Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

The old boy came to my house and started showing me everything there was to know about the Easy Rest bed and we spent three hours talking about it. I was telling him my bed was hurting my back and I talked myself into making the sacrifice of paying out a lot of money for my health. The bed resolved the issue though every once in a while, I’ll lie down wrong. The delivery team was in and out. I had everything ready and all they had to do was stick the bed in there and set it up.

My husband doesn’t use his bed even with the mattress pad we bought, I can’t sleep in mine, I wake up hurting more than I did before I went to bed.. Tried to get different mattress, But the guy got hateful and now they won’t answer phone or return messages.. BAD COMPANY… They don’t mind taking your money though… They don’t care about their customers at all, Only the money… My advice.. DON'T DO IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE… Easy Rest Adjustable beds bad company.…

I don't like the Easy Rest bed that much. I wanted the one with the heat but didn't get it. Another thing is I ordered a medium soft, but this is hard. When I wake up on it, my back and legs hurt a lot worse. A lot of times, I still sleep in my chair. The price is too high. I bought one before for 2,000, and that was a lot better. The rep, Mary, was great. I like her. But her boss lied. He said he was gonna take half off the price but didn't do that. I was trying to call him for several weeks, but he wouldn't even answer. On top of that, they never took the payment out last month like I thought. Now, I owe double, and they charged me another $25. I'm not happy with them.

I really like my Easy Rest bed. When I bought it, the price was great and the rep who assisted me was good. I had no problems with her. Also, the delivery went really quickly. So far, I love the vibrations and I can drift off to sleep easily.

The salesman, the marketer person and the installers were very nice, but I think we spent too much money on the bed. Still, it's nice. It elevates the head of the bed. I get serious back problems and it used to be when I would first get up out of the bed, I couldn't walk. With my other mattress, I had to wait a bit before I could take some steps. With the Easy Rest bed, I don't have to.

I had a nice experience with the rep of Easy Rest. The delivery happened quicker than I even realized. They showed up and they got my bed taken down and put the new bed up.

I use the Easy Rest to relax my body. It's helped some. I'm hoping it's gonna help my knees ‘cause both my knees have been bothering me.

The rep was very well prepared and skilled at responding to concerns or questions. He made me feel very comfortable with the idea of the adjustable bed. Two men came very late in the day to assemble the Easy Rest bed and they were obviously tired when they got here. So they weren't terribly pleasant at first. When I pointed out that the old bed needed to be disassembled and taken out, they said that wasn't part of their job and that Easy Rest was fooling me about it. I told them it said in the contract that they were supposed to. Then, they warmed up to it and were in good humor and joking around. They were anxious to get finished and get out. The bed is wonderful. I get a very comfortable sleep and I get to sleep easily. I don't wake up during the night. The only problem is, it's difficult to get up when it's time to in the morning. I've been using the adjustable angle for both the head and the foot and I found that extremely comfortable.

The rep from Easy Rest was nice and the installers set up the bed fast. I like all the features. It helps my back and I sleep much better.

The rep demonstrated everything and showed me my options. The delivery was good and the reps did a great job. The Easy Rest bed serves the purpose of what I bought it for. It is very nice and helps a lot. I like the vibrator and I can elevate my legs when I need to without having to put a bunch of pillows in my bed. I recommended it to my client's mother because she has cerebral palsy and to her as well because she said her daughter needed a bed that she could raise her up and down in, other than a hospital bed because she's sleeping in a regular bed. I recommended it to her son too as well as my ex-boss. I went to several places and looked at the beds and it's a little higher than a lot of these stores. I was looking at the frames on them and that’s the thing that I was impressed with. The frames were a lot better here. I'm satisfied with this bed tremendously.

My sales rep was super nice. The delivery guys were super great and very polite. But Easy Rest can be a little pushy at times, but they're really nice people to work with. The best thing I like about the bed is it puts my feet up in the air because it swell all the time.

The rep was wonderful. He was very nice man. The delivery crew put the frame in, set it down, put the legs on it, and put it where I wanted it, and then went out and got the mattress, brought that in, and showed me how to work it. They were all nice. I love the bed. It's comfortable. The massage feature helps to calm my legs down when they hurt. It takes the pain away.

The sales rep gave me all the information that I needed and the delivery went fine. They were polite and professional. The Easy Rest bed is real nice. I can fix it anyway I wanna fix it and I like all of the features. I do a lot of writing and reading on the bed and it's very comfortable. I will advise anybody to get it.

Everything with Easy Rest was great. It's just the bed is too expensive. The legs on the base of it needs to be further apart. Other than that, my wife loves the bed. She thinks it's fantastic. But some nights, I sleep good in it, and some nights, I don't. I have lots of arthritis, and I have trouble sleeping at night.

I like the flexibility of my Easy Rest bed. I got no complaints about it and it works good for me. Overall, my experience was satisfying. The person I spoke to on the phone was cool. The delivery and installation team were good.

Easy Rest bent over backwards for us. We had water heater problems that leaked in the house and we had to put off the day that we agreed to get the bed for about a month so we could get the house repaired. The sales reps were great and the delivery guys weren't here very long. They set the bed up, then they were on their way. We like the bed. We like that we can lift the head of our bed to help both of us breathe and we can use different heights and it doesn't affect the other one. My husband has lung problems, and he rests better in the bed. I would recommend Easy Rest for anybody, especially if they've got breathing problems.

Sometimes I can't get up out of bed because of my hip, leg and back. I was hoping that the circulatory vibrator system in the Easy Rest bed would help with all of that and it does seem to be helping me. The bed I like the most was my Tempur-Pedic that I had for 35 years. However, the Easy Rest offers things that it never did. The bed lets you put your feet above your heart and sleep at night. The way that the vibrating feature works helps to increase the blood flow and to lessen the tension and pain in the different areas of your body. The salesperson that Easy Rest sent out was extremely personable. I like him very much and he was one of the main reasons why I decided to get the Easy Rest. It was a joy to have him around.

Easy Rest delivered the bed earlier for some reason. I don't know how they had one in stock when it was supposed to be made for you. But it’s alright. I'm just waiting for the free pillow and the heat thing that are supposed to come in. The Easy Rest bed is not all that it’s supposed to be. You gotta get used to sleeping again. They're talking about how to sleep on your back because I've been a side sleeper most of my life. It could be a little firmer and the frame they put it on needs some work done to it. For some people, they might do a lot more than what it's been doing for me. But they’re just supposed to take time. I've rotated it every 30 days. They said the mattress is to get a break in.

I wasn't gonna buy the bed because of the price but the manager that the reps ended up putting me on the phone with worked with me till he went down to a price that was good for me. The delivery and setup were good. They took my old bed out and put the new one in. They showed me everything about the bed and had me lie on it and do all the functions. I love my Easy Rest bed. It's more comfortable than my other bed. It took me a minute to get my heat pack though. They said they didn't have it in but they finally sent that.

A guy from East Rest came over, and I saw that there was a payment plan which was nice. I wanted to keep my old mattress, but it wouldn't do all the stuff that the Easy Rest does. I use mostly the head and the legs up. It's very comfortable. It helps my back. I haven't had any back issues since I've gotten it. I like the vibration thing too. It makes me feel good afterwards. It's worth it.

The sales rep from Easy Rest was decent. He sold me something, but I don't feel like I got what he showed me because this mattress that I got is a different color from what he showed me that I was supposed to get. It's got a purple or black in it and a curve at the foot of the bed where you can sit down on. But what I got has a railing on the foot so you can't sit down on it. It's different from the pictures that I've seen and it's not as comfortable as I thought it would be for that price. I barely really sleep on the bed and when do, I toss and turn all night long, trying to get comfortable. The vibration on the bed, you can feel it, but it's not as strong as the sample that he showed me on my back. But they sent me the heating pad which does what it does and that's the only thing that warms my body up. The lighting also works fine. I use it to get up out of the bed so I can see my feet on the floor.

Easy Rest's rep was a very nice and honest gentleman. He had a great way of communicating to us all the features. The techs would schedule the delivery for a day I couldn't be there and I know they only deliver on certain days. So, they ended up putting it toward the end of the day for me and worked with me. They described the operation well, and were in and out in no time, picked up their mess, and were gone. They knew their job very well.

The rep was polite and he explained the product right. He showed the video about the bed. The delivery man showed me the remote and how the bed worked. It's easy to operate and I like it. I use the vibration for my back. I use the lounge position for watching TV and the leg part so I can get blood circulating in my leg. I don't have that much aching when I get up. Plus my spouse can sleep better.

The Easy Rest rep was nice, and the delivery guys came when they said they would. They put the bed together, and then they left. I like the Easy Rest bed. It just doesn't massage enough like I thought it was gonna do. If they could make the massage a little better, it would be perfect.

The sales reps were very low pressure. The bed was delivered a week later. The installer was a very polite young man who demonstrated everything for me. My husband absolutely loves the massage feature. I like the fact that the bed is adjustable. We like that we can raise our feet. We're very happy with our purchase.

The presentation helped. And the installers were wonderful people. I still haven't received my pillow. Other than that, all of the bed's features help.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The company reached out to me because I logged a complaint. They resolved our issue at no charge. They sent a technician out to fix the massage motors free of charge. This company listens to their customers' concerns!!!

The representative who came to the house was very nice and patient, and I liked that when he came, he had one of those little things where he did the illustrations. That was good. The delivery people were very nice gentlemen as well. However, the frame of the bed seems so fragile. The wood seems like it might not last, but I'm hoping that that won't be a problem. Also, I had a queen size bed and this is full size, so there's a lot of space in between the box spring and the frame of the bed. Other than that, the features are very good, and the bed is more comfortable. All in all, the Easy Rest bed is nice to have if you can afford it. They told me that the price was $153 a month, but they did not tell me that every month they're gonna add interest on it and the rate is high. It's already 5,000 and some dollars, which is a bit much for a senior citizen.

The rep was really professional and sweet. The delivery went good as well. I wasn't home when they were coming, but my granddaughter was here, and she was old enough to accept the Easy Rest bed. They also helped with my old bed, but they put everything on the truck, and I wanted to keep my box spring and my railings to my old bed. I told them, and they brought it back in no problem, but I had some screws that go to the railings that they must have just put in their pocket and took off with. I kept the railing for a reason, and I ended up buying some new screws. Other than that, they were very professional.

When the salesman of Easy Rest came out, it was very good. He was very nice, courteous and very impressive. We've been wanting one of those kind of beds for quite a while. After he showed us, talked to us about it and told us all about it, the company man called and got the price down to where we thought we could afford it. So we went ahead and got it. The delivery was very good. He set it all up for us and moved the bed out of the bedroom for us. It was very good. The only thing I don't like is it's hard to put sheets on it. We were also supposed to have gotten a heated mattress pad. They said, it'd be shipped two weeks later, but we haven't gotten one yet. But, we like the bed. I have back problems and I like the vibrator for my back.
