if I sleep in the middle or the side, the bed sleeps good, and I like the features. Being able to raise the upper part up makes it easier for me if I have to read in bed.

The sales rep was very good with his demeanor and about explaining things. The delivery people were in and out, did a very good job, and did everything that I asked them to do. The Easy Rest bed is for my daughter when she comes down to stay with me. I have a Sleep Number bed that I use myself and that was about as close as you can get to it without going to another Sleep Number and I didn't want to spend that money.

Easy Rest is a good company. They are great communicators, and everything was simple when I worked with them. They did what they said, and my bed is awesome. I'm glad I got it. It works really good and it's really comfortable.

I’m 86 years old and I'm having back problems. I gave Easy Rest a try. The salesman was knowledgeable and showed me a lot. The delivery people were perfect and they knew the job right down to the minute. They demonstrated everything to me and made sure I knew how everything works. They did a very good job. The Easy Rest is working out good. Comparing it to the bed I had before, it's heaven and hell. I used the head lift and the feet lift of the bed. I put high enough where the circulation works great. The bed is also very easy to make. I’m a lot more comfortable now and I’m not having back problems. I get a full night’s rest. You wake up in the morning and you're ready to go.

The delivery was great. The guys were very polite, nice, and helpful. The salesperson was a bit different than what we expected, but he was okay. There was a misunderstanding about a set of sheets to go with the bed, but it got straightened out. My husband likes about everything about the bed. He likes that it has a massage feature (it's a bit loud though) and that he can lift his legs up a little and his head. He loved the pillow too. He sleeps well on it, and he doesn't have a stiff neck in the morning. Some mornings, he's not as grouchy as others.

My mattress of 30 years was worn out and I had to get a new mattress. The friend I went shopping with was very pushy and she picked out Easy Rest. She said I needed it so I got that. Our sales representative did her job excellently and she convinced me to buy a $4,000 mattress. The delivery was great. Two guys came right in and carried the big, heavy mattresses into the bedroom. They were queen size, so that's a big load. They stacked the little round things that form the legs, put the box springs and mattresses on top of that, and I had a bed.

Mostly, I talked to Trevor, and he's been an excellent representative. He's helped me when I've had questions about the bed. The delivery person had to bring the bed up through the stairway because my elevator is so small. He was the only one working by himself, and he set it up good, but I need to read a bit more about the capability of the bed. The delivery person was tired and just rushed through the instructions on how to work the bed. He wasn't very patient.

I have a breathing problem, so the bed helps to elevate my head to breathe better at night. Also, I enjoy the vibration part of it. It's relaxing. It sleeps better than what I had owned.

The gentleman who came was fantastic. When I saw everything that he showed me, he was very big on it, and I thought, "It's better than getting one of those Sleep Number beds." He sold me in that visit. Delivery went fine too. They were very nice, quick, and efficient, and I like my Easy Rest bed very much. I like raising it up and down to get it made. I also like it close to the floor whenever I sleep at night simply because I have a dog, and whenever I roll over in bed, I just swing my legs out and sit right up. The first night I slept on the bed, I thought, "Oh, my God, I want my old mattress back," but I spent a second night in it, and it was like, "Ah, this is nice. I can’t do without this." I thought I had to make do with this bed, but it's a mental attitude, really.

Everything worked just fine with the representative and the delivery. It was very nice. I love my bed, and I have no complaints about it. I've turned it on vibrate when I go to bed at night and lay up, let it vibrate a while, then I turn it off and go to sleep. I'm very pleased with it. My daughter lives in Spartanburg and she came and slept on the bed with me and she loved it too. She told her husband she wanted one.

The pillows we got were high and hard. We couldn't rest well on those. Also, the lights underneath the bed come on and sometimes will stay on. Other than that, working with their team was good and the delivery as fine. The bed is good and I can adjust it to me. But the bad thing is I can't find sheets to fit it.

Delivery and setup was very nice, and everything is what was described. The Easy Rest is a very nice bed, and it helps out with my back and legs. I can make adjustments to however I want to for my body.

I like my new bed. I can adjust it up and down and I put the vibrate on it. It’s comforting.

The sales rep was wonderful, and I like that at the delivery I didn't have to do anything. They did everything themselves. It was great. The Easy Rest is a wonderful bed, and I like everything about it. I can sleep good. I don't have to keep twisting and turning. My fiancee keeps saying her feet is hanging off the bed, but I'm thinking that she has to sit up or lay in the bed first, then lift herself up. She doesn't sit in it. Overall, the Easy Rest is the best bed to get if you want to have no aches and pains.

When I sit on the edge of the bed to get into it, it sinks. That's what I don't like about the Easy Rest. Also, they were gonna charge me for late payments. I'm buying a bed on sale and now they're gonna charge me a finance charge. I didn't get that and I wound up paying. They never mentioned that. Other than that, my experience with Easy Rest has been pretty good.

The sales rep was very nice and helpful. The bed didn't get here the day they said it would 'cause the truck had an accident. But that didn't matter. The guy who did the delivery was very good. The bed is very comfortable and I'm really enjoying it. I'm happy with it.

The delivery was good. But I should have gotten a twin. Also, it feels like I'm sliding out of the bed. Other than that, it's going all right.

I tried to contact Easy Rest the night before they brought the bed but nobody answered. They brought the bed the day after I signed up for it. However, I don't like it. It’s too short for me. And the night I got it, I slept in it and I got sick the next morning. I told Easy Rest to come and get it.

Other than that, the rep I had was well abreast on the whole enchilada and he convinced me on the spot. The way he did the presentation, the video, and the whole nine was off the chain. The bed was bought before he left out of the house. My objective is to search for comfort. I was convinced that with the Easy Rest, my night sleeps would be awesome and I would have pleasant dreams. But so far, I've been having nothing but nightmares. I am confused about how I feel with regard to how my bed is treating me.

I don't like the Easy Rest bed. It's horrible. I hate it. It's hard. I had to get it lowered but they wouldn't lower it. I've called their toll-free number and they wouldn't answer me.

The Easy Rest bed worked perfectly. My wife really likes it. The delivery also went fine.

The Easy Rest bed is perfect for me, especially my weight. Some people who were as overweight as I told me, “Your backache will stop when you order it.” When I received it by mail, I decided to order and now, my backache stopped. It is working. It’s the best compared to Tempur-Pedic and even a Sleep Number. This is the only one that stopped the backache. I love it the way it is.

The Easy Rest rep was very professional. The delivery team was excellent as well. I contacted them for a catalog and they were very good to me. The quality of the bed is excellent and my favorite feature is the massager.

They delivered the bed within a week and the crew was great. But I'm having a little trouble getting used to the bed. It's a bit firm. Other than that, the vibration feature is very soothing and relaxing.

I like the adjustment and the vibration features. What I don't like is the way I have to make it up all the time and adjust the seat. Other than that, the bed is comfortable. I recommend that you buy it.

Everything went smoothly with setup and delivery. Everything is okay with the bed. It is different and it does a lot of things. It's fun and nice to half. I can watch TV and massage myself. You will be happy to have gotten it.

The sales process was long but very good. I kept saying that the rep didn’t have to tell me anymore. I have wanted an Easy Rest bed for 10 years so he didn’t have to sell me on it. But he said he had to anyway. It’s a very good bed but I have to get used to sleeping in it. I lay down in the Easy Rest bed one night, and it hurt my hips. It was hard. I'm so used to sleeping in my recliner that I'm having a problem. I sit in the bed and watch TV, but when it's time to sleep, I get up and get in my recliner.

The sales rep from Easy Rest insisted on showing me all the bells and whistles and doing the demonstration with the vibrator under the pillows. But the delivery people leave a little to be desired. They brought it in and set it up for me. I was in severe pain at that time. I'm 73 and I have arthritis in all my joints so I have trouble doing things at times. I asked the gentleman if they would put covers on it and they didn't do it. They didn't have time and it wasn’t part of their job. The guy irritated me because he couldn't help me make my bed and I told him he was not a nice person. It took me two days to get the bed made. I just threw a blanket over the mattress and then a blanket over me, and threw the pillows up there.

This Easy Rest adjustable bed is very comfortable. I got a double bed but I should have gotten a queen size. Still, I like my new bed. I like to be able to put the head of the bed up and I’d watch TV or read the newspaper or whatever I want to do at night.

The sales rep was very good and I’d recommend him to anybody. He was very thorough and he is top-notch in my book. In two weeks, I'll be 81 years old and I've enjoyed this Easy Rest bed. Since using it, my back problems have lightened up. I was using a bunch of pillows and it just didn't get it. This is 10 times better. I don’t have the heating set very high. I set it on 1 because I just need a little warmth.

The sales rep and the installers did a good job job. The quality of the bed has been okay. But they're two single mattresses and they keep sliding over in the middle. Other than that, we like the vibration feature. My granddaughter comes every other week and she has the remote with the light shining looking all up under the bed.

The guy who introduced the bed to us and looked up prices as nice. The guys who delivered it and the financial people were nice as well. I'm glad I got the bed. I used to sleep with six pillows on me and now I just have the one they sent with it. And, I would recline like I'm supposed to. It's great.

The delivery of my Easy Rest was great. The guy was very courteous, friendly, and professional, and it didn't take him a long time to do it. I like the Easy Rest bed, but the only thing I don't like about it is when you let it up and down, the sheets come off of it. Maybe I'm not doing something right, but that's the only part I don't like about it. I've been resting really well with it. I also like all the gadgets. On the remote, it's got the flashlight and that's very convenient. Underneath the bed, it's got the lights. I just love all the different positions that the bed can get to.

I enjoy my Easy Rest bed because I can lift my head and raise my feet. It makes it much better. As far as the Easy Rest rep, he did a good demonstration. Also, the delivery team was here early and they got the bed delivered and got it together. They demonstrated to me how it works.

East Rest's sales rep was good. Delivery was as good as the person that came out here and said, "I can get it delivered." What happened was when the delivery people came here, he had to call back to the office because some of the paperwork hadn't gone through with the financial people. He got that straight and delivered me my bed and I'm as happy as a jaybird. I like the bed because I have problems with my legs and because I can pluck my legs up in the air with it in like a fetal position, it's better for my legs instead of just laying flat. The quality is good.

Health-wise, I figured I'd give Easy Rest a shot and see if that helps. The sales rep was fine. It got a little iffy for a minute with the boss of the sales rep whenever he got pushy. But after he realized that I wasn't going for no more, he apologized. Everything was fine. And that was right before I decided. A month later, I was, “I’m definitely interested, I just got a few things on my plate. I need to take care of it first.” I called and told them, “Let's do this.” The guys came in, did everything they needed. I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was painless and quick.

The sales rep at the office is very nice. Even though he didn't tell the truth. He should be straight up with the people he's talking to. Don't tell them they're gonna get a rebate back and you don't get it. I sent it in two days after I had the bed. Other than that, he gave me a good deal that I couldn't refuse. And the guy who came here even brought me a gift when he came. He brought me a Sunny candle and put it in a bag. The idea of it is great. He is down to earth. Really a nice person.

The lady that came and did the demonstration of the Easy Rest Bed was really good. She had all the information. She also had her computer. I got to see everything besides the bed, and everything that it offered. My daughter was here, too. We were very impressed. The delivery was really great. The way the gentlemen came in, they were very respectful. They asked questions how I wanted to put it. Then they had me come in and sit on the side of the bed to make sure to see if I could sit and stand. It was the right height. They demonstrated to me how everything worked.

I can have my legs up because I had to drain the fluid from my legs. The massage factor in it was good for me. And this is a queen. My husband passed and we had a king, and it was just too much. It was split in half and as we sleep on it, it opens up in the middle more and I always fall in that area. I had trouble because I was sleeping on a twin, and I'm 61 and a half, and that was hard because I was so afraid I would fall off. But I don't have that sliding thing because now I have the queen size. Any queen size would be better for me.

I like the Easy Rest bed. The delivery went fine. Working with their team was good.

I thought I was gonna recommend the Easy Rest bed because of how much the rep talked about the bed, that I’m gonna sleep better. Sometimes, if I feel like elevating my head, I elevate it. But I don't see anything different about it. The bad thing about it too is it's not longer and bigger than me. It's not wide. The rep even said that he would check on and see in a few days’ time to see how I like it. But he never checked.

The Easy Rest bed rep was very good. She explained it all to me in-depth. She was really the deciding factor on me getting it. I really decided then that I really wanted it. The delivery went really well. They showed me how to control the bed. They assisted me in moving, getting myself ready to get the bed in and set up. They helped me move my things in the room. They were really nice.

I enjoy the Easy Rest bed. It's good. I love it. The bed really helps. It raises my legs a lot better and I can raise my head up, too. But one thing is wrong. It's 4 inches too high. When they put it in there, they put it up there eight inches. After you get in there, it's all right but it's so hard getting up in there.

I bought my first Easy Rest bed 15 years ago. That one got burned in a house fire. I really enjoyed it before we parted. I bought what they call the queen. But it was two single beds tied together. The motions that they could go through, the up and the down and all the configurations that the bed could get into, each bed could be in a separate position. So, that made it an advantage for me or my sleeping partner because we didn't have to be in the same position or utilize the same procedures. The new one is supposedly quite improved. But it's a queen-size mattress. So, that means that you and your bed partner gotta be in agreement to be in the same positions and utilize the same things.

During the sale, I learned a lot about different areas that would satisfy my needs. The delivery guys put the bed together and then showed me how to work with the adjustments. I love the bed. I like the two arrows in the center that goes up and down. They're up on top of each other. It goes into a standing position like a TV position and I love that because your feet and head go up at the same time, and you get the right adjustment, and you're settled.

The salesman came over and started talking and, as all salesmen do, trying to put their best foot forward. Then to make sure they sink you in, they have somebody from the office, they call them, and then, all of a sudden, they gotta talk to you. So it was a big, big sale switch, which I fell into the hole. If it was something that I wasn't truly interested in and thought about it at some point during my lifetime, I would have dismissed them. It was much, much, much more than I wanted to spend to pay for this bed. My bed that they took out of here wasn't adjustable, but it was fine for me. But the salesman was comfortable to talk to. He talked like he was an old friend and we had a nice, pleasant conversation and I didn't feel in a sense that he was pushing me. So that went very well and that was a contributing factor in getting this bed.

The sales process went damn well. So far, I like the Easy Rest. We use the massager almost every night. My granddaughter's mother has too many things going on with her and she is hyper. The massager relaxes her.

Their service is excellent. But the problem is that the quality of the Easy Rest bed is lousy. The feature is good because it props your feet and your back. But Sleep Number does that too and you sleep great on it. This one is like torture. It's a very expensive bed to have an awful mattress. The rep didn't have enough information. He never told us that they had different types of mattresses. He said the mattress that comes with this bed is this one. But it's like hard as a rock. Now, we're sleeping upstairs in the guest room where we have our Sleep Number bed because we can't stand that. But they said that they're going to take care of that. They're going to change it. So we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Their rep was nice to talk to and easy to explain stuff to you. The delivery team was also wonderful. They came in, they had that bed up and ready and out the door. They explained and went through everything. The Easy Rest bed is wonderful. I don't have backaches now. I can sleep more comfortably. To have the bed divided, I don't have to hear my husband yell, "Can you put the head down?" Because I have a problem breathing. I can't lie flat.

The sales rep was good and the installation team was nice. I like all the features of my Easy Rest bed.

The Easy Rest bed is working okay. The head goes up and down and you could sleep with your head up or your foot up. I have allergies and it helps me by lifting up my head. However, I didn't like the person that came out here to put it up ‘cause he was rude. He acted like he didn't have time. He was trying to show me how to work the bed and I was asking him questions, but he didn’t want me to ask him any questions.

The sales rep was a pretty cool dude. He was very positive. The bed has a vibrator in the back which is cool but I have not slept in that bed but once since I’ve had it. It enveloped me to the point where I couldn't move either way. On my hospital bed, I could grab and pull myself up in a sitting position. This one does not have those kinds of amenities. I want Easy Rest to come pick it up.

The rep did a good job. He explained what Easy Rest was all about and gave me a little history of the company. The bed satisfies my wife's needs, and mine, too, because I got it for her. She's doing much better now because of the bed although it is not as soft as I thought it would be. But otherwise, it's fine.

The Easy Rest bed is too low for me and they need to lift it up a little higher. The bed I had before was higher, and I had gotten used to it. However, I've tried three different types of mattress and they don't add up to Easy Rest. I sleep better on this mattress. I like that I can lift my head while I'm watching TV and it doesn't hurt my back as much as the other mattresses used to. I tossed and turned with the other mattresses. I would tell people to get Easy Rest.

The rep was really patient. He went through everything and was very nice and helpful. The delivery was good. Some of the techs knew some of the stuff and some didn't so it was a little hectic. But it worked fine. I'm enjoying everything about the bed. I finally got the heating pad and that I enjoy too. I have only one problem which I was unhappy with. There was a pillow that was given as a free offer when I purchased the bed. The pillow was not the pillow that was shown in the picture that I looked at when I thought I was gonna get a pillow. This one wouldn't work for me in any way. It's so heavy, hard and uncomfortable The only thing I've done with this so far is sit on it. It won’t work for people who have neck or back issues. The one in the picture would have worked for me. It was definitely a better type because I'm familiar with those types of pillows.

It's the most uncomfortable bed I've ever owned. When I call them, they tell me to flip the bed around. I've done it four times already. I'd like Easy Rest to come get this bed. It's kind of hard. I'd go back to my old one. At least I can sleep on that.

I don't like being forced into anything. The reps were forcing me into deciding on one of these expensive beds and I said, "No." The rep got his supervisor on the phone, and he was being forceful. I just threw the phone back at the salesman that was here, and I said, "I am not going to be forced into anything. Right now, the price is too expensive.". Then, they cut the price of the platinum bed in half. So I went with it. Since sleeping on the bed, my feet don't swell like they used to. I can sleep for four hours straight. Before, I'd be running on about three hours of sleep every day.

The installers were so efficient. They talked to me and I asked questions. Then they were able to answer the questions. Easy Rest needs more people like that. I haven't gotten the heating pad just yet but I can bring my feet up, raise my head and lay in the position that I want. The head and vibration massage features are my favorites. The bed really helps and the quality is okay. But the cost is really out of my league.

I like how the Easy Rest bed feels and the comfort it gives me. However, one side of the mattress is kind of low. That’s right by my back, where I lie. When I mash it all down on the backside, it comes right back up. But on the front and that spot, it doesn’t.

Easy Rest did all of the things that they were supposed to do. The salesperson that sold the bed to me was very courteous. The only thing that is puzzling me is when he sold me the bed, he told me that it can be rolled and it can lock down but when they delivered it, it doesn't have rollers. It just has flat cuffs. Also, I was supposed to have received a free pillow. They gave me a number to send off for it but when the salesperson came, he gave me a different number and they brought that pillow with them. If they would send me the other pillow, then I would have two pillows, one for each of the beds. But I didn't realize that sleeping in an Easy Rest position that I got it programmed for was much better. I was used to sleeping on my side or back but when I can elevate like I’m doing now with the Easy Rest bed, I might be able to live another 15 years or so.

The Easy Rest rep was excellent. The delivery was fine, too. I didn't get my pillow, though.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was very professional, friendly and courteous. He answered all of the questions that I had. He went the extra mile to make the sale. The delivery was very convenient, too. However, I was told that they would take the old bed away. But they said they couldn't take it away, they could just move it. They had new beds on the truck and they couldn't haul it off. But the quality of the bed is excellent. I sleep a lot better. It's easier for me to get up in the mornings. My favorite feature is the vibrator part because I have a lot of problems with my legs. So, that helps a great deal.

The Easy Rest bed has helped me a lot. I sleep better, which I didn't sleep much at all on the flatbed. Now, I can raise up the back and the foot. I'm doing pretty well. The rep was very kind and he interjected things with his life. His mother and dad got out of bed and it's really helped them too. I live upstairs and the man that delivered it carried it all up and did a good job, too. Took everything that was needed to throw away down to the dumpster and took my bed, as well.

The Easy Rest bed eases a lot of my pains. I like the vibration and the adjusting of my feet. The sales rep was thorough. He gave me all the information about it that he could. The delivery team was really efficient. They came right in and set it up.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was very nice. Their financing was perfect, too. Today, I just changed it because I want to pay it off sooner. I don't know how many years that was, but I didn't want it to last that long. The delivery and set-up were wonderful. The guys were perfect. He even vacuumed the floor for me because I said I got to vacuum the floor before they put the bed down. However, the bed doesn't do everything the rep said it was gonna do. But it has helped me sleep. I have really bad insomnia, and so far, my sleeping is getting a little bit better, which is good.

My Easy Rest bed is all good. I like that I'm able to raise my feet or my head to feel comfortable. The rep did well and everything was okay with the delivery.

The saleslady of Easy Rest was really nice. She knew what she was doing and talking about. The delivery team was also really nice. They did a good job putting it up and at my right height that I needed getting in and out of it. But I had ordered the massager machine, a couple of pillows, some blankets and sheets and I just don't know how long does it take for them to come. But with Easy Rest, I sleep better, longer and comfortably. It's really nice. I remember how the bed feels when I’m in the hospital when I would raise it up and it’s helped me relax my legs and then my back. I know it’s not being in the hospital, I’m at home but I enjoyed the bed.

The sales rep who came out was very professional and he took his time. I would recommend him to anyone. I got a full size Easy Rest bed and it's perfect for me. I like the massage feature and I use it the most. Also, when I'm watching TV, I can at least lift it up so I can be comfortable.

The two men did an excellent job bringing in our Easy Rest bed and we're really enjoying it. It’s the best bed my husband and I have ever slept on. My husband likes the massage and he sleeps real comfortable.

I like that I can adjust the position of the Easy Rest Bed and get comfortable. But then, I notice that I don't want to be in different positions when I'm trying to sleep because sometimes it can cause me a little discomfort in the morning. So, I'm learning to work with it. It's not at all that I think it would be, but I like it.

I was having sleepless nights. I also have problems with my breathing. I wanted to see if Easy Rest will work for me. The Easy Rest rep was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed her giving me the instructions, telling me about the different beds and telling me the pluses for the bed. I got it a little sooner than I thought that I would be. When they set it up, it was just as easy. The only thing, they had to call somebody and the person on the other end took a while to answer the phone. Other than that, everything else went smoothly. The bed, at this point, is pleasurable to me. I love getting in it. I just had one little issue. The bed was letting down by itself. If it continues to do that, then I'm gonna call the rep and have him come check it out. The pricing of the bed also fluctuates and someone will really have to see if they can really afford the payments on it.

I love the bed. It’s a good investment. I can raise my head and my feet up higher. I can sleep and breathe better with the Easy Rest.

I was dissatisfied with the way the sales rep talked. He came on really strong that you didn't know how to say no. Also, he should have been honest. He told me there were no places that were selling the bed but there's a place right near to me that's selling it and probably cheaper. Then, when they delivered the bed and the base, they should have been honest when I signed. I asked them if I could keep my base on the floor and if I have to pay for their base when I kept my own. They said I signed that they put the base in and it says I got theirs, which isn't right. Other than that, the installers were very nice. I got the soft bed and sometimes I feel the softness of it too much and I'm uncomfortable. But other times, I'm fine.

David, the sales rep, was very nice and professional. The delivery guy showed up with his truck and the bed. He came into the bedroom, removed the old mattress and box springs and brought the new mattress in and set it up. The Easy Rest is very comfortable. The head and the foot both raise and vibrate. I have used the vibration more than anything.

The guy who came out, Joe, did a really good demonstration. I told him I'm having problems with my feet and I sleep with socks on. He had me in the bed and put the feet and the head up. He said putting my feet up would help and explained why the blood runs better to the heart easier. So far, he's right and that helped. I'm sleeping awfully well with the Easy Rest bed and I have no complaints about it. This is a much superior bed than our previous one. I also like the pillow. It has a big lump and looks like a million things sat on it. Joe said it comes alive as it gets air and to just leave it in about five hours then it'd be fine. And he was right. I've got it behind my head now as I'm reading and I really like it.

The delivery went great. The crew brought the bed in, set it up, and then showed us how it works. With the Easy Rest bed, I can turn the vibrator on and my legs don't bother me so bad. I also like the night light under the bed. I’m quite satisfied with the bed.

The sales guy was very nice. The delivery of the bed went well. I like everything about the bed. It's comfortable and mobile. It works. It's there when I need it. Sometimes, I can't lay down all the time because when I lay down I go into dizziness. So the bed has come in convenient. I could sit up in it.

A rep came to my house and she was very conversant. I told her, “You convinced me to do something that I normally don't do. And that is to make a purchase on the first presentation that I normally don't do.” The delivery people were very thorough and nice. I liked that with the Easy Rest, there are different positions that you can put it in. I use that when I'm watching television. the only thing was I had to get used to sleeping on the Easy Rest because compared to the bed I had, the Easy Rest mattress is the harder.

I received a call from one of Easy Rest's spokesmen and I agreed to meet with one of the representatives. Then he came over and went over everything with me. They made me a pretty good deal. It opened my eyes to a lot of stuff after the delivery guys went through the different settings. This bed has vibrator on the foot and the head. You could also prop up your feet, go as high as you want till you get comfortable. I’m resting a whole lot better with the bed.

I sleep better and relax better with Easy Rest. We enjoy it.

I got a representative to come out and she was nice. The Easy Rest bed has helped me a lot with my back. It doesn't hurt that much anymore. I like the bed a lot. I just wish I could have had a frame to go with it.

The Easy Rest sales representative was not in a rush. I learned from him just by looking at the tape. He explained himself so well. He sold himself to me. The delivery was fine. They brought the bed at about 9:00 at night, but they did everything okay. The only thing is I haven't used the heating because I really don't know how to use that right now. I was trying to look at my paper and try to get somebody to help me with the heating. Other than that, everything's fine. I like everything because I can deal with my feet and my whole body.

There was some lady who come by here trying to sell the Easy Rest. I was sleeping on an air mattress that would always go flat on me. So she talked me into buying this damn thing, and it ain't worth a dime. The springs in the bed are collapsing. When I go to bed at night, I sit on the bed and watch TV. But where I sit, they got them holes that my butt go down into and then it presses it down. It also hurts my back to lay back on it. I don't like the bed at all.

I'm enjoying the bed. It’s comfortable. Raises and lowers your feet or your head. It helps me sleep better. The gentleman that showed up was also nice and very knowledgeable.

When they first got out, they were asking for some paperwork. But I've told them I didn't have any other paperwork, just what the man that sold it to me had. They had to call the people to get a thing over the phone, like a contract. They had to wait a while before they could get it delivered because that wasn’t in place yet. But other than that, when they got the go-ahead, it didn’t take them long to fit the bed up. After they got it set up, I went in and laid down. They showed me the different things on the keypad thing there and how to do it. I love the Easy Rest bed. I've had a good experience with it. I love the massage part. I also sleep better and feel relaxed. I would like to recommend it to friends, but most of my friends that I know might not be able to afford it.

With the Easy Rest bed, I got more space for me to lay down. I had a full size Craftmatic for 15 years but it was getting smaller and smaller. The guys that did the delivery was kind and thoughtful. The bed is a beautiful thing, and I’m doing good with it.

I've used the bed and it's just so-so. I spent too much money on this bed. I've used the bed some. One morning, I get up, I walked some, I'm in worse shape than I was in the chair. So I’m switching back and forth.

The bed is real good. I love it. I rest comfortable on it. I sleep better with it because I'm not tired when I get up every morning. It takes the pressure off of my back and my legs. I'm very, very satisfied.

Easy Rest made an appointment to come here to the house and talk with us. The rep came and he explained everything. We said that we were going to wait, and then we decided right there because I have nine surgeries on my back and I'm getting too old. I love the bed. I let my daughters sleep here and they also like the bed. On the front, I can set it up and watch TV. It also helps on the feet. It works everything. It helps me a lot. I'm satisfied with the bed. This is good for me.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I like the setup, the vibration and the heat stuff. I noticed I rest a lot better. The sales rep was also great. He was on point. Everything was on the up and up. The delivery went perfectly, too. They came in and did their job. They put everything up, showed me how it works, and they were on their way. Everything is well.

I like that I'm able to adjust the head and the foot of the bed. But you can't get out of the bed unless you hit the button to lower it back down. A lot of times, it's in the dark so I can't see, and I hit the wrong buttons, and I got the vibrator going, just trying to get the bed lowered. I've had a great conversation with the sales rep that I dealt with. We communicated real well. The delivery team was very quick. They were very business-like. But they did a very, very quick explanation. I didn't feel like they really took the time they should have taken.

I love my Easy Rest. It's better than what I had. I am getting better sleep and I would recommend it to anybody. The sales rep that I dealt with was fantastic. I've never had a presentation like what she did.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was very helpful and polite. The Easy Rest is a good bed. The quality seems to be fine. My wife's got COPD real bad. She has to sleep raised up, plus all the massage things.

I needed a bed that would put my body in an upper position so I could breathe better when sleeping and the Easy Rest is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I'm very happy with it. It's made well and does what it's supposed to do.

I had my first Easy Rest bed for over 30 years but the mattresses were getting lumpy. But I couldn't find the company that I bought it from. When I got ahold of Easy Rest, the lady looked at it and she said that was the company she worked for now. She said that the mattresses were the same. My body is about 6-foot long and I weigh about 260 pounds. So they're bringing me a different style of mattress. But I like the way I can position my body to sleep with the bed. If you've got aches and pains as you get older, you can position the bed where you can get a good night's sleep.

I love my bed. I like how the head comes up so I can either sit in bed crochet or watch TV in it. It helps me breathe with my asthma. I just wish it would raise up. In case I have somebody that is sick that I have to put into my bed, I can raise them up ordinary to take care of them.

The rep recommended the mattress that I should get for my body weight and size. I got the spool bed and it's comfortable. The delivery crew was very good. I asked them if they could leave the mattress and bed spring for me, which they did.

The sales representative told me that I could pay $91.03 a month for the Easy Rest bed and I thought I could afford that. The delivery people helped me take the old bed out and put it in the shed. They took the new bed in and fixed it up. I like it a lot. I lay in it and it ain’t hard and it ain’t too soft either. Overall, I was pleased with the way they handled it.

I've been playing with the bells and whistles on the bed -- the different components and trying the reclining, inclining, and all the things that you do make it easier. It's fairly easy to operate. It gives more support for reading than just trying to prop pillows up and the vibrational system helps give some stimulation to the spine. Also, I'm getting a little better night's sleep. And they sent two of the Biddeford Deluxe Quilted Heating Mattress Pad. I called and told them I only need one but they told me to keep it. The rep I talked to was very friendly, like most of them are.

I'm 6-foot-1, I weigh 250 pounds, and regular beds don't last very long 'cause I roll around. This one seems to be pretty sturdy. The mattress seems to be good. The sales rep was nice, polite, and didn't try to force me to buy anything. He told me about everything that worked about it. The delivery was quick and easy as well. The only thing that the crew forgot was that they didn't leave me the angles to put on the headboard. Then it seems like the mattress is a little rounded toward the outside edges, like a tire in the middle.

Everyone was very nice to me and I like the bed. It has the same comfort as the bed that I had. But I liked the Easy Rest because my legs swell every day and I can lift them up with the bed. So, that helps a lot. But I can't use the pillow that I got with it because my head slides right off of it. It's so high. I had to play with the bed quite a bit to figure out how to use it. The only thing that I haven't been able to figure out is I want to raise it up high so that when I make the bed, I don't have to bend over.

Everything went well with the delivery of my Easy Rest bed. I love it. I sleep well. I also love being able to prop my feet up when I needed, or my head. It also gave me extra space because I could use under the bed for storage.

The sales rep who came by was a nice fellow and he didn’t try to push the bed on me. He just told me like it was. The only thing I was disappointed with is that when he offered me the bed, he said it was 6,000. But then, it was almost $7,000 when it was delivered. But the delivery was good. The rep showed me how to lift the head and the foot up. Also, the bed has little lights at the bottom and a 20-year warranty on it.

I have lower back fusion. It was too hard for me to make the bed because it was king size. Also, I'm only 4'11. I couldn't sit on it because when I lie down, my feet wouldn't touch the ground. And I was afraid of falling. So, I had to get a smaller bed. I've been getting cards from Easy Rest, so I called them up and got the information on it. The lady came out. She was very nice. And I went ahead with it. I like it. I like the massage part of it. That was what sold me on it. And I can adjust the bed to how I'm feeling. The man and his partner were very nice. The bed is nice and it helps. I can sit on the side and I don't flip. My feet touch the ground.

The price was way more than I could afford, and Easy Rest was able to drop it down to where it was affordable for me to purchase it. Also, I was told how comfortable the bed would be. We love it. The rep was a nice person and was very knowledgeable. He presented himself and the company well. He did everything he was supposed to do in order to try to get me to purchase the bed. The set-up went perfect. The guys came out and introduced themselves. They were very professional and quick. They took the mattresses out first then took our frame. And they put it in our adjoining room because we wanted to keep it. They also made sure that the bed was the height we wanted it to be. They did it like I asked them to.

The bed is comfortable. I can sleep and I'm getting better all the time.

I wish the price was cheaper but I'm enjoying my new Easy Rest bed. I have sleep apnea and with my new bed, I don’t have difficulty breathing. I can get my head elevated. I had edema on my left foot and sometimes, it would swell. With this bed, I can also elevate my foot. I don’t have to buy anything extra. I can just use my remote and adjust it accordingly. I wish I had gotten my sales rep's telephone number because I want to talk to him and tell him thank you for what he did and what he told me. However, they told me I was supposed to receive some kind of heating pad and my pillow but I haven't received them.

The rep was a perfect gentleman. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. The team who delivered the bed was perfect also. They did anything I asked. I love the bed and I’ve already told everybody about it. It helps me when I have bad pain. I just go lie down and turn that vibrator on.

The Easy Rest is a very comfortable bed. I love it. I like that I can put my head up and that I can put my feet up because I have a back problem. That really helps me a lot. My bed's got a nightlight under it, which is a wonderful thing. I also have the jiggly thing and I like that too. I'm glad that shuts off by itself. I could put it on for 10 or 20 minutes, which is good. When the guys came out to set the bed up, that wasn't a very good experience. It was a very nasty day. They were stuck in traffic. They were in a hurry, and they didn't really explain anything about the bed to me. My caregiver was here with me, and she knew more about it than I did. But she's only here twice a week. I wish I had more time to understand the bed. The guys were nice, but they were in a hurry and they were behind schedule.

The sales rep was excellent and even brought a gift with him when he came. We talked about the bed and how it worked. He used a wand and showed us what the vibrator was like. That was a good selling point. When they delivered the bed, it didn't take any time at all. They came in and I've never seen anybody lift mattresses and bed the way the guys did. They were really on top of things and stopped to show us how the remotes work. They also measured us to make sure that the beds weren't too high for us to get on to. It's perfect. When I go to bed at night, the vibration works tremendously in helping me to fall asleep. My hardest part right now is making the bed. I can't move it like I'd like to because I'm having a hard time standing up. But aside from that, it's really great. I've had people question me about it. I explained that we have just bought this bed and they came back to me and said they've been thinking about it and to let them know how it is. I've recommended Easy Rest to five or six people already.

I had a Sleep Number and I was very happy with it but it fell apart in two years. I got an Easy Rest and it's been very nice to me. I appreciate it. I have a lot of medical issues and I like that the bed is adjustable. However, other than forgetting to take the old bed out, the delivery team left the control panel lying in the middle of my living room.

I asked the delivery guy if I could pay with credit card or cash, and he said he was told to get cash. I didn't have money in the bank at that time that was why I asked the question. I'd also like somebody to come out and look at the bed. It feels lumpy. Since the day they brought it, one side of it is down.

I like the massage part of the bed and the reclining part of it for your head or your feet. But Easy Rest said they didn't use the heavy duty frame when they sent the bed. Supposedly, Mom told them how big I was, but they did not send the heavy duty frame. When I get in the bed, I hear a creaking noise. I'm 6’2”, and 385 pounds. But overall, I like how the bed is made. The mattress seems nice. The pillows are very extra thick and they hurt my neck, so I'm not using them.

Someone from Easy Rest came to the house and talked with me. He only had an hour and a half to talk to me. He asked some questions and did a great job. He covered everything but it didn't seem like he was talking too fast. It wasn't a boring speech and he also had a video. The people who came out and put the bed in were fantastic. I was wanting to put a picture over my bed and I had a dresser there that they moved out of the way and put it in another room. They helped me center and hang that picture, which I really appreciated ‘cause I did not want to stand on the bed and do it. It might have been little to some people, but it was a big deal to me.

The salesperson was great and when the reps brought the bed, they set it up beautifully. It was a wonderful experience with Easy Rest. You can turn the light on under the bed if you need it and with the remote, you can also use it as a flashlight if you have to have it. You can hit the button and it will massage your back, which is nice. I sleep much better with this new bed. I like it.

I love the Easy Rest bed. You can fix your feet with it too, and your back. I'm satisfied. It sure helped me an awful lot. The sales rep was really great. He put it all up. I was asking him questions and he would answer them. The delivery team also did a good job bringing it in and setting it up.

The delivery of my Easy Rest was slow because they had issues with the truck. That aside, I like the quality of the bed and I like raising my head. I got a lifetime warranty on it as well. So far, so good.

The Easy Rest Bed is very nice and good. The sales rep was also very nice. The installers were also very good and informative. My experience was A-plus.

My parents had Easy Rest and I liked it. It's more comfortable than a bed. I purchased one too and everybody was polite and nice. The sales rep was very considerate, explained everything about the bed and showed me the movie about the people experiencing the bed. I love the Easy Rest Bed. I like it when it massages. You don't feel pain or very uncomfortable lying, either way you want to lie. Everything's great with my experience.

I had a Sleepright, but it didn't vibrate. So now, my daughter gets that in her room and I get the vibrating bed from Easy Rest. But I wish it vibrated longer than 20 minutes. Other than that, the guys had the whole three beds moved in 45 minutes and set up. I sleep on my Easy Rest and have my head and knees up. That was another bonus and the fact that it pushes together. The other one that we got, the mattress, bows out and there's a space in between. But I like it very much.

I'm really enjoying the Easy Resy bed. It’s awesome. It’s helping me a lot because I have arthritis in my lower back and feet. I’ve been getting up in age, so it’s a big help to me. Now, my feet don't seem to swell as much because I have them elevated somewhat. I can rest better in that bed than the one that I had before I got it. The sales reps and the people that came out and put it together were also very nice.
