The rep came and did the demonstration. It went good, and so I decided to buy the bed. Everything went good with the delivery. The crew came in and set up the bed. It's working fine. I like that I'm able to elevate my head and my feet. The elevation helps me to breathe better and elevate my feet. It helps keep with the leg cramps.

The rep from Easy Rest was good as well as the team that did the delivery. I’m still waiting for the heating pad but I like the bed.

The Easy Rest sleeps good. Since I got it, I don't hurt in the mornings at 2 o'clock when I get up to go to work. I like every stinking thing about the bed and I've told my friend about it.

The Easy Rest rep called and set up an appointment. He came out and I liked what I heard. I love the Easy Rest bed. I like that I can adjust my head and feet. So far, I haven't had that much problem with my arthritis in my neck and my shoulders. It's nice. If you want some relief, it's definitely the bed for you. I haven't received my pillow yet though.

I didn't have a great experience with Easy Rest, and it's costing me close to $6,000. I called them within a week and told them to come back and get the bed, but they refused. I requested the premium model, and they sent me the one that wasn't the premium model, that was a lot thinner than the pillow top. Also, when I turn on the vibrator for the bed, it's so noisy that it wakes up the other person so I can't really use it. I also expected for it to have heat. They promised me they were gonna send the sheets, but it's been a couple months now, and they still haven't sent them to me.

I like the Easy Rest bed. It’s a good product. My back is bad and I was getting up five times a night. Now, I get up maybe once. The bed conforms to where my body doesn't hurt. It vibrates too and it puts you right to sleep.

The Easy Rest is a lot better than my other bed.

Easy Rest missed two appointments to do the demonstration. One was justified. The lady had a crisis in her life. The other time the missed schedule, and I recorded the correct appointment time in my day plan, and they never showed up. I decided to bail out and I didn't want anything to do with them. Then they made another effort to get another chance with me. Joseph showed up and he was a good salesman. He did a great job recommending the bed, providing the demonstration, and showing me the video. He redeemed the situation with me.

The sales rep was very convincing and he did his job well. Once it came down to price, we said, "No. No, that's too much money." But they ended up coming down to about half of the original price. So, I finally decided, "Okay, we'll go ahead and do that." The installers were friendly and they showed us how the remote worked. I like the massaging action of the bed best. We used to turn it on to where it runs the full 30 minutes and we go to sleep before it shuts off. I enjoy that. With the reclining part, I haven't noticed a huge difference in that as oftentimes in my sleep, I'll turn around and lie on my stomach and the reclining part isn't so nice for that. Other than that, I like the feel of the mattress. It's not too firm and it's perfect. My wife and I enjoy putting it in the lounge position to read something.

The rep did his job very well. They explained me everything about the business and the finance in a good way. The delivery team made it easier to understand the mechanism of the bed. I use the massaging system most because that's one thing I didn't have before.

The techs showed me how to use the bed and walked me through all the features. I was comfortable knowing what I needed to know about the bed. It is firmer at the ends and sags in the middle a bit. Other than that, it goes up easily an reclines easily. I was told to always sit or lay in the bed as I raised and lowered it. I've done that and there's been no trouble. Its adjustable feature has been my favorite.

I was contacted by Easy Rest’s representative who wanted to come out and give a presentation. I was in a good mood that day, so I said ok to it. He came out and we were quite impressed with what we had to say and especially with his manner. He wasn't the pushy, high-pressure type. My wife and I both had sleeping problems and I decided to order a bed and see if that helps. It seems to be much more comfortable than the conventional ones we've had and the adjustability is handy. My wife particularly likes being able to lift the head to our convenience.

I’ve only had the Easy Rest for not even a month. I like it because it’s got the massage and it raises up and down. The sales rep that I dealt with was better than great. He had all the answers and told me if I had any more questions or needed anything, to call him and he'd take care of it. I wanted the installers to put the longer legs on it because I like a taller bed, but they said, "The work order said to do it this way." I said, "But it's my bed, I want it this way." So I had them leave the longer legs, and when they left, I put those on it. I like the light under the bed because I drop stuff a lot and most of it tends to end up under the bed. Overall, the quality of the bed is wonderful. It has a good mattress. I like 20-year warranty on the mattress.

Easy Rest came and delivered that, set it all up. It was a $200 charge plus they took the old mattress away. This new bed goes up and vibrates. The guy promised me I could lie on it, but I couldn't. I got a pinched nerve on my neck joints. I'm in a lot of pain. And he said it would work for me but it didn't. It's hot and stiff. This one has the coils and it's hard for me to lie down on them. I need something soft. Also, what I had was a full size bed. This is a bit smaller than I thought.

The rep was a real nice person. We sat here for about two and a half hours. But he didn't talk me into the bed. I have known for 40 years that I wanted one. My best friend had one when we were young, her and her husband. And I slept on that bed one night and I wanted one and I couldn't afford it. And I said, "Someday, I'm gonna have one." This man came walking in my door about two months ago and I knew before he ever sat down, when he told me he was with Easy Rest, that I was buying a bed. I love the Easy Rest bed. It sleeps good. I hurt so bad and the bed has helped. I don't get up with my back and my hip hurting. I don't get up sore. I don't get up bent over. I wouldn't trade it. We're fixing to put the other one up because I bought a king size and we put them up as twins.

My wife sleeps better with the Easy Rest bed. The recline feature keeps me in the position that I like to be in.

Once they sold the bed to us, they basically took their money and ran. It made me feel like they were not totally confident that their product is as good as it was represented and they didn't want to hear any negative input. They told us that we would have a $300 gift card to buy a variety of different items online. But I haven't heard boo about that. That part is very deceptive and not honest. There has been no follow-up and they've totally stopped communicating with us. But Easy Rest has a comfortable mattress. I got used to it pretty fast and I was surprised. It's a quality product, but you're paying a dear price for it. It's overpriced for what it does.

Troy was the rep that came with the Easy Rest bed and he was really nice. He showed everything about the bed. The bed is nice and it sleeps well. It has a massage for your feet and it also has how many minutes you wanna do the massage part. When I get up, I get up really well because I do a massage when I'm laying down looking at the TV. You can also raise the bed up, your feet, and your head. The bed has a flashlight light underneath too.

The people who put the bed had a mattress that you could turn two ways. The side they put up was terrible. So I turned it over and it was better. Also, the massage feature is a lot better than what I had. Also it breaks in half and the other one I bought didn't do that. I'm very satisfied with the Easy Rest. I'm sleeping better with it and I'm getting more rest instead of getting up worn out. It's way too expensive but it's been a big help.

The sales rep was very informative and nice. The delivery people were well organized and friendly. But I'm having trouble getting used to my bed.

The installer was pretty good and he delivered the bed really well. I was satisfied with that and I love the bed. I like the prop-up feature for the TV. Get an Easy Rest.

I've been using the going up and down feature most. But I can't feel the massage feature. Other than that, my rep was funny the installers were very nice.

They're thieves, liars and charge you way more than that bed's worth. A full size bed cost 8000.00. I can be buried for 5000,00 and have the best sleep I'll ever have. And paying 8000.00 for a bed is insane. Once they bring the bed they won't come back and move it out even if it's been less than three weeks since they delivered it. And even if you double payments and pay it off early they still charge you interest for the four years you signed for in their dumb ** contract you shouldn't have to pay any more interest money if you pay it off ahead of time. So this is ** and the balance on my contract says 5537.92. But when I got my first payment my balance was 7807.20. **. I will not pay anything till they come get this bed the hell out of my house asap.

I called them up because they said I had a limited lifetime warranty. They were trying to be helpful. They said that if they could get parts, they would fix it for me. But they called me and said they couldn't get the parts because the bed was bought back in 2004. They offered me a newer bed and they told me the price. I said, "I'm not paying that much." They said, "Since you had the limited lifetime warranty, we'll take X amount off." And that was what we did. I like the mattress, it's better than the last one. I'm sleeping well.

I was told I was getting a free bed and all I had to do was listen to a salesman. He got here and the next thing I knew, he was pulling out a contract saying I needed to pay this much for a bed that was supposed to be free. So, I stopped it. I got ahold of his boss and I've got a bed now and I'm paying for it. The salesman wouldn't stop bringing the price down of the Easy Rest bed. They wanted $265 a month for it but they finally got it down to 100. The salesman did everything perfectly and that was a lot better experience than talking to his boss. The bed has a light underneath and it moves in several positions. I have trouble going to sleep but when you turn on the vibrate feature of the bed, it completely knocks me out. I have arthritis in my neck and back and when I use the vibration part of it, it seems to soothe this a little bit.

The rep showed me how the Easy Rest bed works. He had a portable massage thing to show me the difference. The delivery was nice but it took a while. When they were supposed to set the bed up, it got cancelled. Other than that, the bed is just right. The pillows are awesome. I ended up with two pillows because they took so long but it was worth the wait. The bed is expensive but it was worth it for me to have it. I use the elevation feature all the time with the headrest. I use the bottom also for the feet and I love the massage feature. I don't regret a penny I'm spending for this bed.

The Easy Rest Bed feels good, so far. I like the different adjustable positions. You can make yourself comfortable. My favorite feature is the head lift and the leg lift.

The bed is great. It's the most restful sleep I've had in several years. When the deliver crew came, they uncovered whatever they were bringing in, took out what they were getting rid of and said, "Here's how it works." They showed me and said that it’s got to be a little bit higher or lower. Then they packed up their stuff. It was that smooth. I really like the elevation of the head of the bed. I really enjoy the massage. On chilly nights, the heat availability is very nice.

Easy Rest sent a card through the mail and they entered into something to get something for free. I started talking to them and they called me. A sales guy came out and he brought me a little gift - a candle. He showed me stuff on the Easy Rest and it went well. He talked to me really nicely and explained stuff to me such as the different prices, bed sizes, and monthly prices. He told me what bed would be better in my room. I was going king-size because that was what I had. But after he went back there and measured, he said a queen size would be better in that room. I like the way he explained things to me and showed me how things worked.

Everybody from Easy Rest was really nice. They came and set up the bed. And they put the other one up for me. They did a good job. One of the guys also showed me how to use the bed and how to work the switches. So far, the bed is nice and comfortable. I really enjoy it and I don't have much trouble with my back since I started sleeping in it.

Easy Rest was a good product, so I said, "Let me try it." The crew came as they said they would come deliver and set the bed up. The only thing I'm having problem with is it when I lie at the center of the bed, I have bumps on it. But I like everything about the bed. I could carry it up, I could sit down to watch TV if I wanted to, and I could raise the leg up. It's a fantastic bed.

It was great when they came over and they were all professional. They set up the Easy Rest bed and took the old bed away. My husband and I both love the bed because we got separate units on the same bed and it's adjustable for each one of us. He can fix his side like he wants to and I fix my side like I want.

An Easy Rest bed sounded like the one I needed to be able to rest and sleep good. However, it's too high, and I don't know if it can be lowered some more. But it makes it hard for me to get in. Also, I wish that it had a headboard so my pillow wouldn't keep falling off on the floor. But it was comfortable when I slept on it.

My Easy Rest bed is all I expected and more. I put the head and the foot up a little bit and I like the vibrator. It takes the tension out. The sales rep explained everything and that made me more anxious to get the bed. I didn't know about some of the features. When he was telling me about it, I was like, "Oh, that's extra." It was interesting. The delivery guy was great. In fact, I got the bed sooner than I thought, which was good. He went through everything and he had me go through it so that I could remember, and he did a great job. I'm happy when I got the bed set up.

The delivery crew worked together and got the other bed moved to another room. They were very well. They also showed how to use the remotes. I have trouble with my legs and with the Easy Rest bed, I'm comfortable with having my legs up. I'm enjoying the bed. I'm very comfortable in it when I get it set up for me. I'm sleeping very comfortable.

The bed is comfortable. I use the massage feature the most because I got a tweaked out back.

There are different things that it can do and I like the vibrate feature. My sleep has been better with the Easy Rest bed.

I like their warranty because if there's any problem, they will take care of it. I like that it's at least 20 years. I gotta pay a little more, but I'll see how that goes. Also, I like raising the foot of the bed. The bed helps me sleep good and I'm happy with it.

I needed a new mattress and I was trying to get something different to see if I could sleep better. Easy Rest salespeople called me and made an appointment. Someone then came by. The guy was great and it was like I almost knew him. He was really cool. He talked to me about his personal life and we talked about the bed. I was impressed. The delivery people came right in here and put up the bed. They were on point. I like the bed. I like the feature that adjusts you in the bed so you can just sit up and watch TV. It could be strenuous laying flat and looking at the TV. You're gonna have to get extra pillows.

I was looking for the Easy Rest bed online and I called them. Then, a guy came out and explained it to me. When the bed was delivered, the reps took about an hour to set it up. But now, we got a big sink spot on the mattress on one side and it's causing back problems. It came almost immediately after we got it.

I've had a good experience with Easy Rest. My rep, Danny, was really nice and the delivery people were good. The bed does whatever the rep said it would do. It eases pains and I can have my head up to the place where I want it while sleeping or reading.

I let the sales rep of Easy Rest know I'm on disability and I live on a fixed income. He made some adjustments for me when he gave a callback and let the people know about it and they made it right for me. The delivery team was polite. They did the job 100%. They hooked it up and they took their time. The guy that showed me how to work the bed, said if I ever have a problem, don't hesitate to call.

Easy Rest is a good sleep system. I deal with multiple sclerosis, so it helps with being able to raise your head, feet and lower them. It also helps with the adjustment of different sleep positions. We both enjoy it. It's quite comfy.

We weren't happy with the Easy Rest bed. My bed is fine, but the mattress is way too soft for my husband. The salesman knew that. My husband's a heavier guy, 275 and he would need a firmer mattress. I don't know why we got that soft one. He just sinks in it. He can't get out of it when he sits up. I called back within the first two weeks to the company to see if we could get the money back or return it. But they said no, they don't do any of that. I also have a heck of a time finding sheets for our mattress.

A couple of days ago, my wife had swelling in her feet and the doctor recommended that she sleeps and gets her feet up. The Easy Rest pad was very unique for her to get her feet up and position herself comfortably at the same time. The only problem was when she tried to spread the bed out. It's two separate mattresses and it leaves that separation. She complains about that all the time. Other than that, the performance of the product is good.

The rep came and showed me everything the Easy Rest bed can do. It can help you and the bed can put you in different positions. I had back trouble and neck trouble, and it helps some. The delivery people were nice and courteous and put the bed together fine. They removed everything I wanted to be removed. So, everything was good deal. I had to lift nothing. All I had to do is tell them what I wanted and where I wanted to put everything else. My Easy Rest bed is firm and it didn't give out in the middle. I like raising the head because it helps ease my back pain.

I love my experience with the Easy Rest Bed. I have bad back pain and leg pain. I already had a lift bed and the mattress got wavy from my weight. This one seemed to be a little bit more advanced and raising easier. The light under the bed helped. I have a phone jack under there. I have the massager in the bed I didn't have in the other one. It's lovely.

The salesman was a good guy, and I'm glad he came by. The delivery was good with the young man as well. He was nice, helped us with the setup and explained everything, including how to adjust the bed. Everything was great. The cost is high though. I had a bed that led up like that, but it didn't have the vibrations. The Easy Rest bed has the vibrate feature on it and sometimes I use that. It makes me go to sleep better. I can’t sleep flat anymore, so I put up the bed to sleep, and after I get comfortable, I can sleep through tonight.

Somebody from Easy Rest called and wanted to come to my house and do a demonstration. They had a free pillow for me and I let them come over. I decided to purchase one. The delivery team came on their schedule time, but they wanted to come in a little early. But I had so many calls that day, I didn't pick the phone up. But they came the next day and they were nice. They did it in an orderly fashion. They told me that they called me, and I told them I was sorry. I didn't know it was them calling.

The sales rep was nice and he explained everything. The bed arrived a week after I ordered it and the delivery team was very nice as well. So far, the bed is doing whatever the rep said that it did. I can lay down and up my head on it. That massage is also good.

We had the Easy Rest sales person come out here, and he was all right. I was gonna cancel everything, then at the last minute, we decided not to. We got the bed, and we're happy we kept it. So far, it's good. I like that the headrest comes up and I like the heated mat that I got, too. There's a lot of features on the bed, but we haven't used that many of them. My wife uses hers every day, and I use mine, especially, for the headrest, but she uses it for the feet too. We haven't used the vibration part though.

I called Easy Rest twice on the bedding. They said they delivered it, but I don't know where they delivered it. They didn't bring it here because somebody's here 24 hours a day. But the bed is very comfortable. I bought a second Easy Rest for my son and I went and laid on it, and it's much better than mine. It's a different massage. It felt more relaxing. Overall, Easy Rest has good quality.

The Easy Rest salesman seemed informative and he knew how to talk somebody into buying something. The installers brought it in and put it up and they were nice and courteous. However, the mattress is not firm and it's supposed to be really firm. My back hurts every night since I slept on it. But I like the fact that I can raise my head and my feet.

The sales rep with Easy Rest was excellent. He explained everything to us. He promised we'd have the bed within a week, and three days later they were calling me to tell me to open the door, that they were here. Those gentlemen that brought the bed were very good too. They were done within an hour. They were very good about showing us the different features and the flashlight. They even moved my old mattress in the other room and set that one up for me 'cause we had it turned around the wrong way.

So far, I like the bed. I like its vibrator part. I wake up in the morning not as aching. Try it out.

The delivery guy was an awesome person. He did what he was supposed to do. The Easy Rest bed is a good bed. I can't complain with the different levels rising up and down and the massage. But I don't like the twin mattress. I'm sinking in the middle. I'd like to get them to switch the twin mattress for a single one.

Everything went well with Easy Rest. I love the bed. I'd rather have it than have a new car. I like for my feet to be up 'cause I have swelling badly. I like the vibration too. I've been telling everybody about the bed.

The gentleman from Easy Rest who came in was kind of pushy, but it was not to the point that I was ready to throw him out. He did know his product really well. So, I've recommended the company. The cost was a little high, but I needed the bed and it was still lower than going to someplace like one of the medical stores. The bed was really comfortable and the workings on it are really smooth and quiet. The quality is great and the mattress is pretty comfortable to me. I like that I can raise the head up. I've got COPD and I'm going through an issue right now with it and I have to sleep raised up a lot of nights and that helps a lot.

The Easy Rest was easy to pay for. It was a small down payment and $106 a month. I'm on social security disability so I don't have a lot of extra cash. Customer service was quick and really good. They got rid of my old bed for me. They just explained everything, like how to use the remote. I got an operator's manual for it too. Get an Easy Rest. It cost less than the other ones. Their people showed me that the other ones don't work as well. They're not made to bend in the middle. This mattress, on the other hand, is made to bend in the middle. It has individual coils and it has these several layers on top of the individual coils.

I called to see if they could come out and when they did, it was good. They didn't pressure me and they showed me why the bed would help. I was convinced and I've been pleased. They delivered the bed around a holiday and I figured it would be put off for a while but they were able to come within a week. I like the bed slightly elevated on my head and when my legs are very sensitive, I raise the legs and put the vibrator on it. The price was higher than I wish to pay but I have to get quality. And they do guarantee that all the motors will be replaced if I have trouble with any of them.

The sales rep from Easy Rest was one of the better salesmen I have met in a long, long time. He touched all the bases and hit it spot-on. Also, the installers were nice gentlemen and they cleaned up everything. The whole experience is wonderful and Easy Rest is one of the best beds I've ever slept in.

The delivery of my Easy Rest was good. The quality is also very good. It's very comfortable, especially with people like myself who have problems with swollen ankles. When I lay them at night, I just have my feet elevated on the apparatus that lift your feet up and it's very good.

The representative explained everything and showed me how to use the bed. I am happy. The bed has all the features that makes me feel better. I can adjust the feet, the head, the knees and be comfortable. The vibrator assembly is great. I got the mattress warmer a couple of days ago and I haven't put it on yet, but I'm looking forward to that. I'm 75 years old and all of my bones and joints hurt. Sleeping in the Easy Rest bed makes it great. It's a little bit more than I thought it would cost, but the quality is great. I love the product.

It’s hard for me to fit my sheets over my bed at night because it seems wider. But otherwise, it’s okay. The reps were good.

Everything went very well with the sales rep. I've used everything on the bed but the heating. Everything is good.

The bed is a bit comfortable but I'm waiting on my sheets. I couldn't find them anywhere, so I had to order from Easy Rest.

We needed a good bed like Easy Rest and I was thrilled to get it. The bed has wonderful features. It’ll lift you up and put you in any kind of position if you want to sit in or watch TV. The first pillows were so huge. A giant could sleep on them. I'm not very happy with Easy Rest though. They didn't do what they said they would do. They never sent us out all the things that we're supposed to get with the bed like the blanket and sheets. We've called and called about it. The guy that came and sold us the bed was very nice. I trusted him. He always says that we'd get our stuff and he'll try and take care of it but it doesn't happen. My husband's upset with it. He said, “If they don't send me that stuff, I'm gonna tell them to come get it." If they'll get on the ball and do what they said they were gonna do, I won't be upset with them.

I ordered Easy Rest because I have a bad back. But to me, it doesn’t stand up for what they claim it to be, because I got two legs on it messed up. Nobody jumped on it. The only thing I've been doing is lying on it. I was getting ready to get up and the leg fell off. Then today, when I talked to the manager, he made me so mad. The manager wasn't trying to help me. Then I talked to him a second time and he was trying to help me then. But he didn’t tell me he’ll send somebody here. He said all they’re gonna do is come bring some legs.

The reps were excellent, very polite, courteous and nice people. The experience with Easy Rest has been great. I get relatively good night sleep. I have breathing issues and I figured out how to use how high to put the legs. I love that you can just up and down it. I just can't figure out where the flashlight is half the time. But I'll get used to that part. Easy Rest is a comfortable bed to lay in. It's just with the arthritis, a softer bed would be a little bit better. I thought it was gonna be a little softer. It's a hard bed so I'm gonna see if I can find something though I can put on top of it to make it softer.

The delivery team explained everything to me. They showed me a lot. Whatever I’ve done now is because they showed me. The bed's got a place for me where I can hook up my cellphone to be charged. There are also lights at the bottom. I have one light still on all the time, all night. With the East Rest bed, I can raise my feet up every night now. I can adjust it the way I want to. The vibration is good. I recommended it to my doctor.

I like my Easy Rest bed. However, they told me I'm not qualified to get the discount so I'm not gonna recommend to anybody.

I love the Easy Rest bed. It's just a little bit too high. I'm only 5' 6" and I gotta almost hop up to get in it. The bed goes up and down, and the head rises and lowers. There's lighting in the switch that moves the bed up and down. There's some light under the bed, which is helpful.

The Easy Rest sales rep was a really nice guy. The bed has different positions and vibrates differently. It's got a light under the bed and a flashlight remote control. So far, my favorite feature is the vibrating massage. With the bed, I sleep better and I get a lot more rest.

I have been enjoying the Easy Rest bed since I had it. I use the sit up and the massage features the most. If I don't want to lay my head down, I mash the button and raise it up.

The reps were real nice about taking both of the old beds instead of just one and they were friendly and polite. We've had our bed for about a month and we like the heating pad on top. The cost was a little high, though. Also, when the bed is adjusted, the sheet keeps coming off and it's a little annoying. We gotta pull the sheets up or we gotta flatten the mattress when we make the bed.

We've had Easy Rest for several years in different locations, and now, we've got the new one in. We've liked them all. They're very comfortable. I like everything about our new bed. We are sleeping better. We're very happy with it. As far as Easy Rest's reps, they were very informative and polite.

I like the idea that I can raise my feet and my head with my Easy Rest bed. I don't have much problem with acid reflux anymore. In fact, I have back trouble and I can raise that head up, and it helps me be able to get out of the bed better. The bed got a light that I can turn on under the bed. It also came with an oversized heating pad. I really like the comfort the Easy Rest bed gives.

My Easy Rest bed is fine. I like putting it up and down.

The Easy Rest bed is nice. I like the way it's set up. It's a comfortable bed. It's giving massages and that's what I need.

I tried to elevate the head and thought it would be the best for me. But all my life I've been used to a flat bed and I'm still used to a flat bed. Also, it's in my paperwork where I was supposed to get $200 towards covering and sheets for my bed. I'm supposed to get a catalog but haven't yet. But I got the mattress cover and was very well pleased with it. The Easy Rest bed is nice to have but I can't believe that I've done such a thing on a fixed income. There are so many things that I need, but I would in debt for over $3,000. It worries me a lot.

The rep was very personable and he bought me a little candle when he came. That was so sweet and I appreciated him for that. He was also very knowledgeable about the product. I had originally told him that I was not going to buy the bed. We got down to calling in and talking with others that he had talk with, and he had said that "If this is not what you want, then you'll say no." He was not pushy nor overzealous in selling the product. He was very mild-mannered in his approach.

The rep was very nice and the delivery team did a really good job. My mom's favorite part about the bed was that you can move it around. You can lift the head and the legs.

The rep was nice and she was acquainted with the product. She was helpful in pointing out different things. The adjustment feature for the head area has been my favorite. It makes my wife sleep better. It also makes it easier for me to take care of her. But it has a little wire hoop at the bottom of the bed so it makes it hard to put the sheets on. If it had a lock at the bottom where you could fold that down to make the bed, flip it back and lock it in place, that would really help when it comes to making the bed.

The sales rep was very nice and polite. But when we got the bed, it wasn't what we thought we were getting. He showed us one thing and we got something else. We’re supposed to get the top of the line, the Platinum, but we don't think we got it. It was a step down. Maybe Easy Rest gave us the wrong bed. As much as I paid for it, it’s not comfortable and I'm not getting the quality that I thought I'd get. I was disappointed. I could get a normal bed and pay way less price and have a better night's sleep. Me and my wife don't sleep well.

The sales rep was very good. He explained everything the way it was supposed to be and we had a good time while we were doing it. The Easy Rest bed has different positions in it and I don't have just one way to lay down. I put the feet down and feet up for the head, down with the head, both of them up, it doesn’t matter. It’s my favorite when I'm sitting up. It is a far better bed than the other one I had and I sleep better. It makes me feel better when I get up in the morning too. I got more energy.

The sales rep was very good and he explained everything to me. My favorite feature of the bed is the heating part of it. It’s warm when I get in at night. My cat loves it and he crawls up. But in the middle of the night, I'll get up and turn off our heating pad and go right back to sleep. And it's just fine. Since using the Easy Rest bed, I don't toss and turn at all. If I go to sleep, I'm in the same position the next morning, which I like. The only problem is I ordered the extra long bed and it’s hard to find sheets.

The sales rep was high-powered. They always make a sale. The techs who put in the bed were good. I can elevate the bed at nighttime ‘cause I've got asthma. I've been wanting to sleep on my back and I've found this allows me to do that, so I adjust it up. Also, the vibrator on it relaxes my back at night when it's hurting. I enjoyed that.

The delivery team was good. I had everything moved for them to take the old bed out. It was pretty dusty and dirty underneath, so they helped me sweep and mop before the new bed came in. They demonstrated how to use the bed.

My Easy Rest is a bit more comfortable than my old bed. The rep was good but when I called back, he wasn't with Easy Rest any longer and I couldn't understand that. Also, they sent me a comfortable but I've been having trouble getting my $350 bonus. The rep told me to go online and try to find what else I wanted but when I tried I couldn't do it. I’ve been calling back trying to see if I could finish my order. Other than that, I like the Easy Rest because one side can do it, but then two is a difficult thing to make it up when you have two twins. It looks like they slide apart.

I was hurting real bad sleeping on my old mattress. I was also in so much pain and it was keeping me awake at night. But now I sleep and rest good with Easy Rest. I like the fact that I can raise my head and my feet, and I can also raise my knees to take the pressure off of some parts of my body.

The Easy Rest sales rep was nice and I liked that the bed's top and bottom will rise up and down.

The salesman was really good and very helpful. The bed is comfortable. It's easy to work. It's helped with our health. But the cover of the mattress buckles. It's not uncomfortable but it's funny-looking. But the rest of it is fine.

The sales rep was real sweet. I liked her. The delivery and set up was great. The only thing is that I didn't get my free pillow. I sent my card off and it never came. But I like the bed. It's comfortable. I sleep on it every night.

The sales rep would cooperate and tell me everything about the Easy Rest bed. The installers came in, set it up, and showed me how it worked. I could hardly sleep on my old bed correctly. But with Easy Rest, I'm comfortable and sleep better. I'm satisfied so far.

The quality of the bed is very good. But the leg part is a bit higher than the head part when it's flat. It's also softer on the head side than the leg side. Other than that, I like all of the features including the massager and the way I could set the bed up to my position. I really enjoy the bed and I've been able to sleep better than before. It's really relaxing. Some other mattresses are very uncomfortable, but this one is not.

The sales rep was real helpful. The delivery crew was very nice and they did a good job. I like the way the bed tilts, and raises up and down. The massager is a plus and it's naturally nice. Since I got the bed, it's helped me with the swelling in my legs. I'm very satisfied with it so far.

I'm really enjoying my Easy Rest bed. I am sleeping better on it, and so I really like it. I don't snore as much now that I can put my head up a little bit. Sometimes, before I got the bed, I snored, and then sometimes it would wake me up in the middle of the night. So, I'm sleeping through and now I feel a lot more rested in the morning when I get up.

The people at Easy Rest were very professional. The salesperson came to my house and he talked up the bed. He had a little vibrator and he tried to show me what the vibration would be like. He was well-versed in what he did. They were so good, I was worried that they were a fly-by-night outfit because they had all bases covered but everything they said, they did. They delivered the bed on time and on schedule and they were very polite. The only thing is when I raise the bed up, the crack in the mattress is right at the small of my back. I have a low back problem so it turned out to be not a very good deal that way.

I like the adjustment feature of the Easy Rest bed. I have the massager as well though I haven't used it that much. I use it mostly on my legs where I get severe pain and it helps with that. The quality of the bed seems to be great and it has been helping with me getting better sleep.

I sat in on a presentation with the guy, John, and I was impressed. We bought two Easy Rest beds for me and my mom but when they were delivered, the guys set up only one of them because they said my room was not big enough for them to set both beds up. So, I told them that when I move, I'll just call back and ask them to set my bed up. Other than that, I watched the video and they explained how to use the bed. They were courteous, fast, and I liked their professionalism. Also, I've laid on my mom's Easy Rest and it's very comfortable. She's enjoying it. We were under the assumption that it heated up and it doesn't. But I'll just get her a heating pad.

My Easy Rest sales rep was great. Even if I hadn't been convinced to buy the bed when he came, he convinced me that it was good for me. During the delivery, the guys were late but it didn't matter. They were very nice men and they did a great job. The bed is great as well though it's very expensive.

The delivery guys did a good job. But I don't like my experience. I told Easy Rest to come get it. The rep was gonna swap mattress with me, but he wanted to charge me $350. I'm not happy with it.

The guy that came put me in the Easy Rest bed, propped me up and put a thing under me where it made me move. It felt so good that I thought, “Hey, I need this.” They came in, took my mattress off and put the next one on. I use it every night when I go to bed. And it seems to relax me in bed. So, that's good. I like after I've turned it on and I'm in bed, that it will automatically go off by itself.

I like the bed. It raises up. Everything else about the bed is comfortable. However, I didn't get my sales receipt. And I asked that supervisor of the rep's for it. I still never got it when he brought the bed. And during the negotiation, he kept coming down in price. And he would send a $300 gift card to buy sheets and all from Easy Rest's little store. I called before the things came, and they said, “You gotta wait till the bed comes, and then call me right then.” As soon as the bed people left, I called. But the girl said, “No, that wasn't part of the negotiation at the end.” That was a straight-up lie.

I have a very bad back, neck, knees, and hips. The whole deal of purchasing the Easy Rest was to relieve some of the pressure off my back and my neck. The Easy Rest is comfortable and I like it. The pillow and the bed have taken a lot of pressure off my neck and my back.

I like the many different ways I can adjust my Easy Rest bed. I like the mattress that warms up the bed because I have arthritis and I need to be warm. The bed has a lounging area in the middle of it. I like the head up, and then the feet down just like a lounge chair. That way, I can read. I'm 82 and I'm enjoying it. I put my feet and head up to go to sleep because of my swollen ankles. Then, when I wake up, I put the feet down and lay on my side, just putting the head up slightly. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

Easy Rest was adjustable where I could raise my feet up and get some of the fluid out of my legs and feet and raise up my head where I'm more comfortable because of my sleep apnea. It's an all-around good bed for what I needed. When I wake up in the morning, I would use the bathroom first thing. I would go to back bed weighing 309. I would wake up being 298. A lot of fluid buildup on me so it has helped about that. I use the shaking every now and then. Mostly, it's lifting my legs and head up just enough to make it more comfortable. That seemed like what my body needs. It has been amazing.

The delivery guys were very professional. They cleaned up anything that was left behind, and the demonstration went super. I have lower extremity swelling and the bed has made a difference. I'm able to keep my lower extremities elevated without them rolling off and place them on a pillow. The bed also has a watching TV position. So it's pretty nice. There are also nightlights under the bed. You don't need a separate one because it's already wired for that. In addition to that, it has USB ports that you can put too if you gotta charge a phone.

The sales rep was good and the delivery and set up of the bed was great. But I don't like the mattress part and I need to know where to get some sheets from. The mattress is not very comfortable on my back. But I like the part where the back is sitting up because I'm on oxygen 24/7 and it's great for sitting me up. I breathe better.

The Easy Rest bed is not comfortable for me. I tried the massage, but I still wake up with pain in my back. I can hardly move.

Easy rest came out and did a presentation and it was good. The delivery was very nice, too. The rep had me sit on the bed. They put the bedding up then tried it out and see if everything was good. I use the foot part of the bed mostly and I've been trying to adjust. Sometimes when I'm making my bed, I push it back and then I have a problem with my feet. Also, sometimes, I could get the head part just right with the foot part but sometimes, I don't.

The Easy Rest bed is not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was gonna be soft, but other than that, it's all right.

The delivery team was wonderful. I'm very satisfied with Easy Rest. I like the vibration of the bed.

Everything was put together fast. They did a good job. They also showed me different features. The Easy Rest bed is more comfortable than my other bed. Also, I can rotate the Easy Rest and it has a remote control.

A flyer in the mail said that I could possibly win a new bed. So I signed up for that, and the next thing I knew, somebody called me and told me that there would be a salesman coming out to my place and that I would get a free $99 pillow if I listened to the presentation. I liked the salesman. He was a very nice guy. The bed is very comfortable. It's a little bit too high, but I can't do anything about it. It's just about an inch too high because I'm short.

I sleep more comfortably on my Easy Rest bed. I use the massage thing once in a while. Other than that, I adjust the bed and watch TV. The Easy Rest sales rep was a pretty nice guy. He cut me a deal, so he was all right. The delivery team came in and moved the other bed out. They set the new bed up. So, within 30 minutes, they were done and gone. They showed me all the functions and the pamphlet and then they said, "And the settings and things like that. So, you have certain settings that you can work on, that you can set yourself to your adjustment." They did a stupendous job. I was really pleased with them.

The Easy Rest bed helps me with my circulation. I have diabetes and I need to keep my feet up. The delivery guy was okay. I didn't know that I had to clean up my room, and I asked him to clean under the bed where he was going to put the bed up. He said, "I haven't got time for that. I got other customers I gotta take care of." He was nasty. I was satisfied with the bed though.

Easy Rest is a nice bed. My wife and I are comfortable with it.

A salesman came by and I bought an Easy Rest bed from him. He was a good salesman. The delivery and setup of the bed went smooth. I'm happy with my experience.

They were great. The only thing is that the bed cost 5,100 and they said that it would go down to 4,000 but they didn't do that. But I still like the bed. I go to bed earlier now. I haven't rested that easy in a long time.

I am sleeping better on my Easy Rest bed. I use both. the head up and feet up. We just had some problems with determining how this was going to be paid for, and we are not at all happy with the credit company that they have gone with. It is a little shady as to how much we owe them and how much we've paid them. They don't keep very good track of their records. As far as customer service, I've had a young man who really didn't know what he was talking about and my wife has talked with a woman who was very rude and sarcastic. So far, I'm satisfied with the bed but unless Easy Rest get a better finance company whose interest rates are not out of sight, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

The delivery of our Easy Rest bed went fine. They explained everything as they went. As far as our new bed, we kinda have to push it back up towards our headboard a lot. It doesn't stay put. I'm always pushing down at the bottom of the bed and pushing it back up towards our headboard. Other than that, so far, the features have been fine. The heating pads just came yesterday.

I’ve been sleeping better on my Easy Rest bed because I can raise it up. I don’t have to sleep on a bunch of pillows to raise my head up. This bed is so much better than my old bed. I can raise my feet up and it’s got the vibration to it. I have back problems and neck problems right now, and my legs hurt but right when I lie down on the bed, everything starts to ease up. I'm very satisfied. I had a frame and I asked the delivery people if they could put it in the frame. They said, “Sure, if that’s what you want.” And they did a good job.

I like that I can adjust the head and feet of the Easy Rest bed. They’re just supposed to send me a free pillow and I never did get that. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied.

I’m not happy with the Easy Rest. The mattress sucks. It was so hard that it cut off the circulation in my arms and legs when I was sleeping on it. I spent $500 on foam padding. I called Easy Rest three days after I had the bed and they told me that I signed the contract and that was it.

The rep was real nice and the delivery team did a good job. The bed is comfortable.

They were very professional. They took care of all my needs. They were very great. The delivery crew put it all up. They showed me how to operate the bed. They were very, very nice. I'm loving the bed. I like that the head and the foot raises. It's got that massager on it and I like it. Everything’s good.

Ron was the guy that delivered the bed and he explained it all to me. I like the raising and lowering of the head and the feet of the bed.

Everything was fine. Easy Rest did a very thorough job. I like the vibrator for my back and knees. It helps. I've recommended the bed, and my brother and his wife are buying one.

Someone from Easy Rest called me first and told me the guy that would come and made a date for him to go out. He was very nice. There's only one thing about the bed that I don't care for. It’s on the edges. When you go to get out the bed, you almost fall out because it sinks down easily around it right there. It should be higher up. Other than that, I like the bed because it has a heater and vibrator. And you can raise the bed up and down. I also like the pillows.

Easy Rest isn’t a great bed. But since it’s over the 30-day limit, I can't send it back. It helps with the back a bit because I’m able to move and adjust the bed. But I was on the impression that the bed was supposed to be an extra long because I'm over 6’3” in length, and he knew that when he was trying to order the bed. He told me it was an XL. But they came in with this small-ass bed. And they delivered it when my mom was here so I could get the bed. But when I get on it, my feet hang off. So, it’s not helping me.

I like everything about the bed. I like the firmness of it and the way that I have my own side to adjust the position that I wanna be in. My husband had a lot of problems with his back, and he can adjust his side. We are enjoying it. They gave us the pillows. They also sent me a mattress cover for my side, but they didn't give my husband one. It was the kind that has a remote on it that heat it and that would have been real good for him, but we can't afford to buy that and pay for the mattresses too. Easy Rest has really good customer service. They took up a lot of time with us and they were real courteous. There were real nice guys that came in here and did all the work.

The sales rep was brilliant. He was very friendly and kind. He was an excellent salesperson. He was a very, very nice person. He was a very respectable person. His presentation was good. Easy Rest makes the price high, and then they discounted it down. But if I had to buy the Easy Rest bed again, I would not because I don't see any difference. It doesn't make my life any better. It's just a bed. I don't like the bed because it is too low. Even though they have the little place where you can adjust it, it's not enough. I'm a very active person and it doesn't work for me. I thought the bed could raise up and down, but it doesn't. The only thing is the head and the foot of the bed rise. I am old, but if I get older, at least I can raise the head of the bed and like I'm in the hospital. Other than that, you can hardly even feel the massage. I would not pay that much money for this bed. I would rather go buy a hospital bed.

The Easy Rest bed is a lot more comfortable than the one I had. I'm satisfied with it. But the way that they go out selling the bed, making you think you win one, might be a little sneaky.

I lift myself up on my Easy Rest bed. It helps a lot.

We love the new bed. I love the vibration at night. It kinda helps me go to sleep. My husband likes the foot lift.

The only thing I kind of don't like about our Easy Rest bed is the mattress kind of moves sideways a little bit. When you're sleeping on the bed and you move around at night, it moves over 3 or 4 inches. Other than that, the vibration in it helps my legs a little bit. It's a good bed.

For me, the Easy Rest bed is okay. My wife does not like it. The salesman was a nice person, and he represented the bed well. He told us that it would get rid of my wife's backache, and it didn’t. I sleep well on it. I don't ever use anything on it except just the bed, but my wife did the vibrators and she didn’t like that part of it.

I liked the fact that we could move the Easy Rest bed up and down. Our backs have been pretty bad and we needed some way to be able to sleep up and also with our feet up. We purchased the bed and the people who did the delivery were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They explained different features of the bed. They showed us how to turn the lights on under the bed. One guy raised it somewhat then lowered it.

The sales rep I worked with was very nice. He explained everything and told me I was should be thinking about myself once in a while. I absolutely love the bed. It's the best ever. It's just so comfortable and it causes me to fall into bed at night. I like that I can put the head part up a little bit so I'm not sleeping flat. Also, the fact that it has a light under the bed is the neatest thing in the world. Everybody thinks that's really good.

The delivery of my Easy Rest bed went well. I was happy. They came in, they set up the bed, and everything was good. It's just for the amount of money that I spent, I should’ve got a better mattress. The top mattress should have been a little bit sturdier because I ended up having to buy another mattress. Other than that, it's been pretty good. I like that I'm able to sit up on the bed properly and when I go to sleep, I lift the legs up, and it takes the pressure off my back. So, I have no back pain.

Right now, I'm doing good with the Easy Rest bed. It's helped me a lot as far as back pain and breathing. I like all of my bed's features. I like the head and feet that come up, the vibration, and the movement that helps my back. It's just that there is a spring that comes loose under the box spring. I know nothing about it and I can't lift the mattress to try to see where it comes from. I called twice and I'm supposed to have a heating pad to come with it and I have not received that.

My patient is so happy about the Easy Rest bed. This helps his back, legs, and upper torso. He's sleeping a lot better. The Easy Rest bed makes him want to get up, walk and do things. He had given up hope until this bed. He's been telling everybody about how the bed has helped him. What he didn't like was whenever he received a letter from the other company that was going to take the payment. Somebody else picked up the contract and they sent a letter through the mail saying that they were going to be coming. That letter devastated him. We're paying over $8,000 for a bed. That's a lot of money that my patient is working out.

My sales rep was a perfect gentleman. He demonstrated everything. The delivery team was wonderful. They came in, set the bed up and put it right where I wanted it. They took the old mattress and the box spring away. The Easy Rest bed is wonderful. I’m enjoying it. I can adjust my head up and let my feet up. I also like the massager part of it. The only thing is I gotta give me some more different sheets.

I like playing with the Easy Rest bed and adjusting the head and the foot down. When I first lied down, I felt I was gonna fall off because it seemed the side of the bed had fallen down. But it wasn't. It was the way I was lying. But I like the bed. It sleeps well.

The guy that came was super sweet and didn't push anything going in. He was very courteous. I love my Easy Rest. I get to sleep in bed instead of a recliner. It had been over five years since I always had to sleep in a recliner ‘cause I have COPD and I cannot sleep lying straight down. I like the way I can position myself in the Easy Rest bed and sleep in it and my husband can lie flat.

The salesman was great. I wasn't thinking I needed the bed but he brought out everything that I was needing done. I hadn’t been getting a whole lot of sleep. Sometimes it’d be less than an hour then I wake up and couldn’t go back to sleep. Now, I'm sleeping better with my Easy Rest bed. My legs also swell up bad. I can set the Easy Rest bed up for my legs be higher than my head so fluids would drain back down. The only thing I haven’t found on the bed is the remote where I can plug in my phone at the head of the bed.

It was a good experience with Easy Rest. The rep was insistent that I listen to the features but was polite about it. The guys who brought the bed helped me with the old bed and set up the new bed. They gave me the pillow and showed me how to operate the remote control. I always wanted an Easy Rest bed with the massager in it and the ability to adjust it to where I can sit or lie comfortably. The massager helps relieve a lot of the tension in my back.

At first, there was a misunderstanding about the bed. They brought a small bed and it's supposed to have been a queen. But they brought a full size regular bed. It didn't fit my frame. The guy called me back and said they had made a mistake. They would have two beds to be put on the truck when they deliver it. So they did and that was how I wound up with the bigger bed for my queen frame. This bed isn't what I thought it would have been.

The man did the installation very well for him being one person. So that was good. But I didn't like the situation of the frame. The frame doesn't match my criteria. But all of it is a good feature. The bed works good with my back.

I am enjoying the bed. I mainly like the vibration and the head setting up. I have a bad back and I can move my head and feet to make my back comfortable.

The delivery of the bed was okay. I just leave the top part up 'cause I can't lay totally flat because I have acid reflux. Also, I'm sleeping better.

The reps showed me how the extra feet would make the bed tall. They told me about the remote control and how I can set it in different settings. It was good. The Easy Rest bed is comfortable. My hip joints don't bother me as much. I love the bed and my grandkids love it too. Every time they visit, they get to go up and down and get vibrated.

We like the idea about the way that the Easy Rest bed would raise the top and the foot because we like to watch ball games at night. We tried one out and that was a lot easier than those pillows. I like when the bed vibrates. I have bad arthritis in one knee. I can get in the bed, turn that on and it vibrates so that the pain is gone. I also like the fact that it warms up the bed. In addition, the guys who brought the bed were wonderful. They were the sweetest things and couldn't have been more help. We were trying to offer to help but they wouldn't let us bend our backs.

The Easy Rest rep was a very nice gentleman. He answered all our questions. He left me his cell so that if I needed to call him for anything in the future, I could give him a call. The two guys for the delivery were very nice too. I couldn't believe how fast they did it. I thought it was four days, but it was on the fifth day they brought the bed over. It wasn't bad at all. The Easy Rest bed is awesome. I've always had three, four pillows that I put to sleep a little bit higher ‘cause I choke at night. Now, I don't need those pillows. I also love to watch the television with my feet up. My legs get swollen, so I love to put my feet up. I have done the vibrating a few times and I enjoy it. They're gonna mail me the one that warms the bed but I haven't received it yet. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my Easy Rest bed.

A salesperson came in and explained the product to us. With the Easy Rest bed, I'm getting my rest. I like how it feels and the massage as well.

The two guys who brought the bed out set it up good for me. I've been sleeping on it for a month now, and it's very pleasant. Once I found the adjustments I liked, then it stayed there, and it's very comfortable to me. It rests my back and helps me. Also, the times when my back has been hurting, the vibrators really helped my back to get better.

The sales rep and the installation team were good. One thing, though, they said I would receive a warmer that goes over the top of my bed in a week after I got my bed. That was a week after June 15th, when they delivered my bed, and I haven’t received my bed warmer yet. Other than that, I love my bed, and I don’t want to get out it. Because of my swelling on my feet, and my feet hurt, I like that I can keep my legs up. I also love that bit of massage that it does. The Easy Rest bed is worth it. It's for my health, and I tell anybody with back trouble I will recommend that to them any day. I just had a cookout, and I was demonstrating my bed to my friends. They said, “I should bring my husband to see this,” and a couple of them came and brought their husband in here to see it.

The delivery went very well. They were in and out in a breeze. The sales rep was nice and intelligent too. I always wanted a bed like the Easy Rest, and I was half sold before he ever came. Since then, I thought, "Boy, as expensive as that bed was, I should have shopped around locally for some of the stuff we've got locally." I regret the fact that I didn't shop around a little because of the price, because I'm on a fixed income. It was gonna be this amount of money, then he got on the phone to somebody else and we got it down to the bottom price. It was all done right in front of me, and I felt a little maneuvered because I knew what was going on. I'm also disappointed they didn't send me the heat source that I was supposed to get. They said I'd have it in three weeks, and it's been a while. But the bed, itself, I love.

I'm 81 years old and I have arthritis. When you have arthritis in your back, hips, and knees, they hurt. I figured I could get the Easy Rest bed, then maybe it would help. When I wake up, there are some mornings, I can get up and no problem, but sometimes, it’s even worse than it was before. I'm lucky if I can get out of bed. Still, I like laying down and just relaxing on the bed.

I liked the salesman and the delivery team. They were really good. They were sweethearts too. The boy hauled off the others and cleaned. You couldn't tell anything had ever happened. They were respectful and I was real pleased. I got the bed set to where I like it. I rest so good at night and I'm not stiff every morning when I get up. I feel good.

The rep was very informative but he did not tell me that there were different grades of this bed. The only thing he told me was the twin extra-long was the one I would want. He told me that it was gonna cost me about $5,000. Then he told me about the vibrator in it and the heating pad that I got in it. The head goes up and down, and you can raise the feet, which is nice. But he never told me that I can get the cheaper ones. The mattress is very comfortable to lay on but in a way, I don't like the Easy Rest bed. It's too tall. My sons came out and shortened the legs to make it lower for me. It’s easier to get up on the bed but I still I need side rails ‘cause I'm afraid of rolling off. If I roll off onto the floor, I have to crawl clear across the living room floor over to the steps then get up on the steps to stand up again because I can't stand up from the floor. I called somebody about the side rails and they told me that it would cost hundreds of dollars. Then they’d charge me 150 to come out and put them on.

When we had the Easy Rest put in, I got an extra 4 inches on the legs. It’s a little bit too high, but I can change that myself by unscrewing them and taking part of it out then putting it back. But other than that, I like everything, the massage on it, the up and down foot and head and the width of it. The salesman was really good. He explained everything word for word just like a preacher would the Bible. I enjoyed having him over here and talking to me about it. They also gave me a sleeping pillow. I'm satisfied.

The Easy Rest sales rep was a slick talker. I wasn't ready to buy it, and then he talked me into it. The installers were in and out pretty quick. But they had trouble getting the mattresses upstairs. There's not really a lot of room. They scraped up my banister and they broke a piece of trim off the bottom of the stairway. I'm not really happy with the bed, too. I thought it would be more comfortable. I had to put some more padding on the mattress. Seems like you're sleeping on a bed of rock. It's not really that comfortable. Also, I bought this in May and it was July before I got it delivered. I received every excuse in the book about where it was and why it couldn't be here.

My wife's having neck pains. We bought an Easy Rest bed. The rep we worked with was very impressive. My wife said her condition may have improved slightly since using it. She also likes the Easy Rest mattress better than our old mattress. She sleeps with it raised. I'm very pleased with the experience.

The delivery team was pleasant, friendly, and talkative. If I had any questions, they answer them. And if I had any other problems, they gave me suggestions on who and what to call. I love the bed. It's nice and firm. And I can sleep. I can adjust it. Laying on it is amazing. And I love the therapy. That's one of the features I use a lot, the therapy that it gives my back and neck.

The Easy Rest rep and installers were nice people. Also, the installation went well. The only thing is, we were supposed to get covers for the bed for free. But we have never gotten them. But I like the sheets. And I like the bed altogether. I have leg problems so I can put my legs up. And I have a bit of a reflux so I can put my head up.

The Easy Rest rep was good and thorough. I like where I raise the bed up and down. I sleep in a slightly upward position and that helps my back and shoulders.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I got a phone call from one of the representatives and they came out to my house and they demonstrated and showed me what the bed does. I was kind of familiar with it because I had the original Craftmatic adjustable bed, but the Easy Rest bed does a lot more and it gets very comfortable, especially if you find your right positions. It does a lot more than the Craftmatic does. It's a very nice bed. It does have three different vibration modes. The other bed didn't have heating blankets. The comfort of the Easy Rest mattress is really a lot better. Plus, it's easier for it to operate. We had two different beds instead of having just one whole king size bed. If you don't want to be up and the other person wants to be up, then I don't have to worry.

I was really thinking about sending the Easy Rest bed back. I haven't really had a good night's sleep in it. I have asthma, so I like to be elevated when I sleep. I've tried many heights and I find myself slouched down and rolling down off the pillow. I put my legs up and have to pop up also, and then I'm laying in the crease. I'm trying to adjust to it. I'm trying to see what it is I can do to make my nights a little better. I do like the pillow that they gave me. Everything went well from beginning to end other than the bed and my sleepless nights.

A very nice lady from Easy Rest came by, and she gave me the whole routine and setup of this bed. They convinced me, and I decided to get this bed. I'm the poorest person here on the block, but I said, "By God's will, I will pay for my bed little by little the way how it is." So, I got my bed and I'm very satisfied. Sometimes when I get up in the morning, it is so hard for me to straighten up but I can adjust the Easy Rest bed more or less. I can lay on my back and get some rest.

Last night, I slept on my Easy Rest bed flat first time. I've been very sick for the last a couple of weeks so I have stayed in it in the daytime too for several days. It's been very comfortable because I've put it up higher, watch television and spent a lot of time in it. My back is hurt so I've used the vibrator in it. The vibrator reminds me of a kind that you go to the motel, put some money in and lay down and vibrate them. The only thing is, I put it up and if I don't get it up high enough at the bottom then I slide off.

Easy Rest had a professional and friendly sales rep. The delivery and setup were tiresome. The guy had someone die on him, so he had to go to that. They had to go early because it was hard for him to set it up by himself. It took him more than the time to get all the parts right. As far as the bed, I like the little nightlight.

I liked Easy Rest's presentation and I needed an adjustable bed. Their rep was very nice and forthcoming. He was easy to talk to. I like my bed. I like the massage and the fact that the foot lifts up and the mattress is comfortable.

I like the bed. I sleep better with it.

They were pretty good about explaining everything. I like the looks of the bed. I would like to have tried it before I bought it. But I like the vibrators. They soothe my back and leg pains. My wife likes to have her head up because she reads at night sometimes. So far, I've been able to get in touch with people when I needed to. But they did give us some $300 credit on some sheets that we haven't got yet. We ordered them a long time ago, but they're on backorder.

The Easy Rest rep I worked with wasn't pushy. He was professional and he covered all the bases. I told him I needed a firm mattress. But I didn't receive a firm mattress, initially, with the bed, so I called back later on. Just recently, Easy Rest came back to my home and exchanged my initial mattress for a very firm mattress and I'm very satisfied. I don't even use the remote control because it feels so comfortable on my back.

The sales reps were as nice as they can be, and it was a great experience. When the delivery people moved the other bed into another bedroom, it put quite a mark on my floor. It didn't the damage the floor, but it took out the wax off of it. Other than that, they did good. The Easy Rest bed is very comfortable, convenient, and restful, and I sleep a lot better. I’d tell friends to just come lie down, take the adjustment, and see what position they like and how good it is.

I originally entered the contest that Easy Rest was having, then they called me and wanted to have somebody come over and talk to me about one. I listened to the guy talk about it. I have a queen-sized bed that I was willing to keep, and the Easy Rest one I bought is queen-sized as well. Once in a while, it's nice to sit up in the bed and watch television, so I thought, “Well, why not?” I’ve been sleeping been pretty good on the bed, but I don't use it very often for reclining. In fact, I had to move it to a different room so I could have my house painted.

The rep was very helpful and good. When I was a little hesitant about the price, he came down quite a bit on it and gave me a pretty good deal. It was also amazing how quick the delivery people put up the bed. They asked me how high I wanted it, and they knew what they were doing and got it done in the approximate time I thought it would take. I'm well-pleased with the bed that I got. It's working good.

The Easy Rest reps came out to display the bed, and my daughter said that it'd be a good idea to get one. The bed is comfortable and very simple to use. You just push a button, then it goes up, down or however you want it. It's a little expensive, but my daughter bought a guarantee too. They have a similar product in Walmart and they're more than $1,000 less. When the delivery people came, they helped remove the old couch out and they were very good at helping set up the new bed and made it very easy to understand. They didn't take much time either.

I ordered a queen size bed. I wanted it separate, like a divide so if I want it up, my husband didn’t have to. What Easy Rest sent were two twin size beds you put together to make a queen size. But it’s not. The mattresses are very narrow. I am not happy with what I have, although it’s functional and I get relief for my back. But I can’t even turn, because these are twin size mattresses. Even the bottom part is not connected to be like a queen size.

When they came to bring the bed, I didn't have to do anything. I just told them where my bedroom was and they had it. Then, when the guy showed me how to operate the bed, he told me he could show me and tell me about the bed if there was anything I need to know. He let me sit on it and feel it. It was great. The Easy Rest bed is way better for the massaging thing for my head, back, and neck. I sit it up most of the time, so I prefer the lift for my feet. Also, I love the light underneath the bed, because I’m always dropping things.

The Easy Rest bed works. I feel good. I don't have the aches and pains. I like lifting my head up. However, they take the payment out on the first day every month and I was trying to figure a way so they would take it out the 3rd or the 4th or the 5th of the month.

The guy that sold me the bed told me that they would deliver my bed to my daughter who lives in the back of the complex that I live in. When person got here, he said they couldn't do that. I then said I was not taking the bed. We went back out to the truck, called the office and talked to the big man. They offered to pay the person extra if he took the bed back to my daughter. He took them in and said, "He can take the bed back to my daughters." We get back there and the person said they were not going to set it up. I gave him an extra $20 to do that.

Easy Rest sent me a flyer in the mail and it looked like a lottery. I responded to see if I had a chance of winning the bed. They called me on the phone and told me about sending somebody to show me or explain to me about the Easy Rest. A guy came to my house. He was very nice and polite. He brought me a gift. I said I’ll try the bed. I work in a hospital and I do need to get a comfortable rest at night.

The delivery and setup of my Easy Rest were wonderful. I like the bed, the different adjustments, and the vibration. I have acid reflux and the bed helps with that. I also like the way the bed rises so I can watch TV. My only complaint is the mattress moves.

I got a card in the mail and I signed it to see if I could win a free bed at the end of the month. A guy come and demonstrated the bed for me. I decided to go ahead and get it. When the bed was delivered, the people moved the other bed out of the way and set up the new one. They showed me how to work it too. I love the bed and I like all its features. The payments are tough but I can handle it all right.

The rep explained everything well where I understood. Also, the delivery team was nice and moved my old bed into the spare bedroom. They set up the new one and showed me how to work it. It's a harder mattress than what I'm used to. I'm still trying to get used to it.

The Easy Rest rep showed me a lot. And when Easy Rest came to put the bed up, they did a good job. I got on there and they showed me how to work it. That was nice. I feel a lot better sleeping on the bed. It helps me a lot. It relaxes me. I sleep with my head up. It’s comfortable. I’m glad that I got it. I recommend it to everybody.

The rep talked up the bed and talked about the good qualities of it, how comfortable. And any questions we had and anything I wanted to know about it, he had the knowledge of it. He could sell the product. He did good. Also, the delivery team was very nice and professional. It didn't take them any time to get the bed fixed. And they were very accommodating. They did a great job. Everybody connected with it through the process was great. I like that I can raise and lower my head and feet. It’s comfortable overall. It's a big help to be able to raise my feet if I want to, or raise my head to any level. All in all, it’s a good product.

The Easy Rest guys explained everything and told me how to use the controls. They were highly professional. They cleaned up and took away the old bed. I got the king size bed, but I got the twin mattresses. I got a firm on my side and the soft on the other mattress. So, if I wanted to switch, I can't turn that over. I will have to switch the mattress altogether. But the good thing about it is it’s light. The motor is smaller. And it's easier to lift or move because the brace part or the motor and all that is. It's sturdier. And the motor is easier to replace as well.

The Easy Rest bed is really good. I like raising it up and down, my feet elevated. Even my dog likes it. It was a little expensive, though and it's a little too high for me, but I've been managing. I'm satisfied.

We’re very pleased with Easy Rest. Our previous one was a very nice mattress. But it was getting older, and we needed to change. We thought about getting a king-sized bed, but we changed our mind about that too. We still want to be close to each other, so we decided to keep the queen size. The quality is very nice. We get the massage. And the height. The mattress is sweet. I have poor circulation. So, if I want my leg elevated, I can elevate them. Our experience with the two gentlemen that set it up were excellent. They told me everything, and went over all the instructions. They were clear. They did the setup and cleaned up afterwards. We were very pleased with the service and the setup. And the final item in itself, we were pleased with. Because we’re getting a restful night’s sleep.

The Easy Rest sales rep showed me and talked me through everything, and filled out the application. She did a good job. Also, us and the delivery team had a ball. I like to joke around a lot. And I told them, “You're gonna have to move all the stuff, put the bed down. I only had it all done before you got here.” The only thing I didn't get was the heat. I'm always hot because I had two different types of cancer six years ago, so I don't need the heat. Other than that, the bottom part, when I raise it up, my knees are raised right. Sitting up a bit helps me sleep better. Also, if I get a backache, I can lay on it and turn the vibrator on, and it helps a lot.
